We highly recommend Fuse. When we needed to replace the +18 yo HVAC system in my parents' home, we requested estimates from multiple reputable and highly recommended companies. However, Fuse stood out among the competition. For a basic system, their estimate came within the ballpark of the other companies yet we wanted to update the system with a heat pump and Fuse beat the competition by a wide margin plus they offered so much more service and value.

Every step of the process, it was a pleasure to work with them. I found them listed on the manufacturer website as a dealer and recommended HVAC Contractor. We were replacing everything except the ducts and vents. They provided us with what you would normally expect from an HVAC contractor. However in unexpected ways, they made the experience extraordinary. For example, even though we received a fully detailed estimate, we still had a few questions so we emailed the estimator over the weekend thinking he would respond sometime in the following week but he responded back to us right away. It was not only the estimator but every team member was like that. Another example was dealing with the permitting section. They managed the permitting and third party certified testing for us. Although we misunderstood the timing of the permit inspection and were not expecting to wait 3-4 weeks, they quickly came back and managed to help us to get close enough to our targeted schedule to make things work. Anyone who has dealt with permit inspections before would know how difficult the scheduling process can be, so we were extremely pleased about this.

They kept us informed throughout the process. Communication was excellent. Each member of the team we were in contact with was very knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and kind. The installers worked very hard and always made time to help or explain everything.
They finished ahead of schedule and we now have a new, much more efficient and quiet system. They cleaned up when they finished the work and they followed up after the service. In addition to the manufacturer warranty, Fuse stands behind their work with additional maintenance service warranty.

If this is a large company, you couldn't tell because everyone we talked to seemed to be like a family. They seemed to really enjoy the work they do. Our family plans to hire them again for more work. We found out that they do more than just HVAC, including refrigeration, electrical and plumbing. We felt that we were treated exceptionally well although we have no doubt that this is the way they treat all their clients. They have an awesome team and we have come to trust and highly recommend Fuse.

I received a notification of excessive water use and potential leak via email and text. Checked and observed for a few days and, sure enough, the amount of water used was triple the average we normally see. After checking the house and ruling out the sprinkler system, I suspected an underground leak in the pool plumbing.
Contacted the folks at The Leak Detection Company and from the first interaction on the phone I was impressed by the responsiveness and professionalism exhibited by this company.
After setting the appointment, they showed up right on time, brought some sophisticated equipment and took the time to explain everything they intended to do and how this equipment detects leaks. After performing their magic, they located the problem area and offered several solutions. I took them on the offer to fix the leak, which they did, demonstrating excellent knowledge of their trait.
More importantly, these are really nice people that take pride in what they do. They are very reasonably priced and truly care, which is something we do not see very often these days. If I ever need such services in the future, The Leak Detection Company will be my Go To company.

I would highly recommend this company.  We are in the middle of a total remodel and could not count on the previous plumber to show up.  These guys stepped in, were totally professional and did what we needed, basically re-ran everything and hooked up our tankless water heater and scaler, in the time frame they had quoted.

This was the BEST plumbing experience I've had in my life.  It was Tuesday, and I had been without water since Saturday! My home warranty company sent out the first guy late Tuesday afternoon. He refused to fix my leaking water heater, despite the fact it was STILL LEAKING. I called Rich in tears and he arrived in less than 30 minutes, fixed the issue, and gave me a fair price. He truly saved the day. I will only be using him from now on.

I noticed water under our kitchen sink last night, coming from garbage disposal. I called & left a message. George called this morning at 9am, came right out and replaced it. In & Out in 20mins!  He's the best!

These guys are true gentlemen.  I called at 6pm with a broken water heater and crying babies and husband gone at work and ... and... freaking out.  They stopped by and diagnosed the issue, made some knowledgeable recommendations, and generally calmed me down.  They said they could come the next afternoon and replace my water heater for $1400.  It turned out I found a lower quote from a friend of a friend who could come much earlier, so I called and offered to pay 911 Plumbing for the time they took to visit the evening before.  Get this: They wouldn't take my money.  Good men.  Of course, this review is probably worth more than the money they would have charged, anyhow.

If you have a problem with your plumbing, I'd trust these guys to fix it and not rip you off.

