A solid 5 star experience. Phone calls answered promptly, appointment was made to handle my leaky emergency right away. Situation was handled in a professional manner, and the price was appropriate.

I hope I don't need his services again, but if I do he'll be the first call.

Talal came and solved a problem with our instant hot water heater right away. We really appreciate his approach and care.

We couldn't find a plumber that was opened on Sundays and also able to come within the hour but Steve Kim was able to show up at our doorsteps within 30 mins from the time we called him!  He was respectful to take his shoes off and helped us and our neighbor who we shared the kitchen drain pump with fix our backed up kitchen sink. The job was complicated and dirty but he was able to unclog the mess within 1.5 hours!!!

I called Marco about a clogged kitchen sink on Monday morning and asked for an estimate for work that evening. He suggested an early morning time instead, explaining that evening and weekend work cost more. I appreciated him looking after my bottom line so agreed to a Tuesday 7:30-9:30 am window. He showed up promptly at 8:30 and had everything fixed and cleaned by 9:30, all the while saying hi to my dog and even taking a couple of customer phone calls. Note: the work didn't stop or slow while he talked on the phone. We chatted about what he was doing with the sink, where the problem occurred, and how I could avoid it in the future. Good price at the end and I'll make sure to hang on to his number.

Water was backing up in my shower and bathtub when running the washing machine. I called happy router to see if they could come out and give me an estimate. They gave me an estimated time that they would be there between 10:30 and 12:30. I received text messages providing an update as to when to expect the technician and who the technician would be. Upon arrival a sewer clean out was unable to be visually located around the perimeter of my house. The technician quoted me approximately $1100-$1400 to dig up the sewer line, cut the pipe, install a two way clean out ava snake the line. I gave the go ahead since I had little options. The technician began digging and actually found the pre-existing clean out. He promptly informed me and said he would only charge me $250 to clean the line. He could have easily just dig around in the front yard and charged me to install the clean out and I would never have known the difference since I was at work when he was there and my wife was in the house with out three month old. He was honest and upfront. I would recommend them to others.

After a leak detection service located a leak outdoors in our main water line, Letts was able to schedule the faulty pipe connection a few days later (including a weekend) and repaired it in about half a day.  A fair amount of digging was involved.  The plumber provided good advice about the time needing for the repair to cure and the best way to carefully turn the water back on.

I got there reference from Angie's list.  It said $49 of your service call.  However, they informed me it will be taken of repair charges.  However, it is a scam.  There only goal is to collect the service fee, as predatory pricing schemes and poor service.  For example, for a small job like Toilet flush repair - they asked for $200+.  Anthony was only interested in collecting his service fee and had very bad attitude toward customer satisfaction.

Without hesitation we would recommend Tom and Scott's plumbing.  Finding a plumbing company that you can rely on for the quality of work, honesty in explaining the problem and not overcharging for the parts and labor is a rare find.  High marks to Hugo who within a hour had our master bath toilet seal replaced, work place cleaned - you would never know anyone had been in the bathroom!  Hugo was not only exceptional in knowledge but courteous, helpful and offered tips and suggestions to maintenance and care.  Thank you, Hugo and Tom and Scott's plumbing.

Huge thanks to Matt from Barnett Plumbing for correcting our water pressure issues. After listening to my explanation and asking a few questions, he diagnosed the problem as not enough pressure coming through the pipes. He zeroed in on the fix and started making adjustments.

The adjustments did the trick and now we have the optimal water pressure in all faucets and showers throughout the house. He and I did several tests to make sure the pressure did not drop when multiple faucets or showers were turned on simultaneously. Matt took his time and assured me that he wanted to make sure I was happy with the results. I can definitively say the answer is Yes!

He was kind of enough to look into a couple issues with our outdoor hose bibs and suggest how to correct the issues there.

This was a great experience and I highly recommend Matt and Barnett Plumbing.

Legit.  Mark and his guy came over to fix 5 problems including a clogged dishwasher port, couple of slow drains, a leaky faucet stem, and a shower pressure balancing valve problem.

They were on time.  They got straight to the point.

The great thing is that they thought they needed two parts (1 for shower and 1 for faucet), they were able to diagnose and fix it without having to replace the part.  Score.

They were both super courteous and local SJ folks - they are invested in their company and do not want to risk it due to bad reviews.

Great job and will be hiring them to install a whole house filter (which Mark gave me some really good advice and consulting on which system to go with, what to look for, and good brands to check out.)

Quality of work or the price - am I pleasantly amazed? No I will have to say. Having said that tho.. they provided service right away and they made a second trip to my home the same day (with a missing replacement part). So I am happy overall.

Had a problem with my kitchen faucet which needed replacement . Hector was upfront with his pricing and came and got the job done perfectly in time . Appreciate the professionalism and the good job done.

Matt was called when our water heater failed. He asked me a few questions on the phone and then asked me to send him a picture of the info label on the side of the water heater. He knew what was wrong, got the serial number off of the label and showed up on time with the right part.

He had the water heater running in less than 30 minutes, cleaned up the area, and was on his way.  I was very impressed.

He's polite, showed up on time, and very professional. I asked for his card and will use him again. I highly recommend Matt.

We've been working with Phil at Garrison Plumbing for many years.  In addition to service and remodel plumbing they do new Septic Construction.  Phil has engineers that he works with that can handle everything from the design, permitting and final construction of the Septic system.  They also do the new gray water and sophisticated high level filtering systems.  Unfortunately, they don't do Septic tank pumping.
 I highly recommend you call Phil.  He does a professional job at a fair price and stands behind his work.

I sent out a Yelp quote request for a thermostat replacement, and Andrew responded within minutes. Both Andrew and Charlis were very flexible with their schedules and showed up in a couple of days. They were very courteous, polite, on time, and attentive to details. They did a great job with the electrical rewiring needed for my Google Nest installation. Would recommend these guys anytime.

We used Smart Plumbers to replace an old water heater that suddenly sprang a leak. They did a wonderful job and were a highlight to a rather trying day.

We have used several plumbing services in the area and Smart Plumbers was by far the best. In particular, the price was reasonable, the quality of the work was high and I was impressed with their attention to detail.  I felt that they were giving us honest appraisals of the work needed, and never felt like we were being sold unnecessary services.

I also want to call out our plumber, Yohvany, for his persistence and hard work and for his positive attitude.  The job had a couple of setbacks that required him to stay longer.  Without asking, he put in the extra work and remained cheerful.  I also appreciated the advice he gave us about other plumbing issues in our house.

I have already recommend Smart Plumbers to others and will not hesitate to use them in future.

Great service in an emergency situation. When our sewer line began backing up into our garage and laundry room on a Sunday morning we tried 1) calling our regular plumber (couldn't come until Tuesday) and 2) a service that prominently advertised they were available 24/7 (they weren't). We found Ace, who said they would have someone to our home in two hours. They arrived in 45 minutes. Kyle took care of the problem and explained to us what he was doing and why. Within an hour of his arrival everything was fixed and we were able to get back to our weekend. How terrific was that!?
