Serivice guy was very good and polite explaining everything very good wife was sleeping at 8 so he came back at 10  no extra charge very pleased with service

Responded to my request for quote right away.  Was able to get my repair done same day.  Reasonable price, great service.  I will call Christian again if I need a plumber and will refer him to friends.

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.

I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.

Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:

1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.

2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.

3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because  I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.

Have used Mike and his crew on my primary and a rental home I own and have been very pleased with the quality of work, promptness of service/scheduling, and the price. Will continue to call Mike Moran Plumbing for my plumbing needs.

Joe Morgan the owner has done such an amazing job of Making Desert Foothills Plumbing customer oriented. As long as Joe Morgan and his crew are in the valley I'll never use another company for Plumbing, the prices are great and the service is unmatchable!!!

I have used the services of Apple Plumbing twice in the past year and would highly recommend them.  From the front office people who schedule your appointments to the tech who is handling the service call, you will receive prompt, professional, courteous service.

This is a shout out to Xpertecs and Gabriel in Arizona.  I needed ethernet replacement for a large home in Scottsdale.   Gabriel promptly returned my phone call and walked me through what I likely needed and set up install appointment.  In preparing for his visit,  I determined that I didn't actually need the cable replaced -- it was another issue that I fixed, but the professionalism, courtesy and prompt response of this company was way beyond the service level of other firms and so-called electricians !  I will use this firm for all low voltage or cabling jobs in the future.

This company hasn't even come out to my home yet but I feel compelled to share my positive experience already. It's Sat morning and a technician has already provided some helpful prior to my service appt scheduled for next week. Excellent responsiveness!!

Mike has done a wide array of work for us over the past year, and we have been very pleased with his work.  He is honest, timely, and trustworthy.  We are thankful to have someone we can reach out to for all of our home repair needs.

Kitchen clogged occurred again but not just my tenants sink but also the neighboring sink next door. Knowing we shared a common line between six units built out of copper and galvanized pipes - we asked Eric to cut out the 1960 design of copper pipes with modern day PVC pipes.

He was efficient and was very prompt to answer a call at 7am Monday morning. He was put there in two hours and worked on it for 6 hours with his partner.

The service was excellent and was very thorough in his work and explanation of reasons why he was taking an approach versus another option.

$800 later we have new updated plastic pipes shared between the units, no clogs, smooth sink drain and satisfied tenants and owners. Now it's all up to HOA to take ownership of this charge - but that's a different issue, not relevant here. However Eric offered to be our technical advisor should anyone have questions about why the pipes were replaced.

Dave is an incredible plumber. He's honest, reliable and a genuinely good person. Davecwill always treat you fairly and do expert work. you cannot go wrong by having Dace do a job big or small.

Recently used Rob, owner of Harley Plumbing to flush our water heaters.   He came the day we called him.  Turns out the plumber who installed our new water heater hadn't hooked it back up to the softner.  Sigh.  Rob checked all our water heaters.  Replaced a bad coil in another.  Came back the next day with the part, as promised.  Nice guy.  Great price.  Everything works great!!  
 
Now the contrast.  We had an appointment with Parker and Sons.  It took a week to get an appointment.  Morning of I get the precall.  20 minutes out.  50 minutes later I get a call from tech asking where I am.  He was in a town 40 miles from my house.  The fun part?  My street doesn't come up in any map for that town.  He tells me it's too far for him to drive.  I call back in.  No one can tell me when I will have a tech.  I ask for a manager.  They are ALL in a 2 hours meeting.  Can't help customers.  The following day at about 10:30, I get a call back from the customer service manager telling me they will reschedule at my convenience.  News flash!  My convenience was the prior day when I stayed home to meet you & you were a no show.    Call Rob at Harley Plumbing.  He was great!!

Gabe owns the business and does the work himself.  

I have used him twice, and both times was very pleased with his advice and work.  Most recently he replaced two of our toilets.  The work was quickly scheduled, he showed up promptly at the scheduled time,  the work was professionally done, his price was fair, and I had absolutely no complaints.

While he charged a flat rate for installing the toilets, during the work he encountered unexpected cosmetic damage to the flooring done by the person who installed the old toilets.  He went the extra mile and voluntarily spent the time necessary to repair that damage, at no extra charge.  

I was fortunate to have hired Gabe.  I highly recommend him.

Kasey was amazing!! Super fast he knew exactly what the issue was with my leak under the kitchen sink at the p trap highly recommend him and his team.

Robert was nice to work with and they could start the job quickly.  Had them replace a fence with a 20ft block wall. Wall was done well and properly level, roots cleared, etc. Much appreciated!

Had a problem with some old industrial plumbing in a major concert venue in Phoenix. We could not figure out the issue so we had to call in these guys. They showed up and in no time flat figured out the issue and came up with a solution. The work was pristine and professional. I highly recommend this company.

Jason responded quickly and had someone out the next day to cap a sprinkler so remodeling could continue.

Overpriced. $145.00/hr. Charge for time not on site. Charge 400% over cost of materials. Piss poor invoice. Felt I was taken advantage of. Don't use them unless you have lots of $$$ to waist.
