Our dryer went out on Saturday and I called for an appointment, which they were able to provide on the next day (a Sunday !).  The Tech  arrived in the time window, quickly determined what the problem was and provided a parts and repair estimate. Once we approved the repair was quick and we were drying our clothes once again!

Marcos was responsive & helpful! He found the leak within minutes of arriving, despite the fact that we also had a leaky shower valve. Turns out it was just a leaky landscape valve!

Rich Briscoe is, without a doubt, the finest plumber we have ever worked with in the last 40 years that we have owned our home. We had a bad experience with a local plumber years ago who did not complete the job as we requested and so, in our search for someone more reliable, we found Briscoe Plumbing. Not only is Rich professional, he is ingenious, thorough, and warm-hearted. He quickly responds to calls and goes over and above what he's being asked to do. A perfect example is the fact that we called him to do a bathroom job and he got it done correctly and left. 15 minutes after he left, we remembered we had a problem with a refrigerator grate that we were told by a Bosch refrigerator man was impossible to fix. Rich took on the job and fixed  it for us. Also, the handle of the refrigerator's freezer was broken and the same Bosch repairman charged us $150 to tell us it couldn't be fixed. Rich took the door off and with tenacity fixed it perfectly and we were so grateful to him and so happy. Moreover, Rich is reasonably priced, fair, and knowledgeable not just about plumbing, but about helping the homeowner get the care they need.

George is wonderful, careful, precise and does things right.

We had a leak in a pipe joint behind the drywall in our bathroom.  One of the best contractors in the area said we should call George to fix it.  We did and could not be happier.

I have known Luis Chavez for several years.  I have found him to be  100% reliable and honest.  He worked for a well known plumbing company in Walnut Creek for years and just recently obtained his license and started his own business.  I have recommended Luis to several of my friends over the years.  They have all told me how pleased they were for my recommendation.  Recently he has changed my garbage disposal.  Called him in the morning and by noon the job was completed.  He has saved myself and neighbors money.  This guy is the real deal.  His word is his bond.

Not only were they not on time, they never showed up for our appointment! I can't speak to their services, but you have certain expectations for a company who prides itself on being on time. Not going to be a customer here.

Highly recommend Sam and Victor. Our water heater developed a leak and Victor came in the same day to assess the situation. Found out the replacement and gave me a reasonable quote the very next morning, despite it being the weekend. By Monday afternoon, Sam came in and did an excellent and professional job. When I got to the garage this morning, our water heater started leaking...I found this company on Thumbtack and they offered to come on the same day to fix it! He also provides a quote right away, very straightforward and transparent pricing. After quoting a few others we chose them because they offer the most reasonable price. Oleskii definitely knows his stuff - he told us the problem right away, the material cost, and overall itemized cost. All very clear and specific. He got the job done with no issue. I hire this co. for an emergency same day gas water heater replacement. The came promptly and had it done for an hour or so. Fast, efficient, clean. They took care the old heater. The price is not the lowest, but I need a knowledgeable plumber. I should have given them a 5 stars, but only I found out that it is a 38 gallons, not 40 gallons that I have asked them. Well,  the 2 gallons difference cost me $30 rebates from PG&E.

Tyler Allen was imperative to helping set up our grey water system.  We had consulted with multiple landscapers who were grey water specialists, but they were not plumbers.  We felt uncomfortable having the landscapers set up the actually plumbing aspect of the grey water system.  It was difficult to find a plumber with any knowledge of grey water, until we found Tyler.  He is incredibly knowledgeable about grey water systems, friendly, and did an excellent job.  For anyone interested in grey water I recommend you start with Tyler Allen, then have the landscape grey water specialists dig the mulch basins and complete the hook up to the plants.

I had a great experience with Rocky's Plumbing and Rooter.  A previous company had left me in a terrible situation and unhooked my hot water tank, leaving me with no heat. Rocky's came out and diagnosed the problem again, got my heat started and made a follow up appointment to do minor repairs. I am with American Home Shield and he worked with them to get my water heater working but didn't try to upsell me on a costly replacement when it wasn't needed.  He advised me on what to look for and when it would need to be replaced.  I will definitely be calling Rocky's Plumbing and Rooter for all of my future plumbing needs.  I found them easy to work with, reliable and quick to respond, plus great service at excellent prices.  And very efficient at working with my home warranty coverage which is most important since that's what I'm paying for to not have these costly repairs.
