I recently had the pleasure of working with The Leak Detection Company and I have to say, I was extremely impressed with their level of professionalism and expertise. They were able to use their camera to accurately locate a cracked pipe in at my business and provide a solution to fix it. The technician who came out to my barbershop was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He was able to quickly and effectively diagnose the problem and provide a solution that was both cost-effective and long-lasting. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of leak detection services. They truly went above and beyond and I give them a full five stars for their excellent work.

We were really pleased with Redwood Pipe and Drain. We wanted to start moving into our new house and they were able to start the next week and tackle the whole job: new copper pipe, installation of on-demand hot water in different location, water softener, redo drainage, relocation of washer/dryer. His crew were friendly and they worked really well together. We were really pleased that Mike and his team did the work and left the yard just as they found it. The coordination with subs (electrical, sheetrock) was seamless. All that work an they were in and out in less than a week!

You can't do better than Rich Briscoe for a plumber.  He responds quickly, appraises your needs thoroughly and accurately, explains exactly what he's going to do and why, and answers any questions expertly and honestly.  His prices are very fair as are what he charges for parts.  If he's got a spare of what you need he may not charge for it at all.  He's also very personable and while fixing or installing whatever it is in a jiffy he's never in a hurry and is very pleasant to talk with.

I recently called this company to see if they would fix my water heater.  I was told he doesn't do jobs in Canada Cove where I live!  Why?  I'm only 2 miles away!

It is rare to find a good plumbing company with reasonable prices these days but this company has my vote. I had constant renovations and repairs in my condo in the last few years and I had horrible experiences with different plumbers but this company is the only one that did everything right. I called them for a pipe replacement and they responded quickly. Juan was very professional and quick. He fairly charged me for the work and it was perfectly done. I highly recommend this company.

Called Steve Davis of Davis Plumbing to handle three plumbing problems - bathroom where the hot water handle broke and water burst all over - bathroom where a sink was not holding. Water- a kitchen sink that was not hooding water either.  We are very pleased with the attentiveness of Steve to our problems and would  recommend him to anyone with plumbing problems,

I had a great experience with Cesar and On-Time Plumbing.  When I needed assistance for a leaking outdoor spigot, I called On-Time Plumbing late one afternoon because of the great Yelp reviews (which I am now adding to).  The office of On-Time Plumbing answered the phone immediately, and they were able to schedule a repair for the very next day.   Cesar arrived on time, quickly assessed the situation, gave me a fair price to replace the spigot, and immediately performed the repair.   Cesar is knowledgeable, professional, polite, regarding, efficient, and skilled.  The whole experience was smooth, easy, and successful, and I was very impressed overall by Cesar.   I highly recommend him.

Commando Plumbing did a great job fixing our leaky toilet.  There was a bit of a scheduling problem--they forgot we had an appointment--but when they sped over anyway, they did an outstanding job.  They explained what they were doing and did it expeditiously and with courtesy.  THey also explained what problems might be expected going forward and how to manage them.  Overall, a very positive experience.

i was very impressed with this company.  We had our entire house re-piped from pex pipes to copper due to many leaks we had with the pex pipes.  Ramiro was very professional and gave us an accurate quote and realistic timeline for the job.  They were excellent and stayed on schedule.  They were also very neat while doing the work (protected floors, etc).  Once the job was complete, they quickly patched up the walls and re-textured perfectly.  The staff were all very professional and polite.  During the process, they offered to change our shower faucets since the walls were opened up, as it would be a good time for that if we wanted it.  We now have new shower faucets and pipes that provide immediate hot water and are thrilled with the work done.  I can't recommend them enough.

We are so glad to have found Dependable Water Heaters when our water heater started leaking less than a week before Christmas. It was a GE water heater from Home Depot with an extended warranty. But when we called Home Depot customer support for service there was no water heater service person available. We were placed on a wait list and told that someone would call us in a day or so to setup an appointment for service! We could see this easily running into Christmas or later before we got the water heater fixed or replaced.

We were told that alternatively, we had the option to call someone ourselves, pay for the job and get reimbursed. The catch is that the service person would have to call the warranty folks after they were onsite and sized the job. This is to get approval for the labor cost that we would get reimbursed for later. Since we had overnight guests coming in a couple of days we couldn't wait for a callback so we opted to call someone ourselves.

Adrian at Dependable Water Heaters was fantastic. We called him late in the afternoon and he requested we text pictures of the leak. He immediately saw that the water heater had to be replaced. But he sells and installs Bradford White, not GE. No problem. He's helped many customers in this situation. He came out the next morning to swap a Bradford White for the GE. Then he trucked the GE to Home Depot for us where we returned it for store credit.

From the moment we called he understood exactly the situation and explained what would happen and what we needed to do. His work is very professional and he goes the extra mile to ensure all is done right. When I mentioned that I couldn't get hot water in the house after shutting off water to the water heater and opening it again later he went ahead and replaced the valve at no extra cost. When we returned the water heater he stayed with us until the transaction was complete. This, despite the fact that it took over 40 minutes because of a snafu with the serial number in the GE records being incorrect.

We'd highly recommend Dependable Water Heaters. Adrian is responsive, fast, professional and flexible. Oh, did I mention that the morning he came to fix our water heater was actually his day off? When he understood our situation he changed his schedule to accommodate us.

The current more than 10 years old water tank got water leak to floor. Looking for quick service in the market, Alex is one response and offer same day service with tank purchased from home Depot. Arrived on time and detail description to whole process and out-of-order parts replacement suggestion. He performs the state of the art skill and also fixed the previous incorrect installation. Within 3 hours, the new water tank was replaced and back to working status. Highly recommend to use the service.

Total Plumbing Services were very quick to respond and scheduled us the same day for a camera sewer line inspection. Roberto was very professional and knowledgeable and even explained the inspection every step of the way. We didn't feel overwhelmed or rushed to make any decision about next steps which we really appreciated. Would recommend their services to anyone!

it would seem i've had plumbing issues come on all at once. 2 clogged drains, a leaky faucet, and a broken pipe.  so i gave them a call in the afternoon, and they were able to send someone out the next day.  thank goodness for speedy!  and they showed up on time, even a bit early.

the guys who came out were super nice. very professional and respectful.  they even put booties on before coming in every time.  they quickly assessed the problems, gave me an idea of cost, then got to work.  they were done in about an hour, including a trip to the hardware store to get a part.  they charge by the hour, but don't let that worry you... they seem to work fast.

so now my drip is gone, water is flowing, and i'm happy.  the pipe will wait for another day.  they gave me an idea what it will cost, and it seemed reasonable.  i'd absolutely use them again.

I had a great experience with Rocky's Plumbing and Rooter.  A previous company had left me in a terrible situation and unhooked my hot water tank, leaving me with no heat. Rocky's came out and diagnosed the problem again, got my heat started and made a follow up appointment to do minor repairs. I am with American Home Shield and he worked with them to get my water heater working but didn't try to upsell me on a costly replacement when it wasn't needed.  He advised me on what to look for and when it would need to be replaced.  I will definitely be calling Rocky's Plumbing and Rooter for all of my future plumbing needs.  I found them easy to work with, reliable and quick to respond, plus great service at excellent prices.  And very efficient at working with my home warranty coverage which is most important since that's what I'm paying for to not have these costly repairs.
