Anytime any service is as expected or better than expected, it deserves 5 stars.
I started the process with Yelp, but finished coordinating a whole-house cleaning on the phone while driving from CA to Phoenix. This was a rental property that was transitioning tenants, so I needed a service that can HELP ME not need me to compromise my time, money and angst over whether or not they'll actually do what was planned. I spoke with Kathy and she was as accommodating as I needed. Worked out perfectly, a 3-person crew was able to come out within 2 hours of the phone call. Which was 1 hour before I was able to get there. I provided my garage code and then they started cleaning. 3 ppl is perfect as it makes the cleaning FAST.
When I arrived, a 3-person crew was there as planned, they had a clearly marked car/van indicating who they were (I think they also had company branded shirts). They whore masks and gloves, cleaned all the usual stuff but also blinds & ceiling fans. Another thing I thought was helpful is they asked me if there was anything they can clean that wasn't typical. This is important because often times with services like this things go unasked or assumed.
In short, as a landlord I'm always looking for a service that can help me. If I find one then I'm a repeat customer. I definitely will be because they made my life a lot easier that day AND the final invoice was within their estimated cost!
