This Scottsdale based locally owned company performs to the established standard of care in both water damage and mold projects. They also handle asbestos abatement. I have worked with them in the past and I have had an oversight of many of their projects. I would recommend giving this company a shot

We had our shower done by these guys and it came out beautifully! They were all so friendly and put up with our nosey kid and dog, we would absolutely recommend going with them! Any hiccups that came up Ali addressed immediately and we appreciated that!

Seemed very nice and responsive at first.  Came to the house to see the job and write up a quote - never heard from him again.

Edit: Response to my review is misleading.  It was a project much larger than just countertops, and I found someone that was willing to do just the countertop if that's what made the most sense.  Skyler did not respond to this inquiry/suggestion.  It wasn't as if I waited 4 days, got impatient, and wrote a review.  I waited 13 days and not a peep.  Skyler did reach out to me with apologies after seeing the review, which I appreciate.

They were nice and Pro.  my place become great!  They reconstruct the old area and cleaned up after, i will call them again for the next service.

I have nothing but praise for OHS!  Joe was very accommodating when my schedule became a problem, he not only made sure the install happened while I was on vacation he also pushed it a day earlier so I wouldn't be so rushed.  Juan's installation was fantastic!  He is not only efficient, he does beautiful work with a smile. Also Nolan was the only salesman I spoke to that informed me that I would have left over quartz from the kitchen.  That inspired me to use the rest of it on a built in entertainment center.  This level of customer service is so hard to find.  Today they are installing the back splash tile, I haven't seen it yet but am getting reports it looks awesome. You won't go wrong trusting your project to this group!

We had our floors installed by M2 Enterprises, they did wood like plank tiles in our entire house. We love how they look and make the house look open and modern. They also did a custom border on our entry step. We've had lots of friends and neighbors comment how much they love our floors. We are planning to redo our 2nd bathroom and will have M2 design and install it for us. We are really happy with the quality of service they provide.

these people are so professional, offer great prices, and are super friendly! I won't go anywhere else to have my house fixed. one of my cabinets never fully closed and they were able to fix that, as well as draining issue in my bathtub! keep up the good work guys!

We recently moved into our new Toll Brothers home and had a challenging time looking for a good contractor that will design my entertainment wall at a reasonable and fair price.  With the recent challenges we all face with contractors taking advantage of price spikes, and long wait time for a project to begin, Canterra Construction beat the competitor's reliability and price!  Initially, I contracted for an entertainment wall design with them.  Cathy took it to a personal level in designing my wall and brought samples of stones and tiles.  She factored in my interior designs, colors, and furniture to select the best.  And wow, my husband and I are so amazed with the professionalism, reliability, designs, and the material used for our wall that it became one of the wow factors of my home!  Because of this company's professionalism and awesome work, I continued to contract them for my back and front yard.  Again, Cathy understood our goal.  She uniquely put together another great design at an affordable price.  Next contract is for accent walls and designs for all my rooms.  I am excited for this project. Cathy, and her crew  respect my property, are very friendly, professional and accommodating.  I like how Canterra Construction acknowledges my husband and I for being a Veteran.  Above all, Cathy is very responsive which is the pinnacle of a successful business.  Look no further, they do it all at an affordable budget.  Now, I can say that my Toll Brothers home added more beauty and value to it, thanks to the hard work of Canterra Construction crews!  Thank you so much,for turning my newly designed home into a dream come true!!

We did refacing for our entire kitchen and cabinets in 2013. Keith is a great person and was completely involved in the process. He is a very trustworthy and honest person which can be difficult to find these days. You can see in the pictures the quality of his work. The work was completed in the time frame described and there was no change in the quote to the final cost.
In August 2017 we suffered a flood in the kitchen due to monsoon season. Half of our cabinets had to be taken out because of the flood damage. We told our insurance company about Arizona Kitchens and Refacing but they insisted on using some cheap random kitchen company to try to replace our cabinets. The results were a disaster. The refacing was poorly done with nail holes clearly apparent. The cabinet doors were damaged. There was no wrap around on the corners. The facing under the sink was loose. The color did not match the undamaged part of the kitchen.
Fortunately we were able to Arizona Kitchens and Refacing to redo the poor work of the other company. Keith had the poorly done work removed and replaced with new work that matched the original from 2013. His workers are friendly. Keith is a well spoken, honest, and caring individual. He is a great person to have work in the most important asset of your home. I strongly recommend Keith and Arizona Kitchens and Refacing.

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

Based on my initial experience with their designer Tiffany, I am not impressed at all. She started off asking me a few questions about my project, what I needed done, and what my budget was going to be. I told her I needed the kitchen, master bathroom and guest bathroom remodeled. Mind you, there will be no major floor plan changes, plumbing changes, nor electrical changes, so permits will not be needed at all for this 2200 sqft home.

All I am doing is replacing what is there. My kitchen is about 14' x 14' with cabinets along two opposite walls, with a 7 foot peninsula coming out of one end, with upper cabinets only on one wall. The first thing she does is take my address and goes online to find pictures of my house on a real estate website to guestimate what my kitchen will cost based on photos that she looks at. She tells me $50,000. That's when I got suspicious about this place. I had three other estimates for my kitchen with measurements actually taken and they all came in around $25000. But the real kicker came when she gave me estimates for my two bathrooms based on photos again. Mind you, she has no idea of the sizes for these bathrooms, but based on the overall square footage, she knows it's not a 5000+ sqft home.

For my guest bathroom, which is about 13' x 6', all I need replaced is the vanity, mirror, lights, toilet, and the alcove tub with tiling in the tub area, a simple job and nothing major. She quotes me $40,000. I nearly passed out, and now I'm thinking something is up.

