Charity and the Classy Closets team are absolute rockstars! We use have used them a number of times for Make-A-Wish families who request new closets for their wishes. They are always quick, professional, and all around a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend!

Walked in to a dead showroom today.  Wanted a simple design for a ten foot office wall.   Was completely blown off.   I don't need a designer to come out to my house for a simple project.  A designer qas there and would not even greet me.  Again, no customers were in the showroom.  

I've done a closet with them in the past.   I won't be doing this project.  

Don't have a showroom if you don't want to greet and help customers.

If I could give negative stars I would. I got quotes from 3 other companies and this interaction was the worst.

The design and planning part was not as easy as it was with other companies. The designer came out to take measurements and noted everything on paper and told me if I want to see the design I have to make an appointment to go to their center, this was very inconvenient as I had to take time out to just see what design she had come up. Others just designed on the spot and gave me a quick quote.

The company doesnt send you quotes via email, I got the quote and the design as pictures taken of their computer screen.

Then theres the issue with pricing-----I called to get a quote for a small kitchen pantry-----went out of the country for 10 days ( was warned prices would go up, I understood)------came back from said out of country trip----called company to get process started and set up install date-----company sent new invoice with price change from previous quote of ~$1500 to new quote of ~$6000!!! In the end was told I told you prices would change

This is where I have the problem, if prices change due to market fluctuations I understand, but to tell me first the problem was the software and that components didnt get priced in then to tell me that you were warned about price changes.....ummm not the same thing! And in a downward market, I find it very hard to fathom how prices can change from $1500 to $6000.

This situation lacks integrity and honesty. I can understand mistake was made but then not my fault, company should stand behind that and ensure to not make that mistake again but don't make your customer pay for it.

Try calling other companies before coming here, you will be glad you did.

Designer measuring error has yet to be corrected after 5 weeks of installation-
No email or phone communique after multiple attempts to learn when we would have a crew to fix their error.
Very disappointed-

My husband and I consolidated 2 houses of stuff into our Gilbert home and realized very quickly we needed more storage.....everywhere!  I reached out to several companies and I was most impressed with Lisa Strempke at Classy Closets. She set an appointment time, showed up when expected, and delivered a quote with several options within a day or two. She also put me in touch with Carl Strempke to build a stone wall unit to house our electric fireplace and mounted TV. In all we had our owner's suite closet redone, added several cabinets in the garage, turned a blah den into a great library by adding a wall of shelves and closed cabinets, built the wall in the living room, and on each side added lighted floating shelves and cabinets. I couldn't be happier with Lisa, Carl, and their [email protected]

Basically, terrible follow-up and service..  closet is just ok, deck came out pretty nice.  Design session went pretty well.  To install our closet and a desk in a smaller bedroom closet, there was some demo work that needed to be done.  What we didn't understand was the extent of the damage that would be created.  We should have had some conversation about doing the demo, then repair, then installation...

To repair the damage will take retexturing the walls and painting.  Since the new closet is in place, the work will take a lot of time to tape off everything - not to mention that we will need to basically empty the closet again!

While the closet is more organized, I feel we actually lost space!

Our biggest issue is the lack of follow-up...  I reached out in email for the issues and a few things that needed to be fixed.  Other than reaching out to a customer service rep (that we later had to track down ourselves) we have not heard from the designed.  Once they had their money, they were gone.  They did eventually send someone who made the necessary adjustments we needed - and he was really good!  If it wasn't for him, this likely would have been a 1 star rating!

If we had known all of this, the poor level of service and follow-up, we would have looked elsewhere.  We have had this type of work done in the past and have always been thrilled!  

The bottom line is that it will cost us at least another $1,000 to repair the damage.

I had a great experience. Amanda was responsive and timely and her design included exactly what I was looking for. I just moved from a large master closet into a master with only one bar and knew I needed to do something. This whole process was quick and actual installation took less than a day.

I can now fit all my clothes and accessories into my space with room left over. It looks 100 times better and I am actually happy every time I walk into my new closet. Definitely thinking about doing the the rest of my closets!

This review is for the installers who did the closet installation. My previous review (I can't find) was for the designer who was terrible, but is now no longer there. Hooray!
The installer called me to say they were on their way and would arrive in 30 minutes. They arrived at that time, he brought 2 helpers who he Introduced, they set up and got to work. The main installer was training a new hire. He was amazing! What a good trainer! I was impressed with his patience and how clearly he explained the process to his co-worker. I told him of my bad experience up to that point with Classy Closets, but he sure made up for it! The time it took from my signing the contract to the actual install was less than 4 weeks, so I was happy about that.
My closets look fantastic! They did a fabulous job of the installation and I couldn't be happier. He was polite, professional, and thorough. I choose Classy Closets for this project because of the price. They had a promotional price of $849 on the one closet. It is a lifesaver! My master closet is now ripped out and it will be 3 more months before it will be installed. Meanwhile, I can use the guest room closet.
All in all, the installers made up for the horrible design experience, but since she is gone, it no longer is applicable,
Very long wait times can still be expected for the most part.

