They were very responsive and came out quickly to our condo. They assessed the cause of the leak and took action to fix the problem. The plumber was very helpful and professional. We would definitely recommend Apex and will use them again for any future plumbing needs.

Jan was able to come in(on very short notice) and help out tremendously with the reoccuring plumbing issue in my office. As always very knowledgeable, professional and gets the job done!

I originally found this business through yelp and had been calling on them for all my plumbing needs. Very reasonably priced, prompt and professional. I very much recommend them for any plumbing issues.

Bert is just AWESOME! I had a busted sewer drain and it was backing up into my garden unit. He came out assessed the  problem, explained to me exactly what the problem was as well as showed me the problem visually with the drain camera. The quote for the work that I needed done was the most reasonable one that I had received out of 4. Bert and his team worked around my goofy work schedule and even when I missed the appointment for the inspection he was very understanding and rescheduled it for me. This is GREAT company that's gets the job done right the first time and in a timely manner. Bert and his team cleaned up after themselves and left my unit very clean . I believe I just found my new plumber! Thanks Bert and your team for a job will done!

They deserve a negative rating. Late, lazy and bad service. Said my ejector pump was fine and 3 weeks later it failed. Supposed to come Friday but came Saturday 1 1/2 hours late.  He didn't want to mess with it since it was in the crawl space, I'm guessing. Never again!

Gary called me back within 2 minutes of me leaving a message ( around 8pm). He walked my husband through a few potential solutions and was able to diagnose the issue over the phone and give an estimate. He came over in the morning the following day, fixed the issues, gave me some helpful tips and came in under his estimate.
Highly recommend!

Sent a request through Yelp at 11am in the morning and Jesse was out later that evening. Had a wire that was not connected from a previous electricians job and that electrician would not have been able to come back for a few days. 24/7 was able to come out the same day and got everything taken care of. Great service and fair pricing. They're definitely now my first call if I have any issues that they're able to take care of.

Scheduled appointment for 10am on Monday.  No show and no one called. I don't know what else Yelp wants me to write, as this is my complaint.

We are new homeowners and reached out after discovering a wet rug and what appeared to be dried sediment in our laundry room. I smelled sewage, and my wife didn't, so we needed to consult a professional for a tiebreaker.

I saw positive reviews on Yelp, so I left a message for Arco in the early morning and Peter called back within two hours.

Peter took the time to listen to our issue and provide on the spot guidance, rather than coming out to diagnose a problem just to charge for a visit. He recommended calling the Downers Grove sanitation department first, which I did and they came out quickly to assess.

Without even knowing Arco referred us to them, the rep stated that we did the right thing by calling them to come out before having a plumber come out. He said if we had continued issues to call Arco because they  know the process, are honest, and will not upsell.  That was exactly my experience, so they will be our go-to from now on!

I couldn't be happier with Ally Handyman. Tim is very friendly and personable.  He provided prompt and open communication.  He was flexible with scheduling needs. He also took time to review and understand the project needs before beginning any work. He addressed the scope of work effectively and efficiently and more timely than expected.  I will be using Ally Handyman for future projects and would recommend Tim to others in a heartbeat.

I had a clogged underground downspout drain in La Grange area.  Just noticed it during installation of new gutters, replacing probably 40 year old gutters.  Rooter showed up within an hour for a free estimate.  He got hands on and showed me how extremely jam packed it was with dirt and roots.  It had probably been that way for years and years.

He offered a few solutions and was honest about the probability of it being a total loss anyway after trying those solutions, needing to dig up and replace the pipe.  In the end, I think I'm going to avoid it altogether and go with a normal above ground downspout solution.  

Rooter has fast, reliable, honest service.  I'm going to call them again the next time I need a plumber.

I am currently going through an inspection process to purchase a property so I was looking for JUST a quote on how much it would cost for them to come out to do a sewer scope through the toilet. Within 12 hours, I received 4 phone call from Chicago Sewer Experts (all different people trying to push me to get me on the schedule AFTER specifying that I just want a quote for the sewer scope). Haven't worked with them yet, but I shouldn't been called that many times being asked the same questions.

Very nice guys. But I paid them over $1,300
And couldn't fix the clog. Their next step they were going to dig and fix it. But I had to pay extra $1200.
I called some one else and fix it for $500.
I request a refound of at least half of the $1300.
That I paid for nothing. But just said they will ask the office. The office say they will ask the guy. And still nothing. This is over a month now.

We called Goode at the recommendation of friends who had worked with them. Chip and Henry came out to install a new toilet that we had purchased ourselves. While they were on-site I also decided to have our main sewer line cleared and scoped due to some other issues we were having and they quickly sent Mike and Jared out same-day to do that work.

They were on time (early, actually), were able to get the second crew out quickly, they worked fast, were extremely professional and courteous, kept me updated as the work progressed, explained things and answered questions along the way and kept things clean as they wrapped up the job.

The only 'complaint' is that the work was pretty expensive. We were able to get a break on price because we hired them for multiple services, which I appreciated, but it still was not cheap.

I can't say whether I'd recommend Goode for more extensive or complicated work given the given the straightforward nature of what we had done and the cost. However, I can say that that I definitely appreciated their team's customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail in the work they did for us and will strongly consider them the next time we need a plumber.

Walter is awesome!!  I chose him as my plumber for my master bathroom renovation (it was a total gut job) because he came highly recommended by a contractor who works on our building.  He was one of two plumbers I got a quote from, and Walter's bid was more detailed AND less expensive!  I'm so glad I did.  I acted as my own general contractor for this project, so it was a complicated job to coordinate all the different contractors (plumber, electrician, stone/tile guy, drywall guy, carpenter, painter).  Walter was really easy for me to work with, a super-nice and fun guy to be around, was attentive to detail, and did a great job.  It is obvious the guy knows his stuff, and finally I can feel confident that I won't run into any more plumbing disasters (I was forced to redo my bathroom because of shoddy plumbing work by the developer).  He is not only my go-to guy for plumbing, but also our condo association's. (We needed him for some drainage work in our garage.)   I highly recommend him!!
