Gold Star Plumbing & Drain

Very pleased with this company. I needed my garbage disposal to be replaced with same day service and I got it! The two gentlemen who came out were quick, efficient, and every friendly! I would recommend with no hesitation!

After a mysterious recent leak in our guest bathroom, we had Gold Star Plumbing come out to try to find the source of the water leaking out underneath the wall and into the hallway. While they could have charged us a lot of money to tear up the whole bathroom, they took a conservative approach and had two other companies come and seek out where the leak was coming from. Our insurance company was quite happy about that. It turned out the leak was very odd and easily fixed for less than $400. Their workmanship and follow up was meticulous. We couldn't be more pleased. We will certainly be having them back for any future plumbing problems.

I sometimes think these reviews are faked or paid for, but I swear I'm legit and here to praise the honesty of these guys. I had another plumbing company come out to scope my sewers, and they told me I had roots everywhere and needed $6,000 worth of work. I wanted a second opinion, so a few months later Chris from Gold Star scoped it and showed the other guys were trying to con me. The pipes were fine, none of the root incursion the other company alleged. Saved me a ton of money and headache.

We called gold star to fix a drip in a shower head and he took the valve off and replaced it backwards. He denied he did this and he told me that I didn't understand plumbing. He didn't listen to me he was rude and terrible   I tried talking to him in his truck and he wouldn't roll his window down. The company did nothing

From the time I called gold star mike was very nice on the phone and got out to is within an hour and was able to clear my main sewer line and then put there camera and inspection the sewer line and said I was in good shape. Thanks again for the fast response and awesome service we will definitely be using gold star again when needed

My recent experience with Gold Star Plumbing has been nothing short of exceptional, and I wish I could give them 6-stars instead of 5 and here's why. They were able to complete 3 separate plumbing repairs at my house in one day, but even more impressive than that was the professionalism, expert knowledge, and willingness to come up with an alternate solution that resulted in over a 30% savings from my original estimate. As Mike and Kyle began work on replacing a leaking copper main between the main water meter and my house, they realized that modifications to the original water supply lines which were made after the home was constructed to accommodate a soft water hose bib connection could be reversed back to the original configuration intended by the home builder which would save a significant amount of money. Mike and Kyle were able to provide a new, alternate estimate to return the connections back to the original plumbing configuration which saved over 30% from the original estimate and the work turned out looking great and much simpler than what a previous homeowner had done. I cannot thank them enough for their ability to treat customers in a way that builds trust and create cost-saving solutions. I have been a Commercial General Contractor for over 34 years and have been more of a do it yourself-er around the house for a long time, but as I get older and my personal time becomes more valuable, I rely on experts to do a project in a timely fashion and at a fair and reasonable cost and Gold Star Plumbing has lived up to that standard. I am so glad I took the time to read the many customer reviews found online for a variety of plumbing contractors, and when I came across the many positive references for Gold Star, I felt confident that I was making the right choice. And let's not forget about the great experience that Devin provided during the initial investigation and estimating process. He was very knowledgeable and quickly determined that the water line modifications made in the past were not put in per code and explained the process to not only fix the leak, but also to do so in such as way that meets current plumbing code and provides a 10 year warranty. Devin's attention to detail in writing up the cost estimate, taking photographs of the three separate areas of work I needed done and providing a reasonable cost estimate allowed me to quickly make a decision and sign the contract for work to begin the next morning. My wife and I are close friends with several of our neighbors who all have similar age of homes and we will definitely recommend Gold Star Plumbing to them for potential future work. Thanks again to Devin, Mike, Kyle for your hard work and almost forgot Andrea who did an amazing job communicating with me over the phone to schedule convenient times for the crews to come out. I waited a few weeks to post my review on this company. Our hot water heater went out and we had some water damage to the drywall and it was an absolute mess. I called this company because it was highly recommended on Nextdoor. They came out, got the situation assessed, and got me a quote. They were not pushy, they were friendly, and they got hired on the spot. There was a relatively new technician with the company that did some less than great work when the job was done. I called, complained, and just about wrote a bad review. Gold star was able to turn things around. They answered my frustrated calls, there was always someone to answer the phone, they communicate effectively through text and phone call. They came out and fixed everything that needed to be fixed and did what it took to make sure the job was done the way they pride themselves in the work being done. It's beautiful.

Incredible family owned company. They have the best customer service it's always a pleasure to work with them.

They were very responsive, friendly and professional!  They provided a thorough estimate & promptly answered our questions.  They are highly rated on yelp, google and with the BBB.  

However, we chose another plumbing company which is a very small family run home business with a lot experience & lower costs.  Due to the nature of our plumbing needs, we were not in a rush to get the work completed immediately.  However, if time was of the essence, Gold Star Plumbing would undoubtedly be recommended.

Cody was awesome. My situation was a bit complicated and not something he could work on however he quickly recommended me another company that could and was able to come out same day. I really appreciated his help and honesty, great service.

Gold Star Plumbing will forever be my go to for all plumbing needs for my home. They are extremely helpful, priced fair, and quick the get the job done. I spoke with mike the owner when i first called and he was extremely helpful and answered all questions i had. Highly recommend giving Gold Star Plumbing a call you won't be disappointed!

Poor communication. I won't give one star because I never had anybody come out, but this review is a reflection of the time that I wasted when I could have already had somebody out by now.

I have an issue that needs to be taken care of, and I've been waiting for a response to have a visit all day today. Michael claims that I didn't send the information he needed - see attached screenshot.
