Our first experience with Russ was the water pressure regulator leaking the day before leaving on vacation two years ago. Russ and his son bailed us our so we could leave on time.  Since then Russ has just finished a second gas line for fireplace inserts.  The communication, efficiency, and quality of work were top notch.  We will be calling Top Hat for our future needs because of the honesty and pride in workmanship.

We are very impressed by Talal Dakkak, the owner of Expert Plumbing.  When we had been promised service by another local plumber, who kept delaying the service time, I contacted Talal, explained our situation and within an hour we were on our way to getting our blown pipes and water heater replaced.  We have a home warranty and attempts to contact the home warranty company, were not successful, as they were overloaded with rerquests.

Talal is very thorough and professional.  We will recommend him highly to our real estate clients.

Called at 7pm Friday on a holiday weekend, problem fixed by 8pm.  Price up front, shoes off before coming inside, friendly guys.

I requested a quote online Sat afternoon for a clogged sink and heard back from them within 15 min. They were at my house within a hour. Super friendly , took care of the problem and completely cleaned up after themselves. I would absolutely call them again!!

Our sewer main backed up and made a nasty mess of our basement... a
poo-pocalypse. Called Happy Rooter and they had two guys out pretty much right away.  They diagnosed the problem, snaked out the clog, and were on their way within an hour... with only a $250 hit to my wallet.  Highly recommended.

Gave Letts Plumbing a call @ 8 am & received a call-back around 10ish. Had the day off so insisted on a same day appointment. Don arrived on time and went to troubleshoot the leaking toilet. After swapping out a water supply valve & a fill valve, problem was resolved. Nice gentlemen, pleasant conversation, and great value.

Plumbing backed up. Called and had someone respond in an hour.
Name was Daniel, he was very pleasant and got busy clearing the drain lines, recommends a clean out in the future.
Would recommend to my neighbors for sure.

Great service, quick response and the job was done as advertised! Joksan was friendly and explained what he was going to do (snaked the bathtub drain) and what potential other issues there might be. Fortunately it was just a clog of hair, so quick as can be, he was done. Great job.

Had a water heater leak on me last week. Found Blossom Valley Plumbing on yelp and let me just tell you, these guys are great people and very professional. So after a not so good first impression of this company, I wanted to update my review.

I initially wrote a 2 star review for this company after one of their technicians no showed for our initial appt.  I decided to delete the review for the following reason.

After contacting the company about the issue, the owner Vadim reached out to me to see if I would be willing to give them a second chance.   He offered to come out himself at a time that was convenient for my schedule.  I was a bit hesitant, but decided to give them another chance.  Vadim stuck to his word and came to my house the next day, on time.

I was not able to be present for the appt, but my hubby (who was pissed off when the first technician no showed) was very impressed with Vadim.  He said Vadim took the time to really go over the different options, explained why he recommended or didn't recommended certain things and also provided very reasonable pricing on a few different options for a new AC unit.

We are still trying to determine which option we want to go with, so I can not comment on the installation process.  But I will definitely update my review once everything is done.

Vadim thank you for caring about the customer experience and for going out of your way to make things right.

Our water heater was leaking and Hector came by to check it out.  He took the time to explain what the issues were and made his recommendations.  He was very courteous and prompt.  Thank you, Hector!

I was checking with a lot of contractors for the installation of overhead storage rack in garage and a lot quoted hourly and Anar quoted for the service and not hourly. He gave me the best price and showed up the very next day to install. Anar and his friend were very professional and installed it within an hour. Very happy with the service and will definitely reach out for our future projects.

This is the 2nd time I've used Matt, and it was another great experience. I can't recommend him enough.

We had a leaky pipe in our crawlspace that needed to be replace. Within 1 hour (that was fast!) he had the pipe fixed, and the water back on.

Over the years I've needed a handyman plumber for various projects, and he's definitely the best plumber that I've ever had to our house. He's efficient, proactive, and thoughtful.

After a late night toilet backup discovery I text Garrison in the morning to get my septic pumped. They got back to me a little over an hour later with a breakdown of estimated costs, and a time that same day. No fuss and very easy.

Andrew and his plumber come by to fix the leaking toilet water supply line originally installed by the builder.   Even though it is a cold evening, Andrew made a trip to Home Depot to get the parts needed for the special plumbing setup different from typical single family homes.   They fixed the problem and are knowledgeable about the unusual setup installed by some builders and they were professional through the whole time here, and Andrew also made recommendations for the other old parts installed by the builder and still in use, so I can be careful not breaking these and keep them in service.  

I have a good experience with AY EMP and highly recommend Andrew's service.

Min was very friendly and quick and solved our issue as good as we could have asked for. During a frustrating time he was very calm and we felt confidence our plumbing issue would be fixed with such a wonderful professional working on the job.
