FUSE is the best service company we have ever worked with. The team is responsive, efficient, knowledgeable, reliable, punctual and professional. All schedule confirmations and updates are sent by text. Dave arrived on Tuesday within 10 minutes of his scheduled time for an estimate, gave valuable advice and recommendations and emailed a quote within a few hours after his visit. Having done some homework we knew that FUSE's pricing is very reasonable, if not the best, so we placed an order the next day. FUSE had all parts in stock so installation was scheduled for Friday. Kay and Martin are fantastic installers who installed the mini-split system exactly like we wanted and made sure every was cleaned up after they were done. The whole process from quote to installation was completed in less than half a week. Others haven't even come out for an initial visit within that amount of time. Will for sure do business again with FUSE. Highly recommend. 5 STARS ALL AROUND.

EDIT 3/5/22: Unfortunately, less than a month after installation we find out that the After-Sales Support is disappointing. After two unanswered emails and two follow-up phone calls we still don't have a resolution to activate a feature of the system. This doesn't bode well for more serious problems in the future. 0 STARS FOR AFTER-SALES SUPPORT. :(

We hired The leak Detection Company to find a water leak in our concrete slab house in Redwood City when other company was trying to brake concrete all over our house the technician from Leak Detection Company find exactly where the problem was and we where available to repair it a much better price, no doubt about it they know what they where doing  very trustworthy company.

Mike and his guys did several jobs at my house over the last year including a partial repipe, new drains, and some work on gas lines. In each case there was great communication from start to finish, a very fair price, and the work was all top notch. So much so that other contractors that have been to my house commented on how good the work looked.

Best of all Mike and team are good people who you'll want to do business with....Highly recommend!

This was the BEST plumbing experience I've had in my life.  It was Tuesday, and I had been without water since Saturday! My home warranty company sent out the first guy late Tuesday afternoon. He refused to fix my leaking water heater, despite the fact it was STILL LEAKING. I called Rich in tears and he arrived in less than 30 minutes, fixed the issue, and gave me a fair price. He truly saved the day. I will only be using him from now on.

We had a rusted P Trap and drain on an old bathroom sink, and Miramar came out on Monday and repaired it.  It got us back running in no time.  Highley recommend Miramar Plumbing.

Plumbing 911 is great.  Being a two man shop, they keep their costs down yet have the equipment of larger companies.  They came out to my house on a Friday night and snaked a drain that was clogged for a reasonable fee.  Knowledgeable and licensed, I won't hesitate to call them the next time I need a plumber or the sewer line snaked.

Called on a Friday due to a backup when draining the tub and dishwasher. Warranted plumbing was able to come out in 45 minutes, do a complete diagnosis, and take care of the problem. This was no small job. A hole was dug and video diagnosis took place, and solution for as made. $2.1k later, these guys came in $500 less than our previous estimate. If we ever have a plumbing issue again in the future, we'll certainly be giving these guys a call.

I called Steve at 830 after discovering that my hot water heater had blown up...  I called Steve Davis. Got right a hold of him. Him came right over confirmed the cost of new heater, did not try to talk me into higher priced model, only what we needed. He left to get the new Hot water heater and came right back. Got everything back up earlier than he had promised. Then for no charge he fixed the dryer venting on my dryer and made a few suggestions and it has really cut my drying time down. I would recommend Steve Davis Plumbing to anyone. Thanks Steve.......  Nice Guy too....

Luis was fast, efficient and courteous in replacing our frozen water valves under the bathroom sink.  We had a leaky delta faucet with frozen or rusted set screws that we and Luis could not take off without destroying the faucet handle.  

So, Luis recommend that we replace the faucet and in the interim he replaced the frozen water valves so that we could turn off the drippy faucet.  He was very quick and clean on performing the job.  I would use him again.

They came on a Sunday, price was reasonable, they did a great job!

Advanced Repipe Specialist is an outstanding company.  They repiped my Mother's house in Sacramento.  They work quickly to minimize water service downtime and general inconvenience.  They are clean, pick up their trash every day, and in general, they respect the property and also laid down flooring protection in the house.  They coordinated all work the City Inspector,  made follow-up corrections quickly, which makes it worry free for the property owner.  Aside from doing a great job on the repipe work, they are clean cut, and they were very respectful and courteous to my Mom, which was important to me.  To illustrate this, we left the work crew inside the house by themselves to run an important errand.  They looked after the house like it was theirs, this is my kind of people!  Advanced Repipe Specialist comes highly recommended - 5 Stars!

Adrian's second visit to my home for water heater issues.  This time he did a great job to install the new one pretty quick. Reasonable price for a short notice from me. I'd hire this guy again.

The current more than 10 years old water tank got water leak to floor. Looking for quick service in the market, Alex is one response and offer same day service with tank purchased from home Depot. Arrived on time and detail description to whole process and out-of-order parts replacement suggestion. He performs the state of the art skill and also fixed the previous incorrect installation. Within 3 hours, the new water tank was replaced and back to working status. Highly recommend to use the service.

William came out and replaced an ancient faucet and the plumbing in our upstairs tub. He also cleaned out the sewer lateral.

Whoever originally installed the tub had done a real Frankenstein job and it was a pretty complicated repair/replacement, lots of parts/pipes that no one uses or even makes anymore. After an assessment William worked really hard to track down all the necessary parts and kept us updated throughout the process.

It was an complicated fix but he did a great job for a fair price!

William was friendly, professional and just all-around on it! We're planning to hire this company again!

Set up an appointment on Monday for Wed. Tuesday get a call back from their office saying they lost all my info and were not sure when the appointment was set for. They also needed my info again(address, problem discription etc.) Got the slot 11-1pm for Wed again. On the day of the appointment around 12:30-45pm got a call that someone will contact me soon about coming to my home. 1:35pm get a call from Angelo that he will be at my house in about 30-40 minutes till 2:30pm, all this  with an appointment time of 11am-1pm!!!

If this is the type of service you get by booking 3 days in advance, dont really know what type of people I am dealing with. Just my experience after all I do have not have a common name...

Lets see what they will do about this....

OK here is what happened. Called them after 2pm to reschedule. I explained to the lady on the phone who said she will have to talk to the owner as after 6pm its another rate for the plumber. After about an hour I got a call and she told me that we could be accomodated after 5pm and the owner himself Kevin would be there. I would have still been at work but assured her someone will be at home to let Kevin in. Sure enough Kevin appeared and was a true gentleman and professional. Not only did he work for almost 2 hours he charged us for an hour knowing what happned earlier. All I can say is that I am a fan and will recommend him to all my friends!!! Extrememly happy with the quality of work and professionalism.

I was in the middle of hosting my son's 5th birthday party and my tenant calls about an emergency leaking water heater.    I call Ivan who was just finishing up a job and he rushed over to the rescue.  He arrived, diagnosed, fixed and invoiced me all within a couple hours.   Speed and convenience!

Two different experiences with George Allen and Sons.  Butch was super professional and did great work on some plumbing repairs.  We really appreciate his work.  Our experience with Tyler wasn't very good.  We had an emergency issue, he took a quick look, and said he would get back to us if he could find the parts.  We didn't hear back for the rest of the day.  We went with another plumbing business and our emergency issue was resolved the same day.  We may give George Allen and Sons another try in the future as long as we can get a hold of Butch.

Never showed up after signing up for job. They asked for all details and just closed the work ordee
