As soon as I bought a house I learned real quickly how hard it is to find a reliable contractor. I spent the better part of six months talking to flaky companies, companies that wanted to completely gouge me on cost, you name it.
I called Global Prevention Services and told them my situation of wanting to do a very small bathroom remodel and a new window. From the very beginning, Kimberly in the office was communicative with me every step of the way when it came to scheduling and project status. The window was on backorder for a couple of months and they were consistently keeping me updated with its status. Rudy came out to estimate the cost and came back with extremely reasonable numbers and even some recommendations for me when it came to design. Humberto did an absolutely amazing job on my bathroom remodel. I couldn't be happier. He was detailed, took his time to make sure it was perfectly done, and is such a sweet man.
Once I'm ready for my next home project I will without a doubt be calling Global Prevention Services.

We had our shower done by these guys and it came out beautifully! They were all so friendly and put up with our nosey kid and dog, we would absolutely recommend going with them! Any hiccups that came up Ali addressed immediately and we appreciated that!

Seemed very nice and responsive at first.  Came to the house to see the job and write up a quote - never heard from him again.

Edit: Response to my review is misleading.  It was a project much larger than just countertops, and I found someone that was willing to do just the countertop if that's what made the most sense.  Skyler did not respond to this inquiry/suggestion.  It wasn't as if I waited 4 days, got impatient, and wrote a review.  I waited 13 days and not a peep.  Skyler did reach out to me with apologies after seeing the review, which I appreciate.

Juan and the entire G&C construction team were some of the best contractors I have ever worked with! When searching for a company to remodel our kitchen I reached out to multiple  vendors, and G&C was by far the lowest, while also taking the most time to work with us on our design and plan out everything we needed. The remodel included a total demo of the old kitchen, installation of new cabinets, electrical, granite countertops, and a back splash. The quality of their work was second to none, and they finished the project on time and on budget. We love out new kitchen and will be reaching back out to G&C every time we have any other home improvement needs!

Doug's awesome! As an out of state property owner, it's often difficult to find and trust people to complete home repairs. Maisa responded to our request immediately to have all the doors re-keyed and squeezed us in on incredibly short notice. Communication with both Maisa & Elvis was extremely smooth and easy. Elvis was super friendly and got the work done very quickly. It's really hard to find a reliable, affordable, and high-quality handyman, but Elvis is an incredible find.

We recently moved into our new Toll Brothers home and had a challenging time looking for a good contractor that will design my entertainment wall at a reasonable and fair price.  With the recent challenges we all face with contractors taking advantage of price spikes, and long wait time for a project to begin, Canterra Construction beat the competitor's reliability and price!  Initially, I contracted for an entertainment wall design with them.  Cathy took it to a personal level in designing my wall and brought samples of stones and tiles.  She factored in my interior designs, colors, and furniture to select the best.  And wow, my husband and I are so amazed with the professionalism, reliability, designs, and the material used for our wall that it became one of the wow factors of my home!  Because of this company's professionalism and awesome work, I continued to contract them for my back and front yard.  Again, Cathy understood our goal.  She uniquely put together another great design at an affordable price.  Next contract is for accent walls and designs for all my rooms.  I am excited for this project. Keith and his crew just completed my kitchen and the results are excellent.  I would highly recommend using Arizona Kitchens and Refacing to do your project. This won't be the lowest quote, but their work is worth the extra cost.

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

My wife and I remodeled our bathroom with ABT.  From initial planning and layout to the final product, we were impressed.  They walked us through the showroom and were very patient and helpful when it came to the many choices that went into our remodel.  They were also extremely knowledgeable when it came to questions about style and what would add resale value to our home.

We were quoted 3-4 weeks for the project and we pleasantly surprised when they not only kept their deadline but finished ahead of schedule.  All of there employees are equally friendly and Antonio's craftsmanship and work ethic are second to none.

A few months after the construction we contacted ABT for some follow up items that we noticed with the bathroom.  They responded promptly and took care of all our needs.  We will not hesitate to use ABT in the future.

Kyle is amazing. The guy is an artist. Plus, when he gives you a timetable on your remodel, he sticks to it. He redid our kitchen in 8 days just like he said and it looks immaculate. I highly recommend him for a kitchen remodel and can't wait to have him do our bathrooms!

We contacted Vlad with interest in doing o complete interior remodeling of our $
2750 sq ft home. He was quick to meet with us and to to submit a lack luster proposal. We received some CAD drawings which were inconclusive.

Vlad gave us a start date. We proceeded to provide him with decor features and material selections to be included. The response time continued to drag out. With Vlad's suggestion we signed a temporary lease agreement for 5 weeks so as to be out of his way. Last week, before executing lease agreement I received verbal agreement from Vlad that we should proceed.

Now, one week before start date, Vlad pulls out of the project! We are on the hook for lease, packing materials and laborers.  Not to mention at least 30 days of lost project time.

BEWARE AND FOR WARNED.

We highly recommend Jason Kiel for any home remodeling project and give him a 10 star rating! He just completed a large entire house remodel project for us and we are extremely happy with the results. From the beginning he was very responsive to our request for a bid and was very logical and organized in the way he presented it electronically through email to us. His pricing was fair, everything was clearly laid out in his proposal and he was very willing to make the changes we requested to keep our costs in budget. During the entire project we were very pleased with his professionalism, skill, knowledge, efficientcy and ability to keep everything on schedule. He always kept the worksite clean and well organized, was always friendly and easy to talk to and kept us informed of the status with pictures every step of the way since we were out of state at the time.  He identified and corrected several serious plumbing and electrical issues for us that were caused by other contractors used by the homes prior owners. He is a perfectionist and delivered the highest quality in craftsmanship with everything including new cabinets and custom shelving units. Jason was very easy to work with and avery flexible with accommodating additional things as they came up.  We highly recommend Kiel enterprises for anyone taking on a remodeling project!

Several texts, promises to call and schedule a site walk through and no follow through.  It's been three weeks.  I'll move on to someone else that is interested in working.  So disappointing.

I was recommended to these guys through Restoration Affiliates.  My elderly friend was out of town for the weekend and when she came home to a flood,  she figured that I would know what to do.  According to her, the water supply line broke and the water ran for two days, affecting 6 rooms, soaking the carpets and hardwood floors.  She was hysterical, not in a good way.  Jim and his crew were out there an hour after I called, calmed her down and got to work.  Everything was covered by insurance and she was able to stay up stairs while they dried the down stairs.  The reconstruction went well, much to all our surprise.  She is happy and asked me to do something nice for those nice men.  Done.
