On Monday night, I realized I had a problem. The only toilet in my house was bubbling when we ran the shower. That's when I found Knockout Plumbing. They were responsive and quick to address the sewer line issue. Thomas went above and beyond to resolve the problem, and the rest of his team was professional and efficient. Highly recommend!

There's a reason this company has so many five star ratings. They are awesome. They confirm your appointment. Then they send you a photo of the tech on the way. They show up in a marked vehicle. Love the safety this company uses. They also quote you on arrival, and guess what... the final matches the quote! Could not be more satisfied from a company that has kept their ethics when most others find additional problems and upcharge. Thank you to all the folks at knockout. Dan arrived on time, provided a great overview of the water softener I purchased, and gave informative water softener information. He then gave a very competitive installation $ estimate.

After some discussion about my water softener, I then decided to order a carbon unit... Dan was flexible and did not increase the installation cost by much. He was easy to talk to, knowledgeable, honest, conscientious, and worked hard to install my water softener units perfectly.

When the garage door opener went out in a rental unit, I was getting quotes that I thought were too expensive for the repair. I called Kyle and was given a much more reasonable price. We had to communicate back and forth a few times and he was always available and knowledgeable, and gave me a lot of different cost options. Communication was excellent, and he was able to work around the schedule easily. I highly recommend this local veteran owned business.

Friday evening, after work, I came home and noticed a pretty serious water main leak in our front yard. I called around to a few places with no one really available, I saw Knockout's reviews and decided to try them. I got in contact with Dianna, she stopped what she was doing so she could take my information and find someone asap, let me know she is going to get in contact with the closest person to come out right away. Sure enough, not even an hour later, Dan shows up. By this point the sun has gone down but Dan doesn't care, he's totally on it. He is probably thee most knowledgeable person I have spoken too in regards to plumbing, he broke it all down and explained to us whats going on, what our options are. He also explained that they only use quality materials with 25 year warranties, and the quote I got? SUPER affordable. Best part? He could come the NEXT MORNING!! Dan also took the time to reexplain everything as much as I needed and was totally patient with us. He helped us shut off the water as our shut off wasn't doing any good. He really cared about making sure we weren't going our weekend without water. Dan and his team are so personable, knowledgeable and prompt. He was right on time the next morning, ready to go. Joey was also there helping get the job done, he also took the time to explain things to me when I had questions. They just earned my support for as long as their in business (which is local and family owned btw!), seriously, don't waste your time with anyone else. Even though I only spoke to 3 and met 2 of them, I just know the whole team are rockstars!! Thank you Knockout for saving us!! You guys are the best!

We called on Knockout Plumbing when my grandma's water heater burst. They came out immediately and not only replaced her water heater but even checked & adjusted her water pressure in her shower, at her request. They were so kind, helpful and efficient. We truly appreciate their hard work and dedication and highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services!

I called Knockout Plumbing to schedule someone to take a look at our toilets when they were running. It wasn't consistently running but did hear it on and off. Dan was our tech who came out and inspected our toilets and nothing was wrong. He was upfront and honest about what could have happened with the noises we heard. He tested our toilets thoroughly and said we don't have any problems. So there was no upsell or scare tactics telling us something might happen if we don't take action now, which was nice! I recommend Knockout Plumbing for their knockout service :) Can't go wrong with honest work!

I  want to send a huge Thank You to Dianna and Dan (David) for not only  doing a wonderful job of installing my new water heater but for also  taking so much stress off of me.  I had been going round and round with a  home warranty company for a week trying to get them to live up to their  contract but they would not.  I called Dianna at about 3:00 in the  afternoon on a Friday and told her my situation.  Dianna didn't skip a  beat, called Dan (who was in Buckeye) and within 1/2 hour I had an  appointment with Dan that evening to put in a new water heater.  I will  never forget how they both treated me just like family and they will  be my go to plumbing company always.  Great work, great people and  absolutely the best customer service ever!  Thank you, thank you, THANK  YOU both!

