I called last week and I spoke with Russ; we made an appointment for yesterday 2-4pm for someone to come to our home and give us a quote.
Not only that no one showed up or called to cancel, but although I called and left a message, no one returned my call.
What kind of customer service is this?!
Very disappointed.

I changed the number of stars from 1 to 4; Russ came next day apologizing over and over and recognizing that he discovered  some voicemail issues which he will fix.
He gave us a quote, quite High, which made us postpone the project for a while.
Based on our interaction he seems like a solid professional which knows what he is supposed to do.

I needed my water heater replaced and called expert plumbing to do the work after seeing all the positive reviews. In short, the owner is eager to have a satisfied client and responds quickly to email. However, the heater was initially installed out of level and was visibly leaning. The area around the unit wasn't picked up and the recirculating pump wasn't plugged in. The owner corrected the first promptly and I dealt with the rest.

The water is once again hot, the unit is now level and the family is happy. However here are my post-event thoughts: Talal the owner has fine intentions and is a good  communicator. His employees (or at least the one assigned to complete my job) was hasty and should be given a completion checklist to consult for every future job.

i called these guys last weekend after my other favorite plumber got overbooked. i had hired someone (incompetent handyman) to do some finishing work in my kitchen & they told me they'd install my new faucet & garbage disposal. the other guys came twice & it still leaked! Called these guys and they came within 45 mins on a Saturday! Of course they fixed what the ridiculous handyman cheaped out on fixture-wise. I was happy, until today. Ran the garbage disposal and ended up with another wet floor. Called these guys again & he came out & replaced a worn out washer, for free! no charge-yay! was there for less than 15 mins! I'm very pleased with their promptness, neatness and great work! thanks!

Very in time and helpful. Plus, they are very easy going, accommodating, knowledgeable, and eager to help professionals. I think they could be trusted and count on.

We had an overflow that started coming from the bottom of one toilet. I ordered a wax ring hoping it was just the toilet ring that hasn't been serviced in year, I was wrong . The next day my wife worked from home and was running the washer and dishwasher and noticed that everything was leaking! She stopped immediately and we called Happy Rooter (Victor) who showed up in less than 2hrs from the time we called! The guys hauled equipment under the house too only discover we had a access point in the drive that looked like an old receptacle outlet. Nonetheless they had the main unplugged in an hour!!! I failed to mention that I am on Mt. Hamilton's d slightly remote. I just wanted to  say thank you for the fast remedy and great price!!!

I would highly recommend Mr. Reliable because of the exceptional customer service I received from both Diane who originally took my phone call, to Bruce who came out promptly to see if I had a major issue with my noisy toilet and a foul odor in the same bathroom.

Diane was extremely patient and understanding when I explained my issues and tried her best to get someone out same day, since I was filled with worry.

Bruce arrived within hours in his nice red shirt & hat uniform with a friendly disposition. He asked what the issues were and was eager to figure out some resolutions. Good news was that the toilet was just fine, and not leaking the fill valve was just noisy. Bad news was the foul odor was determined to be something dead behind a wall or between floors that did not make it out. He was so knowledgeable and made sure everything in that bathroom was draining, p-traps in place and everything venting properly as well.

So, overall my experience was wonderful to work with people who genuinely cared about making sure I didn't have a major sewage leak.

This is the first time I have written a review of any service. I seleted Tom's and Scott's Plumbing based based on Yelp reviews. I highly recommend them. They dug out a 1 foot hole from the house to the street and after they were done, Frank and Hugo, you could not tell there was ever a drench dug. They were quick and efficient and reasonable.

Had a clogged shower that couldn't be fixed with snaking the shower itself, so I needed someone who could snake a roof vent. This was a second story vent with a steep roof, so most people wouldn't have taken this job. G&J came out on a Saturday morning and safely and expertly handled the situation at a very reasonable price. I will definitely consider them for future plumbing needs and would encourage anyone to do the same.

I had an extremely positive experience throughout -- from my first phone call with Lee for a quote to Alberto coming onsite to inspect and replace our 34-year old water heater. Communication was excellent, and everyone was also courteous, professional, and efficient. It was a tremendous amount of work, but Alberto managed to complete it in one day. What I appreciate very much about Barnett Plumbing & Water Heaters is their transparency about the itemized costs for the job. The company's honesty and dedication to the highest quality work has earned my trust, and I will definitely contact them again for any future plumbing needs.

