Will definitely use Russ again for any plumbing issues. He was running a bit behind the day he came but called and I was running behind too so it was perfect. My home had been having ridiculous amounts of hard water deposits clogging up my fixtures and damaging faucets and several appliances. I have a water softener, a whole house filter, and the water heater was still new. Russ determined that my recirculating pump was causing what would be normal hard water particulate to bounce around and get sent to my fixtures. He also realized that the valve I should be using to flush my water heater did not have the correct valve, so previous flush attempts did nothing. He quickly replaced the crazy valve and taught me how to flush the water heater. The ginormous balls of hard water that came out were just wild. It looked like giant cat litter pieces. We are now on a regular flush schedule and the recirculating pump is on a timer. Things are much better now. I can't remember exactly what I paid but I know it was extremely reasonable and he will be my first call for any plumbing needs.

Talal is a great plumber. He was very responsive to our phone call and installed a reverse osmosis system for drinking water under our sink. It works perfectly. Highly recommend him !

Just recently, I discovered a leak from one of my toilet water tanks, which was caused by a bad fill valve and called Steve on an emergency basis. He was able to fit me into his busy schedule and eventually fixed this issue. While he was investigating the problem, he inquired about the age of the home/fixture and recommended that I replace the fill valves in the other toilets too because it would be an issue again. It showed Steve has a tremendous amount of experience with dependable craftsmanship.

I called Pro Roto after getting a busted sewer line during the storms over New Years Day. Marco and his crew arrived within 1/2 an hour and got to work right away. They end up replacing a 5 ft sewer section that was 6 feet underground. Within a few hours I had a working sewer. Marco and Rigo are awesome! If you are looking for a plumber look no further. We have a house in San Jose with 12 guys living there.  The entire plumbing system backed up on a Saturday.  I called Happy Rooter, got Victor on the phone, he told me he would be there after 1:00, got there right about that time, fixed the problem in an hour, charged a very reasonable rate, especially for the weekend, told me how to avoid the problem in the future.  He was very easy to deal with, easy to communicate with, gave me an hourly rate up front, got the job done efficiently.  I could not be happier.  Thank you Victor!

Outstanding service!  We needed a new gas line installed for a fireplace and contacted the guy Capo Fireside recommended. After getting the estimate, there was zero communication from him despite many calls/emails/texts.  After waiting 2 months, we finally gave up and called Lett's, who was fantastic at communicating with us.  Tim Givens immediately came out, gave us an estimate, found a better way to install the a gas line and even gave a better price than the other guy! Tim put in the gas line and was extremely professional & conscientious; he even set up the fireplace insert and cleaned everything up for us.  Save yourself a lot of time & frustration by going to Lett's Plumbing!

Art came and fixed a plumbing issued that two other plumbers could not fix in a rental I have.  After wasting hundreds of dollars with other companies, I won't take my business anywhere else. He was prompt, reliable (as his name states) and has very competitive pricing!

Without hesitation we would recommend Tom and Scott's plumbing.  Finding a plumbing company that you can rely on for the quality of work, honesty in explaining the problem and not overcharging for the parts and labor is a rare find.  High marks to Hugo who within a hour had our master bath toilet seal replaced, work place cleaned - you would never know anyone had been in the bathroom!  Hugo was not only exceptional in knowledge but courteous, helpful and offered tips and suggestions to maintenance and care.  Thank you, Hugo and Tom and Scott's plumbing.

I contacted them for a small but unusual job, to install a bidet seat in a shade where i couldn't quite do it on my own - plus a couple of other small tasks.  They responded quickly, were able to provide a quote based on pictures i took, and have me an estimate led than half that of others that i spoke with. They scheduled to come the next day. Noe was nice, professional, and let me know early on that or was going to be a much bigger job than i thought - he had to remove the toilet entirely to install the seat! But he honored the original, low estimate anyway - i didn't even have to negotiate. The job obviously took a little longer than he said it would but he finished it at the end of a long day, without complaint. And when he reinstalled the toilet, it actually looked like a better job than the contractor who did it originally. I will gladly hire these guys again in future.

They were not pushy or salesy either, they were inclined to safety and being completely transparent about what was necessary in our water heater installment.

This morning I had Blossom Valley Plumbing out to the house to repipe gas valve. Mike was our serviceman, he showed up on time was very courteous and friendly. We discussed what he was going to do and then he got right to work. He finished the job in a very timely manner and
charged a very reasonable price. He cleaned up after he was through. I will call Blossom valley
back the next time a need a plumbing job.

My toilet started leaking last week. I sent a quote request to IRBIS and they responded very quickly. Their plumbing technician Isaac came and fixed the leaking problem for me. He wore a mask and was very professional during the whole time. Highly recommended IRBIS if you need help with plumbing problems.

Scheduling was easy and I got a next day appointment for a non-urgent issue. The plumber Tim was personable and fixed the problem quickly and cheaply. Thank you! Will call MTZ if I need plumbing work again.

We found out that our windows were unfortunately leaking after the heavy rain over the weekend. Anar and his team did a fantastic time-sensitive job caulking our leaking windows before the storm hits again this week. Their pricing was very reasonable and the we are so appreciative that they did it in such a short time frame (the windows were caulked the day after we reached out). We would definitely recommend their service.

He's skilled, knowledgeable, professional, and has fair prices. He's done many jobs for me, is very busy, but makes time for emergencies. Besides that, he's kind and caring.

Andrew and his crew came by promptly and fix my bathroom sink issue. Highly professional and recommended.

We had a leak in a copper pipe repaired by this company three short years ago.  It just leaked again.  Did it leak at the joints where they guy did the soldering?  No.  The new piece of pipe itself formed not one but two (primary) leaks in the copper.  We called a different plumbing company this time.  Turns out the piece that that Smart Plumbers had inserted was the thinnest pipe, Type M, whereas our normal pipe in the house was thicker Type L.  According to our new plumber, Smart Plumbers also didn't ream out the pipe which is a common practice, apparently, to ensure that water flows smoothly.  This new leak costs us THOUSANDS of dollars -- it ruined baseboards, sheetrock, paint, electrical, not to mention that we have now paid two plumbers to fix the same thing.  Totally unnecessary and all due to shoddy and cheap work the first time around.  Pipes should last more than three years ..... shame on you.
