Have your lawn installed by this company!!  Jake came to my home and explained everything from material differences to the installation process and the warranty.  Their quoted price was very competitive with another vendor.  However, AZ Luxury Lawns is bonded, and rated A+ with the BBB, and their product is made in the USA.  The job was done professionally and the crew worked diligently to get the lawn installed with the utmost level of quality. A follow-up call was received to assure my satisfaction.  No more watering, seeding, fertilizing and cutting a lawn that always ended up looking like trash.  I expect this lawn to last many years, and I wouldn't hesitate to use AZ Luxury Lawns in the future.  My only regret is that I didn't call them years ago.  Thanks everyone!

Nick and his team did an incredible job installing about 2,000 sqft of sod in our backyard. I had 4 different companies come for estimates and Nick by far was the most knowledgeable, thorough, and professional one we spoke with. We ended up expanding our yard and adding another set up sprinkles which as well but were having issues with water pressure. He was able to find the perfect sprinkles heads to compensate and made sure the yard had completely coverage before completing the project which took a ton of extra time. Could not recommend him more and will use him for any other projects I have.

Hired them to put in a fence, masonry and wrought iron. They assisted me in going through several design changes. Gave excellent recommendations.

Response times were not always what I wanted but they always did respond.

I hired Gorilla Builders to complete an extension for my garage.  It was an unusual job as I was adding onto an existing building.  Thus they had to work to match finishes and the existing structure.  I worked with a lot of contractors prior to the hiring of Gorilla and chose them because they are a builder, not just a contractor.  What i mean by that is most of the people on site were employees of Gorilla, not just subs.  They did a great job and I am very pleased with the quality, pricing and service. The project took a pretty long time to complete, but we had many rain delays which is unusual for Arizona and I changed my mind on the original plan.  I would certainly use the Gorilla again for future projects and am confident that they would do a great job.  Special shout out to their concrete team.  They had to do some pretty impressive changes to the grade and design of my driveway.  they warned me in advance how things could go wrong, and the risks in the design.  But, it turned out great at completion.

Progressive Pavers did an excellent job on redoing my entire backyard with beautiful travertine pavers.  Barry and his crew were all great to work with - very professional, and did great work.  He was always checking in to show progress and ensure the design and look were as expected.  They regularly pointed out things to help the design.  Highly recommend!

Very Professional and Quality Work !! I called, Carlos came gave me a quote did the job 2 weeks later and very reasonable on the price. The Crew were knowledgeable and didn't need any supervision. Juan and his team did a great job on our front yard.  He worked with us while we waited on our HOA to approve our new front yard. The process, once the HOA gave us the go ahead, was super easy and fast.  He had the old yard removed, and the start of the new yard in the first day!  Rain did delay, but that's to be expected.  Our new front yard is beautiful, we've had so many compliments from our neighbors. Someone recommended this company to us, and we are so glad they did! Jonny Murillo (the owner) and his father Jonathan Murillo came over the same day I called them to talk to us about a project. They were obviously very knowledgeable about construction and repair work that we needed. Jonny got back to us quickly with itemized quotes that seemed very reasonable. They started work on the day agreed, arriving with a crew of three (Jonathan, his brother David, and their friend Daniel). They started work early and powered through the day. They only took breaks because it was 114 degrees, and they were pouring concrete! They were good-natured about everything, very polite and courteous and friendly. We had them do more projects because they were so good, and we got to be friends with them. In case this is an issue with Thumbtack clients, I should say that they all speak perfect English. They were very respectful of our privacy while they worked. They consulted us appropriately with questions and provided us with lots of resources to decide on materials to use. The final bill was about 30% of what we expected to pay for all this work. They aren't ripping anybody off. The work they did was very high quality. The patio, the walls, the benches...it looks like the Ritz Carlton! I can't say enough good things about this company!

Highly recommend! I had a small residential project, needing some concrete removed. Other quotes were 2-4 times as high. Caesar was easy to communicate with and the work was done efficiently and quickly. We also ended up having the team come back to add some rock to our yard and remove a couple other things. I would definitely use them again.

I needed to move a saguaro on my lot it was in the way of a new house goin in. Yvonne gave me a very reasonable estimate the same day after I sent pictures of the cactus.   Miguel was great and very courteous . They had trouble with their jack hammer and had to dig it by hand.  The saguaro was in very rocky soil but they didn't skimp on preserving the root ball at all.  You can see the passion that he has for this profession.  When they got to the new location the soil was very easy to dig for the first two feet or so then they hit caliche and it was as hard concrete he could have said that was deep enough but they kept digging down another 18 inches.  They take no shortcuts.  He gave me instructions on the care of the saguaro so as to make it a survivor. I highly recommend Preserving Tree and Cactus Service  to anyone.

I ran across this company a few times they always seem to park in the handicap spaces.  They took all of them at Tom Thumb and a mother who had a child in a wheel chair, had a wheel chair lift in her van had to park across the parking lot to get her child out.  Just so these people did not have to walk far from where they were fixing concrete.

SFM has been rebuilding my bottom & top patios as well as repainting them & this company has preformed the work well until i arrived to my property covered in dirt, trash and debris that has yet to be cleaned up. Alfonzo is supposed to be the manager or overseeing the work and he's clearly neglected to do so.
This company was also asked to communicate when they would be on the SHARED COMMON area of my home. Instead they invaded the private space of a sexual assault victim with zero care or concern for the well-being and deserved common courtesy when being on the property she OWNS. For the safely of others I'd recommend working with a company that CARES & NOT SFM.

Since leaving this review this company send more workers to my house WITHOUT NOTICE. The job isn't completed and they have damaged items that weren't damaged upon arrival. The excuse given was that the one to oversee the work had covid so he allowed work to continue, things to be damaged, my safely to be threatened & now I'm awaiting for further communication regarding when things will be corrected and communicated. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SFM TO ANYONE !!!!

This company has still sent workers to my property UNANNOUNCED, they placed stucco OVER DAMAGE !  
They can not be trusted on your property. If the work isn't being overseen by a homeowner expect SFM TO CUT CORNERS AND NOT PROPERLY FIX the issue.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY  AS WELL AS THE Super intendant Alfonso Salazar. Who clearly does not care about the quality of work being performed

Was disappointed that this business chose to not reply to my requests for a quote to add some height to my backyard wall.  It was set up thru Yelp to send the request to several businesses, but this one chose not to reply.

After numerous no shows, on November 7th he came out with 1 guy to prep, arrived late , left the debris from excavation. I gave him $1500 cash, 1/2 of the quoted amount for the job, so he could order the concrete. Then repeated no shows with no contact unless I contact him. Now he's not responding to my texts, calls, messages or posts. I requested a $1200 refund generously leaving him $350 for the less than 5 hours work for him and his assistant, that's $35 per hour which is way over the going rate.

It's now December 3rd my pour was supposed to happen November 3rd and this has impacted my project and I've had to cancel my contractor who was supposed to do the sheet metal covering for this area.

I had used Freddie's Concrete in the past and was pleased with the service and results but this time has been a DISASTER. I am not the only person he's done this to, someone else on FB was taken for $3200.
