Probably not many people request uninstalling dishwasher. But I didn't want to mess up to try myself and finding a company who can handle it. Lots of place said they don't offer uninstalling and got few of places respond that they do. I just choose the best review place and I did right. Great response from yelp message and got a appointment with a quote. The technician was on time and he did really clean job for uninstalling. Removing wires and pipes was done clearly. Also took out the unit and even moved out the front door. Vacuum clean all the mess under where dishwasher was also. No extra cost and I'm so happy for their job. I understand this might be a easy job for them but the way they handle it was very professional and clear finish. Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of working with The Leak Detection Company and I have to say, I was extremely impressed with their level of professionalism and expertise. They were able to use their camera to accurately locate a cracked pipe in at my business and provide a solution to fix it. The technician who came out to my barbershop was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He was able to quickly and effectively diagnose the problem and provide a solution that was both cost-effective and long-lasting. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of leak detection services. They truly went above and beyond and I give them a full five stars for their excellent work.

I would highly recommend this company. We are in the middle of a total remodel and could not count on the previous plumber to show up. These guys stepped in, were totally professional and did what we needed, basically re-ran everything and hooked up our tankless water heater and scaler, in the time frame they had quoted.
Very impressed. They came highly recommended from a General Contractor friend who lived near by....

Rich did a great job fixing our leaking kitchen sink pipes and installing a new faucet. He is professional, personable, and reasonable with his fees. He seems to be very busy no doubt because of the quality of his work.

Steve Davis of Davis Plumbing was unbelievably helpful over the phone (he called us back right away) in diagnosing a curious plumbing problem. Originally we thought it was the water heater, and we were ready to buy a new one., but it turned out to be the recirculating pump. He saved us lots of time and money! He's very knowledgeable and I highly recommended him.

I had a leaking water heater. The plumber came within 15 mins of calling them. It turns out a drain pipe was just loose and they tightened it up. I tried to pay them for the service call , but they wouldn't take it. I will call them again anytime I need a plumber.

Highly recommend Sam and Victor. Our water heater developed a leak and Victor came in the same day to assess the situation. Found out the replacement and gave me a reasonable quote the very next morning, despite it being the weekend. By Monday afternoon, Sam came in and did an excellent and professional job. Quick responses, reasonably priced and great quality of work!

I can start by saying that use caution when dealing with these guys. The permit was pulled 11/1/16 and was finally signed off by the San Jose Inspector on 4/12/17.
Our experience started with the estimate. The estimator (Bill) did a great job in outlining the process of repiping an older house and gave us our estimate promptly. On wrinkle that we made was to request the installation of a tankless water heater a week before the guys arrived to start the project
The team arrived at the house promptly the first morning and started clearing out the old pipe and cutting holes in the walls to run the new pipe. The guys worked quickly but I noticed that they were taking a shortcut by running the pipes that supplied the hose bibs through the vents. Several vents were cut and I had them remove the pipes and run them through the exterior wall where they belonged.
Another crew arrived to repair the sheetrock. We were satisfied with the quality of the work and our painter did not have any problems painting.
Everything was completed in four days and that is where things got bogged down. The inspector ordered that the condensate from the tankless water heater was to be run to a gravel filled pit measuring 2'x2'x2' rather that on the concrete at the back of the garage. The inspector also required that they install a expansion tank near the hot water heater and perform a pressure test on the new gas line.
The crew installed the expansion tank and then called for another inspection. It is important to note that they were not ready to perform the pressure test and had not dug the condensate pit. The reason the pit was not dug was because the owner of the plumbing company did not feel that is was necessary.
About a week later the inspector arrived for the third time and again asked to have the pressure test as well as have the condensate pit dug. The owner of the plumbing company argued with the inspector and the final word was that they needed to dig the condensate pit.
After numerous calls over several months the crew arrived and dug a condensation pit. The owner came by the house and told me that he was digging the pit to Make me happy, I repeated to him that this was code specified and was what he needed to do. I felt that he still believed he was doing me a favor.
The fourth inspection failed due the how the pressure test was performed and how the condensate was run to the pit. The owner of the plumbing company convinced the inspector to return later in the day. The pressure test was finally performed and approved.
I made my final payment and hope that this is the last I will ever see of this company.

