Had Chuck come out to look at my sewer back up. He responded quickly and did a camera view of my drain. I could see there was an obstruction due to a cracked drain tile just in front of my home. He had to dig up my front lawn and replace the broken drain which was about 8 feet below. They stayed working on it and completed the job well. They also added a clean out for future use if the drain needed cleaning. I was extremely pleased with the results and have recommended them to others. Chuck is a honest and diligent plumber that is highly knowledgable. I will definitely recommend his services again.

We had a small leak under our kitchen sink and I wasn't sure what the cause was so I went into the Yelp portal and found Easy Work (Jon). He was very responsive and after showing pics and video, he gave me a quote and came over the next day to take care of the issue. He was on time, answered calls/texts, and very professional. Highly recommend!

Yep, good as it gets. Reliable's been around for a long time -- their dad started the business and now two brothers carry on the tradition. Josh quoted a price to us for finally resolving our sump pump/gutter problem. He ran into a problem because of tree roots gone wild in the parkway -- making the job more labor intensive than he thought. Didn't make any difference. He was prompt, courteous and, like the company name says, reliable. We couldn't be more pleased.
While he worked around rain days, our hot water tank bit the dust. We called Josh and four hours later we had a new hot water tank at a very reasonable price.
This is an honest company with hard-working diligent owners you can trust. Reliable Plumbing is our Plumber for Life. You won't be disappointed.

We called to have a bathroom sink rodded. Vanessa and Selena came out the next morning. While the job took an unexpected turn due to a weakened pipe, they fixed it all. They were efficient, professional, clean and friendly keeping us up to date on what they were doing. This was the second time we've used Park Ridge Plumbing and we will use them whenever we need a plumber.

Had Maximum plumbing out today to fix 2 issues we were having. Came earlier than expected and explained the job and even showed us a couple tips for prevention. Would highly recommend!

I rent a high-rise apartment and had a leaky bathroom faucet. Dominick came and took care of it. Not only is he a professional, he is kind, courteous, and put my nerves at ease. I would highly recommend their service for basic plumbing needs.

Derek was very helpful getting some one out that afternoon. The plumber was polite, on time and did an exceptional job. I would highly recommend this company. The price was exactly what was quoted over the phone. Good service, solved my problem.

After the service call, I was still having issues with the bathroom faucet that Joe had repaired. After replacing the disk in the faucet, the shower had stopped working all together. I was forced to look elsewhere and called another plumber. He said that whoever had done the work clearly didn't understand the mechanics of the faucet and had permanent damaged it. He saw visible wrench marks on the parts and told me that there was no going back on the damage done. Now I am forced to replace the entire faucet and had to pay an additional service call. I wish Joe had been upfront about not knowing enough to fix the leaky bathtub faucet to spare me the additional headache and expense.
Update: after updating my review, Troy the owner of the company personally reached out and profusely apologized for my poor experience with Joe. Troy did not want me walking away from their company with such a bad taste in my mouth and offered to rectify the problem personally. He sent out Jason, who has been with the company for 17 years along with an assistant. They came and assessed the problem and replaced the entire bathtub faucet and re-caulked the parts free of charge. They arrived in a very timely fashion, did the work cleanly and again were so apologetic for Joe's screw-up (who apparently is no longer with the company for similar complaints from other clients). They will get back to me about how to proceed with the ceiling damage that occurred due to water leaking from the face plate that Joe had removed to do the original repair. Once that happens, I will certainly update my review yet again to a 5-Star review!
Thanks for going above and beyond Trojan!

These guys are wonderful. I inquired about coming to check out my central AC, because I thought there was an issue. They responded within minutes, and had somebody out within the hour. They checked my system, and it turned out there wasn't an issue, so they didn't even charge me. Couldn't recommend more.

Another 5 stars for Charlie. This time it was the furnace rather than the water heater-- but the result was the same. Super fast, super friendly, and a price that I trust was more than fair. The only time I've used anyone else to fix anything for me was when I couldn't reach him and needed someone quick, and I've never felt this level of trust with anyone else.
Thanks again, Charlie!

