Leo is very knowledgeable about newer digital furnaces; although, in my case I have a 30 year old furnace. In the end he shared good recommendations related to maintaining my older furnace and possible ignition control replacement.

Marcos and his team were incredible -- they were prompt, quickly located the leak, and managed to get it repaired in the span of an afternoon. Throughout the detection process, he explained what they were investigating and why.

Mike and his guys did several jobs at my house over the last year including a partial repipe, new drains, and some work on gas lines. In each case there was great communication from start to finish, a very fair price, and the work was all top notch. So much so that other contractors that have been to my house commented on how good the work looked.
Best of all Mike and team are good people who you'll want to do business with....Highly recommend!

You can't do better than Rich Briscoe for a plumber. He responds quickly, appraises your needs thoroughly and accurately, explains exactly what he's going to do and why, and answers any questions expertly and honestly. His prices are very fair as are what he charges for parts. If he's got a spare of what you need he may not charge for it at all. He's also very personable and while fixing or installing whatever it is in a jiffy he's never in a hurry and is very pleasant to talk with.

I noticed water under our kitchen sink last night, coming from garbage disposal. I called & left a message. George called this morning at 9am, came right out and replaced it. In & Out in 20mins! He's the best!

Nick Cortez is simply amazing!
He gave 30 minutes ETA. Very professional, knowledgeable, overall friendly and beautiful person. Finished the job quickly, and gave professional advice on other plumbing issue. Overall we are more than satisfied with his great service. If I could give 10 starts I would.

I had water coming from the wall after running my washing machine. It must have been a block somewhere, Edwin helped to identify and resolve the issue. He was on time, got down to work right away and helped to solve the mystery. If I need a plumber I'm calling right away! Thank you Edwin!

Steve is my first call for any plumbing issue. He's handled small jobs like my recent scrub brush down the toilet to large ones like replacing the leaking shower controls which required breaking through the wall.
Steve's responsive, efficient, and detail oriented. He leaves thing just like he finds them, except working.
Steve delivers more service than he actually charges for. He's my go to, he should be yours too!

These guys are EXCELLENT. Isidoro came on a weekend to fix a seriously dripping toilet that required he turn off the water to the house (at the street) and then replace two valves. Not only did he do a nice job, he was super organized and did a very clean repair. Nicely done.
BETTER THAN THAT... I mentioned to Isidoro that we'd broken a toilet lid. He said he'd keep an eye out for a replacement and let us know if he found one. Several weeks later, he dropped off a replacement toilet lid for us that matched perfectly!
Now THAT's customer service that's above and beyond the call of duty! Wonderful service.
Thanks, Isidoro!

I am really happy with Commando plumbing and would recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent plumber! I had a bad leak under my sink and unfortunately discovered it on the weekend. I kept scrolling through Yelp and trying to find someone who could come out immediately and fix it. Victor came to the rescue! He was there within a few hours and immediately figured out what the problem was. Yet he did not stop there...he asked about other water issues in my house and took a look at my water heater, where he discovered that the last plumbers who installed it had not properly vented the gas out of the house. Without him, I would still be breathing carbon monoxide in my house! He came back a few days later to fix that problem. It was a bit more expensive than I thought, but he gave me a small discount for which I was grateful. I was surprised reading other comments here that he is not responsive...he responded within hours whenever I texted him and always followed up. I think he is totally reliable and what is better is how proactive he was. I can't thank him enough for discovering my water heater problem...totally thorough and professional. Thank you, Victor!

I called Advanced Repipe Specialist to get someone to come and give us a quote to replace our water pipes. I spoke to watch sounded like an older gentleman and told him my schedule to make an appointment. It was Monday and he said he had an appointment for Thursday but at a time I would not be able to make. He then said he will did not know if he could make an appointment for Friday morning at 9 AM he would have to check your schedule and let me know and I did not hear back from him.
Friday morning comes and the doorbell rings my wife and I were not expecting them as we have not heard back regarding the appointment. I mentioned that he did not confirm and he said oh you're the one I forgot to call back. I said apparently so he apologized and proceeded to take some measurements and look at what we needed to do. He then said he would have a quote for me within the next couple days. I gave them my email address and look forward to the possibility of doing business with them.
It has now been over two weeks and I've not heard one thing from them. I do not know if this is a regular behavior but after one miss hap I would think they would have a bit more vigilance for a potential customer.
I don't think this is a company I feel safe working with.

