Leo and his partner was incredibly helpful! We needed help installing our washer and dryer. They got us set up in the morning and then we noticed a small leak caused that we had caused. Leo came back 30 minutes after I had called to fix the leak--no extra charge. They were incredibly pleasant and wore masks the whole time. We're really grateful for their help.

Marcos and his team were incredible -- they were prompt, quickly located the leak, and managed to get it repaired in the span of an afternoon. Throughout the detection process, he explained what they were investigating and why.

My tankless water heater stopped working. I called Redwood Pipe and Drain for a consultation. They were professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. I ended up having to replace the unit and found they were competitively priced. More importantly, every staff member I interacted with was helpful and knowledgeable. They had a crew replace my dying unit with a new one. They did a fantastic job. It's so nice to have hot water again. I highly recommend Redwood Pipe and Drain.

I recently had two interactions with Miramar plumbing that did not go well. The first interaction was for a leak in my kitchen that was also bubbling my walls downstairs. I had thought it was the dishwasher that had leaked, but this was coincidental. Nonetheless, George looked no further and missed that the actual leak was behind the refrigerator. Of course this allowed additional damage and created more issues.

I thought I would give a local business one more chance. But on this occasion we called twice over 24 hours, once stating it was urgent, and then had to call a third time. Only to be told they did not have the tools needed to do the job.

When it comes to plumbing issues thoroughness and responsiveness are paramount. Unfortunately neither of those were satisfied in my interactions.

I started my Saturday morning off with the dreaded glug,glug sound coming from the toilet as the washing machine drained, indicating that the old main line was plugged up again. I called Plumbing 911 hoping that it wasn't going to cost me an arm and a leg to have them help me on the weekend.

They did a FANTASTIC job. They arrived early and cleared the line, all at a very reasonable fee (with no weekend surcharges, etc.). I recommend them highly!

My toilet valve was leaking. I called on a Sunday and they were out the next day which was a holiday. Edwin took time to explain the difference in parts between old and new and had the work done in 30 minutes. Quick and efficient. He even took his shoes off coming inside. I would recommend him to others.

I called Steve at 830 after discovering that my hot water heater had blown up...  I called Steve Davis. Got right a hold of him. Him came right over confirmed the cost of new heater, did not try to talk me into higher priced model, only what we needed. He left to get the new Hot water heater and came right back. Got everything back up earlier than he had promised. Then for no charge he fixed the dryer venting on my dryer and made a few suggestions and it has really cut my drying time down. I would recommend Steve Davis Plumbing to anyone. Thanks Steve.......  Nice Guy too....

I bought a washer and dryer off of fb market place. The dryer I bought was gas and that is something that I recommend anyone leave for a professional. This morning I called On Time plumbing and they said they would be here in 15 minutes. They were on time, assesed that their was a tricky situation with my water heater aswell. Eddy was quick, super efficient, and went above and beyond. He set everything up and tested it to make sure it worked. I highly recommend him. Will use him again.

Sorry I can not longer modify my previous review. New news: after agreeing to a proposed solution to the ' no show' issue, we rescheduled the service. The guys showed up on time on a holiday (July 4 th).

To make a long story short, the initial estimate proved to be  low-balled and the amount of labor and materials would probably be way higher. We mutually agreed that the risk of that required more thought. So we cancelled the work order.

The response of everyone at Commando was very professional. I would now tend to recommend them. Sometime it takes a problem and its resolution to judge a company.

The work was impeccably done.  Could not even tell where the walls were cut out.  Plus my house is 4600 sq ft and it was done in just a few days.  Ramiro and Advanced Repipe Specialists were great to work with.  Would definitely recommend.

Adrian is very efficient and responsible. One of my tenants home had no hot water. I called Adrian and he was able to go check it out in half an hour. When he got there, it was a very simple task to turn it on. Apparently, the PG&E crew turned everything off when they were checking for gas leak. My tenants were happy and we were so glad that the water heater was still functioning. I would highly recommend Adrian.

When I got to the garage this morning, our water heater started leaking...I found this company on Thumbtack and they offered to come on the same day to fix it! He also provides a quote right away, very straightforward and transparent pricing. After quoting a few others we chose them because they offer the most reasonable price. Oleskii definitely knows his stuff - he told us the problem right away, the material cost, and overall itemized cost. All very clear and specific. He got the job done with no issue. Def highly recommended!

Roberto is amazing! I had a stove installation that did not go well due to the appliance company. I needed the stove connected to the gas line in a hurry and Roberto was to my home early and within 2 hours of my call. We also had a very old 1/2 inch line and he installed a new 3/4 line and a new valve. Everything looks and works great. I have Roberto on speed dial now for all of my plumbing needs!

Last year San Jose Plumbing installed a new water heater and we've just had its one-year servicing. While a fairly routine task, SJP was, as always, on time and thorough in the task provided by a knowledgeable and courteous technician.

We've been doing business with SJP for almost three years and look forward to a continuing and positive association.

Not impressed.
This company was utilized my my HOA to work on my pipe.
Take them 4 + days to get it wrong. I open the cabinets, it is all wet and mildewed inside.
2 young men who appeared high school age did all the work, I honestly don't think they knew what they were doing.
No uniforms, and they came in an old beat up truck. I don't have a lot of faith in them.

WHY ARE THE UNFAVORABLE REVIEWS ON THE SECOND PAGE?

Try to look past all the 5 stars to see what real customers have to say.

Needed a new water heater. Below is the pro and cons of my experience in dealing with this company.

Pros:
-Responsive
-Call back in a reasonable amount of time. Installation time was not too far out considering that we just had the CZU fire.
-Good local reputation.
-Was able to work in a cramped area for installation of my water heater. -Removed a cabinet and a water heater support to install the water heater.
-Worked very quickly.
-Good installation.
-Wore a mask.
-Sent a credit card receipt after completion of the work.

Cons:
-Was not able to select any particular brand or no ability to purchase a water heater with a longer warranty period. Was only able to get a water heater with a 6-year warranty. Would of preferred to buy a more premium water heater with at least a 10-year warranty.
-Water heater support was put back and blocks the pilot start/water temp control.
-Did not reinstall my cabinet after installation of the water heater.
-The price was higher than others businesses that I called. About 20% higher.


Will I use them again? Yes. Would I recommend them? Yes. If you are watching your budget, I would not recommend them. If you want quality, reliability and a good reputation, then I would say that they are a business you should consider. You do get what you pay for!

I have some plumbing that needs to get completed on the house, but will delay the work till Covid threat is minimized.

I had a great experience with Rocky's Plumbing and Rooter.  A previous company had left me in a terrible situation and unhooked my hot water tank, leaving me with no heat. Rocky's came out and diagnosed the problem again, got my heat started and made a follow up appointment to do minor repairs. I am with American Home Shield and he worked with them to get my water heater working but didn't try to upsell me on a costly replacement when it wasn't needed.  He advised me on what to look for and when it would need to be replaced.  I will definitely be calling Rocky's Plumbing and Rooter for all of my future plumbing needs.  I found them easy to work with, reliable and quick to respond, plus great service at excellent prices.  And very efficient at working with my home warranty coverage which is most important since that's what I'm paying for to not have these costly repairs.
