Dan built and installed cabinets in an existing framed wall, where there were no cabinets previously. A job which needed surgical precision, removing the wall between two load bearing posts.
He expertly removed the wall. built and installed the cabinets as if this was an everyday type of job for him.
Three Other cabinet companies came to bid, but were hesitant, until one company gave me Dan's name and #.
The job came out better than I imagined.
He is professional in his work, and is a man of integrity.

Needed a frame for a pocket door.  The ones at the Home Depot and such seemed pretty cheesy to me to I looked around a bit and found these guys.  What an elegant and sturdy piece of design.  Easy to install, operates beautifully.  Worth every penny, they delivered it to the house.

He was polite, professional, hard-working, and seemed like the kind of contractor you can trust so I hired him to do a small bathroom remodel and am so glad I did. Absolutely phenomenal work!  I gave Desert Diamond a chance when I learned they were owner operated and it shows in their work. Passionate and lots of pride in their product. I'm now a weekly customer. Such a great feeling to come home to a clean house that smells great.  They do more than just cleaning!!  I had them mount a TV on my wall. Having a certified electrician who did the work thoroughly and professionally brought so much peace of mind and my living room looks great!!!  If you want someone who you can trust in your home and trust to provide amazing cleaning work, I highly recommend! I've even gotten compliments on how good my sliding glass doors look!  Give them a call. You won't be disappointed!

We had a horrible experience and I will never use Classy Closets again! We moved into a house that had two closets done by them already, so we decided to continue the work with them. Long story short, they couldn't get the order correct and it took so many phone calls. There was a complete lack of communication and professionalism. They misplaced the agreed upon, and signed, drawing and the crew didn't show up as scheduled TWICE. When we rescheduled, they showed up with the wrong drawing and wrong materials. It took FOUR tries for them to get it right and then we STILL didn't have everything we were supposed to. On top of it, they installed a hamper and didn't drill it into studs and it fell off the wall. We were so very frustrated, we didn't even bother to call them and have them fix it. We decided to do it ourselves. The men that do the installation had excellent customer service but didn't have the correct communication from the person that sold the job and the office. The office and the process is completely unprofessional. Choose another company no matter what!

I'm not rating work performed by this company, because twice, this guy Mike Ortiz was a no show. The first time, I had scheduled about a week prior, he picked the day and time. So on Sunday, February 20th at 10:00am he was supposed to come to my home. At 10:30, I sent him a text saying I guess your not going to make it today?. About 45 minutes later he called and asked if we had an appointment? I told him yes we did at 10:00am. He first acted like he forgot or didn't know about the appointment, then said he wasn't feeling good and asked if we could reschedule. I told him sure. (I don't usually reschedule with people who are no-shows but I did. He said how about next Friday at 10:00am? Even though I really didn't want to wait that long, I told him okay that was fine. Then on Thursday mid day, I saw he had called my phone, but didn't leave a message. Thursday at 9:30 pm he sends me a text telling me he has to cancel because he has, you can probably guess, COVID!! He said he would call me in the morning to reschedule. Of course I never heard back from him. I mean, he could have had someone else take over his schedule or given me a name of one of his colleagues, or something! I just don't understand the mentality of some people. It seems like nobody wants to work anymore! I mean, it probably would have been around $1,000 for the things I wanted done, they are not difficult things and I would do them myself if I wasn't still recovering from 9 disk spinal fusion. I don't usually like writing unfavorable reviews because I understand things happen, but come on guy!! Really?!!!
