I had been calling a number of plumbers for an emergency repair, and Apex was the only one that even picked up the phone - even at places that advertised 24-hour service. I had a leak from a first-floor unit into the basement. Aidan came out in about 30 minutes and was able to find the problem in a galvanized, 90-year-old riser and replace it in about four hours. Because I had been calling plumbers since the night before, I was truly impressed with the service. Low key, nice, professional, everything you want in a plumber.

Jan does quality work. I'm not sure if he is the least expensive plumber, but I am incredibly happy with the work he did and the price was fair. He arrived on time and worked cleanly.

Fixer was super easy and a great experience from the beginning. It is really easy to sign up for what you need online and the quote they gave me for the work was 100% accurate. Katie came to fix two big holes in my place that my dog made and she was very professional, friendly, and efficient. Paying was also easy as they send you a digital invoice after where you can just pay with a credit card. I highly recommend!!!

I called All Rooter and Plumbing.  I had a a bathroom sink that I was not able to use because of being blocked.  Bert came and fixed the problem.
The other problem I had was water coming out when using the kitchen sink and wash machines. He had to clean out all the grease out of the drains.  He brought in a sludge truck in to pump out all the grease and hydrojetted the pipes.  He showed me by running the camera from the beginning all the way out to the city pipes.  The pipes were so clean you would have thought he put new ones in.
I can only tell you that Bert is very honest and will explain to you everything before he starts the job. Once he is done with everything explains to you how to prevent it happening again.

Thank you Bert and will always be calling you when my plumbing or sewer breaks. My building is over 100 yrs old and it does need work.

Very happy with the water heater installation Gary did.  The quote was about half of what Home Depot wanted.  He was flexible to work around my schedule.  He could have justified extra charges, but only asked for the amount originally quoted.  No upselling.  A good experience.

They are the best! I sent a request through Yelp for a non-emergency furnace repair and had someone out the next day.

The technician assessed the situation and found that the 2 furnace repair techs that I had out had misdiagnosed the issue! The other techs said I needed a grounding wire from my breaker box to the furnace. However, the tech from 24/7 saw that I just needed to replace the sensors for $300. He fixed the problem quickly while explaining everything to me in great detail. He saved me at least $1000.

They are lifesavers. Will definitely keep them on the top of my list for future repairs!

We used Arco when we had an issue in our upstairs shower that was leaking into the ceiling downstairs.  Jason came out and he was very professional and upfront with what needed to be done.  In addition to the shower, Jason was able to fix a leaky shower head in the basement as well as a leaky outdoor faucet.  I will be using Arco again if necessary and I would highly recommend them for their honesty and affordability.

My project, which was to replace the rotted trim around the entry doors of a rental property proved more challenging than was initially anticipated. Tim came up with a solution, and executed the work to my complete satisfaction.
He arrived on time, and somehow survived a trip to Home Depot to pick up supplies, when half of Chicago had decided to spend their Memorial Day there!

I had a clogged underground downspout drain in La Grange area.  Just noticed it during installation of new gutters, replacing probably 40 year old gutters.  Rooter showed up within an hour for a free estimate.  He got hands on and showed me how extremely jam packed it was with dirt and roots.  It had probably been that way for years and years.

He offered a few solutions and was honest about the probability of it being a total loss anyway after trying those solutions, needing to dig up and replace the pipe.  In the end, I think I'm going to avoid it altogether and go with a normal above ground downspout solution.  

Rooter has fast, reliable, honest service.  I'm going to call them again the next time I need a plumber.

Chicago Sewer Experts came out to fix an issue we were having with our washer/sink draining. Not only were they late (arrived past the time window we were given and no call to let us know they were running late), but the worker then locked his keys in the car which took half an hour to resolve. He used OUR tools to get himself back into his car. Once he was finally able to get in the car and get his tools, he did NOT tell us that blowing out the hose of the dryer would cause our kitchen sink to be blown out too. This caused mud and debris from the pipes to be blown all over our kitchen and our ceiling, which led to a lengthy cleaning process on our end and trying to figure out how to scrub the ceiling. Absolutely do not use them.

Dave did an excellent job replacing my parents garbage disposal. They are very happy with the work and inexpensive price. They are now our go to plumbers

Unfortunately, we needed to replace our water heater AND repair our furnace in the span of 10 days! However, Goode made the process as painless as possible. My favorite thing about Goode so far is the consistency of the technicians - everyone is polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Across the board! They answered our questions thoroughly, leaving us feeling confident that we're getting great service and our money is well spent. For plumbing and HVAC issues in the future, our first call will definitely be Goode.

I created this account to review Walter and his plumbing business. I am saying from the bottom of my heart thank you to him and his assistant. I had a major plumbing issue at a new building I recently purchased, I call him to have the water turned on, and BOOM burst pipes everywhere. These guys stayed until nearly midnight after and already long day of work for them, to fix every single pipe in the building. On top of that he charged me an EXTREMELY reasonable rate. I recommend him whole heartedly for any project you have on mind, hes honest, hard working, very very reasonably priced, and gets the job done.
