Our close to 30-year AC finally breathed its last.  I reached out to Fuse for a new HVAC quote, and Roby responded timely to give me an estimate.  His estimate was fast, accurate and very competitive.  I can't commend enough about his communication skills and customer service.  The installation was smooth too.  Now the new HVAC system is up running well everyday.  I am very impressed with the pricing, efficiency and quality this company delivers.  Their operation is so smooth.  Through the process, I've been working with multiple people from different departments, but the transition was seamless. I wish I could give more than 5 stars to this company.  Definitely recommend them!

Marcos was superb on a very challenging job.
We had some water damage and hired multiple plumbers and remediation contractors to come out to find the source of the leak.  Nobody was able to find it, much to our disappointment.  However, Marcos succeeded, with his dedicated effort and good intuition.
Furthermore, Marcos is great with his communication and promptness.  We are very pleased to have found him.

Mike and his guys did several jobs at my house over the last year including a partial repipe, new drains, and some work on gas lines. In each case there was great communication from start to finish, a very fair price, and the work was all top notch. So much so that other contractors that have been to my house commented on how good the work looked.

Best of all Mike and team are good people who you'll want to do business with....Highly recommend!

This was the BEST plumbing experience I've had in my life.  It was Tuesday, and I had been without water since Saturday! My home warranty company sent out the first guy late Tuesday afternoon. He refused to fix my leaking water heater, despite the fact it was STILL LEAKING. I called Rich in tears and he arrived in less than 30 minutes, fixed the issue, and gave me a fair price. He truly saved the day. I will only be using him from now on.

I recently had two interactions with Miramar plumbing that did not go well. The first interaction was for a leak in my kitchen that was also bubbling my walls downstairs. I had thought it was the dishwasher that had leaked, but this was coincidental. Nonetheless, George looked no further and missed that the actual leak was behind the refrigerator. Of course this allowed additional damage and created more issues.

I thought I would give a local business one more chance. But on this occasion we called twice over 24 hours, once stating it was urgent, and then had to call a third time. Only to be told they did not have the tools needed to do the job.

When it comes to plumbing issues thoroughness and responsiveness are paramount. Unfortunately neither of those were satisfied in my interactions.

It was 6pm on a Friday, my wife and I had just got back from the hospital with our new baby, and the main line to our house blocks up so none of the toilets work. After calling a bunch of plumbers from Yelp and getting We can't come out tonight, it will have to wait until next week I gave Plumbing 911 a call.

Two things impressed me straight away: they quoted a price without me even asking (and it was quite reasonable) and they were able to come out within the hour. They showed up as promised, fixed the problem, and then charged me exactly the amount quoted! I really couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended.

I messaged through Yelp on a Saturday and received a response within a couple hours and before any of the other 3 business I reached out to. Edwin was able to come out the next day and check out our issue at no charge. He thoroughly explained the issue and pricing so that I can shop around if I wanted to. I heard from the other 3 businesses shortly after and all 3 prices I received seemed competitive except Edwin gave me a set amount whereas another company gave me an hourly rate (but note that they didn't come in person). Anyways, I chose to work with Edwin because I felt I was making a good, no pressure decision and I was well informed of what was being done. The job just finished and all seems well so far and every was left as it was.

Once again Steve came to the rescue fixing my major leak the very next day after calling him.  He is easy to get in touch with and returns calls quickly. I appreciate his concern for using good quality parts. Now I just text  him a photo of the problem  and he arrives with the materials I need on his truck - not wasting my time and money running around town looking for parts.

Great service. Called news years eve, they showed up in 15mins, had a leak from the water heater overflow which turned out to be a minor fix and only paid a nominal fee for their time. Thank you Eddy!

We happily used Commando once before. Though we found Victor friendly but flaky, his crew was great. They did a major overhaul of our sewage pipes under the house.

We later scheduled him for snaking a drain, got a clear confirmation...but they didn't come. We called. Nothing. We pinged him via Yelp asking what happened. No response. We had to get a different plumber, which made for two more days of no shower. So disappointing.