I worked with Charity to design my closet and garage in our new build. The closet is a decent size but could not hold even half of the stuff I had. She listened to me and understood my needs and my new closet turned out better than I could have imagined. I was worried that it would not help and still not give me the space I needed but I was wrong! I actually have room for things now. It's beautiful and well made. The garage is amazing as well. My husband is obsessed with how it looks and loves how much space he has. I appreciate her help so much. I am so grateful for the help and beautiful, practical design.

Had the DisPleasure to meet Dave Whipple.  He came by for a what was supposed to be a design quote. It felt like since i wasnt in North Scottsdale he didn't want to help me. He looked at the closet space said 3grand and when i was serious and ready he would design something for me....    And was gone.all within 5 minutes...   3k is waaaay higher than any other quote i got with other companies.  I felt like he didn't care to help or want to be there. I highly recommend going somewhere else if you are wanting to do closet or other space.
Dave was horribad and uncaring.

I went with Kristin Q at Desert Sky Closets for a lot less then he quoted me. She was amazing sent me multiple designs and i felt like she cared and wanted to help me.  Call her.  925-548-0874.  Youll be happy you did.

Moved into a smaller home and we soon realized we needed to reorganize closet space.  After interviewing several companies, Classy Closets  (and Alicia) showed us how to meet our needs at the best price.  Easy to work with, made changes as per our request and even the installers were professional and cleaned up beautifully.

Love love love my closets.  Thank you charity for designing. Our new home closets in Queen Creek - we really love the pantry and the upgraded look versus what the builder gives you. The closets were thought out and she did a great job designing.  HIGHLY recommend Charity and her team.

The good, the bad, and the downright ugly

Good: I had the most awesome sales rep. Lisa helped and guided me along the way. She, and Classy Closets, came to me as a referral from my neighbor. She has a great eye for design and color, and I couldn't have been more pleased with her level of talent and dedication. The installation itself was also good. The product is beautiful, and the installers were friendly and efficient.

Bad: With the exception of my sales rep, no one gets back to you at this company. I can't speak to whether I would ever have been communicated to if it weren't for her. Frankly, it was my intent to cancel the entire job and go somewhere else. However, I work from home and the installers came before the manager ever got back to me (big surprise) and I was on a conference call, so my husband let them start. What went awry is that I sent an email requesting a change for my installation date. My rep gave me the name and number of the scheduler. I left two (2) messages and I never got my call returned. As a result, I assumed they would be there as originally scheduled so I rearranged my entire day, took the time off work in order to get the install done. Then they were a no-show. I emailed Lisa and she came back to me with a new date and was unaware I had never been informed of the new install date. So now I had to rearrange my entire life again. I requested a discount in which the manager informed me they don't do that and it's against company policy. So, when I asked what they do when they have a dissatisfied customer he indicated they make it right. THEY DIDN'T. Because they already screwed it up. If they had made it right with me this entire review would have gone a different direction. The manager acted as though he had no idea I wasn't communicated with and actually told me at one point he thought I knew the date had changed which was an outright lie since I have the email chain to prove otherwise.

Ugly: You would think that would be it. But here's the kicker. I originally had the plan to build a wall of shelves and a murphy bed on my spare room but instead decided on the smaller project of my laundry room cabinets. Once the laundry was done ($5,000) I was planning to have my master closet done ($15,000) and then I was still debating on the spare room ($25,000). In addition, my neighbor wanted to use the same closet company as me for her spare room ($5,000) after I did my research. So, instead of giving me the small $500 discount I asked for, Classy Closets got paid $5,000 and lost well over $45,000 is additional business and every person that I may have recommended to them.
Bottom line...have a ton of patience if you decide to use them as they will not care about you, your life or your schedule. And apparently cannot do a simple ROI calculation. I loved my cabinets but would never use them again. Scheduling was a nightmare I don't want to repeat, and I didn't appreciate the way management handled the entire situation. If I treated my customers the way they did here, I'd be out of business.

We most recently had our laundry room done by Classy Closets.  From our designer, Charity, to the install team, all were true professionals.  I have worked with this company many times (bedroom closet, office re-do) and each time you all have exceeded expectations.  I cannot recommend them enough.  A great company!

What an experience! Some good, some bad. We originally started our project in July and we just finished this week. Yep 6 months. Our original rep did a great job designing our office and we picked out colors and countertop without a hitch. The installers showed up to put the wall unit together and did a great job!  But, they showed up in October without the counter. Said the office should have told us. We found out that our rep left and no one picked up the pieces. The communication with this company is horrible! No one returns calls, no one has answers. Finally we were assigned a new designer Chris who was wonderful!!! He kept in touch with us constantly about the progress on the counter, but he also had trouble getting the office to respond. What a nightmare! We have more work to do but will not be using Classy Closets.

