It was a HOT weekend last month and suddenly our AC stopped working. It was a Sunday and we desperately looked for a place that was open. Finally, we found Fuse. Vicky picked up and she was great. She scheduled someone to come out two days later and we gave her a cell number that they could text with updates. We got updates on the technician's arrival time which was great. Vlad showed up on time and he was awesome. He worked quickly, diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed with a new part in a flash. Like, literally in about 15 minutes. Here's the best part- the little AC control panel had buttons that were starting to stick and we thought since he was already there, maybe he could replace it for us. He checked it out and said he had a new panel in the truck that would work. He replaced the panel, which was a good amount of work with the wiring involved, and the new panel works great. He worked very quickly, and the whole visit took about 40 minutes total. The price was very reasonable and we were thrilled with the service we received. We will definitely call them again with any appliance issues we might have. Highly recommend!

We had a new leak that nobody could find but they were able to come out and quickly locate the leak. They were very quick and efficient and helped fix our problem when no one else could.

Rich Briscoe is, without a doubt, the finest plumber we have ever worked with in the last 40 years that we have owned our home. We had a bad experience with a local plumber years ago who did not complete the job as we requested and so, in our search for someone more reliable, we found Briscoe Plumbing. Not only is Rich professional, he is ingenious, thorough, and warm-hearted. He quickly responds to calls and goes over and above what he's being asked to do. A perfect example is the fact that we called him to do a bathroom job and he got it done correctly and left. 15 minutes after he left, we remembered we had a problem with a refrigerator grate that we were told by a Bosch refrigerator man was impossible to fix. Rich took on the job and fixed  it for us. Also, the handle of the refrigerator's freezer was broken and the same Bosch repairman charged us $150 to tell us it couldn't be fixed. Rich took the door off and with tenacity fixed it perfectly and we were so grateful to him and so happy. Moreover, Rich is reasonably priced, fair, and knowledgeable not just about plumbing, but about helping the homeowner get the care they need.

I recently called this company to see if they would fix my water heater.  I was told he doesn't do jobs in Canada Cove where I live!  Why?  I'm only 2 miles away!

Nick has done previous work at my house before.  The first time which was at least 5 years ago we had a sink in one of our bathrooms that needed to be hooked up, another time about a year ago we needed the shower knob replaced and most recently our water heater needed to be replaced.  What I like about Nick is he always comes out to see what needs to be done, informs us & then comes back the next day to get the job done.  He is very quick, efficient and most importantly honest.  We got other quotes from other plumbing companies regarding the water heater and they were at least $100 to $300 dollars more than what Nick quoted us.  We never have had any issues with the work he has done.  He is definitely my go to guy when I need any plumbing work done.

Professional and did a great job unclogging our kitchen sink. They even came on a weekend.

We had an urgent water leak, consulted Yelp for help, and found Steve Davis.  Fortuitously he was nearby and able to arrive within about 20 minutes of our call.  He works efficiently and had the problem solved (cut a pipe, solder a pipe) in an hour.  Minus one star for a small mistake that was promptly fixed.  Steve communicates via phone and email.

Fast response and good work!  Our hot water went cold Sunday night.  Upon checking, I found that the gas pilot light was out and my attempts to relight it were unsuccessful.  Monday morning we called On Time Plumbing and they were able to arrive within 1-1/2 hours.  They confirmed that the pilot was not working, replaced it and relighted it.  Hot water restored!  Our water heater is fairly old so replacement is probably not far in the future. But for now, all is well.

A week ago I noticed a fairly good leak coming from the pipes in my basement. This is not ok! My photo albums and old Halloween costumes are down there!

Anyway, I call this place up because the name of the business to be honest, and get ahold of Sam, he owner. He is able to come out in an hour, Which is just terrific. He fixed it no problem and the pricing was very reasonable.

Yes I'm a fan and would recommend them. They just finished a complete repipe of our entire home. The water was off on the 1st day from around 9 am and back on around 6 pm. Our house is only 11 years old but we never got almost instant hot water until this company replace and insulated all the hot water pipes. Now it's nearly instant hot water all the time. They recommended new valves for our washing machine and had to reroute an outdoor faucet which was completed in a timely manner. There were a couple of minor delays in the complete job but Veronica in their office was pleasant to deal with and kept us well informed. And by the way, the total price was approx. $3500.00 less than 2 other bids we had acquired.

Water heater needed replacement urgently as guests were on the way,saw Dependable Water Heaters on several sites with 5 star ratings, contacted Adrian who gave an estimate and was able to get it installed the same day.Came by at promised time and got the job done ,even with some extra work on plumbing, he stuck to the given estimate and got the job done super efficiently. The current more than 10 years old water tank got water leak to floor. Looking for quick service in the market, Alex is one response and offer same day service with tank purchased from home Depot. Arrived on time and detail description to whole process and out-of-order parts replacement suggestion. He performs the state of the art skill and also fixed the previous incorrect installation. Within 3 hours, the new water tank was replaced and back to working status. Highly recommend to use the service.

The owner Billy Caceres was a pleasure to work with.  His response to my call was prompt and his estimate for my plumbing project was very fair.  His knowledge of plumbing fixtures is extensive.  He generously answered all my questions for possible future work.

THE BEST! HONEST, REASONABLE PRICING & GREAT SERVICE. We have been using San Jose Plumbing for years and they are simply the best. Kevin (the founder/owner) was still working in the field and still is as far as I know. We called them to install a main line clean out a couple years back. Kevin came out and did some 'experienced investigating' and started digging a 12x12 area. Shazam! We already had a clean out that had been covered for decades. My family has lived in our home for 55 years and never knew it was there. Kevin's honesty and professionalism saved us over $1000! He did the work himself and was here until after 8pm. Who else would have done that much investigative work to save a customer money?! I wish the answer was 'everybody', but we know that simply isn't true. But San Jose Plumbing did!
They are the best! I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I hire this co. for an emergency same day gas water heater replacement. The came promptly and had it done for an hour or so. Fast, efficient, clean. They took care the old heater. The price is not the lowest, but I need a knowledgeable plumber. I should have given them a 5 stars, but only I found out that it is a 38 gallons, not 40 gallons that I have asked them. Well,  the 2 gallons difference cost me $30 rebates from PG&E.

We have used George Allen and Sons a couple of times and both times they provided excellent service.  This recent job they came out within one hour and fixed the issue right away.  I highly recommend their services if you are in need of a plumber.

I had a great experience with Rocky's Plumbing and Rooter.  A previous company had left me in a terrible situation and unhooked my hot water tank, leaving me with no heat. Rocky's came out and diagnosed the problem again, got my heat started and made a follow up appointment to do minor repairs. I am with American Home Shield and he worked with them to get my water heater working but didn't try to upsell me on a costly replacement when it wasn't needed.  He advised me on what to look for and when it would need to be replaced.  I will definitely be calling Rocky's Plumbing and Rooter for all of my future plumbing needs.  I found them easy to work with, reliable and quick to respond, plus great service at excellent prices.  And very efficient at working with my home warranty coverage which is most important since that's what I'm paying for to not have these costly repairs.
