I found fuse because my air-condition has not been service since we rented our unit ten years back.  

They sent their technician Max over and he serviced the air-conditioner and checked the air outlets, changed the filters.  He left returned with an assistant and came back to clean the condensers and checked the refrigerants.

Over the years I've had several different plumbers come to my house to unplug the drains in my old house - built in 1961. I called Rich Briscoe and he was at my house to unplug my shower drain within an hour even though he had a full day of business already booked. He quickly assessed my problem and got to work. In the process he did what no other plumber has ever done that came to unplug my drains. He inspected the way my plumbing was constructed and showed me why I keep having the same issues. He described how my pipes should be replaced from old metal to new PVC because the old metal pipes get rusted up inside and create places for various things that go down the drain to latch on and build up whereas PVC is smooth and never rusts!
Rich has over 30 years of experience building plumbing systems, repairing, and cleaning them. With this plumbing construction knowledge he also was able to show me how if we just reconfigure our plumbing system things will flow much better and there will be less chances for the inevitable clog. Not only does Rich do great work he is priced reasonably and was the lowest quote I found after several calls. I finally found a great plumber. I highly recommend Rich Briscoe for any plumbing work!

I noticed water under our kitchen sink last night, coming from garbage disposal. I called & left a message. George called this morning at 9am, came right out and replaced it. In & Out in 20mins!  He's the best!

My clean out line smelled (it's under my deck with hatch cover) upon opening hatch I saw stuff so I looked up for a rooter service and called Warranted!  He arrived 15 mins after I called! WOW, he quoted me a price and I said go he snaked out 25 feet and all junk went away! ( tree roots) at least it didn't back into house very respectful (I have to find my paperwork for his name so to his boss he was the employee who was working 3/20/2021 near Walnut Creek!

Steve has done a number of plumbing projects for us updating our older home.  Recently I returned home to find a toilet leaking water all over our new hardwood floors.  I called Steve, who appeared within a couple of hours, stopped the leak immediately, and quickly repaired the plumbing.  Steve had the parts and the tools he needed in his well-stocked plumber's truck and the knowledge needed to do the job quickly.  Steve's quick work saved us a small fortune in hardwood floor repairs. Thanks Steve.  No wonder you are called the Master Plumbologist!

Eddy Cruz was terrific.   I had a really hard job for him.   I am not really handy but I can do some simple things.   Getting my old faucet out so I could install a new one wasn't simple.    I tried and tried.   Even bought not one but two basin wrenches that were supposed to be the best but neither one could budge it.   Eddy also tried for about a half hour and then concluded it had been glued in.   So, undaunted, he removed the old faucet from the top instead of the bottom.   I was also missing some screws for the new faucet.   Anyway, he got it done at the price quoted.  Excellent.   He is my guy from now on.

I read about Victor on Nextdoor and decided to reachout to have him, first come out and look at the job. After reviewing the job, he came up with a very fair quote and upon arriving to the job, he encountered a small road block and he took it up as a challenge to solve and solved it! Very professional individual and would highly recommend him.

I can start by saying that use caution when dealing with these guys. The permit was pulled  11/1/16 and was finally signed off by the San Jose Inspector on 4/12/17.

Our experience started with the estimate.  The estimator (Bill) did a great job in outlining the process of repiping an older house and gave us our estimate promptly.  On wrinkle that we made was to request the installation of a tankless water heater a week before the guys arrived to start the project

The team arrived at the house promptly the first morning and started clearing out the old pipe and cutting holes in the walls to run the new pipe.  The guys worked quickly but I noticed that they were taking a shortcut by running the pipes that supplied the hose bibs through the vents.  Several vents were cut and I had them remove the pipes and run them through the exterior wall where they belonged.

Another crew arrived to repair the sheetrock.  We were satisfied with the quality of the work and our painter did not have any problems painting.

