We had a pipe burst and water leaking everywhere.  We called Apex and the emergency team was here within 40 minutes.  Super helpful, kind, informative and fixed the problem.  I highly recommended them.

Wanted $250 to replace a simple stop valve for a toilet which costs at most $7 retail - at push a 10 minute job. The building even shuts off the water so would not even have to do that.  Of the several plumbers approached for quotes this was over $100 more than anyone else charged.
Edit - In highlight of your response, I did slightly exaggerate. The person was in fact here for 15 minutes (as I distracted them talking about football). So you would have charged an effective  rate of $1,000 per hour, vs the company who attended and charged $120 for 15 minutes. I'll let people come to their own conclusions on your rates.

I've been using Vic and his guys for going on ten years , victor is probably they best sewer and water plumber there is , and an even better service provider, never met a harder working well rounded genuine human in my life , there really isn't anything he can do, he is a hard person to come by in the plumbing and service industry , his integrity, honesty , fairness in price , and always there for his clients no matter what, he has been my go to guy for ten years and man am I glad I found him you will be to take my word on that!

Prompt, honest and extremely friendly. Couldn't have had a easier process. Highly recommend them and would keep going back for anything.

The pipe under our kitchen sink burst at 5pm on a Sunday night and we were sure it would be impossible to find someone to fix it.  We reached out to a few different places and Drain Works was the friendliest, most responsive, and best price.  They told us they could be there at 7pm and then called 10 minutes before arriving, and arrived right at 7pm.  Erick explained what needed to be done to fix it and gave us a fair price.  Would definitely hire them again.

We needed an emergency plumber and found All Rooter through Yelp. I called three different emergency plumbers, but received priority response only from All Rooter. The dispatcher called me back within two minutes of taking my incoming call to let me know a technician could be at my house within the hour. The technician was prompt, courteous, and professional. He quickly fixed our issue and explained what needed to be done in layman's terms. I highly recommend All Rooter, and will gladly give them my future business.

Ryan did a great job--professional and explained everything I had questions about.  I'm not sure if I would use the company again because the cost of replacing and installing a water heater was well over $1,000 and they have no payment plan.  If you can't pay by cash or check, you are charged a 3% fee for using credit cards.  That was not mentioned when I asked about using a credit card when I called in for an appointment.  Everything else was fine--very good, in fact, but I might have looked elsewhere if I had known about the credit card charge.  I have limited resources and that pretty much wiped out Christmas money for me.

I would highly recommend Gary and Plumbing Pros. I selected Gary out of the 3 bids (All based on Yelp reviews) I got based on his competitive bid, but also because of way he interacted with me on the phone prior to my decision to hire him.

He and his apprentice showed up right on time and were very careful not to mess my floors. The job to replace my existing 75 gallon hot water tank with a new tank was more complicated than he anticipated, but Gary stuck with it.  He made sure not to cut any corners, as I feel many contractors would do to keep on track with their allotted time for the job. I feel this is why many consumers are hesitant to hire contractors, for fear they won't do a thorough job that is of high quality. I'm very happy with the job he did, and the overall experience (Cost, service, end result) that I would certainly hire Gary again, and I will confidently refer him to friends who need plumbing work.

The 24/7 Service Team was awesome! Jose Castaneda and the other team member provided me with excellent service from the moment of contact until the job was over within the one day time frame which was actually a few hours. Not only was my issue resolved, but his plumbing expertise resulted in better service. Initially, I needed my toilets repaired. Jose suggested that I replace the toilets. He told me the brand and where to purchase. I purchased them immediately, and the next day they were picked up- by Jose and partner and installed. I couldn't be more pleased with the new toilets!  My home has never been more pleased! The team was efficient, knowledgeable of ALL plumbing services, polite,  and HONEST! Not to mention- the costs were reasonable. If you don't contact 24/7 Service Team for ALL of your plumbing needs- you'll be disappointed!

Scheduled appointment for 10am on Monday.  No show and no one called. I don't know what else Yelp wants me to write, as this is my complaint.

When I needed a kitchen drain cleared, I contacted Arco and got a quick response with an estimate.  Jason showed up when promised, was very professional, respectful of my property, took care of the problem, and cleaned up after. I would call them again when needed.

Charges a rate higher than that of a licensed plumber.    i didn't want to take the chance

My 21 year old hot water heater died and after some research I reached out to Rooter Plumbing.  Alex (the owner) responded immediately and 2 days later (he actually offered to come the next day but i was out of town) he was at my house with the new heater.  Arrived on time and worked efficiently and left the place spotless.  I had a few questions and reached out to Alex again and he was so responsive!  Great service, friendly and most importantly, trustworthy.  I will definitely be using them again!

After a minor overflow caused by torrential rains we had some water seep in through our drains leaving minimal, but standing water. I was away on business and found this team through YELP. They responded instantly, despite the majority of the city having flooded.

Robert arrived, explained honestly that outside of a flood prevention system, this was likely to be an issue. But in his inspection noticed that our pumps were clogged as well as our catch basin, which was severely backed up. We were informed that, clearing these may have helped prevent the water seepage but wouldn't guarantee it. However I knew these systems needed to be cleaned and maintained and he offered to help us on the spot. I appreciate honestly. They're also very confident and knowledgeable about what to do and expect.

This is a team I will call for any plumbing needs in the future. Knowing I can ask a question, get an honest answer, and the work done is peace of mind not always available.

Very nice guys. But I paid them over $1,300
And couldn't fix the clog. Their next step they were going to dig and fix it. But I had to pay extra $1200.
I called some one else and fix it for $500.
I request a refound of at least half of the $1300.
That I paid for nothing. But just said they will ask the office. The office say they will ask the guy. And still nothing. This is over a month now.

Completely dissatisfied and disgusted with two recent jobs by Goode Plumbing, especially considering that I am a repeat customer (3 jobs in 2020-2021) who had a good experience with this company in the past.  Not only did they not do the job as outlined in the estimate/proposal (rebuild a vintage shower... in fact they did not rebuild anything), but even worse, now the shower is not functioning at all.  So, I paid $1,700 to have damage to my vintage shower that will now cost me at least $1,200 to fix (according to another plumber).  Not to mention that they kept my credit card on file without my authorization and charged the final payments without my authorization.  Also the scheduling and follow up from the office staff was pathetic.  One person seemed to know what was going on and another, completely clueless.  Will not work with this company in the future.

Walter is awesome!!  I chose him as my plumber for my master bathroom renovation (it was a total gut job) because he came highly recommended by a contractor who works on our building.  He was one of two plumbers I got a quote from, and Walter's bid was more detailed AND less expensive!  I'm so glad I did.  I acted as my own general contractor for this project, so it was a complicated job to coordinate all the different contractors (plumber, electrician, stone/tile guy, drywall guy, carpenter, painter).  Walter was really easy for me to work with, a super-nice and fun guy to be around, was attentive to detail, and did a great job.  It is obvious the guy knows his stuff, and finally I can feel confident that I won't run into any more plumbing disasters (I was forced to redo my bathroom because of shoddy plumbing work by the developer).  He is not only my go-to guy for plumbing, but also our condo association's. (We needed him for some drainage work in our garage.)   I highly recommend him!!
