Hired Juan to remodel the bathroom on my historic home, he was able to start the job well ahead of the estimates from other contractors and at a very reasonable price.

If there were a 6th star for reviews, I would give it to Optimum Home Solutions.  From the first time I contacted Optimum Home Solutions I was impressed.  Joe is 100% professional and provided the best customer service.  I was contacted within an hour of requesting a quote to schedule a measure at my home, and they came right out.  The price was extremely reasonable and I am elated for how fantastic the entire job turned out!  I was very nervous as I had a very large granite project that required 6 slabs of granite...Full backsplash kitchen, bar, oversized island, and very, very long bathroom vanities that required true mastery.  Joe told me that they are the best and not to worry...boy was he ever right!  To say the least, they are by far the best I have seen, and I have remodeled many homes with different granite contractors...the project was perfectly done and is gorgeous.  I will never use anyone else again for home improvements.  From being on time, to communication, to professionalism, to true craftsmanship, Optimum Home Soultions has it all.  THANK YOU from a very happy customer.

I am a very picky person with attention to small details. When I was looking for a bathroom/flooring contractor I vetted rigorously. It's not easy to just allow anyone into your home. I'm sure many others feel the same way, so as you can imagine I only wanted the most skilled & the most trustworthy people to work on my house. Thankfully, I found Alex by doing a Yelp search in my area. I vetted several contractors before finding Alex. All the others just didn't hit the mark for meFrom the very start Alex was very easy to talk to, competent, very well experienced in his line of work & very professional. We did a full bathroom remodel - all gorgeous marble symmetrical from floor to ceiling. We wanted no grout lines & only symmetrical cuts. Alex had 2 guys do the entire bathroom remodel which took several days. I have to say they were truly the most respectful guys. Every morning they would kindly greet us, let us know what they're getting done that day. They were quick to yield & allow me my space anytime I wanted to inspect their work. They laid out plastic throughout our home to walk on. They were clean, tidy & organized. Very respectful of our property. They were not only respectful people, but also very polite which is refreshing to see in the construction industry. More importantly, we were blown away by their precise skill when it came to the perfect marble cuts & leveling of the tile. If I could use one word to describe their work; it's precision. They didn't miss a single detail. Not a single corner, not a single piece. Marble is not an easy stone to work with. Marble is precious & delicate. It requires true craftsmanship done with taste. Alex and his guys were a true testament to that authentic craftsmanship that so many other contractors simply don't understand or care for. We also hired them to install all new floors & baseboards. Most people would never know they're laminate because they look & feel like high-end solid floating hardwood. Every piece was perfectly placed & snapped on. They also added a soft material underneath so that the floors are easier on your feet and joints.
All the work they did was done skillfully & timely.

If you've come this far in your vetting process & research looking for a qualified contractor to hire then you need to call Alex. Talk to him about what you have in mind, the ideas you have & show him photos of what you're thinking. He is very competent, has good taste, has an eye for aesthetics, is very easy to talk to, & will also bounce ideas if you need some pointers. I had a great experience all around, Doug was easy to get a hold of, scheduled an estimate and then scheduled repair within the week due to my scheduling needs, was flexible in scheduling and on time. Got everything done so fast and all the repairs look great! Reasonable pricing. Will be using Doug again moving forward.  So nice to work with contractors with integrity.

We had our floors installed by M2 Enterprises, they did wood like plank tiles in our entire house. We love how they look and make the house look open and modern. They also did a custom border on our entry step. We've had lots of friends and neighbors comment how much they love our floors. We are planning to redo our 2nd bathroom and will have M2 design and install it for us. We are really happy with the quality of service they provide.

We hired Arizona Kitchens and Refacing for a large project of refacing cabinets in our kitchen, bar, hallway, and laundry room as well as adding new cabinets in our bonus room. The quality of their work is impeccable. I have worked with contractors for decades and I have never worked with a contractor that was a perfect 10 until I met and hired Keith. Keith and his crew are that good. My wife and I could not be any happier and a huge thank you goes out to Keith and his crew for making our home look beautiful. You guys are simply the best.

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

Based on my initial experience with their designer Tiffany, I am not impressed at all. She started off asking me a few questions about my project, what I needed done, and what my budget was going to be. I told her I needed the kitchen, master bathroom and guest bathroom remodeled. Mind you, there will be no major floor plan changes, plumbing changes, nor electrical changes, so permits will not be needed at all for this 2200 sqft home.

All I am doing is replacing what is there. My kitchen is about 14' x 14' with cabinets along two opposite walls, with a 7 foot peninsula coming out of one end, with upper cabinets only on one wall. The first thing she does is take my address and goes online to find pictures of my house on a real estate website to guestimate what my kitchen will cost based on photos that she looks at. She tells me $50,000. That's when I got suspicious about this place. I had three other estimates for my kitchen with measurements actually taken and they all came in around $25000. But the real kicker came when she gave me estimates for my two bathrooms based on photos again. Mind you, she has no idea of the sizes for these bathrooms, but based on the overall square footage, she knows it's not a 5000+ sqft home.

For my guest bathroom, which is about 13' x 6', all I need replaced is the vanity, mirror, lights, toilet, and the alcove tub with tiling in the tub area, a simple job and nothing major. She quotes me $40,000. I nearly passed out, and now I'm thinking something is up.

For the master bath, which is approximately 17' x 7' which includes a 6' x 5' shower (with interior tiling), two vanities, mirrors, and lights. She quotes me $60,000. Yes that's right, $60,000. That's when I knew something was up.

(A) She either has no clue as to what she is doing, (B) they are giving me these outlandish prices because they are in high demand due to these times we are in at the moment and they just want to throw the highest most ridiculous price out there hoping it will stick, and if doesn't, no sweat off their back because they will just move on to someone who will pay their outlandish prices due to the demand, or (C) she was trying to dissuade me into wanting them to do the job because my budget ($50,000) wasn't worth their time and effort. I think (C) is most likely, if not all the above.

Then come to find out there is a $5500 fee to have someone come out to take measurements in order to draw up a pretty design on a computer to get actual true estimates of what this project would cost. So you can see why I'm thinking (C). Please note, If you go to their page on Houzz you will see nothing but all 5 star reviews, not a 4 star or lower in site, and you will also see multiple completed projects with the same level of remodel I proposed, all done for under $50,000, completely proving my point. I will definitely be staying away, and finding a more honest business!

I contacted the company and requested an estimate. The estimate was well thought out, complete and was very competitive with other estimates we received. Although we did not ultimately have Dynamite complete the small remodeling project, we would certainly look to them in the future. Researched BBB records and reviews and found the company to have a very good record, very professional and promptly responded to our inquiries.

I recently had Jason do a complete remodel of my kitchen. I am completely happy with the job he did.He was very flexible in working around our work schedules.He went above and beyond in giving us what we asked for. the work was top quality and completed in a timely manner. He stuck with his quote to us and I believe he gave us more than he quoted us at no charge. I will be using him in the future to do our bathrooms. it's very hard to find a quality contactor and I would recommend him highly.

We met Silverado at one of the Home Shows. We've been by their both 4 times over four shows collecting info from them and competitors. I really like their product called Onyx. Far superior to tile. There are numerous color combinations to choose from but the one they had at the show on display was our favorite. Works well with the new gray tones you see in all the homes. Demo was fast and installation was fairly quick. Their install guys, Dale and Robert are very professional and always updating and asking questions along the install process. We opted for the surround to go to the ceiling, added grab bars, seats, caddies and 3/8 glass, instead of 1/4....BIG DIFFERENCE and new vanity tops w/new faucets. I highly recommend these guy, you wont be disappointed.
