I made an appointment and within two days they came and installed a garbage disposal and replaced a pipe under our sink. They were amazing and even gave us a bunch of super helpful tips. They also were able to drill a hole in our cabinet so we didn't have to call an electrician to plug in the disposal. I would highly recommend them and plan on using them when replacing the pipe under our bathroom sink.

Fantastic people and work. Had a drain installed into my basement floor. Responded quick, quick appraisal, quick appointment, worked quick, very friendly, great pricing. Felt like a person and not just a dollar sign.

Used this plumber as he came highly recommended.  I was provided a quote for the work and a window as when he would come to complete the job.  Paul is a staunch professional, completed the work a great deal quicker than my expectations, cleaned up after himself and provided years of warranty.  I also need to mention he completed the work for literally hundreds of dollars less than other companies had previously quoted me.  This guy is a winner, i will use no other plumbing company/services.

I hired forte plumbing to install a new kitchen sink and faucet  and to repair the leaky pipe under it. Robert forte came with a woman who was to do the work. she started work on the sink and pipes 3 hours later she was finished.   in the bathroom she installed the pipes and faucet , then realized the faucet didn't fit. she left , came back with another faucet and installed that one.   six hours later Robert forte came back with another plumber and said the kitchen sink was not right. they removed the kitchen sink and reinstalled it.  I paid them.   four days later I am still removing caulk that is oozing from the kitchen sink  I went to put back the toiletries under my vanity and the door fell off. I called the office and the woman said that the door was probably broken before.  I asked if someone could come and fix the door. no one called me back.       VERY DISAPPOINTED INEXPERIENCED PLUMBER SLOPPY JOB  FROM  A COMPANY THAT I TRUSTED            .

Charged $499 for a simple shower cartridge replacement that took 1 hour. Shower cartridge is roughly $60 so they charged $439/hour. Pretty outrageous hourly rate. When I called initially to have them come out they would not give me a price for a shower cartridge replacement, otherwise I would've called someone else.

Will not call again.

With that said, they were responsive and came out within a few hours of calling. They did complete the job (although the technician had trouble returning the valve to the correct temperature operation). Nevertheless, I was disappointed that a local business would price gouge a nearby resident.

Dominick was quick to get back to me and set up an appointment for Monday morning. He was right on time and had my old ejector pump removed with a new one installed in less than an hour. New pump looks and runs beautifully. I recommended him to my father who used used him a few weeks later to replace his faulty ejector pump as well.

Peter established walked me through what the problem could be.. we found a need to have him come to my. Worked on the problem.
 Found him to be very professional yet very happy to help me with my plumbing problem.Will surely be my area go to guy.

We have been using Ray as our plumber for 15 years. He's gotten us through some nasty plumbing problems. He's quick to respond to calls. His work is dependable. His prices are reasonable. But today, he earned a permanent place in my heart: he hooked up an icemaker for me!! I love ice in my drinks and hate making it in ice trays. Now, I won't have to thanks to Ray.

I called Advantage after hours and received a call back first thing the next morning. Ben K came out that day to replace the leaking pipes under the kitchen sink & install a new faucet.

He also observed an outdated valve with potential to fail on our main shutoff. Working with the city's utility dept, Ben resolved that issue as well.

Ben is an experienced, personable, & respectful professional who performed quality work for us at the quoted price. We won't hesitate to call him / Advantage again when future plumbing issues arise.

They were very friendly and responsive. I asked how much it would be, and Anna said $29 to come out and take a look and $165 per hour when the work started, (and the $29 would go toward the work, she claimed, which it never did) so plumber came out and after about 30 minutes said it would be $500, we assumed it would be 3 hours of work at $165 per hour, well after the call, he came back that night ( I have tenants, so I was not there, but had my tenants check timing etc) and he worked around 1.5 hours, and was done, and charged us $500, so essentially the $29 service call was more like $247 service call. I don't mind paying for a service but I hate being ripped off, which is what they did.

I called Mark at  MD Plumbing due to my hot water heater not working. He called me back and even though he was booked up he said he would get me in. I explained the problem and he suggested what I could possibly do to fix. I called him while I was fixing and he explained in detail the steps to take. The fix worked! Mark went above and beyond what is expected and was happy to do so. I give MD plumbing 5+ stars and will use them for all my plumbing needs to come.

