Called these folks to re connect our utility sink in the basement and fix a broken pipe. We worked with Vincent and he was really nice, gave us a competitive quote, and walked us through what he would do to fix our issue. He was such a pleasure to work with that we asked him back for help on a few other issues we'd come across as new home owners. I really appreciate when people who know their craft well take the time to explain what they're doing. We will definitely be calling Vincent back when we're ready to put in our bathroom downstairs.

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. This company is my 'hero'!!! They have never let me down!!  I called about a clogged bathroom sink in my Airbnb upstairs, with a guest checking in shortly, and they make room for me and send MY FAVORITE..Sam and his partner Louis...and in no time at all!!! The sink is cleared of some weird mess the last guest put in it, it is running clean..and the bathroom is spotless as they leave it that way!! They are amazing on their prices..and I am so appreciative~~~ Knowledgable, pleasant, informative....this is THE BEST COMPANY EVER!!!!

We had a nasty problem with our plumbing. Apparently, when the house was built 77 years ago, there was a problem with the pipes underneath our basement floor, which came to a head and caused drainage problems in our basement bathroom. Two different handymen were unable to unclog the pipe, so we called in this company. They were incredibly patient and professional, moving from a simple fix to more complicated, and finally doing the necessary work of digging into the basement floor. Throughout this whole effort, they were extremely courteous, concerned about bringing dirt into the house, and communicated with us regularly about the progress of this project. I highly recommend them. And, they like brownies.

Jose is an awesome plumber that charges fair prices! We worked with him for a kitchen and bath renovation. He was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous during his visit. He even went above and beyond and pulled out a super heavy fridge to confirm that there already exists an ice maker box! Called about an ejector pump cycling on/off- not an emergency, but wanted it checked out to ensure the pump was not about fail.
Initial response very quick and 2 guys from J were at our house within 1 hour. Our issue turned out to be nothing- too much TP weighing the float down. They checked it out, showed me the issue, cleared the TP, showed me the result. Done!!

Still awesome - Kevin was extremely generous with his time and expertise today. Two previous great visits (with installed sump pumps still going strong). One of my favorite suppliers !

Okay, so being completely transparent, I didn't end up using them for my sink repair. But, I wanted to review just for the customer service. I called them this morning because I need to have the pipes fixed under my kitchen sink, as they're all corroded and have holes leaking everywhere. Dimitry asked me to send a picture of the issue so he could estimate it, which I did, and he called me back with a quote of $250-$275 to replace the 3 metal pipes with PVC. But, he openly said This isn't a hard job and you should just have a handyman do it, because any plumber will be way too expensive. Get a handyman who will cost $100 and you can use the savings to buy holiday gifts.

So, A+ customer service for honesty and knowing that the price he quoted me was way more than what is actually needed. If I ever need major plumbing (or heating) work done (which hopefully won't ever be the case, but life happens), I would definitely call CJ Plumbing & Heating first.

Mike is awesome! What started out as a simple kitchen drain rodding, turned into an angioplasty of about an 18 section of drain pipe due to excessive amount of grease build up. Then, in spite of the drain pressure build-up exploding sludge all over him, he held his composure and cleaned everything up. Very professional with a great work ethic. Mike is now my new go-to plumber.

Had a leaking toilet, causing problem to the neighbor below. Called late morning and he was here at 1:30. Worked on the problem right away and fixed it same day! He is very professional and knowledgeable of his craft. Would highly recommend.
