We had an emergency (leak) and they came out same day 2 hours after I called. The techs were courteous and knowledgeable. Price was fair. They finished up in an hour and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend!

My husband and I used Vanguard Plumbing to replace the water heater in a home we recently purchased. We had multiple contractors in and out over the first few months of ownership, and each noted how dangerous the current water heater was due to incorrect installation. Vanguard was able to quickly assess the situation, develop a proposal, and book the service appointment. Further, they arrived perfectly on time and completed the job quickly. We were very happy with the entire experience from start to finish.

Excellent service. I contacted Victor after a contractor told me I may need to dig up my floor surrounding a pipe in order to fix a problem. Victor was very responsive and stopped by in a timely matter to access the situation and offer a solution. Victor and his team are professional, reasonable, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Eric did a fantastic job.  Made it out the next day just before the holiday weekend when I needed him. Pricing was fair and even when stores were closed early for the holiday he was able to make it happen. Highly recommend.

We have had constant problems with water seeping through the basement wall since we moved in 2 years ago and went through several opinions on what to do before going immediately with Bert's.
    He was very thorough, honest, and communicative during the estimate and was able to start work on our huge project immediately. The cost was either similar to or less than the other estimates, and he was very cooperative with the basement waterproofing team that we hired to do external wall encapsulation while the side of the house was dug up for Bert to replace the pipes. He also was a good advocate with the City inspector when he found a problem that the City needed to fix with some pipes.
    He is kind, professional, and honest, and when pouring the sidewalk back at the end of the project even made sure my request to have my 2 year old leave a handprint in the wet cement was done. Without hesitation I highly recommend Bert and All Rooter.

Had an appointment that was supposed to be between 11-1. It was about 1230 so I called to see what time they were going to arrive since I asked to give me a 30 min heads up. Apparently they had me down for 615-815. Since I didn't own the house and took an Uber there Kevin said he'd figure it out and call me back. He called back within 5 min and said he had someone coming immediately. John arrived within 30 min. He was very friendly and informative. He did the job pretty quickly (a camera sewer inspection) I also was able to use the coupon they offer on Yelp. Our quote was underestimated by $100 so the coupon definitely helped. Even though the appointment ran a little late it was immediately resolved. I'd definitely use them again and request John.

Had a slight issue with our p trap leaking. Didn't have time to fix it myself. Found plumbing pros on yelp and saw good reviews. Gary was great. Left in the morning and by the time I got home he was here and gone. Would recommend highly and use again in the future.

These guys went above and beyond. I bought a new unit in my building and there were a few items I'd planned (fixture changes, sconces, outlet tests) and a few I didn't (2 broken breakers, and a few other complications). Jose was professional, polite, and very helpful. I knew just enough electrical to get part way on some of the projects then got stuck. He made above and beyond trips for parts on short notice and was very easy to work with, both him and his assistance for the heavy lifting. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again, and in case you need them to be insured for your homeowners association, they quickly provided this as well.

Adam was very respectful in working with my elderly mother. He explained everything to her. The crew was responsive. They came out within a couple of hours of the original call. A secondary crew needed to be called in. They arrived within an hour and the job was finished by early afternoon.

Have used this company before once for non emergent maintenance after a recommendation from a relative. They came today to replace my dying sump pump after my emergency call...looking to avoid a flood!!! Very helpful and informative.......really appreciated their working me in today as I know they are very busy. Would highly recommend...very competitive pricing, knowledgeable and very responsive!

Tim was wonderful! Patient and kind, yet also quick-moving and respectful of time. He's refreshingly nice and a great listener for what you're trying to accomplish. His work was topnotch itself, jumping from project to project in my home flawlessly with expertise -- (i.e. fixing closet doors, painting, helping with light fixtures) asking if I needed anything else frequently along the way! I would highly recommend him for various handyman needs.

I had a clogged underground downspout drain in La Grange area.  Just noticed it during installation of new gutters, replacing probably 40 year old gutters.  Rooter showed up within an hour for a free estimate.  He got hands on and showed me how extremely jam packed it was with dirt and roots.  It had probably been that way for years and years.

He offered a few solutions and was honest about the probability of it being a total loss anyway after trying those solutions, needing to dig up and replace the pipe.  In the end, I think I'm going to avoid it altogether and go with a normal above ground downspout solution.  

Rooter has fast, reliable, honest service.  I'm going to call them again the next time I need a plumber.

As you can see from this business' reply, they admit that they stole my money for 'knowledge' and not actual services!! I did not pay for your knowledge, I paid for repairs that YOU DID NOT DO and you know it!

Take your business elsewhere, y'all! This is a trash way to steal people's money and a waste of time. This is dishonest and unprofessional. After several phone calls over the past month to get a response, this was the only reply I've gotten.

We have a boiler system to heat our water and the first floor of our home. We contacted them over the weekend to fix a gas leak that was found by our gas company on the boiler. After multiple texts and reaching out for more communication, they got the part and replaced it after 36-48 hours. They left and my husband presumed everything was working. When the water wasn't hot and the heater was still not working another 36 hours later they came back again, didn't even take off the door of the boiler to see what I was explaining the problem was (the burner was not turning on) and didn't believe me when I explained how our system worked. I paid 500 dollars for a 55 dollar part and a boiler left without working. Would never recommend. Shared this with the people who recommended them and they'll also stop using them. Honesty instead of charging us money for a system they didn't get would've been better.

Completely dissatisfied and disgusted with two recent jobs by Goode Plumbing, especially considering that I am a repeat customer (3 jobs in 2020-2021) who had a good experience with this company in the past.  Not only did they not do the job as outlined in the estimate/proposal (rebuild a vintage shower... in fact they did not rebuild anything), but even worse, now the shower is not functioning at all.  So, I paid $1,700 to have damage to my vintage shower that will now cost me at least $1,200 to fix (according to another plumber).  Not to mention that they kept my credit card on file without my authorization and charged the final payments without my authorization.  Also the scheduling and follow up from the office staff was pathetic.  One person seemed to know what was going on and another, completely clueless.  Will not work with this company in the future.

Absolutely the very worst plumber I have ever had! The man's name was Walter and he promised to be at my home the next day ( my brand new tenants had a plumbing problem), he never showed up at all.  Six or seven calls to him and I did not receive one call back.  Two days later he called and said he had a traffic problem and would see me tomorrow  Once again he never showed up so I called again and again, his machine always answered and I always left messages. This went on for days. So I decided to ask several friends to call him, he answered every time!  Just read the other comments by his other customers and I think that will be enough to dissuded you.
