This was our first time working with FUSE. And I would definitely call them again if I had an appliance or HVAC problem. Chirill was the technician who came to look at the furnace. He arrived early and was COVID-safe. He carefully explained how the furnace worked and what to look out for. Great job - thank you!

Marcos was superb on a very challenging job.
We had some water damage and hired multiple plumbers and remediation contractors to come out to find the source of the leak.  Nobody was able to find it, much to our disappointment.  However, Marcos succeeded, with his dedicated effort and good intuition.
Furthermore, Marcos is great with his communication and promptness.  We are very pleased to have found him.

Mike and his crew were great! He was clear and upfront about everything.  He came in and fixed a lingering issue we'd been having that my own general contractor couldn't. Really good work - they know their craft.

I called him up to ask about the cost to flush a hot water heater and he asked how old it was. Since my hot water heater is from 2004, he didn't recommend flushing it out. Due to age and likely significant sediment, it could stir it up enough to clog up the lines.  He didn't think it'd be worth it for me and recommended to save my money for replacing the water heater, which would likely be soon.

He's honest and gives a good opinion and I really appreciate that! Will call him when it breaks!

Bart and Nick did a great job analyzing and fixing a slow drainage problem I have been having.  They were thorough with their investigating and careful to confirm the problem had been fixed prior to departing.  I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others as well.

I have seldom had such good experiences. I am late writing this review, but last June our garbage disposal started leaking in the middle of the evening. We needed it replaced ASAP. Warranted arrived early, and finished then replacement 15 minutes faster than they said they would. Totally amazing and totally worth it.

I have known Steve Davis for several years. So when my toilet overflowed he was my go-to person. He called back and 20 minutes later he was at my front door. He snaked my toilet and voila, I was much relieved and a happy customer. Once he arrives I know he will stay till whatever the problem I had is resolved. Thanks Steve.

Our business had a massive plumbing plover the weekend and we were desperate for a plumber to come out on a Sunday morning before we reopened on Monday. Victor replied to me late Saturday night and came in on Sunday morning and saved the day! Highly recommended and his price was very reasonable! He even didn't charge me until he came in the next day to fully diagnose what caused the problem to begin with!  Super professional!

I hired them for re-piping my house to copper recently. They have done a very good job, completed everything within one day. Quick, professional, and efficient. Carlos is very nice and accommodating. Their customer service is also excellent. The price is really reasonable. Highly recommended!

Adrian answered the phone personally, showed up on time, efficiently replaced the broken water heater with a water pan to catch minor drips from the water heater, and carefully explained annual maintenance.  

Bottom-line, Adrian was professional and customer-oriented.

The current more than 10 years old water tank got water leak to floor. Looking for quick service in the market, Alex is one response and offer same day service with tank purchased from home Depot. Arrived on time and detail description to whole process and out-of-order parts replacement suggestion. He performs the state of the art skill and also fixed the previous incorrect installation. Within 3 hours, the new water tank was replaced and back to working status. Highly recommend to use the service.

Two years ago, we called San Jose Plumbing to have a new kitchen faucet installed. Kevin came out and was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Soon after fixing the kitchen sink, we called to have a hand shower installed in our roman tub, where there was not one before. Kevin came out again and did the job for us. It was a pretty involved job that took most of the day Saturday and we were very thankful he gave us a good discount on all his labor.

Having had great experiences in the past, I knew exactly who to call for my leaky faucet! Kevin came out today and fixed it lickity split. In fact, the faucet now turns smoother and better than ever. I feel like Kevin takes the extra step to do the job the RIGHT way (which is hard to find). He also gave us a really fair price. Nice to finally stop that drip (we're in a drought you know!)!

I called Plumb Tech in order to check out a stopped kitchen sink and dishwasher drain line. The tech who came to my house was wonderfully nice, professional, and helpful. He answered all of my questions and explained things thoroughly. There turned out to be old pipes under the house which were completely corroded and leaking waste water into the crawlspace and were in immediate need of replacement. Plumb Tech wrote up a detailed report for me and gave an explanation and quote along with the report for my landlord.

Plumb Tech dealt with my wishy washy, cheap landlord and helped me along the way.

The landlord ended up using another plumber in order to replace the pipe but they left a mess in the basement and sludge sprayed all over our personal belongings.

I wish the landlord had allowed Plumb Tech to do the repair because I'm sure that the job would have been done correctly and our belongings would have been respected.

I would recommend Plumb Tech for anyone who is looking for an honest, professional experience and wants to make sure that the job is done correctly. They are wonderful and have great customer service.

I have been calling on these guys periodically many times over the years.  They are quick to answer calls, very experienced and reliable.  I place total trust in their knowledge and fair treatment of customers.  They won't charge unnecessary expenses.  They always do the job right the first time.  They will always be my #1 plumbing repair choice.

I don't believe I ever made a bad review about a company that I was involved with. This plumbing company is in the list of certified contractors of American Home Shield, my home warranty company,  that they sent to look at my stoppage on my kitchen sewer line to the main line after paying $100. They did the usual snake process twice and reported that they found mud on the snake and requested AHS the use a camera to find the problem. AHS did not approve it saying it was my responsibility since it's not part of my contract. It was an emergency so I contacted another plumbing company, Gasca Plumbing, who did the identical procedure and they were able to clear the stoppage. They went down the crawl space to inspect and found my sewer pipe intact.
The report that Rock's Plumbing wrote to AHS was there was a SLAB LEAK. How can there be a slab leak if my house is NOT built on a SLAB but rather have a crawl space. I read a consumer review about Rocky's and some one advice that check on their license if it is active.
