We recently had to upgrade the main valve to our house because it was too old and corroded to support new irrigation lines that we were putting in. Khoa responded to my request for a quote right away and showed up the next day to give me an estimate. Khoa was able to answer all my questions, and since his quote was competitive, I decided to give Team Contractors my business. The day of the job, one of the workers and Dan, the other partner, showed up to supervise the work. They were courteous and the work was done right on time. Dan even fixed a leak with a water filtration system that my husband attempted to install unsuccessfully (ha ha). In fairness to my husband, Dan pointed out that one of the adapters was incompatible with our quarter-turn valve.

Overall we were very pleased and will be using Team Contractors the next time we need a plumber!

Julio and the team did partial re-pipe for my home. I am very happy with the work. Julio is polite and honest. He did what he promised. First work day for repiping, and second work day for city inspection and patching. Both the repiping and wall patching passed city inspection without any issue!

OMG! What a find! Honest, personable, knowledgeable, reliable and quick to respond. After a sewer backup we were told by another reputable company we needed all lines replaced to the tune of 20k!! They seemed so pushy we felt we needed to get a second opinion and so thankful we did! After lengthy inspection, climbing on the roof  and thorough camera inspection , George concluded it was just a simple clog that had needed to be cleaned. George explained every step and what we were seeing on the camera. Wow! Being an old house there will always be a need for a good plumber and so grateful we found this wonderful tradesman. Don't use anyone else...he is the best!

We have an old house with a chronic issue.  Ed, from Plumbing Solutions, was knowledgeable...efficient...professional...and very personable.  He explained option for eliminating the issue and unblocked the clog.  I will be placing their contact info into my cell phone...as I will be using their company for any future issues in our old house.  Thank you, Ed!

Have them come and take care a clog issue, they come pretty on time. Good work finished.

Reason they don't deserve a good review is because they don't want offer any warranty on the work. Warranty shows the confidence of their own job. I had the same issue before, everyone come tells me that guarantee I will have wary free for at least three to six month. Don't understand why Kratter don't

I had a bathroom sink with a minor leak, and called Wilmar to take a look. 2 plumbers came, they speak english, but didn't seem to speak fluently. but could communicate well enough. Did they fix the leak? Yes. They replaced the pop up assembly and applied silicone to the faucet. However, my sink is Venetian bronze and the replacement pop up assembly is chrome; they don't match and it looks ugly. The silicone applied is something you cannot see from afar, but notice if you inspect the faucet and countertop surface, and it's kinda ugly. I would hire a different plumber if I had a problem in the future.

Our furnace was out and after a number of calls to HVAC service providers in the area we made a call to Bellows.  

Not only did Bellows show up the same day (now that's great service!) but the technician, John Costales, was professional, courteous, and knew his stuff.  

John was able to diagnose the problem and suggest how to most economically repair our system.  

Would certainly recommend if you need HVAC service. We are a Bellows customer now.

I have used this company for 40 yrs. and have never been disappointed.  I left for the holidays and arriving home, found that my water softener was continually running.   I called and within 30 min. Jason was out and repaired it.   Also,  advised me that I really needed a new one as this one was over 20 yrs. old and out of date.  I did order a new one.  He arrived on time,  installed it and cleaned up on the scheduled date.   He was very professional and answered all questions.   I definitely reccommend this company.

Connor came over to our place and was immediately able to diagnose the issue with the clog in the kitchen sink that we were struggling with for almost a week! He was very communicative and explained to us what went wrong and what options we have in the case that the same issue happened again. I would highly recommend the San Francisco Plumbing Company and would not hesitate to call then again for any plumbing issues that I have again.

Oakland rooter has saved me and my business so many times! They respond after hours which is great and can get someone out there in the morning! I just had the privilege of working with Julio from Golden State Plumber (he just left about 10 minutes ago). I am getting my house ready to rent and the water valves under the kitchen sink needed to be upgraded. Julio was fast, friendly and professional. He even left the space under the sink cleaner than he found it! He is returning to update the gas line for the stove. After the nightmare I had with the last contractor ( repeated call backs to fix mistakes which led me to firing them); It is nice to have someone who does it right the first time. Vlad made quick work of an old garbage disposal that needed to be changed out.  Very impressed with how fast he responded to my inquiry, and after his posted business hours, so I really appreciate that.  Would highly recommend this professional for your plumbing needs!  Thank you!

From day one when I first called Richard he was very responsive to my need to stop a shower faucet leak that had caused mold in the carpet in the adjacent room.  He analyzed what was needed and, rather than do an expensive retrofit because the faucet part was discontinued, he engaged his plumbing supply contacts to search for the part.  He found it in Canada & had it shipped here.  Unfortunately, the part was different from the original, but that didn't deter him.  He used an O-ring off the new part to fix the diverter valve and stop the leak!  Even though he could have elected to tell me my only option was to retrofit another current model faucet system into my shower, at a cost of over $700, he went the extra yard to search for that spare part & ended up fixing the leak for a fraction of that cost.  Now THAT'S service beyond the call of duty as far as I'm concerned!
He is one of those rare persons that you find in the service business that actually cares about doing a quality job at a very fair price and will not quit until the jobs done right.
P.S.   He's a fellow cyclist which gained him some extra points :-)

5/19/14 - Follow up work done today now that mold remediation has been completed.  My wife & I opted for replacement (retrofit) of all the old shower hardware since it failed once & caused the mold situation.  Richard bought high quality Moen shower fixtures to install, removed all the old stuff, & installed the new within a few hours. This involved agile cutting of our tile, welding of new connections, and installation of beautiful new, non-leaking, fixtures.  It's a great feeling to be leak free and have brand new hardware.  
It was a pleasure doing business with Richard, a very personable guy with a working confidence that can only come from years in the profession.

So glad I tried good guys plumbing with our water heater issue, Adam took care to call GE and also follow up with them as promptly as possible, he made the process is so bearable for client in a messy situation. Highly professional. Will definitely hire them again. can't believe anyone is not satisfied with their service, so I read one of least stars comment and found out that it's technically rated wrong, it should be a five-star if you read the  comments.

I wanted to warn others calling A&A plumbing in Sunnyvale to be careful as we gave a detailed description of the work that needed to be done on our toilet and got a price range of $129 to $149 for the job.  Then the plumber that arrived (Dave) told us it would be $189.  He also asked us what is the problem, it is just $40?.  We decided against them doing the job since this instilled a lack of trust.

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