Review

Acacia from classy closets came to our home during construction to give us an estimate. Why we decided to go with Classy Closets is because of Acacia. During her visit she was honest, asked many questions to help us decide on what would work with our master closet, pantry & hall closet space while being conscious of our budget. We had another company come out that was way too expensive & very basic for what we would get, also didn't take the time to listen to our needs like Acacia did.
Acacia was quick to get us a quote & got us scheduled right away. When it came to installation day she made sure to check in to see if everything went smooth. We happy with how fast they got the job done, & how it looked we ended up getting our guest bedroom closets done which again came out great.
I would use them again if we have another project we decide to do in the future. I also want to say the lady in the the show room was very helpful when we went to look at other options. It's great to see the entire company cared about our experience. Thank you Acacia & team from Classy Closet

We finally got Classy aligned with the plans for a master closet end of January/early February.  Amanda our sales person was amazing.  They took about 2 months which was expected.  Was able to get a solid install and set date.  Super organized.  On time, no issues at all.  We ended up doing our laundry room!  Meanwhile we used a different contractor for something else, Stonecreek Furniture in Tempe to do another remodel.  Bad choice that one took 6 months ( I would have used Classy but signed back in Dec 2019).  Use Classy for everything next time or just check with them.  

They should be called Classy Closets and more.  We will be back when we compete the master bath and our other office!  Professional all the way around.  Thank you Classy!  You will put out everyone else!  Keep it up and keep your customers happy!  That's all we want to be!  Solid everything.  Our master closet looks like a million bucks!

We went with Classy to remodel our crazy outdated kitchen so it was a no brainer when we needed to redo our master closet. We have a small home with high ceilings and the space was no being utilized in a way that was going to work for our family! We needed the space to function as a closet, extra storage, and an office space for my husband. (again, small house...) I could not be happier about the result! So much space! Everything we needed to fit did with ample space to spare! The design process was awesome and they were able to customize it to our needs including working with my husband so he could incorporate his word working into our space. It is so amazing and the process was easy! So glad we have Classy! I would have taken photos before we organized the space but I was just too excited!!

Charity was amazing to work with for our closets. The installers were polite, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely be a repeat customer.

If only I checked their reviews prior to buying into the professionalism you get in the showroom that doesn't translate to a great result in your home.

We had what should have been a relatively easy guest bathroom tub/shower combo conversion to a tile shower.  We ended up with huge amounts of leftover tile due to their poor measuring skills, sadly the job took 2x longer than it should have so I couldn't return the excess due to it being two weeks past the return period.

A shower conversion that should have taken 2-3 weeks took six weeks.  Upon completion we noticed water making its way onto the shower floor.  We had them come out to see why it was leaking, they place the blame on the shower head even though there is a huge space between the wall and shower glass.  We made multiple.   attempts to get them to fix the glass, actually got a we will send someone out, which never happened, no return call, nothing.

We are now going to have it demoed by another company and get a drop in placed in its stead, we are also looking at a $30k master bath remodel but definitely not by classy closets and baths, but its not like the care, there will be others that won't read the reviews and plenty of poor quality showers to be built.

They should probably stick with closets because those don't leak if you mess it up.

Seriously read the 1 star reviews, they were given for a reason.

Hi Veronica I just called the store to cancel your service. Over a week texting, emailing, and calling, I realized this was not the company for me.
I work in a line of business that first impressions and experiences are everything. I do live my life this way. I was so excited as one of our residents did recommend Classy Closets. But what I got is a designer that obviously did not want to do the job and therefore showed me a lack in professionalism.
This may not have been important to you however this was everything to me. If this was something you did not want to commit too all you had to say was no. But that was hardly the case.
When I called the store they did ask me to send another rep. I explained that no that will not work because they will not be able to squeeze this project in now that it will be an additional 2 weeks to get someone here. :(

We used Classy for our kitchen reface in January 2020.  We were very happy with the outcome of our new kitchen. Fresh face on the cabinets, new hardware and granite counters we found at AZ Tile. Classy showed up on time for every appointment that was scheduled. They were responsive to any requests or concerns we had. Very happy with our experience!

Crew messed up my countertop installation. They used warped plywood as a base for my expensive Quartz countertops and now top is loose, Kitchen sink leaks around the rim and my expensive cabinets are damaged. Additionally they can't read a tape measure so now finally when I can afford the refrigerator I wanted it wont fit by 1/8th of an inch. Sales lady had an attitude so I wouldn't even bother to reach out to them to correct their work.

Awful, non-professional company.  They more resemble shady contractor's out there doing shoddy work and trying to burn through some customers until their reputation falls apart and they change their name to keep doing it again.  They've been late and unresponsive to every inquiry we have had.  Incredibly disappointing by the quality of their work.

