I emailed Fuse HVAC @ 7:00 am and got a response within 10 minutes from the owner, John. He explained the cost breakdown of the service call, and that the total cost would be given to me once the problem was diagnosed. The technician, Chilill Z, arrived at the scheduled time of 1:00 - 1:30. He was friendly and very thorough. He replaced a defective defrost sensor on our Samsung refrigerator, and had us good to go in a little over an hour. I would highly recommend this company, as our experience went very well.

Marcos and his team were incredible -- they were prompt, quickly located the leak, and managed to get it repaired in the span of an afternoon. Throughout the detection process, he explained what they were investigating and why.

Plumbing 911 is great.  Being a two man shop, they keep their costs down yet have the equipment of larger companies.  They came out to my house on a Friday night and snaked a drain that was clogged for a reasonable fee.  Knowledgeable and licensed, I won't hesitate to call them the next time I need a plumber or the sewer line snaked.

Luis came out on an emergency call Christmas Eve day when my kitchen pipe clogged up ... It was perfect! Answered my Yelp message right away and was at my house within 20 min. DIagnosed, explained and fixed the problem right away. Super professional- removed shoes at the door and gave me his card. Would definitely use them again. Oh and price was more than fair!

I called Steve at 830 after discovering that my hot water heater had blown up...  I called Steve Davis. Got right a hold of him. Him came right over confirmed the cost of new heater, did not try to talk me into higher priced model, only what we needed. He left to get the new Hot water heater and came right back. Got everything back up earlier than he had promised. Then for no charge he fixed the dryer venting on my dryer and made a few suggestions and it has really cut my drying time down. I would recommend Steve Davis Plumbing to anyone. Thanks Steve.......  Nice Guy too....

I have only good things to say. They were accommodating to my schedule, showed up on time, professional, once seeing my toilet he knew the issue within a minute & fixed it within 10 minutes, and honored the rate we spoke about previously.

Our second toilet clogged at around 6pm and we called multiple other 24 hour plumbing companies and all gave us a really hard time and either wanted to go the next day, told us to all use the one working toilet (there are 5 of us in the house + one Air BnB guest), or said that because it was after 5 pm that it would be around $480 - $600 which is too expensive.

Commando was so nice and I spoke to Victor. We got his cell number and he was at our house in less than 15 minutes. He unclogged our toilet in less than 5 minutes and it costed only $225.00

My parents needed a complete re-piping of their water pipes, plus a new water main to the city's water connection.  I called various plumbers to get estimates.  Bill from Advanced Repipe specialist was very professional and gave me a folder full of information and the best quote.  On the day we agreed upon, Ramiro and crew were out at my parent's house and in one day replaced all the water pipes with new copper pipes.  While I'm not a water pipe expert, I do a lot of home repairs by myself and the materials they used appear to be top notch (brass fittings, stainless steel connectors) and I was impressed with the quality of work. Going under the house is tough, dirty work, but they put down floor protectors to keep dirt contained and made quick work of this big project.  I wanted to give them 4.5 stars, but this is my first yelp review and I don't know how to score a 1/2 star!  The only reason I am not giving a full 5 stars is a few minor hiccups in the process.  1) The water heater gas wasn't turned back on so I called PG&E to turn on (quick and free); 2) the wire netting for the crawl space ventilation was cut to give access to install copper pipes and while the wire was bent back into place, I felt it should have been sealed to prevent rodents from entering crawl space; 3) after installation of water pipes, there was a week delay in completing the project (patching drywall and filling hole in front yard due to a problem with permit (city error).  Once the permit was corrected, they did great job of patching drywall holes.  I would recommend anyone using this firm (or any other contractor) to inspect work and use new connections before final payment.

They appear to be honest, hardworking people and I definitely recommend this company.  It's been about a month and the water pipes and faucets are working great!  In fact, I have asked for a quote from Advanced repipe to install a new tankless water heater in MY home.  Thank you Ramiro, Bill and crew!

Adrian replaced my 10 years old water heater which I requested due to rust problem.  
Price is reasonable as I compare to other quotes which is acceptable to me.  Most important is that he is very professional and friendly plus the excellent customer service.  For example, I got a follow-up call the next day after the job which showed he's here to offer quality work.  Highly recommend him!

Our water heater in our duplex started making funny noises around 5 pm. By 5:45 I was on Thumbtack, and by 6 pm Alex from SAV Services had contacted me and said he could be here by 6:30. He was on time and ready to work. Our ancient water heater was dead - I knew it before he got here. We decided to replace both water heaters in the duplex, and Alex gave us a reasonable quote and went out then to get the 2 water heaters. He was back and at work and by 10 pm we had hot water again and 2 working new water heaters installed and up to code finally. Thank you Alex! Fantastic job!!

We needed repairs and also sought re-piping of the entire house. Suggestions on our Nextdoor site led us to Total Plumbing Services (on MacArthur, in Oakland). Plumbers Roberto and Billy came to the house and performed stellar service. They were professional, efficient, patient with questions, easy to talk to, and they not only showed up on time--they gave gave text heads-ups as to when they'd be arriving. They stuck to the estimates. I was dreading the dirt and grit from the sheetrock tear-down that was required in two rooms (they upfront tell you that they don't repair this, so we needed to arrange this separately), but they actually cleaned this up each time, leaving no trace. I highly recommend TPS of Oakland.

We've been having problems with our plumbing for months.  We've come home at night with brown or sometimes blue water in our bathtub and toilets not flushing.  Our landlord likes to put blame on his tenants and always think that it's their fault and make us pay.  He's had several plumbers come out  and was able to clear the line but unable to figure out the main issue.  Plus one of them dump sewage water in the front yard!  So unprofessional!!

Chris R.  came over like he promised.  He was professional, prompt and very knowledgeable but most of all reasonably priced.  I'm a full-time student and a mother with a part-time income.   It turned out that the main line was busted or some off-set.  He was able to talk to the landlord and explain to him that it's not us -  it's structural.  The landlord hired him to fix the problem for good.

My water heater started leaking over the weekend. Ivan and his crew got to my house in less than an hour after I called him on Saturday. Work was done quickly and very professionally. I would definitely use Ivan again and recommend to family and friends.

I had a plumbing emergancy and called these guys. They were at the location within minutes and stayed till the job got done, even though its was the end of the day and well past normaly business hours. I had a great experience with Rocky's Plumbing and Rooter.  A previous company had left me in a terrible situation and unhooked my hot water tank, leaving me with no heat. Rocky's came out and diagnosed the problem again, got my heat started and made a follow up appointment to do minor repairs. I am with American Home Shield and he worked with them to get my water heater working but didn't try to upsell me on a costly replacement when it wasn't needed.  He advised me on what to look for and when it would need to be replaced.  I will definitely be calling Rocky's Plumbing and Rooter for all of my future plumbing needs.  I found them easy to work with, reliable and quick to respond, plus great service at excellent prices.  And very efficient at working with my home warranty coverage which is most important since that's what I'm paying for to not have these costly repairs.
