We recently used this company to renovate our 50 year old fiberglass shower and tub/shower. Due to the Covid pandemic it was difficult to contact companies to give us even an estimate for the work we needed done. Global Prevention Services was very prompt returning phone calls/e-mails and we quickly had our estimate and contract.  
The workers were very professional and did an outstanding job. We are very satisfied with the completed work.

We had our shower done by these guys and it came out beautifully! They were all so friendly and put up with our nosey kid and dog, we would absolutely recommend going with them! Any hiccups that came up Ali addressed immediately and we appreciated that!

Seemed very nice and responsive at first.  Came to the house to see the job and write up a quote - never heard from him again.

Edit: Response to my review is misleading.  It was a project much larger than just countertops, and I found someone that was willing to do just the countertop if that's what made the most sense.  Skyler did not respond to this inquiry/suggestion.  It wasn't as if I waited 4 days, got impatient, and wrote a review.  I waited 13 days and not a peep.  Skyler did reach out to me with apologies after seeing the review, which I appreciate.

They were amazing!  Prompt.  Professional.  My tile shower is gorgeous!!!  They removed the old shower and cleaned up after each visit.  I will definitely hire them again.

Q is literally the best handy man ever. Ever since the first day I hired him, he has tackled all of the crazy random jobs I've thrown at him quickly and professionally. I don't even feel right calling him a handy man as he is way more than that! On top all of that, he's super sweet. I will miss him and all of his amazing work when he leaves California. Damn you Arizona for stealing Q from us!!

My wife and I could not have been happier with the work and new look of our kitchen.  The 2 men showed up on time and the total job took about 6 hours.  Jason and his partner were experienced and we had no problems at all.  Very professionally done work and I plan on using them again for more home improvements.

Alex is professional, excellent communication and fair prices. We used his services for a spare bedroom tile and carpet. All done within a few days! I will be using his services for the rest of my renovation. Thank you Alex!

We had our floors installed by M2 Enterprises, they did wood like plank tiles in our entire house. We love how they look and make the house look open and modern. They also did a custom border on our entry step. We've had lots of friends and neighbors comment how much they love our floors. We are planning to redo our 2nd bathroom and will have M2 design and install it for us. We are really happy with the quality of service they provide.

Elvis and his teammate Maise were great! I had several bids for my time sensitive project and they were by far the best. They scheduled a next day time with me, showed up on time and estimated the work quickly. The completed workmanship was excellent. They came after hours as I needed my bathroom done quickly before I left to travel. In addition to completing the work they had bid on, they saw a few other quick fixes that would complete my project. They completed those few small things and did not add anything to their final bill.
I own several rental properties and have remodeled all of them, of all the contractors that I have worked with over the years, Dream Builder is one of the best!

I highly recommend Ceaser and his team. We are currently working on a kitchen remodel and needed to resize a window so we could fit more cabinet space, and his team did an excellent job. They also replaced our ceiling fan and did some drywall repair that turned out great. Ceaser is really great about keeping in contact with you every step of the way and all the people he sends out are very friendly and do an excellent job. Turnaround is also very quick and quotes were fair. It was great to not need to find multiple experts for a complex job on my own!

Highly recommend them! Will be using Canterra for more stuff in the future!

We did extensive research relevant to refacing our kitchen cabinets - paint, stain, cover with wood simulated contact tape, and 3/16 inch real wood refacing material.   We contacted at least a dozen contractors in the Phoenix area - big box, kitchen remodelers, general contractors, and franchised kitchen and bathroom remodelers.   It was a nightmare with these companies relative to their exhorbitant prices, material selections, warranties or lack of, and minimal or no creativity etc.

Fortunately at the end of our search we found Keith Wolfram and Arizona Kitchens and Refacing.   We clicked with Keith right at the onset of our first meeting.  Keith is exactly what a homeowner wants in kitchen remodeler -  open minded, a good listener, cooperative, flexible, and adept in providing excellent design suggestions.  

Keith is very hands on.  He personally took all of the detailed measurements, ordered the materials, delivered them to our home and worked with his installers to assure the work was done right the first time.

He even provided to us a portable multi shelf rack for us to use in storing all the cans, dishes and other kitchen items during the remodeling process.    His team are just like Keith in their attention to detail.   They even took our dog out for walk while we we were away from home one day.

It should be noted that Keith was not the least expensive quote we received.  Keith will provide a quote that is firm and he will not negotiate.    The slight premium that we paid was WELL WORTH IT.

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

Based on my initial experience with their designer Tiffany, I am not impressed at all. She started off asking me a few questions about my project, what I needed done, and what my budget was going to be. I told her I needed the kitchen, master bathroom and guest bathroom remodeled. Mind you, there will be no major floor plan changes, plumbing changes, nor electrical changes, so permits will not be needed at all for this 2200 sqft home.

