Called fuse to repair a simple fix on a ice machine which was just a leak from the copper tube running water to it. They came within 45 min. Which was great. Technician looked at the problem and let me know exactly what it was going to cost. After he ran to Home Depot to get the right fitting, he quickly fixed the problem and even went the extra mile to look and the ice machine inside and re-wire some connections that were exposed. I will definitely be using these guys from here on out. They are honest and explain everything thoroughly and even tell you what might be future concerns with the equipment. Very reasonably priced and lots of experience! HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys!

We had a new leak that nobody could find but they were able to come out and quickly locate the leak. They were very quick and efficient and helped fix our problem when no one else could.

We were referred to Mike/Redwood through another plumbing company which didn't do the type of work we needed. Mike and crew were great to deal with. They weren't the cheapest nor the most expensive quote that we got, but they did great work. They were very knowledgeable, prompt and reliable. We ended up adding a couple of additional features that we didn't think to ask for and Mike suggested, but all pretty minor things we should have thought of and didn't, he def wasn't try to upsell us on anything we didn't need. We got waters and drains repiping, an on demand heater with recirculation and some gas line work. All of it is working great. I'm also very confident that he will stand by his work if any issues ever come up

Rich Briscoe is, without a doubt, the finest plumber we have ever worked with in the last 40 years that we have owned our home. We had a bad experience with a local plumber years ago who did not complete the job as we requested and so, in our search for someone more reliable, we found Briscoe Plumbing. Not only is Rich professional, he is ingenious, thorough, and warm-hearted. He quickly responds to calls and goes over and above what he's being asked to do. A perfect example is the fact that we called him to do a bathroom job and he got it done correctly and left. 15 minutes after he left, we remembered we had a problem with a refrigerator grate that we were told by a Bosch refrigerator man was impossible to fix. Rich took on the job and fixed  it for us. Also, the handle of the refrigerator's freezer was broken and the same Bosch repairman charged us $150 to tell us it couldn't be fixed. Rich took the door off and with tenacity fixed it perfectly and we were so grateful to him and so happy. Moreover, Rich is reasonably priced, fair, and knowledgeable not just about plumbing, but about helping the homeowner get the care they need.

I recently called this company to see if they would fix my water heater.  I was told he doesn't do jobs in Canada Cove where I live!  Why?  I'm only 2 miles away!

I called on Friday and Nick came out on Monday. I had a bathroom faucet that was leaking. Nick did not have an Allen Wrench small enough to loosen the faucet, so I gave him my little sewing machine screwdriver and he was able to get the faucet handle off. After looking at it he said it needed a new cartridge but that it was so old (10 years) that it was all one piece and I needed to replace the whole faucet. That also meant I would need to replace all the faucets. He left and I asked him if he could get the right size Allen wrench and I would pay him for it as I needed to tighten the tub faucet and I would think about replacing the fixtures. He did bring back my little screw and a new Allen wrench and I paid him. But then I decided to go to the Plumbing Store at Camden and Lis Gatos blvd, to confirm that my faucet cartridge was not replaceable. Anthony told me he could get the part. I had taken photos of my faucet. The part came, I installed it by myself and it works fine. Point being I think Nick just wanted to sell me a whole new set of bathroom fixtures, because he said the cartridge was not replaceable. Anyway the part cost $30. Now I know how to fix it myself........

Call Warranted Plimbing Services! Our hot water heater stopped working the Friday before Memorial Day Weekend. Contacted them through Yelp and they responded right away. Edwin came out Friday afternoon and gave me a quote to replace the hot water heater. For a holiday weekend, their quote was very competitive and they could replace it the next day! Saturday! Edwin was in constant contact during the whole process.  Very professional and on time every time they came out.  Would highly recommend!

Davis Plumbing is honest, reliable, and exremely knowledgeable. Not only have I trusted Steve to make repairs in my own home, he is my go to guy for my real estate clients. Called On Time plumbing for a clogged toilet, they had someone out here in 30 minutes. When the plumber flushed the toilet, it worked fine, even though it had not worked all morning. They did not charge us for the visit. Will definitely call them next time we need a plumber.

