Scheduled an appointment on Tuesday to have someone out to my house Friday for a quote. I was super excited to have them out because of how friendly and helpful Mike was at the initial scheduling time.

But that's where it ended. I took time off of work to be home to have GPS out to the house... that's a personal day I will never get back. No show, with no courtesy call. Around 4:00 I finally got a call. I get people are busy,  but please understand that an appointment is an appointment.

We had our shower done by these guys and it came out beautifully! They were all so friendly and put up with our nosey kid and dog, we would absolutely recommend going with them! Any hiccups that came up Ali addressed immediately and we appreciated that!

I highly recommend Lux Home Remodeling! Skyler and his team are dependable, timely, respectful and very professional!  Lux has done several projects at my home. Lux is my Go-To for all of my projects and upgrades.

They were amazing!  Prompt.  Professional.  My tile shower is gorgeous!!!  They removed the old shower and cleaned up after each visit.  I will definitely hire them again.

Q is literally the best handy man ever. Ever since the first day I hired him, he has tackled all of the crazy random jobs I've thrown at him quickly and professionally. I don't even feel right calling him a handy man as he is way more than that! On top all of that, he's super sweet. I will miss him and all of his amazing work when he leaves California. Damn you Arizona for stealing Q from us!!

We are so happy we chose Optimum to do our kitchen backsplash. Joe is great to work with and very responsive to all our questions.  Aldo installed our tile and you couldn't ask for a more professional and great guy.  His work is outstanding.  Can't wait to work with them again when we are ready for new flooring.

Alex and his crew are extremely professional and were always on time. Alex is beyond talented and has an eye for interior design and went above and beyond. During the bathroom demo we found a builder error, actually builder errors all over the house and he fixed everything beyond my expectations. He picked up tile in the morning and would manage to still be earlier for the job.  The tile work in the downstairs living room is gorgeous. He came up with a reverse herringbone in the dining room that looks like it could be featured in architectural digest magazine. If you are looking for a contractor who doesn't flake and will make sure that the work is perfect PLEASE book with desert custom flooring! You will not regret it!

Husband to go is a great company.  I had my kitchen remodeled through them.  Douglas and Billie are perfectionists. . Love the works they did.

We had our floors installed by M2 Enterprises, they did wood like plank tiles in our entire house. We love how they look and make the house look open and modern. They also did a custom border on our entry step. We've had lots of friends and neighbors comment how much they love our floors. We are planning to redo our 2nd bathroom and will have M2 design and install it for us. We are really happy with the quality of service they provide.

Elvis and team were extremely flexible in setting an appointment for the drywall fix.  He showed up early when we were in a pinch and completed the job during the consult visit.  Highly recommend.

We recently moved into our new Toll Brothers home and had a challenging time looking for a good contractor that will design my entertainment wall at a reasonable and fair price.  With the recent challenges we all face with contractors taking advantage of price spikes, and long wait time for a project to begin, Canterra Construction beat the competitor's reliability and price!  Initially, I contracted for an entertainment wall design with them.  Cathy took it to a personal level in designing my wall and brought samples of stones and tiles.  She factored in my interior designs, colors, and furniture to select the best.  And wow, my husband and I are so amazed with the professionalism, reliability, designs, and the material used for our wall that it became one of the wow factors of my home!  Because of this company's professionalism and awesome work, I continued to contract them for my back and front yard.  Again, Cathy understood our goal.  She uniquely put together another great design at an affordable price.  Next contract is for accent walls and designs for all my rooms.  I am excited for this project. I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

Based on my initial experience with their designer Tiffany, I am not impressed at all. She started off asking me a few questions about my project, what I needed done, and what my budget was going to be. I told her I needed the kitchen, master bathroom and guest bathroom remodeled. Mind you, there will be no major floor plan changes, plumbing changes, nor electrical changes, so permits will not be needed at all for this 2200 sqft home.

All I am doing is replacing what is there. My kitchen is about 14' x 14' with cabinets along two opposite walls, with a 7 foot peninsula coming out of one end, with upper cabinets only on one wall. The first thing she does is take my address and goes online to find pictures of my house on a real estate website to guestimate what my kitchen will cost based on photos that she looks at. She tells me $50,000. That's when I got suspicious about this place. I had three other estimates for my kitchen with measurements actually taken and they all came in around $25000. But the real kicker came when she gave me estimates for my two bathrooms based on photos again. Mind you, she has no idea of the sizes for these bathrooms, but based on the overall square footage, she knows it's not a 5000+ sqft home.

