Excellent Customer Service!  Max did an excellent job repairing our fridge.  Fuse Appliance Repair is now our designated all around appliance repair service from here on.

We had a new leak that nobody could find but they were able to come out and quickly locate the leak. They were very quick and efficient and helped fix our problem when no one else could.

Rich did a great job fixing our leaking kitchen sink pipes and installing a new faucet.  He is professional, personable, and reasonable with his fees.  He seems to be very busy no doubt because of the quality of his work.

We had a rusted P Trap and drain on an old bathroom sink, and Miramar came out on Monday and repaired it.  It got us back running in no time.  Highley recommend Miramar Plumbing.

We recently had water damage in our bathroom and we needed a plumber to come out to identify the cause of the leak before we could process our insurance claim.

All the other plumbers we called asked for trip fees and minimum charges before even seeing anything. And they all wanted 2-3  hour window for appointments. I called Plumbing 911 and Bart said that he was in the area and will stop by within the hour. He was true to his word, came in 40 minutes, spent 5 minutes to inspect and then talked to the adjuster (who was evaluating just then). When I asked him for his charges he said it was a simple diagnosis and he was in the area anyway, so no charge! Wow!

The only reason this is not a 5 star review is because we didnt use his services as there were a lot of things we needed to do through our insurance, but if I ever needed plumbing services, I will call Plumbing 911 first.

Really great experience! Called on a Friday afternoon with an urgent plumbing issue (sink backed up). Luis came out within a couple hours and was friendly and honest on what he could do to fix it. He resolved the issue within 30 minutes! Thank you Luis! Highly recommend

We had an urgent water leak, consulted Yelp for help, and found Steve Davis.  Fortuitously he was nearby and able to arrive within about 20 minutes of our call.  He works efficiently and had the problem solved (cut a pipe, solder a pipe) in an hour.  Minus one star for a small mistake that was promptly fixed.  Steve communicates via phone and email.

I have use them twice.  I am happy with both times.  Friendly communicates well.

First time I had a banging pipe.  I originally wanted to have an arrester installed.  They found some loose piping and secured them.

The second time I had a bad clog and they cleared it out.  

The prices were reasonable.  And they have the right equipment and carry the parts needed.

They didn't try to up-sell me or suggest unnecessary work.

Did great work came in the same day and were $200 less than closest competitor. Very nice and professional. I will keep there number for future projects.

I chose the Advanced Repipe Specialist for one of the most difficult home improvement projects in my mind --- repiping the whole home. I needed a team of true professionals and Advanced Repipe pulled it off.

Ramiro and his team were easy to work with. I had a very positive experience from the beginning. Ramiro came to my home on time for the first consultation and gave a detailed presentation to help me understand my options. He provided an accurate estimated cost, which was exactly what I paid for at the end. Their price might not be the lowest, but they were transparent about the materials and costs. I felt confident picking Advanced Repipe out of a pool of contractors.

Ramiro's team was well trained and had great attention to details -- most importantly, they did all the work with the current city codes in mind. They completed the project on time with great results. They patiently answered my questions and addressed my concerns during the final walkthrough.

The patching work was also done nicely -- which eased the pain from all the holes cut open for re-piping,

Overall, it was an easy five star. The team earned it with hard work and superb quality.

Thank you yelpers!  These reviews are spot on.  I have an issue with my water heater and I texted Adrian about it and he almost immediately called me back.  I texted him some pictures of my water heater that he requested.  He then took the time to educate me about my water heater, not in a demeaning way, but in a genuinely helpful way.  He could have just come and charged me his service fee, but he took the time on the phone to educate me on my issue (sediment in my tank), explain to me the pros and cons of my options and walk me through what I could do on my own if I wanted to.  That is service!  I believe he really wanted to help me and not just make a buck.  Adrian was knowledgable, professional, and just a nice guy.  

I have not decided what I want to do yet, but I would definitely choose to work with Adrian if that is needed.  I usually don't love talking to service vendors because some really try to upsell you or are really short with you, but this is definitely not the case here.  Thanks Adrian!

When I got to the garage this morning, our water heater started leaking...I found this company on Thumbtack and they offered to come on the same day to fix it! He also provides a quote right away, very straightforward and transparent pricing. After quoting a few others we chose them because they offer the most reasonable price. Oleskii definitely knows his stuff - he told us the problem right away, the material cost, and overall itemized cost. All very clear and specific. He got the job done with no issue. Def highly recommended!

I called San Jose Plumbing a couple of days ago to replace my kitchen faucet and soap soap dispenser. Kevin did fantastic job and did some extra work as well! They are very professional and honest as well as reasonable.

Second time I've used Plumb Tech and very happy with their service. I called them yesterday (Sunday) stating that my water heater was leaking. They came out as promised this morning and replaced it. A friend told me to use Bradford White brand which is what Plumb Tech brought. Coy was very courteous and cleaned up the leak as well as left the area clean. I definitely recommend using Plumb Tech for all plumbing needs.

Installed a new water heater as my previous one had failed. They are incredibly nice, on time, and able to do work quickly to get hot water back in my house!
