Hired ACR for mater bath renovation which turned into doing a guest bath renovation as well after firing a previous contractor who lied about license and was fired for terrible work quality.

The master bath started out well with only a few minor problems. Then the tile guys showed up to do the floor and floor to ceiling tile in the shower. There were multiple problems with these guys (subcontractors hired by ACR). We ended up having to redo sections of  flooring because they didn't properly secure subfloor and the grout cracked within a couple days, had to redo multiple large format tiles in shower, etc... what should have taken maybe a week they kept having to fix, refix and fix again pushing us back a least a month.

The other issue we had was the finish carpenter they brought in to do baseboards and door casings. This guy was a complete HACK and clearly has never done finish work. Terrible mitre joints in door casing - I mean TERRIBLE - and he didn't even go back and filled nail holes on over half the trim before he slapped some paint on and said he was done. Not to mention that since we were responsible for purchasing all the materials ourselves this finish carpenter wasn't shy of just burning through the extra material we supplied. He wasted the 20% overage material I initially supplied and then just left all his off cuts and wasted boards in our garage for me to clean up.

Obviously this wasn't the quality of work we thought we were paying for when hiring a company called ADVANCED CUSTOM RENOVATIONS;

James (owner) and Fred (the fixer) stepped in an understood all our concerns and did their best to make it right. It took about 4-5 weeks longer than anticipated with all the setbacks and issues but we're happy with the overall outcome.

Top notch! The selection that they have, the friendliness of their office staff, and the workmanship of the fabricators and installers was refreshing!

We decided to update our kitchen countertops so we started the process of finding the right company for us. After 3 or 4 estimates/sales pitches we decided to go with ARG. Veny was the man for us. He got us with his knowledge and how easy he was to work with. He had great ideas to expand our countertop space and helped us find the right granite. When the day came for install they were right on time n promptly changed our kitchen. We love it! Do yourself a favor and call and talk with Veny. This place rocks!!

Bryce at HBO Construction was great! He was responsive, on time, and did great work on our bathroom shower.

After several estimates, we knew Bryce was the guy for the job. He was fair and knowledgeable without giving us a crazy dollar amount to do the job.

10/10 will be recommending him to our friends and family!

We are very happy with our Kitchen backsplash that Derren installed this week. His pricing was fair and the project was completed in less than 2 days.  The kitchen wall surface was uneven and a bit challenging, but Derren made the tiles fit perfectly and we are very satisfied with the overall look. Would definitely recommend Darren and his company.

We had a roof leak into a very small space behind our water heater. There was small water damage and a bit of mold. Other companies quoted us $1700-2700 because they wanted to remove the water heater. Elias was able to do it for a third of the price without removing the water heater! He was a great contractor to work with- let me know when he was on the way and was very understanding of our wanting to keep costs down. He did a great repair job and we plan to ask him to help us with other projects in the house. Thanks Elias!

Tony his team literally saved me from a nightmare.  I hired someone who was getting their company up and going to make my brick wall higher in my backyard.  It was originally only 5ft tall and everyone could see in my backyard. This new company completely botched the wall and was not unstained it correctly.  I had to fire them on the spot but they've already created such a mess.  I contacted Tony to come check out the horrible job to see if he could provide me a estimate. He came out the next day and let me know what all needed to be done to correct the issue and finish the job.  The estimate was a fairly priced for the work ahead.  I agreed and he came back the next day with his team.  They had my wall done within hours which included reinforcing and correcting the problem from the first company.  He was super professional,  cleaned up their mess ALONG with the previous company mess  and the communication was great. Jacquie is not only a fabulous designer with great taste but also easy and fun to work with. I met Jacquie last year when we just purchased our retirement home that we planned to use part time between renting to snowbirds.  She had a hand in designing almost every room with the furniture and window coverings as well as the details that really make the difference between a nicely decorated room to a stunning room!

Jacquie took my stye and thoughts into consideration, but she also knew when to push a bit to consider decor we might not have chosen on your own - and of course she was right each time!  From the beginning of our new house build, Jacquie joined us at the design center to make some significant decisions.  One of them was the drop lighting in the café, which is a unique feature to our model which most people didn't choose it.  Jacquie encouraged us to see the long-term value and the elegance it brought, and she was spot on.  When we put the house on the rental market, 2 days later, it was rented for 13 months!  I highly recommend Jacquie and her services.

Very dishonest company. Per them they could not find tile and would have to charge an outrageous amount. I went to the store looking for tile. Guess What, they had the tile.

I contacted Red Ram about some major exterior remodeling work I'm having done. It includes building a large attached patio cover, re-siding my house, and installing a new roof.

Daniel came out to see the project space. He mentioned some alternative siding options I hadn't considered. I appreciated this because I believe the contractor is the materials expert, can make good recommendations, and it's important to me to find someone experienced in using/installing the products I ultimately decide to go with. He left me with a very positive impression. He said it would take a week or so to get me an estimate for the work and some estimates for the different siding options so I can make an informed cost/value determination on which product to go with.

It's been 3 weeks now and I haven't heard anything from Daniel or Red Ram. I tried calling to follow up but there was no answer and no call-back response to my voicemail. I understand this ultimately means he probably doesn't want my business but ghosting is inherently rude and ultimately unprofessional. A simple message saying this isn't a project we want to take on would be sufficient. This seems to be a common issue in the contracting world. To each her/his own, but based on my experience, I feel this company lacks integrity.