Classy Closets was wonderfully quick to return my inquiry call and setting up an in home consultation to re think my master closet that is still builder grade and a waste of space. Dave Whipple, a Senior Design Consultant showed up to the appointment right on time, was friendly and walked me through all the different options based on my needs. He measured and sketched the closet space for me and again showed me all my options. About 2 weeks later I left Dave a voicemail. No response. A week later I sent him a text asking if he received my voicemail. No response. Two days later I called the office to let them know Dave was non responsive and I wanted to move forward with this project - the woman that answered transferred me to his supervisor. That went to voicemail. The next day I received a call from Dave who assured me he would email me one change I was making to the original plan and that we would move forward. NOTHING ever sent. Thank you Classy Closets for the serious lack of follow through. Guess you have plenty of customers and do not need my business.

We recently downsized to a new home.  We love the new house and felt like everything was the perfect size.  Then we realized just how much smaller the master bedroom closet in the new house was compared to the old one.  We honestly thought we were going to have to throw away half our wardrobe.  Our designer with Classy Closets was Charity Huston.  She came up with an amazing design that allowed us to make use of every square inch of the closet while keeping everything completely organized.  The installers called when they were 30 minutes out just to let us know they were on their way and arrived exactly on time.  They were polite, professional and the installation was perfect.  I highly recommend Charity Huston and the whole Classy Closets team.

Re Classy Closets Chandler

I have yet to receive a quote or any correspondence from your company after the appointment with your designer over one week ago.  As you came highly recommended I am shocked that the experience turned out to be a waste of my time.  

I have to assume that the designer was not interested in our project (a built in office wall) as she indicated that if another vendor can give us what we want then we should just go with them.  Apparently my desired layout did not meet her standards and a designer.  We were open to other designs and options and have several projects planned in addition to our office - including a media wall, three closets, and garage storage.  I was also cautioned during the meeting that what I wanted would be expensive and probably not in my budget (wow that is offensive).  I never stated what our budget was for the project . . . Quotes received from others have ranged from 4-10k depending on materials so the 6-8k the designer threw out did not shock me.  However, we will happily use another vendor and make sure we share our experience.

I've found the designers to be extremely knowledgable and most have more than 20+ experience at Classy Closets, which says a lot about the company. They go above and beyond to satisfy their clients, and resolve all punch list items.

They're pleasant to work with and have a family-owned atmosphere, which allows them to make decisions quickly without having to go to corporate.

Their products are competitively priced and although they may not be the cheapest in town, they will be by your side for the duration of the project and come back until everything is resolved, if needed.

You are getting hands-on, passionate people with solid experience in a very friendly atmosphere. That can't be beat!

Through a silent auction I won a newly designed closet (for a fee).
Turned my credit into a new master bathroom cabinet and it was like getting a brand new beautiful bathroom.  The transformation was amazing!
So much so we decided to re-do every cabinet in our home. I can't wait for the kitchen and 2 additional bathrooms to be re-faced and get brand new doors and drawer fronts.

We would highly recommend them due to price and quality of product.

We fell in love with this countertop at the home show, the company at the home show though never called us back.  So, we called a couple other companies.   Classy Closets not only got it done in 10 days but was less expensive then the others.    We would recommend them to anyone looking to remodel!   Call Azucena she's wonderful.

I truly can't say enough about the Chandler showroom and group that work there. I've been working with Dave designing my new master closet and laundry room. He is very professional and has gone out of his way to please me and get the design just right. Brittany, the manager of the showroom, was amazing as well. I stopped in without an appointment and she took so much of her time to show me all the different products and help me in any way she could. During my visit she printed up my plans, answered all of my questions,tried to come up with solutions to problems, made phone calls for me, gave me samples, helped me with colors, etc. She truly made me feel like I was a VIP. I could not be more impressed with my experience at the Chandler location!

Was very impressed with this business establishment. My fiancé and I, ventured out to the chandler showroom to get some ideas for our up and coming home improvement projects. Brittany helped us out from start to finish when it came to answering our questions, offering helpful suggestions and lining up a price quote so we can better afford the expense when it comes time. My husband and I downsized houses and master closets.  We knew we would need something special to make it all fit.  Charity did an amzing job organizing a great space for us.  Plus it was affordable.  The prices were much less then I expected.  We finally have our closet installed and it is amazing.  It's exactly what we wanted.  We have extra room.  The installers did a great job.  Everyone we dealt with at Classy Closets was great.  We could not be more pleased with our new beautiful downsized closet.

Loved the showroom experience. The staff was attentive and friendly and product looks wonderful. A week after the visit, they sent out Carl to my home to measure and design a kitchen, laundry room and multiple closets. About two weeks later, after receiving no follow up, I contacted the company via email that I had not received a design yet. They called me with in 30 minutes and apologized saying this was not typical and they would look into it. Carl also emailed me to let me know he was on vacation and he would contact me at the end of the week. I waited until the end of the week hopeful to see what he came up with only to receive NO design and just a price list. I'm not sure how they can price it without a design but that is all I received. I told my husband after the initial meeting I felt that the designer was displeased to be there and talked down to me through the entire visit. Possibly he WRONGFULLY assumed we can't afford his services. I replied immediately asking for a design and he said he can't provide one because we were missing some drywall. Drywall?!? You can't see the room size because of some drywall pulled up to update plumbing? Perplexed by the whole situation, the designer is now requesting blue prints. The whole experience with Carl has certainly been underwhelming. It's been 4 weeks since my visit to the showroom. I came to spend $30,000 and still have no design. Carl has told me they are scheduling too far out to finish our September project in time now... which is why I came in a month ago  Very disappointed. Better luck to the next shopper.

