We decided to remodel our guest bathroom and after meeting with James Underwood with Advanced Custom Renovations we gave them the green light. Could not have been happier with our choice.  Their prices are very  reasonable. The entire crew was punctual, professional and very friendly. Our personal project manager Eddie was awesome, checking every day and making sure we were completely satisfied with the project. I  highly recommend them and will use their services again in the future.

Great service and pricing.  Petrus stepped up when another company ghosted contacts.  Called in the AM, Fabio came out that afternoon, and counter tops installed three weeks later as stated. They worked with tile supplier to make the best of situation.  Very satisfied customer.

Matt possesses all the attributes necessary to be an excellent contractor: he knows his market extremely well; he is diligent, responsive, and yet very understanding with his clients. Matt is very professional and offers cost saving alternatives when possible. I've worked with him in many projects and customers are always pleased.

I have worked with Alex and Veny several times over the last year on several different projects.  They do amazing work.  AZ Royal Granite is the only fabricator that I recommend for miter cuts and waterfall edges.

Bryce at HBO Construction was great! He was responsive, on time, and did great work on our bathroom shower.

After several estimates, we knew Bryce was the guy for the job. He was fair and knowledgeable without giving us a crazy dollar amount to do the job.

We are very happy with our Kitchen backsplash that Derren installed this week. His pricing was fair and the project was completed in less than 2 days.  The kitchen wall surface was uneven and a bit challenging, but Derren made the tiles fit perfectly and we are very satisfied with the overall look. Would definitely recommend Darren and his company.

We had a roof leak into a very small space behind our water heater. There was small water damage and a bit of mold. Other companies quoted us $1700-2700 because they wanted to remove the water heater. Elias was able to do it for a third of the price without removing the water heater! He was a great contractor to work with- let me know when he was on the way and was very understanding of our wanting to keep costs down. He did a great repair job and we plan to ask him to help us with other projects in the house. Thanks Elias!

Tony his team literally saved me from a nightmare.  I hired someone who was getting their company up and going to make my brick wall higher in my backyard.  It was originally only 5ft tall and everyone could see in my backyard. This new company completely botched the wall and was not unstained it correctly.  I had to fire them on the spot but they've already created such a mess.  I contacted Tony to come check out the horrible job to see if he could provide me a estimate. He came out the next day and let me know what all needed to be done to correct the issue and finish the job.  The estimate was a fairly priced for the work ahead.  I agreed and he came back the next day with his team.  They had my wall done within hours which included reinforcing and correcting the problem from the first company.  He was super professional,  cleaned up their mess ALONG with the previous company mess  and the communication was great. I have known Keith for years...found them on a site years back and asked if they could help my old boss paint some rooms in our office.  They did great!  Later, I hired them to paint some rooms in my home and install a super cool rock mailbox as my old one was falling apart.  They also painted my old bosses exterior of his home, did lots of electrical, installed some pigeon proof material, and he was super happy with them.  The company is super fast at communicating, estimates, and just  all around great people.  Ask for Keith...he will help get any/all projects taken care of. Amazing company folks...don't look anywhere else!!!

PHX Floors & More did a great job with our projects. They were professional, timely and so easy to work with. They provided updates and kept us in the loop on the projects. We initially hired them for one project and added on 4 more. We'd definitely recommend them and plan to work with them again in the future. Our flooring, quartz and tile work all look great!

Very dishonest company. Per them they could not find tile and would have to charge an outrageous amount. I went to the store looking for tile. Guess What, they had the tile.

I contacted Red Ram about some major exterior remodeling work I'm having done. It includes building a large attached patio cover, re-siding my house, and installing a new roof.

Daniel came out to see the project space. He mentioned some alternative siding options I hadn't considered. I appreciated this because I believe the contractor is the materials expert, can make good recommendations, and it's important to me to find someone experienced in using/installing the products I ultimately decide to go with. He left me with a very positive impression. He said it would take a week or so to get me an estimate for the work and some estimates for the different siding options so I can make an informed cost/value determination on which product to go with.

It's been 3 weeks now and I haven't heard anything from Daniel or Red Ram. I tried calling to follow up but there was no answer and no call-back response to my voicemail. I understand this ultimately means he probably doesn't want my business but ghosting is inherently rude and ultimately unprofessional. A simple message saying this isn't a project we want to take on would be sufficient. This seems to be a common issue in the contracting world. To each her/his own, but based on my experience, I feel this company lacks integrity.
