Scheduled an appointment on Tuesday to have someone out to my house Friday for a quote. I was super excited to have them out because of how friendly and helpful Mike was at the initial scheduling time.

But that's where it ended. I took time off of work to be home to have GPS out to the house... that's a personal day I will never get back. No show, with no courtesy call. Around 4:00 I finally got a call. I get people are busy,  but please understand that an appointment is an appointment.

We had our shower done by these guys and it came out beautifully! They were all so friendly and put up with our nosey kid and dog, we would absolutely recommend going with them! Any hiccups that came up Ali addressed immediately and we appreciated that!

I was moving my salon to a bigger place with the same landlord. So they only give me a very short time to fix up the new place and give the old one back. I found Skyler on yep and explain my situation. He did the cabinets in less than 2 weeks. They came out great. Definitely recommend  this company.

Juan and his crew remodeled my living room and did a fantastic job. I am happy with the quality of work and the communication throughout the project. Easy to work with, reliable and didn't charge me when an extra issue came up. I'm recommending him to all my friends.

My husband and I chose to work with Joe and Optimum Home Solutions to redo our flooring, countertops, and backsplash. We have nothing but great things to say about Joe and his teams. They were always there when they said they would be and their timelines were always spot on. Joe and his team made the renovation process as easy and painless as possible. I am a very picky person with attention to small details. When I was looking for a bathroom/flooring contractor I vetted rigorously. It's not easy to just allow anyone into your home. I'm sure many others feel the same way, so as you can imagine I only wanted the most skilled & the most trustworthy people to work on my house. Thankfully, I found Alex by doing a Yelp search in my area. I vetted several contractors before finding Alex. All the others just didn't hit the mark for meFrom the very start Alex was very easy to talk to, competent, very well experienced in his line of work & very professional. We did a full bathroom remodel - all gorgeous marble symmetrical from floor to ceiling. We wanted no grout lines & only symmetrical cuts. Alex had 2 guys do the entire bathroom remodel which took several days. I have to say they were truly the most respectful guys. Every morning they would kindly greet us, let us know what they're getting done that day. They were quick to yield & allow me my space anytime I wanted to inspect their work. They laid out plastic throughout our home to walk on. They were clean, tidy & organized. Very respectful of our property. They were not only respectful people, but also very polite which is refreshing to see in the construction industry. More importantly, we were blown away by their precise skill when it came to the perfect marble cuts & leveling of the tile. If I could use one word to describe their work; it's precision. They didn't miss a single detail. Not a single corner, not a single piece. Marble is not an easy stone to work with. Marble is precious & delicate. It requires true craftsmanship done with taste. Alex and his guys were a true testament to that authentic craftsmanship that so many other contractors simply don't understand or care for. If you are considering a bathroom remodel & are like me- someone who wants the best & values trust- you must go to Alex because he & his team will execute that job gracefully.

We also hired them to install all new floors & baseboards. Most people would never know they're laminate because they look & feel like high-end solid floating hardwood. Every piece was perfectly placed & snapped on. They also added a soft material underneath so that the floors are easier on your feet and joints.
All the work they did was done skillfully & timely.

If you've come this far in your vetting process & research looking for a qualified contractor to hire then you need to call Alex. Talk to him about what you have in mind, the ideas you have & show him photos of what you're thinking. He is very competent, has good taste, has an eye for aesthetics, is very easy to talk to, & will also bounce ideas if you need some pointers. He's also very up to date with trends and styles if you're wanting to be pointed in that direction. Any taste or idea, they will be able to help.

We will definitely be using Alex & his team again & will be recommending them to friends, family & neighbors.

My name is Ivy Singletary, and I'm a patron of Canterra Construction. I needed to have a 10x12 'do-it-yourself' outdoor shed built, and I took to Yelp to find a company to fulfill the need.

Katherine, one of the owners, wrote me back immediately, we conversed, and she offered a free consultation for an estimate. She arrived with her staff in tow at the appointed time, fully prepared to address every concern I had previously discussed with her on the phone.

From the onset, I knew I was in competent hands. Canterra Construction was diligent throughout the entire process. Even when the shed arrived earlier than expected, I shot Katherine an email, and she was quick to accommodate the schedule change with an immediate start date. Throughout the process, Katherine was available to meet any need, inquiry, or concern and maintained exemplary response time with her calm, pleasant demeanor.

On the installation days, her team was on time, polite, accommodating, professional, communicative, focused, and meticulous in their work efforts. During the three-day job, her crew left the premises tidy each day upon completion. Words can't capture my appreciation for their professional partnership in completing this endeavor.