We have used Classy Closets twice and will look for a different company in the future. The first time, a year ago, the person who did the original measurements made a mistake, so that when the installers arrived the pieces didn't fit, and they had to return to make new parts and set up another date to install. The second time was more recent to construct cabinets for our utility room. The person came out and measured, and we explained that we needed to have the tall cabinet to store our vacuum and floor cleaner. He measured them and said no problem the cabinet would have an inch at least of room. The final drawings were emailed to us to approve with all the measurements noted, and we approved the drawings. The installation date was set for 9:00 to 11:00 and on that day we get a phone call they can't come, and we will have to reschedule, which we did, which was another two weeks. When the installers finally came, they installed the cabinets and left when done. We tried to put the vacuum and floor cleaner in their cabinet, but it was 2 inches shorter than the drawing, so we had to place them in at an angle. We contacted our designer, and he and his boss came up with two fixes, one costing $100 the other $400, neither fix was acceptable. They also charged our credit card for the final payment before a decision was made, let alone completed. We passed on the fixes and decided to make others aware of our problems dealing with this company.

Very pleased with the final product. Charity and the installers did a great job from start to finish!

We had an excellent experience with Classy Closets! We remodeled our home and had 4 closets installed. The staff was friendly, efficient, and had all four closets done very quickly! Our designer Breanna was so nice to work with and made the process of selecting layouts that fit our needs very simple and easy! The new closet layouts are great for organization and all the shelves and clothing rods are adjustable so we can make them fit for our needs. We would absolutely recommend Classy Closets!

We chose Classy Closets to remodel our master closet along with put in laundry cabinets in our new home. Acacia was extremely friendly and responsive throughout the process. We initially contacted 3 closet companies, however Acacia responded and provided quotes before any other company reached out. She was cognizant of working within our budget and provided options for reducing overall costs. The end result was even better than expected! We knew the remodel would meet our expectations for storage, but the finished product provided even more storage than initially imagined!

Working with Classy Closets was a pleasure. Marie is a great designer and implemented my needs into her plan that resulted in a closet that really has become a functional part of my home. The installation team was both friendly and fast as well. I would definitely recommend Classy Closets to anyone that needs a custom closet and plan on using them again in the future.

I popped in the showroom and was warmly greeted by Kat. She was so helpful in sharing options and ideas. Never pushy! Kat came to my existing space and customized a drawing. After helping me tweek and find the best value we locked in a design. I was offered a date to secure install within days. The guys who installed were super professional and I appreciated the communication from them on arrival and timeline. I'm so freaking overjoyed with my new closet. I would highly recommend choosing Classy!!!

We've used Classy closets twice now. In our last home they did a custom entertainment center and when we moved, they did another custom entertainment center and a mudroom for us. Both times we worked with Charity- she is so easy to work with and is awesome. She's honest and has great ideas! The quality is awesome on everything they've done for us. I would HIGHLY recommend classy closets! And ask for charity!

We recently moved into our new house in Chandler and were looking to add some cabinets in our Kitchen/dining area.  We had a rough idea of what we needed - so we went around to the big box stores (Home Depot and Lowes) While Lowes in Chandler Bvld was great in their design, we thought it might need a lot of co-ordination from our side.  Home Depot was awful - we couldn't get them to respond.  However, we got an idea of the pricing etc. from the big box stores.

We went and then saw Classy Closets - and were immediately impressed with the designer we met - Cristin Young.  She greeted us warmly and after she understood what we needed, she proceeded to draw up a great design.  We were impressed with the design and a few days later, we got a quote that we a bit high but still very comprehensive and competetive.  We decided to go with Classy Closets - and it was a great choice.  The cabinets turned out great, they look awesome and my wife loves the extra cabinet space.  The folks that did the install were super - very, very detailed and took a lot of pride in their work.  Very high quality work.

During the entire process, Cristin called us couple of times to give us updates and during the 2 days of installation, she call to inquire about how things went etc.  She is great to work with and I highly recommend Classy Closets.

We hired Charity with Classy Closets after getting quotes from a total of 3 companies.  Classy Closets ended up having not only the right prices, but the materials and colors we were looking for.  After getting the design right and after some saving up we called them up to install.  We are so glad we decided to work with Charity as the project ended up looking exactly as we were hoping it would.  When it comes to cost, quality of materials and workmanship I would recommend Charity with Classy Closets hands down.

