I reached out to Zoom Drain on Yelp (along with a few other plumbers) after our kitchen sink backed up and we couldn't find the clog in the accessible pipes. Zoom responded (overnight) very quickly and was able to send someone out that afternoon. Christian was extremely professional. He wore booties in the house and explained everything he was doing and the pricing before he did it. The clog required three times through with the pipe snake but he persisted until the drain was running like normal. I'd highly recommend for both prompt and professional service.

Called performance pro plumbing in November to put in a new shower valve and showerhead and spout.  They were near my home.  They were all booked for December but this was great because the demo and tiling could not be done till January.  Arrived early and finished quickly to put in the valve.  Came back to install the shower head and spout after the tiling.  There price was fair.  I would hire them again if I was in need of other plumbing issues

Paul was great. Knowledgeable , professional, and offers competitive pricing. He came on time to both scheduled appointments and fixed my problems in a timely manner. He also offered options on how to handle each situation so that I had a choice on how big to make the project or how much I was able/willing to spend (basic vs upgrade). As I just moved into my house in the last year, I am slowly building up my Rolodex of service professionals and Paul will be my go-to plumber for all my future needs.

The service was great. I had a busted pipe and they came the same day, with all necessary equipment and was out within 20 minutes. I was able to pay via card on the spot. The plumber and his apprentice we're super professional.

One of the first people to respond to me when we realized our basement was beginning to flood... despite having a system that worked, we felt that replacing the 20 year old system full of little issues would be the smart thing to do.

We have been using Ray as our plumber for 15 years. He's gotten us through some nasty plumbing problems. He's quick to respond to calls. His work is dependable. His prices are reasonable. But today, he earned a permanent place in my heart: he hooked up an icemaker for me!! I love ice in my drinks and hate making it in ice trays. Now, I won't have to thanks to Ray.

Submitted a request pretty late on Saturday.  This company responded fast and price estimate was acceptable. Michael came to my house within an hour. He didn't start working until price was confirmed. On top of fixing my clogged up sink and toilet he was kind enough to replace a washer in my faucet at no extra charge. Definitely going to use them again. Kudos to Michael!

I'm a Realtor, and in certain circumstances my clients need to get an estimate quickly to keep contract terms or in order to make a decision to move forward on purchasing a home. My clients decided to us MD because they were local in Skokie where the home they were looking to buy was located.  They could potentially offer information on sewers or certain blocks which had past flooding issues. The owner Mark seemed professional when my client set up the appointment. My client could not make the appointment, so I stepped in to meet The plumbers who were going to scope the sewers and estimate changing out galvanized pipe to copper.  

I received a phone call 5 minutes after our scheduled appointment that they would be 15 minutes late. Don't call me after you are late, I already know you are late. If you are telling me how late you will be, don't lie to me. Finally an hour after our scheduled appointment they showed up. No second call, no apology from the workers when they got there. Not good.

They scoped the drain, we looked at the pipes and I reiterated we needed the estimate for the interior pipes. My clients were planning to ask for a credit from the developer as this was not completed with the rehab. We needed to know how much to ask for, and need to back this up with a written estimate. When I wrote the check to pay the plumbers I asked how long till we received the estimate and stated by the end of the next day was fine, but no later.

It's over a week since I met them now and still no estimate or answer when I attempted to contact them. I had to cancel two of my own appointments that night due to their tardiness. The least they could have done was finish the job. As soon as I handed over the check I had a feeling they were just going to walk away and not finish the work supplying us with the free estimate as asked for.

I cannot recommend Mark or his plumbers as my experience left me feeling he is dishonest and unprofessional.  One would hope that when you pay a tradesman to do work, they would stand by their job and not disappear as soon as they get the check. Apparently if you want that type of service from a plumber you need to look else ware. I hope this review persuades you to do so.

In my 21 years of running a remodeling business I can truly say they rate in the top 1% of vendors I worked with.

Paid him $175 to clean sewer drain but they were still running slow after he was done.

They were available to work quickly, and did good work. David was patient and explained not only what the issues with my plumbing were, but how they were caused.

All in all I felt like they took good care of me.

Work done was replacing a pip with a root rupturing it, cleaning a grease trap, and replacing a toilet seal.

They worked with financing partners that allowed for flexible terms that worked for me.

I contacted RMO plumbing yesterday afternoon inquiring about the installation of a new toilet and today - not even more than 25 hours later - the new toilet is installed & working & the old one has been hauled away. They were responsive, helpful & professional. The original plan wasn't 24 hour service but we were both flexible and since they had an earlier opening, we got it done sooner.

Reliable, trustworthy, professional!!  Fixed my garbage disposal!  Didn't try to up-sell or over charge me!!

I have to say that this company has a lot to offer, starting with the installers Joe and Maclovis   They came to my house on a Sunday from 12 pm to 10 pm in 90 degree weather that at times felt in the 100's. They did an excellent job installing the equipment and listening to any questions i had . They also cleaned before leaving so i didn't have to pick up anything after they left. They are a great asset to this company.
I also had some misunderstanding with the paperwork but everything was solved successfully thanks to all the staff at Four Seasons that took the time to address all my concerns and provide solutions to all my questions . I will like to express my sincere Thanks to Tom and Erik .
I am completely satisfied with the overall representation of this company and with the excellent job that it was perform at my house.

Poor parts, poor workmanship and high cost.  One-star review is fitting.

Dishonest company.  I have eight furnaces for my building and they solicited me for a tune-up and turned off the tenant heat, demanding money to turn it back on BEWARE!!
