Discovered a leak in the main waterline to our house.  Called Russ and he returned my call  promptly and was able to come out the same same day as promised.  He took the time to explain the problem and how he was going to fix it.  Had the repair completed within an hour or so and that included getting proper parts.  My husband, who is knowledgeable, was impressed because the workmanship and parts used were superior.  Thanks Russ

The new house needed lots of love which included plumbing and electrical. Both companies I used recommended/ knew each other which was a plus. I want to say thank you Expert Plumbing, specifically Talal for the immediate response time, scheduling appointments and follow up on the initial job. I was able to schedule an appointment with ease through Yelp, and after an estimate Talal fixed the water heater and kitchen sink. He immediately came back the following week when the kitchen sink was having a drip issue. Sink was fixed. Customer service was stellar and by far one of the best I have experienced in 2020. My plumbing phase one is done but in the future I will definitely be calling Expert Plumbing for my bathroom sinks. Again thank you for providing quality service to the 831!

I reached out to Mr. Kim and he replied fairly quickly. I usually have to contact him each year since my pipes get clogged by the city tree roots. This has been an ongoing problem and the toilets and shower get backed-up.
Javier came out to the house and fixed the problem. However, a few days later, I noticed the toilet was gurgling while I was showering. So, I contacted Mr. Kim again and the response time was wonderful.
Javier and James came out this time. I ended up changing out the pipe to the main city line, which was a huge project. It took 5 days, yet James and Javier were so professional and completed the big job. The plumbing has been wonderful and it makes a huge difference. They had to dig at least a 6 foot trench and were working underneath the home. Still, they kept the inside of my home nice and neat, using butcher paper, booties to cover their shoes, and a zipper door to block the dust.
I couldn't have been happier with the end product and the success of the new pipes even though it cost quite a bit. It was well worth it since James said my pipe had a crack in it and it probably would've cracked within a year. James talked me through the process and showed me the rust and decay on the old piping, so I was being educated through the process.

Had a emergency plumbing need on a Friday night and they were able to come out on short notice! Price was very high (also due to it being an emergency) but what has to be fixed has to be fixed! Would use their services again!

We had an overflow that started coming from the bottom of one toilet. I ordered a wax ring hoping it was just the toilet ring that hasn't been serviced in year, I was wrong . The next day my wife worked from home and was running the washer and dishwasher and noticed that everything was leaking! She stopped immediately and we called Happy Rooter (Victor) who showed up in less than 2hrs from the time we called! The guys hauled equipment under the house too only discover we had a access point in the drive that looked like an old receptacle outlet. Nonetheless they had the main unplugged in an hour!!! I failed to mention that I am on Mt. Hamilton's d slightly remote. I just wanted to  say thank you for the fast remedy and great price!!!

Can't speak highly enough....John and Bob came over to repair some leaking pipes and a bad air gap under our kitchen sink the same day after they had a late cancellation.  Both John and Bob were a true pleasure to work with and did a great job on the repairs  Their scheduling coordinator, Amber was also first class and went out of her way to make everything work.  Would definitely use them again.

I'm glad we called these guys.  Their prices were competitive, they are knowledgeable, fast with scheduling and job completion and yes, reliable.  The work was tidy and clean and the new furnace works great.  Communication by email (my preferred method) was super easy and almost immediate. I would definitely recommend them for any HVAC issues.

I need to thank The Plumbing Gallery for referring Tom's Plumbing/Scott's Plumbing. I had a new toilet installed. Cody arrived at the beginning of the scheduled window period and completed the job quickly and cleaned everything very well. Cody was personable and answered all my questions. He was also able to fix another problem with my shower dial. I have found my new go to plumber.

I contacted Joksan for a leak in my RO filter. I tried to fix the leak myself for an hour before I gave up and decided to call a plumber. It was Sunday and most plumbers were either charging a surcharge to come for a quote or did not have availability for several days.
Joksan saw the picture and video I sent, and immediately diagnosed the problem to be coming from inside the filter. In hindsight, any experienced plumber should be able to spot that. But apparently no one else did. Joksan's tip helped me to fix my RO filter over the Labor Day weekend, it saved me not only time but also money.
I will definitely call him back for anything plumbing related in my home.

