Have used Fuse twice now, once for a AC repair and once for minor electrical work/inspection.  Both times the technicians were super knowledgeable and friendly.  It was reassuring to see how much experience they had. Definitely planning to use them for any work whenever possible!

Leak detection is a specialized industry that requires the right skills, right tools, and great integrity with its business practices. They also have a very fast turn around time. I've found the owner to be honest, skilled, punctual and knowledgeable in the field. This is why we heavily rely on their services when our clients need leak detection or a water damage source report.

Mike and his team came highly recommended by our equally competent and highly skilled electricians. Mike came by the same day to check out our situation in our newly purchased house and delivered an honest and clear plan of scope. He admitted they were on the higher end of the rate scale but that it reflected the higher quality of work, and it sure did. If you want it done right, you hire the professionals.

Mike recognized the urgency in our situation (wife 8 months pregnant and delivering at home with leaded copper pipes poisoning the system) and moved around his schedule to arrange work the following week and brought his full team (all members super nice and willing to ensure everything is completed to high standards) to accomplish a miracle in 3 days. We now have new mixed PEX and safe copper pipes and drains that actually make sense, that are fully functional, that follow regulatory rules and design, and produce actual water pressure.

They even redid our laundry system, moved the units to the new location and rerouted the lint exhaust tube to ensure safety compliance. They also replaced a leaky toilet and nasty contaminated water heater, and accommodated a future water softener system install. They are our, in the end, our heroes.

Rich Briscoe is an honest and reasonably priced plumber who unclogged our kitchen sink Friday. He was very accommodating and easy to work with. I am happy to recommend him to others.

George has met our plumbing needs many times, always with good result.  He provided same-day service today for a clogged kitchen drain, putting our kitchen back in service.  We always ask for George.

Had a seemingly impossible plug in my main sewer and got some quotes that were outrageous and incorrect diagnostics which cost me a load of unnecessary $$$...called plumbing 911 and Nick saved us. Don't go with anyone but Nick. Very professional and had it worked out within an hour. This was a 2 day nightmare until I called em.

I submitted a request for a quote at about 6pm Tuesday night, 8am Wednesday morning Luis showed up to my house at 8 on the dot which is usually never the case, usually a 3 hour window. Luis gave me the quote to fix my clogged shower drain, and within 45 mins, drain was working perfect and he also cleaned the soap scum around the base of the tub from the standing water before the drain was fixed. Excellent service, highly recommend, Extremely respectful and quick to respond and repair.

Steve is my first call for any plumbing issue. He's handled small jobs like my recent scrub brush down the toilet to large ones like replacing the leaking shower controls which required breaking through the wall.

Steve's responsive, efficient, and detail oriented. He leaves thing just like he finds them, except working.

Steve delivers more service than he actually charges for. He's my go to, he should be yours too!

Yesterday, they replaced a shower faucet cartridge. I have done that before, but I was busy to do it myself (It took me about 20 mins) this time. They charged $270 ($40 for part) and I think it's not reasonable.

I called and Victor was able to come out within a couple of hours.  As my problem was not something he could fix, he did not even charge me for coming out!

I'm thoroughly impressed with these folks. We did a complete repipe of our 1961 built home and Ramiro and his crew knocked it out in two days. Working with Aaron with the estimate and scheduling was a  breeze. I highly recommend these folks. AAA+++

This is yet another 5 star review for Adrian's Dependable Water Heaters service.

Adrian is reliable, honest, hard-working, knowledgeable, and offers very competitive prices. But just as important, he is an all-around nice guy, easy to talk to and very likable. Customer service is very important to me, and this is one of his greatest strengths. He is also very accommodating and flexible.

There is not much more that I can add that has not already been mentioned in the previous 5 star reviews from other Yelpers. All the good/positive things they write about him are true 100%.

Our water heater in our duplex started making funny noises around 5 pm. By 5:45 I was on Thumbtack, and by 6 pm Alex from SAV Services had contacted me and said he could be here by 6:30. He was on time and ready to work. Our ancient water heater was dead - I knew it before he got here. We decided to replace both water heaters in the duplex, and Alex gave us a reasonable quote and went out then to get the 2 water heaters. He was back and at work and by 10 pm we had hot water again and 2 working new water heaters installed and up to code finally. Thank you Alex! Fantastic job!!

I had a toilet leak and San Jose Plumbing Inc came out and tightened the bolt under the tank charged over $150.00 - 2 weeks later the same issue - they came out again and said it was fixed ???
Now 2 days later my toilet bowl does not fill up ?
I do NOT recommend this company at all - BEWARE

I am very pleased with the service of Plumb Tech Inc...   I initially called the number listed on Yelp and got John.   He was very nice on the phone...  I told him I was getting a foul odor in the Kitchen and assumed it might be a leaky sewer pipe in this 60 year old home...  He sent Don out the next day to meet me at my home...  He looked at the pipes and told me they are not leaking at all when a previous company that looked at the same pipes told me I was getting leakage and needed to replace the pipes soon... Don let me know that the other company was lying to me and just trying to make money and that I didn't need to replace them.   He cleared out the kitchen clean out and found three clogs which might've cause partial backups in the kitchen sink sewer pipe thereby causing an odor... I was very impressed with Don's honesty and professionalism...  I'll definitely recommend this company to my friends...

We have used them on our property, our rentals, and our extended family have all used them for years. They used to be a great company. However seems they have gone greatly downhill. Yesterday we had them out for a repair on piping next to the sink. They didn't introduce themselves when arriving and said this us one of hardest jobs I've ever done. He moved our vanity and it broke one side of it (which I can do the repair so wasn't too upset). In addition he was horribly smelling of smoke.

However early next morning we saw the pipe under sink that he moved it now leaking in 2 spots. They were coming out same day in afternoon, so wife stayed home waiting for them. They knocked they said and left their card but didn't call or anything like that. They said it's not industry policy or practice to call when at a service call. I told him I been in construction last 20 years and every company I know its their policy. He said we've been around since 1961 and it's not the policy to call. It's COMMON SENSE....

We are not using them again and they seemed not to care. We used someone else to do the repair and are fixing what they broke. In addition they charged $220 for 45 minute (at most) and with a $10 hose they used to fix the issue. Call anyone else when needing a plumber. Horrible customer service, bad attitudes and quality has gone way downhill.

I don't believe I ever made a bad review about a company that I was involved with. This plumbing company is in the list of certified contractors of American Home Shield, my home warranty company,  that they sent to look at my stoppage on my kitchen sewer line to the main line after paying $100. They did the usual snake process twice and reported that they found mud on the snake and requested AHS the use a camera to find the problem. AHS did not approve it saying it was my responsibility since it's not part of my contract. It was an emergency so I contacted another plumbing company, Gasca Plumbing, who did the identical procedure and they were able to clear the stoppage. They went down the crawl space to inspect and found my sewer pipe intact.
The report that Rock's Plumbing wrote to AHS was there was a SLAB LEAK. How can there be a slab leak if my house is NOT built on a SLAB but rather have a crawl space. I read a consumer review about Rocky's and some one advice that check on their license if it is active.
