Fuse came out to fix my AC at 8pm on a Sunday when it was 95F out and I had a screaming infant.

Every other appliance company told me to call back Monday. Can't be anything other than 5 stars for bailing me out of a jam.

He did a good job fixing it, and since I had already paid the emergency visit fee I had him clean the AC unit and he did a good job.

I recently had the pleasure of working with The Leak Detection Company and I have to say, I was extremely impressed with their level of professionalism and expertise. They were able to use their camera to accurately locate a cracked pipe in at my business and provide a solution to fix it. The technician who came out to my barbershop was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He was able to quickly and effectively diagnose the problem and provide a solution that was both cost-effective and long-lasting. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of leak detection services. They truly went above and beyond and I give them a full five stars for their excellent work.

We were referred to Mike/Redwood through another plumbing company which didn't do the type of work we needed. Mike and crew were great to deal with. They weren't the cheapest nor the most expensive quote that we got, but they did great work. They were very knowledgeable, prompt and reliable. We ended up adding a couple of additional features that we didn't think to ask for and Mike suggested, but all pretty minor things we should have thought of and didn't, he def wasn't try to upsell us on anything we didn't need. We got waters and drains repiping, an on demand heater with recirculation and some gas line work. All of it is working great. I'm also very confident that he will stand by his work if any issues ever come up

This was the BEST plumbing experience I've had in my life.  It was Tuesday, and I had been without water since Saturday! My home warranty company sent out the first guy late Tuesday afternoon. He refused to fix my leaking water heater, despite the fact it was STILL LEAKING. I called Rich in tears and he arrived in less than 30 minutes, fixed the issue, and gave me a fair price. He truly saved the day. I will only be using him from now on.

I recently called this company to see if they would fix my water heater.  I was told he doesn't do jobs in Canada Cove where I live!  Why?  I'm only 2 miles away!

We recently had water damage in our bathroom and we needed a plumber to come out to identify the cause of the leak before we could process our insurance claim.

All the other plumbers we called asked for trip fees and minimum charges before even seeing anything. And they all wanted 2-3  hour window for appointments. I called Plumbing 911 and Bart said that he was in the area and will stop by within the hour. He was true to his word, came in 40 minutes, spent 5 minutes to inspect and then talked to the adjuster (who was evaluating just then). When I asked him for his charges he said it was a simple diagnosis and he was in the area anyway, so no charge! Wow!

The only reason this is not a 5 star review is because we didnt use his services as there were a lot of things we needed to do through our insurance, but if I ever needed plumbing services, I will call Plumbing 911 first.

These guys are the best. We needed all new water lines, and they re-plumbed the entire house with new copper, installed new washer and dryer hook-ups all in one day, at a very competitive and reasonable price. Soon after, we had a sewer line issue, they came back and addressed that issue in half a day. We will always use them.

Called Steve Davis Plumbing for a problem that needed attention right away. That same afternoon we received immediate service and our problem was fixed. It was nothing short of a miracle. We called on behalf of an elderly person who did not know who to call. I would give 100 stars if I could. Davis Plumbing will be the only plumbing company we use in the future.  Very rare to find this kind of high quality service and attention to detail.

I am a renter. My house had a backed up main.

We asked On Time Plumbing to come fix the main and they were able to come out right way.

Then my landlord changed his mind and wanted some other company to come out. So we had to cancel with On Time plumbing just as they arrived at the house.

My landlord was being a jerk here, and On Time plumbing was polite, calm, and super understanding. Great people!

Leo and Juan are great, they fixed a leak in my ceiling from a shower drain, and I would hire them for any plumbing problems that arise in the future.  

Leo arrived on time in the afternoon to give a quote, and once I agreed, he called his coworker Juan and it was fixed in the same afternoon.  Leo explained to me the issue and they seemed thorough -- after fixing the obvious source of the leak (the pipe had a hole in it), they checked for other possible leaks.  

The entire experience was great and I felt the price was reasonable.

