Called to have a leaky toilet fixed.  Geoff was out the next morning, on time, called to let me know they were on their way.  He showed me the problem from the last plumber and he fixed everything!  Great job!  Will definitely be using Apex for ALL my plumbing needs from now on!

We had 3 different plumbing projects.  I contacted Vanguard and Jan got back to me quickly, the same day, I think.  After I complied with his very specific requests for information and photos - clearly, a best practice designed to make the most of the eventual service call - he told me what he thought was wrong with each project, and divided up tasks between what I needed to do (buy and supply certain new fixtures) and what he needed to do (confirm he could find replacement parts for other fixtures).  The quote he gave was for 4 hours of time, and that's exactly how long it took.  His guys even stayed an extra 30 minutes to fix a fourth problem that had arisen since my initial contact.  Jan and his journeyman plumbers were prompt, courteous, careful and clean.  I would definitely recommend Vanguard again.  They are not cheap - no good plumber is - but you will not be disappointed with the results.  My wife is ecstatic!

Plumbing 123 saved the day!! Called them this morning, the team was at the location and working before I arrived.  Victor was done fast and was very understanding and considerate with ALL of the questions and concerns I had, plus the price was reasonable.  Thanks again!

Ive used Fixer 3 times now and each time the people they send are top quality individuals. Experts at their crafts and professional as they come. This SHINING review was spurred by Charles J and Wylie M coming out to replace my door. These dudes were amazingly cool! They shared my very laid back personality, but, were also swift with their supply shopping and installation. I cant rave enough about them!!!

Of course there will be other reviews on here that will speak to the contrary. But, in my opinion, i unequivocally recommended Fixer for any home repair needs.

Had an issue with the hot and cold water to my washing machine, they showed up the next day and fixed it when others wouldn't. Great stuff

Bert was amazing! Quick response to my request for and estimate and was able to squeeze me in the next day. He kept me updated on his arrival. He was fully transparent to the service he was doing for me and even invited me to watch the process. I had lots of questions and he was patient in answering all of them. Did I mention I shopped out service and All Rooter had the best price. Bert and the All Rooter team will be my go to plumber moving forward.

I would like to thank Zach and Vinny from Kevin Szabo Plumbing for the great job they did replacing a section of pipe under my basement floor. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

These guys are great, responsive, prompt, solid work.  Put in a back up sump pump for us.  Would recommend to others for sure.

Two problem with my past experience with the company
1. The estimates they quoted are so much higher than others.
2. The business owner is not open for price negotiation and seems very inpatient.

The good part is the technician Jose explains things in great details and is very patient when answering questions.

Captain Rooter Emergency Plumbers responded and resolved the small gas leaks in basement promptly and efficiently. Very pleased w the attitude and professionalism of Gabe, the service tech, who drove all the way from Chicago. Nicor confirmed that the gas leaks were resolved & turned gas back on. While the total cost was expensive, at least i have peace of mind that I know there are no small gas leaks which probably existed for who knows how long? Hopefully this equates into savings on my gas bill!

Have used this company before once for non emergent maintenance after a recommendation from a relative. They came today to replace my dying sump pump after my emergency call...looking to avoid a flood!!! Very helpful and informative.......really appreciated their working me in today as I know they are very busy. Would highly recommend...very competitive pricing, knowledgeable and very responsive!

Had a problematic front door that wouldn't close properly.  Tim picked up the phone right away - and just happened to be in the neighborhood.  Stopped by and fixed the problem in about 15 minutes.  Rates were very reasonable and I would definitely recommend him as he will now be our one stop shop going forward when needing a friendly neighborhood handyman!  Thanks again!

I had a clogged underground downspout drain in La Grange area.  Just noticed it during installation of new gutters, replacing probably 40 year old gutters.  Rooter showed up within an hour for a free estimate.  He got hands on and showed me how extremely jam packed it was with dirt and roots.  It had probably been that way for years and years.

He offered a few solutions and was honest about the probability of it being a total loss anyway after trying those solutions, needing to dig up and replace the pipe.  In the end, I think I'm going to avoid it altogether and go with a normal above ground downspout solution.  

Rooter has fast, reliable, honest service.  I'm going to call them again the next time I need a plumber.

Hi, my name is Ericka Matthews. Chicago Experts Sewer did dothe work. However, I still have the sewer smell in my house. The area 3 employees dug the hole in September 2022. The dirt ​is still on top of the other dirt which mean, it's still a huge whole in my yard that need to be filled with the dirt the 3 dug up. The 3 also cut some of the concrete to dig a whole. The manager came out and told me it's not their responsibility to put the dirt back down in the whole or lay the concrete down that they cut. So, I'm highly upset with this company. If any1 had this problem with them. Let's get together hire a lawyer and sue the company. Here are pictures of my front yard.

Very nice guys. But I paid them over $1,300
And couldn't fix the clog. Their next step they were going to dig and fix it. But I had to pay extra $1200.
I called some one else and fix it for $500.
I request a refound of at least half of the $1300.
That I paid for nothing. But just said they will ask the office. The office say they will ask the guy. And still nothing. This is over a month now.

Unfortunately, we needed to replace our water heater AND repair our furnace in the span of 10 days! However, Goode made the process as painless as possible. My favorite thing about Goode so far is the consistency of the technicians - everyone is polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Across the board! They answered our questions thoroughly, leaving us feeling confident that we're getting great service and our money is well spent. For plumbing and HVAC issues in the future, our first call will definitely be Goode.
