Vlad came out to diagnose an air conditioning problem. He's the third person to come by but is the first to actually open up the furnace to look for the issue. He promptly found the problem and completed the fix, all within the appointment window. Couldn't be happier with his problem solving, courtesy, and results!

We had a new leak that nobody could find but they were able to come out and quickly locate the leak. They were very quick and efficient and helped fix our problem when no one else could.

Mike and his crew were great! He was clear and upfront about everything.  He came in and fixed a lingering issue we'd been having that my own general contractor couldn't. Really good work - they know their craft.

This was the BEST plumbing experience I've had in my life.  It was Tuesday, and I had been without water since Saturday! My home warranty company sent out the first guy late Tuesday afternoon. He refused to fix my leaking water heater, despite the fact it was STILL LEAKING. I called Rich in tears and he arrived in less than 30 minutes, fixed the issue, and gave me a fair price. He truly saved the day. I will only be using him from now on.

Needed help for a backup sewer & they gave me a quote right away. They were at my door within 30 mins and got the job done in less than an hour. Came back the next morning and put in an easy access clean out for any future problems. I thought that job was going to take a while but they were done in about 30 mins. Edwin the service tech was on time and explained everything so I knew what would be done. He was great and very courteous. Thank you  Edwin for your great service!

We had an urgent water leak, consulted Yelp for help, and found Steve Davis.  Fortuitously he was nearby and able to arrive within about 20 minutes of our call.  He works efficiently and had the problem solved (cut a pipe, solder a pipe) in an hour.  Minus one star for a small mistake that was promptly fixed.  Steve communicates via phone and email.

These guys are the best!  In the past few months we have had to two, separate major leaks in our deep irrigation lines. Each time, they had to dig 3 to 4 feet down to find the broken pipe, replace it, and then confirm that the repair held before filling the hole back up with dirt. They are professional, prompt, and very hard working, and they get the job done. Next time you are in need of plumbing help, look no further than On Time Plumbing.

My toilet seriously clogged on a Saturday late-afternoon. It was not a simple plunger job: I removed the toilet, snaked it with my 15 feet manual auger without reaching the obstruction. Called Commando Plumbing based on their location and yelp reviews. My phone call was immediately answered. I was given a reasonable estimate - without knowing exactly the issue, they obviously could not guarantee anything - which is very understandable. They factored-in the fact that I had removed and wanted to reinstall the toilet myself. I was scheduled for Victor's next job. He arrived within 1 hour, as announced. Victor used his professional equipment, with great care to my floors. He unclogged the drain pipe on its full length, rinsed it, ran a camera to confirm the condition of the pipe. Victor is very polite, careful, efficient. I was very pleased to be able to reinstall the toilet the same evening, with confidence that roots were not the problem. If I ever need any plumbing job - for a new construction or remodeling - I have no doubt that I will call Commando plumbing. The quality service I got deserve my repeated business.

The only good part about them is that the estimator was a sincere older gentleman who was polite & did a good job. After that it was all downhill.

We had contracted them to replace all the pipes & drains for the house. There were multiple delays in plumbing work & 2 failed city inspections. Finally we, as owner had to change the permit to our name & work directly with the city to get the site inspected & approved. We were given an original estimate of 2 weeks to complete all the work but it dragged to 10 weeks. During the process they left the work site open for 5 weeks in between with a huge dug out in our front lawn. We had to worry about the safety of the kids.
In addition, they drilled a hole into our kitchen outside wall & left that open even after the work was completed. Worse nightmare!!

Adrian's number was given to me by a trusted friend, and while he was not able to help with my plumbing need (didn't know he was a specialty guy) he was more than helpful in giving me insight, providing me guidance, and offering his professional advice preceding my meetings with other plumbers. I can't attest to his work, but I can attest to his ethic and integrity, and sometimes that is all that is needed.

Our water heater in our duplex started making funny noises around 5 pm. By 5:45 I was on Thumbtack, and by 6 pm Alex from SAV Services had contacted me and said he could be here by 6:30. He was on time and ready to work. Our ancient water heater was dead - I knew it before he got here. We decided to replace both water heaters in the duplex, and Alex gave us a reasonable quote and went out then to get the 2 water heaters. He was back and at work and by 10 pm we had hot water again and 2 working new water heaters installed and up to code finally. Thank you Alex! Fantastic job!!

We are all busy and expect promptness and professionalism in today's world.  This is what I got with Adam at San Jose Plumbing.  From start to finish, Adam worked with me to create the best scope of action that is both efficient and cost effective.  Luis who performed the work was very kind and came back multiple times during the project to make sure things are going well.  When we ran into a problem, Adam was calm and again provided options to move forward.  Great job and would absolutely call them again.

I was so happy that I called and spoke with the Ivan I had read so much about. I told him what my problem was and he gave me several options....one was how to fix it on my own which would have only cost me $15. I tried on my own based on his advice and when I got stopped up I called him back and he sent Ray out first thing the next morning. My issue was small so I can't attest to their other plumbing services but I can say the customer service was great and that's worth a lot to me. I will be calling them in the future if I have another problem :)
