Frank and his team installed a 4 head Mitsubishi mini split system in our home in 3 days. After getting multiple quotes (with a couple other highly rated Yelp companies telling us the project was impossible), Fuse was reasonably priced and their techs are knowledgeable and Mitsubishi certified. Frank was very responsive and answered all our questions before installation. On the first day of installation, the techs ran into some complications with the planned location of the heads but come up with a solution that we ultimately liked better then the original plan. The installation went smoothly with only minor drywall damage in a bedroom which they repaired but did not paint. The techs did a good job cleaning up everyday and the system works great. We highly recommend Fuse and would use them again in the future.

Marcos was superb on a very challenging job.
We had some water damage and hired multiple plumbers and remediation contractors to come out to find the source of the leak.  Nobody was able to find it, much to our disappointment.  However, Marcos succeeded, with his dedicated effort and good intuition.
Furthermore, Marcos is great with his communication and promptness.  We are very pleased to have found him.

My tankless water heater stopped working. I called Redwood Pipe and Drain for a consultation. They were professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. I ended up having to replace the unit and found they were competitively priced. More importantly, every staff member I interacted with was helpful and knowledgeable. They had a crew replace my dying unit with a new one. They did a fantastic job. It's so nice to have hot water again. I highly recommend Redwood Pipe and Drain.

Needed help with laundry room shut offs and a leak with a our mainline coming into the house. I scheduled an appointment for the next morning(first available). They fixed the problems in no time at all. They had all the parts in their van. Thanks to Luis Chavez and crew for doing a great job. Steve Davis, Master Plumber

We searched extensively to find a plumber who could retrofit the master bathroom in our older home with brand new modern fixtures. After interviewing many plumbers we decided to let Steve handle our complex plumbing job and we are so glad we did.

Steve assisted us in the selection of the new fixtures and worked closely with the plumbing supply store. When the new fixtures arrived, he noticed several parts were missing.  Steve worked directly with the plumbing supply store to obtain the missing parts needed for a perfect installation.

During the installation process, Steve noticed that previous plumbers had made mistakes about 20 years ago. He corrected the mistakes and streamlined the entire plumbing system in our master bathroom. Instead of opening up tile work, he proceeded to crawl under the house to access the plumbing, thus saving us from an expensive tile job.

Steve was creative in solving our complex plumbing job and meticulous in implementation. He wanted to make sure that all the plumbing was done correctly and would last a long time. He was respectful of our budget, very punctual and left our bathroom clean and in perfect shape.

We'll certainly use Steve for any future plumbing problems and highly recommend him.

Super happy with On Time Plumbing! After calling around and leaving a bunch of messages at other local plumbers, I tried OTP. They picked up right away and sent someone over immediately to look at the leak in my house water valve. Eddy stayed late, working outside in the dark, to fix the problem and he did a great job!

I contacted Commando to diagnose our leaking dishwasher. Victor (the owner I think) contacted me on a Sunday, just a few hours after I requested a quote through Yelp, and offered to stop by to take a look. He was honest in letting me know that his company specialized in plumbing and the issue could be one that required a dedicated appliance repair shop. Victor showed up the next Monday early within the agreed upon window and quickly determined that the issue was outside of his company's specialties. I was happy to pay him for the visit but he generously refused to accept payment. For such great customer service, I would definitely put Commando at the top of my list for any future plumbing issues.

i was very impressed with this company.  We had our entire house re-piped from pex pipes to copper due to many leaks we had with the pex pipes.  Ramiro was very professional and gave us an accurate quote and realistic timeline for the job.  They were excellent and stayed on schedule.  They were also very neat while doing the work (protected floors, etc).  Once the job was complete, they quickly patched up the walls and re-textured perfectly.  The staff were all very professional and polite.  During the process, they offered to change our shower faucets since the walls were opened up, as it would be a good time for that if we wanted it.  We now have new shower faucets and pipes that provide immediate hot water and are thrilled with the work done.  I can't recommend them enough.

Our water heater in our duplex started making funny noises around 5 pm. By 5:45 I was on Thumbtack, and by 6 pm Alex from SAV Services had contacted me and said he could be here by 6:30. He was on time and ready to work. Our ancient water heater was dead - I knew it before he got here. We decided to replace both water heaters in the duplex, and Alex gave us a reasonable quote and went out then to get the 2 water heaters. He was back and at work and by 10 pm we had hot water again and 2 working new water heaters installed and up to code finally. Thank you Alex! Fantastic job!!

Had to replace a kitchen faucet, and the TaskRabbit I had previously hired couldn't get the nut out (it had sunk into the wood underneath). He had a plan that sounded complicated and would have taken hours. I called these guys and they had same-day availability. The plumber Roberto came out, used his saw-cutter to cut the old faucet out from the top, and got the job done. Price was $325 for 1.5 hours of work. When you consider the commute time added to that, that is a very reasonable price. I'm happy with their service and would hire them again.

I've stopped using San Jose Plumbing a number of years ago because their prices kept going up and up!  Now one of the most expensive plumbing outfits around.   Either that or the guy that came out to give me the last quote wanted to pocket some extra cash. Their base rate used to be reasonable, however the last time they were at my home to give me a quote, I was given a quote of $850 for installing a garbage disposal, faucet and pipes under the kitchen and they said it would take 3 hours at $90. hr at that time.  Where did they get $850!?!?!

I got the job done from DiJoseph Plumbing for $350 less!

We have used them on our property, our rentals, and our extended family have all used them for years. They used to be a great company. However seems they have gone greatly downhill. Yesterday we had them out for a repair on piping next to the sink. They didn't introduce themselves when arriving and said this us one of hardest jobs I've ever done. He moved our vanity and it broke one side of it (which I can do the repair so wasn't too upset). In addition he was horribly smelling of smoke.

However early next morning we saw the pipe under sink that he moved it now leaking in 2 spots. They were coming out same day in afternoon, so wife stayed home waiting for them. They knocked they said and left their card but didn't call or anything like that. They said it's not industry policy or practice to call when at a service call. I told him I been in construction last 20 years and every company I know its their policy. He said we've been around since 1961 and it's not the policy to call. It's COMMON SENSE....

We are not using them again and they seemed not to care. We used someone else to do the repair and are fixing what they broke. In addition they charged $220 for 45 minute (at most) and with a $10 hose they used to fix the issue. Call anyone else when needing a plumber. Horrible customer service, bad attitudes and quality has gone way downhill.
