Our AC is out in the middle of summer. After being passed around by our home warranty company we decided to just pay for a repair and stumbled upon Fuse HVAC. I contacted them last night, and within minutes I had a response and was scheduled for today.

Mikhail was our electrician; He showed up early and got to work immediately by discovering the problem and going much further than the other electrician we worked with did. Not only did he know what was needed to solve our electrical panel problem, which by the way was several MELTED breaker switches, he had the correct breaker switches that we needed on hand and quickly switched them out. To my wife's shock the issue was taken care of in literally less than 24 hours since we assumed parts were going to be ordered, some more downtime in the heat would happen, etc. What amazing customer service!

Marcos was responsive & helpful! He found the leak within minutes of arriving, despite the fact that we also had a leaky shower valve. Turns out it was just a leaky landscape valve!

Mike and his crew are incredible. After moving in, I was in search for a reliable plumber to help tackle a number of projects in our new home. His team has installed a water softener, filtration, worked on a bathroom remodel in our primary bathroom (shower, sinks, and new toilet)...but the biggest and most impressive work was the pipe and drain work in my home bar, The Lost Grotto.

The goal was to have a fully working sink, ice machine with drainage, and a bar rail drain with glass rinsing station. Mike's team worked with my desired layout, and the result is beautiful copper pipe and drain work under the bar.

The Redwood Pipe and Drain team is fast, efficient, and delivers high quality work at a reasonable price. They are experts, and the work reflects it! Definitely my go-to, and highly recommended for your pipe and drain needs.

Nick is a South Bay Area gem.  He is a remembrance of time gone by...those originally from this special area (South Bay) remember when work was done with people who felt like your neighbor!?! That's Nick.  He went above and beyond for us in so many ways...he even requested to come to the store with my other half to make sure the selection would work after a 2 hour job turned into a late night 6 hour job.

This guy is the real deal.  He's a talented plumber who at the end of the day doesn't make you feel like it's a corporate exchange.

I called this morning and was told a tech would be out between 1 & 3 PM. A minute later they called and said they had a cancellation and would come right out.
Edwin & Jose greeted me professionally & personably and explained their rates. I explained my plumbing problem and they assured me they could fix.
The problem was fixed in 30 minutes and they took time to explain what it was they did and how much better it would be. They told me they warranted their work and if I had any problems, to call them and they come right out.
It was a fabulous service and I highly recommend them. Edwin was exceptional!

BUYER BEWARE: I would not hire Davis Plumbing unless you don't care about the cost. I was told on the phone he charged $160/hr. and he estimated it would take an hour or two.  Steve arrived 25 minutes late (no phone call) and he and his assistant spent just a few minutes over an hour removing a vessel sink, replacing it with another. I was expecting a bill of $160 + parts. Instead, he charged me $860.
Line 1 lists Vessel sink removal with Labor costs of $160.
Line 2 also lists Vessel sink removal with a labor cost of $640.
That's labor charges for 4 hours when he and his assistant only spent 1 hour. On top of that, there was a $40 fee for a service call. He discounted the $840 price by $160 immediately which IMO should never have been on the bill to begin with. When I protested the charges, he took another $100 off. But I am still very unhappy about his bill and his lack of communication. I NEVER would have hired him if I had known that replacing that sink would cost $600. I feel the total cost should have been at most $320. The work was good, but I would recommend that you NOT sign an estimate of what is supposedly the highest amount the job could possibly cost when that's what, it seemed to me, he intended to charge all along.

They were able to come out very quickly and fix a problem with one of our drains where the water was draining very slowly. Quick and efficient, can't ask for more than that!

I had a leak in the main water line that another leak detection company could not find and yet charged me $345.  Victor & crew took the time to isolate the leak and repair it.  Not an easy job as the meter is a very long was from my home. It took two days locate the break. They then had to trench & reroute piping around a large Redwood tree.   This company is very professional and does a great job and I feel their pricing is fair.   It was a pleasure working with them and I would call them in the future for any plumbing needs. I would agree with other reviewers who say Victor is great!  Thank you Commando!!

They did a good job of the re-piping, but subsequent leaks and other small fixes were ignored. After a couple calls, they even stopped picking up the phone.
I would not recommend them unless you expect the job will be done so well that there is zero chance of needing a followup visit.

GPOAT!!  Greatest plumber of all time.  Texted me he was running a bit late.  Showed up and we discussed the problem a bit, then he replaced the part, suggested I drain the sediment, and when he saw the confused look on my face said:  Do you want to do it now?  Of course I said yes, and he proceeded to show me how to do it on my own.  No extra charge.  And his price was more than reasonable.
I will call him again and recommend you call him too.

When I got to the garage this morning, our water heater started leaking...I found this company on Thumbtack and they offered to come on the same day to fix it! He also provides a quote right away, very straightforward and transparent pricing. After quoting a few others we chose them because they offer the most reasonable price. Oleskii definitely knows his stuff - he told us the problem right away, the material cost, and overall itemized cost. All very clear and specific. He got the job done with no issue. Def highly recommended!

I was so fortunate to come across Billy to help the water heater leak at my rental unit.  The water heater was just 4 years old and still under warranty, so I can have a replacement at HD.  The trouble was they need to have the old unit in order to proceed with replacement.  Billy went out his way to deal with HD and sticked to the end!  He and his team are highly skilled and installed the new water heater in a breeze.  He also added the earth quake straps to comply to code.  Highly recommended for the trust worthy plumbing service. Billy is super friendly and knowledgeable with a reasonable cost!

Another great experience with San Jose Plumbing!  I had an urgent need to address a sewer backup and they acted quickly to get me help. Kevin arrived quickly and handled the problem professionally. He was also thorough cleaning up and when I sought his advice on some additional work he was straight with me and did not try to sell me something I didn't need. Another example of why they are my first call for plumbing needs!

I called Plumb Tech today for a PVC water pipe leak, and he told me if it's PVC pipe, it's an easy fix, I should just call landscaping, which is a lot cheaper, so I decided to call my gardener instead.

They are great to work with, in and out no fuss.  Called this morning and could come over right away to fix my water heater.  Call them next time you need help!
