JB Water and Air

JB Waters is an excellent company. They are customer service oriented.  Their service on our distiller is always great. Personable service men and doing the job in a timely manner. We've been with this company for 30 + years. Always satisfactory.

What dare are JB send us the bill.  This is a shame!!!   Today they sent me a bill for level 1 diagnostic & service call in which I knew I exactly what need to be done in advance.  We were asking for quote.  We gave them the new buyer inspection report with picture.  I called my realtor and told her how unhappy I am with JB Water.  We both agreed JB Water don't know what they doing.  My Realtor is going to pick up that $85 tap to say sorry to us.(I am really please she is doing that for us)  She is very disappointed at them.  Guess what. We are not going to use JB Water ever.  As a matter fact,  I will make sure all my friend and family know if they ever have plumbing need, they will not call JB Water.

Everyone has been helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. The plumber was on time, helpful, knowledgeable and, most importantly, honest. Because of our experience, we are leaving a plumbing company that has been upselling and price gouging us, and are happy to be joining JB Water company as new premium members!

Tony, has been here a few times. Every time he's been here he's done a fantastic job. I have to rate him as professional, experienced with excellent customer service. I found him to be polite, courteous & on time. He also does something not to many other companies do & that's call when he's on his way with an ETA, just great. Thanks for sending Tony out, he's my plumber to call on!

John has been here several times for our plumbing needs. He is thorough, friendly, and does quality work. He always explains everything to your understanding. He also has made himself available for follow up questions.

He has helped us out with a new dishwasher being installed by the 3rd party installer that we bought from Home Depot. The install work was less than satisfactory. When I had questions about the work that someone else did, John - who had just done some work in our bathrooms that morning- swung by to take a look in the afternoon. We are planning to have John from JB Water come later this week to fix the install.

I would highly recommend JB Water and John to my network!!!

Super nice! They arrived thinking it would be an hour long appointment. It was obvious to them right away that this was going to be an all day deal. Instead of rescheduling me they hunkered down and got to work. So nice, so professional, and fun guys. I plan to have them back soon to finish up at the end of my remodel. Call them - these are the people you want to have do your job!!

I called them before 9:30a for a small leak in our tenants water heater. NOT AN EMERGENCY!! By 10:30 their tech called me with his findings and the cost.  He had time right then to purchase the tank and install the same day!! Job complete within a few short hours!! I was very happy with the results!  I would recommend their services any time!!

Growing up in the Midwest, I found AZ {Phoenix} water to be less than desirable, even after water softener treatments, so I began to research Water Distillers, and JB Water is one of the few in Phoenix to sell most of the top rated brands.

 They were very quick to respond, were extremely polite and considerate and matched some various competitive pricing.  Dallan was both the salesman as well as installer, a nice touch.

I had them install a Durastill water distiller, and hook it up to my existing Refrigerator water line, and now I am very happily drinking extremely tasty and safe water.

He did an excellent job at both installation, explanation, and clean up and would highly recommend them.

They just left my house and my kitchen pipe is now fixed and I have been without a kitchen sink for 2 weeks! This is the same pipe Parker and Sons could NOT fix properly after sending 2 different plumbers! I called JB yesterday afternoon and they were at my house first thing this morning.  They know what they are doing.  I should have called them first!!!  I will definitely use them again.

They are superb and great.  I had an issue with toilet not properly filling up. I explained what was going on and I think it maybe the unit inside, be it the pump or flap.  I provided my availability and they were able to work with it.  I later received a call from Carlos (absolutely great guy, friendly and personable), I explained I was at work but that I'd leave early at 1pm and be home within 20-30min.  I called to let them know that I was headed home.
I got home earlier around 1:15pm, and Carlos arrived within 10-15min after.

Very friendly, helpful, understanding.  I showed what was going on, he was able to assess it. Didn't take long, he had the parts already with him and performed a replacement.  After replacing, the issue was done.  I also asked about the tub and if there was a way to help with keeping it clear of hair.  He shared his knowledge and even helped to clear what was there.

He was also helpful to provide advice about the cleaning tablets, I had used one and he didn't recommend it due to the fact it could clog the area where the water flushes down in the toilet.   He saved a lot of future headaches and concerns.  

Overall, very professional, helpful, great customer service, prompt, resourceful, friendly and willing to share advise / suggestions to avoid potential problems down the road.  If I can give 10 stars I WOULD!!   Thank you Carlos and thank you, JP Water.  You all are awesome!!!

PS.. I'd definitely work with Carlos again.

The only plumbing service I'll use in the future.   Had them service my water heater a few months back and wife complained that we were still running out of hot water when filling bath tub.   Company coming so I thought it was time call them again.  JD came out a day earlier than expected and realized the problem immediately.   Problem solved.    Most professional and court folks I ever dealt with.    If in need of a plumbing service do not (emphasis added) hesitate to call this team.   Five Star + rating.

My water heater wasn't producing any hot water today. Miranda replaced my 50 gallon gas water heater in 1 hour. She was extremely knowledgeable, quick, and skilled. Answered all my questions, performed a thorough diagnostic and gave all around great customer service. My husband is an experienced plumber and even he was so impressed by her!