I was so frustrated trying to call different plumbing companies that wouldn't return my calls and the one I did talk to, was so rude and bothered by me calling, I literally hung up and told the man I hope his day gets better. LaCassa plumbing returned my call in ten minutes and the girl was so accommodating with my busy schedule. Needless to say, they came out that very next morning to install a new water heater! The best part is that Carmen, the owner, is ridiculously tidy in his work and left the place looking better than he found it! He answered EVERY question I had and explained some things to me. He definitely doesn't BS you and is straight to the point. His pricing was very reasonable and I will continue to refer him to anyone I know that needs plumbing work!

If we could give 10 stars I would--Jared and Sam were terrific! Our powder room toilet was leaking at the base and into the basement, and we could not wait for anyone else who was all booked. Jared and Sam came over within 30 minutes, fixed the leak and made everything work perfectly. Fair pricing for emergency service, and best of all I like using privately owned businesses like his. If you have a plumbing problem don't call around--call Jared and he will take care of you quickly, professionally, and without making you feel like you were getting gouged on the price.

Wow! Worked with Edwin and George. Had a faulty water heater on Saturday morning. George the plumber was educational, friendly, and efficient. I would highly recommend them again and I personally will be using them for any future plumbing needs.

I have some rather old kitchen cabinets and needed to replace the drawer slides. Nick came and checked out what was needed. He tried to obtain the slides from a Big Box store, but as expected they did not carry any that would fit. Nick knew of a specialty supplier that carried various types of hardware and sure enough they had exactly what was needed.
Once the parts were obtained he had the job completed and on schedule with his original estimated time.
I would use him again and would recommend to neighbors and friends.

When other handymen refused to work on my job, Rob stepped up with his crew to get it done. Alex was great when he showed up and got things done quickly.
I would recommend them and use them again.

I was a new customer but will NOT be a returning customer. I contacted M & R due to a water heater that would not light. I called after hours on a Mon night and scheduled service for the following morning. I questioned and was quoted the service fee price which was very reasonable and understood would not include any parts or additional labor. The service tech was there by 11am the next morning and I was really getting a good feeling about these guys. That is until 20 min later when the work was completed and the fee was 1 1/2 MORE than the price I was quoted over the phone. A safetty switch had been triggered due to overheating and needed to be reset. No additional parts, no intensive diagnostics done (I couldnt miss work and I had to leave my mother and 20yr old daughter in charge--which I cant complain they didnt ask questions because I had no other choice). I was in complete sticker shock--the service fee doubled would have been a reasonable fee to me, but 1 and a half times the quoted price? And then the upsell started...I was told several times my water heater was 7,8 yrs old( even though I had mentioned when placing the call for service that said water heater had been replaced within the last 2-3yrs through my home warranty that was in effect at the time) and the service tech continued to state he could only go by how old the manufacturing date noted on the water heater and it showed 2007. So either the previous service professional pulled the wool over my eyes or I was being mislead by M & R.
I am a single mom of 5 kids, I live in Blue Island and my home may not be fancy and maybe he jumped to the conclusion that I would not know any better. I called M & R the same day and spoke to Bob and asked for a breakdown of the fees and how they are charged--I was told the service tech would not have completed any work without first giving the quote. My mother stated he came up with the invoice and the work of resetting the switch already completed. I can only assume because once he knew that if he provided the diagnosis of the switch merely needing to be reset, that there was no way we would give the ok to complete the flipping of said switch at one and half times the original quoted service fee.
I read the same YELP reviews, looked M & R up on Angie's List and I truly expected to be treated fairly at a reasonable price. Sadly I was extremely disappointed and this will not be the only venue I will vent my frustration. I tried the old-fashioned way of communicating directly with the company, but they did not see anything wrong with the way this service call was handled.
