We were really pleased with Redwood Pipe and Drain. We wanted to start moving into our new house and they were able to start the next week and tackle the whole job: new copper pipe, installation of on-demand hot water in different location, water softener, redo drainage, relocation of washer/dryer. His crew were friendly and they worked really well together. We were really pleased that Mike and his team did the work and left the yard just as they found it. The coordination with subs (electrical, sheetrock) was seamless. All that work an they were in and out in less than a week!

I just bought a new home and, in the process of getting it ready to move in, I had the opportunity to meet Steve Davis.  While the home was new for me, it itself wasn't brand new.  So, there were several items that needed attention.  The home inspection reports detailed some of these.  But, in the process of reviewing the home myself, I found several more issues.

Steve worked with me to address the items originally detailed in the inspections.  But, as I found new issues, he came out and addressed each of the new items, too.

There were plumbing as well as grouting and caulking issues that needed to be addressed.  Steve made everything he worked on look brand new.  I'm very pleased with all of his work.  In fact, I'm glad I now know someone whom I can turn to when an inevitable plumbing problem arises.

Ramiro and his crew did a complete re-pipe and installed an instant hot water system in our three bath 2,800 SF home. Their pricing was fair and the work was done on the schedule agreed. Patching of the walls and clean up met expectations. After the painting (handled on our own) it is not possible to tell where the many holes were cut. The crew doing the work were efficient and returned one bathroom to use before leaving on the first day. Inspections were done quickly and passed immediately. I would definitely use Advanced Repipe again.

When I got to the garage this morning, our water heater started leaking...I found this company on Thumbtack and they offered to come on the same day to fix it! He also provides a quote right away, very straightforward and transparent pricing. After quoting a few others we chose them because they offer the most reasonable price. Oleskii definitely knows his stuff - he told us the problem right away, the material cost, and overall itemized cost. All very clear and specific. He got the job done with no issue. Def highly recommended!

Carlos arrived on time and was great. He is clearly a very experienced and skilled craftsman. He explained everything he was doing and worked diligently to get the problem solved. Unfortunately, my drain will require repairing a root-infested pipe which is a more involved operation. Based on this first experience, I would gladly have them return to complete the more extensive repair.

On March 20 2017 San Jose Plumbing, came to my house to bypass a pipe leak in the slab.  I showed him what I thought he should do and he suggested a slightly different method which I accepted.  This included cutting a notch in a wall to run a copper pipe and running the pipe across the ceiling and into another room.  I told him that the wall that needed to be notched was stucco, but he knocked on it and said it was sheet rock.  I asked him how much it would cost to do the job and he said $700 - $800.  

When he completed the work, he said the charge was $1234.  I questioned him about it reminding him he told me $700 - $800.  He said the $700 - $800 did not include materials and that the job was harder than he expected.  The job was harder than he expected partly due to having to cut stucco instead of sheet rock.

He should have told me that the $700 - $800 was just for labor initially and should not have charged more than he originally told me.  

We discussed this and he said he would agree to make the charge $800.  I thought he had changed the cost on the bill.  When he left, I noticed that he hadn't changed the price on the bill.  As he was getting into his truck I checked with him to make sure we were in agreement that I was to be charged $800.  He agreed!

Today, I received a bill for $1234.  I am disputing this amount and agree to pay only $800.  I RECOMMEND NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Plumb Tech has bailed me out a couple times now when my tankless water heater has failed me, always on a weekend. They are very good at trouble shooting the situation and figuring out exactly what needs to be done. Their prices are very reasonable and the men who have come out are courteous and professional.

I had a silly plumbing question regarding my shower trim, it was leaking.  George Allen & sons plumbing was willing to come out for my small job.  They arrived on time, answered all of my questions, and fixed the problem for me.  I was very happy with their knowledge and service.
