Plumber was very condescending over the phone and clearly did not want to take on the work. I was told that free estimates don't apply to condominium buildings. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and transparency with Apex.

Our toilet flooded and we believed it was due to our son flushing a comb down it. I called fixer, and they had Chang and Ismael arrive the same day. In less than an hour Chang was able to diagnose and fix the problem. He knew right away it wasn't due to a clog but that it was a piece in the tank that wasn't holding the water in. They went quickly to the store and got the piece and fixed the issue in under 10 minutes. I highly recommend this company! And Chang and Ismael!

Had a sewer line backup this morning at my 120 year old north side home. All Rooter Hydro Jetting came out quickly and fixed the problem.  Bert was the guy who did the work. He was professional and was able to do the work inside the house without making a mess.  I would recommend this business.

I won't comment on the cost as I think most places are at least somewhat over priced. I will say that the job was done expertly and in a timely fashion.

Gary and Plumbing Pros is as good as it gets. First, the normal visit. I called Gary just before quarantine (little did I know) to have him come out and inspect my ejector pit. After terrific service and fair prices, Gary let me know that if I needed anything else to just give him a call. Now, onto the over and beyond part. I texted Gary tonight because I was having garbage disposal issues. Not only did he reply with advice and a few questions, after I told him I had fixed the disposal but was still having trouble re-attaching some of the fittings, he offered to FaceTime and show me how it's done! It wasn't just that he helped me solve the problem, it was that he was more than happy to assist without needing to be paid to come out to visit. Again, I would have be open to having him come out if it turned out the problem was serious, but I was even happier to accomplish something myself with his help. I will never call another plumber for any job moving forward, and I highly recommend Plumbing Pros for work in the area. The best.

We have a 1930s house with 1930s plumbing and our bathtub wasn't draining properly. The problem was that the previous owners of the house hadn't bothered to maintain the pipes in so long, the trap had rusted itself shut. Jose did a fantastic job in fixing the issue. He was also great about answering any question I had. Their prices are fair and I greatly appreciate that they list out everything that comes with that pricing. I will definitely be using them again for anything that comes up.

Before I called Adam I first called rooter router and the guy came and said he cannot open the dum trap because something might get in his eye- and left- please do not use rooter Router - complete garbage!!

I called Adam and he immediately can out and cleaned out my drain in 15 minutes- did an remarkably job!!!!

We converted our 2 water heaters into a tankless water heater. We got 2 estimates and went with the slightly lower one. Arco came and did the work in less than a full day's shift. A few days later we noticed a lot of condensation in our 1 basement wall and called them stating there's something going on..
it also happened to be an extremely cold December night. They came out the next day to check out what was going on. Found out the problem was something completely unrelated with our furnace causing the problem. Long story short, they showed us the problem, did a quick temporary fix and told us who to contact for a long term solution. They honestly could have told us, not our problem, because it was something the previous owner messed up that we hadn't noticed yet since buying 2 years ago. Such excellent service and decent folk. Highly recommend

Tim was easy to book, professional. prompt and friendly. Not only did he expertly repair a range of broken items, but I had the most delightful conversation with him. I will definitely be booking him for more tasks in the upcoming months.

I had a clogged underground downspout drain in La Grange area.  Just noticed it during installation of new gutters, replacing probably 40 year old gutters.  Rooter showed up within an hour for a free estimate.  He got hands on and showed me how extremely jam packed it was with dirt and roots.  It had probably been that way for years and years.

He offered a few solutions and was honest about the probability of it being a total loss anyway after trying those solutions, needing to dig up and replace the pipe.  In the end, I think I'm going to avoid it altogether and go with a normal above ground downspout solution.  

Rooter has fast, reliable, honest service.  I'm going to call them again the next time I need a plumber.

Chicago Sewer Experts came out to fix an issue we were having with our washer/sink draining. Not only were they late (arrived past the time window we were given and no call to let us know they were running late), but the worker then locked his keys in the car which took half an hour to resolve. He used OUR tools to get himself back into his car. Once he was finally able to get in the car and get his tools, he did NOT tell us that blowing out the hose of the dryer would cause our kitchen sink to be blown out too. This caused mud and debris from the pipes to be blown all over our kitchen and our ceiling, which led to a lengthy cleaning process on our end and trying to figure out how to scrub the ceiling. Absolutely do not use them.

Started out rocky but Dominic knew what he was doing! Very proficient and recognized the problem right away. He even was able to identify problems no one else recognized. He did an excellent job in no time.

This is about a loan they pushed on me two years ago, GreenSky. This is my fault: I should have paid it off while it was interest-free. However, the terms of that loan are so bad that minimum payments have increased my debt instead of decreasing it. They should never work with this service; it's predatory. What if I had no money and could not repay this loan in time, but the company pressured me to do this? This is how you trick people into massive debt.

Walter has done numerous jobs at my place and I was always satisfied..until lfew weeks ago when he was scheduled to come, failed to show up, I called him said he was on his way... It was 2 weeks ago..I must have called 10 times, to no avail...
I will not work with Walter again..
