We had our shower done by these guys and it came out beautifully! They were all so friendly and put up with our nosey kid and dog, we would absolutely recommend going with them! Any hiccups that came up Ali addressed immediately and we appreciated that!

I found Skyler on yep and explain my situation. He did the cabinets in less than 2 weeks. They came out great. Definitely recommend  this company.

Juan and his crew did a fantastic job with our remodeling project! We couldn't be happier! G & C are true professionals. Very consciousnesses while doing their work. They always made sure to prep each area extensively like it was their own home. They were careful about not letting my dog out and keeping things locked up. Very courteous. They are detailed oriented and are so very knowledgeable. When the project started and as it moved along Juan had great remodeling suggestions and brought up things that  would have never crossed my mind. It was great to have him do the thinking for me. Overall, the project was very stress free and reasonably priced. Additionally, the communication between G&C was phenomenal. Juan is super responsive 7 days a week and always kept me updated on the daily schedule, so I knew what to expect which was helpful in planning my day. I never experienced any no shows and G&C was very flexible with scheduling and with last minute project changes that were made by me. We worked well together. Everything went smooth throughout my month-long remodel and Juan and his crew are so accommodating and great to work with. I highly recommend them. Additionally, they stand behind their work.

Not many construction jobs go perfectly, however Optimum came very close. From sales to remodel Optimum proved that you can trust a contractor. EVERYONE that participated in my kitchen remodel was fantastic. Salesman Noble started out honest & forthcoming & his knowledge was very appreciated. Juan & his men worked tirelessly working on my countertops. Aldo is an artist when it comes to the tile work & Joel used great plumbing skills for a difficult reconnect. All these men told us in detail what they were doing & also checked with us if they had any questions. Their professionalism & care were greatly appreciated. When I'm ready for the bathroom remodel, I'm making 1 call. That would be to a very accessible & professional owner..Joe.

First the good: their pricing is reasonable and the owner is knowledgeable and friendly. He was commutative and came out within 24 hours of me calling for a quote. However the installation did take longer then quoted. They left construction debris (tile spacers, razor blades, thinset) in the front yard. The tile turned okay. There were a few areas that were roughly cut and spaces left ungrouted. There were also some lips in the tile. My biggest complaint is the quality of work with the trim/baseboards. I reached out to the owner to fix the issues. He told me he would send a guy out for months to fix the trim but never did. He did however refund the money for the baseboards and clean up the front yard which I did appreciate. Not sure if I just had a bad experience with these guys or what but I wouldn't use them again.

Great job to Doug who came out to replace my kitchen sink faucet and valves.  He did quality work and gave a fair price.  No more leaks!  I highly recommend this company based on the work and excellent customer service.

I had a backsplash nightmare- install done terribly. I reached out to see if this company could help me fix itA although they are too booked out to help, the owner was very kind in walking me through what went wrong and advice on what to do. Very appreciative of his time to have a discussion with me! Will definitely use them for future projects!

We recently moved into our new Toll Brothers home and had a challenging time looking for a good contractor that will design my entertainment wall at a reasonable and fair price.  With the recent challenges we all face with contractors taking advantage of price spikes, and long wait time for a project to begin, Canterra Construction beat the competitor's reliability and price!  Initially, I contracted for an entertainment wall design with them.  Cathy took it to a personal level in designing my wall and brought samples of stones and tiles.  She factored in my interior designs, colors, and furniture to select the best.  And wow, my husband and I are so amazed with the professionalism, reliability, designs, and the material used for our wall that it became one of the wow factors of my home!  Because of this company's professionalism and awesome work, I continued to contract them for my back and front yard.  Again, Cathy understood our goal.  She uniquely put together another great design at an affordable price.  Next contract is for accent walls and designs for all my rooms.  I am excited for this project. We did refacing for our entire kitchen and cabinets in 2013. Keith is a great person and was completely involved in the process. He is a very trustworthy and honest person which can be difficult to find these days. You can see in the pictures the quality of his work. The work was completed in the time frame described and there was no change in the quote to the final cost.
In August 2017 we suffered a flood in the kitchen due to monsoon season. Half of our cabinets had to be taken out because of the flood damage. We told our insurance company about Arizona Kitchens and Refacing but they insisted on using some cheap random kitchen company to try to replace our cabinets. The results were a disaster. The refacing was poorly done with nail holes clearly apparent. The cabinet doors were damaged. There was no wrap around on the corners. The facing under the sink was loose. The color did not match the undamaged part of the kitchen.
Fortunately we were able to Arizona Kitchens and Refacing to redo the poor work of the other company. Keith had the poorly done work removed and replaced with new work that matched the original from 2013. His workers are friendly. Keith is a well spoken, honest, and caring individual. He is a great person to have work in the most important asset of your home. I strongly recommend Keith and Arizona Kitchens and Refacing.

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

THE. BEST. Don't look any further! Hire them! We were looking for a design/build company we could trust. They delivered and with high quality! They do it all from design, flooring, cabinets, countertops, drywall, paint, electrical, plumbing, backsplash, etc!

