Different team came for each job, all technician are super nice people,
I have had hard time to find nice skill electrical technician until last week, now i am so happy to find Fuse, i will definitely ask them any electrical works in future,

Marcos was superb on a very challenging job.
We had some water damage and hired multiple plumbers and remediation contractors to come out to find the source of the leak.  Nobody was able to find it, much to our disappointment.  However, Marcos succeeded, with his dedicated effort and good intuition.
Furthermore, Marcos is great with his communication and promptness.  We are very pleased to have found him.

Mike and his crew were great! He was clear and upfront about everything.  He came in and fixed a lingering issue we'd been having that my own general contractor couldn't. Really good work - they know their craft.

I recently had two interactions with Miramar plumbing that did not go well. The first interaction was for a leak in my kitchen that was also bubbling my walls downstairs. I had thought it was the dishwasher that had leaked, but this was coincidental. Nonetheless, George looked no further and missed that the actual leak was behind the refrigerator. Of course this allowed additional damage and created more issues.

I thought I would give a local business one more chance. But on this occasion we called twice over 24 hours, once stating it was urgent, and then had to call a third time. Only to be told they did not have the tools needed to do the job.

When it comes to plumbing issues thoroughness and responsiveness are paramount. Unfortunately neither of those were satisfied in my interactions.

I've been incredibly pleased with the work Bart & Nick have done. I got in touch with them via a contractor to have a small bit of work done, which wound up escalating to significant work to replace our entire water line from the street (due to age of the existing pipe). They worked quickly and very hard, communicated status updates regularly, and have come back to ensure that everything is working and make a few adjustments elsewhere around our house. I'm definitely keeping them as my go-to plumbers!

Called in the morning to get a quote for a replacement water heater with installation, and by late afternoon/evening we had hot water once again!  Edwin & Jose came out to give us a very reasonable estimate for the job (cheaper & quicker than the big box stores), then came back to complete installation of our new water heater as promised with proper upgrades per new code regulations.

I'm comforted to know that I've found a reliable plumbing company for my future needs.  I'll be recommending them to family & friends as well.

I have nothing but the highest praise for Davis plumbing.

The latest project was a bathtub retiling job and new plumbing in the house we rent.  We tend to perform a lot of rental management duties to help out our aging landlady who doesn't live in the area.  He was extremely clear and precise with his estimates, timing and communications with our landlady and us.   He has done at least two other projects and he is prompt, respectful, honest and highly capable.  He takes the time to explain what he is doing and executes in the time he says it will take.  I trust him so much that we gave him the key to our home to do the bathtub retiling job when we were on vacation.  

When we buy a home and if we need any plumbing work done I will always call Steve Davis first.  I have no affiliation with him except through these projects and I wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend him.  It is really a pleasure to receive outstanding service and a treat to be able to recommend Davis Plumbing to others.

This review is long overdue and I should have posted it months ago!  We have used On Time Plumbing twice. First time was last May when we had a backup with the sewer line. Unfortunately this is an ongoing issue due to the roots getting into the pipes, so last night Isidoro and his crew came by to help again. We really appreciate his prompt attention on a Saturday night; it's nice to have a working bathroom again!
Isidoro was detailed and thorough on his explanations about what is causing our sewer line to backup, and he is giving us options on how to treat this issue.  Also, the cost of his service was fair! I would highly recommend On Time Plumbing.

Several months ago, the inlet line to our septic tank got plugged by roots and the system backed up. In the course of getting it fixed, we noticed a large pipe in the crawl space with a 1/2 inch crack in it that was leaking sewage. I asked three plumbers for repair bids. The first two quoted around $3000, not including sheet rock repair and possible stucco work. Michael of Commando came last and to my delight said that repair was not really necessary. The crack was in a vent pipe and would only leak if the system backed up again. The solution then is to roto-root the inlet line periodically which will cost way less than $3000.

Advanced Repipe Specialist is an outstanding company.  They repiped my Mother's house in Sacramento.  They work quickly to minimize water service downtime and general inconvenience.  They are clean, pick up their trash every day, and in general, they respect the property and also laid down flooring protection in the house.  They coordinated all work the City Inspector,  made follow-up corrections quickly, which makes it worry free for the property owner.  Aside from doing a great job on the repipe work, they are clean cut, and they were very respectful and courteous to my Mom, which was important to me.  To illustrate this, we left the work crew inside the house by themselves to run an important errand.  They looked after the house like it was theirs, this is my kind of people!  Advanced Repipe Specialist comes highly recommended - 5 Stars!

When I got to the garage this morning, our water heater started leaking...I found this company on Thumbtack and they offered to come on the same day to fix it! He also provides a quote right away, very straightforward and transparent pricing. After quoting a few others we chose them because they offer the most reasonable price. Oleskii definitely knows his stuff - he told us the problem right away, the material cost, and overall itemized cost. All very clear and specific. He got the job done with no issue. Def highly recommended!

Billy and Carlos solved a problem that may have persisted for years.  A leak in our sprinkler system beneath a tree and completely inacessible.  They rerouted copper piping (50 year warranty) and a 6 gallon per hour leak was eliminated. They worked really hard and completed the job in one day. Clean up was perfect.  They have decades of experience between them.  Thanks guys!

THE BEST! HONEST, REASONABLE PRICING & GREAT SERVICE. We have been using San Jose Plumbing for years and they are simply the best. Kevin (the founder/owner) was still working in the field and still is as far as I know. We called them to install a main line clean out a couple years back. Kevin came out and did some 'experienced investigating' and started digging a 12x12 area. Shazam! We already had a clean out that had been covered for decades. My family has lived in our home for 55 years and never knew it was there. Kevin's honesty and professionalism saved us over $1000! He did the work himself and was here until after 8pm. Who else would have done that much investigative work to save a customer money?! I wish the answer was 'everybody', but we know that simply isn't true. But San Jose Plumbing did!
They are the best! I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I was so happy that I called and spoke with the Ivan I had read so much about. I told him what my problem was and he gave me several options....one was how to fix it on my own which would have only cost me $15. I tried on my own based on his advice and when I got stopped up I called him back and he sent Ray out first thing the next morning. My issue was small so I can't attest to their other plumbing services but I can say the customer service was great and that's worth a lot to me. I will be calling them in the future if I have another problem :)

Jon has been out to our house on multiple occasions. Recently he was out to help with our shower. They are good people and I feel the bill for the work was reasonable and I was grateful. Thanks
