My boyfriend and I were having some major issues with our sump pump. Jake did great work, he was very professional, AND came out the same day. We will definitely be using these guys in the future!

Martin is exceptional! This is our first home, and with young kids he has helped us with everything from basic maintenance, fixing dings and damage, to larger projects like tiling and renovations. He gives excellent options that are cost effective, safe, and beautiful. He has a wide range of expertise and he always wears his mask and takes safety precautions very seriously.

Not an emergency, but noticed water was draining slowly in shower. Called Ace and had the guys out within 2 hours. Bobby called me and told me when they were on their way and there they were to save the day. Turned out to be some nasty hair clogs (my fault) but Mike and Mitch (I hope I remember the names right) took care of it all super fast, cleaned up after, and even made me feel better about the whole situation with some lighthearted jokes. Not everyone's experience would need/warrant that last part, but for me it made me feel better about clogging my pipes with chunks of hair and what not. Bobby called later to follow up, much appreciated.  
Bottom line, was it cheap? No, but plumbing hardly ever is and they are experts for a reason. We couldn't and wouldn't want to do it ourselves.
Was the crew responsive, effective, and fast? Absolutely.
Keeping their info in my phone for any issues in the future!

Terry (and his mother) showed up at my work to fix a simple hot water issue. Within a few minutes, water was shooting out everywhere in the back room. Our entire basement was flooded which is where our office is located causing thousands of dollars worth of damages. Computers, printers, tools, many other supplies all covered in a few inches of water. Terry had nothing to say or a way to fix it. Essentially, it was not his fault. He was tricked by the pipes. I had a bad feeling the second I noticed his f*** Obama t-shirt. We have been trying to get a hold of Terry or anyone at this company that seems to not even be a real company for days. No response. This place is a scam do not use them.

Staff is very professional, efficient, and prompt. Had stoppage issue in bathtub and plumber came out to fix it the same day. Great service. Will definitely use them again.

Tim is awesome what more needs to be said?  I called him at 6:30 AM with a leaky pipe and he was at my house as soon as I let him know the City was coming to shut off the water.  Took a nerve wracking situation and handled it professionally.  Very friendly and straightforward and had everything needed for the repair with him.  Quoted me a price on the phone and stuck with it.  Even brought 'inside shoes' because he thought his boots were too dirty (they weren't but much appreciated).  Will definitely have him back for future repairs.  Highly recommended!!!

We called Body plumbing to repair one of our leaking backflow valves. He gave us good price on the repair and he even came twice to work on it after the first attempt did not come out right at no extra charge. His pricing however on testing was good but we found better so we will use another company for yearly testing. We will definitively call him again to get pricing in the future though.

Needed to find a new Backflow inspection company for our home - as our previous vendor chose to shoot up prices beyond our budget.
I was very pleased to have discovered Chicago Backflow.
People I dealt with like Nick, Tiffany, Jessica - and our technician Alan are all superb.  I get the sense this company must be managed very well, because everyone has a very nice attitude and exudes warmth.
Alan showed up right on time at 7am (even with snow falling) and was efficient and had a very kind demeanor.
Price was appropriate.
I'll look forward to working with Chicago Backflow again on my annual inspection next year.  Thanks again, Mark S.

Great experience!  I have never had to call a plumber before....Apparently you don't put cabbage in a garbage disposal.  And Draino...Not all it's cracked up to be(in fact it's just bleach).

 I called around 8 a.m. he said he would be there between 10-12.  I thought oh great I will see him around 2-3...Not the case, he was there at 11:30!  Then went right to work on the pipes, out in less then 30 minutes and at an excellent price.

He was very informative, and knew his stuff and very quick to answer any questions we had.  Told us things to look out for, and that if it get's backed up again, to call.  He will guarantee his work

Eric and his staff are always great. They are prompt at getting back to me. They are always pleasant and professional. His prices are always reasonable and the workmanship is always top notch. He has repaired dripping faucets, broken pipes, resealed toilets for us. He also installed a new shower system, he was so great in helping me figure out how to find the best one out there to replace the old one that was rather unique. He has a lot of patience as we trouble shoot and then he shifts into resolving the issue. Pleasant to have around our busy household. Prompt, courteous, professional. Living in an old house it is so nice to have a good plumber to call when needed!

Kevin and Ron are truly amazing professionals.  They were the only company to actually go to the property to evaluate the situation for 2 different homes recently. The water pressure in my mother's bath tub faucet was down to a trickle, I was very concerned that the 55 year old pipes needed to be replaced.  Jose the plumber recommended the Pressure Pro to me.  Jay showed up on time and within 30 minutes had the water gushing out like new construction plumbing!  Jay told me to make sure to call him back in case there was a problem as his work is fully guaranteed.  For incredible work at a very reasonable price, I uneqivocally recommend Pressure Pro!

Earl and Robert came to check out my garbage disposal, after I called J Blanton complaining that it had not been running well.

It turns out the garbage disposal (which had been replaced just about a month ago by a different company) was fine, but the people who had replaced it last time had failed to inform me of some basic actions I would need to take in the first few months to help it run properly.

The guys showed me what to do, and said it would be just fine going forward, and said they wouldn't charge me for the visit, which I thought was awfully generous.

They were extremely pleasant, on time, and very informative. I will absolutely be sending more work their way in the future.
