I would give them an A+ for my front yard and back yard projects. They cared for what I asked for and they enjoyed whatever projects they were working on. They shared me creative ideas and their work came out much more beautiful than I expected. I am so in love with the additional closet/storage room they built for me. I feel myself so special with all fashion stuffs stored in one room which made all my visitors envied.  I also got compliments for the relaxing finished look of front yard and back yard. I am very sure that all their clients are happy and satisfied with their good quality artwork. Thank you for all the hard work.

Completed a repipe job for me and did an excellent job. My water pressure is amazing! They adhered to the timeline, did a nice clean job where they covered everything, and were helpful and answered all my questions. Even after the job was complete, I had an issue with my kitchen sink water pressure due to a clogged fixture (not related to their work). They came back out and fixed the problem and ensured it was not an issue with the repipe job. Excellent service all around and strong communication from manager Julio

I had my shutoff outlet valve replaced this morning, because it was leaking due to a small dent on the pipe in which he found out. Brian, the plumber came and got the job done in a short time. He first came and inspect the issue and went to get the part for the job. Super professional and efficient! Highly recommend!

I've hired Kratzer Plumbing many times over the years after first reading his reviews on Yelp. The jobs ranged from small jobs such as replacing bathroom and kitchen faucets, replacing a garbage disposal, and fixing a running toilet, to large jobs such as replacing a bathroom vanity sink, replacing a toilet, and solving an odd water hammer problem. Lee Kratzer is pretty much a one person outfit, and does all of the skilled work himself. (Sometimes he has a helper, but they just assist.) He has many years experience, and is very good at troubleshooting problems. He let's you supply your own parts if you would rather do that, and is very up front about the markup cost if he provides the part, as well as his hourly rate. I would highly recommend Kratzer Plumbing.

Awesome & prompt customer service!  My furnace stopped working and I tried calling PG&E who said to contact my propane company. My propane company couldn't come look until th next week. I called around to a dozen HVAC companies but mostly just got voicemail. Apparently they're all swamped.

I called Bellows (Wed March 23rd) and they sent a very nice guy Sal out within the hour. He did some diagnostics and just the 1 part would be $400. It's a 30 year old furnace.   I weighed my options and decided to replace it rather than keep putting band-aids on an old one. They scheduled me for the following Tuesday and he waived that day's call out fee. The next day I got a call that they moved up my install to Monday. Awesome!  

Sal showed up right on time this morning (actually called to say he'd be a few minutes early).  He installed my new furnace and insulated everything and even checked the ducts in my attic, re-enforcing some that were not quite sealed.  

So here I am just days after calling them with a toasty, shiny, new heater.  I would recommend Bellows in a heartbeat.  Thanks Sal!

I had a bathroom sink with a minor leak, and called Wilmar to take a look. 2 plumbers came, they speak english, but didn't seem to speak fluently. but could communicate well enough. Did they fix the leak? Yes. They replaced the pop up assembly and applied silicone to the faucet. However, my sink is Venetian bronze and the replacement pop up assembly is chrome; they don't match and it looks ugly. The silicone applied is something you cannot see from afar, but notice if you inspect the faucet and countertop surface, and it's kinda ugly. I would hire a different plumber if I had a problem in the future.

Our furnace was out and after a number of calls to HVAC service providers in the area we made a call to Bellows.  

Not only did Bellows show up the same day (now that's great service!) but the technician, John Costales, was professional, courteous, and knew his stuff.  

John was able to diagnose the problem and suggest how to most economically repair our system.  

Would certainly recommend if you need HVAC service. We are a Bellows customer now.

I had a new water softener installed, my old softener was not a Serv-All product. However, after Jason came out and spoke to me about a water softener unit there was no question in my mind about having Serv-All install my new unit. Jason answered all of my questions thoroughly and honestly and made me feel very confident about using Serv-All. They were prompt in making an appointment for the new installation. The installer showed up on time, did a great job on the install, and was very clean, no mess. They removed the old softener,  and again, answered any questions I had about the new unit and how it works and the programming along with being very courteous and very nice.
I will recommend Serv-All and their product, as I was very pleased from the beginning to the end of the process. Great company and people to work with besides having a great product.

Discount Plumbing installed my tankless hot water heater on the same day I called them. My old style hot water heater was irreparable and I decided it was a good time to upgrade. LB was great! He is knowledgeable, reliable, and friendly. Pricing was very good as well! Now that it's been a few months since installation I wonder how I managed so many years without a tankless heater! I highly recommend Discount Plumbing!

I highly recommend Sullivan Plumbing.   We experienced a pipe break off the main and Sullivan Plumbing was quick to respond and did a great job getting us back up with running water.    Good service at a fair price.   Thumbs up.

Dave was very responsive and able to schedule fixing a clogged sink on short notice. He explained what was wrong and very efficient! I'll definitely use him in the future for any plumbing issues!

When something goes wrong on a holiday, you just hope someone will answer the phone and come by. Oakland Rooter responded on Thanksgiving and sent a plumber named Eddie the next day, to our property to deal with a leak that was flowing from one floor to the next. He arrived early, which we highly appreciated. He listened well, and provided insight and options. He was attentive to our needs and found the leak quickly. He replaced the pipe, cleaned up, leaving very little trace of the work. We thought the cost was reasonable. We had feared the worst and this turned out to be much less of a hassle and mess than we expected.

I just had the privilege of working with Julio from Golden State Plumber (he just left about 10 minutes ago). I am getting my house ready to rent and the water valves under the kitchen sink needed to be upgraded. Julio was fast, friendly and professional. He even left the space under the sink cleaner than he found it! He is returning to update the gas line for the stove. After the nightmare I had with the last contractor ( repeated call backs to fix mistakes which led me to firing them); It is nice to have someone who does it right the first time. I have used Richard from Affordable Plumbing multiple times for drain issues at my house.  He has always gone above and beyond with his service to ensure my issue was properly taken care of.  My house has crazy plumbing and he has always found a way to take of the problem even when it seems like the problem is un-fixable.  I have worked with plumbers in the east bay that were not nearly as trustworthy or capable as he is.  I would recommend Richard every time.

Very professional and extremely responsive!  I had a number of smaller jobs I needed done throughout my home and everything was taken care of perfectly and reasonably!  Because of the fast response time and care I used Good Guys again for a bathroom faucet and sink install.  
Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs someone they can trust and be thorough!

Mike then graciously walked me through the steps to help me solve my own problem, over 2 phone calls, off-hours, on a holiday weekend.

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
