We woke up to water pouring through our condo ceiling and called Apex as we'd used them before for plumbing. They were very busy and said they might not be able to make it out that day, but then moved things around to fit us in because it was an emergency! The plumber came quickly, called with a 30-minute heads up when he was on his way, and diagnosed the problem right away. The upstairs neighbor's plumbing was involved, so he had to communicate with her too, and wound up replacing her toilet. He did his due diligence of making sure the water stopped dripping in our place before confirming that was the problem, which we appreciate as we've had less diligent plumbers in the past. He got everything done quickly and wore a mask and gloves really appreciated too, as we are super paranoid right now. I will say I'm a bit on the crazy side about covid so I was disappointed that he didn't have shoe covers, and the mask was a basic surgical mask, not the N95 advertised on their site, but he was very careful and considerate the whole time, and I think his precautions were all reasonable and professional - plus I can understand they might not be able to access N95 masks right now.

Jan replaced a pipe connecting a downspout to my catch basin.  A sinkhole was forming there, and I was worried my house was going to  cave it. Jan was fast, friendly and $1,000 cheaper than the other guys.
Time will tell if the job holds, but he has guaranteed his work for one year.

AGAIN I  had a plumbing  issue this time in the bathroom,  so I called Victor again his response was within reason and came  as he indicated,  job well. Done  and pricing  within budget.  You are amazing , no short cuts. Up front  with solutions

Fixer is awesome! They arrived on the dot and were very knowledgeable on how to hang my very heavy mirror. They were perfectionists and made sure to take great care of my mirror and walls. Jen, Brian and John were super friendly, efficient workers. I would definitely hire them again.

The pipe under our kitchen sink burst at 5pm on a Sunday night and we were sure it would be impossible to find someone to fix it.  We reached out to a few different places and Drain Works was the friendliest, most responsive, and best price.  They told us they could be there at 7pm and then called 10 minutes before arriving, and arrived right at 7pm.  Erick explained what needed to be done to fix it and gave us a fair price.  Would definitely hire them again.

I cannot say enough about Bert and his crew. First they showed up before the time scheduled and called just to let me know they were there. Rarely does that happen these days. Took his time to explain to me the way he goes about his business. The issue that occurred had been fixed by another plumber a few weeks ago. Bert made sure he took his time in cleaning the sewage line, ran the camera twice and even cleaned out the broken pieces that took an extra 20 minutes. Already going to use Bert for another job in the house. If you need someone that's professional, dedicated and kind do not hesitate to call Bert at All Rooter.  5 starts all the way.

From the time I called to when they arrived it was under 2 hours.  Both plumbers were fast, courteous and professional. It's hard to find people you trust these days. The job was done correctly and they answered every question I had. They even took extra time to clean the work space when they were done. Thanks !

Gary was the best!!!! We had purchased a new water softener when our old one broke thinking it was going to be an easy swap.  Boy we were wrong!! Called Gary and he said no problem and was super reasonably priced!  Glad we found a plumber in our area for any other future occurrences.

I had several issues all at once toilet stopped up hot water heater went out. Arco tech john came out to snake the toilet turns out nothing in the line.  I need a new toilet I ran to Home Depot to buy new toilet. they put in the new toilet and water heater on the same afternoon.  so awesome   would highly recommend. very professional and clean. My project, which was to replace the rotted trim around the entry doors of a rental property proved more challenging than was initially anticipated. Tim came up with a solution, and executed the work to my complete satisfaction.
He arrived on time, and somehow survived a trip to Home Depot to pick up supplies, when half of Chicago had decided to spend their Memorial Day there!

Called Alex Sunday night after fighting with a clogged kitchen sink all day.  He returned my call promply and scheduled service first thing Monday morning.  Alex arrived promptly at 8am and got to work quickly.  He resolved our clogging problem before 9am and provided helpful tips about my home's plumbing.  Overall great experience...don't hesitate to call!

Chicago Sewer Experts are the real deal. They are very professional and knowledgeable about determining what the problem is. Ricky and Daniel both were both working on my sewer and completed it in a timely manner and made sure it was working properly. They accept zelle , which made it easy to pay and now we're happy campers. Thanks Ricky & Daniel .

Very nice guys. But I paid them over $1,300
And couldn't fix the clog. Their next step they were going to dig and fix it. But I had to pay extra $1200.
I called some one else and fix it for $500.
I request a refound of at least half of the $1300.
That I paid for nothing. But just said they will ask the office. The office say they will ask the guy. And still nothing. This is over a month now.

I called Goode plumbing for a second opinion when another plumber threw a HUGE estimate at me to fix a single pipe.

I've been around the block enough to know that shopping solely on price with contractors is a bad idea. You can save money here and there but if you're after nickels and dimes you're just doing yourself a disservice as a customer.

But boy was I relieved when Goode's estimate for the same work was less than half of the other company's price! The plumber on site was clear to me about what was wrong and why, and how the fix would be done. He was also familiar with the type of material in the building and was honest with me about options to go above and beyond vs just do what needs to be done to get a confident fix.

They did the work, at less than half what the other company said it'd cost, and my leak is gone. I'll come back to them for any big job I need.

This is my second time using this plumbing company and they did a good job replacing my hot water tank. Walter along with his helper, Ray Ray, were careful not to cause any damage to my floors when they removed the old tank. Also, his price was very reasonable too. I'm happy with the quality of the work.
