I have called Fuse twice now.  The latest was yesterday when I found a leak in my central AC unit.  Fuse was out later that day and had it fixed within in hour, and even showed me how to fix myself the next time.  

Similar experience about a year ago with a dryer that needed belt/wheels around the barrel replaced.  They were able to fix same day even though the tech had to go out for parts about 6pm.

Great service, and they definitely don't try to sell you on more than you need.

Marcos was responsive & helpful! He found the leak within minutes of arriving, despite the fact that we also had a leaky shower valve. Turns out it was just a leaky landscape valve!

Mike and his guys did several jobs at my house over the last year including a partial repipe, new drains, and some work on gas lines. In each case there was great communication from start to finish, a very fair price, and the work was all top notch. So much so that other contractors that have been to my house commented on how good the work looked.

Best of all Mike and team are good people who you'll want to do business with....Highly recommend!

This was the BEST plumbing experience I've had in my life.  It was Tuesday, and I had been without water since Saturday! My home warranty company sent out the first guy late Tuesday afternoon. He refused to fix my leaking water heater, despite the fact it was STILL LEAKING. I called Rich in tears and he arrived in less than 30 minutes, fixed the issue, and gave me a fair price. He truly saved the day. I will only be using him from now on.

I recently called this company to see if they would fix my water heater.  I was told he doesn't do jobs in Canada Cove where I live!  Why?  I'm only 2 miles away!
My business went to Five Star Water Heaters which I would highly recommend to anyone!

Nick has done previous work at my house before.  The first time which was at least 5 years ago we had a sink in one of our bathrooms that needed to be hooked up, another time about a year ago we needed the shower knob replaced and most recently our water heater needed to be replaced.  What I like about Nick is he always comes out to see what needs to be done, informs us & then comes back the next day to get the job done.  He is very quick, efficient and most importantly honest.  We got other quotes from other plumbing companies regarding the water heater and they were at least $100 to $300 dollars more than what Nick quoted us.  We never have had any issues with the work he has done.  He is definitely my go to guy when I need any plumbing work done.

Had some old water pipes and some undersized drainage lines. Got several estimates to replace a large portion of these. Warranted gave me the most reasonable price and was one of the few that didn't feel like they were trying to upsell everything. They were also the only company that found a fractured drain pipe after going through my crawl space for the estimate.
Once they provided a quote, I was nervous the end bill would be higher because a company could easily say more work was required, but that wasn't the case. Final bill was exactly same as the estimate.
The crew knocked out the work very quickly given the scope and were very meticulous about minimizing dirt throughout the house and cleaning up at the end of the project.
From the initial estimate to the completion of work I was thoroughly impressed with this company.

Steve has done a number of plumbing projects for us updating our older home.  Recently I returned home to find a toilet leaking water all over our new hardwood floors.  I called Steve, who appeared within a couple of hours, stopped the leak immediately, and quickly repaired the plumbing.  Steve had the parts and the tools he needed in his well-stocked plumber's truck and the knowledge needed to do the job quickly.  Steve's quick work saved us a small fortune in hardwood floor repairs. Thanks Steve.  No wonder you are called the Master Plumbologist!

I am not talking about their service. They did not show up for this appointment on Saturday. I called them but no body answered the phone. I left the voice message. Well, I was thinking it was weekend so they may get back to me on the next working day. On Monday, there is no call to explain what happened.

Alex from Commando plumbing was wonderful! He arrived right on time and his visit was quick and helpful.  He solved our main problem in the kitchen within a matter of minutes, and was able to give guidance on next steps for a separate irrigation issue in our back yard as well. Very professional and efficient. Highly recommend! :)

From the beginning to the end of the job, Advanced Repipe Specialist were outstanding in every way! I own a home in San Lorenzo that is 70 years old and so was the plumbing. We had lived with water flow that was a trickle at best. I called Advance Repipe specialist (NOT Repipe Specialist of the Bay Area). Romero came out and was a great help in estimating the job and explaining everything that needed to be done including bringing everything up to code. Veronica, also was a great help and an important asset in scheduling the work, getting the Required Permits and explaining the payments for the job.The crew that came out were amazing! They were professional, courteous, efficient and amazing in all aspects. They completed the Repiping job in 1 day which included replacing an old water heater and had the water back on by the afternoon. The water flow after they were finished was as good as a brand new home. Everything was up to code and ready for final inspection. Oscar, their patch man was great! He did outstanding work and was also very professional and efficient! I can't say enough about Advanced Repipe Specialist! Do not get them confused with that other company! Advanced Repipe Specialist has their own employees that are professional and work for the company. Unlike that other company with a similar name! My water did not give the hot water, I called three company to come to my house to take a look at my water heater and see how they can do with it. The first two company came without checking anything. They recommended me to replace it because my water heater is more than 10 years old and gave me the estimate. When Adrian came, he tried to find out what the error code on the thermostat meant, and he found out the issue. This saved me a lot of money. When he was replacing the part he took a video and photos to explain me what he did and my water heater condition looked like.

The current more than 10 years old water tank got water leak to floor. Looking for quick service in the market, Alex is one response and offer same day service with tank purchased from home Depot. Arrived on time and detail description to whole process and out-of-order parts replacement suggestion. He performs the state of the art skill and also fixed the previous incorrect installation. Within 3 hours, the new water tank was replaced and back to working status. Highly recommend to use the service.

One of my tenants had a clogged drain in their bathtub. The first one plumber I called didn't answer the phone or respond to the voicemail I left. The second one I called said they wouldn't be able to send anyone for several days. Total Plumbing sent someone out within half an hour and the drain was cleared out in no time. Excellent service.

I have used San Jose Plumbing in the past and been very happy with their service.

But last week, they come to our regarding a slow draining kitchen sink. The technician snaked the pipes from the outside clean out twice, claiming he had put 75 feet of snake in (75 feet would have put his snake into our neighbor's house).

He went under the house and told me because of a bend in the pipe his snake was not able to clear the clog. I ran water in the kitchen sink and both bathroom sinks, and they drained with no problem.

He suggested using a Hydro Jet to clear the clog, stated that San Jose Plumbing does not have that equipment, and recommended another company. According to their website, San Jose Plumbing DOES offer Hydro Jet services.

When he gave me the invoice, he asked that I make the check out to him personally. I thought he was kidding and asked why. He said it was because he went under the house, and asked again that the check be made out to him. When I asked why not San Jose Plumbing, he said - Oh, yeah - San Jose Plumbing.

I contacted San Jose Plumbing the next day, but have not received a reply.

These guys are great, very honest and professional. Fixed my problem quickly on a Saturday at a fair price. I would most definitely call them again. Amazing service.

Tyler Allen was imperative to helping set up our grey water system.  We had consulted with multiple landscapers who were grey water specialists, but they were not plumbers.  We felt uncomfortable having the landscapers set up the actually plumbing aspect of the grey water system.  It was difficult to find a plumber with any knowledge of grey water, until we found Tyler.  He is incredibly knowledgeable about grey water systems, friendly, and did an excellent job.  For anyone interested in grey water I recommend you start with Tyler Allen, then have the landscape grey water specialists dig the mulch basins and complete the hook up to the plants.

Karmonte was absolutely fantastic! I had a challenging issue with my leaking toilet pipe, but he tackled it with expertise and efficiency. Despite the difficulty, he managed to complete the job on time, showcasing his remarkable skills.
