I called in the morning regarding couple of issues with air conditioning system at my home; they managed to schedule it for 3-5pm same day; technician (Dan) showed up exactly at 3pm; and work was done by 5pm! Very professional service at a reasonable price. Dan was knowledgeable and patient with explaining newbie queries I had about the system. Highly recommended!

This review is an amazing job performed by The Leak Detection Company.
I received a notification of excessive water use and potential leak via email and text. Checked and observed for a few days and, sure enough, the amount of water used was triple the average we normally see. After checking the house and ruling out the sprinkler system, I suspected an underground leak in the pool plumbing.
Contacted the folks at The Leak Detection Company and from the first interaction on the phone I was impressed by the responsiveness and professionalism exhibited by this company.
After setting the appointment, they showed up right on time, brought some sophisticated equipment and took the time to explain everything they intended to do and how this equipment detects leaks. After performing their magic, they located the problem area and offered several solutions. I took them on the offer to fix the leak, which they did, demonstrating excellent knowledge of their trait.
More importantly, these are really nice people that take pride in what they do. They are very reasonably priced and truly care, which is something we do not see very often these days. If I ever need such services in the future, The Leak Detection Company will be my Go To company.

My tankless water heater stopped working. I called Redwood Pipe and Drain for a consultation. They were professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. I ended up having to replace the unit and found they were competitively priced. More importantly, every staff member I interacted with was helpful and knowledgeable. They had a crew replace my dying unit with a new one. They did a fantastic job. It's so nice to have hot water again. I highly recommend Redwood Pipe and Drain.

Rich Briscoe is, without a doubt, the finest plumber we have ever worked with in the last 40 years that we have owned our home. We had a bad experience with a local plumber years ago who did not complete the job as we requested and so, in our search for someone more reliable, we found Briscoe Plumbing. Not only is Rich professional, he is ingenious, thorough, and warm-hearted. He quickly responds to calls and goes over and above what he's being asked to do. A perfect example is the fact that we called him to do a bathroom job and he got it done correctly and left. 15 minutes after he left, we remembered we had a problem with a refrigerator grate that we were told by a Bosch refrigerator man was impossible to fix. Rich took on the job and fixed  it for us. Also, the handle of the refrigerator's freezer was broken and the same Bosch repairman charged us $150 to tell us it couldn't be fixed. Rich took the door off and with tenacity fixed it perfectly and we were so grateful to him and so happy. Moreover, Rich is reasonably priced, fair, and knowledgeable not just about plumbing, but about helping the homeowner get the care they need.

I noticed water under our kitchen sink last night, coming from garbage disposal. I called & left a message. George called this morning at 9am, came right out and replaced it. In & Out in 20mins!  He's the best!

I have used Nick and Bart's plumbing services twice now for an apartment complex. They have superb customer service, they arrive when they say they will, work quickly, and have reasonable prices. Without a doubt, I will continue to call them and recommend their services for home or commercial services.

My kitchen drain stopped draining and water was overflowing from my washing machine drain. I called Warranted in the morning and got an appointment for the afternoon.

Luis and his helper showed up on time, went to work, couldn't open the rusty old cleanouts in the house so opened the clogged line from the roof. They gave me a first time customer discount. Even without it the price would have been reasonable. There's also a 30 warranty in case it clogs again.

All good.

Hire this guy! He beautifully fixed our 37+ year old shower/tub fixtures so they now work and don't leak. This included the handle (to turn on/off/temperature adjust), and the spout with lever (to direct water flow to shower head or bathtub). And he didn't have to break into any walls or tile! He also did some clearing of the drain. And he fixed a separate sink drain so the pipes don't rattle and bang throughout the house when you turn on the cold water! And he made everything clean and neat before he left:)

I have only good things to say. They were accommodating to my schedule, showed up on time, professional, once seeing my toilet he knew the issue within a minute & fixed it within 10 minutes, and honored the rate we spoke about previously.

Highly recommend these guys. I messaged them about a gas leak we had with our stove, and they were here within two hours.  The issue was identified immediately and resolved within a few hours. Prices were also very reasonable compared to the other quotes we received. Super happy with their work!

The work was impeccably done.  Could not even tell where the walls were cut out.  Plus my house is 4600 sq ft and it was done in just a few days.  Ramiro and Advanced Repipe Specialists were great to work with.  Would definitely recommend.

Not too sure why I haven't reviewed Adrian and Dependable Water Heaters but here we go....

Ever had a bad day? Not just any bad day... but a BAD BAD DAY!!! Mine went as followed:
My alarm for work went off late causing me to panic. I immediately head straight to the shower and let the water run|heat up- or so I thought it did.
I hop right in and am left cringing and am in complete shock due to the ice cold water that is now drenching me. With no time to spare, I suffer through what felt like the longest shower EVER [not it a good way]. I jump into the car half frozen, wet hair dripping, and I begin to weaving in and out of traffic hoping to get into work sooner than later. Traffic comes to a complete halt and the rest of my day was pretty poopy to say the least.

With all that said, I couldn't wait to get home and have this headache fixed. I was in a panic to have our water heater looked at, fixed, and be done with this unexpected stress. Thanks to Yelp I found DWH. Not really knowing much about this stuff, Adrian took extra time to walk me through the entire process. I appreciated his honesty, care, and LOVED the fact that I didn't feel pressured to do anything.  

Fast forward: the busted water heater was removed, replaced, and everything was done in a timely manner. The man legit made it look easy peasy.

5/5 stars for Adrian and DWH. The reviews do not lie and this business comes highly highly recommended. Keep up the great work, you are an absolute life saver!!!!!!!

The current more than 10 years old water tank got water leak to floor. Looking for quick service in the market, Alex is one response and offer same day service with tank purchased from home Depot. Arrived on time and detail description to whole process and out-of-order parts replacement suggestion. He performs the state of the art skill and also fixed the previous incorrect installation. Within 3 hours, the new water tank was replaced and back to working status. Highly recommend to use the service.

All I can say, is very impressive. William, the owner, arrived promptly before the promised window. He took care of the problem in less than an hour. He quoted a price and did not go above it. He provided above and beyond service doing extra work to explain where the problem was. Definitely definitely definitely a reliable plumber to go back to.

Of course if I could have put negative stars I would have.  It took 4 weeks to finishing installing a 2-way clean out in my front yard.  After 3 visits the clean out was installed, but I waited another weeks for permit approval and completion of the project.  This is a Diamond Certified company- what BS.  I could go on but why?  I will never use this company again.

Plumb tech is a wonderful company. They replaced our boiler system that has been intermittent for the past year and now is working like a champ! Ivan was very polite and helpful.

We had leaky shutoff valves under our kitchen sink, which I discovered while preparing to install our new faucet. We called George Allen & Sons to schedule an appointment to fix the issue, and they were able to come out the very same day. John fixed our shutoff valves and installed our new faucet in an extremely reasonable amount of time, and the work was done very, very well.

I would wholeheartedly recommend George Allen & Sons, and I can't thank them enough for being there for us during this very strange time (shelter in place).

Karmonte was absolutely fantastic! I had a challenging issue with my leaking toilet pipe, but he tackled it with expertise and efficiency. Despite the difficulty, he managed to complete the job on time, showcasing his remarkable skills. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also went above and beyond by meticulously cleaning up the job site. I was truly impressed with how tidy everything was when he finished.
