My Samsung dryer suddenly stopped heating.  The dryer functioned through it's cycle but was not heating.    Contacted Fuse, and they responded promptly to diagnose my issue.   Max responded and diagnosed the dryer.   He stated everything was fine with the dryer.  The problem was with the my outlet wiring.   He showed me that not enough power was flowing into dryer.
   Unfortunately we had to get new wiring leading to the dryer.   Once the dryer outlet and wiring  was replaced, the dryer functioned fine.   I would recommend fuse.

We had a new leak that nobody could find but they were able to come out and quickly locate the leak. They were very quick and efficient and helped fix our problem when no one else could.

Well my old water heater decided to take a poop on me in the middle of a shower so I called around a few places and everyone either didn't answer or was booked out a week. When I called Redwood Pipe Britney answered the phone (super nice!) she said that Mike the owner could come out that day and see what needed to be done. Mike arrived 2 hours later and waisted no time  looking over the old water heater. As I expected it was installed by the previous home owner incorrectly and that was part to blame of why it failed. Mike gave me a few options on what i could do and ultimately I went with his recommendation on getting an on demand heater. They scheduled me for the next day and I had hot water by that evening!! It's been 3 months now and I've noticed a reduction in my electric bill and the heater works like a champ. Thanks Mike and team for doing such a solid job! Come back for coffee anytime :)

You can't do better than Rich Briscoe for a plumber.  He responds quickly, appraises your needs thoroughly and accurately, explains exactly what he's going to do and why, and answers any questions expertly and honestly.  His prices are very fair as are what he charges for parts.  If he's got a spare of what you need he may not charge for it at all.  He's also very personable and while fixing or installing whatever it is in a jiffy he's never in a hurry and is very pleasant to talk with.

George from Miramar Plumbing has helped out us with several projects over the years, including two plumbing emergencies: shower valves, a leaking hot water heater, and a blocked drain. He's a fantastic guy. His work is always excellent and reasonably priced. Johnny, who works with him, is also friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

For me, Nick did not work out.  It was a small job and I could understand if he did not want to take it.  But to make and break appointments and not follow up on commitments is a waste of time for all.  This was my second time to request help from Nick and both times a 1 star experience.

They saved me!! Had a water heater go out in the middle
of the night-they showed up the next morning bright and early and had hot water going by the early afternoon. Great customer service and honest pricing. The rough estimate given over the phone in the middle of the night is what they gave me when all was said and done. Thank You Edwin and Luis!! Even better they are both local small business owners. I always look for local-they have a personal and honest business practice that these chain/corporate plumbing places lack.

Steve is excellent. He always promptly returns my call and schedules an appointment. He quickly addresses the problem without any mess. Steve patiently explains to me what I need to know so that I might be able to fix it myself in the future. Most recently, he left me the tool I would need and didn't charge me. Steve is efficient and trustworthy. If I was unable to be home while he works, it would not be a problem

On-Time Plumbing replied quickly to my request for a quote to reconfigure the drain connection for our garage utility sink.  Isidoro came the same day to walk me through what needed to be done and gave me a free estimate.  He was able to quickly and efficiently fix my problem for a very reasonable price.  He had great communication with me throughout and came on time for both the quote and the work.  Would recommend!

Any time we have a plumbing issue - we are happy that Mario is here to solve it! He is always on time, friendly and professional indeed! He does his job fast and leaves absolutely no mess after he's done! It's such a relief having someone like Mario to rely on!

I chose the Advanced Repipe Specialist for one of the most difficult home improvement projects in my mind --- repiping the whole home. I needed a team of true professionals and Advanced Repipe pulled it off.

Ramiro and his team were easy to work with. I had a very positive experience from the beginning. Ramiro came to my home on time for the first consultation and gave a detailed presentation to help me understand my options. He provided an accurate estimated cost, which was exactly what I paid for at the end. Their price might not be the lowest, but they were transparent about the materials and costs. I felt confident picking Advanced Repipe out of a pool of contractors.

When I got to the garage this morning, our water heater started leaking...I found this company on Thumbtack and they offered to come on the same day to fix it! He also provides a quote right away, very straightforward and transparent pricing. After quoting a few others we chose them because they offer the most reasonable price. Oleskii definitely knows his stuff - he told us the problem right away, the material cost, and overall itemized cost. All very clear and specific. He got the job done with no issue. Def highly recommended!

Billy showed up fast, found the problem, suggested a solution and did the work within the hour. Great service and will easily use again and recommend.

Mike just left my house after fixing one of those jobs you thought you should have been able to do yourself but just didn't have the confidence to yank & pull on a fixture.
Turned out that the shower faucet (spigot) leak was in fact a worn washer but the trick was knowing to use a hex wrench to loosen the fixture & remove it to get to the core. DOH!

Anyway, enough about my dented ego . . . the job was done in less than 40 mins and no more dripping.  It's what can go on behind the wall that made me nervous so I'm a happy camper.

Mike was about 90 mins late but I did make the dispatcher aware that mine was not an urgent call and, since they'd had a rash of emergencies, I chalked it up to business as usual in the plumbing field.  However, I did feel the need to knock off a star for it as it didn't qualify as as good as it gets (5 star rating)  Tough call as Mike was very professional & put the booties on, etc.

I've programmed their phone number for future problems so I definitely would recommend them!

I hire this co. for an emergency same day gas water heater replacement. The came promptly and had it done for an hour or so. Fast, efficient, clean. They took care the old heater. The price is not the lowest, but I need a knowledgeable plumber. I should have given them a 5 stars, but only I found out that it is a 38 gallons, not 40 gallons that I have asked them. Well,  the 2 gallons difference cost me $30 rebates from PG&E.

I had a plumbing emergancy and called these guys. They were at the location within minutes and stayed till the job got done, even though its was the end of the day and well past normaly business hours. The price was very fair and now the plumbing is better then before. Thank You Tyler Allen!!! You guys are awesome. I would HIGHLY recommend their services if you are need of a fixing or are looking for tankless water heaters. These guys know their stuff.

I don't believe I ever made a bad review about a company that I was involved with. This plumbing company is in the list of certified contractors of American Home Shield, my home warranty company,  that they sent to look at my stoppage on my kitchen sewer line to the main line after paying $100. They did the usual snake process twice and reported that they found mud on the snake and requested AHS the use a camera to find the problem. AHS did not approve it saying it was my responsibility since it's not part of my contract. It was an emergency so I contacted another plumbing company, Gasca Plumbing, who did the identical procedure and they were able to clear the stoppage. They went down the crawl space to inspect and found my sewer pipe intact.
The report that Rock's Plumbing wrote to AHS was there was a SLAB LEAK. How can there be a slab leak if my house is NOT built on a SLAB but rather have a crawl space. I read a consumer review about Rocky's and some one advice that check on their license if it is active.