Absolutely do not use. They replaced a shower valve in an Apt building my family owns , 4 hour job for 1 man , almost a $2,000 bill , amazing . They did not have or give any sort of estimate. I thought them to be trustworthy as they had replaced a water heater at my home 2 weeks before at a fixed price . Unfortunately we live in an up-scale neighborhood and my guess is they figured I would pay anything because of where we live.

From the beginning to the end of the job, Advanced Repipe Specialist were outstanding in every way! I own a home in San Lorenzo that is 70 years old and so was the plumbing. We had lived with water flow that was a trickle at best. I called Advance Repipe specialist (NOT Repipe Specialist of the Bay Area). Romero came out and was a great help in estimating the job and explaining everything that needed to be done including bringing everything up to code. Veronica, also was a great help and an important asset in scheduling the work, getting the Required Permits and explaining the payments for the job.The crew that came out were amazing! They were professional, courteous, efficient and amazing in all aspects. They completed the Repiping job in 1 day which included replacing an old water heater and had the water back on by the afternoon. The water flow after they were finished was as good as a brand new home. Everything was up to code and ready for final inspection. Oscar, their patch man was great! He did outstanding work and was also very professional and efficient! I can't say enough about Advanced Repipe Specialist! Do not get them confused with that other company! Advanced Repipe Specialist has their own employees that are professional and work for the company. Unlike that other company with a similar name! If your water flow is low, call Advanced Repipe Specialist today! You won't be disappointed!

I called Adrian May 11 5:30PM and on May 12 9AM he was here with a new water heater, he and his son installed it and removed the old one. They did it fast and with professionalism, when they left it was like nothing happened and we had hot water immediately.
Awesome job, very responsive and super fast.
Highly recommended.

Our water heater in our duplex started making funny noises around 5 pm. By 5:45 I was on Thumbtack, and by 6 pm Alex from SAV Services had contacted me and said he could be here by 6:30. He was on time and ready to work. Our ancient water heater was dead - I knew it before he got here. We decided to replace both water heaters in the duplex, and Alex gave us a reasonable quote and went out then to get the 2 water heaters. He was back and at work and by 10 pm we had hot water again and 2 working new water heaters installed and up to code finally. Thank you Alex! Fantastic job!!

Contacted the owner Billy and he came out as soon as possible to fix our clogged drain and reattach our garbage disposal.
He was out of town on a weekend when I called with another emergency and although he couldn't come, he texted me with helpful suggestions on how to fix the problem.

Set up an appointment on Monday for Wed. Tuesday get a call back from their office saying they lost all my info and were not sure when the appointment was set for. They also needed my info again(address, problem discription etc.) Got the slot 11-1pm for Wed again. On the day of the appointment around 12:30-45pm got a call that someone will contact me soon about coming to my home. 1:35pm get a call from Angelo that he will be at my house in about 30-40 minutes till 2:30pm, all this  with an appointment time of 11am-1pm!!!

If this is the type of service you get by booking 3 days in advance, dont really know what type of people I am dealing with. Just my experience after all I do have not have a common name...

Lets see what they will do about this....

OK here is what happened. Called them after 2pm to reschedule. I explained to the lady on the phone who said she will have to talk to the owner as after 6pm its another rate for the plumber. After about an hour I got a call and she told me that we could be accomodated after 5pm and the owner himself Kevin would be there. I would have still been at work but assured her someone will be at home to let Kevin in. Sure enough Kevin appeared and was a true gentleman and professional. Not only did he work for almost 2 hours he charged us for an hour knowing what happned earlier. All I can say is that I am a fan and will recommend him to all my friends!!! Extrememly happy with the quality of work and professionalism.

My company does work with Ivan all the time. He is always on time and available when he is needed!

In fact, the previous owners (29 years) also used them.  Jon and Butch are our go-to plumbers.  Jon has 45 years experience.  They arrive on time, are competent and friendly.  We've had them do everything from fix leaks, clear small AND large clogs, install hot water heater, garbage disposals, bathroom vanities/undermount sinks and fixtures, toilet, refrigerator water line, leaking sprinkler system....you name it!  They've never failed to get the job done right.  And they'll come back (no charge, of course) if there's a continuing issue and GET it right.  We highly recommend this longtime, family-run plumbing business.
