Thank you for sending a crew to repair the water damaged in the bathroom, kids bedroom and master bedroom, that was cause by a bathroom leak behind the vanity, a lot of drywall and laminated floorig was removed, the crew work very hard and quickly to set-up the proper equipment to get it dry fast. They did an excellent job.

Good work and fair price (got multiple quotes). There were some delays in completing the project but Juan kept in communication so it didn't bother me. He actually did a little extra free of charge because he felt bad.   Would use again.  For reference, the job included replacing a wood fence, Installing a new gate and replacing some siding.

Hands down, Q is one of the best out there - he's honest, hardworking, knowledgeable and very trustworthy. I referred him to my family members as well. Easy to communicate with and no project is too big or too small from electric, plumbing to installing tvs, I would highly recommend him to everyone.

Not many construction jobs go perfectly, however Optimum came very close. From sales to remodel Optimum proved that you can trust a contractor. EVERYONE that participated in my kitchen remodel was fantastic. Salesman Noble started out honest & forthcoming & his knowledge was very appreciated. Juan & his men worked tirelessly working on my countertops. Aldo is an artist when it comes to the tile work & Joel used great plumbing skills for a difficult reconnect. All these men told us in detail what they were doing & also checked with us if they had any questions. Their professionalism & care were greatly appreciated. I am a very picky person with attention to small details. When I was looking for a bathroom/flooring contractor I vetted rigorously. It's not easy to just allow anyone into your home. I'm sure many others feel the same way, so as you can imagine I only wanted the most skilled & the most trustworthy people to work on my house. Thankfully, I found Alex by doing a Yelp search in my area. I vetted several contractors before finding Alex. All the others just didn't hit the mark for meFrom the very start Alex was very easy to talk to, competent, very well experienced in his line of work & very professional. We did a full bathroom remodel - all gorgeous marble symmetrical from floor to ceiling. We wanted no grout lines & only symmetrical cuts. Alex had 2 guys do the entire bathroom remodel which took several days. I have to say they were truly the most respectful guys. Every morning they would kindly greet us, let us know what they're getting done that day. They were quick to yield & allow me my space anytime I wanted to inspect their work. They laid out plastic throughout our home to walk on. They were clean, tidy & organized. Very respectful of our property. They were not only respectful people, but also very polite which is refreshing to see in the construction industry. More importantly, we were blown away by their precise skill when it came to the perfect marble cuts & leveling of the tile. If I could use one word to describe their work; it's precision. They didn't miss a single detail. Not a single corner, not a single piece. Marble is not an easy stone to work with. Marble is precious & delicate. It requires true craftsmanship done with taste. Alex and his guys were a true testament to that authentic craftsmanship that so many other contractors simply don't understand or care for. If you are considering a bathroom remodel & are like me- someone who wants the best & values trust- you must go to Alex because he & his team will execute that job gracefully.

We also hired them to install all new floors & baseboards. Most people would never know they're laminate because they look & feel like high-end solid floating hardwood. Every piece was perfectly placed & snapped on. They also added a soft material underneath so that the floors are easier on your feet and joints.
All the work they did was done skillfully & timely.

If you've come this far in your vetting process & research looking for a qualified contractor to hire then you need to call Alex. Talk to him about what you have in mind, the ideas you have & show him photos of what you're thinking. He is very competent, has good taste, has an eye for aesthetics, is very easy to talk to, & will also bounce ideas if you need some pointers. Called Husbands 2 Go to have someone come out and give us an estimate - I asked about the timing of the services being completed as I am about to have a baby any day - Doug came over that day and installed a ceiling fan and a bathroom light fixture. I so so so appreciated him being able to come out so quickly and get the job done. He was professional, timely and kind. Will definitely be using him in the future!

We couldn't be happier with out master bathroom! We had an old outdated countertop too low for us, as well as unflattering linoleum flooring in a house we had just bought. We contacted M2 enterprises in hopes of an affordable renovation. Mark was able to put down new flooring, add a brand new vanity, adjust the baseboards, and adjust the plumbing to make our new bathroom look amazing. We really appreciated that he did not cut any corners and that he was personable and affordable as well. Any home project we plan on doing in the future we plan on using M2 Enterprise.

I had under the kitchen cabinet lights that were partially done when the person that was doing them had an ou of town emergency. The old fixtures were taken down and the only thing showing was the bare wires. I had already purchased  the new lights but I needed help with the electrical stuff and install the new lights. I called Dream Builders and spoke with Mesa who worked me into their very busy schedule by the next day since I had bare wires hanging out from the wall. Elvis arrived on time and was able to fix the wiring and install the lights without a problem. They were both very knowledgeable and professional and the price was quite reasonable. I fully intend to use this company for future projects and I highly recommend them.

We recently moved into our new Toll Brothers home and had a challenging time looking for a good contractor that will design my entertainment wall at a reasonable and fair price.  With the recent challenges we all face with contractors taking advantage of price spikes, and long wait time for a project to begin, Canterra Construction beat the competitor's reliability and price!  Initially, I contracted for an entertainment wall design with them.  Cathy took it to a personal level in designing my wall and brought samples of stones and tiles.  She factored in my interior designs, colors, and furniture to select the best.  And wow, my husband and I are so amazed with the professionalism, reliability, designs, and the material used for our wall that it became one of the wow factors of my home!  Because of this company's professionalism and awesome work, I continued to contract them for my back and front yard.  Again, Cathy understood our goal.  She uniquely put together another great design at an affordable price.  Next contract is for accent walls and designs for all my rooms.  I am excited for this project. We did extensive research relevant to refacing our kitchen cabinets - paint, stain, cover with wood simulated contact tape, and 3/16 inch real wood refacing material.   We contacted at least a dozen contractors in the Phoenix area - big box, kitchen remodelers, general contractors, and franchised kitchen and bathroom remodelers.   It was a nightmare with these companies relative to their exhorbitant prices, material selections, warranties or lack of, and minimal or no creativity etc.

