Friendly, fast and very knowledgeable.  We needed a handyman to come and re-attach our stove hood that fell off the wall the previous night.  Andrew was here the next morning and fixed it better than before.  Would definitely use him again.

After trying other plumbers I decided to go with Armbrust due to their very good ratings.  I made an appointment to have work done and Adam came right on time.  He was careful, thorough and explained how he was going to do the job.  He worked quickly and deliberately. It took about two hours to get the job done.  He left the house as clean as it was when he arrived as he brought in a drop sheet for our carpeted stairs and cardboard to protect the floor and walls.  I believe he diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly for us. Excellent job! Would recommend.

Gary Jr. is fantastic!    I recently had InSink install a tankless water heater in my home and I could not be happier.  My old water heater was 20 years old and it was in a small closet with no floor drain next to a wood floor. I felt I was living on borrowed time and I wanted to get it replaced before it sprung a leak and ruined the floor.    Gary figured out the best place to install the tankless unit and not try to persuade me to leave it in the same closet like some other plumbers I had quote me the work.  He listens to what the customer wants/needs and comes up with solutions.  He is meticulous in his work and it shows!  All my friends are jealous on how cool or should I say how hot it looks/works.  If you don't want to be kicking yourself later hire InSink first.

I contacted Adam Hadib with A1-Services.  He answered his phone, no voicemail. He asked for photos of the work we needed done, then he sent me back his reasonable quote.

He was able to come out the next day to install our shower door. (He was booked up all week after Sunday).

He did a wonderful job! He was very personable; kind;considerate, & honest.

We will definitely call him again if needed.

We had kind of an emergency with the sudden onset of a plugged sewer line. Probably my fault for not taking care of regular maintenance but, regardless, I called and they were able to send someone within a half hour. The line hadn't been rodded for several years but they were able to get the line open and flowing. Not an easy job but done as quickly and efficiently as possible.  Needless to say, I was expecting the worst when the bill was totaled but discovered it was reasonable, especially given the short notice on the job.

I came across DreamHouse plumbing through a common friend. And then we talked to Audrey from DHP team and he was always very prompt and quick in action when it comes to knowing the problem to fix whether it be Undersink ,pipe line  and outdoor valve issues. I highly recommend Audrey and his team at DHP for any of your plumbing services.

These guys are awesome! Arrive when they say they will arrive...which, for a last minute emergency call, was above and beyond appreciated. Shout out to Rob and TJ for making time for us during our plumbing disaster. We have worked with Central plumbing on numerous occasions and they have been pleasure to do business with. Feel like when I call I am talking to family and they have my back. Can't say enough good things about this company. You guys are doing it right. Keep it up!!

I want the world to know that the guys at Pittman Plumbing and Sewer are my heroes.

I discovered a large puddle of water in my yard. Initially, i thought it was a leak from the lawn sprinkler system.  We dug up the area and found it was coming from a break in the sewer.

Immediately, i called several companies to get estimates for repair.  I most say, because this was an emergency repair, time for a fix was crucial. The trades men called were all known to me, so I was more trusting of their ability and the quotes than if they had been unknown.  

Thank God that I followed my cardinal rule of getting three quotes.  I would say, in emergencies it is MOST important because you are most vulnerable to pay any price quoted.  Able Sewers was the largest paniic seller with a price gouging total that they were UNWILLING ti negotiate.  

Thank God for Pittman Plumbing. They responded quickly, gave me their NON PANIC price and made the repair, upgraded my sewer service, cleaned up the area, leaving the ground smooth and undisturbed.

Nothing affordable about these people. They didn't do bad work but they did lie to me about repairs needed. Here was my situation, I had 2 leaks in my basement coming from the first floor. One of the leaks was from the kitchen sink. I was told that the dishwasher next to my sink has another leak (an unknown 3rd) and the second leak in my basement was from a bad sewer line which is solid iron and not built to ever be replaced. Total cost $2100. I decided that the kitchen sink was the only priority and ended up paying $650 Turns out that the leak under the dishwasher was from the kitchen sink, a simple case of water going to the lowest point in the floor before finding a space to leak into my basement. Also, the bathroom leak was from a crack in the tile in the bath tub which a friend of mine found and and filled with clear silicone caulk. It's been about 6 months now and my basement is perfectly dry :)

Our neighbors were having some work done by this company, so we decided to ask them if they could take a look at our 2 spigots (one had a broken handle and one had no handle; both had a working water supply). They drove about 20 feet next door to our house and was going to charge us full price for a service call. When I offered a cash price $25 less than the quoted price, since they were already next door, it was refused. When I told my neighbor what occurred, she told me he was the owner! I guess this small, local, family-owned business is more about making money & unnecessarily overcharging customers than acquiring new ones.

We always call them. They are very professional. They're reasonably priced and they always get the job done well. And they have no mess behind. Highly recommend

George is extremely knowledgeable and is the reason Harlem Supply exists. George was never let go, he owned the business, sold it and stayed on to help teach the new owner the business.  It is very hard to help people, when they can't clearly tell you what is wrong.  It is because George's help is still needed that he came back.  The business was set up to serve plumbers primarily, but they are always willing to try and help non-plumbers.  I would give them 5 stars, but they just can't always have everything you need in stock, nor can they have all the personnel needed to immediately wait on every customers - no one can.

He was responsive but was going back and forth with the numbers. We didn't have a good experience with this business. We paid for the service to show up but didn't use him for further repair. I would highly suggest to go with other plumber.

I needed a new lever for my toilet (and the plumber was here for backflow testing anyway).  Walked up 2 flight of stairs, flushed the toilet twice and said we needed a new lever.  He went to the hardware store on Madison (he said he had to go there anyway), they didn't have the part.  Ordered the part for $14.75.  Came today walked up 2 flights of stairs, put in the toilet lever (10 minutes) and the bill:  hold on to your chairs.....$223.25  I don't mind paying a fair price.  He said they were union plumbers, that's why the higher rates.  UGH.

Horrible customer service.  I was in need of assistance, looking for a part for my toilet and was not assisted in a friendly manner.  I was the only woman in line and was treated in a demeaning manner, even the other men waiting for assistance laughed at the customer service rep assisting me, guess if you are a woman, in a man's plumbing world you are considered a joke.  I would never recommend this store to anyone!