All I am doing is replacing what is there. My kitchen is about 14' x 14' with cabinets along two opposite walls, with a 7 foot peninsula coming out of one end, with upper cabinets only on one wall. The first thing she does is take my address and goes online to find pictures of my house on a real estate website to guestimate what my kitchen will cost based on photos that she looks at. She tells me $50,000. That's when I got suspicious about this place. I had three other estimates for my kitchen with measurements actually taken and they all came in around $25000. But the real kicker came when she gave me estimates for my two bathrooms based on photos again. Mind you, she has no idea of the sizes for these bathrooms, but based on the overall square footage, she knows it's not a 5000+ sqft home.

For my guest bathroom, which is about 13' x 6', all I need replaced is the vanity, mirror, lights, toilet, and the alcove tub with tiling in the tub area, a simple job and nothing major. She quotes me $40,000. I nearly passed out, and now I'm thinking something is up.

For the master bath, which is approximately 17' x 7' which includes a 6' x 5' shower (with interior tiling), two vanities, mirrors, and lights. She quotes me $60,000. Yes that's right, $60,000. That's when I knew something was up.

(A) She either has no clue as to what she is doing, (B) they are giving me these outlandish prices because they are in high demand due to these times we are in at the moment and they just want to throw the highest most ridiculous price out there hoping it will stick, and if doesn't, no sweat off their back because they will just move on to someone who will pay their outlandish prices due to the demand, or (C) she was trying to dissuade me into wanting them to do the job because my budget ($50,000) wasn't worth their time and effort. I think (C) is most likely, if not all the above.

Then come to find out there is a $5500 fee to have someone come out to take measurements in order to draw up a pretty design on a computer to get actual true estimates of what this project would cost. So you can see why I'm thinking (C). Please note, If you go to their page on Houzz you will see nothing but all 5 star reviews, not a 4 star or lower in site, and you will also see multiple completed projects with the same level of remodel I proposed, all done for under $50,000, completely proving my point. I will definitely be staying away, and finding a more honest business!

We had some tile work done in one bedroom with Infinity Pro Services. Sean and his team were top notch! The tile work is really impressive. He found the tile to match another room that we had done a couple of years ago through a different company, for cheaper than we previously paid,  and kept us informed regularly as to the status of the tile order. The tile work is actually neater and superior to the previous job we had done. Everything went on time without a hitch and we're very happy with the result! We're planning to call Sean for other home renovations that we have planned!

My husband and I are so happy that we had the opportunity to have Kyle complete our granite project. We met with several contractors and before he had completed our bid we were sold on him and Capital Mark. He is professional, honest and the craftsmanship superb. Great job! Dynamite completed a large patio build for us. We were very pleased with the end result. We had some hiccups along the way but they were very pleasant and responsive, quickly adjusting as needed. Great sub crews too. We highly recommend Jason Kiel for any home remodeling project and give him a 10 star rating! He just completed a large entire house remodel project for us and we are extremely happy with the results. From the beginning he was very responsive to our request for a bid and was very logical and organized in the way he presented it electronically through email to us. His pricing was fair, everything was clearly laid out in his proposal and he was very willing to make the changes we requested to keep our costs in budget. During the entire project we were very pleased with his professionalism, skill, knowledge, efficientcy and ability to keep everything on schedule. He always kept the worksite clean and well organized, was always friendly and easy to talk to and kept us informed of the status with pictures every step of the way since we were out of state at the time.  He identified and corrected several serious plumbing and electrical issues for us that were caused by other contractors used by the homes prior owners. He is a perfectionist and delivered the highest quality in craftsmanship with everything including new cabinets and custom shelving units. Jason was very easy to work with and avery flexible with accommodating additional things as they came up.  We highly recommend Kiel enterprises for anyone taking on a remodeling project!

Several texts, promises to call and schedule a site walk through and no follow through.  It's been three weeks.  I'll move on to someone else that is interested in working.  So disappointing.

We had a lightning strike and subsequent attic fire in July of 2021. Our neighbor recommended this company and the fire department handed us a card for their Board up division.  They bungled our claim with State Farm by submitting the wrong claim, duplicating items and and failing to get prior approval of the costs before demolition.  The work they did perform was poor.  It's been almost 18 months and they just finished our roof and forgot about our fireplace chimney vent.  Now, after taking another 55k to begin our plumbing, electric and HVAC, they said there's not enough money to fix the home and have stopped working. What a nightmare.  We're going to hold them accountable but it's going to cost us thousands.