I've worked with Charity on designing our laundry room and when she came by to collect measurements she explained all the different options available to me which allowed me to have a clear understanding of exactly what I would be getting along with the time frame for delivery/install. She had a great understanding of my vision and sent me over the drawing and quote within 24 hours! I absolutely love it and would recommend Classy Closets and her to all my friends and family. She has done numerous projects for my family already and everything she touches comes out stunning!

We recently used Classy Closets to update our kitchen and a bathroom counter with Cambria (engineered granite). Classy Closets was one of a few local places that sold this particular brand of stone (which we felt was the only engineered stone that looked like real granite). Overall they did a great job and the kitchen now looks completely upgraded. They even took the extra time with layout to ensure we were able to also redo our guest bathroom with the leftover parts of the slab.

My only complaint is that I felt they should have been better about communication overall - I ended up having to call them multiple times to figure out exactly what time someone would be at our house.

We had an extensive remodeling job carried out on our new home and needed to have the master closet redesigned to maximize storage space. Additionally, we also needed a custom desk for our home office and finally, a large, wall to wall, floor to ceiling bookshelf as well.

Pete, our salesman/designer came out and listened carefully to our needs and took extensive measurements of the areas where the custom items were to be built.  He then submitted to us a detailed bid which included drawings and specs for each of the items we wanted.  After carefully comparing Classy Closets bids with their 3 other competitors (also we carefully read online customer reviews from various sites), we chose Classy Closets.  Well done Pete!

Kenna, the Ring Master/Scheduler pulled it all together for us and scheduled (unfortunately, due to a delay with our contractor, had to reschedule the bookshelf twice. Kenna, thanks so much for being so fluid and getting Collin scheduled to come back out for my bookshelf!) the install.

There were two teams of installers, one for our Master Closet and bookcase and one for our custom office desk/wall unit and they were all extremely professional and friendly which was much appreciated.

I especially want to thank our installer Collin for coming out to our place three times.  He is a true professional (takes great pride in his work and has a fantastic work ethic) and all around great guy and is one of the reasons why Classy Closets will always have our business.  Thanks Collin buddy!

Awhile back I had the privilege of working with Pete Espinoza on designing some closets for my home.  I couldn't be happier with his design ideas and the final product.  Anybody looking for superb service, great craftsmanship, and attention to detail, don't hesitate to use Classy Closets. Save yourself a headache and go to California Closets!

I first started out with Charity until she went out of town, I was asked to wait until she got back. Told them I prefer not to wait and if there was another person that could help me, they put me in touch with Robert until he then went out of town, unexpectedly, for a week. I was then asked to wait, said no way! They put me back in touch with Charity. Fine. I had to send her over the design because she apparently didn't have it saved. Ok. We went back and forth on design, I finally  just scanned over the design from California Closets and asked her to duplicate with their price. She only sent price. I then asked her to submit to me her final drawing with qoute to confirm accuracy. This is where I'm upset. She replied back I'll get it over in the next few days WHAT!? Does a few days mean 3or??? Bottom line is you have to BEG this company to take your money!
By the way the difference between California Closets and Classy Closets was $328.00, it was the same exact specs and the only difference is the installation itself, which happens to be better with California Closets as it turns out. I'm gladly paying 328 more for a more professional company and better instalation! You should do the same!

I had Pete the representative from Classy Closets come out to my house and do a drawing and give me a quote. He was very professional and gave us a couple of new ideas that we didn't even think of. We had new garage cabinets, office closet and office cabinets installed. The installers were very professional and did the job RIGHT. I was impressed with Classy Closets and will always recommend them. The only thing was that there was a 4 week waiting list to have all my projects done which only took them 2 days. Either way I would wait again because of the experience I had with them.

We have a very small closet with a single bar and shelf. When I saw a Groupon for a basic closet system, I jumped on it. The designer came out to make measurements and draw out the plan. He was professional and friendly and didn't attempt to upsell (something that I really appreciated).

The installer came out a few days later to tear down our existing bar and shelf and patched up the wall with some spackle. He then put in the new system which looks great and has maximized our storage.

MY COMPLAINT: I wish someone would have recommended that we tear everything out and spackle and paint before the installation. I hadn't thought of this and it was never mentioned. Now we are left with nice new shelves that are surrounded by very obvious large patches of spackle. I feel that this is a detail that deserved some attention.

Extremely disappointed in their customer service.  The sales representative, Carrie Dixon, was very slow and getting a quote, over 2.5 weeks and is even worse when it comes to responding to emails and follow up.  As a customer, we feel like we are begging her to spend our $16,000 to remodel our closet.  There's too much competition to settle for poor customer service.  I wouldn't waste my time giving this company a call or getting a quote.  Unbelievable!  I'm still shaking my head.

