Great service from both Adam and Stan.  My A/C did not blow cold air, only room temp.  Both came out on time and made sure to fix the problem before they left.  They were very courteous and double and triple checked the system to make sure it was working properly.  Highly recommend.

We had a new leak that nobody could find but they were able to come out and quickly locate the leak. They were very quick and efficient and helped fix our problem when no one else could.

Mike and his team came highly recommended by our equally competent and highly skilled electricians. Mike came by the same day to check out our situation in our newly purchased house and delivered an honest and clear plan of scope. He admitted they were on the higher end of the rate scale but that it reflected the higher quality of work, and it sure did. If you want it done right, you hire the professionals.

Mike recognized the urgency in our situation (wife 8 months pregnant and delivering at home with leaded copper pipes poisoning the system) and moved around his schedule to arrange work the following week and brought his full team (all members super nice and willing to ensure everything is completed to high standards) to accomplish a miracle in 3 days. We now have new mixed PEX and safe copper pipes and drains that actually make sense, that are fully functional, that follow regulatory rules and design, and produce actual water pressure.

They even redid our laundry system, moved the units to the new location and rerouted the lint exhaust tube to ensure safety compliance. They also replaced a leaky toilet and nasty contaminated water heater, and accommodated a future water softener system install. They are our, in the end, our heroes.

Awesome job.  Came out within an hour of my call to fix a blocked drain.  Identified some corroded pipes (even though the house is relatively new) and changed those for me too.

The cost was very reasonable. My experience with  plumbers in the past has tended to leave me feeling like I have been taken for a ride.  

Not this time.  I would not hesitate to use Briscoe again.

I called him up to ask about the cost to flush a hot water heater and he asked how old it was. Since my hot water heater is from 2004, he didn't recommend flushing it out. Due to age and likely significant sediment, it could stir it up enough to clog up the lines.  He didn't think it'd be worth it for me and recommended to save my money for replacing the water heater, which would likely be soon.

He's honest and gives a good opinion and I really appreciate that! Will call him when it breaks!

My toilet overflowed and I called Plumbing 911 due to a positive review from a neighbor.  I left a message and received a call back within 15 minutes.  They came out when they said they would, fixed the problem, and charged me a reasonable price.  Very professional, courteous and prompt.  Bart also gave me so quotes/estimates for some future work that will need to be done so I will call him when that time comes.  Highly recommended!

I noticed I had a leak under my kitchen sink so I decided to call Warranted Plumbing services to come out and take a look. They came out within an hour and was able to diagnose a couple issues and were able to give me a price quote right on the spot! Luis and Jose were super professional and helpful so I had him fix the front water hose and main water valve which was previously non existent. They were  done with both jobs within an hour and a half. I'd definitely recommend them to friends and family and would use them again in the future!

Steve Davis, Master Plumber

We searched extensively to find a plumber who could retrofit the master bathroom in our older home with brand new modern fixtures. After interviewing many plumbers we decided to let Steve handle our complex plumbing job and we are so glad we did.

Steve assisted us in the selection of the new fixtures and worked closely with the plumbing supply store. When the new fixtures arrived, he noticed several parts were missing.  Steve worked directly with the plumbing supply store to obtain the missing parts needed for a perfect installation.

During the installation process, Steve noticed that previous plumbers had made mistakes about 20 years ago. He corrected the mistakes and streamlined the entire plumbing system in our master bathroom. Instead of opening up tile work, he proceeded to crawl under the house to access the plumbing, thus saving us from an expensive tile job.

Steve was creative in solving our complex plumbing job and meticulous in implementation. He wanted to make sure that all the plumbing was done correctly and would last a long time. He was respectful of our budget, very punctual and left our bathroom clean and in perfect shape.

We'll certainly use Steve for any future plumbing problems and highly recommend him.

We have problems with 3 of our toilets and 2 sinks, the owner Isidore came with his technician first thing next morning.  He is very very experienced and very polite.  He not only fixed our problems ina timely manner also he patiently explained the problem to us.  We are very very happy with his service and not use him again also would highly recommend him to anyone.

OMG, Alex was amazing! I called three plumbing companies, because I had several jobs around the house that needed doing. I was afraid it was going to be expensive, and I wanted to get several quotes. The first company wouldn't come out to look, but gave me a base price of $600 based on my description of the jobs, saying that it could be a lot more than that and would take a minimum of two to three hours. The second company still hasn't called back.

Alex was out here two hours or less after I called and took care of all of the jobs in half an hour. Even better, he actually showed me how I could fix one of the problems by myself. And best of all, the price was way less than what the first dude had quoted me. I AM SOLD ON COMMANDO PLUMBING, and especially on Alex!!

They did a good job of the re-piping, but subsequent leaks and other small fixes were ignored. After a couple calls, they even stopped picking up the phone.
I would not recommend them unless you expect the job will be done so well that there is zero chance of needing a followup visit.

Water heater needed replacement urgently as guests were on the way,saw Dependable Water Heaters on several sites with 5 star ratings, contacted Adrian who gave an estimate and was able to get it installed the same day.Came by at promised time and got the job done ,even with some extra work on plumbing, he stuck to the given estimate and got the job done super efficiently. Thank you Adrian and Angel for getting the job done just in time before guests arrived for the holidays, you guys are awesome!

The current more than 10 years old water tank got water leak to floor. Looking for quick service in the market, Alex is one response and offer same day service with tank purchased from home Depot. Arrived on time and detail description to whole process and out-of-order parts replacement suggestion. He performs the state of the art skill and also fixed the previous incorrect installation. Within 3 hours, the new water tank was replaced and back to working status. Highly recommend to use the service.

They were great. Cleared our sub drains and clogged sinks all within an hour. Super nice, kind and professional. I'll definitely be using them again!

We have used San Jose Plumbing a couple of times over the past 10 years at two different houses. Both times Kevin came out. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We were very satisfied with the work he performed. In the most recent visit, we had a obstruction in the sewer line under the house. He spent 45 minutes trying to clean out the line but the mechanical snake he had was not long enough to reach the obstruction. He was unable to resolve the issue but did not charge us for the 45-60 minutes he was here. He explained the problem and recommended another company that was more suitable to clear the obstruction. I appreciate a company that really does follow their motto of satisfaction guaranteed.

I called Plumb Tech in order to check out a stopped kitchen sink and dishwasher drain line. The tech who came to my house was wonderfully nice, professional, and helpful. He answered all of my questions and explained things thoroughly. There turned out to be old pipes under the house which were completely corroded and leaking waste water into the crawlspace and were in immediate need of replacement. Plumb Tech wrote up a detailed report for me and gave an explanation and quote along with the report for my landlord.

Plumb Tech dealt with my wishy washy, cheap landlord and helped me along the way.

The landlord ended up using another plumber in order to replace the pipe but they left a mess in the basement and sludge sprayed all over our personal belongings.

I wish the landlord had allowed Plumb Tech to do the repair because I'm sure that the job would have been done correctly and our belongings would have been respected.

I would recommend Plumb Tech for anyone who is looking for an honest, professional experience and wants to make sure that the job is done correctly. They are wonderful and have great customer service.

Karmonte was absolutely fantastic! I had a challenging issue with my leaking toilet pipe, but he tackled it with expertise and efficiency. Despite the difficulty, he managed to complete the job on time, showcasing his remarkable skills.
