I can't say enough great things about Chuck, Chas, Jenny, and the whole Apex crew.
I had a significant sewer issue in a newly-purchased home that nobody really knew the full scope of.
After a horrible experience with another contractor, and a big name plumber unable to come inside of a week and a half, Apex was able to show up within a few days, quickly diagnose the problem, and form a plan of action with a reasonable estimate.
When the dig started and the full scope of the problem became apparent, a 1-day job turned into 3. But Chuck and the crew kept me updated at every step with clear explanations of what, why, and how.
Everyone I dealt with was punctual, friendly, and hard-working.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Apex.

My wife and I had just purchased a property and via a recommendation we selected Vanguard to fix some plumbing issues due to lack of maintenance. We are first-time homeowners and thus our experience in dealing with these types of issues is obviously limited. Jan stopped by and explained in detail what he was going to do as well as found some other issues that were in serious need of repair. While of course this might be a warning sign, there were things that we suggested might need repair/improvement and he stated that those were not necessary, thus he was not out for a quick buck. After routing our catch basin I remembered him saying to me that I won't need to see him for a couple years.

While this is only 5 months after the service, everything has been working great.

I was having some frustrating plumbing issues with my office space. Victor took the time to chat with me before coming out and then was able to come out the next day to help. He is friendly and knowledgeable and I would 100% recommend his business for any of your plumbing needs!!!!

Needed to have an old utility sink removed and scheduling it with Fixer was simple and the work was done quickly and well by the employee. Already planning on having them come out to do some other things around the office and at home!

He was helpful in giving me a free estimate. He recommended a small DIY fix and did not charge me anything.

Needed to clean and inspect my basement drain line out to the cistern. Bert did that, showing me the results and the full line view on the scope. Then he scoped the master line for me, and then he even repaired a separate plumbing issue I had, all for the initially quoted price for the single line cleaning and inspection.

As many reviews already said, Bert's a top notch professional. He runs a good business, and I'll definitely be using his services again.

Being a customer of Kevin S after having them previously do work at my house, need to comment how upsetting it is to see one of their vehicles whose Driver very rude, thinks he is better than everyone else picking up a hot water heater and gets to park wherever he wants. Laziness in pure form. Great promo for your business. I owned a company I'd want to know if an employee, that's driving a billboard acts out in the wild.. Really represents negatively on kevin Szabo, I'll never use this company again after seeing how the disregard of others around them.

This guy is the best. Super responsive, and always quality work. I've used him 4 times and he's always here within a day or two, the problem is always diagnosed quickly and fixed that same day. Very reasonable rates. Seriously if you live in the western suburbs don't call anyone else, use these guys.

These guys went above and beyond. I bought a new unit in my building and there were a few items I'd planned (fixture changes, sconces, outlet tests) and a few I didn't (2 broken breakers, and a few other complications). Jose was professional, polite, and very helpful. I knew just enough electrical to get part way on some of the projects then got stuck. He made above and beyond trips for parts on short notice and was very easy to work with, both him and his assistance for the heavy lifting. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again, and in case you need them to be insured for your homeowners association, they quickly provided this as well.

We switched our kitchen sink and I needed to move the drain, install garbage disposal, and install new kitchen faucet.  I received a couple of quotes which were around the same price.  I talked to Andrew H. and felt like he was the best option.  He explained least case, min case and best case options and why and let me choose what worked for me.  He had an open dialogue before, during and after the project.  He was careful and thorough and extremely knowledgeable.  I will be requesting Andrew for all future plumbing work!!  Great experience!!

We used Arco when we had an issue in our upstairs shower that was leaking into the ceiling downstairs.  Jason came out and he was very professional and upfront with what needed to be done.  In addition to the shower, Jason was able to fix a leaky shower head in the basement as well as a leaky outdoor faucet.  I will be using Arco again if necessary and I would highly recommend them for their honesty and affordability.

Charges a rate higher than that of a licensed plumber.    i didn't want to take the chance

I had a clogged underground downspout drain in La Grange area.  Just noticed it during installation of new gutters, replacing probably 40 year old gutters.  Rooter showed up within an hour for a free estimate.  He got hands on and showed me how extremely jam packed it was with dirt and roots.  It had probably been that way for years and years.

He offered a few solutions and was honest about the probability of it being a total loss anyway after trying those solutions, needing to dig up and replace the pipe.  In the end, I think I'm going to avoid it altogether and go with a normal above ground downspout solution.  

Rooter has fast, reliable, honest service.  I'm going to call them again the next time I need a plumber.

Where quick, and found issues didn't know we had, the gentleman were knowledgeable and professional. Resolved issues quickly and cleanly. Would recommend!!

Called to set up a time for plumber to come out- he said he would be at my place the next day between 9am-11am... Time goes by- it's 11:30am.. I text... no response!!! I called.. no answer!! I left a VM.. never got a call back!! Horrible responsiveness and customer Service!! Not sure how they have so many good reviews!  Maybe this was an off day but damn!!!

Goode Plumbing took care of an issue with my shower so quickly. I've been trying to get someone there for the past 6 months and finally was referred to them, thank goodness! They set up the appointment with my tenants and informed me of everything before, to get approval and payment, and then contacted me right away when they were finished.

They came in as a partner of my other plumber because he wasn't able to make it but they were fast, reliable and did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend them for any plumbing job!
