Our furnace died, and of course it did, during our cold spell here in the Bay Area, me being me, always cold, I couldn't tolerate the freezing cold and asked my husband to find someone quickly! I am SO GRATEFUL for Fuse HVAC! We gave them a call and they agreed to check out our problem asap. Gene came right over, took a look at the issue and had a resolution within 10 minutes. He answered every question we had. Understood all of our concerns, and even helped better our knowledge on how to prevent problems. We had to wait for a part but once it came in, he was back and fixed our furnace in about another 10 minutes!!

Gene was very clear about what he fixed, what maintenance would be needed and how we can better take care of our furnace and how to prevent any issues in the future. Throughout the entire process they communicated what was going to happen and what we needed. It was quick, efficient and complexly reliable! Ahhh back to having my wonderful warm house.

There is a $99 fee for the consultation, however, if you actually use their services that fee is waved, and you pay whatever the end cost is. They were very clear about pricing, which I appreciate. I was also appreciative of the fact that they text ahead of the visit time with info and an image of the rep who will be servicing your home. It's really helpful in knowing what to expect!

Overall, it's hard to find reliable and upfront people who are there to do a job, get it done, and do it right the first time. I feel like Fuse is one of those companies, and we will not hesitate to use their services in the future to both maintain and fix any outstanding issues we may have!

Marcos was superb on a very challenging job.
We had some water damage and hired multiple plumbers and remediation contractors to come out to find the source of the leak.  Nobody was able to find it, much to our disappointment.  However, Marcos succeeded, with his dedicated effort and good intuition.
Furthermore, Marcos is great with his communication and promptness.  We are very pleased to have found him.

Well my old water heater decided to take a poop on me in the middle of a shower so I called around a few places and everyone either didn't answer or was booked out a week. When I called Redwood Pipe Britney answered the phone (super nice!) she said that Mike the owner could come out that day and see what needed to be done. Mike arrived 2 hours later and waisted no time  looking over the old water heater. As I expected it was installed by the previous home owner incorrectly and that was part to blame of why it failed. Mike gave me a few options on what i could do and ultimately I went with his recommendation on getting an on demand heater. They scheduled me for the next day and I had hot water by that evening!! It's been 3 months now and I've noticed a reduction in my electric bill and the heater works like a champ. Thanks Mike and team for doing such a solid job! Come back for coffee anytime :)

We recently got a new washing machine and it couldn't be installed by the seller as the connectors to the water supply weren't standard. I called Rich and he came out the next day, took at look at the connections and fixed it within a hour or so. He also replaced an outside faucet that was leaking.

He is an absolute pleasure to deal with and the total charge for the work was very reasonable and fair. I cannot recommend him highly enough and hope to use him for any future project.

The plumbing under my kitchen sink was incorrectly installed by the previous homeowner. It was leaking badly and my wife also wanted a new kitchen faucet installed. George called me back right away and got here very quickly.  His rates are reasonable and he does great work.  We will definitely call Miramar plumbing the next time we need a plumber.

Nick is really experienced and honest. He got the job done with very little notice.
I really appreciated his honesty and his efficiency. Would highly recommend.

We had a pretty large clog in our kitchen sink drain pipe that came about pretty suddenly (I'm sure it was building for a while). Warranted Plumbing was exceptionally fast with response time and scheduling an appointment same day. Luis and Samuel arrived on time and completed the job very quickly. They were both very professional and very kind. Hopefully I won't need any plumbing services for a long time, but if I do I will definitely be using Warranted Plumbing!!

Steve has done a number of plumbing projects for us updating our older home.  Recently I returned home to find a toilet leaking water all over our new hardwood floors.  I called Steve, who appeared within a couple of hours, stopped the leak immediately, and quickly repaired the plumbing.  Steve had the parts and the tools he needed in his well-stocked plumber's truck and the knowledge needed to do the job quickly.  Steve's quick work saved us a small fortune in hardwood floor repairs. Thanks Steve.  No wonder you are called the Master Plumbologist!