The estimator was very good - complete description of everything to be done and great at answering my many questions. They scheduled things perfectly - all piping done in one day with minimal time without water. They were clean and efficient. The inspection the next day went off without a hitch. The following day, they came back to do the drywall repairs and were great.  
However, when they finished the repiping, the hall bath sink was spraying water everywhere - they had misplaced the aerator and didn't replace it. The kitchen sink was the same. So, they came back to fix those and weren't able to - they said that the problem was the new water pressure was so much that my older faucets probably needed to be replaced. I could buy that on the kitchen one but not the bathroom one, but we were leaving for a week and I figured I'd deal with it when we returned.
Unfortunately, when we returned it was to a minor flood in the kitchen. They had not hooked up the dishwasher correctly and so there was water under it, under the sink and in front of the sink causing the hardwood floors to curl.  I turned off the water and called in a plumber who fixed that problem as well as the kitchen faucet, and bathroom faucet.  
I contacted them and asked them to cover a portion of that repair. Two weeks ago they agreed but no check in spite of multiple requests.   I also asked them to send me a final invoice as I want that for my tax records and I have yet to receive one.
I would have loved to give them a 5 star rating, but between the flood and the lack of follow through, I just can't.

Called Adrian on a Sunday afternoon about a leaking water heater, after a few exchanges of text and pictures he was able to determine the cause and offer to come out the next day. He showed up ahead of scheduled which I appreciated and thoroughly answered all my questions. In the end he finished the job on time and I had hot water again within a day. He was honest with his price, which was quite reasonable. I was really impressed with his professionalism and great work ethic!

When I got to the garage this morning, our water heater started leaking...I found this company on Thumbtack and they offered to come on the same day to fix it! He also provides a quote right away, very straightforward and transparent pricing. After quoting a few others we chose them because they offer the most reasonable price. Oleskii definitely knows his stuff - he told us the problem right away, the material cost, and overall itemized cost. All very clear and specific. He got the job done with no issue. Def highly recommended!

Fantastic service from this plumbing company. They managed to pull a root from my drain pipe. The root caused a ton of flooding in my backyard. I had my drains service a year ago from a different company and they did not find this incredibly huge root.
There team worked on this problem while I had a run to an appt when I return they were fight with the nasty root. They were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend and I will use again.

I had an appointment today from 1 pm to 3 pm.  After waiting pass 3 pm, still no show.  Called office about no show and all they could say is that they are running over an hour late.  My time is as valuable.  They need to show the customer more respect and let them know ahead time of their poor scheduling.

These guys are great, very honest and professional. Fixed my problem quickly on a Saturday at a fair price. I would most definitely call them again. Amazing service.

I'd give 1 million stars if there would be an option!!! Tyler is above and beyond excellent! Had to install a water heater which got broke after 17 years and two other plumbers (who had a great reviews on Yelp, btw...would never put my trust in the reviews ever again) - came over and gave me estimates of $1,250 and said the part got rusted, cost $228 to replace. Talal, owner of Expert Plumbing was the Nightmare Experience (have to applaud for picking a name for what should be called Most Horrible!) . He had guts to send me the estimate for water heater+replacement =$2,258.85 and told me it'll take two men to do the job. I went on line and bought Bradford White from supplyhouse.com for $600 with free shipping and no sale tax. And was lucky to open Scotts Valley newspaper to find George Allen & Sons Plumbing! Got the estimate over the phone for $300 and the part to replace was only $50 not $228. All in all, the cost came at $1,000 total, not $2,258.85 with $100 discount (what a JOKE!!) that Mr. Rooter and Talal with expert plumbing wanted to get from me. That's over double the actual cost! Tyler was SUPER efficient, I Wowed when I saw how clean he left everything behind..even took a box of a new heater with him which I was going to cut in pieces and dump. Saved a lot of work for 58yo woman! Best experience with a truly HONEST right in my town company! Can't thank you enough and already told my friends never waste any time on calling other plumbers - unless you want to get scammed for money. Thank you so much for your work, Tyler!!! Will be waiting for another job to give you in a heart bit!!!