I had water slowly leaking from the top of my water heater and pooling on the bottom. I wasn't sure it needed replacement or just a repair. I had 6 plumbers come by and give their opinion and quote for the job. Yes 6, I am very careful and thorough on who I choose to work on my house. Adrian was the only one who took the time to look inside at the bottom and showed me with his handy dandy camera scope that we could not see a clear leak from the inside. He told me he could try to repair it at first and see if it would fix the leak or have it replaced, it was completely my choice. I decided to have him fix the leak on top for a very reasonable price.
I was amazed that he was truly looking after my best interests and trying to save me money! Adrian is the most honest and trustworthy plumber you will ever find! All the other guys recommended a replacement, of course. I asked one guy what it would cost to repair the top leak and his quote was 3 times the price I paid! I got huge ranges on the price quotes for the replacement and Adrian's quote was at or near the bottom.
A few days later, my tank was still leaking slowly from the bottom (not from the top, which was repaired correctly earlier) so it needed replacement after all. Adrian told me he would deduct the cost of the original repair if I needed to replace the water heater and he did follow through with that promise. He texted me to see how my tank was doing a few days after the repair. I call that great customer service! So I had him come by and replace it. Adrian was friendly, professional and was glad to explain every step of the installation as I enjoy watching these kinds of things. He even quizzed me on why he would do certain things and I would take a guess. He was very personable and you could tell he loved his job!
Adrian is very easy going, down to earth and he will teach you a lot about the plumbing business if you're so inclined. I have to emphasize that he is also very meticulous about doing the job correctly the first time. He would double check and check again to make sure everything was done correctly. He asked if I had any questions and thoroughly explained everything during the install. I was very impressed. Who would've thought that changing out a water heater would be an enjoyable experience?!
Adrian asked me if I had any final questions or if I needed anything else done. I did remember some other things around the house that had problems and I showed him. I had 2 leaking garden hose valves that were leaking that I planned to replace but never got around to it. He repaired each one in minutes with some trick only an experience pro would know, I was amazed! He did not charge me a dime and saved me money again!
If you are in need of a plumber, do not hesitate to call Adrian, you will be glad you did! He is professional, trustworthy, friendly, honest and fair. And, he will most likely have the lowest price! He will also go above and beyond to give you the best service, all this with a smile on his face!

When I got to the garage this morning, our water heater started leaking...I found this company on Thumbtack and they offered to come on the same day to fix it! He also provides a quote right away, very straightforward and transparent pricing. After quoting a few others we chose them because they offer the most reasonable price. Oleskii definitely knows his stuff - he told us the problem right away, the material cost, and overall itemized cost. All very clear and specific. He got the job done with no issue. Def highly recommended!

Billy and crew are great...Rapid response to a sewer camera inspection I needed. Came on time, very professional with their work. Explained everything that they saw and will come back for a follow up.

We had a very serious drain blockage and called San Jose Plumbing for assistance. The dispatch was very pleasant and set up a 2-hour window between 11 and 1 on a Saturday.
The technician was actually able to arrive earlier than expected, and our problem was diagnosed and rectified in about 45 minutes. Our technician was Caesar; he was extremely neat and careful with our home. He clearly explained the cause of the problem and how to prevent it in the future.
Costs were $120 / hour, less a 10% Yelp discount, plus a $25 equipment charge, $133 in total, with a 30-day guarantee. I consider this to be very reasonable for a Saturday emergency call, and would certainly do business with this company again.

I called Plumb Tech in order to check out a stopped kitchen sink and dishwasher drain line. The tech who came to my house was wonderfully nice, professional, and helpful. He answered all of my questions and explained things thoroughly. There turned out to be old pipes under the house which were completely corroded and leaking waste water into the crawlspace and were in immediate need of replacement. Plumb Tech wrote up a detailed report for me and gave an explanation and quote along with the report for my landlord.
Plumb Tech dealt with my wishy washy, cheap landlord and helped me along the way.
The landlord ended up using another plumber in order to replace the pipe but they left a mess in the basement and sludge sprayed all over our personal belongings.
I wish the landlord had allowed Plumb Tech to do the repair because I'm sure that the job would have been done correctly and our belongings would have been respected.
I would recommend Plumb Tech for anyone who is looking for an honest, professional experience and wants to make sure that the job is done correctly. They are wonderful and have great customer service.

I don't believe I ever made a bad review about a company that I was involved with. This plumbing company is in the list of certified contractors of American Home Shield, my home warranty company, that they sent to look at my stoppage on my kitchen sewer line to the main line after paying $100. They did the usual snake process twice and reported that they found mud on the snake and requested AHS the use a camera to find the problem. AHS did not approve it saying it was my responsibility since it's not part of my contract. It was an emergency so I contacted another plumbing company, Gasca Plumbing, who did the identical procedure and they were able to clear the stoppage. They went down the crawl space to inspect and found my sewer pipe intact.
The report that Rock's Plumbing wrote to AHS was there was a SLAB LEAK. How can there be a slab leak if my house is NOT built on a SLAB but rather have a crawl space. I read a consumer review about Rocky's and some one advice that check on their license if it is active.