I wanted to compliment Luis on the work he did for us on April 5, 2017.  He was very friendly, polite, and helpful.  You guys deserve a five-star rating.

I had to call you guys because my apartment manager was too cheap to hire a plumber to snake out my tub, so I had to call a plumber myself.  You guys were right there, and not very expensive compared to other plumbers, either.

I've had three different plumbing companies fix the plumbing under my kitchen sink. In one case the pipe fell off after a fix. The pipe began leaking and Victor at Commando explained how the configuration was forcing water to flow upwards before it went down. He said best to access the main water-flow-away pipe by cutting into my bathroom wall behind the kitchen sink and reconfiguring the pipes so water would drain down and away instead of having to loop upwards and away. It made sense to me. Victor fixed the pipe configuration, showed what he did and how it worked. He called a drywall guy who came at the end of the day and patched up the bathroom wall so you couldn't even tell it had been cut into.
Victor was professional, polite. I'd call him a logical plumber, and I'm happy he works in the Redwood City area.

Finally did our Kitec replacement with Advanced Repipe. Really pleased with the work done and the quality of the repair on the walls. The team genuinely cares about their work and strived to accommodate us in every way. I would definitely recommend them for this type of project which is very stressful.

After getting a total runaround from the plumber that installed our previous water heater (only 18 months ago) and being without hot water for a week, I finally threw in the towel and called Adrian. Right away I could tell I was getting straight talk and accurate info. The previous plumber was telling me that I had a faulty controller that wasn't covered by warranty. I was told how difficult it was to deal with Rheem regarding the warranty. They suggested that I buy an entirely new  heater and that they'd give me a price break.

So Adrian shows up and inspects the equipment. He calls Rheem on the spot on speaker so I can hear the entire convo. He knows their drill and gets through their b.s. and in 15 minutes I have the replacement parts being shipped overnight at NO COST.  When the parts arrived I called Adrian and he came out the same day to install.

Adrian is a pro and a nice guy. I wouldn't use any other plumber.

Our water heater in our duplex started making funny noises around 5 pm. By 5:45 I was on Thumbtack, and by 6 pm Alex from SAV Services had contacted me and said he could be here by 6:30. He was on time and ready to work. Our ancient water heater was dead - I knew it before he got here. We decided to replace both water heaters in the duplex, and Alex gave us a reasonable quote and went out then to get the 2 water heaters. He was back and at work and by 10 pm we had hot water again and 2 working new water heaters installed and up to code finally. Thank you Alex! Fantastic job!!

They were great. Cleared our sub drains and clogged sinks all within an hour. Super nice, kind and professional. I'll definitely be using them again!

I was so happy that I called and spoke with the Ivan I had read so much about. I told him what my problem was and he gave me several options....one was how to fix it on my own which would have only cost me $15. I tried on my own based on his advice and when I got stopped up I called him back and he sent Ray out first thing the next morning. My issue was small so I can't attest to their other plumbing services but I can say the customer service was great and that's worth a lot to me. I will be calling them in the future if I have another problem :)

I had a tricky issue that was time sensitive and called several plumbing companies--all were booked. Even George Allen and sons were booked--but they sent someone that same day and  and fixed the problem the following day. Excellent and timely work.

I don't believe I ever made a bad review about a company that I was involved with. This plumbing company is in the list of certified contractors of American Home Shield, my home warranty company,  that they sent to look at my stoppage on my kitchen sewer line to the main line after paying $100. They did the usual snake process twice and reported that they found mud on the snake and requested AHS the use a camera to find the problem. AHS did not approve it saying it was my responsibility since it's not part of my contract. It was an emergency so I contacted another plumbing company, Gasca Plumbing, who did the identical procedure and they were able to clear the stoppage. They went down the crawl space to inspect and found my sewer pipe intact.
The report that Rock's Plumbing wrote to AHS was there was a SLAB LEAK. How can there be a slab leak if my house is NOT built on a SLAB but rather have a crawl space. I read a consumer review about Rocky's and some one advice that check on their license if it is active.
