I had a very complicated residential electrical problem that was resolved to my satisfaction by Michael [Mikhail], the Electrical Wizard, from Fuse HVAC.  At all times he was very courteous and clearly explained the problem and then resolved it to my satisfaction.  His price was reasonable when compared to other potential electrical contractors.  I would not hesitate to call him again when the need arises.  That you Mikhail for taking care of us and to Fuse HVAC for making him available to us for our future needs, Joe

Marcos and his team were incredible -- they were prompt, quickly located the leak, and managed to get it repaired in the span of an afternoon. Throughout the detection process, he explained what they were investigating and why.

I recently had two interactions with Miramar plumbing that did not go well. The first interaction was for a leak in my kitchen that was also bubbling my walls downstairs. I had thought it was the dishwasher that had leaked, but this was coincidental. Nonetheless, George looked no further and missed that the actual leak was behind the refrigerator. Of course this allowed additional damage and created more issues.

I thought I would give a local business one more chance. But on this occasion we called twice over 24 hours, once stating it was urgent, and then had to call a third time. Only to be told they did not have the tools needed to do the job.

When it comes to plumbing issues thoroughness and responsiveness are paramount. Unfortunately neither of those were satisfied in my interactions.

I started my Saturday morning off with the dreaded glug,glug sound coming from the toilet as the washing machine drained, indicating that the old main line was plugged up again. I called Plumbing 911 hoping that it wasn't going to cost me an arm and a leg to have them help me on the weekend.

They did a FANTASTIC job. They arrived early and cleared the line, all at a very reasonable fee (with no weekend surcharges, etc.). I recommend them highly!

I called Steve at 830 after discovering that my hot water heater had blown up...  I called Steve Davis. Got right a hold of him. Him came right over confirmed the cost of new heater, did not try to talk me into higher priced model, only what we needed. He left to get the new Hot water heater and came right back. Got everything back up earlier than he had promised. Then for no charge he fixed the dryer venting on my dryer and made a few suggestions and it has really cut my drying time down. I would recommend Steve Davis Plumbing to anyone. Thanks Steve.......  Nice Guy too....

I contacted On Time Plumbing for emergency service for a water heater leak on a Saturday.  They responded promptly and luckily had someone who come within an hour of when I contacted them.  They replaced the water heater that afternoon on the spot which was a huge help and was very good customer service.  Now we have a working water heater again and avoided expensive repair issues.

our water heater stopped working.  pilot light wouldn't stay on.  requested quotes on yelp to replace the thermocouple.  victor gave the best quote.  made an appointment with a 2 hour window.  mario came at the beginning of the window, which was awesome.  he patiently listened and explained everything in a straightforward manner, and he got the job done in a short time.  overall, it was a pleasant and smooth experience.  highly recommended.

The estimator was very good - complete description of everything to be done and great at answering my many questions. They scheduled things perfectly - all piping done in one day with minimal time without water. They were clean and efficient. The inspection the next day went off without a hitch. The following day, they came back to do the drywall repairs and were great.  
However, when they finished the repiping, the hall bath sink was spraying water everywhere - they had misplaced the aerator and didn't replace it. The kitchen sink was the same. So, they came back to fix those and weren't able to - they said that the problem was the new water pressure was so much that my older faucets probably needed to be replaced. I could buy that on the kitchen one but not the bathroom one, but we were leaving for a week and I figured I'd deal with it when we returned.
Unfortunately, when we returned it was to a minor flood in the kitchen. They had not hooked up the dishwasher correctly and so there was water under it, under the sink and in front of the sink causing the hardwood floors to curl.  I turned off the water and called in a plumber who fixed that problem as well as the kitchen faucet, and bathroom faucet.  
I contacted them and asked them to cover a portion of that repair. Two weeks ago they agreed but no check in spite of multiple requests.   I also asked them to send me a final invoice as I want that for my tax records and I have yet to receive one.
I would have loved to give them a 5 star rating, but between the flood and the lack of follow through, I just can't.

My water heater went out and I called Adrian. He asked me to send photos, which is a great idea - he gets to diagnose the issue immediately and provide a solution. For me, it was a replacement. Adrian came out on the 4th of July!!! Who does this? And if they do, you are expected to pay additional fees.... not with this gentleman.
Adrian texted me a time frame of arrival, then, an update... here by 11:45am. Adrian is personable as he is professional. If things go wrong, I know who to call. In addition to the water heater, Adrian installed a drip pan - something no other prior installer had done - a very nice touch to protect from overflows.
I will always applaud and recommend Adrian to all!!

The current more than 10 years old water tank got water leak to floor. Looking for quick service in the market, Alex is one response and offer same day service with tank purchased from home Depot. Arrived on time and detail description to whole process and out-of-order parts replacement suggestion. He performs the state of the art skill and also fixed the previous incorrect installation. Within 3 hours, the new water tank was replaced and back to working status. Highly recommend to use the service.

Best most honest and knowledgeable plumbing company in East Bay. Fixed my issue right away and they were super nice. I'm totally sold on Total Plumbing!

My water heater went out with water pouring into the garage.  The office dispatched a tech and the new water heater was installed a few hours later.  Great service and the price was fair.

I had a couple of great experiences with Plumb Tech recently.   They were very helpful when I called late in the afternoon when I was in a jam.  They came out the next day while I was at work. My wife was home and the tech was very helpful and courteous.  They came back a couple weeks later and we had the same great experience.  The tech took the time to help my wife re-arrange the washer - dryer.

We love Tyler and his dad. These guys are super honest and hard working. We've used them before for a huge and insane leak that we had. Tyler was upfront and honest with us about the cost, and was able to fix it. Simple and straightforward. We tried to use him to replace a water heater for us, but again, he was upfront and honest with us about how at the moment, he just couldn't do it because they simply didn't have the manpower to do it. We called other places and ended up getting ripped off (ahem, expert plumbing) and they tried to rip us off on a sink repair too. I called Tyler practically in tears since I was about 5 days away from having a baby, and he actually recommended I call the manufacturer and use the warranty on the sink. Expert plumbing actually first told me that a sink repair would be $395 but as a *favor*, they'd only charge us $190 PLUS the cost of the parts. I am SO glad I called Tyler and told the other guys just to forget it. Because of Tyler recommending me calling Hans Grohe, we got FREE replacement parts and he installed it for us only the cost of the service fee (which was only $125). It's hard to find an honest plumber in town, and George Allen and Sons are a gem. They have our business for life!

Karmonte was absolutely fantastic! I had a challenging issue with my leaking toilet pipe, but he tackled it with expertise and efficiency. Despite the difficulty, he managed to complete the job on time, showcasing his remarkable skills. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also went above and beyond by meticulously cleaning up the job site. I was truly impressed with how tidy everything was when he finished.
