10 stars.  No wonder Fuse Appliance has 5 solid stars on yelp. Stan was my technician and he was friendly.  They were able to come same day to look at my unit without charging me a diagnostic fee!! The AC went down at my salon. It's a very old AC, but Stan found a way to salvage it, unlike the 3 others that came to look at it and wanted to just have me buy a new AC (that I can't afford!).  Stan is a life saver.  He even looked at my heater that has no hope. I will be using this place always! A+... highly recommend!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with The Leak Detection Company and I have to say, I was extremely impressed with their level of professionalism and expertise. They were able to use their camera to accurately locate a cracked pipe in at my business and provide a solution to fix it. The technician who came out to my barbershop was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He was able to quickly and effectively diagnose the problem and provide a solution that was both cost-effective and long-lasting. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of leak detection services. They truly went above and beyond and I give them a full five stars for their excellent work.

We were referred to Mike/Redwood through another plumbing company which didn't do the type of work we needed. Mike and crew were great to deal with. They weren't the cheapest nor the most expensive quote that we got, but they did great work. They were very knowledgeable, prompt and reliable. We ended up adding a couple of additional features that we didn't think to ask for and Mike suggested, but all pretty minor things we should have thought of and didn't, he def wasn't try to upsell us on anything we didn't need. We got waters and drains repiping, an on demand heater with recirculation and some gas line work. All of it is working great. I'm also very confident that he will stand by his work if any issues ever come up

Awesome job.  Came out within an hour of my call to fix a blocked drain.  Identified some corroded pipes (even though the house is relatively new) and changed those for me too.

The cost was very reasonable. My experience with  plumbers in the past has tended to leave me feeling like I have been taken for a ride.  

Not this time.  I would not hesitate to use Briscoe again.

I had the pleasure of working with George a few times over the past five years. He is extremely diligent, personable, responsive and incredibly good at what he does. George worked on both a kitchen and bath remodel for us, as well as some one-off plumbing issues we had with our fixer-upper home.

I needed a gas line removed to my pool heater and they came out same day, did the job and more!  They offered to take out the pipe to the heater at no extra charge.  Great guys and I will keep them on speed dial!!!

I am so grateful to Edwin who helped me out in an emergency situation when my bathroom sink hardware self-installation went badly. He responded so quickly and fixed my issue in an hour. It was reasonably priced to replace the cracked P trap and reinstall my new pop up. I'm so grateful and would highly recommend warranted plumbing services!

I have known Steve Davis for several years. So when my toilet overflowed he was my go-to person. He called back and 20 minutes later he was at my front door. He snaked my toilet and voila, I was much relieved and a happy customer. Once he arrives I know he will stay till whatever the problem I had is resolved. Thanks Steve.

Luis and his team were simply outstanding!  They completed a very difficult project where they replaced an ancient water line from the house to the street ahead of schedule and at a competitive rate.  These guys are a real gift to work with, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing help big or small.

Leo and Juan are great, they fixed a leak in my ceiling from a shower drain, and I would hire them for any plumbing problems that arise in the future.  

Leo arrived on time in the afternoon to give a quote, and once I agreed, he called his coworker Juan and it was fixed in the same afternoon.  Leo explained to me the issue and they seemed thorough -- after fixing the obvious source of the leak (the pipe had a hole in it), they checked for other possible leaks.  

The entire experience was great and I felt the price was reasonable.

The only good part about them is that the estimator was a sincere older gentleman who was polite & did a good job. After that it was all downhill.

We had contracted them to replace all the pipes & drains for the house. There were multiple delays in plumbing work & 2 failed city inspections. Finally we, as owner had to change the permit to our name & work directly with the city to get the site inspected & approved. We were given an original estimate of 2 weeks to complete all the work but it dragged to 10 weeks. During the process they left the work site open for 5 weeks in between with a huge dug out in our front lawn. We had to worry about the safety of the kids.
In addition, they drilled a hole into our kitchen outside wall & left that open even after the work was completed. Worse nightmare!!

Called the business for advice on pinging sound in my tankless water heater. The call was returned promptly and the counsel/advice over the phone was clear and logical - no upselling. Will love to give my business to them when I need it next.

The current more than 10 years old water tank got water leak to floor. Looking for quick service in the market, Alex is one response and offer same day service with tank purchased from home Depot. Arrived on time and detail description to whole process and out-of-order parts replacement suggestion. He performs the state of the art skill and also fixed the previous incorrect installation. Within 3 hours, the new water tank was replaced and back to working status. Highly recommend to use the service.

We discovered a leak in our sewer pipe on Saturday, the day before a Mother's day gathering planned at our home. Total Plumbing was the only company out of all we contacted who would come out. Even though Yelp said they were closed they had a technician here within an hour! They were able to fix our problem in a very short amount of time. They were friendly, fast and reasonably priced. They saved Mother's day for our family. We highly recommend them. Thank you guys so much!

Let's just say a leak above the kitchen ceiling on Christmas Eve is not exactly what I had in mind when thinking of Christmas miracles... Fortunately when I called San Jose Plumbing, they were there an hour later and figured out the problem as well as a temporary solution. Then we scheduled an appointment to get it fixed and the work was done early and under budget.

This is another great Yelp win. Just terrific service for a very fair price.

I was in the middle of hosting my son's 5th birthday party and my tenant calls about an emergency leaking water heater.    I call Ivan who was just finishing up a job and he rushed over to the rescue.  He arrived, diagnosed, fixed and invoiced me all within a couple hours.   Speed and convenience!

I was on a ski vacation when a pipe broke at a rental property of mine. I called at least 6 local plumbers and a few could come the next day and one not for 5 days.

These guys not only retired my call but said he was done for the day and would stop by on his way home.  

Within a half hour of the return call I got a photo text from my tenant that the job was done.