We bought our house with a water softener system already installed, so we didn't know much about the history of it. It went on the fritz and would not stop running and was discouraged when the company it came from and a few other places recommended a complete replacement, which wasn't in our budget at the time. I was referred to JB by the company who serviced our water heater recently,also fantastic, (American Plumbing and Rooter). Both Rebecca and Rob were great to work with. Rebecca was so professional and kind and made the whole process a breeze. As far as the work we had done, Rob was fantastic! Very kind and courteous company to work with. It is so appreciated that this company took the time to come out and figure out the problem and then fix that problem at a really reasonable price instead of going the quick and easy route of just recommending a whole new system. It is because of that that when we do decide to replace or upgrade our water softener system we will be going with JB

Rob came to our house today to test our water and service our Reverse Osmosis system.
He was very professional, answered our questions completely, and he did a very prompt and thorough service of our system.
I have already put JB Water in my calendar for our next service of our RO system.

Thank you to Jake, he came a few weeks back to fix a leaky sink and toilet issue, he is very friendly and thorough. He caught another issue during his visit, our main water shut off valve was not working correctly. He said he would get on it and fix it and he did! Came back today and it's all taken care of. Doubled checked for leaks and everything.
Friendly, fast and reliable service. Look no further because JB water is the way to go!

I cannot thank the JB Water company enough for coming to my rescue in an extreme crisis of aged and disintegrating pipes which began leaking two to three gallons a minute! Not only were you able to do the job immediately, coming up from Phoenix to Sedona, you were also able to do it for about half the cost of a local plumbing company! I was amazed and thrilled at the difference. I also want to compliment every single workman on the job. Everyone was friendly and positive and competent. I knew things were going to turn out well in spite of my initial panic. I very much appreciate how Jerry and Mario handled the work from start to finish. I wish I could name all the others as well because everyone was helpful to me. Again, my deepest thanks to the entire team. It will be my privilege to recommend you to others.

They installed a tankless water system in our home and we love it.  they also intalled a water softer and reverse osmosis unit in our condo.  Two different jobs both well done and resonable price.  I highly recommend them.

As we all know, living in the Arizona broil oven summers isn't that bad when your AC is functioning. Over the fourth, our AC broke down. We have two little ones and two dogs, to which we immediately began having a panick attack. We knew the Temps were searing 100s, which meant we were now facing an emergency situation. Our stress levels skyrocketed.

JB saved the day and made what could have been an even more stressful situation so very easy. They made time to come out immediately, and their technicians, Fred and Mike, were angels in disguise. Not only were they delightful and down to earth, but they took time to answer our endless questions and provided ways to ensure our systems continue to be well maintained and running. They both have extraordinary knowledge about HVAC and systems and clearly have a passion for what they do. They take it seriously and fixed our broken AC in what seems like minutes.

They even went above and beyond to make sure the other unit was also in good working order before leaving. They explained their process upon arrival and made sure we were all on the same page before beginning. They even carry shoe booties to keep your white carpets clean! WHOA! Talk about going the extra mile! I can't tell you how refreshing it was to have such phenomenal customer care. Other companies need to take note on how to truly provide stellar services like these guys did.

If your AC needs a doc... call this company. I have saved their number and will be providing it to all my friends and family because I trust them to take care of them like they did us. I sure hope Fred and Mike get fabulous bonuses or a raise!

Many will remember bad service, but even more will repeat business simply because of on point customer service and friendly yet professional interactions. They turned what could have been a dangerous, stressful nightmare into a nice cool dream! LOVE THIS COMPANY!

I have had great experiences with JB Water from my initial phone call to the prompt response from service technician. JD was early to appointment which was great and got the job completed quickly. He was great at explaining what happen and my next steps. He arranged for EcoDry to give me an estimate in a very timely manner. This was a great stress reducer for me. Thank you.

The team of Lucas, Mario and Matthew just left my townhome and took care of a cracked pipe that was leaking onto the ceiling of the condo of my neighbors' downstairs kitchen ceiling without demolishing my relatively new remodel. Other plumbing companies  said it could not be done without removing countertop, cabinets and demo'ing the tile behind the kitchen sink. Lucas said it could be done and they did it in less than 3 hours completely cleaning up everything before leaving. I am ever so grateful and thankful and would highly recommend this Company judging by the way these 3 employees performed a difficult task today.

We needed help quickly and Dallan with JB Water came within 15 minutes and helped get a broken shower valve fixed late on a Saturday evening.  He had great communication with telling us the problem and while fixing it.  The service and knowledge was exemplary and he had the situation resolved quickly, less than an hour, which helped get our water turned back on to the rest of the house.  You couldn't ask for better customer service or a more knowledgeable person to come fix your plumbing needs.  I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing issues, you know you will be happy with your service and you will be well taken care of.

Our rental company hired JB water for toilet issues, the plumber that came was Jacob, he was professional, kind and just a really nice guy who fixed the issue quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber. Thanks so much for your work!

We had a plumbing issue come up on a Friday night and immediately got a hold of someone at JB Plumbing. Within an hour, someone was at the house clearing the drains. He didn't leave until almost 10 at night but remained professional and polite the whole time. When the bill arrived, we were shocked at the reasonable amount charged for such quality service. We will definately lean on JB Water for all our plumbing needs.

We couldn't be happier with JB Water. We had family from out of town staying with us when our water heater gave up the ghost. JB showed up the same day and had hot water back in our home in less than eight hours from the time we called (and we didn't see any plumber's crack).

We need to replace faucets in three of our bathrooms. JB Water arrived when they said they would and finished the job in a timely manner. Outstanding work. They were very professional and kind.

Great company.. great workers.   Loving the treated water and will be using J B Water to install either RO or distiller very soon!