Before my detailed review below, a one-line summary is: Adrian is the most amazing plumber I have ever dealt with and he is an amazing person as well! He is very honest, punctual, friendly, courteous, have great plumbing skills and attention to details. Most importantly, he is very considerate and cares about the customer's feelings, he explained everything in details, and won't rush me as he knows we are anxious about water issues or leaks and worked with me to check everything very carefully and keep telling me take your time, no rush.
I don't usually write Yelp reviews unless a company or person is really SUPERB (or totally bad). You can see I have previously only wrote 1 review about FedEx Cupertino which is totally horrible. I write this review (which is only my 2nd review) because Adrian (and Dependable Water Heaters ) is beyond Awesome and really worth my time to endorse him and let others know there is a trustworthy and excellent plumbers that they can depend on.
One Sunday (10/2) night, I decided to use Yelp Messaging to contact a few plumbers to quote for replacing the PRV (pressure regulator valve). Yelp webpage said Respond within 1 hour and to my pleasant surprise, Adrian indeed responded in 45 minutes. The next (Mon) morning, I communicated with Adrian via a couple text message and phone calls. He asked for a photo of my PRV location and water pipes so he can prepare a more accurate quote. I told Adrian I don't know if my pipe are 3/4 or 1 size, and Adrian said I will bring both sizes to be safe. !! This is such a refreshing experience and he quoted me a very fair price ! (Trust me, I know how ridiculous some other plumbers have quoted me before for some very simple work.)
When he arrived on Wed (10/5), he first checked the meter of my water main to ensure my house has no sign of water leaks. Then he closed the water main, then told me to open all faucets to drain the water which takes some time. While waiting for the draining, he explained the plan of attack and said the entire process will take ~2 hours. At this point, I already knew he is a very considerate and attention to details person.
Next, he checked to ensure no water sippage from the water main which can affect his soldering work. Adrian started off the work with sanding the copper pipe until it is shiny clean, and he said a clean surface will make the soldering results much better, then he skillfully cut the pipes. In less than 1.5 hours, he finished everything as planned. He installed a new Control valve, a new PRV valve, and a new faucet outlet for my garden hose with very clean installation and soldering.
When we are ready to test the new PRV, he told me to close all the faucets except the bathtub faucets and he will open the water control valve slowly and gradually so the water and air won't burst the pipe. We use smartphone as walkie-talkie while opening all the water faucets and toilets slowly, one-at-a-time to get the air out of the system without hurting the pipe. Just this process took almost 15 minutes and Adrian kept saying take your time, no rush. He then go back to check the water main to make sure there is no water leaks in the new pipes/PRV he installed. Everything is done as planned and performed cleanly. Adrian charged exactly what he quoted and what we have agreed upon. Adrian is the most honest and considerate plumbers I have ever met, and I will continue to ask for his help for my future plumbing needs as I know I will be in good hands.

When I got to the garage this morning, our water heater started leaking...I found this company on Thumbtack and they offered to come on the same day to fix it! He also provides a quote right away, very straightforward and transparent pricing. After quoting a few others we chose them because they offer the most reasonable price. Oleskii definitely knows his stuff - he told us the problem right away, the material cost, and overall itemized cost. All very clear and specific. He got the job done with no issue. Def highly recommended!

I highly recommend Total Plumbing Services based on my experience hiring them to do some plumbing work for me earlier this month. I'm remodeling my kitchen and I ran into an issue of the existing drain waste arm being too high for the new deeper sink that I installed. The waste arm was just barely low enough for the old sink we had, and with our new sink strainer baskets dropping 2-3 lower, the bottoms were now level with the waste arm and the dishwasher pump wasn't strong enough to drain the dishwasher effectively when connected with the new drain plumbing. We have an old house with old galvanized pipes, and cutting into the wall and installing a new tee lower down on the rusty stack felt a bit beyond my own DIY abilities. So I put out a request for quotes to several plumbers on Yelp who all had great reviews.
I ended up contacting 14 plumbers, and Billy stood out among them for his organization and attention to detail. He came out to check out my project a day after I submitted the request for quotes, wore a mask and shoe covers, and was thorough in assessing the scope of work and listening to what I had already done so he could suggest the best course of action for what I actually needed, not just what he could do. Not only was he extremely professional, but he was also personable and friendly throughout our communication. His quote ended up being the most reasonable of the 8 that I received, partly because he was willing to price out just the rough-in work itself and allow me to do the stuff I know how to do (move the sink out of the way beforehand, patch the drywall, reconnect the new waste arm to the sink drain pipes) in order to save on cost.
Billy came by to do the job a week later, as scheduled and clearly communicated. After he cut into the wall, he ran into an unexpected issue when he found that the vent pipe above the existing tee was corroded and leaking sewage air into the wall of the house. He wasn't sure at first how far the damaged old pipe would extend, but he communicated what he found clearly, along with what the potential solutions would be. He got my consent to do some more exploration outside of the original scope of work, and soon identified how much additional pipe would need to be replaced in order to correctly solve the issue. He made sure I gave the okay before he proceeded with replacing a significant amount of the corroded galvanized steel drain pipe with new ABS pipe in addition to lowering the sanitary tee. Even with the complication and having to run out to the store to grab a specific coupling part, Billy was done in less than 2 hours. He did a great job of cleaning up the area around the work site, and even honored his original quote for the final cost even though I was prepared to pay more for the additional work done. I reconnected the hookups to the sink drain after he was done, and everything is working great now. I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to Billy at Total Plumbing Services with any other plumbing needs.

Recently had some work done because of some leaking showers. I called and was greeted by friendly staff who were able to get me an appointment relatively quickly. Received a time window and plumber showed up within that time frame. Very nice gentleman arrived and was able to tell me what needed to be done and what it would cost. Price was pretty comparable to most in the area so really no surprise there. Plumber went out to get the parts (you will be charged for that time) and returned fairly quickly and was able to complete the job. Plumber cleaned up the work area and made sure that the problems were fixed. I would of given 5 stars however when I was given the invoice I was told that if I pay with credit card there would be a 3% charge. Basically the company passes on the charges they receive for processing credit cards. I understand why they are doing as it can be pretty expensive however I think at the time of booking the appointment that should be explained to the customer but that's partially on me as well for not asking, lesson learned. Besides the payment surprise, work was completed timely and staff were friendly. I would recommend to family and friends. Thank you.

They're busy but did get me in a cancellation spot. They were prompt and went above and beyond when they noticed an issue I didn't know could be fixed. They came wearing a mask and explained all they did. I'll definitely call them again. First rate!'