Our tank-less water heater bit the dust.....Barnett to the rescue! Having no hot water is no fun and they made the replacement process quick and easy. What I liked the best is they answer the phone every time, we called a few other plumbers that might not get back to you for hours, something to be said for customer service!!

Hector is the best. I've had him out twice now for two separate issues. He is friendly, responsive, timely, professional, and wears slips so as to not track in any dirt. He will explain what the problem is, what caused it, what can be done, and what the cost (and sometimes risk!) of certain actions and repairs might be before he puts the work in.

First time out, he replaced the shutoff valves for my kitchen sink when I had replaced the faucet, but found I couldn't hook it up because the old shutoff values had old weird soldered copper pipes rather than a threaded hookup. He took the time to explain where the water main shutoff was to the house, how to fix the problem, and also answered all my questions about also adding in a reverse-osmosis water filtration system while he was replacing the shutoffs. The sink works like a dream now and the water filtration system has been a game-changer, especially during quarantine where most of what we are drinking comes from the tap rather than out at work/restaurants.

The second time he came out, he fixed an issue I had with my shower leaking. He was running a little bit late, but called me multiple hours in advance to let me know so I could rearrange my schedule and he actually showed up at the new time when he said he would (professional!!).  He simply tightened up a few things, said there was no underlying problem, and didn't charge me for the ~20 minutes of service (and education on how shower valves work!). Look no further, MTZ are the guys you want

I found Matt through Yelp. We had a plumbing emergency (clogged mainline sewer) on Jan 1 and Matt was the only plumber who was available and he answered the phone promptly. A couple of other plumbing agencies got back to me (after I left text messages) and quoted double and triple their usual rates since it was a holiday. Matt arrived within 15 minutes and he immediately diagnosed what the problem was. He snaked the main sewer line and cleaned out roots that had grown within the pipe. He also gave us recommendations on how to fix this problem in the long term. Matt is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and has very reasonable rates. He even emailed us a e-receipt and accepted payment through check (no sketchy cash-only payments). I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Phil and his helper are the best plumbers I have ever used.  Not only professional, but on time when they say they'll be there, excellent work, care for your property while there, and beat everyone else's price.  If you need a plumber, I highly recommend Phil Garrison.  He also works on and installs septic systems and leech fields.  Call Phil, you won't be disappointed.

I had an old AC unit, and it finally died.  I had several quotes done, and AY EMP was the quickest to respond, was thorough in discovery, gave the best quote, and surprised me by upgrading my original quoted unit at no additional charge.  The team was polite and you almost barely knew they were here.  I am so pleased with Andrew and the team, and they let me know they perform a wide variety of services.  This was such a good experience, I plan to work with them on future projects.

They may be OK, but Alex has been here twice in just over a week and we're still having problems. It's time to move on to another company to clean out our drain.

From the beginning quote, which was the best that I had of the 6 plumbing companies that gave me an estimate.  Joel from Ace was the first estimator of the 6 companies that I called, that took the extra time to reevaluate the entire problem and come up with a permanent solution, not just a temporary band-aid on a much bigger problem. Everyone from Ace knew what to do and how to do it properly and professionally. Joel was the primary foreman on this job and consulted with 3 other senior Ace plumbers and even an outside engineer to make sure that this job was done correctly, and the sewer line was re-routed in a manner that would not only get S.F. City inspection approval but would last a hundred years!  Joel was on the job daily with trained crews doing various aspects of this extensive job. No questions of what they needed to do or how. They know plumbing and they know how to do it right! The crews were there working diligently throughout and did so with pride and a smile and in getting the job done right! The office staff at Ace was equally pleasant and responsive. I am so happy that I chose Ace Plumbing!
