Marcos was superb on a very challenging job.
We had some water damage and hired multiple plumbers and remediation contractors to come out to find the source of the leak.  Nobody was able to find it, much to our disappointment.  However, Marcos succeeded, with his dedicated effort and good intuition.
Furthermore, Marcos is great with his communication and promptness.  We are very pleased to have found him.

Rich Briscoe is, without a doubt, the finest plumber we have ever worked with in the last 40 years that we have owned our home. We had a bad experience with a local plumber years ago who did not complete the job as we requested and so, in our search for someone more reliable, we found Briscoe Plumbing. Not only is Rich professional, he is ingenious, thorough, and warm-hearted. He quickly responds to calls and goes over and above what he's being asked to do. A perfect example is the fact that we called him to do a bathroom job and he got it done correctly and left. 15 minutes after he left, we remembered we had a problem with a refrigerator grate that we were told by a Bosch refrigerator man was impossible to fix. Rich took on the job and fixed  it for us. Also, the handle of the refrigerator's freezer was broken and the same Bosch repairman charged us $150 to tell us it couldn't be fixed. Rich took the door off and with tenacity fixed it perfectly and we were so grateful to him and so happy. Moreover, Rich is reasonably priced, fair, and knowledgeable not just about plumbing, but about helping the homeowner get the care they need.

The plumbing under my kitchen sink was incorrectly installed by the previous homeowner. It was leaking badly and my wife also wanted a new kitchen faucet installed. George called me back right away and got here very quickly.  His rates are reasonable and he does great work.  We will definitely call Miramar plumbing the next time we need a plumber.

This review is long overdue (work was done in Dec 2020). They offer free estimates which is awesome - no surprises. Juan did a great job on replacing all the valves in the house (bathroom, kitchen sink, dishwasher, washer), shower cartridge, valve, neck and spout. He answered all my questions diligently and  also made helpful suggestions related to my questions . Price is reasonable. I highly recommend this company. Thanks Juan!

Steve Davis, Master Plumber

We searched extensively to find a plumber who could retrofit the master bathroom in our older home with brand new modern fixtures. After interviewing many plumbers we decided to let Steve handle our complex plumbing job and we are so glad we did.

Steve assisted us in the selection of the new fixtures and worked closely with the plumbing supply store. When the new fixtures arrived, he noticed several parts were missing.  Steve worked directly with the plumbing supply store to obtain the missing parts needed for a perfect installation.

During the installation process, Steve noticed that previous plumbers had made mistakes about 20 years ago. He corrected the mistakes and streamlined the entire plumbing system in our master bathroom. Instead of opening up tile work, he proceeded to crawl under the house to access the plumbing, thus saving us from an expensive tile job.

Steve was creative in solving our complex plumbing job and meticulous in implementation. He wanted to make sure that all the plumbing was done correctly and would last a long time. He was respectful of our budget, very punctual and left our bathroom clean and in perfect shape.

We'll certainly use Steve for any future plumbing problems and highly recommend him.
A true master plumber!

Had a clog in my kitchen sink.  Putting a snake down the drain I put a hole in the p-trap.  Took me a while to find someone to come out Saturday but On Time was able to schedule me for 12pm-2pm.  They actually arrived ahead of schedule and gave me a very reasonable quote to replace the p-trap and to snake out the kitchen line.  They were all done in less than 45 minutes.  Isidoro and colleague wore masks during the whole time and were very quick and cleaned up nicely afterwards.  Isidoro explained that the original p-trap was probably over 20 years old and brittle so when I tried to snake the drain it broke.  He also made recommendations to use vinegar and hot water to keep the pipes clear.  On Time was very on time, courteous, fast and reasonably priced.  I would DEFINITELY use them again for any plumbing needs.

I wanted to give Victor a high rating for fixing our re-circulation system. His crew showed up on time on the scheduled day and all seemed in good order when he left. However, the sensor Victor put on the system to regulate the pump was not working properly. I have called Victor three times and left messages asking him to come fix the problem. He has not returned my phone calls and, now, in addition to the sensor not working, we are experiencing increased pipe noise which Victor supposedly fixed. I'm sad to say that I cannot recommend Commando Plumbing for plumbing repairs.

Yes I'm a fan and would recommend them. They just finished a complete repipe of our entire home. The water was off on the 1st day from around 9 am and back on around 6 pm. Our house is only 11 years old but we never got almost instant hot water until this company replace and insulated all the hot water pipes. Now it's nearly instant hot water all the time. They recommended new valves for our washing machine and had to reroute an outdoor faucet which was completed in a timely manner. There were a couple of minor delays in the complete job but Veronica in their office was pleasant to deal with and kept us well informed. And by the way, the total price was approx. $3500.00 less than 2 other bids we had acquired.

This is a couple of weeks later but better late than never right.

Adrian was AWESOME!!!! I called him and explained to him my situation and he was out to me the next day! He was able to work with me and my schedule. His pricing is VERY reasonable compared to all the big plumbing guys out there and the other hot water heater only people. He guarantees his labor for 2 years I would highly suggest you give him a call.

He doesn't take credit cards, but other than cash and checks he does take PayPal.

Not that I want my hot water heater to go out on me again anytime soon, but believe me if it did Adrian would be the FIRST person I would call!!!!

When I got to the garage this morning, our water heater started leaking...I found this company on Thumbtack and they offered to come on the same day to fix it! He also provides a quote right away, very straightforward and transparent pricing. After quoting a few others we chose them because they offer the most reasonable price. Oleskii definitely knows his stuff - he told us the problem right away, the material cost, and overall itemized cost. All very clear and specific. He got the job done with no issue. Def highly recommended!

Monday night I realized that I didn't have hot water and discovered my old water heater was leaking. I sent a bunch of quote requests through Yelp. The Owner William was very responsive and was able to secure the earliest time slot available among the other plumbers 9am to 10am. Roberto (plumber) was very Professional and Friendly. I figured since I had to replace the water heater, might as well go tankless. Roberto and his co-worker completed the installation from Storage Water Heater to Tankless Water in about 11-13 hours. (including sourcing the water heater and buying all the pipes and other required materials) He was very knowledgeable and explained what he needed to do, how it was going to be done, and why.  They also did a great job cleaning up after themselves and cleaned up the mess before finishing the job. I would recommend the company since they'll get the job done quickly and with great quality workmanship. I can't attest to the price I got, since currently there is a supply chain issue and everything just costs more.

Would I use anyone else ...?

I will never throw  burnt meat down my kitchen drain again !

Had a 15+ year water heater, noticed serious corrosion on bottom side of tank and decided to replace.  Initially thought would use Home Depot installation services, but was shocked at the quote estimate (included costs for permits, and several questionable upgrades).  I wanted to get the tank replaced over the holiday weekend and selected Plumb Tech based on high Yelp reviews (also they were the only company available that weekend!)

They did a great job - came out at the appointed time, installed the new water heater properly and did a good job at a good price (about 60% of Home Depot's estimate).  The next day there was a minor issue that needed attention and they came out promptly to resolve.  Ivan and crew were a pleasure to deal with.

Good, helpful service at a good price.  What more can you ask for?  Recommended.
