Rich Briscoe is, without a doubt, the finest plumber we have ever worked with in the last 40 years that we have owned our home. We had a bad experience with a local plumber years ago who did not complete the job as we requested and so, in our search for someone more reliable, we found Briscoe Plumbing. Not only is Rich professional, he is ingenious, thorough, and warm-hearted. He quickly responds to calls and goes over and above what he's being asked to do. A perfect example is the fact that we called him to do a bathroom job and he got it done correctly and left. 15 minutes after he left, we remembered we had a problem with a refrigerator grate that we were told by a Bosch refrigerator man was impossible to fix. Rich took on the job and fixed  it for us. Also, the handle of the refrigerator's freezer was broken and the same Bosch repairman charged us $150 to tell us it couldn't be fixed. Rich took the door off and with tenacity fixed it perfectly and we were so grateful to him and so happy. Moreover, Rich is reasonably priced, fair, and knowledgeable not just about plumbing, but about helping the homeowner get the care they need.

I had the pleasure of working with George a few times over the past five years. He is extremely diligent, personable, responsive and incredibly good at what he does. George worked on both a kitchen and bath remodel for us, as well as some one-off plumbing issues we had with our fixer-upper home.

I hired Warranted Plumbing services to install a new water line for a fridge I just purchased. Since the project had a quick turnaround, Luis and team came by about 20mins earlier than the scheduled appointment to take a look at what needed to be done. They were very professional and explained all of our options. They worked quickly and even made sure to keep the work area clean and things were put back correctly. Thank you again!

Steve did a great job installing the water filtration system in our basement.  He is up front with the customer on all issues.  He and his crew were diligent in their work.  The finished product was clean and professional.  Steve also took the extra step to tie down some equipment with straps to guard against damage from earthquakes.  That in itself showed me the guy cares about his work and goes the extra mile to make sure it's done right.

Isidoro Alvarez is the man I can trust. I trust him so much I have told my family in the house to call him when we need him. He guaranty his work. Also, he takes care of my family even when I am out of town or the country. They don't need to worry about paying him. He bills me. He trusts me too. I am not sure why did I call the Rescue Rooter today? I paid the price and paid more.

Mario fixed a broken pipe under our bathroom sink. He installed a new pop up. He had the replacement part with him in his van so it was very quick and the price was reasonable. He showed up on time and was very friendly and professional.

i was very impressed with this company.  We had our entire house re-piped from pex pipes to copper due to many leaks we had with the pex pipes.  Ramiro was very professional and gave us an accurate quote and realistic timeline for the job.  They were excellent and stayed on schedule.  They were also very neat while doing the work (protected floors, etc).  Once the job was complete, they quickly patched up the walls and re-textured perfectly.  The staff were all very professional and polite.  During the process, they offered to change our shower faucets since the walls were opened up, as it would be a good time for that if we wanted it.  We now have new shower faucets and pipes that provide immediate hot water and are thrilled with the work done.  I can't recommend them enough.

It was a Sunday evening and my water heater gave up.  With a river of water running out of my garage, I called Dependable Water Heaters for help.  The reason I called that particular company was because of the universally glowing reviews on Yelp.  Adrian not only took my call on his only day off and Mother's Day, no less, but he also told me exactly what to do to get through the night and came out the next day to assess the situation.  He showed up on time, of course, with a new water heater and disconnected my broken unit.  In addition, Adrian called and scheduled the water damage restoration company, Dry Force, and gave me the number of a good drywall person.  (By the way, Dry Force is another outstanding company.)

The water damage in my garage was repaired and Adrian quickly came back out, installed my new water heater and explained how to take care of it.  Every interaction with him has been comforting, personable and professional.  The quality of his work was outstanding and his price was extremely reasonable.  My only regret is that Adrian does not do all other home repairs because I would call him for everything.  He is definitely a keeper.

When I got to the garage this morning, our water heater started leaking...I found this company on Thumbtack and they offered to come on the same day to fix it! He also provides a quote right away, very straightforward and transparent pricing. After quoting a few others we chose them because they offer the most reasonable price. Oleskii definitely knows his stuff - he told us the problem right away, the material cost, and overall itemized cost. All very clear and specific. He got the job done with no issue. Def highly recommended!

Fantastic service from this plumbing company. They managed to pull a root from my drain pipe. The root caused a ton of flooding in my backyard. I had my drains service a year ago from a different company and they did not find this incredibly huge root.
There team worked on this problem while I had a run to an appt when I return they were fight with the nasty root. They were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend and I will use again.

Kevin used to do good, if not pricey, work if you could tolerate his complaints about your choice of plumbing products. Lately though, he's taken to using customers to vent about the state and the governor. It is never a good idea to let political views spill over to what should be simply a job well done - especially when the customer is paying. His ranting about his politics is unprofessional and we won't use this company ever again.

I hire this co. for an emergency same day gas water heater replacement. The came promptly and had it done for an hour or so. Fast, efficient, clean. They took care the old heater. The price is not the lowest, but I need a knowledgeable plumber. I should have given them a 5 stars, but only I found out that it is a 38 gallons, not 40 gallons that I have asked them. Well,  the 2 gallons difference cost me $30 rebates from PG&E.

Butch is the man!!!! He has come to our home to diagnose and fix a few plumbing issues we have had. He was able to come out quickly and always got the job done right. I am so thankful and highly recommend them.

Never showed up after signing up for job. They asked for all details and just closed the work ordee
