APEX Plumbing has been our go to plumbing on a variety of projects from rodding work, installing a new gas line for a stove or the latest project was to replace our 75-gallon commercial water tank. They are always responsive, fair pricing and do great work. These are the local guys you want to support.

These guys were great! I called Monday morning regarding a frozen pipe and they came out that afternoon. They fixed the problem in one visit. They explained everything and made adjustments so the problem wouldn't happen again. They were friendly, helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend Vanguard Plumbing and Sewer!

AGAIN I  had a plumbing  issue this time in the bathroom,  so I called Victor again his response was within reason and came  as he indicated,  job well. Done  and pricing  within budget.  You are amazing , no short cuts. Up front  with solutions

Hired these guys to fix some things before we listed our condo for sale. Love how they send you pictures and minute updates through the work. Very professional, well priced. Would definitely use them again and recommend them too!

Erick and his team replaced a drain line that was consistently clogging and causing issues because it had been installed incorrectly. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it by enlarging the pipe leading to the sewer line. They were quick, highly communicative and did high quality work.

All Rooter and Plumbing came to unclog my kitchen sink. They were easy to get a hold of a schedule a few days out.

For the service appointment, they were on time and called ahead of time to let me know of their arrival. Bert and crew were professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. He answered my questions, warned by about other potential issues, and advised on yearly maintenance for the building. I would contact them again for both small and large plumbing issues.

I had a small toilet repair job in an 1889 Victorian.  Brandon was right on time and professional both in the repair and answering all of my questions.  I can recommend this company and in particular Brandon for a job well done.  I will use them in the future.

When the time came, and I couldn't clear my kitchen sink of water any longer, I checked Yelp and found Plumbing Pros.  It wasn't an emergency but the plumber (Able) was here an hour and a half later.  He gave me a quote and began carefully setting up for the electric snake.  After almost 40 min of grinding through the grease, it cleared.  I wasn't that surprised being that the run was almost 50 ft.

After showing me the result, he wiped out the inside of the cabinet and removed his tools.  Everything was clean - even the two-wheeler the snake was on had booties.  I will be calling them again.

They seem to have done a good job overall, but it was hard to communicate with them. He came fairly quickly to give me a quote and explained everything he was going to do. He seems very knowledgeable about his job and gave me a good price. However, he must be very busy because after I agreed to the quote it was hard to get answers to my questions. Then, he was supposed to return to finish putting the plate on the wall and to adjust the lights as they are motion lights and one of them only turns on for a second and then it goes off, so now I'm left with trying to fix those final minor things. I'm not handy man, so that's just annoying to me.

Just as a follow up, they did come and finish the loose ends. My advice is that if you sense your questions or concerns are not being met, just reach out to the owner of the company, Jesse!

Adam was very respectful in working with my elderly mother. He explained everything to her. The crew was responsive. They came out within a couple of hours of the original call. A secondary crew needed to be called in. They arrived within an hour and the job was finished by early afternoon.

Our old water softener failed after so many years. We called different contractors and Arco was able to come out soon and at a reasonable price. They replaced the water softener and left our home clean too. Thank you. If we have other issues with our plumbing, we will be back for sure.

Had a problematic front door that wouldn't close properly.  Tim picked up the phone right away - and just happened to be in the neighborhood.  Stopped by and fixed the problem in about 15 minutes.  Rates were very reasonable and I would definitely recommend him as he will now be our one stop shop going forward when needing a friendly neighborhood handyman!  Thanks again!

Called Alex Sunday night after fighting with a clogged kitchen sink all day.  He returned my call promply and scheduled service first thing Monday morning.  Alex arrived promptly at 8am and got to work quickly.  He resolved our clogging problem before 9am and provided helpful tips about my home's plumbing.  Overall great experience...don't hesitate to call!

After a minor overflow caused by torrential rains we had some water seep in through our drains leaving minimal, but standing water. I was away on business and found this team through YELP. They responded instantly, despite the majority of the city having flooded.

Robert arrived, explained honestly that outside of a flood prevention system, this was likely to be an issue. But in his inspection noticed that our pumps were clogged as well as our catch basin, which was severely backed up. We were informed that, clearing these may have helped prevent the water seepage but wouldn't guarantee it. However I knew these systems needed to be cleaned and maintained and he offered to help us on the spot. I appreciate honestly. They're also very confident and knowledgeable about what to do and expect.

This is a team I will call for any plumbing needs in the future. Knowing I can ask a question, get an honest answer, and the work done is peace of mind not always available.

Absolutely not! We called them about the toilets being backed up. Ladies room and men's room. So 4 toilets and a urinal. Told them how many toilets and urinals we had and how it had to be rodded out 200ft.
 We were quoted over the phone $1745. After not having luck with another vendor, I went ahead and got these guys out.
 Dominic was the one that came out with two other people. Very friendly and approachable. No problems. Well I see the paper. There is an additional fee of $625 if it has to be hydro blasted. Ok I thought well hey if it has to be done so be it. So didn't question that. I was not happy that I was not told this over the phone as I'm using a company card and I needed approval.
 So I call right away to get the approval. Done. Final bill I see him add $325. I ask what is this for? He said because he had to service each toilet and urinal. Wtf! So I'm I like ok are you going to clean up the mess?? He says yes. So I. Have no problem with that either. However they mopped the dirty disgusting floors with MY mops and leave water all over our back room. Puddles. Also the toilets and walls covered in sewage. What happened to the cleaning ?? Wtf was the extra $325 for??
So, long story short, I feel as if I got taken by a local plumber. I should have just went with rotor rooter. I will NEVER recommend these guys. I was so impressed with the fast response and promises. But the promises were empty and the rodding of $1745 turned into $2695. If you want to get taken I guess choose these people. I will never use them. Yes I have had this problem in the past but the plumber I originally used wasn't available. I was actually going to use Good Guys in the future and recommend them but I can't. Not after what happened today.

Hands down THE worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Had an issue with the work that was done, called 3 times to speak with someone and kept getting pushed off. Our business used to refer them tons of clients but I will be sure to deter clients from using them at all costs.

We had a kind of crazy situation with a People's Gas inspection - we passed an inspection and then they claimed we needed a condo board to ask for a safety inspection when we're a SFH.

Walter responded to my text quickly, and Manny came by and checked all our lines to make sure we could pass any inspection they could possibly do. They not only did a great job of checking all our lines (which isn't easy, since our house was built in the 1870's) but also did a great job of helping us navigate the bureaucracy of getting everything straightened out.