Everything was completed in four days and that is where things got bogged down.  The inspector ordered that the condensate from the tankless water heater was to be run to a gravel filled pit measuring 2'x2'x2' rather that on the concrete at the back of the garage. The inspector also required that they install a expansion tank near the hot water heater and perform a pressure test on the new gas line.

The crew installed the expansion tank and then called for another inspection.  It is important to note that they were not ready to perform the pressure test and had not dug the condensate pit. The reason the pit was not dug was because the owner of the plumbing company did not feel that is was necessary.

About a week later the inspector arrived for the third time and again asked to have the pressure test as well as have the condensate pit dug. The owner of the plumbing company argued with the inspector and the final word was that they needed to dig the condensate pit.

After numerous calls over several months the crew arrived and dug a condensation pit.  The owner came by the house and told me that he was digging the pit to Make me happy, I repeated to him that this was code specified and was what he needed to do. I felt that he still believed he was doing me a favor.

The fourth inspection failed due the how the pressure test was performed and how the condensate was run to the pit.  The owner of the plumbing company convinced the inspector to return later in the day.  The pressure test was finally performed and approved.

I made my final payment and hope that this is the last I will ever see of this company.

We asked Home Depot and Lowes to have our leaking water heater replaced but HD was not able to fit their water heater in place and contractor from Lowes was not responsive. I had to yelp and contacted Adrian. And right away I knew I made the right decision.

To make story short, Adrian found and arranged third party company to fix extensive water damage. And came for another two times, once setup a temporary water heater (on Father's Day!) so we had hot water to use and another to have final water heater installed.

Adrian is very friendly and responsive, one of the best contractors I ever had for my projects. I highly recommend him.

The current more than 10 years old water tank got water leak to floor. Looking for quick service in the market, Alex is one response and offer same day service with tank purchased from home Depot. Arrived on time and detail description to whole process and out-of-order parts replacement suggestion. He performs the state of the art skill and also fixed the previous incorrect installation. Within 3 hours, the new water tank was replaced and back to working status. Highly recommend to use the service.

Billy and his team really came through for our family during an emergency.  The main water line to our house ruptured in between heavy rainstorms.  Billy quickly assessed the problem and worked with us to develop a solution that allowed us to stay in the house.  At the earliest opportunity he and his team replaced the line (not easy on our steep slope), and ensured that that all permits were in place before the trench was filled.   After the project was complete, we had a couple of follow up questions, and Billy was incredibly responsive each time.  Although under these emergency circumstances I was less concerned about the cost of the work, nevertheless the price of this extensive project was comparable to other quotes I received.  I could not be happier with the timely, high-quality work performed by Total Plumbing Services.

We are all busy and expect promptness and professionalism in today's world.  This is what I got with Adam at San Jose Plumbing.  From start to finish, Adam worked with me to create the best scope of action that is both efficient and cost effective.  Luis who performed the work was very kind and came back multiple times during the project to make sure things are going well.  When we ran into a problem, Adam was calm and again provided options to move forward.  Great job and would absolutely call them again.

I called Plumb Tech today for a PVC water pipe leak, and he told me if it's PVC pipe, it's an easy fix, I should just call landscaping, which is a lot cheaper, so I decided to call my gardener instead.

We have used George Allen and Sons a couple of times and both times they provided excellent service.  This recent job they came out within one hour and fixed the issue right away.  I highly recommend their services if you are in need of a plumber.

I had a great experience with Rocky's Plumbing and Rooter.  A previous company had left me in a terrible situation and unhooked my hot water tank, leaving me with no heat. Rocky's came out and diagnosed the problem again, got my heat started and made a follow up appointment to do minor repairs. I am with American Home Shield and he worked with them to get my water heater working but didn't try to upsell me on a costly replacement when it wasn't needed.  He advised me on what to look for and when it would need to be replaced.  I will definitely be calling Rocky's Plumbing and Rooter for all of my future plumbing needs.  I found them easy to work with, reliable and quick to respond, plus great service at excellent prices.  And very efficient at working with my home warranty coverage which is most important since that's what I'm paying for to not have these costly repairs.
