I had been calling a number of plumbers for an emergency repair, and Apex was the only one that even picked up the phone - even at places that advertised 24-hour service. I had a leak from a first-floor unit into the basement. Aidan came out in about 30 minutes and was able to find the problem in a galvanized, 90-year-old riser and replace it in about four hours. Because I had been calling plumbers since the night before, I was truly impressed with the service. Low key, nice, professional, everything you want in a plumber.

Jan from Vanguard did a great job replacing our kitchen faucet. He recommended a brand before our appointment which ended up saving us some time. He was quick, efficient, and did a free inspection of our garbage disposal, pipes, faucets, and
showerheads throughout our place and let us know if there were any additional problems. We will be going back to Jan and Vanguard for all our plumbing needs and would recommend them to anyone.

We had a sewage back up on Christmas. Victor was SO nice and helpful and fast. He quickly responded to my message and he moved his schedule to help us sooner. We will never use another company.

He even cleaned up the mess in our basement. I mean, come on. This guy is amazing. Fully insured and bonded and lovely. He also told my husband how to help the issue in the future. I am so grateful.

Bert is the man, awesome company to work with. They returned my call within minutes, came out for a free estimate next day, and the drains were taken care of with prompt, friendly service. Fair pricing and a great guy to work with, he even checked up on us the next day to ensure we were happy with the service. Thanks again and onto my relaxing clog free bath.

Our bathtub handles and shower couplet were leaking and the pipes were very old.  Joe saved the day by replacing the pipes to the bathtub and shower and put a round dish with the on and off for the water and new shower couplet!  He also replaced the on and off valves in the laundry room.  Joe was quick and very knowledgable!  Joe and Lucas make a great team.  I would definitely use their service again!

I can't say enough good things about Gary and his crew Bobby. Gary was very responsive to my call and texts, even during Christmas time. He and Bobby found out our water heater was incorrectly and illegally installed which can put our life at risk. If it was not him we would never know! They saved our family and took immediately action. He is a good person too, trying to help our family, and put our safety as most important thing. We really appreciate Gary and Bobby and look forward to working with them in future.

Two problem with my past experience with the company
1. The estimates they quoted are so much higher than others.
2. The business owner is not open for price negotiation and seems very inpatient.

The good part is the technician Jose explains things in great details and is very patient when answering questions.

Pretty terrible experience. I had a backup in my basement so I called Captain rooter out. After walking around they told me they recommended to hydrojet the line to clear it and then stick a camera in the pipes to see what was going on.

Quoted me $1300 because there was no cleanout (WRONG). I showed them the cleanout and now the price became $900. They took a look into the cleanout and dropped their flashlight which became stuck as well. Refused to get it out and never responded again.

We used Arco when we had an issue in our upstairs shower that was leaking into the ceiling downstairs.  Jason came out and he was very professional and upfront with what needed to be done.  In addition to the shower, Jason was able to fix a leaky shower head in the basement as well as a leaky outdoor faucet.  I will be using Arco again if necessary and I would highly recommend them for their honesty and affordability.

Tim was easy to book, professional. prompt and friendly. Not only did he expertly repair a range of broken items, but I had the most delightful conversation with him. I will definitely be booking him for more tasks in the upcoming months.

My 21 year old hot water heater died and after some research I reached out to Rooter Plumbing.  Alex (the owner) responded immediately and 2 days later (he actually offered to come the next day but i was out of town) he was at my house with the new heater.  Arrived on time and worked efficiently and left the place spotless.  I had a few questions and reached out to Alex again and he was so responsive!  Great service, friendly and most importantly, trustworthy.  I will definitely be using them again!

Hi, my name is Ericka Matthews. Chicago Experts Sewer did dothe work. However, I still have the sewer smell in my house. The area 3 employees dug the hole in September 2022. The dirt ​is still on top of the other dirt which mean, it's still a huge whole in my yard that need to be filled with the dirt the 3 dug up. The 3 also cut some of the concrete to dig a whole. The manager came out and told me it's not their responsibility to put the dirt back down in the whole or lay the concrete down that they cut. So, I'm highly upset with this company. If any1 had this problem with them. Let's get together hire a lawyer and sue the company. Here are pictures of my front yard.

Very nice guys. But I paid them over $1,300
And couldn't fix the clog. Their next step they were going to dig and fix it. But I had to pay extra $1200.
I called some one else and fix it for $500.
I request a refound of at least half of the $1300.
That I paid for nothing. But just said they will ask the office. The office say they will ask the guy. And still nothing. This is over a month now.

My sink was blocked and I called Goode Plumbing who sent our a two-man team within four hours of my call.  Jared and Martin were amazing and diagnosed and fixed my sink problem within ten minutes!!!  This is my second time calling on Goode Plumbing and I am sure it will NOT be my last time!

I gave Walter $5,000. down payment to do work in Brookfield Illinois. He never showed up to do the work. Walter never replied to countless emails and phone messages. I hired a lawyer to get my money back she served with a supena for him to appear in court he did not appear in  court . So the judge found in my favor BUT all you can do is put a lean on his property , which I have and wait till he sells. Be cautious I think all the 5 stars are from his friends.
