They aren't the cheapest but I am very happy with the job and the service people are very professional and polite. I always been a DIY guy and trusting someone else came hard.  I feel we paid too much but got a quality job.

I've been helped by Flush Sewer Service twice,: October 2011 and June 2011.

I called on Tuesday morning June 23, I was told by  Darron that he'll call me back, an hour passed ...nothing. An hour later, I texted him, he said he'll call back within an hour...nothing.
Wednesday, I called the office number, and a man asked if I'm the same guy from Harding and said he'll check schedule and call me back. More than an hour later, nothing.
I called the office, a lady answered and I told her about the the no-calls, and in few minutes Darron called back to say he can't come Wednesday. I described the problem (same as what they've serviced in the past 2 visits). He said he could come Thursday and it will be $165 this time. Wow! $95 in 2011, $85 in 2009 and now $165? Yes, it's the nearly double cost, but more so the I'll call you back within an hour'' and nothing. I work in sales/customer service and I expect professionalism/courtesy.

Called and a plumber came out within an hour.  Professional and polite.  Neat and cleaned up afterward.  Unclogged the shower drain quickly.  Thanks for good service!

We have used Roc for all of our plumbing issues and I cannot say enough great things about them!  I called this morning and got a voicemail and figured I would try back later. Gabby ended up calling ME back apologizing for missing my call. I explained our situation and she was able to get us scheduled service the same day (today). Mike and Luis came out and did an amazing job!  They are professional, reliable and explain everything they are doing and all issues they've found. I myself know nothing about plumbing, so I nod my head and ask more about how much it's going to cost. They have not only rodded(sp?) our pipes, but they have also fixed a busted pipe under our bathroom sink and fixed our sump pump. I highly recommend them and their prices are very reasonable!

Kevin really came to the rescue when I was out of hot water for days. He showed up in an HOUR when others said they were too busy to come out. He came, accessed the problem, restarted the hot water heater for me, waited to make sure it was still running over time, and the issue was fixed.

I can't thank him enough for his time and excellent service. I recommend Kevin and will definitely be calling him in the future!!

When my husband left on a 3 week business trip, I jokingly said I hope nothing breaks while you're gone. Five days later the sump pump goes out ...after asking if anyone I know can recommend a plumber...I hopped on yelp and found Dunbar Plumbing...I called them Monday at 7:30, my sumo pump was installed and I was back in business by 10:45!! Mr. Dunbar explained what I needed, sent pictures, and even offered to send me an estimate for replacing my water heater...I am beyond happy!!! I will recommend them to anybody who asks!! Soon after moving into a new townhouse I needed a new hot water heater. My realtor recommended Boss Plumbing Corp. I contacted the owner Joe Cohen for an estimate. He responded promptly and installed a new water heater. I was so impressed with the quality of his work, his great attitude, and reasonable pricing, that I had him do some additional work replacing outdoor waters pickets and some water lines. A few years later I developed a leak in the master bedroom shower. The water was pouring into the unfinished basement. I called Joe and he came out the same day to take a look. He fixed the leak in minutes. When I asked him what I owe him he said nothing. What plumber does that? I would enthusiastically recommend Boss Plumbing Corp to everyone interested in quality work from a quality man.

My toilet started leaking and I had my daughter turn it off. I went through Yelp to get a quick response from multiple plumbers. The owner was really nice and came over within 1-2 hours. He did a good job, I recommend him highly.

Due to having a maintenance guy on call for our family business I rarely have to seek help for household issues. I called at 9am and they arrived by 10am. They were fast, professional and friendly. They gave tips and information as to prevent future plumbing issues. However, I had a clogged toilet and i waited over night and it still hadn't went down. I plunged forever it seemed. Within 20 mins they had it unclogged and flushing down as before. Thank you Rob and Hazel for such amazing service! There was another guy his name started with a J I believe but he was great as well!!! Again, thank you.

Ralph recently handles two jobs for me at a rental unit in the city.  He did a great job, showed up on time and communicated the issues to me.  Couldn't ask for anything more and will definitely use Ralph again in the future.

These guys are reasonable and kicked arse on a weekend no less! top guys seem really experienced and knowledgeable. so far so good!

Paul and his crew were quick, clean and reasonably priced.  I really have had bad experiences with plumbers, usually they're condescending and aggressive. Never have I experienced that with the two times I've had to use Glennon plumbing in these very old house of mine.  Seriously use them, the best!  Thanks Paul!!

Washing Dishes on a Saturday Afternoon

Action:

I was washing dishes, and I casually reach under the sink to return the dish liquid.  Drip drip; I had a WTF moment.  I grabbed my flashlight to get a better look;  mold had formed on the wood (of the cabinet that hides the pipes) and the pipe was steadily dripping.  Arrggh, I ran to the computer and immediately searched yelp.  After reading all the reviews, I was sold.  I called and explained, to the owner, the situation.  He informed me that he could have someone out to me on Sunday morning.  I told him that I will call other places to see if they can get someone out to me today.  He responded that he would call me back in 5 minutes.  Barely 5 minutes, he calls me back and told me that someone would be over in 45 minutes.  He called back afterward to mention that the plumber was on his way.  Within 15 minutes of the second call, the plumber (Jimmy) arrived.  He assessed the situation, mentioned something about how the original plumbing was done, and ran to get his tools and parts.  After 20 minutes, the job was done!
I highly recommend Good Plumbing, for both the service and customer service.

I had the drain to my sink and garbage disposal back up on me over the weekend. I called All Plumbing & Sewer on Monday morning and they were at my door within an hour. These guys had the problem resolved within a half hour and now the drain runs great! Pricing was very reasonable and the service excellent. I highly recommend.

Pete is a very knowledgeable plumber.  He is straightforward with the scope of the work and pricing and a very fair person to work with.  I appreciate his craftsmanship and use him whenever I have the need for a plumber.

I called this company 3 times a day for 3 days straight and I received no response. I can be swimming in my basement and this plumbing company could not help. Do not waste your time!!!
