We had a great experience with Top Hat and Russ. My mother had a leak in her back yard under the sidewalk that was tied into main water service which cut off all water to the house. Russ responded within 2 hours and had the repair complete by 5:00 PM.
Very professional, fairly priced, honest and explained options to my 88 year old mother that she could understand. Russ removed concrete so cleanly we were able to reinsert flag of concrete saving her money.
I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TOP HAT PLUMBING FOR ANY PLUMBING NEEDS.

Excellent service! I can't' thank Talal and Moe enough for their responsive and professional competency. I called Expert Plumbing on a Wednesday morning before work about our leaking water heater. Talal called me back within 15 minutes and was able to stop by soon after to assess our situation. We had an old propane water heater located precariously in the attic. Talal walked me through all the options and estimated costs. We knew it was going to be a big project because we wanted to eliminate the attic option and install a new water heater into an outside workshop shed. Talal was able to schedule it for the very next day so we wouldn't have to be without hot water for very long. I was very grateful to not only have hot water but to get a new water heater installed a safe location by Thursday night. I will definitely call them again!

I had an emergency on Saturday night and I had to cut the water for the whole house. I couldn't wait until Monday without water at all. I called 24hr Drain Pro Plumbing and the plumber came same day. The breakage wasn't easily accessible, so once he was there, he didn't just repair a broken piece of pipe, he also replaced the other pipe that was very rusty too to avoid the same problem in the near future. The service is pretty expensive, but I won't have the same problem again so it's worth the money. Thank you for saving my weekend!

Pro Roto did an amazing job identify and cleaning up a clog in our master bathroom.  Not only was the technician fixing the issue, he was also helping me prevent the issue going forward.  

They were quick to come out and always looking out to make sure I wasn't overspending.  They were very competitive in price and priced better than other competitors.

We had to call an emergency plumber after the toilets and tubs backed up. This was the third plumber in 3 months to come out. Happy Rooters were the first to actually find the reason why this kept happening. The team was prompt, friendly and honest. We will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.

Had a problem on Tuesday - laundry room and kitchen sinks backing up into tub in bath - YIKES! Called Lett, they had someone out next day between 1:30 and 3:30. (it wasn't an emergency so I said I could wait.) Steve called at 1:36 to say he was on his way, job was finished by 2:30. Professional service, job well done, very fair price and now my plumbing works again! Can't recommend Letts enough, especially since I've had a bad experience with another plumbing company in the last year.

Daniel did a great job for my house water pipe leak and dryer vent fix. He gave detail inspection and provided full scope of work and got the job done right. I would recommend this company toanyone with plumbing issues.

Cody, I believe the son of one of the owners, was a consummate professional when he came to look at our house's plumbing issues.  He inspected everything from the showers, toilets, disposal, dishwasher, and to the washer outside even though it was initially called in as a pressure problem.  It wasn't an up sell by any means like other vendors seem to do more of these days but a consultative approach.  Cody solved our plumbing situation in a thorough, timely, and safe manner.  I highly recommend them if you're in need of a plumber.

We had used Barnett before to replace our water heater- about 8 years ago, maybe more- and then this weekend it started thumping and leaking.  It was pretty terrifying so we shut it down and had nothing but cold water (brrrr).  I left a message on Sunday, and figured I'd need to call them when they opened on Tuesday (Monday being a holiday) and they called me before I called them first thing on Tuesday!  A very nice person came out, gave us an estimate and did the work that day!  I am so happy.  Everyone in my family is so happy.  It wasn't cheap but it was great service.

We've had two broken pipes at our house. Each time, Mark has sent out guys quickly to assess and solve the problem. They gave us options that were economical and secure. When you have a plumbing emergency, you need someone dependable who can get their quickly and solve the problem without costing a fortune. This has been our experience.

IRBIS is very responsive and quick to fit in emergencies. Their staff is knowledgeable and courteous and very service oriented. They follow up with text and email to keep you updated. Outstanding is my first impression!

Thank you Hector, Tim, and Manuel! Hector is a class-act. He explained the fact I would need to re-pipe my gas line If I wanted to have adequate pressure for a tankless water heater. It was an easy choice to go for the standard 40gal tank to avoid a very costly job and longer durability. Hector and his team worked quickly and courteously provided status throughout.  I also went with his recommendation to replace the on/off valve for the water coming into my home. We have much better water pressure as a result. Thanks for the quality work and I will recommend.

One of the best services you can ever get and very responsive as well. I called them to fix my loose gutter, mount a 75 inch TV and attach a chandelier. I got all these three done in a good time and at a very reasonable price. I am very happy with the service and would recommend them if you need a reliable, reasonable and friendly handyman.

This is a great plumbing service!! I have rental units and try to address my tenants' needs as soon as possible. Of course, problems always happen on weekends, holidays and evenings. This afternoon I was informed that a tenant's toilet had a lot of condensation on the outside of the tank and that it had been going on for some time. Matt Henthorn went out of his way to add me in as his last stop of the day.  He replaced the toilet, valve and flex connectors at a very reasonable price. Will definitely use him again!

Phil and his helper are the best plumbers I have ever used.  Not only professional, but on time when they say they'll be there, excellent work, care for your property while there, and beat everyone else's price.  If you need a plumber, I highly recommend Phil Garrison.  He also works on and installs septic systems and leech fields.  Call Phil, you won't be disappointed.

Responsive, quality work and we'll priced. The follow up to ensure all is well has been second to none. Customer satisfaction has been a high priority.

Min was very friendly and quick and solved our issue as good as we could have asked for. During a frustrating time he was very calm and we felt confidence our plumbing issue would be fixed with such a wonderful professional working on the job.

So, I edited my earlier review of Ace, as I had only given them one star, for what I felt was a long time to receive a follow up appointment.
As I had said, Ace staff  and the plumber were all friendly and helpful, but I decided to look elsewhere after the first appointment, because 2 weeks passed and I hadn't been able to have anyone come out.

The owner called me after reading my review, to explain that the reason it had taken long to get back to me was because they were going out of their way to help me out, and working outside the box, and that they were trying to help out.
So for that effort , I am adding two stars.
I personally, just had to get the project done and move on.
