A big thanks to Greco Roman Construction Design for the great service and installation of my Milgard Trinsic windows. Walter's knowledge and great advice with the window replacements was extremely helpful in our decision making. The install team (Jeff, Kari and Drake) is a talented team of professionals who worked very well together. They did an amazing job. We had one window that was in a very tight spot, but that was no trouble for them. The next day Freddy arrived to do the painting touch ups.  He was very meticulous, and it shows in the finishing quality.  George was on sight to review the top-quality results. When it comes customer service and quality of the installation, this team went above and beyond for us! We have had many compliments from our neighbors,  I won't hesitate in recommending the Greco Roman team.

I've built several custom homes in the past, but due to my work schedule was not able to work on a major remodel I had planned this summer.  I needed help and I found Routz Quality Carpentry online and took a chance. It is now two months later and I can honestly say that I couldn't be happier with the professionalism, attention to detail and commitment to quality that Travis the owner has exhibited.    

Travis has been working with me on a complete remodel including adding pergola patio and carport, new windows and doors, interior framing and flooring.  He's been AMAZING!  On time, thorough, great communication, consultative, excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail!  Would strongly recommend Routz for any project large or small!  The entire experience has exceeded my and my wife's expectations and I would definitely recommend him to anyone with an eye for quality and value!

First time my husband worked with Tommy, he made a custom credenza for his turntable and records. It was so beautiful and amazing. It was unique and top quality.

We commissioned Tommy for the second time to make us this amazing dining table. From start to finish he was a joy to work with. Kept on budget, tackled any road blocks to my crazy ideas as they came up. In the end produced exactly what I wanted and even better than expected. If you cab dream it, Tommy can produce it. Top quality, all heart in every piece. You will not be disappointed.

He has also made us several cutting boards they make thoughtful unique gifts too!

Aaron did a great job on the construction and installation of our island countertop. We love the look as well as the quality of his workmanship. He was efficient and great at communicating with us throughout the process. Aaron took the extra time to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and knew exactly what we were getting. We contacted him after having a very negative experience with another person who we contracted to be construct the island top for us. We are so happy we found Aaron and highly recommend him!

Arizona Son's did a fantastic job painting the exterior of our house. Henry, the Owner, came by every day to check on things and thoroughly explained the process. Our house looks brand new!

Scam City Scammer liar of the century.  I had a leak in roof and called All-Phase Home Improvement.  A guy shows up in a small late 1990's old clunker car.  No truck, no ladder, no tools nothing.  Looks at the roof says I know the problem.  Sets up to do the job only when you're not around.  So it's getting late and didn't hear from this guy.  8pm comes around I send a text.
MY RESPONSE: So how did the job go?  
HIS RESONCE. Ohh great not a big job at all and cheaper then I thought.
MY RESPONSE:  OK good so lemme see the work.  I need to see some pictures before and after.
HIS RESONCE:  I didn't take any.
MY RESPONSE:  So how do I know if you did the job good or did the job at all?
HIS RESONCE:  I have 30 years experience with satisfied customers.
MY RESPONSE:  I don't care how many years you have when you do a job, you keep in touch with the owner and explain in great detail what you've done.  I don't know you and not paying anything until I see the work.
HIS RESONCE:  You're a scam artist.
MY RESPONSE:  I'm a scam artist?  I'm getting another quote.  And when the guy goes on the roof I'm going to see of you did anything. Then I said look I'll pay you, just give me your ROC license number so I feel like I'm dealing with a legit roofing company.
HIS RESONCE:  Silence
If you hire this guy you will be scammed.  No work will be done.  I never told him I was a house flipper with 35 years experience.  So I slammed him and called him out on his lies.  He was so mad and embarrassed.  Call the police if this guy comes to your home have him arrested for fraud.

If only I can provide zero stars. The ordering experience was good because they want to take your money. However they missed delivery date twice because the first time they damaged it so they had to redo some parts (huge red flag thinking in retrospect). Second time they didn't show up. I called the company and the owner Sean delivered same day to my house since I live local. We also ordered a freedom shelve as well but Sean brought a larger size shelf from the one we ordered. He stated he can drop it off the same week for the correct size shelve and refunded the shelve for our inconvenience. Appears to be a good service right? Well, a few days past, we called multiple times to find out when we can have our product, no answer. No call backs. We emailed and multiple messages on instagram; no responses. We were completely ghosted. It was the strangest and THE WORST customer service experience we ever had. I'm all for small business but save the headache and spend your hard earned money elsewhere and with a company that has INTEGRITY.