I contacted Warranted Plumbing Services, along with two others yesterday, to obtain a quote on fixing a running toilet.  Warranted replied in less than 10 minutes.  I also received a reply from one of the other plumbers 30 minutes later.  Based on other Yelp reviews, I selected Warranted.  I was scheduled the same day for an afternoon appointment (free estimate).

Edwin & his apprentice came out to inspect my toilet. Since it was raining, they took their shoes off prior to coming into my home.  Both were very professional.  Edwin inspected my toilet and informed me of the cause of the constant running.  He quoted me a price for repair but also suggested I replace the toilet, as it is very old, and it would be more cost effective.  I elected to replace the toilet rather than fixing the old one.  Edwin stated he would locate a new toilet and phone with the price, prior to purchasing.  

Edwin phoned this afternoon after having located a toilet that would fit under the vanity overhang.  The price seemed reasonable, so I authorized him to purchase it.  He returned with his apprentice to install the new toilet.  In the process, I had him check the shut off valve and it also needed replacing as it, too, was old (I purchased a 30 year old condo with lots of original parts).  Edwin replaced both the old toilet and shut off valve.  They both left and I decided to clean up the bathroom a little.  In doing so, I noticed the toilet was leaking.  I phoned Edwin and he returned the same day to inspect the problem.  Turns out the new toilet had a hairline fracture.  This caused the toilet to leak every time it was flushed.

Edwin returned the newly installed toilet to the retailer and picked up another one, installing it once again.  He checked for leaks in all the usual places including from the bowl area of this one piece toilet.  No leaks were detected!

Overall, very professional.  I would use Warranted Plumbing again in the future!

Steve is my first call for any plumbing issue. He's handled small jobs like my recent scrub brush down the toilet to large ones like replacing the leaking shower controls which required breaking through the wall.

Steve's responsive, efficient, and detail oriented. He leaves thing just like he finds them, except working.

Steve delivers more service than he actually charges for. He's my go to, he should be yours too!

Their name says it all: they're super reliable. Every few years I need something done at our place and they make dealing with what could be a pain super easy. Recently we had a clogged drain in our laundry room and they came the next day and took care of it at a fair price. Hopefully I will remember to bookmark them next time as last time I called other places that made it difficult to even schedule anything.

Victor did a great job on an after hours call. Arrived 15 minutes after I called. Would highly recommend.

Started at 8:30 and were out by 3:30 with new copper pipes under my house plus a new main to the street. Professional and courteous. Welcomed my occasional watching. Not messy and cleaned up well. Sheet rocker on time and considerate and a good job. And under my budget. They insulated the pipes, and now my water comes in fast and hot. Nice folks. I can't believe I put this off so long. Call them. Awesome.

Adrian replaced my 10 years old water heater which I requested due to rust problem.  
Price is reasonable as I compare to other quotes which is acceptable to me.  Most important is that he is very professional and friendly plus the excellent customer service.  For example, I got a follow-up call the next day after the job which showed he's here to offer quality work.  Highly recommend him!

The current more than 10 years old water tank got water leak to floor. Looking for quick service in the market, Alex is one response and offer same day service with tank purchased from home Depot. Arrived on time and detail description to whole process and out-of-order parts replacement suggestion. He performs the state of the art skill and also fixed the previous incorrect installation. Within 3 hours, the new water tank was replaced and back to working status. Highly recommend to use the service.

Total Plumbing did an amazing job helping us replace a drain piping in the kitchen and also checked other drains in the house to make sure everything is right. They are super responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with. Very appreciated and highly recommended!

Another great experience with San Jose Plumbing!  I had an urgent need to address a sewer backup and they acted quickly to get me help. Kevin arrived quickly and handled the problem professionally. He was also thorough cleaning up and when I sought his advice on some additional work he was straight with me and did not try to sell me something I didn't need. Another example of why they are my first call for plumbing needs!

I called Plumb Tech today for a PVC water pipe leak, and he told me if it's PVC pipe, it's an easy fix, I should just call landscaping, which is a lot cheaper, so I decided to call my gardener instead.

We got off to a bit of a rough start but our four plumbing issues were handled quickly.   John is experienced and was able to explain what needed to be done and why. He repaired a leaky disposal, a broken outdoor faucet, got the bath sink running again and stopped the toilet from running continuously. I am very happy with the work done and I will use this company again.
