We recently had FUSE HVAC install a new HVAC system in our house, which had no existing vents or ducts. From the moment we called for a quote, the team at FUSE was prompt, professional, and clear about the pricing. Their quote was fair and even came in lower than the other companies we received quotes from. The team worked hard and made sure everything was done the right way, finishing the job on time. They also went above and beyond, doing more than what we expected without any additional charges. The final bill was the same as the quote, with only an additional service that we requested being added on at a fair price. We were especially impressed with how they managed to get a duct into a bonus room that didn't have any attic space - others had said it was impossible and recommended a split system, but FUSE HVAC did an incredible job routing the duct through the garage! We highly recommend FUSE HVAC for any of your HVAC needs - they truly went above and beyond and we couldn't be happier with the job they did.

Leak detection is a specialized industry that requires the right skills, right tools, and great integrity with its business practices. They also have a very fast turn around time. I've found the owner to be honest, skilled, punctual and knowledgeable in the field. This is why we heavily rely on their services when our clients need leak detection or a water damage source report.

Rich Briscoe is, without a doubt, the finest plumber we have ever worked with in the last 40 years that we have owned our home. We had a bad experience with a local plumber years ago who did not complete the job as we requested and so, in our search for someone more reliable, we found Briscoe Plumbing. Not only is Rich professional, he is ingenious, thorough, and warm-hearted. He quickly responds to calls and goes over and above what he's being asked to do. A perfect example is the fact that we called him to do a bathroom job and he got it done correctly and left. 15 minutes after he left, we remembered we had a problem with a refrigerator grate that we were told by a Bosch refrigerator man was impossible to fix. Rich took on the job and fixed  it for us. Also, the handle of the refrigerator's freezer was broken and the same Bosch repairman charged us $150 to tell us it couldn't be fixed. Rich took the door off and with tenacity fixed it perfectly and we were so grateful to him and so happy. Moreover, Rich is reasonably priced, fair, and knowledgeable not just about plumbing, but about helping the homeowner get the care they need.

I called him up to ask about the cost to flush a hot water heater and he asked how old it was. Since my hot water heater is from 2004, he didn't recommend flushing it out. Due to age and likely significant sediment, it could stir it up enough to clog up the lines.  He didn't think it'd be worth it for me and recommended to save my money for replacing the water heater, which would likely be soon.

He's honest and gives a good opinion and I really appreciate that! Will call him when it breaks!

Eliel and Jose came out quickly and gave me a free quote to repair our main pressure regulator to our house. They were the cheapest quote because they did not try to upsell me and just told me the price for what i needed (i had another company quote double the price because they wanted to replace the whole regulator which is only a year old instead of the repairing the leak). They got the job done in an hour and even gave me $25 off for being a first time customer. Would definitely recommend and call them again for any other plumping needs we have.

BUYER BEWARE: I would not hire Davis Plumbing unless you don't care about the cost. I was told on the phone he charged $160/hr. and he estimated it would take an hour or two.  Steve arrived 25 minutes late (no phone call) and he and his assistant spent just a few minutes over an hour removing a vessel sink, replacing it with another. I was expecting a bill of $160 + parts. Instead, he charged me $860.
Line 1 lists Vessel sink removal with Labor costs of $160.
Line 2 also lists Vessel sink removal with a labor cost of $640.
That's labor charges for 4 hours when he and his assistant only spent 1 hour. On top of that, there was a $40 fee for a service call. He discounted the $840 price by $160 immediately which IMO should never have been on the bill to begin with. When I protested the charges, he took another $100 off. But I am still very unhappy about his bill and his lack of communication. I NEVER would have hired him if I had known that replacing that sink would cost $600. I feel the total cost should have been at most $320. The work was good, but I would recommend that you NOT sign an estimate of what is supposedly the highest amount the job could possibly cost when that's what, it seemed to me, he intended to charge all along.

I am not talking about their service. They did not show up for this appointment on Saturday. I called them but no body answered the phone. I left the voice message. Well, I was thinking it was weekend so they may get back to me on the next working day. On Monday, there is no call to explain what happened.