Fortunately at the end of our search we found Keith Wolfram and Arizona Kitchens and Refacing.   We clicked with Keith right at the onset of our first meeting.  Keith is exactly what a homeowner wants in kitchen remodeler -  open minded, a good listener, cooperative, flexible, and adept in providing excellent design suggestions.  

Keith is very hands on.  He personally took all of the detailed measurements, ordered the materials, delivered them to our home and worked with his installers to assure the work was done right the first time.

He even provided to us a portable multi shelf rack for us to use in storing all the cans, dishes and other kitchen items during the remodeling process.    His team are just like Keith in their attention to detail.   They even took our dog out for walk while we we were away from home one day.

It should be noted that Keith was not the least expensive quote we received.  Keith will provide a quote that is firm and he will not negotiate.    The slight premium that we paid was WELL WORTH IT.

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

I have used ABT on two separate occasions.

First, we ordered cabinets for our kitchen to match our existing cabinetry. ABT had the exact manufacturer, stain and cabinet style we were looking for. I met with Kristi and she listened to what I wanted and was able to send over pricing within a few days. After that all communication was over the phone and email which made it very easy. The cabinets came in and they were perfect. We installed them and you would never know that they are a new addition.

The second time we used ABT we called to get an estimate on new Windows. Angie and Bill came out to our house and in just a few days they sent us an estimate with a few different options. After we decided on what we wanted the rest of the process was a breeze. The installation took 1-1/2 days and all the workers were very professional and made a point to clean up as much as they could.

I am very pleased with ABT's commitment to good customer service and I will use them again in the future.

Highly recommend Infinity Pro Services for any of your needs! I hired them to install a door in an impossible area and not only was it done, it was perfect! They were on time, worked quickly, quietly and most of all cleaned up so nicely you would have never know we had work done THAT day. Yes. One day. They were in and out. Will definitely use them again! Fair pricing and top quality workmanship, companies like these are few and far in between. Don't waste your money on the over priced big names and hire the people who actually care about customer service above all else. 10 stars for me!

NOBODY is better than Capital Mark Interiors.  Kyle Zimmerman and his AMAZING professionals are stellar!  They just completed my home remodel.  I love it!!!  I could not be happier!!  Kyle knows how to run a business.  He keeps on schedule, what he says will happen, does happen.  He checks on everything, kept in touch with me throughout the process, and genuinely cares about everything and everyone.  His crew is by far the most wonderful, talented technicians I've ever come across.  Nothing is second-guessed.  They kept in touch with me as well, and reviewed decisions.  The work is perfect.  Capital Mark Interiors is perfect.  As for John and Matt, words can't express how much I appreciate them, and the other guys as well.  THANK YOU CAPITAL MARK INTERIORS for making my remodel exactly what I envisioned.

I had a leak in the wall between my closet and shower for an unspecified amount of time that caused one whole wall of my closet and a part of another wall to need to be replaced. Vlad came out to do the estimate and took the time to understand the whole issue and make suggestions of opening up another wall to see if the water seeped over and also to setup a fan to help dry things out. My dad was able to open up part of the other wall and sure enough the insulation was wet so we were able to get that replaced and fixed. I really appreciated the time he took with me looking over all the potential issues.  I felt so comfortable I asked for an additional estimate to finish some painting 2 other contractors had failed to finish. The estimate that I received was very reasonable so I went ahead and scheduled the work to be done.
Eddie was amazing! He worked very efficiently and did an amazing job. Within a few short days my closet was back to pre-leak status and you can't even tell there was an issue. Additionally, all the painting is now complete and I finally don't have all those unfinished touches staring at me anymore.
I would recommend Dynamite to anyone (and already have been recommending them) and am already planning on using them for another upcoming project.

He just completed a large entire house remodel project for us and we are extremely happy with the results. From the beginning he was very responsive to our request for a bid and was very logical and organized in the way he presented it electronically through email to us. His pricing was fair, everything was clearly laid out in his proposal and he was very willing to make the changes we requested to keep our costs in budget. During the entire project we were very pleased with his professionalism, skill, knowledge, efficientcy and ability to keep everything on schedule. He always kept the worksite clean and well organized, was always friendly and easy to talk to and kept us informed of the status with pictures every step of the way since we were out of state at the time.  He identified and corrected several serious plumbing and electrical issues for us that were caused by other contractors used by the homes prior owners. He is a perfectionist and delivered the highest quality in craftsmanship with everything including new cabinets and custom shelving units. Jason was very easy to work with and avery flexible with accommodating additional things as they came up.  We highly recommend Kiel enterprises for anyone taking on a remodeling project!

I recently had my master bath remodeled and sought several quotes from various contractors. From the beginning, Troy was exceptionally detailed and upfront with everything that had to be done and what the cost would be.