This business is a knockout!!! Originally called on a Friday night after hours for an emergency situation.  Got a call back within minutes and I was on the schedule for later that night!!!  Life saver!

Then, decided to have them come out and do some root cause analysis....the entire process from making an appointment, to appointment confirming via text, to a heads up notification that help was on the way via text to the open and clear communication when he arrived and all throughout the
Process was simply awesome, a knockout!

Dan Harper was great. He did all he could to keep the cost down. He explained everything that he saw and what needed to be done. He was very professional, courteous, and friendly. Excellent customer service!!! He told us what the next step was needed and never pressured us to get anything done we couldn't afford. This is the second time Knockout plumbing has helped us out with our plumbing needs. Highly recommend them. Thanks again Dan!!!

Did I just win the lottery or what?  Well, maybe not winning  in the traditional sense, but my experience with these three companies was close enough:  Knockout Plumbing, Preferred Choice Restoration and Elite Roofing and Remodeling.  

My journey with these companies started when a galvanized water pipe burst in the crawl space of my 1935 home in one of Phoenix' historic neighborhoods.  

Initially I contacted Knockout Plumbing.  Since the water damage to the bathroom was extensive, they referred me to Preferred Choice Restoration.   Sarah immediately eased my concerns and within two hours sent Cameron out to access the damage and assist with the next steps.  I was immediately impressed with his understanding, professionalism and knowledge.  His crew came out quickly to set up fans and start the demo work to avoid any health issues.  I was equally impressed with Dan, who handled the water mitigation with my insurance company, and with Mark, who processed the restoration estimates.  Mark also subcontracted the reconstruction of my bathroom and hardwood floors with Justin at Elite Roofing and Remodeling.

The plumbing work was completed by Knockout Plumbing - thanks to Joey and Cody!  Because the floor was already opened up, I decided to have the entire house replumbed.  Dan scheduled everything and Josh completed the work!  I also spoke with Diana a few times and she was awesome!

When it comes to Elite Roofing and Remodeling, I cannot thank Justin enough for the outstanding work he and his team did.  They were exceptional to work with and the end result is better than I could have ever imagined.

These companies worked in perfect harmony with each other and with me as well.  Each process was thoroughly explained and delivered on time.  Although they are three different companies, they share some common goals and expectations which their employees embodied and made them dream teams to work with:  produce quality work, strive for excellence and provide exceptional customer service.

I highly recommend that you at least consider contacting any one of these companies for plumbing, water mitigation and/or restoration.  In the end, I'm confident that you will feel as though you've won the lottery when your project is completed, too.

Had a misunderstanding with pricing a diagnostic, Dan (owner) saw my review and immediately reached out. Dan is honest and I really appreciate him personally reaching out and resolving my issue. Will definitely use Knockout for future plumbing needs.

Matt came out to check on a leak under my kitchen sink, he didn't see one when he was here but thought my p trap may have just been loose and tightened it.

Fantastic customer service! Knockout Plumbing fixed a problem 2 weeks ago and I called them back today, left a message and the owner Dan called me right away to handle my concerns. Dan could hear the concern and worry in my voice, so he wanted to follow up personally early the next morning. After Dan and I spoke my needs became immediate. The office dispatched Michael G. and he was at my home within 15 minutes! Michael was so professional and patient and showed me that all was well and provided me with his contact information so he can come by quickly when the issue arises again. If every company elevated customer service like Knockout Plumbing, then this world would be a better place.

Amazing. Technician was on time and they even sent a picture of him before hand so I knew who was coming. Work was done quickly and the price they gave me beforehand was the price I paid. The office lady was great getting me on as quick as possible and even giving me morning and evening times. Will 100% be using these guys again.

