I can't say enough great things about Chuck, Chas, Jenny, and the whole Apex crew.
I had a significant sewer issue in a newly-purchased home that nobody really knew the full scope of.
After a horrible experience with another contractor, and a big name plumber unable to come inside of a week and a half, Apex was able to show up within a few days, quickly diagnose the problem, and form a plan of action with a reasonable estimate.
When the dig started and the full scope of the problem became apparent, a 1-day job turned into 3. But Chuck and the crew kept me updated at every step with clear explanations of what, why, and how.
Everyone I dealt with was punctual, friendly, and hard-working.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Apex.

My sump pump float switch quit working overnight when it was raining and I woke up to a stinky, flooded crawlspace. After looking at reviews online I found Vanguard and gave them a call. Jan had me go down and take some photos to make sure he would send me an accurate quote for the work and parts, and after I sent the photos he gave me a call back and walked me through a few steps I could take to see if I could get the pump working and drain the water before they came out for the repair to save me money - money I would have paid him! Best of all, his advice worked and after draining the flood I was actually able to understand the pump was working and replace the switch myself. I did receive the quote for the work Vanguard would have done and it was clear, professional, and extremely fair (especially considering the location and condition of my sump pit). I felt that I was treated with a great deal of respect and courtesy, which was such a pleasant surprise it actually turned around how negatively I was feeling about the flood etc.  I will 100% call them again for any work I need.

I called, left a voicemail.  When the owner got back to me I texted him my address, name and problem.  He said he'd come over Thursday and would text me when he was on the way.  I had to adjust my schedule for the appointment.  I never heard from him again.

Gwen and Chang fixed parts of our condo that were damaged by water. They did a great job. Very professional and the work was high quality. They communicated any issues that arose. Highly recommend them!

When we had smelly water coming up from our laundry room floor drain late at night, Bert responded to my outreach right away.  He came out in the middle of the night/early morning to diagnose the problem which was a failed ejector pump.  He came back a few hours later first thing in the morning to replace the pump.  He did so in a professional, kind and respectful manner.  He explained the product and costs thoroughly.  He offered several different payment options.  In addition, he was very mindful of ensuring that the repair debris was contained to the work area and left my condo in clean condition.  All Rooter is now on the top of my list for plumbing work and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Very honest plumber. He came over and we just needed something tightened and he charged us nothing. This is the second time we've called him and we find him to be a very fair and honest person.

Plumbing Pros was great! They solved my water spigot leak and only had to cut open a small portion of the basement ceiling to get at it. They were on time and worked fast. After difficult dealings with a different plumbing company last November/December, I was really grateful for honest, professional plumbing help!

These guys went above and beyond. I bought a new unit in my building and there were a few items I'd planned (fixture changes, sconces, outlet tests) and a few I didn't (2 broken breakers, and a few other complications). Jose was professional, polite, and very helpful. I knew just enough electrical to get part way on some of the projects then got stuck. He made above and beyond trips for parts on short notice and was very easy to work with, both him and his assistance for the heavy lifting. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again, and in case you need them to be insured for your homeowners association, they quickly provided this as well.

Our old water softener failed after so many years. We called different contractors and Arco was able to come out soon and at a reasonable price. They replaced the water softener and left our home clean too. Thank you. If we have other issues with our plumbing, we will be back for sure.

Had a problematic front door that wouldn't close properly.  Tim picked up the phone right away - and just happened to be in the neighborhood.  Stopped by and fixed the problem in about 15 minutes.  Rates were very reasonable and I would definitely recommend him as he will now be our one stop shop going forward when needing a friendly neighborhood handyman!  Thanks again!

Called Alex Sunday night after fighting with a clogged kitchen sink all day.  He returned my call promply and scheduled service first thing Monday morning.  Alex arrived promptly at 8am and got to work quickly.  He resolved our clogging problem before 9am and provided helpful tips about my home's plumbing.  Overall great experience...don't hesitate to call!

As you can see from this business' reply, they admit that they stole my money for 'knowledge' and not actual services!! I did not pay for your knowledge, I paid for repairs that YOU DID NOT DO and you know it!

Take your business elsewhere, y'all! This is a trash way to steal people's money and a waste of time. This is dishonest and unprofessional. After several phone calls over the past month to get a response, this was the only reply I've gotten.

Started out rocky but Dominic knew what he was doing! Very proficient and recognized the problem right away. He even was able to identify problems no one else recognized. He did an excellent job in no time.

I had service on 11/29 . Antonio was the worker who contacted me. I was quoted $700.00 to replace a shower cartridge which I thought was too much but I was away from home and wanted my shower working. I agreed because I was 43 miles away working. I was then told the entire shower valve would have to be replaced and the risers would be replaced also. I requested ball valves to be install for shutoffs. I was quoted $2699 which I thought was way too much but the risers would be replaced and I was away from home. I agreed to the price. I was told later that the risers couldn't be replaced because went too far down the wall. A new shower valve and trim kit were installed. I was told the job was done and provided payment over the phone job unseen because I was still working. When I got home and inspected the job, I saw a huge hole in the closet where the access to the pipes was visible. There was minimal cooper replacement of the plumbing. Approximately 2-3 feet of work leaving most of the existing galvanized pipe untouched. No shut off ball valves were install as discussed, which was possible. Other galvanized sections that could have been replaced were not. With the Moen shower valve and trim kit and fittings, I couldn't see more than $500 in parts and that is being generous. I was never given a downgraded price for the downgraded work preformed. I feel I was taken very much advantaged of with the price charged for the work performed. A few days latter I received a text message from Lexus requesting a review of Martin D. who I didn't know. I called to discuss the matter and talked with Jake the manager. He said usually a job of replacing a shower valve was only $1350.00 and he would have to look into the work. I told Jake that I'm planning to leave my experience on Yelp but I thought I would contact him first for some sort of resolution to the experience. Jake or Goode plumbing never responded

Walter knew exactly what to check for my sewer backup issues. He found the source and cleared the pipe within an hour. Efficient, experienced, and friendly.  Grateful for the work to be done so well, and so quickly.