We had a terrific experience with BVP. During a consultation for landscaping in our front yard, one of the contractors advised that we replace our main line because our plumbing was ready to fail. The whole house was still original 1955 galvanized steel, so we knew re-piping was something we'd need to consider at some point. We were referred to Mark Brewer, at Blossom Valley Plumbing.

Mark was quick to reply when engaged and immediately sent Doug to the house to evaluate our needs. Doug is tremendously good natured and helpful. He walked through the house and checked the crawl space out. Ultimately, we decided to tackle the main line AND the pipes under the house at the same time. It seemed like a big project... but Mark estimated that his guys would be in and out in a single day.

The day of the project, Doug, George, and their crew were very prompt and polite. My wife showed them their access points and, from there, they went to work. The crew in the front yard had our main line dug up, replaced, and working in less than 8-hours. The backyard crew, going under the house to replace the pipes, were equally prompt and helpful. When something didn't work as intended, they'd take it apart and start over. George took apart our bathroom faucet 3 different times to improve the water pressure, at no additional cost. They even offered to put in a new hose valve in our side yard, since they saw we had a garden over there. It wasn't very expensive and it helps me water without having to drag an extra large hose from the backyard to the side yard.

Blossom Valley Plumbing will be handling all of our plumbing needs going forward. We're so glad they were recommended to us!

These guys are awesome!!! They were so busy that we didn't think it would happen...they took a few visits to diagnose our furnace. Ryan went above and beyond for us he gets 10 stars!! He came a couple of times and really worked hard...plus he is very personable and nice. The work was outstanding the price was a deal. We definitely will recommend IRBIS to our family and friends.They treat you like family and do exceptional work for a great price!

Hector came to my house late during a minor plumbing emergency and did everything needed and more to make everything perfect!

Great service and very courteous.  Hired to replace shower faucet, paint vents on the rooftop, paint a bedroom and power wash the back yard. I was surprised when he said he could take care of all on the same day. He also completed lots of other small jobs like changing a screen and changing two door locks without charging me for his labor; just the price of parts and materials he purchased.

He's an honest person and his price is very reasonable. He is courteous, works hard and efficiently, and cleans up after the work is done. He goes above and beyond to help with some minor fixes.

Look at the other reviews. We cannot all be making it up.

I have worked with a number of plumbers throughout the years. A year back when in a bind , when my long term  plumber was unavailable I found Matt through Yelp.
He has done 3 jobs for me and all have been solid. He has been responsive, does a thorough evaluation of the problem , goes the extra mile and does not hesitate to get dirty to solve the problem. I give Matt high marks as he is a true professional.

After a late night toilet backup discovery I text Garrison in the morning to get my septic pumped. They got back to me a little over an hour later with a breakdown of estimated costs, and a time that same day. No fuss and very easy.

We had a few things installed for our new home - new Toto toilets, shower valve, bathtub faucet, kitchen faucet. They came in person for an estimate. Communication was very prompt and courteous. All items were professionally installed and even went beyond expectation. Date of completion were a bit delayed but were due to the missing part problems and were solved soon after we got the replacement parts. Overall very pleased with the service done and will definitely recommend.

Unfortunately had to use their services again, but I'm happy that whenever my house's pipes decide to show their age I have reliable plumbers to rescue me.

Had to replace kitchen pipes and garbage disposal. Tyrone came out and did the initial repair. Tyrone took a long time to do the repair and overcharged extra $350 from his  his initial quote of $650. On top of that he didn't even do it right. He forgot to remove the disposal gap so my dishwasher was not draining at all. All the dirty dishwasher water was coming out from the air gap.

I called Ace Plumbing and they sent Moustafa over the next day. Moustafa immediately fixed the problem within 10 minutes. He apologized for Tyrone's mistake and now everything is working again. Anyways, based on all the yelp reviews, it's probably a good idea to request Moustafa to do your repairs and AVOID Tyrone!!!! Overall, 5 stars for Moustafa, 1 star for Tyrone, so a 3 stars review is fair in my opinion.