This is a family run business which provides a level of service rarely seen nowadays. While I was out of town our kitchen disposal quit working and developed a leak. My wife called them on a Saturday and was put in touch with the owner by his wife. The gentleman came out to our house personally and arrived within half an hour after she called them. Talk about speedy service! When Dan didn't have the replacement disposal needed he called one of his guys who brought it right over. He recommended a better disposal than the cheap one Pulte put into our house seven years ago and said it actually lasted longer than would be expected. Still I am fairly confident that I could dispose of the evidence Dexter style if needed as this thing has the power of a wood chipper!

Showed up on time for both the quote and the work. They use a great notification system for the customer. Very prompt. Very friendly. And most of all very high class work for the price. I had a hot water heater installed that I had purchased from Costco.  Joey was excellent.

Dan and team were great to work with and eliminated any stress from the situation. I had a main water line leak and Dan was able to head out there immediately for replacement.  Dan and the office stayed in contact regularly, kept
me updated, took detailed before and after pictures, and made sure everything was cleaned up and working properly before they left.   Their prices were competitive, work was detailed, team was responsive, they were easy to work with, and they were able to resolve everything quickly.  Overall I had a great experience and will definitely be calling them for any future needs.

I had an issue with my shower and bathtub faucets and called Knockout Plumbing. They were out within 2 hours and fixed everything within an hour! The price was very reasonable. I will absolutely use them again if I have any plumbing issues!

I don't have enough good things to say about this company. This was my first time dealing with them and it was so fast and efficient. I called about an emergency leak and they sent out a tech within the hour (at 8pm). Dan was great. He was friendly, professional and I did not feel that he was trying to upsell me or be disingenuous. He assessed the issue, was able to determine the problem and refer me to an AC and remediation company for the repair all within the hour. Everything was so quick and easy. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

I have been doing some type of remodel or new build project for over a year now on our home and have dealt with countless contractors of various trades in that time and the majority leave lots to be desired and it is rare when they surprise you with excellent level of service.  Knockout Plumbing is just one of those companies and their 5 star reviews are 100% deserved.  

Immediately we were off to a good start with the quick response to my request on Yelp for some flooding I had in my yard for several days.  Dan initially let me know they would probably be able to come on Saturday but I let him know that I would prefer getting it done Friday since the yard was getting pretty saturated and I was worried it might be a plumbing leak.  Dan accommodated my request and kept excellent communication throughout which is one of the things that I think is underestimated by most service providers.  I even received a text when Dan was on the way with his picture which was a nice touch.

Once here Dan was so thorough and helped me troubleshoot the issue with obvious expertise and experience and even helped educate me on what he was doing which gave me great confidence in his assessment.  I have found my GO TO plumber for any future issues and it's great to know that someone like Dan with Knockout Plumbing is the person who will be coming to help!

Wow I was in the process of demoing my entire first bathroom. Did all the work myself and was going to do the plumbing then my smart brain said you need a plumber who knows what the heck they are doing. Funny on FB a friend sent me a like this company. And I thought ok I pushed the like button then said I should call them as I'm not a plumber Knockout plumbing. The owner Dan David called me right away. Told him I had all the fixtures and he scheduled a appt following week. Ok he comes on time texts ahead. Well the vanity I bought had a drawer that would not open cuz of the door frame. Dan repackages everything I bought and immediately calls his office to reschedule next week. No charge for his 2 hours of work. Wow. So Joey comes next week on time he puts in the new vanity. Begins the shower work. The universal kit is not universal. I make a trip to Home Depot. Another universal. Faucet is not universal another trip to ace hardware. No screw in package. Another trip back to ace for another faucet complete with screw and tool. Great guy Joey. Patient. So. Plumbing completed. No extra charge for the extra 2 hours in wait time while I drove back to stores. OMG. My bathroom looks wonderful.  THANK YOU KNOCKOUT PLUMBING. Dan came out today to look at a clog we had in our sink.  He quickly located the issue and resolved it.  Very fast, efficient work, good value and he's just a genuinely nice guy.
