In all categories, this vendor scored 5 stars for me. My request was promptly addressed via a Yelp (and email) message with a quick site estimate follow up. As far as the job itself - fast and professional. The technician actually did more than he should have ensuring the highest quality of the overall result. Their price was very competitive - one of the lowest of the companies also asked estimates from. Thank you.

Marcos was responsive & helpful! He found the leak within minutes of arriving, despite the fact that we also had a leaky shower valve. Turns out it was just a leaky landscape valve!

I would highly recommend this company.  We are in the middle of a total remodel and could not count on the previous plumber to show up.  These guys stepped in, were totally professional and did what we needed, basically re-ran everything and hooked up our tankless water heater and scaler, in the time frame they had quoted.
Very impressed.  They came highly recommended from a General Contractor friend who lived near by....

You can't do better than Rich Briscoe for a plumber.  He responds quickly, appraises your needs thoroughly and accurately, explains exactly what he's going to do and why, and answers any questions expertly and honestly.  His prices are very fair as are what he charges for parts.  If he's got a spare of what you need he may not charge for it at all.  He's also very personable and while fixing or installing whatever it is in a jiffy he's never in a hurry and is very pleasant to talk with.

I recently called this company to see if they would fix my water heater.  I was told he doesn't do jobs in Canada Cove where I live!  Why?  I'm only 2 miles away!

I experienced terrible customer service from Plumbing 911 this past week when a water pipe burst outside our house.  I chose this company because of all their 5-star Yelp reviews.  
So I called Bart on Wed. evening and he said that he would come out the following day between 8 and 10 am., and that he would try to make it out on the earlier side since it was an emergency (we had to shut off the main water line).  I called on Thurs. morning at 8:30 and asked for an updated ETA, and he said he'd arrive in about an hour.  Soon afterwards I had to leave for work, but my mom continued to wait for him.  Since he didn't show up by 10:30am, she called him and this is what Bart told her:

- he had lost our phone number and address, so couldn't contact us
- in any case, he couldn't make it to our house that day after all, and that it would have to wait until the following day
- he 'was happy' when my mom said that she may have to go with another plumber since this was an emergency... no apologies at all from him!

Apparently Bart found a new job to take care of that day, and we got sidelined.   Maybe he does a great job at what he does, but I find this level of unprofessionalism unacceptable.  I would discourage anyone from choosing Plumbing 911 in an emergency situation like ours.

I submitted a request for a quote at about 6pm Tuesday night, 8am Wednesday morning Luis showed up to my house at 8 on the dot which is usually never the case, usually a 3 hour window. Luis gave me the quote to fix my clogged shower drain, and within 45 mins, drain was working perfect and he also cleaned the soap scum around the base of the tub from the standing water before the drain was fixed. Excellent service, highly recommend, Extremely respectful and quick to respond and repair.

I just bought a new home and, in the process of getting it ready to move in, I had the opportunity to meet Steve Davis.  While the home was new for me, it itself wasn't brand new.  So, there were several items that needed attention.  The home inspection reports detailed some of these.  But, in the process of reviewing the home myself, I found several more issues.

Steve worked with me to address the items originally detailed in the inspections.  But, as I found new issues, he came out and addressed each of the new items, too.

There were plumbing as well as grouting and caulking issues that needed to be addressed.  Steve made everything he worked on look brand new.  I'm very pleased with all of his work.  In fact, I'm glad I now know someone whom I can turn to when an inevitable plumbing problem arises.

On time plumbing has been great to work with. I used them for a few projects already after obtaining pricing from other companies who had higher cost estimates. Isi and his team are professional, cleans up after the job is complete, and cares about customer satisfaction. They are definitely my go to plumbers

We've used Commando Plumbing for several issues over the past few years. They've been excellent. We had a leak under our kitchen sink last night, and called them up this morning. Leo came out promptly to diagnose the problem. He clearly communicated the issue and several possibly solutions. After picking one, he got it finished quickly, and also went under the house to make sure that we didn't have any additional water damage. I was extremely pleased with the service, and while I really hope we don't have another plumbing emergency any time soon, if we do, we'll be calling Commando.

I'm thoroughly impressed with these folks. We did a complete repipe of our 1961 built home and Ramiro and his crew knocked it out in two days. Working with Aaron with the estimate and scheduling was a  breeze. I highly recommend these folks. AAA+++

Okay... I wish I can give them a 5 stars, but it's not quite there yet.  First of all, they are the cheapest among few companies I had compared with.  And, importantly, they are carrying the Bradford White which supposingly to be more reliable.  However, what fell apart for me are the empty promises.  Alot of reviews have great feedback about the owner, and that's kinda led me toward selecting them.  When I spoke to the owner, he said he will swing by after his guys finished the work, but he never did.  I also asked for the invoice  in case anything wrong with it, and he said he would provide me when he got home, and again he never did.  I believe keeping good trust and relationship in service business is extremely important.  Dependable Water Heaters fell short for me on this one.

When I got to the garage this morning, our water heater started leaking...I found this company on Thumbtack and they offered to come on the same day to fix it! He also provides a quote right away, very straightforward and transparent pricing. After quoting a few others we chose them because they offer the most reasonable price. Oleskii definitely knows his stuff - he told us the problem right away, the material cost, and overall itemized cost. All very clear and specific. He got the job done with no issue. Def highly recommended!

Contacted the owner Billy and he came out as soon as possible to fix our clogged drain and reattach our garbage disposal.
He was out of town on a weekend when I called with another emergency and although he couldn't come, he texted me with helpful suggestions on how to fix the problem.

We've been having problems with our plumbing for months.  We've come home at night with brown or sometimes blue water in our bathtub and toilets not flushing.  Our landlord likes to put blame on his tenants and always think that it's their fault and make us pay.  He's had several plumbers come out  and was able to clear the line but unable to figure out the main issue.  Plus one of them dump sewage water in the front yard!  So unprofessional!!

Chris R.  came over like he promised.  He was professional, prompt and very knowledgeable but most of all reasonably priced.  I'm a full-time student and a mother with a part-time income.   It turned out that the main line was busted or some off-set.  He was able to talk to the landlord and explain to him that it's not us -  it's structural.  The landlord hired him to fix the problem for good.  

Thank you Chris!  You are the best and thank you for helping us out so quickly.  I will recommend him to all of friends and family.

I can't say enough good things about Plumb Tech. Even though I had a small job, Ivan gave me top notch attention and service, and was always friendly and personable. His technician, Coy, was outstanding and quickly fixed my water heater. This was my first experience with Plumb Tech. The next time I need help with plumbing, Plumb tech will definitely be the first place I call.

They are great to work with, in and out no fuss.  Called this morning and could come over right away to fix my water heater.  Call them next time you need help!

I don't believe I ever made a bad review about a company that I was involved with. This plumbing company is in the list of certified contractors of American Home Shield, my home warranty company,  that they sent to look at my stoppage on my kitchen sewer line to the main line after paying $100. They did the usual snake process twice and reported that they found mud on the snake and requested AHS the use a camera to find the problem. AHS did not approve it saying it was my responsibility since it's not part of my contract. It was an emergency so I contacted another plumbing company, Gasca Plumbing, who did the identical procedure and they were able to clear the stoppage. They went down the crawl space to inspect and found my sewer pipe intact.
The report that Rock's Plumbing wrote to AHS was there was a SLAB LEAK. How can there be a slab leak if my house is NOT built on a SLAB but rather have a crawl space. I read a consumer review about Rocky's and some one advice that check on their license if it is active.
