Chris explained the whole process and gave me an estimate and was able to schedule the work immediately. I thought the process would take some time but they expedited the process. George is one-of-a-kind. I ran into a snag trying to replace a garbage disposal. George picked up right away. He knew right away what the issue was, happened to be in the area, and was at my door within 15 minutes and solved it in minutes. The other guys I called still haven't even called back. I have had many wonderful experiences with Bellows.  They always come out quickly and fix my problems with speed and friendliness.

One of these experiences was when a possum died in some part of the flooring,  we thought it might be in a  vent or furnace.   I had been living with an increasingly horrid smell for a few days and wasn't sure what I should do.  We called bellows out to see if they could find it in there and remove it before it got any worse.  Ryan came out and did a thorough job looking through all the vents and in the furnace but it wasn't there.  I was getting worried because i didn't know what else to do or where to look for it, and it was very hard living with the stench.  To my surprise, Ryan did not give up there when it would have been very easy for him to pass me on to someone else.  Instead he went above and beyond to help me and I will always appreciate the hard work he did to find the large dead possum (he had to crawl under my house many times!!)  He ended up finding it in our sub flooring and removing it (and a live baby possum!). Until you have been dealing with a dead animal in a wall/floor you can't understand the relief you'll have when you know it's gone! I can't explain how appreciative I am for the hard work he did that day and all the other times I have needed their help and they have been there for me.

I also had a gas leak problem where my uncle had installed a line incorrectly and bellows was able to fix it and have it permitted faster than I even thought was possible.

They also came out and cleaned out my vents/furnace, they did a great job with that too!

Not only does Bellows perform a high quality of work but they go above the call of duty to make sure you are safe and highly satisfied.  I will always call Bellows for any of my heating, plumbing, sewer needs!! Thank you Bellows!

Our kitchen drain was plugged,   We called on Sun they came on Mon am.   Fixed it and charged a reasonable few.  I highly recommend Wilmar Plumbing.

The thermostate had died over the weekend, and it was too chilly during the nights for any comfort even when wearing the house robe.
 
I called the company on Monday for an appointment, made for Tuesday  between 8 AM and 10 AM.
Got a phone call at 7:30 AM on Tuesday that left a message that the man is on his way, and a few minutes before 8 he is knocking at my door.

Jeff was the man of the hour!  He explained everything that he was doing, and whatever he would do as he went along.  I was provided with the latest
model of thermostate, and how to use it for home comfort with energy savings. I was always getting email notices from PG&E as to saving energy,
and reducing billings.
For the time, effort and arrangements for future needs, the cost was very
reasonable.

I called Serv-All after ditching another company that we had been renting a water softener from for many years.  Jason came promptly and spent time with us discussing options and prices.  We selected a unit that was a good value and promised to save us both water and salt.  It took less than a week to get the new unit installed and they did not charge us for uninstalling the old unit.  We are delighted with our new water softener.  It regenerates a LOT less frequently than did the old unit, delivering on the promises of reduced water and salt use.  And the water is softer than ever.

Connor and Simon are really professional and helpful.
My dishwasher had draining issues and they soon locate the problem, and resolve the issue.
And they fix the problem very quick and clean, and everything is put back to the original place.

Dave was very responsive and able to schedule fixing a clogged sink on short notice. He explained what was wrong and very efficient! I'll definitely use him in the future for any plumbing issues!

Effective, not to expensive. Had them redo my garbage disposal. Didn't know the first thing when it came to stuff like this. They did a great job. Took no more than two hours. Quick, clean, efficient

Called Oakland Rooter a couple days ago in need of a plumber. Received a speedy response & appointment. They arrived on time & were thorough with explaining what would be needed to take care of my issue. My plumbing is old., really old., so I thought I might get ripped off. On the contrary., they were really fairly priced, kind & considerate. They went out of their way replacing previously broken items & cleaned up my mess. I just had the privilege of working with Julio from Golden State Plumber (he just left about 10 minutes ago). I am getting my house ready to rent and the water valves under the kitchen sink needed to be upgraded. Julio was fast, friendly and professional. He even left the space under the sink cleaner than he found it! He is returning to update the gas line for the stove. After the nightmare I had with the last contractor ( repeated call backs to fix mistakes which led me to firing them); It is nice to have someone who does it right the first time. Richard was great! He was able to accommodate a same day evening appointment, assess the issues and point out to us everything he was doing and why. Great communication and service!!!

I am beyond picky and have very high expectations when I call someone to help with any kind of work on my home. We've used Good Guys twice now and both times I've been beyond impressed. The last job we had, I was out of town and we needed an emergency water heater replacement. Adam is the only person I could imagine calling to do a job like that and know without a doubt the work will be right, thorough, and better than I could have imagined. I have 100% confidence in calling him for any plumbing needs knowing he will go above and beyond in the quality of work and attention to detail.

He did a great job fixing a leaky P-trap for us.

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
