Dan Kreiger agreed to work on my kitchen restoration after 8 other companies either refused or were too busy. It was a difficult job. My cabinets had been removed due water damage but my beautiful counter remained attached to the wall and propped up with 2x4s. Dan not only rebuilt and installed my cabinets to perfection, he managed to do so without disturbing my very precious countertop. I was a nervous wreck since if it broke, not only would that counter need to be replaced but all my countertops would need to be replaced to make sure they matched. Yikes! It was tricky but Dan came through like the pro he is and my kitchen is back to the beautiful room it once was.

Dan ran into several unexpected issues that were out of his control and found a creative solution for each problem. He communicated at every turn, letting me know what was next and how he was going to do things. He showed up when he said he would, was very transparent about his capacity, charged a fair price and went out of his way to make sure every element of the job was done right.

I have dealt with dozens of home repair guys in the past few months and none have inspired me to write a positive review. It's my pleasure to recommend Kreiger Cabinetry. Nate and his crew recently did new baseboards throughout my house. I am more than happy with the results. This is a trustworthy business that puts quality in to their work without being overpriced. I absolutely love the results and will definitely hire this company again in the future.

Very nice owner. I had broken roof tiles fixed, home side slab concrete patched in a few places, and roof leak sealed. Quality work and efficient with time. Prompt, honest, and respectful. Reasonable with pricing and good communication. Recommended and will use in the future.

Dale can do it all. I've been a client of his for about a year now. He's professional, responsive, and highly knowledgeable. I've yet to ask him about something he couldn't fix. He's installed a range hood, hung heavy mirrors, installed curtain rods, fixed doors, done drywall repair, etc. Whenever something around the house comes up-- and it inevitably always does-- I know Dale will respond quickly, handle the issue comprehensively, and do it efficiently and affordably. I'm so happy I found Dale.

Needed a frame for a pocket door.  The ones at the Home Depot and such seemed pretty cheesy to me to I looked around a bit and found these guys.  What an elegant and sturdy piece of design.  Easy to install, operates beautifully.  Worth every penny, they delivered it to the house.

Mark from Precision Door & Trim has worked with our company doing custom cabinetry and installation in numerous homes that we have remodeled. Mark is meticulous in his work and a true craftsman. Hired Diamond Hammer to complete some buyer requested repairs on my house while it was in the process of being sold. I used them because they were able to complete a variety of home repairs from electrical to pool plumbing. Chad was very professional and completed repairs efficiently and at the cost they originally estimated.

We just received our large non-concealment red line flag and are over the top excited with the quality and craftsmanship of this flag. Absolutely perfect.

We've used Affordable Home Improvements twice for a patio & garage light installation and then for flooring to be replaced from termite damage.  Both times communication & service were excellent with extremely reasonable pricing.

Will continue to use them in the future for all our home improvements!

Lacey takes a lot of pride in what she does and it shows! They have recently expanded their services into handyman services as well!

The good, the bad, and the downright ugly

Good: I had the most awesome sales rep. Lisa helped and guided me along the way. She, and Classy Closets, came to me as a referral from my neighbor. She has a great eye for design and color, and I couldn't have been more pleased with her level of talent and dedication. The installation itself was also good. The product is beautiful, and the installers were friendly and efficient.

Bad: With the exception of my sales rep, no one gets back to you at this company. I can't speak to whether I would ever have been communicated to if it weren't for her. Frankly, it was my intent to cancel the entire job and go somewhere else. However, I work from home and the installers came before the manager ever got back to me (big surprise) and I was on a conference call, so my husband let them start. What went awry is that I sent an email requesting a change for my installation date. My rep gave me the name and number of the scheduler. I left two (2) messages and I never got my call returned. As a result, I assumed they would be there as originally scheduled so I rearranged my entire day, took the time off work in order to get the install done. Then they were a no-show. I emailed Lisa and she came back to me with a new date and was unaware I had never been informed of the new install date. So now I had to rearrange my entire life again. I requested a discount in which the manager informed me they don't do that and it's against company policy. So, when I asked what they do when they have a dissatisfied customer he indicated they make it right. THEY DIDN'T. Because they already screwed it up. If they had made it right with me this entire review would have gone a different direction. The manager acted as though he had no idea I wasn't communicated with and actually told me at one point he thought I knew the date had changed which was an outright lie since I have the email chain to prove otherwise.

Ugly: You would think that would be it. But here's the kicker. I originally had the plan to build a wall of shelves and a murphy bed on my spare room but instead decided on the smaller project of my laundry room cabinets. Once the laundry was done ($5,000) I was planning to have my master closet done ($15,000) and then I was still debating on the spare room ($25,000). In addition, my neighbor wanted to use the same closet company as me for her spare room ($5,000) after I did my research. So, instead of giving me the small $500 discount I asked for, Classy Closets got paid $5,000 and lost well over $45,000 is additional business and every person that I may have recommended to them.
Bottom line...have a ton of patience if you decide to use them as they will not care about you, your life or your schedule. And apparently cannot do a simple ROI calculation. I loved my cabinets but would never use them again. Scheduling was a nightmare I don't want to repeat, and I didn't appreciate the way management handled the entire situation. If I treated my customers the way they did here, I'd be out of business.

I left a message over two weeks ago but I never heard back. I mentioned it was a small job for pieces missing from an antique I recently purchased. Maybe I shouldn't have mentioned small job.