Amazing service! Michael provide a quick quote and wonderful advice. I was so lucky he had an available time slot on a Saturday. He was a great communicator and arrived exactly when he said he would. He dawned perfect Covid protection and got right to work. Within the hour I had a brand new garage disposal installed. He will definitely be my first call next time I need any plumbing work. Thanks again!

Unfortunately, I had to hire another plumber to finish the job. Summary of Advanced Repipe Specialist is below:

PROS:
* They worked really hard
* Great sheet rock work
* No leaks
* All new fixtures (look and work great)
* Fast and friendly quoting; Bill was very knowledgeable and efficient

CONS:
* They abandoned the job:
 - I had to hire a new plumber after 10 months of no work
 - I had to spend an extra $3,000 to finish the job
* They promised 1-2 day max to complete the first phase of plumbing work, but it took 4 days. That was difficult because I had only scheduled two days off work to keep the house open for them to work there.
* They left trash (excess pipes, pieces) under the house. It took me about two hours of crawling under the house to clean it up, which was required to pass inspection.
* Pipes were not secured correctly. Pipes fell down after plumbers left with no willingness to fix it. Another plumber was required to fix it and pass inspection.
* Too much up-selling, when working on plumbing
* The contract says the plumber will be there for inspections, but they did not show up.

All these amazing reviews of Adrian are 100% on-target! I had an emergency situation. He responded as quickly as possible (shuffling his schedule to arrive with minutes), which is great. Upon arrival, he diagnosed the problem. Offered solution options that were not necessarily in his own financial best interest. Then completed the repair, immediately. All at extremely fair price. All with clear communication. All with a smile. This is a model of what outstanding customer service looks like!

When I got to the garage this morning, our water heater started leaking...I found this company on Thumbtack and they offered to come on the same day to fix it! He also provides a quote right away, very straightforward and transparent pricing. After quoting a few others we chose them because they offer the most reasonable price. Oleskii definitely knows his stuff - he told us the problem right away, the material cost, and overall itemized cost. All very clear and specific. He got the job done with no issue. Def highly recommended!

Fast response, reliable and family owned. I like supporting local businesses and especially family owned Billy and his brother Carlos handled an emergency within a day. My water tank was leaking and needed to be replaced. They offered options, quotes, and flexible to fit our needs.

We've been having problems with our plumbing for months.  We've come home at night with brown or sometimes blue water in our bathtub and toilets not flushing.  Our landlord likes to put blame on his tenants and always think that it's their fault and make us pay.  He's had several plumbers come out  and was able to clear the line but unable to figure out the main issue.  Plus one of them dump sewage water in the front yard!  So unprofessional!!

Chris R.  came over like he promised.  He was professional, prompt and very knowledgeable but most of all reasonably priced.  I'm a full-time student and a mother with a part-time income.   It turned out that the main line was busted or some off-set.  He was able to talk to the landlord and explain to him that it's not us -  it's structural.  The landlord hired him to fix the problem for good.

Plumb Tech replaced our broken water heater this past winter and I am very happy with their work.

When I called to talk about my problem, the person who answered (I assume the owner) asked a lot of questions to determine what his recommendation would be for our home. Other companies simply suggested a specific replacement unit. They also quoted an extremely competitive price.

The installers arrived on time, and worked quickly and methodically without rushing anything. They worked with my unfortunate garage design, which made the install take longer than any of us would have liked but never complained and were always courteous. When I asked for a drain pan to be installed (we had not discussed this earlier), they were happy to do so and basically only charged me for the parts.

I highly recommend Plumb Tech. Their prices are excellent, their employees wonderful to work with, and the quality of their work is top-notch.

We have worked with Tyler several times now and are so happy with him and his work. Most recently he installed our tankless water heater and did a great job and it was affordable and works great. I recommend Tyler to anybody!

Karmonte was absolutely fantastic! I had a challenging issue with my leaking toilet pipe, but he tackled it with expertise and efficiency. Despite the difficulty, he managed to complete the job on time, showcasing his remarkable skills.