For my guest bathroom, which is about 13' x 6', all I need replaced is the vanity, mirror, lights, toilet, and the alcove tub with tiling in the tub area, a simple job and nothing major. She quotes me $40,000. I nearly passed out, and now I'm thinking something is up.

For the master bath, which is approximately 17' x 7' which includes a 6' x 5' shower (with interior tiling), two vanities, mirrors, and lights. She quotes me $60,000. Yes that's right, $60,000. That's when I knew something was up.

(A) She either has no clue as to what she is doing, (B) they are giving me these outlandish prices because they are in high demand due to these times we are in at the moment and they just want to throw the highest most ridiculous price out there hoping it will stick, and if doesn't, no sweat off their back because they will just move on to someone who will pay their outlandish prices due to the demand, or (C) she was trying to dissuade me into wanting them to do the job because my budget ($50,000) wasn't worth their time and effort. I think (C) is most likely, if not all the above.

Then come to find out there is a $5500 fee to have someone come out to take measurements in order to draw up a pretty design on a computer to get actual true estimates of what this project would cost. So you can see why I'm thinking (C). Please note, If you go to their page on Houzz you will see nothing but all 5 star reviews, not a 4 star or lower in site, and you will also see multiple completed projects with the same level of remodel I proposed, all done for under $50,000, completely proving my point. I will definitely be staying away, and finding a more honest business!

My husband and I used Infinity Pro to do the carpet in our house before we sell it. We had 3 bedrooms and the stairs done and it came out amazing! It was done quickly and efficiently, and the owner, Sean was great to deal with! Thanks again!

We had our bathroom gutted and fully renovated and they did an excellent job. Great communication at the beginning with Kyle and at every stage thereafter so there were no surprises; the on-site GC, John (and his son, Matt) were professional, highly skilled and found solutions to every challenge. Their  subcontractors who did paint & misc worked well with the team--it was a well planned orchestra! And we looove our new bathroom! Would definitely use them again.

I had a leak in the wall between my closet and shower for an unspecified amount of time that caused one whole wall of my closet and a part of another wall to need to be replaced. Vlad came out to do the estimate and took the time to understand the whole issue and make suggestions of opening up another wall to see if the water seeped over and also to setup a fan to help dry things out. My dad was able to open up part of the other wall and sure enough the insulation was wet so we were able to get that replaced and fixed. I really appreciated the time he took with me looking over all the potential issues.  I felt so comfortable I asked for an additional estimate to finish some painting 2 other contractors had failed to finish. The estimate that I received was very reasonable so I went ahead and scheduled the work to be done.
Eddie was amazing! He worked very efficiently and did an amazing job. Within a few short days my closet was back to pre-leak status and you can't even tell there was an issue. Additionally, all the painting is now complete and I finally don't have all those unfinished touches staring at me anymore.
I would recommend Dynamite to anyone (and already have been recommending them) and am already planning on using them for another upcoming project.

We highly recommend Jason Kiel for any home remodeling project and give him a 10 star rating! He just completed a large entire house remodel project for us and we are extremely happy with the results. From the beginning he was very responsive to our request for a bid and was very logical and organized in the way he presented it electronically through email to us. His pricing was fair, everything was clearly laid out in his proposal and he was very willing to make the changes we requested to keep our costs in budget. During the entire project we were very pleased with his professionalism, skill, knowledge, efficientcy and ability to keep everything on schedule. He always kept the worksite clean and well organized, was always friendly and easy to talk to and kept us informed of the status with pictures every step of the way since we were out of state at the time.  He identified and corrected several serious plumbing and electrical issues for us that were caused by other contractors used by the homes prior owners. He is a perfectionist and delivered the highest quality in craftsmanship with everything including new cabinets and custom shelving units. Jason was very easy to work with and avery flexible with accommodating additional things as they came up.  We highly recommend Kiel enterprises for anyone taking on a remodeling project!

I had called three times to ask for someone to come to our home and give us an estimate. Nobody called me back. If they don't want the business, why not say so upfront? What a bunch of unprofessional people running this company.

After a fire in our home last Saturday night, kowalski construction has been nothing short of perfect in dealing with our tragedy. They have showed up every single day for every appointment and even to restore the plumbing to keep our landscaping from damage. They have met with every person, even people they didn't need to be there for. The care, courtesy and respect they have shown our family and home is beyond awesome. Thank you so much!
