Chas arrived on time, mask and booties.  He was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem, a leaky, not working disposal, had a unit at the ready for replacement, installed it and was gone within 25 minutes.

I agree with all the other Yelpers, Jan is great.  

We woke up this morning to a phone call from our downstairs neighbor.  He had a dripping leak from his ceiling.  Turns out the leak was coming from our hot water heater.  We called Jan based on the Yelp reviews and he was able to come out this morning.  

He was on time, professional, took time to explain everything to me and the price seemed reasonable (was over $800 less than the other place I called). I would definitely recommend Jan and plan on hanging on to his number for my future plumbing needs.

We had a sewage back up on Christmas. Victor was SO nice and helpful and fast. He quickly responded to my message and he moved his schedule to help us sooner. We will never use another company.

He even cleaned up the mess in our basement. I mean, come on. This guy is amazing. Fully insured and bonded and lovely. He also told my husband how to help the issue in the future. I am so grateful.

There aren't enough nice things I can say about Fixer, seriously. John F & Terry came over to do some electrical work and some patching, etc. First off, these guys are two of the nicest guys I've ever had in my house. Having workers over is sometimes an intimidating experience, and they were just so kind. (They were even nice to my cats!) Second, they did amazing work! Super well done and super speedy! Bonus, they wrote me a little note on the wall (that's about to be painted) in pencil to warn me that the wires were hot and to not touch them. I'm in shock and awe of the entire experience. Fixer, you've gained a lifetime customer, and John F. and Terry, I can't wait to use you guys again!

Had an excellent experience with Drain Works. They helped me work through a number of violations and come up with cost-effective solutions in a restricted timeline. Excellent communication and thought partnership.

I had a plumbing issue the day after Thanksgiving and Bert came out and quickly assessed the situation, gave me a quote and fixed the issue within an hour. All Rooter is professional, reasonably priced, and the quality of work was great. I'd recommend them and will be using them again if I have any issues in the future.

Ryan did a great job--professional and explained everything I had questions about.  I'm not sure if I would use the company again because the cost of replacing and installing a water heater was well over $1,000 and they have no payment plan.  If you can't pay by cash or check, you are charged a 3% fee for using credit cards.  That was not mentioned when I asked about using a credit card when I called in for an appointment.  Everything else was fine--very good, in fact, but I might have looked elsewhere if I had known about the credit card charge.  I have limited resources and that pretty much wiped out Christmas money for me.

I started off telling them I needed a drawing to go with their work so I could move forward with my project.  promised not provided! next I agee with others on here overpriced and confusing quotes.  Poor service I paid to have someone trained.  They constantly talked about their little gun collections also. In a word unprofessional.   Just to echo again poor work and really listen to others call around you will save at least 1k - 2k.  Still dont have the drawing and the shower valve is still a mess and leaks.

We have a 1930s house with 1930s plumbing and our bathtub wasn't draining properly. The problem was that the previous owners of the house hadn't bothered to maintain the pipes in so long, the trap had rusted itself shut. Jose did a fantastic job in fixing the issue. He was also great about answering any question I had. Their prices are fair and I greatly appreciate that they list out everything that comes with that pricing. I will definitely be using them again for anything that comes up.

Pretty terrible experience. I had a backup in my basement so I called Captain rooter out. After walking around they told me they recommended to hydrojet the line to clear it and then stick a camera in the pipes to see what was going on.

Quoted me $1300 because there was no cleanout (WRONG). I showed them the cleanout and now the price became $900. They took a look into the cleanout and dropped their flashlight which became stuck as well. Refused to get it out and never responded again.

When I needed a kitchen drain cleared, I contacted Arco and got a quick response with an estimate.  Jason showed up when promised, was very professional, respectful of my property, took care of the problem, and cleaned up after. I would call them again when needed.

Charges a rate higher than that of a licensed plumber.    i didn't want to take the chance

Called Alex Sunday night after fighting with a clogged kitchen sink all day.  He returned my call promply and scheduled service first thing Monday morning.  Alex arrived promptly at 8am and got to work quickly.  He resolved our clogging problem before 9am and provided helpful tips about my home's plumbing.  Overall great experience...don't hesitate to call!

I had two loose toilets and thought I needed new wax rings for both. Brian and his partner arrived on time, assessed the repairs, and told me that both needed a simple tightening. I was so impressed with their honesty and professionalism. In light of how quick the repair was, Brian even asked if there were any other issues I wanted them to look at so that I would get more value for the money. However, their honesty and professionalism is worth every penny! They will be my go-to plumber.

Started out rocky but Dominic knew what he was doing! Very proficient and recognized the problem right away. He even was able to identify problems no one else recognized. He did an excellent job in no time.

I had service on 11/29 . Antonio was the worker who contacted me. I was quoted $700.00 to replace a shower cartridge which I thought was too much but I was away from home and wanted my shower working. I agreed because I was 43 miles away working. I was then told the entire shower valve would have to be replaced and the risers would be replaced also. I requested ball valves to be install for shutoffs. I was quoted $2699 which I thought was way too much but the risers would be replaced and I was away from home. I agreed to the price. I was told later that the risers couldn't be replaced because went too far down the wall. A new shower valve and trim kit were installed. I was told the job was done and provided payment over the phone job unseen because I was still working. When I got home and inspected the job, I saw a huge hole in the closet where the access to the pipes was visible. There was minimal cooper replacement of the plumbing. Approximately 2-3 feet of work leaving most of the existing galvanized pipe untouched. No shut off ball valves were install as discussed, which was possible. Other galvanized sections that could have been replaced were not. With the Moen shower valve and trim kit and fittings, I couldn't see more than $500 in parts and that is being generous. I was never given a downgraded price for the downgraded work preformed. I feel I was taken very much advantaged of with the price charged for the work performed. A few days latter I received a text message from Lexus requesting a review of Martin D. who I didn't know. I called to discuss the matter and talked with Jake the manager. He said usually a job of replacing a shower valve was only $1350.00 and he would have to look into the work. I told Jake that I'm planning to leave my experience on Yelp but I thought I would contact him first for some sort of resolution to the experience. Jake or Goode plumbing never responded

I hired Zuniga plumbing in a frantic panic after the previous plumber I hired went A-wall!  Walter was knowledgeable, provided detailed explanations on why problem areas occurred, and provided solutions at reasonable prices.  Most importantly, he is licensed and insured for a large re-piping job he was hired for.  I cannot thank him enough for the work he has completed and the hole he got me out of.  We signed a contract for the work within a few day and he was able to start the work right away and was always easily accessible by phone or text.  I would recommend Zuniga Plumbing for the simple fact that communication was always clear, transparent, and prices were reasonable.  

The plumbing jobs included a full re-piping of a 100 year old building and bathroom renovation.  The work only took about 2 weeks give or take and he was able to complete a second job for me within the same month.
