Working with Victor was a very positive and smooth experience. I asked him to come by to give a quote on installing a backflow valve, and followed up with quite a few questions after he had left. He was very responsive and thorough with answering my questions, and felt comfortable moving forward based on the other great reviews he has here. He and the crew showed up on time, completed the work within a day and he even did a few additional services around the house before he left (reset our toilet, rodded some drains). All around his prices were very competitive and he was great to work with. We will be calling him again next time we're in need of plumbing services.

Had backsplash and new faucet to be installed in bathroom. Bathroom was done within a year and kitchen done 2 months ago...john roamed around my house and basement for half an hour trying to find water shut off. Told him I was not paying 94 an hour for him to try to find the shut off valve when others did. Then asked just to do the backsplash...said no we are done and walked out. Owner called and said Jon is good but does not understand. I do not get how other contractors could do a large job but a simple faucet replacement cannot happen.

Had an issue with the hot and cold water to my washing machine, they showed up the next day and fixed it when others wouldn't. Great stuff

We had a major sewer line break. We got a ridiculously high quote from another service that was taking advantage of our situation, but Bert was able to come in with a solution with a fair price. We discovered that we had a water main break as well and had to bring in a licensed plumber to fix this. Bert and his guy cooperated well with our plumber to get everything solved. I have no hesitation in recommending All Rooter Hydro Jetting - Sewer & Drain as a genuinely honest and ethical business to get your job done right.

Ryan did a great job--professional and explained everything I had questions about.  I'm not sure if I would use the company again because the cost of replacing and installing a water heater was well over $1,000 and they have no payment plan.  If you can't pay by cash or check, you are charged a 3% fee for using credit cards.  That was not mentioned when I asked about using a credit card when I called in for an appointment.  Everything else was fine--very good, in fact, but I might have looked elsewhere if I had known about the credit card charge.  I have limited resources and that pretty much wiped out Christmas money for me.

Before I called Adam I first called rooter router and the guy came and said he cannot open the dum trap because something might get in his eye- and left- please do not use rooter Router - complete garbage!!

I called Adam and he immediately can out and cleaned out my drain in 15 minutes- did an remarkably job!!!!

Can't recommend these folks highly enough. They have worked on a variety of projects for us, big stuff and small, and in every case they have been responsive, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and a joy to deal with. It starts at the top, with Peter. He listens carefully to our description of the problem and is thoughtful in his reply. Same goes for the guys who come out do the work. I think their prices are fair and because they have so earned our trust, I actually feel like we're getting more than our money's worth.

My project, which was to replace the rotted trim around the entry doors of a rental property proved more challenging than was initially anticipated. Tim came up with a solution, and executed the work to my complete satisfaction.
He arrived on time, and somehow survived a trip to Home Depot to pick up supplies, when half of Chicago had decided to spend their Memorial Day there!

I had a clogged underground downspout drain in La Grange area.  Just noticed it during installation of new gutters, replacing probably 40 year old gutters.  Rooter showed up within an hour for a free estimate.  He got hands on and showed me how extremely jam packed it was with dirt and roots.  It had probably been that way for years and years.

He offered a few solutions and was honest about the probability of it being a total loss anyway after trying those solutions, needing to dig up and replace the pipe.  In the end, I think I'm going to avoid it altogether and go with a normal above ground downspout solution.  

Rooter has fast, reliable, honest service.  I'm going to call them again the next time I need a plumber.

Goode Plumbing took care of an issue with my shower so quickly. I've been trying to get someone there for the past 6 months and finally was referred to them, thank goodness! They set up the appointment with my tenants and informed me of everything before, to get approval and payment, and then contacted me right away when they were finished.

I had some plumbing done by them about a year ago. My house still had an old grease trap that would clog a lot and the lid broke on it one day so I called these guys up. These guys are the shiznitz. It wasn't cheap I will tell you that but they removed my old grease trap and canceled it out. They explained how after the 60's houses were no longer required to have them. All in all, I have never had a clogging issue and I no longer have to put up with that very bad smell thanks to them.

To give you an idea of the smell, it was like a steamy plastic bag full of smelly arm pits.
