Kathy and her team did an amazing job of turning around a really crappy experience I had with a contractor who lied about where he bought cabinets. She helped fulfill a delivery so that we could get our cabinets finished by a different contractor.

Congratulations if you have had the luck of dealing with this company!!!   From the first phone call with Greg, to him coming out for a quote, and being on time.  Then the pleasure of dealing with Jose, who not only showed up, but early and the amazing skills that he has with installing the cabinets.  I spoke with the owner, Eric, who also delightful and prompt with responses to questions I had.  I would be remiss not to mention Mike who came out to finish.  I greatly appreciate your customer service and your smiles.    I would reccomend this company highly.

We had a very positive experience working with Kaitlyn at Structures on the remodel of our master bathroom.  She was communicative, reliable, and creative with our project.  We enjoyed meeting with her at the showroom in Tempe to select the different components of our remodel.  Kaitlyn had plenty of examples and guided us accordingly in terms of style, color and cost.  She accompanied us on our trip to a local remnant yard to select an appropriate countertop as well.  Upon completion of the project, we received a thoughtful gift basket from Structures and the McCurdy Construction team, which was much appreciated.  We would certainly recommend them and use them again when the situation/need arises.

Mike is a rock solid human and an incredible wood worker. We recently purchased a 1986 home and the kitchen island butcher block was destroyed from 36 years of abuse. Today - it looks brand new thanks to Mike and AZ Woodworks. Thanks Mike for brining our island back to life. We are thrilled!

Oustanding Job! Wonders of Wood did an amazing job on our kitchen cabinets.  The crew was absolutely phenomenal.  They were timely, professional, extremely hard working, and paid attention to every detail.  I can't say enough about how happy I am with how our cabinets turned out.  The paint job is so smooth and silky, and looks fantastic. Absolute perfection! I'm so glad I went with this company.

I just had my new door installed by Dov.  It's absolutely perfect.  When other door makers told me their buds, I cringed.  Dov quoted a very fair price.  But the best thing?? He does the work and it is first rate.  My door is heavy, a little larger than standard, and had custom made wood decorations on the front.  Other door makers says they couldn't find the size so their quotes were beyond anything I could imagine.  

The door is heavy, all the trim is new and it fits flawlessly.  The hardware was installed perfectly without any scratches.  

I own rental properties and I've dealt with a number of door makers over the years.  I will never use any others than Dov.  He is what a true craftsman should be: highest quality, attention to detail, gets it done quickly, honest and shows up when he says he will be on site!

Alonzo was great. I had a cabinet door that was broken, and the manufacturer had discontinued them.
He rebuilt and reinstalled the door perfectly you can't even tell it was broken.

Looking for an Electrician? Well, look no further. Jeremy is punctual, fast, reasonably priced and knows what he is doing. I had several amateur electricians, including me, looking at a wiring mess that the previous owner of my house had left. Jeremy figured out in no time and did an excellent job making everything work correctly. My house was a difficult job since it has a flat roof--so no crawl space to work with. He also repaired the electrical issue that the living room contractors made. I definitely recommend him and will use him again.

Simply, the best I've worked with. Brings great attitude and energy, he also considers you as a client foremost.  I couldn't get anyone to work on my exterior door without having to buy a whole new door, because other guys don't have the skill or the willingness to do the actual carpentry work.  Jason is fantastic, it was energizing to me to see a master craftsman at work, I can't rate him highly enough.

JEREMY and his TEAM  are professional, friendly and detailed oriented. Not to mention extremely efficient. They installed my front door and baseboards in my home and also went the extra mile by replacing my leaking washing machine valve and offered to move my bedroom furniture back in place.

Chris was phenomenal to work with! I had found his website online and he responded instantly to my questions. Through the whole process of finding my custom live edge table, Chris was helpful, accommodating and fun to work with. I was extremely happy with how my table turned out. It was everything I had imagined. I cannot think of a single thing Chris could have done to make it a better experience. He made it fun, stress free and built a gorgeous quality table that will last a lifetime.

This is Abby R, not Mark. I've waited a long time write this review. Ultimately, we like our cabinets and appreciated the Owner's style recommendations. He was great to deal with on the front end - friendly, polished. Then came the rest of the crew. (Not going to mention names.) I had to call the office to find out that our installation was already scheduled (while my mom was visiting), and the first day of work, they sent one man who immediately let me know he didn't speak a lick of English. That explained the kind of stern e-mail I received prior to work starting that stressed that I wasn't to talk to the crew.... An hour or two later, a man came who spoke some English, and within 2-3 days, he turned out to be a crook. He damaged our cabinet with a saw and didn't admit it to me ever - suddenly pulled the no englais on me while he made ME try to explain to him what I (not my line of work) thought was wrong, and even lied to Owner about it until Owner got it out of him. When my husband tried to reach Owner about it, his office manager told my husband with certainty that I signed off on the work and let the employee (Mr. X) go. She was pretty rude throughout, especially in the end we she tried to call my husband at work to set up another fix when she knew I worked from home - was there every day. She insinuated that I was one to yell or get upset with her. Never did, especially since her communications with me were always email, and I'm sorry if she takes it personally when a customer is rightfully dissatisfied. She probably took it wrong when I said (in the midst of all the repair visits), why ask me when is a good time for a repair crew to return (again) when you always end up telling ME when is best for them? Just tell me when. (By then, I already experienced that we were all going to have to sacrifice for the dishonest employee's crime.) Owner ended up admitting to me that Mr. X came clean about what he did - dropped his saw - but at the same time, Owner told me he told Mr. X there was no reason to be sorry. !! So after that, you feel much less comfortable about having known liars who will pass off damaged goods in your home, and a boss who allows it and complains that some customers watch over his crews. Can't blame them! I sometimes wonder when I'll find more bad work that was hidden from me. I didn't watch over the crew, and Owner thanked me for it, but it's good I just happened to decide to look at their work one day and question this damaged door. The finish crew's time was wasted for a few days - dragged into weeks - my time and aggravation wasn't trivial, and the cost to the company was all A-OK with Re-New, just to protect one employee. Plus when you find out there are lots of family ties among the crew, then you know the customer might not be protected in many instances. It got to where I held the final small payment on the damaged cabinet repair until my husband and I decided it was good enough - it had been painted over with pure white paint vs. the specific antique white it should be, and it showed... I had lost trust by then - it was pure business at this point. But it's sad to me we finished without any closure, no follow-up whatsoever. I thought they were better than that. So I wouldn't work with them again.