We did refacing for our entire kitchen and cabinets in 2013. Keith is a great person and was completely involved in the process. He is a very trustworthy and honest person which can be difficult to find these days. You can see in the pictures the quality of his work. The work was completed in the time frame described and there was no change in the quote to the final cost.
In August 2017 we suffered a flood in the kitchen due to monsoon season. Half of our cabinets had to be taken out because of the flood damage. We told our insurance company about Arizona Kitchens and Refacing but they insisted on using some cheap random kitchen company to try to replace our cabinets. The results were a disaster. The refacing was poorly done with nail holes clearly apparent. The cabinet doors were damaged. There was no wrap around on the corners. The facing under the sink was loose. The color did not match the undamaged part of the kitchen.
Fortunately we were able to Arizona Kitchens and Refacing to redo the poor work of the other company. Keith had the poorly done work removed and replaced with new work that matched the original from 2013. His workers are friendly. Keith is a well spoken, honest, and caring individual. He is a great person to have work in the most important asset of your home. I strongly recommend Keith and Arizona Kitchens and Refacing.

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

I have used ABT on two separate occasions.

First, we ordered cabinets for our kitchen to match our existing cabinetry. ABT had the exact manufacturer, stain and cabinet style we were looking for. I met with Kristi and she listened to what I wanted and was able to send over pricing within a few days. After that all communication was over the phone and email which made it very easy. The cabinets came in and they were perfect. We installed them and you would never know that they are a new addition.

The second time we used ABT we called to get an estimate on new Windows. Angie and Bill came out to our house and in just a few days they sent us an estimate with a few different options. After we decided on what we wanted the rest of the process was a breeze. The installation took 1-1/2 days and all the workers were very professional and made a point to clean up as much as they could.

I am very pleased with ABT's commitment to good customer service and I will use them again in the future.

We had some tile work done in one bedroom with Infinity Pro Services. Sean and his team were top notch! The tile work is really impressive. He found the tile to match another room that we had done a couple of years ago through a different company, for cheaper than we previously paid,  and kept us informed regularly as to the status of the tile order. The tile work is actually neater and superior to the previous job we had done. Everything went on time without a hitch and we're very happy with the result! We're planning to call Sean for other home renovations that we have planned!

We live in MN full time and bought a small home in Gilbert, AZ 1 1/2 years ago. We knew our master and spare bath needed a remodel, but were concerned how difficult it would be not being there during the remodel and not being familiar with a reputable contractor there. After doing some researching, I found Capital Mark Interiors and was impressed by all of the stellar reviews. Kyle returned my phone call right away and we were able to get put on his schedule to start the process. With only a couple of in-person visits with him and his design staff, Sarah, the process had begun. We have done some bath and kitchen remodel projects at our MN home so we had some ideas of what to expect. While I found choosing some of the design elements online challenging, Sarah was attentive and helpful throughout the whole process. The whole process was also very organized, planned out, and on a schedule. Communication was always abundant and phone calls or emails with any questions or concerns were always returned quickly. The construction team was wonderful and Eric, the foreman, was so nice, and communicated by phone, texts, videos, and pics almost every day during the process. We had a large glass block window that was torn out, so the outside stucco on the house had to done. It looks so good! If we didn't know it had been fixed, we would not have been able to tell! The baths were completed on time and look beautiful! Thank you, Capital Mark for making our experience so great. We look forward to having you remodel our kitchen in the next year or two (and wish you were in MN to do our MN home kitchen remodel as well)!

We had Vlad check out a wall in our home as a pre-purchase due diligence. He showed up to the appointment on time and was able to provide an estimate by the end of the next business day. His estimate report was less than ideal as he was unable to provide a breakdown of his pricing. His estimate was much more than expected because he wanted to cut into other walls. We did ask him to look at a ceiling, so I understand why he was providing information on that. After a slow process in trying to have him break down the pricing, he was able to give use an estimate on just the wall we needed repaired. We paid a $125 estimate fee in which we were advised that this could be applied to the wall repair when we were ready for it. Come a couple of weeks later and we are ready to fix the wall following purchase, Vlad has been non-responsive and not returned any of our efforts via phone call or text message. This lapse in communication is a serious red flag and I will not let someone that cannot even follow up with communication work on my house.  He was fairly responsive during our initial inquire, however now that we want the work done, we feel totally ghosted. Perhaps the job is too small for him to even bother? That's fine...just SAY SO. I even gave him a chance by reaching out via yelp before I wrote this review. He responded, but it was a very non commital response. If you can reply via yelp, why cant you call us back??

I am not one to write a poor review...so this is more so a cautionary tale for others. We are first time home buyers and wish that we had done a little more research about general contractors before moving forward with this company.

I recently had Jason do a complete remodel of my kitchen. I am completely happy with the job he did.He was very flexible in working around our work schedules.He went above and beyond in giving us what we asked for. the work was top quality and completed in a timely manner. He stuck with his quote to us and I believe he gave us more than he quoted us at no charge. I will be using him in the future to do our bathrooms. it's very hard to find a quality contactor and I would recommend him highly.

I recently had my master bath remodeled and sought several quotes from various contractors. From the beginning, Troy was exceptionally detailed and upfront with everything that had to be done and what the cost would be. I was impressed with the quality of materials used and the surprisingly low cost compared to the competition. I am soooo happy with how easy the process was and the outcome. I can't wait to have my smaller bathrooms done!