Great crew but very unreliable. After one good experience we will go elsewhere in the future. Handy Plumbing Man has been reliable across two jobs with a great scheduling system.

i was very impressed with this company.  We had our entire house re-piped from pex pipes to copper due to many leaks we had with the pex pipes.  Ramiro was very professional and gave us an accurate quote and realistic timeline for the job.  They were excellent and stayed on schedule.  They were also very neat while doing the work (protected floors, etc).  Once the job was complete, they quickly patched up the walls and re-textured perfectly.  The staff were all very professional and polite.  During the process, they offered to change our shower faucets since the walls were opened up, as it would be a good time for that if we wanted it.  We now have new shower faucets and pipes that provide immediate hot water and are thrilled with the work done.  I can't recommend them enough.

I'd give Adrian 10 stars if I could. He's fast, knowledgeable, professional, and very customer service oriented. When my water heater blew, he knew just from the description and pictures what was needed and was at my house the next day and installed a new water heater (that's the short story). Fast forward 1.2 years and I noticed some water leaking on the ground and it looked like it was from the water heater so I texted him after 10pm at night and he texted right back that he'd call me in the AM after I sent him some pics of the issue. He called in the AM and even though his calendar was full, and he was heading out of town for a week the next day, he made a point to come by and see what was going on with my heater. He located the issue, which was no fault of his, fixed it by installing a new water line, and the most amazing thing wsa he didn;'t charge me for the house call and repair! WHO DOES THAT??? Adrian, does. That's who. Shows who he is not only as a professional, but even more so as a person. Thanks, Adrian, for all your help. We need for Adrian's in this world, for sure!

Our water heater in our duplex started making funny noises around 5 pm. By 5:45 I was on Thumbtack, and by 6 pm Alex from SAV Services had contacted me and said he could be here by 6:30. He was on time and ready to work. Our ancient water heater was dead - I knew it before he got here. We decided to replace both water heaters in the duplex, and Alex gave us a reasonable quote and went out then to get the 2 water heaters. He was back and at work and by 10 pm we had hot water again and 2 working new water heaters installed and up to code finally. Thank you Alex! Fantastic job!!

I recently had the pleasure of meeting both Roberto and William/Billy under less than pleasurable circumstances. The drains in my 1925 triplex are a little worse for wear and clearly previous owners did nothing to maintain the system. They snaked a drain which then almost overflowed again for they offered the picote- essentially a d&c tool for old pipes that chews away the obstructions and sclerotic debris, rejuvenating the pipes and allowing shit and everything else to flow again.

They were very thoughtful and friendly and helped me think through the system and figure out a plan for acute care now to restore functionality as well as make a plan for yearly maintenance.

I was impressed by both their pricing and their flexibility in working with the situation and adapting the plan as we learned more about what we were dealing with. I'm putting them on my speed dial for household plumbing and gas lines maintenance moving forward!

We had our plumbing changed in the main bath room and was charged $216 for little over one hour of work.  Since we haven't had plumbing work done for many years, I'm not sure whether this charge was fair or not, but I believe it was a fair price.

Had a 15+ year water heater, noticed serious corrosion on bottom side of tank and decided to replace.  Initially thought would use Home Depot installation services, but was shocked at the quote estimate (included costs for permits, and several questionable upgrades).  I wanted to get the tank replaced over the holiday weekend and selected Plumb Tech based on high Yelp reviews (also they were the only company available that weekend!)

They did a great job - came out at the appointed time, installed the new water heater properly and did a good job at a good price (about 60% of Home Depot's estimate).  The next day there was a minor issue that needed attention and they came out promptly to resolve.  Ivan and crew were a pleasure to deal with.

Good, helpful service at a good price.  What more can you ask for?  Recommended.

We needed a plumber to fix a couple of leaking shower heads and a clogged bathroom sink. Butch showed up on time and did a fantastic job looking at all the issues I showed him and fixing everything. He was friendly and patient with all of my questions. It took him around an hour to fix 3 separate issues and the price was reasonable for the work he did.

I would definitely call them again if I need a plumber.
