Thank you so much Fuse HVAC. I had received several quotes for A/C installation for my home, but none were as competitively priced or reasonably timed as Fuse. I really appreciate the time that the technician Stan took to come out and assess my home, as well as the efficient and careful way that Tony and his colleague (didn't catch his name!) were able to complete the installation. I was extremely impressed with their quick work and my home is finally livable again with these 100+ degree days. Thank you so much for helping me.

Marcos was superb on a very challenging job.
We had some water damage and hired multiple plumbers and remediation contractors to come out to find the source of the leak.  Nobody was able to find it, much to our disappointment.  However, Marcos succeeded, with his dedicated effort and good intuition.
Furthermore, Marcos is great with his communication and promptness.  We are very pleased to have found him.

The Coastside has lots of creative plumbing and I get the impression that Rich has seen some things in his career...  For our creatively-plumbed house, he has always clearly laid out our options, whether it's to fix what's there or to replace it.

I called him up to ask about the cost to flush a hot water heater and he asked how old it was. Since my hot water heater is from 2004, he didn't recommend flushing it out. Due to age and likely significant sediment, it could stir it up enough to clog up the lines.  He didn't think it'd be worth it for me and recommended to save my money for replacing the water heater, which would likely be soon.

He's honest and gives a good opinion and I really appreciate that! Will call him when it breaks!

Contacted on Yelp; set an estimate time for the same day. Luis came by ten minutes before my two hour window started and immediately offered to come back if he was too early. I appreciated both the punctuality and the consideration. He took off his shoes and left them on my front mat-- again, very considerate-- then looked at the issue in my bathtub. It turned out to be a simple fix for which they already had the part on the truck, so with my approval for scope of work and cost, he got right to work. The fix took about 20 minutes, and the bathroom was left exactly as it was when he came in-- no mess. I was left a written description of work performed, including the name of the part. 10/10 for work performed as agreed and wonderful costumer service. I'm wary of letting people into my home, and it's nice to be reminded that there are still trustworthy tradespeople out there.

Steve is excellent. He always promptly returns my call and schedules an appointment. He quickly addresses the problem without any mess. Steve patiently explains to me what I need to know so that I might be able to fix it myself in the future. Most recently, he left me the tool I would need and didn't charge me. Steve is efficient and trustworthy. If I was unable to be home while he works, it would not be a problem

Ramiro takes your concerns seriously. He repiped our 70+ year old home in one day. During the inspection phase, he found some very serious breaks in our iron sewer pipes. The following week they replaced those as well.

What's nice with Dependable Water Heaters is that Adrian specializes in water heaters instead of general plumbing. He was very accommodating for same day estimate, arrived on time, and quickly pointed out that the water heater actually was still under warranty so we could order a new thermocouple and fix the issue for a very affordable price. However, given the fact that this was the second time it needed a new part in its short life span, and that our brand was known to be a cruddy one, we opted for a new water heater.

We were scheduled for a new water heater the next day. He brought us up to code, pointed out all the unstable issues with our setup (sadly the home inspector missed all of this stuff when we purchased the home, but that's another story), replaced some pipes, and made the overall look much less messy. It was a 2.5 hour process with Adrian explaining everything as he went along, offering tips on how to best maintain the water heater.

While Adrian offered the best warranty on labor, and had competitive pricing in comparison to another service that I was considering, a key reason we chose his service was because of his professional and friendly demeanor. You can tell that he enjoys what he does. When there is a love for your work, you put forth honesty and effort, which is priceless. Even my introvert husband instantly liked and trusted him.

Replacing a water heater is definitely a decision that can take a bite out of your savings. However, as Adrian puts it, you aren't just buying a water heater, you are buying peace of mind (and in our case, hot water in the middle of winter as well). It's so important that you find someone you can trust.

Adrian made the process so easy, we almost didn't mind paying the $1000+ cost, especially because we know we can turn to him in the future. Seriously, giving Dependable Water Heaters our business is equivalent to finding a good mechanic that you can trust. I haven't found the mechanic yet, but am beyond thrilled with knowing that Adrian is the go to guy for all my water heater needs. I wish he could do all my home repairs in my money-pit of a house.

The current more than 10 years old water tank got water leak to floor. Looking for quick service in the market, Alex is one response and offer same day service with tank purchased from home Depot. Arrived on time and detail description to whole process and out-of-order parts replacement suggestion. He performs the state of the art skill and also fixed the previous incorrect installation. Within 3 hours, the new water tank was replaced and back to working status. Highly recommend to use the service.

Billy and his team are HIGHLY professional, reliable, and thorough in their work. I needed a line installed to connect a water line to our fridge; it was fairly complicated as the line had to go from downstairs to upstairs. In the free estimate he provided options, and ultimately found a creative solution - better than expected. They're reasonably priced too! Definitely will be working with them again.

I had the pleasure of meeting the kindest, most competent and fair plumber today. His name is Kevin and of you have a plumbing issue go no further.  I had  a clogged toilet that also broke. He replaced the toilet and got rid of the clog in such a timely manner. He also gave me a more then fair price. He told me he works because he wants to  help people. He has a hard of gold. He came highly recommended and did not disappoint! Thank you Kevin! You are a real blessing and made a hectic day peaceful.

I was in the middle of hosting my son's 5th birthday party and my tenant calls about an emergency leaking water heater.    I call Ivan who was just finishing up a job and he rushed over to the rescue.  He arrived, diagnosed, fixed and invoiced me all within a couple hours.   Speed and convenience!