We've done 3 different projects with them now. A few years ago they did our kitchen. We get compliments on it all the time. They spent tireless hours searching for the perfect sink we picked out and couldn't find in stock! Sorry the picture is a little dark, but the island has open shelves on this side of the picture. The kitchen also includes a microwave drawer, trash can drawer, specialty drawers, pull out drawers in some of the cabinets, soft close, etc.

We have now recently hired them again to do our bathroom after severe water damage. They fit us in and gave us a better than ever bathroom in a reasonable time. They also gave us all the documentation we needed for our insurance company.

We also had them recently do a custom craft room. It's also amazing! They made my dream come true and figured out exactly how to lay it out so everything would be setup perfectly in reach for all my different projects!

The designers are great at listening to what you want and providing suggestions to make sure everything looks great. They have a great eye for colors and styles. Additionally all the workers are very professional and do high quality work. They show up on time and make sure every little detail is perfect. You can trust them to do the best from design to build!

We contacted Capital Mark to remodel our master bathroom.  From the beginning, the process was timely, organized, and pleasant.  Kyle's estimate was clear, lower than other estimates we had received, and in the end, accurate.  John and Justin were the people who were here every day performing the majority of the work.  They showed up on time (and every day!), they worked hard all day, and they cleaned everything up at the end of each work day.  They were especially careful to keep the dust to a minimum, as I have allergies.  They used high quality materials and paid attention to details. They respected our time, our home, and our pets - basically, common courtesy, which can be uncommon in this industry.  The job started on time, finished on time, and was on budget.  We are thrilled with how our bathroom came out, and we would not hesitate to recommend them to our family and friends (which we have already done).  We will definitely have them come back to do our kitchen down the road.  Thank you, Capital Mark for renewing our faith in good companies that take pride in their work.  Five stars!!!

I had a leak in the wall between my closet and shower for an unspecified amount of time that caused one whole wall of my closet and a part of another wall to need to be replaced. Vlad came out to do the estimate and took the time to understand the whole issue and make suggestions of opening up another wall to see if the water seeped over and also to setup a fan to help dry things out. My dad was able to open up part of the other wall and sure enough the insulation was wet so we were able to get that replaced and fixed. I really appreciated the time he took with me looking over all the potential issues.  I felt so comfortable I asked for an additional estimate to finish some painting 2 other contractors had failed to finish. The estimate that I received was very reasonable so I went ahead and scheduled the work to be done.
Eddie was amazing! He worked very efficiently and did an amazing job. Within a few short days my closet was back to pre-leak status and you can't even tell there was an issue. Additionally, all the painting is now complete and I finally don't have all those unfinished touches staring at me anymore.
I would recommend Dynamite to anyone (and already have been recommending them) and am already planning on using them for another upcoming project.

We highly recommend Jason Kiel for any home remodeling project and give him a 10 star rating! He just completed a large entire house remodel project for us and we are extremely happy with the results. From the beginning he was very responsive to our request for a bid and was very logical and organized in the way he presented it electronically through email to us. His pricing was fair, everything was clearly laid out in his proposal and he was very willing to make the changes we requested to keep our costs in budget. During the entire project we were very pleased with his professionalism, skill, knowledge, efficientcy and ability to keep everything on schedule. He always kept the worksite clean and well organized, was always friendly and easy to talk to and kept us informed of the status with pictures every step of the way since we were out of state at the time.  He identified and corrected several serious plumbing and electrical issues for us that were caused by other contractors used by the homes prior owners. He is a perfectionist and delivered the highest quality in craftsmanship with everything including new cabinets and custom shelving units. Jason was very easy to work with and avery flexible with accommodating additional things as they came up.  We highly recommend Kiel enterprises for anyone taking on a remodeling project!

We met Silverado at one of the Home Shows. We've been by their both 4 times over four shows collecting info from them and competitors. I really like their product called Onyx. Far superior to tile. There are numerous color combinations to choose from but the one they had at the show on display was our favorite. Works well with the new gray tones you see in all the homes. Demo was fast and installation was fairly quick. Their install guys, Dale and Robert are very professional and always updating and asking questions along the install process. We opted for the surround to go to the ceiling, added grab bars, seats, caddies and 3/8 glass, instead of 1/4....BIG DIFFERENCE and new vanity tops w/new faucets. I highly recommend these guy, you wont be disappointed.

I was recommended to these guys through Restoration Affiliates.  My elderly friend was out of town for the weekend and when she came home to a flood,  she figured that I would know what to do.  According to her, the water supply line broke and the water ran for two days, affecting 6 rooms, soaking the carpets and hardwood floors.  She was hysterical, not in a good way.  Jim and his crew were out there an hour after I called, calmed her down and got to work.  Everything was covered by insurance and she was able to stay up stairs while they dried the down stairs.  The reconstruction went well, much to all our surprise.  She is happy and asked me to do something nice for those nice men.  Done.
