Had Valentin come out to fix my dryer this morning . The best decision I've made in a long time . He was prompt , and efficient . He was very easy to deal with very nice guy and very knowledgeable thank you thank you thank you . I would recommend him and his company to everyone five star .

We hired The leak Detection Company to find a water leak in our concrete slab house in Redwood City when other company was trying to brake concrete all over our house the technician from Leak Detection Company find exactly where the problem was and we where available to repair it a much better price, no doubt about it they know what they where doing  very trustworthy company.

Water heater started leaking and no hot water.  Called in the morning and Redwood came that afternoon and installed a new heater. Fast, professional, reasonable,

Awesome job.  Came out within an hour of my call to fix a blocked drain.  Identified some corroded pipes (even though the house is relatively new) and changed those for me too.

The cost was very reasonable. My experience with  plumbers in the past has tended to leave me feeling like I have been taken for a ride.  

Not this time.  I would not hesitate to use Briscoe again.

Tonight, we have running water again thanks to Steve! He came to our house at night to figure out where the leak in our garden was coming from. He diagnosed the problem correctly, but had to come back in the daylight to excavate. His diagnosis was correct! He found and fixed the problem quickly. His work was very neat and other then a trimmed hedge you wouldn't even know he had to dig. I will absolutely call on him next time we need a plumber. Best of all he charged much less than what one big company quoted us. Thanks Steve!

From the beginning to the end of the job, Advanced Repipe Specialist were outstanding in every way! I own a home in San Lorenzo that is 70 years old and so was the plumbing. We had lived with water flow that was a trickle at best. I called Advance Repipe specialist (NOT Repipe Specialist of the Bay Area). Romero came out and was a great help in estimating the job and explaining everything that needed to be done including bringing everything up to code. Veronica, also was a great help and an important asset in scheduling the work, getting the Required Permits and explaining the payments for the job.The crew that came out were amazing! They completed the Repiping job in 1 day which included replacing an old water heater and had the water back on by the afternoon. Our old water heater was installed 13 years ago, so no dripping pan underneath.  It was running great until one day my husband noticed some water on the ground.  California, dry place, if you see water on the ground near water heater, you will want to find out what is going on.  Same theory, if you see water around dishwasher, shower, sink, washer or toilet, you want to check right away before the damage goes worse.  

So we googled, yelped and then chose a few water heater guys to call for quotation and availability.  Adrian came to our house the same day in the afternoon.  He is friendly and pleasant to talk with, more importantly, he is professional on water heaters.  Because we had to fix the wooden box underneath first, Adrian left the new water heater in our garage and hauled away the old one - no deposit, no charge - just the mutual trust built during the communication.  

My husband fixed the wooden box (I'm so proud of him but I should focus on the review to Adrian here :pppp).  Then Adrian came in and got the new water heater installed professionally.  He put dripping pan.  He wrote his name, installation date and phone number on the tank with a smily face.  Very cute and leaves a peace of mind to the owner too.  

A few days later, Adrian made a follow-up call to us.  Of course, the new water heater runs great.

When I got to the garage this morning, our water heater started leaking...I found this company on Thumbtack and they offered to come on the same day to fix it! He also provides a quote right away, very straightforward and transparent pricing. After quoting a few others we chose them because they offer the most reasonable price. Oleskii definitely knows his stuff - he told us the problem right away, the material cost, and overall itemized cost. All very clear and specific. He got the job done with no issue. Def highly recommended!

William and his team are an absolute pleasure to work with. We needed someone to replace an old gas line after a leak was found and our gas was shut off. He came out on short notice to provide an estimate which was very fair and honest. He got the work done right and quickly, understanding that we were in a rush to get our hot water back. William is knowledgeable and transparent, and explained his work throughout the process. The cherry on top - when PG&E came out to turn on our gas, their ridiculously incompetent technician couldn't restart our water heater and just bailed, telling me it was broken. I knew that wasn't true, and so texted William who graciously agreed to come out after hours that night to help bleed the line properly and get our hot water back up and running (so we could finally shower). Talk about going above and beyond. These guys are saved in my phone and will be our first and only call for plumbing issues in the future.

Two years ago, we called San Jose Plumbing to have a new kitchen faucet installed. Kevin came out and was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Soon after fixing the kitchen sink, we called to have a hand shower installed in our roman tub, where there was not one before. Kevin came out again and did the job for us. It was a pretty involved job that took most of the day Saturday and we were very thankful he gave us a good discount on all his labor.

Having had great experiences in the past, I knew exactly who to call for my leaky faucet! Kevin came out today and fixed it lickity split. In fact, the faucet now turns smoother and better than ever. I feel like Kevin takes the extra step to do the job the RIGHT way (which is hard to find). He also gave us a really fair price. Nice to finally stop that drip (we're in a drought you know!)!

Ivan and his crew just came over and replaced a leaking water heater at my house.  His price was not only the best among all the other quotes I got, but the water heater (Bradford/White) they used was the same brand.   Their price included the fixings that other companies would nickel and dime you for, and still came out cheaper.

On top of that, during the work, I found out his company did service work for a huge search company in the area (does not start with a Y), and I actually knew the folks he works for when at that job-site.    This was a boost as I know that company's folks would not put up with shoddy work.

They arrived on-time, checking in with me a few times to let me know they're running a little late, and they drained my water heater, replaced my rigid pipes with flex-hose and explained to me every little thing they did.  They also gave me a tutorial as to how to use my water heater and finally used a intuit gopay dongle to process my payment.

All in all, I highly recommend using them for any plumbing related issues you have.  At least give them a call to quote it out.  You'll be pleasantly surprised.

One note:  do not purchase the coupon you see available for this company as that coupon is only for drain cleanings.  It does not say on the coupon, but don't think its just a service coupon that you can use for anything.   Still, 95 dollars for a drain cleaning only buys you a couple of bottles of draino's so its not a bad deal and your drains will need cleaning eventually, so even if you bought it, I'd think about keeping it around for when your drains do clog.

I don't believe I ever made a bad review about a company that I was involved with. This plumbing company is in the list of certified contractors of American Home Shield, my home warranty company,  that they sent to look at my stoppage on my kitchen sewer line to the main line after paying $100. They did the usual snake process twice and reported that they found mud on the snake and requested AHS the use a camera to find the problem. AHS did not approve it saying it was my responsibility since it's not part of my contract. It was an emergency so I contacted another plumbing company, Gasca Plumbing, who did the identical procedure and they were able to clear the stoppage. They went down the crawl space to inspect and found my sewer pipe intact.
The report that Rock's Plumbing wrote to AHS was there was a SLAB LEAK. How can there be a slab leak if my house is NOT built on a SLAB but rather have a crawl space. I read a consumer review about Rocky's and some one advice that check on their license if it is active.