A few weeks ago my sink was backed up and now this week a pipe burst and water was pouring into my basement.  Courtesy Plumbing and Mike were super fast to show up, super clean, and overall extremely fair. Thank you!

I called several plumbers on a Saturday due to a clogged sewer line. Few even called me back. Greg called right away and was over within a half hour. Greg couldn't have been nicer. Great job. Reasonable price.

They were available to work quickly, and did good work. David was patient and explained not only what the issues with my plumbing were, but how they were caused.

All in all I felt like they took good care of me.

Work done was replacing a pip with a root rupturing it, cleaning a grease trap, and replacing a toilet seal.

They worked with financing partners that allowed for flexible terms that worked for me.

Very responsive, prompt, on time and did a neat job of piping up shower valve and diverter.

They send what is supposedly a licensed union plumber who should know what he's doing.  He installs a new hot water heater and vents it only to the chimney, not to the liner in the chimney.  That's mistake #1.  Plus the flue slope is incorrect and can lead to gases not exiting properly (mistake #2).  I'll throw both these into Mistake #3:  He told me he cannot see well. (Thanks for sendinig over a plumber with vision issues, that instills confidence!). And, rather than putting his tools down on the painted basement floor, he drops them, which left a number of scratch marks on the floor.  Will never call them again. Their hold music should be Send in the Clowns.

Be careful when using Four Seasons.  We purchased a furnace and air conditioning unit 3 years ago, paid cash... Air conditioning stopped working - we called them to come out - because we work, we could not have anyone come out until after 5pm.  Scheduled an appointment for between 5 and 9pm.  At 8:30pm, no call now follow-up NO SHOW.  We finally called them and they said they would be there as soon as they could.  at 9:45 - STILL NO CALL and no follow-up update.  We called them back and had to reschedule.  The woman was less than understanding and quite belligerent.  She agreed to have someone come out the next day after 5:00.  Service man actually showed up but then said it would be a $1,500 charge to test for a leak... REALLY?!?!?!? He put Freon in the system, took $180 and left.  We called to complain and the woman on the other end said I'LL BRING IT UP TO OUR EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE and call you back before Friday.  It's been almost a week and NO CALL.  The unit is under warranty - but they WON'T SERVICE.  They are only concerned about gaining new customers (that was the reason for missing the first appointment) than retaining existing customers.  SHOP AROUND - READ EVERY DETAIL - HAVE THEM GUARANTEE SERVICE - ASK TO SPEAK WITH THEIR EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE.

Poor parts, poor workmanship and high cost.  One-star review is fitting.

Where to even begin.....

We hired Tim Shey, the owner, to do some plumbing work. Initially he came off as being a normal tradesmen... His bedside manor was a little abrasive but not so bad that I didn't think to not use him.

Well, I wish I would have cut ties the moment I picked up on that abrasiveness b/c my experience with him turned out to be an absolute nightmare. My experience with him was absolutely abusive and for no reason. For a long time i asked myself what I did to deserve him being so rude and disrespectful and then I finally realized that I did nothing at all to deserve the treatment bestowed upon us.

On top of the abuse, here I am, months later and i've had issue after issue with the plumbing. Very basic things were missed. Most recently, we had to hire a plumber to come out to fix one of the toilets he installed. Lord knows how long it's been leaking but I happed to notice one day that water was leaking out the back every time the toilet was flushed. It turns out that he didn't install it correctly as the top wasn't tighten to the base. The damage this has caused ....... I wonder if he did it purposely? I really do.... We also have had issues with every faucet he installed. Every single one had to be reinstalled. Additionally, one of the shower heads was leaking . That was another plumber visit. I keep going on and on with the issues but I'm sure you get the point.

This was not my personal experience but I spoke to another person who hired him who needed an additional week to pay him for his services and instead of waiting, he went to her home, pushed himself through her door and ripped out all of her plumbing so that she couldn't access any water! Who does that!

Please note that this was my personal experience with Tim. I'll never understand why I didn't just ask him to leave my condo the minute he was disrespectful.
