Custom Pup Crates

My first order with this company went great, and I didn't hesitate to order a new crate when I got a third pup. But the second experience was quite different!

CPCllc repeatedly blew off delivery dates without any communication. Each time I tried to contact them, I had to reach out at least three times before getting a response. Finally they delivered my crate: it was the wrong size and wrong color. When they redelivered it, I think they knew it wasn't satisfactory, because they just left it at my doorstep without even ringing the bell.

Although it is the correct size now, it's still the wrong color. Additionally, it's very rough (not well sanded), and there are ugly gouges on the inside of the door. I have tried to contact them over a dozen times through various avenues, but they ignore me completely. In short, I paid about a thousand bucks for a shoddy piece of furniture from a company unwilling to back their product. If my story doesn't convince you, check them out at the BBB.

If only I can provide zero stars. The ordering experience was good because they want to take your money. However they missed delivery date twice because the first time they damaged it so they had to redo some parts (huge red flag thinking in retrospect). Second time they didn't show up. I called the company and the owner Sean delivered same day to my house since I live local. We also ordered a freedom shelve as well but Sean brought a larger size shelf from the one we ordered. He stated he can drop it off the same week for the correct size shelve and refunded the shelve for our inconvenience. Appears to be a good service right? Well, a few days past, we called multiple times to find out when we can have our product, no answer. No call backs. We emailed and multiple messages on instagram; no responses. We were completely ghosted. It was the strangest and THE WORST customer service experience we ever had. I'm all for small business but save the headache and spend your hard earned money elsewhere and with a company that has INTEGRITY.