For the master bath, which is approximately 17' x 7' which includes a 6' x 5' shower (with interior tiling), two vanities, mirrors, and lights. She quotes me $60,000. Yes that's right, $60,000. That's when I knew something was up.

(A) She either has no clue as to what she is doing, (B) they are giving me these outlandish prices because they are in high demand due to these times we are in at the moment and they just want to throw the highest most ridiculous price out there hoping it will stick, and if doesn't, no sweat off their back because they will just move on to someone who will pay their outlandish prices due to the demand, or (C) she was trying to dissuade me into wanting them to do the job because my budget ($50,000) wasn't worth their time and effort. I think (C) is most likely, if not all the above.

Then come to find out there is a $5500 fee to have someone come out to take measurements in order to draw up a pretty design on a computer to get actual true estimates of what this project would cost. So you can see why I'm thinking (C). Please note, If you go to their page on Houzz you will see nothing but all 5 star reviews, not a 4 star or lower in site, and you will also see multiple completed projects with the same level of remodel I proposed, all done for under $50,000, completely proving my point. I will definitely be staying away, and finding a more honest business!

We had some tile work done in one bedroom with Infinity Pro Services. Sean and his team were top notch! The tile work is really impressive. He found the tile to match another room that we had done a couple of years ago through a different company, for cheaper than we previously paid,  and kept us informed regularly as to the status of the tile order. The tile work is actually neater and superior to the previous job we had done. Everything went on time without a hitch and we're very happy with the result! We're planning to call Sean for other home renovations that we have planned!

After looking around and getting quotes for new cabinets and granite we found Capital Mark. Their prices were lower than the others, customer service was unbeatable, and the quality of the cabinets, granite, and work were top notch.  Kyle is super organized, honest, and he will be the first one I call when we have to fix up another house.  If you're looking to do a makeover on your house you need to meet with Kyle before you make a final decision- you will not be disappointed.

We had Vlad check out a wall in our home as a pre-purchase due diligence. He showed up to the appointment on time and was able to provide an estimate by the end of the next business day. His estimate report was less than ideal as he was unable to provide a breakdown of his pricing. His estimate was much more than expected because he wanted to cut into other walls. We did ask him to look at a ceiling, so I understand why he was providing information on that. After a slow process in trying to have him break down the pricing, he was able to give use an estimate on just the wall we needed repaired. We paid a $125 estimate fee in which we were advised that this could be applied to the wall repair when we were ready for it. Come a couple of weeks later and we are ready to fix the wall following purchase, Vlad has been non-responsive and not returned any of our efforts via phone call or text message. This lapse in communication is a serious red flag and I will not let someone that cannot even follow up with communication work on my house.  He was fairly responsive during our initial inquire, however now that we want the work done, we feel totally ghosted. Perhaps the job is too small for him to even bother? That's fine...just SAY SO. I even gave him a chance by reaching out via yelp before I wrote this review. He responded, but it was a very non commital response. If you can reply via yelp, why cant you call us back??

I am not one to write a poor review...so this is more so a cautionary tale for others. We are first time home buyers and wish that we had done a little more research about general contractors before moving forward with this company.

We highly recommend Jason Kiel for any home remodeling project and give him a 10 star rating! He just completed a large entire house remodel project for us and we are extremely happy with the results. From the beginning he was very responsive to our request for a bid and was very logical and organized in the way he presented it electronically through email to us. His pricing was fair, everything was clearly laid out in his proposal and he was very willing to make the changes we requested to keep our costs in budget. During the entire project we were very pleased with his professionalism, skill, knowledge, efficientcy and ability to keep everything on schedule. He always kept the worksite clean and well organized, was always friendly and easy to talk to and kept us informed of the status with pictures every step of the way since we were out of state at the time.  He identified and corrected several serious plumbing and electrical issues for us that were caused by other contractors used by the homes prior owners. He is a perfectionist and delivered the highest quality in craftsmanship with everything including new cabinets and custom shelving units. Jason was very easy to work with and avery flexible with accommodating additional things as they came up.  We highly recommend Kiel enterprises for anyone taking on a remodeling project!

My rating is 5+ plus, deserving of ten stars.  Had a bathroom remodel done and could not be happier.  Troy was great to work with and costs were reasonable compared to other estimates received.  This company does a great job for a great price!  Dale, jack of all trades, did the work and is very experienced, skilled, knowledgeable and a very hard worker who goes over and beyond in doing his job!  I had the Onyx Collection done for a vanity and shower/bathtub combination and got the referral to use them from the Onyx Collection folks and I will also let them know how pleased I am, too.  Highly recommend them!!  Very satisfied with the work!  My bathroom looks absolutely fabulous and wonderful!  (They are busy and difficult to reach at times:  persistence pays off.  They are the best!)

We had a house fire/lightning strike 19 months ago and still not close to completion.  It has been one error after another, poor communication, and submitting sub par estimates.  What they will say and do are completely different.  They don't seem to care or speak knowledgeable about city codes and details of the job.  I don't recommend or have confidence in this company.  They seem overworked and not engaged in the project.  You know it's bad when after you sign the contract you are the one doing most of the follow up and feel like you work for the company.  They actually sent the wrong house estimate to our insurance company.  They aren't detailed oriented.  They will blame the insurance company for not providing funds for damage and things not covered.  They either have 1 star reviews or 5 star reviews.  That's not a good sign.  Don't do it!!!  We highly recommend a public adjuster as they are unable to effectively deal with insurance.  I am writing this to save you a nightmare.
