Expert Plumbing has reliable and trained staff: they're a pleasure to have on site. Their pricing is fair. Have used several times for sink - toilet(s) - tankless water heater - outdoor shower etc. Am happy to refer their services to others.

Of course this kind of thing always happens during the holidays. Toilet overflowing, day after Christmas, and Steve got here within 2 hours of my call and fixed it, even recommended a different plunger than we currently use so we wouldn't have to call again if it was an ordinary clog.

We had an issue with our tubs and toilets backing up about 7:00 am. I ran to my computer to do some research about plumbers. After a few phone calls to other plumbing companies that didn't respond, I called Pro Roto. The phone was answered after a few rings by a guy Marco. Marco told me he would be at my house in thirty minutes. About 20 minutes later Marcos was at my front door. He snaked the clean out and solved the problem almost immediately. Marco could have taken my money and been on his way, but told me that he thought that something just wasn't right. So, Marco sent his camera down the sewer line and showed me the bad news. My sewer line had collapsed. Bad news any homeowner doesn't want to hear. We talked about a price and Marco told me that he could have the job done by next day. The next morning at 8:30 Pro Roto showed up to start the work. I was thinking there is noway that they will finish the job in one day. By 4:00 that afternoon the doorbell rang, the workers were telling me that they had finished and were leaving. I walked out to check things out and to my amazement, they had done a great job. It almost looked like they were never there. The sidewalk and walkway were washed down and the hose had been put back where it belonged. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CALL PRO ROTO FIRST!! They are by far the best plumbing company I have ever dealt with.

Under awful circumstances I had to get a plumber. Called Letts Plumbing and has a wonderful experience. Would recommend to anyone. Great and professional.

Like a good neighbor, I was helping someone in my court with her tenant. They called the city and she had 5 days to complete the work. I desperately went to Yelp and submitted a quote and Mr. Reliable Plumbing & Heating called me within 15 minutes of requesting the quote. They quickly scheduled Bruce and within an hour he was at the property to inspect the work.

Bruce was honest and told us the leaks were minor and assured us he could complete all the work within 2 days. He regrouted the tub, fixed a broken valve, and repaired a leaky sink. They filed the needed permits if needed with the City. After the repairs were completed the tenant damaged them. Bruce went out again at no cost to ensure the repairs were completed before the City inspection.

They charged us $60 to inspect the repairs but overall they were competitive with the market and quick and efficient. Leaks are stressful, but they don't have to be with the right help.

Scott's plumbing is great! I've been using Scott ever since he was starting out working for Tom. This family run business is honest and dependable.  You can count on them!

Joksan did a variety of repairs for me, some of which were difficult to figure out and solve:
- found issues regarding the discharge for a tankless water heater
- service and flush out tankless
- fix clog issues in shower and sink
- replace several valves

His price was reasonable, he was reliable, did an excellent job, and kept his word.  He is a skilled plumber - knowledgeable and smart. I will be using him for all my plumbing needs.

I have an old house with old plumbing. So the thought of calling a plumber makes me anxious. I had a tub faucet that had been leaking for a while and took a stab at fixing it myself. Luckily the screw was stripped and I gave up. Had I continued I would have definitely made it worse.

My neighbor highly recommended Barnett and they were the only plumber I called. They even bumped up my appointment because they had a plumber Matt available sooner.

Matt our plumber is great. He's  wry personable and informative. He accurately diagnosed the problem and had the exact part on the truck.

The leak was fixed in under an hour and worth every penny. I should have called sooner.

I will call Barnett again for future plumbing problems and recommend them to others.

I called because my water heater is well over 10 years old and I felt it needed to be changed.  A group arrived from Blossom Valley Plumbing and carefully inspected the water heater.  I was pleasantly surprised to find that they felt it was a high quality unit that they felt was superior to the current heaters on the market.  Their advice was to hold off on changing it.
WOW - I DIDN'T EXPECT THIS AND WAS TOTALLY IMPRESSED THAT THEY RECOMMENDED THAT NO WORK BE DONE.
I WILL DEFINITELY CALL THEM BACK FOR ALL MY FUTURE PLUMBING NEEDS!

We got estimates from a number of well known companies for air conditioner installation for a classic SF Edwardian home.  Not an easy job. Ryanat, Juan and the team were consummate professionals.  The installation is sleek and works beautifully. Ready for climate change and these warmer SF days. We recently had a major whole house repiping project in our home.  MTZ Plumbing was recommended by a friend of ours who was very pleased with their work.  Alex and Jose were the main plumbers.  They were both professional, personable and trustworthy.  They always kept us informed of the progress and their arrival time each day.  They were clearly knowledgeable, and their experience was self evident.  We were impressed that they had the most up to date tools and used quality materials.  Overall, we were very pleased with their work which was excellent and would gladly recommend them to anyone.

Anar ghosted me twice. I wrote a negative review the first time he ghosted me so he called I couldn't pick up no message no email no nothing ghosted twice .As property owner property ,manager & builder no way would I hire this guy.

Matt came out no more than two hours after I called. He snaked a clogged drain via the roof and in no time he was done and gone. Great service.

He fixed our problem.
He showed up, reviewed the situation, and went through good trouble shooting techniques (which took some time) and was able to get the job done.
Above average communication skills - plain and simple with no BS.
He enlisted help from his colleagues, which were also good people and did good work.
He was empathetic to our situation, and gave it priority.

Andrew is a polite and hard working young man. He replaced our water heater neatly and quickly.

Most recently, I had a broken bathroom sink drain stopper and two dripping sink faucets.  Richard came out on time and fixed everything quickly -- and with no problems.  He was courteous and explained everything he was doing.   I have used Smart Plumbers on numerous other occasions -- to fix a broken shower faucet and a broken garbage disposal and to replace old sink faucets -- and they have never disappointed.  I highly recommend Smart Plumbers.
