The guy did not show up and tried to change the date for next week. I told him I will call another service in area and hung up.

He called back one hour later and sent me his best guy name Valitin.

The guy took apart the dryer in minutes and cleaned it up and showed me the problem.

His service went from a one star to a five stare.

The only small problem was he gave me a quote on
A different repair that was to high. I found another person to do the second job.

He did great on the first job and I will always keep his business card for my friends.

We have used this company several times and refer them to all our clients. They always go above and beyond and are very fairly priced but most of all have a faster turnaround time than anyone in the leak detection industry.

We were referred to Mike/Redwood through another plumbing company which didn't do the type of work we needed. Mike and crew were great to deal with. They weren't the cheapest nor the most expensive quote that we got, but they did great work. They were very knowledgeable, prompt and reliable. We ended up adding a couple of additional features that we didn't think to ask for and Mike suggested, but all pretty minor things we should have thought of and didn't, he def wasn't try to upsell us on anything we didn't need. We got waters and drains repiping, an on demand heater with recirculation and some gas line work. All of it is working great. I'm also very confident that he will stand by his work if any issues ever come up

Awesome job.  Came out within an hour of my call to fix a blocked drain.  Identified some corroded pipes (even though the house is relatively new) and changed those for me too.

The cost was very reasonable. My experience with  plumbers in the past has tended to leave me feeling like I have been taken for a ride.  

Not this time.  I would not hesitate to use Briscoe again.

I recently called this company to see if they would fix my water heater.  I was told he doesn't do jobs in Canada Cove where I live!  Why?  I'm only 2 miles away!

We recently had water damage in our bathroom and we needed a plumber to come out to identify the cause of the leak before we could process our insurance claim.

All the other plumbers we called asked for trip fees and minimum charges before even seeing anything. And they all wanted 2-3  hour window for appointments. I called Plumbing 911 and Bart said that he was in the area and will stop by within the hour. He was true to his word, came in 40 minutes, spent 5 minutes to inspect and then talked to the adjuster (who was evaluating just then). When I asked him for his charges he said it was a simple diagnosis and he was in the area anyway, so no charge! Wow!

The only reason this is not a 5 star review is because we didnt use his services as there were a lot of things we needed to do through our insurance, but if I ever needed plumbing services, I will call Plumbing 911 first.

I desperately needed a plumbing service ASAP, and so I called Warranted Plumbing in Concord, trust me, they literally had a plumbing repair truck at my house within ten minutes.

Now, it does help that I do happen to live close by, but even with that said,.... within ten minutes Warranted Plumbing was there.

Wow, that's almost as quick as the Fire Department.

Luis, and his assistant plumber arrived, he then completed his free estimate, we then agreed on the price, and it was 'off to the races'.

They immediately handled all of the existing water which was literally pouring out of the broken water heater.

After deciding on exactly what he needed to complete the repair, Luis then placed one phone call, and within minutes another Warranted Plumbing truck quickly arrived with a new 40 gallon RUUD water heater on it.

The old water heater was then safely removed, and the new RUUD water soon replaced it.

The water, and gas connections were then all attached, and secured. And, I was 'back in business'.

For the record, the prices that are charged by Warranted Plumbing are much more than competitive, and they do leave the work site looking much better than they found it.

Can't say enough nice things about Warranted Plumbing, and I would/will not hesitate to call them again for my plumbing needs in the future.

Once again Steve came to the rescue fixing my major leak the very next day after calling him.  He is easy to get in touch with and returns calls quickly. I appreciate his concern for using good quality parts. Now I just text  him a photo of the problem  and he arrives with the materials I need on his truck - not wasting my time and money running around town looking for parts.

I am not talking about their service. They did not show up for this appointment on Saturday. I called them but no body answered the phone. I left the voice message. Well, I was thinking it was weekend so they may get back to me on the next working day. On Monday, there is no call to explain what happened.

Used the plumbing services multiple times and they are really reliable and responsive. Very happy with their services and quality.

Advanced Repipe Specialist is an outstanding company.  They repiped my Mother's house in Sacramento.  They work quickly to minimize water service downtime and general inconvenience.  They are clean, pick up their trash every day, and in general, they respect the property and also laid down flooring protection in the house.  They coordinated all work the City Inspector,  made follow-up corrections quickly, which makes it worry free for the property owner.  Aside from doing a great job on the repipe work, they are clean cut, and they were very respectful and courteous to my Mom, which was important to me.  To illustrate this, we left the work crew inside the house by themselves to run an important errand.  They looked after the house like it was theirs, this is my kind of people!  Advanced Repipe Specialist comes highly recommended - 5 Stars!

My water heater furnace burner failed and the showers were a lesson in cold water torture.  Called Adrian in the morning.  He was very responsive- so easy to contact via text.  Walked him through with pics via phone.  He called supplier to ensure he had the right parts.  Arrived on time and did a wonderful, thorough job.  Truly a professional with amazing work ethic.  I highly recommend - thankful for the previous reviewers.

The current more than 10 years old water tank got water leak to floor. Looking for quick service in the market, Alex is one response and offer same day service with tank purchased from home Depot. Arrived on time and detail description to whole process and out-of-order parts replacement suggestion. He performs the state of the art skill and also fixed the previous incorrect installation. Within 3 hours, the new water tank was replaced and back to working status. Highly recommend to use the service.

William from Total Plumbing Services was very responsive, extremely punctual and honest. I would call him again.

Had them out to help me with a noisy plumbing problem. They diagnosed it as a faulty water pressure regulator, and gave me a verbal estimate of about $575.00. I also asked about changing the stopper in my guest bathtub. He said they would need to cut a hole in the wall (since I am on a slab) to replace it. This would be very expensive, and include drywall repair, texture and paint. I told them I was going to get another estimate, and he left.

I called another plumbing service, and they found the noise to be my toilet fill valve. They were also able to replace the bathtub stopper without cutting into the wall. All this done in about an hour and MUCH less $.

I can't say enough good things about Plumb Tech. Even though I had a small job, Ivan gave me top notch attention and service, and was always friendly and personable. His technician, Coy, was outstanding and quickly fixed my water heater. This was my first experience with Plumb Tech. The next time I need help with plumbing, Plumb tech will definitely be the first place I call.

I had a plumbing emergancy and called these guys. They were at the location within minutes and stayed till the job got done, even though its was the end of the day and well past normaly business hours. The price was very fair and now the plumbing is better then before. Thank You Tyler Allen!!! You guys are awesome. I would HIGHLY recommend their services if you are need of a fixing or are looking for tankless water heaters. These guys know their stuff.

I don't believe I ever made a bad review about a company that I was involved with. This plumbing company is in the list of certified contractors of American Home Shield, my home warranty company,  that they sent to look at my stoppage on my kitchen sewer line to the main line after paying $100. They did the usual snake process twice and reported that they found mud on the snake and requested AHS the use a camera to find the problem. AHS did not approve it saying it was my responsibility since it's not part of my contract. It was an emergency so I contacted another plumbing company, Gasca Plumbing, who did the identical procedure and they were able to clear the stoppage. They went down the crawl space to inspect and found my sewer pipe intact.
The report that Rock's Plumbing wrote to AHS was there was a SLAB LEAK. How can there be a slab leak if my house is NOT built on a SLAB but rather have a crawl space. I read a consumer review about Rocky's and some one advice that check on their license if it is active.
