Synergy Plumbing

I can see why all Synergy Plumbing's ratings are 5 stars, and I'm adding another one!  Today I turned on my washing machine and, of course, walked away.  A while later I walked past the laundry room and heard gushing... yep, water was all over the small floor, about 2 of it.  Fast forward: I called my friend/ super neighbor for advice, got the water turned off (thanks to her hubby), and she referred me to Chris at Synergy Plumbing.  All his people were out on jobs, but he said, I'll make sure someone gets there today, and we'll make sure you'll have water.  And they did.  Quickly.  Based on their service, and their caring, and kindness, I'll never use a different plumber.  

I was expecting a trip-charge plus after-hours charge plus whatever, but they were more reasonable than I would have ever expected.  Seriously, I'll never even consider using anyone else.

Highly recommend Synergy Plumbing. I've had them out twice in the last two months. First was a leak in the shower. They were the only company that responded quickly and came out that same day. Not only did they come out the same day but same morning. Most recent visit was to take out a soft water appliance that was not being used and converted it to a hose bib in the garage for me. Took them less than an hour to complete the job and it works perfectly and looks great. They will always be my first call for large plumbing work.

We recently had a small flood  In our home. It occurred on a Saturday and we called Synergy Plumbing.  The owner Chris answered the call and promptly sent out one of his plumbers. He identified the area of the leak inside the wall.  His work was fast,  efficient, and clean.  The cost of the fix was quite reasonable. A few days later I had a different problem in the laundry room.  The hot and cold water valves needed replacement. The plumber from Synergy came out promptly, had to remove some dry wall to access the pipes for the fix.  When he was finished he replaced the dry wall so you could hardly tell he was there.  Another excellent job at a reasonable price. Don't hesitate to call Synergy Plumbing next time you need a plumber!

We had an issue with water backing up with the washer - found out our sewer pipes were rusted and needed to be replaced.  After a very scary expensive estimate from one company, Synergy Plumbing was recommended by a work colleague.  I am so very glad I got another opinion.  The owner Chris understood the problem immediately and asked me to take pictures and provided me with an estimate that was HALF of my initial estimate.  Not only that, he came in under.  AND the work was done quickly and neatly.  Sanity had by all with a reliable washer!  Chris was wonderful to work with, extremely reliable, quick, communicative.  We will definitely have him back when needed.  Highly recommend.

I can't recommend Synergy Plumbing enough.  My experience with them was amazing.  Chris not only responded immediately to my plumbing issue but was able to send out his team to complete my repairs the very next day- and the invoice came in $500 less than the original estimate!  He was incredibly helpful and kind and the technician he sent out was equally kind and considerate and did an amazing job re-routing a hot water heater drain and replacing the galvanized pipe from the house to the street.  They did such a fantastic job that there was literally no clean up needed after installing a drain pipe through the back of a kitchenette and you can't even tell where he replaced the line in our front yard- he was so careful to replace the grass back.  You will not be disappointed with Synergy Plumbing!

Syngergy Plumbing is GREAT.  We moved to a new house with many little issues.  On a Saturday, while trying to install a water line to the refrigerator, my husband created an under the sink leak.  We called Synergy and they were able to come out immediately.  The leak was fixed in no time.  When I asked Chris of Synergy about problems with delays in hot water getting to far end of house Chris had a solution and came out the next day to implement it.  It worked really well.  Professional, reliable, accurate, affordable...all adjectives I would use for Synergy Plumbing.

We moved into a new house in north Phoenix earlier this summer, and we have had some really bad experiences with tradespeople.  They don't show up, or show up late, or have to do the job over to get it right.  Argh.  Then we were referred to Chris Tompkins at Synergy Plumbing by our good pal Troy Goodwin, Coldwell Banker.  CHRIS IS A ROCK STAR!  He responded immediately to our call.  He came to the house to assess the situation ASAP.  He has his team on site the very next day.  In short, he did everything he said he'd do and when he said he'd do it.   And he got the job done right the first time out.  We should also mention his price was way lower that a certain major plumbing firm in town that wanted to fleece us for doing the same job.  Chris is the best!

Let me start by saying that I have never, ever had a warm fuzzy with service plumbers.  I have always felt like they knew that they had me by the short hairs, (usually an emergency, so yeah) and could name their price.  I am thrilled to write this review.

I contacted Synergy Plumbing for the first time a couple months ago for plumbing issues at my business that were very involved, and asked for a bid on the scope of work that I provided so that I could compare apples to apples with 2 other plumbing companies.  As I said, the work to be done was very extensive, involving extensive collapsed sewer line under slab in my business.  I asked for bids from Synergy, also my current plumber at that time, and one other that came recommended by a friend.  All 3 companies came out to evaluate the extent of what we would be doing.  The other 2 came out, and basically took a best guess as to what was wrong, where pipes went underslab, and threw out an ASTRONOMICAL number.  Like new car type of number.  I knew it would not be cheap, but come on guys!  That is like if I went to the Dr., and was told by a quick glance that I have some horrid disease and then told I need serious surgery without even an x-ray or blood test.  No thanks guys!!!

Then I met Chris, who brought with him 2 very experienced plumbers who wanted to truly understand my sewer issue.  They took the time to actually camera the sewer and see what was going on.  They spent about 2 hours with the camera and locator.   Imagine that, determining what the problem is before suggesting a solution.  (The other guys were WAY off.)  At that point, I was pretty sure that I had my guy.  Then he gave me a detailed breakdown of exactly what needed to happen, and provided a price to do the work after close of business.  I was blown  away, and had to ask him if he was sure.  This price was 5 figures LESS than his competition.  

But wait, it gets better!  We scheduled the work to be done over 4 nights.  He finished in 3, and left my business spotless each evening when he left.  I have had zero sewer issues since!  That NEVER was the case with my previous plumber....  

Since then I have had him do a ton of other work, albeit much less intrusive, and each time I have been very happy with the quality of his work.  I can honestly say that Chris and Synergy Plumbing have given me more peace of mind about my plumbing than I have had in the entire time we have been open for business.  Thank you to Chris, and the whole Synergy Plumbing team.  Good people doing good work.  You have another lifetime customer.

I needed emergency plumbing service for leaking pipes. I explained my situation over the phone and synergy plumbing, Chris, arrived in under 30 minutes with repair equipment in hand. He assessed the severity of my issue and was quick and efficient to fix the problem. Chris is an extremely knowledgeable plumber and gave me great preventative advice. Ever since his repair, everything has been working better than ever! I highly recommend this business.
