Our outdoor spigot was leaking and I was hoping to get it fixed quickly because our outdoor watering system for plants is attached to it so needed to keep it on during hot season. I called and someone was able to come out the same day (no extra charge to come so quickly). Geoff was our plumber and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was nervous when he said he had to cut a hole in the ceiling but he made a very minimal, clean cut hole and even offered to vacuum up after! He showed me the how to work my new spigot and charged me what I thought was a very fair price... also it was what he quoted to start with which I appreciate. Highly recommend apex and Geoff!

Jan will tell you up front that his prices are not cheap but they aren't the most expensive either.  Very professional and quality work.  He replaced the guts on two toilets (the water kept running after flushing - said previous owners used clorox tablets which caused inside to deteriorate).  $260 a toilet.   No problems since.

Our toilet flooded and we believed it was due to our son flushing a comb down it. I called fixer, and they had Chang and Ismael arrive the same day. In less than an hour Chang was able to diagnose and fix the problem. He knew right away it wasn't due to a clog but that it was a piece in the tank that wasn't holding the water in. They went quickly to the store and got the piece and fixed the issue in under 10 minutes. I highly recommend this company! And Chang and Ismael!

We have been putting off getting hydro jetting done for a year or two because we just couldn't find a plumber that sounded reliable, affordable, and serviced our area. SO glad our search finally got us to Bert! He was easy to communicate with, professional, thorough, and most of all, super friendly and easy to talk to. He armed us with knowledge (and a product!) to prevent our sewer line from getting severely clogged with roots again and even pointed out that our upstairs toilet was leaking, which we had no idea was happening. 10/10, will be calling him for all our sewer maintenance moving forward. Had an appointment that was supposed to be between 11-1. It was about 1230 so I called to see what time they were going to arrive since I asked to give me a 30 min heads up. Apparently they had me down for 615-815. Since I didn't own the house and took an Uber there Kevin said he'd figure it out and call me back. He called back within 5 min and said he had someone coming immediately. John arrived within 30 min. He was very friendly and informative. He did the job pretty quickly (a camera sewer inspection) I also was able to use the coupon they offer on Yelp. Our quote was underestimated by $100 so the coupon definitely helped. Even though the appointment ran a little late it was immediately resolved. I'd definitely use them again and request John.

Everyone needs to listen close.. Call around! I work in the construction industry.. I called these guys for a quote for work on my house. The quoted me a price and service that was not required and of course the pricing was significantly higher then it should have been. Dishonest!

Adam was very respectful in working with my elderly mother. He explained everything to her. The crew was responsive. They came out within a couple of hours of the original call. A secondary crew needed to be called in. They arrived within an hour and the job was finished by early afternoon.

When I needed a kitchen drain cleared, I contacted Arco and got a quick response with an estimate.  Jason showed up when promised, was very professional, respectful of my property, took care of the problem, and cleaned up after. I would call them again when needed.

Ally Handyman came to install an attic door. He did not install in the place I asked. Unfortunately I paid before the work was performed. The door opened directly into piping and could not be used. When I called back to have the issue of a nonfunctional door addressed my calls and voicemails were entirely ignored. I would hate for anyone else to experience the same problem of wasted money.

I had a clogged underground downspout drain in La Grange area.  Just noticed it during installation of new gutters, replacing probably 40 year old gutters.  Rooter showed up within an hour for a free estimate.  He got hands on and showed me how extremely jam packed it was with dirt and roots.  It had probably been that way for years and years.

He offered a few solutions and was honest about the probability of it being a total loss anyway after trying those solutions, needing to dig up and replace the pipe.  In the end, I think I'm going to avoid it altogether and go with a normal above ground downspout solution.  

Rooter has fast, reliable, honest service.  I'm going to call them again the next time I need a plumber.

I created this account to review Walter and his plumbing business. I am saying from the bottom of my heart thank you to him and his assistant. I had a major plumbing issue at a new building I recently purchased, I call him to have the water turned on, and BOOM burst pipes everywhere. These guys stayed until nearly midnight after and already long day of work for them, to fix every single pipe in the building. On top of that he charged me an EXTREMELY reasonable rate. I recommend him whole heartedly for any project you have on mind, hes honest, hard working, very very reasonably priced, and gets the job done.
