Late one night about a week ago, my toilet stopped up!  I had no idea who to call so I went to Yelp and started reading reviews.  Plumbing Solutions jumped out so I contacted them early the next morning and practically begged for assistance.  Joel and his assistant showed up much earlier than the window I was given due to a cancellation. They were both very professional, gave me a price which took longer than I think they anticipated, and charged me the quoted price!  Frankly, I was surprised it wasn't higher. Joel was really great.  They both wore booties, which I appreciated, and he  knew what caused the blockage right away. I'm grateful, pleased,  impressed and thankful.  They turned what I anticipated to be a half day job costing a lot more into something manageable for this retiree.  Thanks again, guys. I'll keep the number handy and recommend you if someone asks . BTW, it was caused by disposable wipes. You might not want to throw those in the bowl.

We had called around some plumbers for an estimate on fixing a leaky bathtub facuet. Some came out and proposed an expensive cartridge replacement. When we described the problem to Lee over the phone, he suggested we contact the manufacturer for a warranty replacement of the power pistons. Bingo!  That solved the problem.  
That he was able to resolve the problem over the phone while the other guys couldn't do it in person speaks volumes of his skill and professionalism.

While we didn't go with Wilmar plumbing this time, they were super responsive in coming out to give an estimate, followed Covid-19 protocols and quickly turned around a quote for acceptance.  The quote was comparable the other 4 quotes we received for installation of faucet, garbage disposal, new plumbing for a new sink and gas hookup for a new range top.  We had a few options and went with the plumber who could come out and do our install sooner.

I wanted to wait until our permit was approved before leaving a review and it happened today.

I met Bellows through the Costco Services program when I requested a quote to replace our 30+ year old furnace and to add a/c.  Carl came around about two weeks later and spent a good amount of time looking over our house and then explaining our options.  I felt he was very knowledgeable and trusted his suggestions.  Normally, I always get at least three quotes, but by the end of his presentation, I was comfortable enough to sign the agreement.  Due to their backlog, I was warned that our installation wouldn't happen for another six weeks, but we were okay with that.
 
About a week after the consultation, Russell, the project manager, came to our house to check out the logistics as we were moving the furnace from a closet to the attic.  He answered all of my husband's questions to the point that my husband also felt Bellows knew what they were talking about.
 
When the installation date arrived, a team of four worked three and a half days to complete the work.  Each day, they arrived promptly and left the house super clean at the end of the day.  Bellows arranged for another company to do the HERS test which is required for the permit and we passed with no issues.

Today, the city inspector came and Bellows sent a technician to answer any questions he may have and our permit was approved!

Bellows has been very responsive and supportive every step of the way and now that we've used both our new furnace and a/c without issues, we can vouch for their knowledge and skills.

I have already recommended Bellows to two friends and would not hesitate recommending them to you!

After looking around with many companies we finally settled with serv-all. They get the job done and the price is fair. Jason has also been friendly and patient with our questions. Overall good company so we recommend it.

I highly recommend Discount Plumbing! I called for an appointment for an emergency and was able to get a plumber within an hour! Angel was knowledgeable and very reasonable with price. He also followed Covid guidelines.  I will definitely use this company again!

For the past 3 years that we've been in our home, we always default to the local plumber who does a fine job.  However, on a recent issue with the new Toto toilet, I received a quote for $600 to fix it.  This just didn't seem right.

My husband suggested we try the plubmer he uses for his business in Gilroy.  At first, I was hesistant to have someone come all the way from San Martin to help us on what I believed to be a basic fix but upon speaking with Brian, he was more than happy to help and do the drive to see what he could do.

(1) First off, Brian was PUNCTUAL - something that normally isn't a virtue with the contractors and plumbers we've used.  Having an infant at home, this was so appreciated and just plain respectful of our time - thank you!

(2) Brian quickly UNDERSTOOD the issue, had the correct parts to fix it in less than an hour.

(3) Brian was RESPECTFUL of our home, making sure to keep clean the area he worked in.

(4) Finally, he charged us a very FAIR PRICE, especially considering his commute - just $200 to complete the work!

In addition, a left over issue from a past job by our former plubmer to fix the kitchen sink still acts up from time to time.  Brian had a look and quickly understood the issue and is going to come again to fix it.

What I appreciate so much is that the team at Sullivan isn't green to plumbing issues.  Clearly, Brian has grown up around the trade and can quickly and effectively address the issues without wasting time and our money.

Robert arrived a few hours after we called with a water heater issue. What a professional, polite, knowledge young man. He always had a smile and he exhibited such a love for what he does and has an amazing work ethic. He walked me through the process of what our next step would be in purchasing a new water heater since the current one was not fixable. He really cared about us as his customer. He completed the work in a timely manner and when he finished the job it looked so good and everything was done with an expert touch. If I ever need further plumbing work I will call this company and request Robert to come out. Very happy!!!

Jose M was the plumber that came to take a look at my garbage disposal. He didn't charge me the service fee because when he looked at it the issue cleared itself up. He was helpful and gave me tips on how to make sure things drain properly and the drain is maintained well.

I just had the privilege of working with Julio from Golden State Plumber (he just left about 10 minutes ago). I am getting my house ready to rent and the water valves under the kitchen sink needed to be upgraded. Julio was fast, friendly and professional. He even left the space under the sink cleaner than he found it! He is returning to update the gas line for the stove. After the nightmare I had with the last contractor ( repeated call backs to fix mistakes which led me to firing them); It is nice to have someone who does it right the first time. Vlad is fantastic.  His response time, initial assessment, and skill set is fantastic.  Additionally the price was very fair. I had two issues that I had been going back and forth to the hardware store for ~3 weeks and after finally deciding this was way past my humble skill set, I dropped vlad a line and he was able to sort it out in ~1hr time. Wish i would have called him earlier because it would have saved me tons of time, money, and moderate frustration.

Affordable Plumbing Solutions was repeatedly recommended by my neighbors on the NextDoor website. After checking the comments on Yelp I decided to give them a call.

Our garbage disposal needed to be replaced and our RO water system was due for it's annual maintenance. Richard assured us he could deal with both issues and had an opening on a day that worked for us.

He noted that our disposal was a very high quality unit and suggested he might be able to fix it instead of replacing it. Upon inspection he determined something was jamming the device. He was able to extract a mangled picture hanger from it and when he turned it on it was operating as good as new. Apparently the painter who just completed painting our kitchen the day before had dropped it in the disposer when he was prepping the walls. That saved us from spending hundreds of dollars for a replacement. He made quick work of the RO maintenance replacing the filters and inspecting it for any possible issues.

We were fully satisfied with his excellent customer service skills and his technical knowledge. I will not hesitate to call him first for all our plumbing needs.

Very professional and extremely responsive!  I had a number of smaller jobs I needed done throughout my home and everything was taken care of perfectly and reasonably!  Because of the fast response time and care I used Good Guys again for a bathroom faucet and sink install.  
Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs someone they can trust and be thorough!

Mike and his team have been doing odd plumbing and HVAC jobs for us for about ten years. They have always done great work, and are a pleasure to work with. I've recommended Mike to many of my neighbors. More than once my neighbor's have called me to tell me they were so thankful we had recommended Mike. One neighbor told me that another plumber had quoted her about double what A&A told her was necessary. She was very pleased with the work that Mike did.

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
