Leak detection is a specialized industry that requires the right skills, right tools, and great integrity with its business practices. They also have a very fast turn around time. I've found the owner to be honest, skilled, punctual and knowledgeable in the field. This is why we heavily rely on their services when our clients need leak detection or a water damage source report.

I would highly recommend this company.  We are in the middle of a total remodel and could not count on the previous plumber to show up.  These guys stepped in, were totally professional and did what we needed, basically re-ran everything and hooked up our tankless water heater and scaler, in the time frame they had quoted.
Very impressed.  They came highly recommended from a General Contractor friend who lived near by....

Rich is great to work with. He's responsive and knows what he's doing. The Coastside has lots of creative plumbing and I get the impression that Rich has seen some things in his career...  For our creatively-plumbed house, he has always clearly laid out our options, whether it's to fix what's there or to replace it.

Had a plumbing emergency over the holidays and the guys came out and fixed the problem right away. I have some additional work that needs fixing and today they came out and fixed the outdoor pipes.  They were wonderful!  I will be calling them to for any plumbing issues that may come up (I really hope I don't see them soon)

Great service & very prompt!

Called regarding a few gas pipe leaks found after I had been smelling gas and bought a leak detector on Amazon.  The woman who picked up was extremely nice and helpful and said they could be there in 2 hours.  Eliel arrived early wearing a mask, was very nice, professional and knowledgeable, and talked me through my options.  He completed the work very quickly and for a very reasonable price.  They ended up capping off a gas line that had a leak and installed a new valve behind the dryer that had also been leaking.  He then tested the new connections for leaks and made sure I was 100% satisfied before he left.  It's been about two weeks since and still no leaks.  Would definitely use Eliel again.

Steve Davis of Davis Plumbing was unbelievably helpful over the phone (he called us back right away) in diagnosing a curious plumbing problem. Originally we thought it was the water heater, and we were ready to buy a new one., but it turned out to be the recirculating pump. He saved us lots of time and money! He's very knowledgeable and I highly recommended him.

Replaced my water heater in a very tight space. A super difficult removal, the old heater was plugged and would not drain. They managed to get a very heavy, full 40 gallon heater out. The install went perfectly. Cannot recommend On Time highly enough.

I had to have it done and ran down the list on Yelp.  I got an immediate response from Issac who sent Leo, a very comparable plumber who spelled out the work involved and cost.  I opted for just the repair of my kitchen plumbing which he converted from a hodgepodge of different materials. (I'll deal with the garbage disposal later) I'm relieved to say I was able to leave the house with no leaks for my wife who was still at work while I left to visit our granddaughter in Sacramento.  Thanks to Commando Plumbing or my wife would have had my scalp.

I'm thoroughly impressed with these folks. We did a complete repipe of our 1961 built home and Ramiro and his crew knocked it out in two days. Working with Aaron with the estimate and scheduling was a  breeze. I highly recommend these folks. AAA+++

I called up Adrian this evening about a leaking water heater. I had called my home warranty company earlier and they sent me a plumber who said the water heater needs to be replaced. The home warranty company (American Home shield warranty) was quoting me hundreds of dollars for some permits and other parts. Adrian pretty much asked me to send the pictures of the tank and exactly told me how much the extra parts should really cost. American Home Shield was ripping me off. He even recommended which parts I need to get and provided me tips on how to handle the conversation with the warranty company. I wasn't expecting anyone to call me back in the night. Customer service at its best!

I will surely look to Adrian for all my plumbing needs going forward!

When I got to the garage this morning, our water heater started leaking...I found this company on Thumbtack and they offered to come on the same day to fix it! He also provides a quote right away, very straightforward and transparent pricing. After quoting a few others we chose them because they offer the most reasonable price. Oleskii definitely knows his stuff - he told us the problem right away, the material cost, and overall itemized cost. All very clear and specific. He got the job done with no issue. Def highly recommended!

Total Plumbing Services were very quick to respond and scheduled us the same day for a camera sewer line inspection. Roberto was very professional and knowledgeable and even explained the inspection every step of the way. We didn't feel overwhelmed or rushed to make any decision about next steps which we really appreciated. Would recommend their services to anyone!

Our bathroom sink was stop up would not drain so I called San Jose plumbing they came out and the were able to snake the drain the plumber had to use two different size snakes to break up what was blocking the drain. The plumber the installed a new p-trap and pipe into the main line when he left the place was spotless, a quoit from the wife now that's saying something and they were able to do it at a very reasonable price.

Not impressed.
This company was utilized my my HOA to work on my pipe.
Take them 4 + days to get it wrong. I open the cabinets, it is all wet and mildewed inside.
2 young men who appeared high school age did all the work, I honestly don't think they knew what they were doing.
No uniforms, and they came in an old beat up truck. I don't have a lot of faith in them.

Had a regular ol' run-of-the-mill clogged kitchen sink. Butch came out and took care of it promptly, explained the issue, and snaked it for us. He was on time, which is highly appreciated.

I can't say anything about any more complex issues, but I'd have no problem calling them again.
