I used the service of Fuse HVAC twice already, and I am very happy with the results. The first time it was my old central heater that wouldn't start. The technician cleaned the igniter, which was enough to fix my problem. The second time it was the electronic air filtration system that was apparently broken. Another technician from FUSE HVAC came and  diagnosed the problem, which was a high voltage block that was dead.
I am still debating whether to replace the block by myself or to them for  help, but in any case the problem was identified -- thanks to FUSE expertise!

I recently had the pleasure of working with The Leak Detection Company and I have to say, I was extremely impressed with their level of professionalism and expertise. They were able to use their camera to accurately locate a cracked pipe in at my business and provide a solution to fix it. The technician who came out to my barbershop was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He was able to quickly and effectively diagnose the problem and provide a solution that was both cost-effective and long-lasting. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of leak detection services. They truly went above and beyond and I give them a full five stars for their excellent work.

Rich Briscoe is, without a doubt, the finest plumber we have ever worked with in the last 40 years that we have owned our home. We had a bad experience with a local plumber years ago who did not complete the job as we requested and so, in our search for someone more reliable, we found Briscoe Plumbing. Not only is Rich professional, he is ingenious, thorough, and warm-hearted. He quickly responds to calls and goes over and above what he's being asked to do. A perfect example is the fact that we called him to do a bathroom job and he got it done correctly and left. 15 minutes after he left, we remembered we had a problem with a refrigerator grate that we were told by a Bosch refrigerator man was impossible to fix. Rich took on the job and fixed  it for us. Also, the handle of the refrigerator's freezer was broken and the same Bosch repairman charged us $150 to tell us it couldn't be fixed. Rich took the door off and with tenacity fixed it perfectly and we were so grateful to him and so happy. Moreover, Rich is reasonably priced, fair, and knowledgeable not just about plumbing, but about helping the homeowner get the care they need.

I had the pleasure of working with George a few times over the past five years. He is extremely diligent, personable, responsive and incredibly good at what he does. George worked on both a kitchen and bath remodel for us, as well as some one-off plumbing issues we had with our fixer-upper home.

My weekend ice maker project went south. It was time to call in the professionals. Kevin from On Time Plumbing showed up in less than an hour, cut off the ancient fitting, re-routed the copper pipe a little bit, and added a new modern fitting. I was back on track and got everything installed before lunch!

Our business had a massive plumbing plover the weekend and we were desperate for a plumber to come out on a Sunday morning before we reopened on Monday. Victor replied to me late Saturday night and came in on Sunday morning and saved the day! Highly recommended and his price was very reasonable! He even didn't charge me until he came in the next day to fully diagnose what caused the problem to begin with!  Super professional!

We had all of the old pipes in our 98 year old house replaced. Advanced Repipe Specialist was efficient and professional, and were reasonably priced.

Is there an option for 10 stars?  Cannot say enough!!!  Adrien walked me through diagnosis, scheduled for a very narrow window on Monday since, for the first time in 17 weeks, my business was reopening.  Then reached back out and said he'd come on Sunday, even though he's technically closed.  Talk about the consummate in customer service.  Once here, he was efficient, very communicative, highly professional. If you ever find yourself in need of a water heater, there's only one guy you should use!  Dependable Water Heaters has my gratitude and my highest praise.

When I got to the garage this morning, our water heater started leaking...I found this company on Thumbtack and they offered to come on the same day to fix it! He also provides a quote right away, very straightforward and transparent pricing. After quoting a few others we chose them because they offer the most reasonable price. Oleskii definitely knows his stuff - he told us the problem right away, the material cost, and overall itemized cost. All very clear and specific. He got the job done with no issue. I highly recommend Total Plumbing Services based on my experience hiring them to do some plumbing work for me earlier this month. I'm remodeling my kitchen and I ran into an issue of the existing drain waste arm being too high for the new deeper sink that I installed. The waste arm was just barely low enough for the old sink we had, and with our new sink strainer baskets dropping 2-3 lower, the bottoms were now level with the waste arm and the dishwasher pump wasn't strong enough to drain the dishwasher effectively when connected with the new drain plumbing. We have an old house with old galvanized pipes, and cutting into the wall and installing a new tee lower down on the rusty stack felt a bit beyond my own DIY abilities. So I put out a request for quotes to several plumbers on Yelp who all had great reviews.

I ended up contacting 14 plumbers, and Billy stood out among them for his organization and attention to detail. He came out to check out my project a day after I submitted the request for quotes, wore a mask and shoe covers, and was thorough in assessing the scope of work and listening to what I had already done so he could suggest the best course of action for what I actually needed, not just what he could do. Not only was he extremely professional, but he was also personable and friendly throughout our communication. His quote ended up being the most reasonable of the 8 that I received, partly because he was willing to price out just the rough-in work itself and allow me to do the stuff I know how to do (move the sink out of the way beforehand, patch the drywall, reconnect the new waste arm to the sink drain pipes) in order to save on cost.

Billy came by to do the job a week later, as scheduled and clearly communicated. After he cut into the wall, he ran into an unexpected issue when he found that the vent pipe above the existing tee was corroded and leaking sewage air into the wall of the house. He wasn't sure at first how far the damaged old pipe would extend, but he communicated what he found clearly, along with what the potential solutions would be. He got my consent to do some more exploration outside of the original scope of work, and soon identified how much additional pipe would need to be replaced in order to correctly solve the issue. He made sure I gave the okay before he proceeded with replacing a significant amount of the corroded galvanized steel drain pipe with new ABS pipe in addition to lowering the sanitary tee. Even with the complication and having to run out to the store to grab a specific coupling part, Billy was done in less than 2 hours. He did a great job of cleaning up the area around the work site, and even honored his original quote for the final cost even though I was prepared to pay more for the additional work done. I reconnected the hookups to the sink drain after he was done, and everything is working great now. I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to Billy at Total Plumbing Services with any other plumbing needs.

I have used San Jose Plumbing now 4 times and each time has been a pleasant experience.  They are very responsive, punctual, and professional and what I appreciate the most on top of those qualities is their honesty.  

If they cannot repair something they don't charge you.  In the situation where you may need to replace equipment, they provide you with as much information as possible to make an informed decision, whether or not you decide to use them.
 
This type of integrity is practically unheard of and something I truly appreciate.

Very highly recommended. And I don't do that very often. These guys got me out of a jam, my tankless water heater stopped working after the memorial day weekend. They stepped up to the plate, found a replacement and had it installed the very same day. ALL of this at a really reasonable price!
