We had a water heater shut off in a 15 unit building. Apex made the repair easy. Office staff was great, and our technician Geoff was fantastic. Clear communication, fast work, and even gave follow up consultation on a Saturday evening when questions came up. Excellent service.

Very expensive! 375 first hour 275 after that! I recommend other people to get quotes from other company's before going with Jan!

It was a Saturday evening when we discovered a waterfall in the basement and we couldn't turn off the water line!  Our regular plumber didn't even respond to our message so we realized we had to find someone who was willing to come out at 10:00 at night so we put out a request on yelp.  Victor responded right away.  To be honest we were waiting for a reply from another 24/7 listed plumber.  In the meantime we described the problem to  Victor, checked his reviews and decided we would take the plunge.  Luckily for us Victor came out with his covid mask on late Saturday night to assess the problem and was willing to come back the next day to execute the job that was needed to stop the leak.  First thing Sunday morning he cut through more of the drywall, found the leak, repaired the pipe and told us what to watch for.  As the other reviewers have said he was professional in his demeanor and appearance (both he and his truck were spotless), knows his way around pipes and patiently answered our many questions.  We would recommend him to others and would definitely use him for all of our plumbing (and sewer) needs in the future.

Had an issue with the hot and cold water to my washing machine, they showed up the next day and fixed it when others wouldn't. Great stuff

It was the typical emergency. Out of the blue late on a Saturday night, both of our toilets wouldn't flush. Emergency!

Not being mechanically inclined or knowing anything about plumbing, I went to Yelp to start getting some estimates and see who might be available on a Sunday. Sadly it wasn't very many companies.

But Bert at All Rooter came through and was at our house the next afternoon. Our water pump had died and needed replacing. He spent the next few hours going down to the South Side to get the part that he needed, came back and was done within 30 minutes. He also helped with some other minor issues we were having with our bathroom and kitchen sinks.

Bert was amazingly informative and professional and I would highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs. He was very fair and reasonably priced and he's now my go-to guy if I ever need a plumber again. Thanks Bert!

I had a small toilet repair job in an 1889 Victorian.  Brandon was right on time and professional both in the repair and answering all of my questions.  I can recommend this company and in particular Brandon for a job well done.  I will use them in the future.

Had one of those mornings where you wake up to find a small pond in your basement, the latest round of snowfall and a busted water heater. Oh yea, and with the Chicagoland's coldest temperatures in 20 years in the forecast. Needless to say, I wasn't having the best day ever.

Fast forward a mere hour or so and the Plumbing Pros van pulls into the driveway.

Long story short, Gary truly made my day much more tolerable with his prompt response, extensive knowledge of the situation at-hand and of course his true professionalism. And it was great to get the hot water flowing again. Thanks again, Gary. You have a new customer in me.

They seem to have done a good job overall, but it was hard to communicate with them. He came fairly quickly to give me a quote and explained everything he was going to do. He seems very knowledgeable about his job and gave me a good price. However, he must be very busy because after I agreed to the quote it was hard to get answers to my questions. Then, he was supposed to return to finish putting the plate on the wall and to adjust the lights as they are motion lights and one of them only turns on for a second and then it goes off, so now I'm left with trying to fix those final minor things. I'm not handy man, so that's just annoying to me.

Just as a follow up, they did come and finish the loose ends. My advice is that if you sense your questions or concerns are not being met, just reach out to the owner of the company, Jesse!

I am a first time homebuyer and became distressed when I stopped at the house the Monday before moving in to find no hot water. On Thursday, my dad and I tried to troubleshoot it when some basic knowledge but then I had to reach out to plumbers on Yelp. Arco was one of the few to have prompt replies ... they then sent a guy at the end of the day to inspect/diagnose the problem the same day i first talked to them on the phone.

They then scheduled for Monday 8am, which was impressive as I did stress I was moving in that day and would love to have hot water by Wednesday. The problem was fixed (a valve replaced and new piping out in) within an hour of his arrival and I'm all set up with nice, hot water! Thank you so much for your help!

My 21 year old hot water heater died and after some research I reached out to Rooter Plumbing.  Alex (the owner) responded immediately and 2 days later (he actually offered to come the next day but i was out of town) he was at my house with the new heater.  Arrived on time and worked efficiently and left the place spotless.  I had a few questions and reached out to Alex again and he was so responsive!  Great service, friendly and most importantly, trustworthy.  I will definitely be using them again!

I am currently going through an inspection process to purchase a property so I was looking for JUST a quote on how much it would cost for them to come out to do a sewer scope through the toilet. Within 12 hours, I received 4 phone call from Chicago Sewer Experts (all different people trying to push me to get me on the schedule AFTER specifying that I just want a quote for the sewer scope). Haven't worked with them yet, but I shouldn't been called that many times being asked the same questions.

We have a boiler system to heat our water and the first floor of our home. We contacted them over the weekend to fix a gas leak that was found by our gas company on the boiler. After multiple texts and reaching out for more communication, they got the part and replaced it after 36-48 hours. They left and my husband presumed everything was working. When the water wasn't hot and the heater was still not working another 36 hours later they came back again, didn't even take off the door of the boiler to see what I was explaining the problem was (the burner was not turning on) and didn't believe me when I explained how our system worked. I paid 500 dollars for a 55 dollar part and a boiler left without working. Would never recommend. Shared this with the people who recommended them and they'll also stop using them. Honesty instead of charging us money for a system they didn't get would've been better.

My sink was blocked and I called Goode Plumbing who sent our a two-man team within four hours of my call.  Jared and Martin were amazing and diagnosed and fixed my sink problem within ten minutes!!!  This is my second time calling on Goode Plumbing and I am sure it will NOT be my last time!

1st let me say how detailed Walter was with informing me on what was wrong. He walked me through everything with such detail. He gave me his plan and the best most cost effective way to execute it. Him & his crew came the next day, on time ready to work and cleaned all areas they worked in. Throughout the repair he kept me informed on what was being done. He took before and after pictures and was extremely professional. I highly recommend and would definitely call him again if needed. Thanks so much!
