Our hot water heater had an end of life event at 5am.  We called several places around 7:30 and Geoff responded quickly.  He was at our house around 10:30.  Was amazingly able to find a replacement 75 gallon tank and had old removed and new installed by 4pm.  Really good guy, and knows what he's doing top to bottom.  Great communication and would absolutely recommend using Apex and Geoff for all your plumbing needs.

Victor is super friendly, responsive, and prompt. He's helped us a few times, first by advising on other vendors we can contact to help with basement storm leakage (no charge for this consultation), and then by helping us to fix a leaking bathtub and toilet very quickly. I highly recommend contacting Plumbing 123 for any plumbing issues!

Everything about working with Fixer was easy and quick! I reached out on a Wednesday to see if they could help hang some floating shelves that I had installed poorly. Within a few hours I was contacted with a quote and some dates (within 48 hours) they could come complete my project. Although there was a 2-hour window for my project, Ricordo arrived promptly at 4:00 and got started right away. I'm not sure it took him even an hour to fix my shelves. These shelves are incredibly sturdy now (and they look great)! I will definitely be calling Fixer the next time I have a home project.

I have a sewer drainage issue and Drain Works Plumbing was very responsive and accommodating at short notice. They were able to rod and open the main sewer line. The workers were very informative and knowledgeable. I was impress with their service.

All Rooter and Plumbing came to unclog my kitchen sink. They were easy to get a hold of a schedule a few days out.

For the service appointment, they were on time and called ahead of time to let me know of their arrival. Bert and crew were professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. He answered my questions, warned by about other potential issues, and advised on yearly maintenance for the building. I would contact them again for both small and large plumbing issues.

Had an appointment that was supposed to be between 11-1. It was about 1230 so I called to see what time they were going to arrive since I asked to give me a 30 min heads up. Apparently they had me down for 615-815. Since I didn't own the house and took an Uber there Kevin said he'd figure it out and call me back. He called back within 5 min and said he had someone coming immediately. John arrived within 30 min. He was very friendly and informative. He did the job pretty quickly (a camera sewer inspection) I also was able to use the coupon they offer on Yelp. Our quote was underestimated by $100 so the coupon definitely helped. Even though the appointment ran a little late it was immediately resolved. I'd definitely use them again and request John.

Gary is a very responsive and responsible professional. We left him a voicemail regarding our flooded basement and he called back within 20 mins. He then arrived our house at Westchester 15 mins later. Identified the issue right away and provided a fair quote. Finished the job within 30 mins and then our problem was solved. We were impressed by his efficiency and honesty. Great guy to work with.

Two problem with my past experience with the company
1. The estimates they quoted are so much higher than others.
2. The business owner is not open for price negotiation and seems very inpatient.

The good part is the technician Jose explains things in great details and is very patient when answering questions.

Adam was very respectful in working with my elderly mother. He explained everything to her. The crew was responsive. They came out within a couple of hours of the original call. A secondary crew needed to be called in. They arrived within an hour and the job was finished by early afternoon.

We are new homeowners and reached out after discovering a wet rug and what appeared to be dried sediment in our laundry room. I smelled sewage, and my wife didn't, so we needed to consult a professional for a tiebreaker.

I saw positive reviews on Yelp, so I left a message for Arco in the early morning and Peter called back within two hours.

Peter took the time to listen to our issue and provide on the spot guidance, rather than coming out to diagnose a problem just to charge for a visit. He recommended calling the Downers Grove sanitation department first, which I did and they came out quickly to assess.

Without even knowing Arco referred us to them, the rep stated that we did the right thing by calling them to come out before having a plumber come out. He said if we had continued issues to call Arco because they  know the process, are honest, and will not upsell.  That was exactly my experience, so they will be our go-to from now on!

My project, which was to replace the rotted trim around the entry doors of a rental property proved more challenging than was initially anticipated. Tim came up with a solution, and executed the work to my complete satisfaction.
He arrived on time, and somehow survived a trip to Home Depot to pick up supplies, when half of Chicago had decided to spend their Memorial Day there!
I would definitely hire him again

I had a clogged underground downspout drain in La Grange area.  Just noticed it during installation of new gutters, replacing probably 40 year old gutters.  Rooter showed up within an hour for a free estimate.  He got hands on and showed me how extremely jam packed it was with dirt and roots.  It had probably been that way for years and years.

He offered a few solutions and was honest about the probability of it being a total loss anyway after trying those solutions, needing to dig up and replace the pipe.  In the end, I think I'm going to avoid it altogether and go with a normal above ground downspout solution.  

Rooter has fast, reliable, honest service.  I'm going to call them again the next time I need a plumber.

Chicago Sewer Experts are the real deal. They are very professional and knowledgeable about determining what the problem is. Ricky and Daniel both were both working on my sewer and completed it in a timely manner and made sure it was working properly. They accept zelle , which made it easy to pay and now we're happy campers. Thanks Ricky & Daniel .

Very nice guys. But I paid them over $1,300
And couldn't fix the clog. Their next step they were going to dig and fix it. But I had to pay extra $1200.
I called some one else and fix it for $500.
I request a refound of at least half of the $1300.
That I paid for nothing. But just said they will ask the office. The office say they will ask the guy. And still nothing. This is over a month now.

I called Goode plumbing for a second opinion when another plumber threw a HUGE estimate at me to fix a single pipe.

I've been around the block enough to know that shopping solely on price with contractors is a bad idea. You can save money here and there but if you're after nickels and dimes you're just doing yourself a disservice as a customer.

But boy was I relieved when Goode's estimate for the same work was less than half of the other company's price! The plumber on site was clear to me about what was wrong and why, and how the fix would be done. He was also familiar with the type of material in the building and was honest with me about options to go above and beyond vs just do what needs to be done to get a confident fix.

They did the work, at less than half what the other company said it'd cost, and my leak is gone. I'll come back to them for any big job I need.

I would never use Walter for a large job.  He ended collecting over $30,000 in prepayment for a job I've been trying to get him to complete for 6 1/2 months now...

If you're foolish enough to trust this man with money, make sure you have everything in writing including firm prices, timelines, and consequences or be prepared for heartache.

He just sent me an invoice 7 months after starting the job with drastically different prices than what was agreed to ahead of time.  It looks like I have to take him to court.  Apparently, I'm not the first customer that's had to pursue legal recourse against Walter.

He will try and take advantage of you if you trust him.  Make sure everything is explicitly stated and written down or be prepared to have Walter Zuniga and Zuniga Plumbing exploit you.

*Edit:  Walter, your invoice that you provided 6 1/2 months after starting inflated prices nowhere near to what we agreed to and conveniently removed the water service, which was the first item paid for.  I also have acknowledgment from you regarding the water service that you aren't trying to complete, obviously.  Quotes from other plumbers will shed light on what you're attempting to do, which is rob myself and my fiance.  Dont worry, you'll have your turn to explain.
