Adam arrived within the specified time window. He was able to diagnose the issue and repair my refrigerator. Adam explained everything he was doing step by step and provided a 6 month warranty. I'm happy I didn't have to buy a new refrigerator!

We had a new leak that nobody could find but they were able to come out and quickly locate the leak. They were very quick and efficient and helped fix our problem when no one else could.

I would highly recommend this company.  We are in the middle of a total remodel and could not count on the previous plumber to show up.  These guys stepped in, were totally professional and did what we needed, basically re-ran everything and hooked up our tankless water heater and scaler, in the time frame they had quoted.

I have used Nick and Bart's plumbing services twice now for an apartment complex. They have superb customer service, they arrive when they say they will, work quickly, and have reasonable prices. Without a doubt, I will continue to call them and recommend their services for home or commercial services.

Called on a Friday due to a backup when draining the tub and dishwasher. Warranted plumbing was able to come out in 45 minutes, do a complete diagnosis, and take care of the problem. This was no small job. A hole was dug and video diagnosis took place, and solution for as made. $2.1k later, these guys came in $500 less than our previous estimate. If we ever have a plumbing issue again in the future, we'll certainly be giving these guys a call.

Once again Steve came to the rescue fixing my major leak the very next day after calling him.  He is easy to get in touch with and returns calls quickly. I appreciate his concern for using good quality parts. Now I just text  him a photo of the problem  and he arrives with the materials I need on his truck - not wasting my time and money running around town looking for parts.

Once again I had the good luck of having On Time Plumbing help me out with a plumbing issue I was having at a rental, and as before they earned the name On Time as you could set your clock by the time they showed up. It was a rather complex issue with the leaking pipes being in the wall. They were fast to give me an estimate that was very fair, and were able to start the job right away. Once they repaired the leaking pipes they discovered another problem in another area in the wall that was also just starting to leak, and I expected to pay more for this additional damage they had noticed, but they told me as a repeat customer they would repair that at the same time for no additional cost. I am just thinking why would anyone choose any other company????

Victor is great.  He unclogged a toilet that was giving persistent issues and even evaluated our plumbing system.  He provided very reasonable pricing.   I called him again at  a later time to fix 2 faucet leaks and he took the time to get the right parts and complete the job.  He is a great pleasure to work with -- he takes time to explain things and provides friendly service.  Thanks Victor!

Advanced Repipe Specialist is an outstanding company.  They repiped my Mother's house in Sacramento.  They work quickly to minimize water service downtime and general inconvenience.  They are clean, pick up their trash every day, and in general, they respect the property and also laid down flooring protection in the house.  They coordinated all work the City Inspector,  made follow-up corrections quickly, which makes it worry free for the property owner.  Aside from doing a great job on the repipe work, they are clean cut, and they were very respectful and courteous to my Mom, which was important to me.  To illustrate this, we left the work crew inside the house by themselves to run an important errand.  They looked after the house like it was theirs, this is my kind of people!  Advanced Repipe Specialist comes highly recommended - 5 Stars!

Less then a week before Xmas, one night I walked into my garage and noticed standing water on the floor! I quickly realized my water heater was leaking, oh no! I called my usual plumber but given it was after 6:00pm, no one picked up. So I checked Yelp and called a few numbers.

Adrian picked up and asked me to text him a few pictures of the issue. After his finished up the current job he was working on, he came over to my house. Not only did he do an amazing fixing my leak and replacing some parts, but he was easy to talk to and even chatted with my son.

I thought to myself, this guy can charge me anything and I would pay it. But when he told me what he was charging me I almost didn't believe him. It was less then what other plumbing charge for their usual trip fee.

Not only do I think Adrian knows his Water Heaters, but he seems like a good, fair person. I can't recommend him enough if you ever need a new water heater, repairs or maintenance.

When I got to the garage this morning, our water heater started leaking...I found this company on Thumbtack and they offered to come on the same day to fix it! He also provides a quote right away, very straightforward and transparent pricing. After quoting a few others we chose them because they offer the most reasonable price. Oleskii definitely knows his stuff - he told us the problem right away, the material cost, and overall itemized cost. All very clear and specific. He got the job done with no issue. Def highly recommended!

Total Plumbing Services was great.  They promptly returned my call and scheduled someone to come out and repair my leaky toilet.  Roberto showed up when they said he would.  Roberto was super friendly, professional/knowledgeable and quick.  I would definitely use Total Plumbing Services again.

Two years ago they installed a new water heater for me.  I was out of state traveling and we have a tenant so I had to get it done on the spot.  I paid these guys $1250.  The water heater came with a six year warranty.  Two days ago the thermocouple went out and we had no hot water.

The manufactures warranty card said I could call the installer and they would be able to take care of the warranty details.  So I called them, and told them I needed a warranty repair.  They lady on the phone looked up my info to confirm they installed it and that it was under warranty, then said she would squeeze us in the next day.

When Jason the technician arrived he had a poor attitude.  His first comment to me was they were not even supposed to be there doing this warranty repair.  I was a little stunned but figured I would leave him alone and let him do his thing.  

After the work was done he presented the bill for $145 and I noticed he had charged me for the part (which was supposed to be under warranty)!  When I asked Jason about this he dismissed me saying I had to call the manufacturer directly in order for the part to be covered under warranty.  I guess he's never read the warranty card on the water heaters he installs.  I complained but didn't fight him over it because the part was $25 and I just wanted hot water, but I felt bait and switched and taken advantage of.  

I would not recommend this place to a friend.  The only reason i am giving them two stars instead of one is he did find a small gas leak right by the water heater while he was fixing it.  That was appreciated.

I was in the middle of hosting my son's 5th birthday party and my tenant calls about an emergency leaking water heater.    I call Ivan who was just finishing up a job and he rushed over to the rescue.  He arrived, diagnosed, fixed and invoiced me all within a couple hours.   Speed and convenience!

They were out fast to fix the problem and were good on the rate. Not many family owned and operated business are around anymore.  They also give senior discounts.

I had a great experience with Rocky's Plumbing and Rooter.  A previous company had left me in a terrible situation and unhooked my hot water tank, leaving me with no heat. Rocky's came out and diagnosed the problem again, got my heat started and made a follow up appointment to do minor repairs. I am with American Home Shield and he worked with them to get my water heater working but didn't try to upsell me on a costly replacement when it wasn't needed.  He advised me on what to look for and when it would need to be replaced.  I will definitely be calling Rocky's Plumbing and Rooter for all of my future plumbing needs.  I found them easy to work with, reliable and quick to respond, plus great service at excellent prices.  And very efficient at working with my home warranty coverage which is most important since that's what I'm paying for to not have these costly repairs.