As a previous customer of Classy Closets while at a different home I wanted to go and see what was new in the world of closets.  When I entered the Chandler showroom I was greeted by a very friendly employee named Brittany.  Brittany was very friendly and immediately made me feel welcome.  I was shocked when I started looking around because not only did I see displays for closets but also for kitchens and office space as well.  With my amazement with their new offerings since I had purchased closets last time, Brittany toured me around the showroom to show me everything they now offer and expanded my vision quite a bit.  I left the store not only prepared with ideas for closets but for my kitchen and office space as well.  Thank you Brittany for helping to create a pleasant experience where I was educated but not pressured.  Rest assured when the time is right, I will be asking for Brittany when I return.

Charity delivered wonderful service and produced a truly functional closet that is even better than I expected. My family has used her designs several times over the years and we are always happy with the final result. It is truly evident that Classy Closets takes pride in their work, they are lucky to have Charity Huston

I worked with Charity on designing several pieces in our home.  We were so impressed with the first one, she did for us.   We reach out to her for a few other projects / ideas we had and asked her to design a few more for us.   Every time she came through with a great designed that worked wonderful for what we needed and they looked great!     She is very easy to work with, flexible wants your input and listens to you.  I would recommend her and her designs to anyone.

These folks are worthless.  We stopped by their design office and got the promise that Jeff Gaylord will call to look at our bath room.  After a week he did not call.  I called him and he promised to show up.  He never called or showed up. I called again today and got the same runaround.  I will never recommend them to any one.

They did and excellent job!  I designed the closet, then went over everything carefully with Cristin and double check measurements.  It was as perfect as perfect can be!  I used CC once before in Fountain Hills, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great closet!

Wow! This place is not only the best eye candy for anyone addicted to organizing their stuff in a fashionable and individual way, but he people that work there were friendly, and knew their stuff. I have an odd shaped closet and they had not hesitations of how and what we could do to make it work for me.  I would totally go back there when I buy my next home. Worth every penny.

Our experience with Classy Closets was exceptional and I would highly recommend them! What sets them apart was their professionalism, attention to detail, very reasonable pricing   and their ability to deliver what was promised on time with zero rework or installation problems for our Carlsbad condo closets. Jaye was able to effectively communicate with my wife several very practical ideas & alternatives and any / all of our questions were answered in a very prompt and timely manner. The day of the installation the crew arrived on time and was very efficient, industrious and obviously veterans who have done numerous closet installation jobs before - no rookie crews here! Would give them 6 stars if possible, but again, in closing a Job Well Done!

I have done several projects with them - master closet, pantry, mud room, home office/library. They have been great to work with from start to finish on all my projects. Charity, my designer, really listened to all my needs and concerns and addressed them in her designs. The installers were professional - on time, efficient, and did the job right the first time every time. I highly recommend them.

I am so impressed with the customer service provided by Josh Ream.   Josh arrived promptly at our home ready to listen and learn so that he could design the perfect closet for our teenage daughter.  Not only did he listen, he asked great questions, provided examples and assured her she would have a functional and organized closet in no time!  As promised, that evening Josh emailed me the design for approval.  The scheduling department was very efficient and we are ready for install on December 27.  Amazing customer service and thoughtful design work by Josh!  I will share photos as soon as the installation is complete.

Everything about our experience was wonderful. Robert, our designer/salesman, created a design that exactly matched our request. The visit to the showroom allowed us to select the color, hardware, etc. that further customized our closet. The two installers, Collin and Robert, arrived each day as scheduled, professionally installed the closet system and cleaned up when the project was complete. We now own a closet that holds much more and looks great too.
Amazingly, Classic Closets had the lowest price of the three estimates we received. The closet they created would have been a great value even if they had been the highest price!

We have seen the Classy Closets products in other homes and called for an estimate. Kerri met us at the showroom and was very informative. Like another reviewer's experience, she was thoughtful of price and gave us several options that put us in control of the price. When she came to our house to measure, she had professional plans of our kitchen drawn based on the photos we provided. She made some excellent suggestions, gave us detailed information about the process of building and installing, and the expected timeline.  We look forward to working with her more in the future.

We had a master bath remodel and from Carl (my initial contact/designer) to Jeff the job manager, we had a wonderful experience. All were especially attentive to our wants/needs and most importantly were responsive to questions/calls. We selected all materials and they installed beautifully.
We are most pleased with our experience and would highly recommend for small to large projects.
If we decide to pursue other upgrades to baths, kitchen, we will use Classy Closets.

Contacted Classy Closets for a quote, they came out and said they would have my quote within 48 hours.  Two weeks later I contacted the salesman and after a number of excuses he said I would have a quote in less than 24 hour. 2 weeks latter no quote.  They wasted my time waiting for their quote.

I called on 03/19 to set up an appt.
I got measured and received a quote on 03/21 from Charity.
I ordered on 3/25 (appx).
The new closets were installed on Monday 04/01.
Pretty quick turnaround, the closets look amazing, my installers TJ & Justin were prompt, respectful, well spoken and very professional.  I would do business with them again.

I love love love Classy Closets.  We have 4 closets and 2 offices they did out of the Scottsdale Store.  Fawn was our designer and she did a awesome job.   I just went in today to reconfigure some shelves in my daughters very small closet.  I'm still shocked how much I can get in there with the way it was configured.  They came as promised and the installers were so nice and did a great job.

We looked forward to Classy Closets installing a make-over for our master bedroom closet.  While the process started off quite well-Josh Ream came out to our home and provided what we believe was professional design.  Unfortunately, this professional assistance went down hill quickly.  As the installers came out to install the shelving it was clear that there were significantly errors in their blue prints--this would require a major make over to install the original design.  When I brought this to Josh's attention he agreed that he made a serious error and apologized for the mistake.  In addition, the installers left a mess in the closet that they did not clean up and numerous other construction issues such as damaged shelves.  I requested that Josh send replacement shelving--he indicated that he was going out of town and did not have the time to respond to me request-if I had a problem he would turn the problem to another employee and have him deal with the problem--he was no longer to deal with my concerns.  This resulted in my contacting the owner who responded by having the installers come over the next day with the additional shelving and installing new shelving that was originally damaged.  Unfortunately, while installing and making the necessary repairs the installers damaged the drywall, leaving significantly more damage to the walls that required spackling and repainting.  While we are happy with their product, I cannot say the same for their employees lack of care and professionalism.   First, I would not use Josh Ream as your designer--he has little understanding of how to respond to client's requests and following through with the project to the completion.  Make sure that you check the blue prints that the installers are using with the original approved design.  Stay with the installers to assure that they are following the prints exactly, and assure that they are not installing damaged shelving and are not damaging the walls, etc. Immediately check the shelving for damage as well as walls, etc. If there are issues, and I hope you have better luck then we had, contact the owner immediately outlining the existing issues. Again, stay with the installers to assure that all issues are resolved to your satisfaction.  While we are satisfied with the product we are very dissatisfied with the lack of professional employees.

We used CC for the remodel of our master bath.  We were promised 30 days max and it turned out to be over 60 days.  The final product was less our vision than the sales person / designer.  The sales person lied telling us it was a sub that was holding up progress when it was CC's cabinet shop.  He also lied to a sub saying we were on a budget when it was CC trying to save a dime.  

I should add that they also did garage cabinets for us and that was a definite positive experience.  They turned out just as planned and on time.

Just don't use this company for remodeling!

I was not impressed with their service. The desiger or representative who provided the estimate was late, condescending and dare I say lazy. He wanted to do the least possible with regard to his design yet provided a very expensive estimate. Based on that experience, we chose not to go with them and went with another firm and they provided much better service and professionalism.

We had a horrible experience and I will never use Classy Closets again! We moved into a house that had two closets done by them already, so we decided to continue the work with them. Long story short, they couldn't get the order correct and it took so many phone calls. There was a complete lack of communication and professionalism. They misplaced the agreed upon, and signed, drawing and the crew didn't show up as scheduled TWICE. When we rescheduled, they showed up with the wrong drawing and wrong materials. It took FOUR tries for them to get it right and then we STILL didn't have everything we were supposed to. On top of it, they installed a hamper and didn't drill it into studs and it fell off the wall. We were so very frustrated, we didn't even bother to call them and have them fix it. We decided to do it ourselves. The men that do the installation had excellent customer service but didn't have the correct communication from the person that sold the job and the office. The office and the process is completely unprofessional. Choose another company no matter what!

I'm writing a follow-up to my original review as I ended up purchasing a closet system from Classy Closets.  I wanted to give them a second chance since they had come highly recommended from several people I know.  I did speak with several other companies and they were hundreds of dollars more for a similar closet design.  The good thing about getting the other quotes was finding some design features that I wanted incorporated with the Classy Closet design.  I contacted my sales rep and asked for the changes in the design.  He complied and gave me a new proposal.  As I negotiated with each of the companies, I found Classy Closets to be the most flexible in their pricing.  After agreeing to their final proposal, Classy Closets was out within 2 weeks and had my closet completed in a day.  The results were great and my wife and I love the new closet!

I could not disagree less with the previous reviewer. I have used 7 subs in the last 4 months and Classy Closets are the only ones that I would recommend to anybody. Carrie, the designer, could not have been more professional, courteous and customer service oriented. The installation staff worked extremely cleanly and left my home immaculate. I had one dealing with the office on some accessories and found the same level of superlative service. Coupled to all the above is the fact that they delivered exactly on the date promised and finished earlier than promised. Highest recommendation.

We recently used Classy Closets for an Entertainment Center built in and built in desk for our family room. They both turned out amazing! Everything I wanted them to be! Lori and her team have made a number of visits to our home to take measurements, and color match, to make sure everything turned out perfect, and it did. So happy this company, and our new built ins.

Classy Closets did a great job designing my closet and my office. Showed up on time for the estimate and showed up on time for delivery. The wrong colored materials showed up and they installed it anyway and told me someone would be out to replace it with the right color. They did show up and they did replace. Which was a surprise for I find most AZ businesses don't ever follow up when there is a problem. So yes I was happy.
