I have an ancient A/C compressor that was making a rattling noise,  so I called Fuse to diagnose & repair it. Gene B. arrived and figured out the problem in about a minute.  He also gave the system a diagnostic and discovered that the 6-year-old capacitor was weak and prone to imminent failure,  so he replaced it, and lucky for me because the heat wave hit a few days later.  Gene was very knowledgeable and gave me some ballpark estimates on replacing my HVAC system.

As the owner of a water damage restoration company, I've had the privilege to work side by side with this leak detection company. Mike and his crew are incredible. After moving in, I was in search for a reliable plumber to help tackle a number of projects in our new home. His team has installed a water softener, filtration, worked on a bathroom remodel in our primary bathroom (shower, sinks, and new toilet)...but the biggest and most impressive work was the pipe and drain work in my home bar, The Lost Grotto.

The goal was to have a fully working sink, ice machine with drainage, and a bar rail drain with glass rinsing station. Mike's team worked with my desired layout, and the result is beautiful copper pipe and drain work under the bar.

Over the years I've had several different plumbers come to my house to unplug the drains in my old house - built in 1961. I called Rich Briscoe and he was at my house to unplug my shower drain within an hour even though he had a full day of business already booked. He quickly assessed my problem and got to work. In the process he did what no other plumber has ever done that came to unplug my drains. He inspected the way my plumbing was constructed and showed me why I keep having the same issues. He described how my pipes should be replaced from old metal to new PVC because the old metal pipes get rusted up inside and create places for various things that go down the drain to latch on and build up whereas PVC is smooth and never rusts!
Rich has over 30 years of experience building plumbing systems, repairing, and cleaning them. With this plumbing construction knowledge he also was able to show me how if we just reconfigure our plumbing system things will flow much better and there will be less chances for the inevitable clog. Not only does Rich do great work he is priced reasonably and was the lowest quote I found after several calls. I finally found a great plumber. I highly recommend Rich Briscoe for any plumbing work!

I recently had two interactions with Miramar plumbing that did not go well. The first interaction was for a leak in my kitchen that was also bubbling my walls downstairs. I had thought it was the dishwasher that had leaked, but this was coincidental. Nonetheless, George looked no further and missed that the actual leak was behind the refrigerator. Of course this allowed additional damage and created more issues.

I thought I would give a local business one more chance. But on this occasion we called twice over 24 hours, once stating it was urgent, and then had to call a third time. Only to be told they did not have the tools needed to do the job.

When it comes to plumbing issues thoroughness and responsiveness are paramount. Unfortunately neither of those were satisfied in my interactions.

Steve is someone I've relied upon for many years. He's always willing to work and he's honest!

Luis and his helper came at 4 right on time. They were meticulous and took their time until they snaked out the clog. They were done in an hour and their rates were reasonable. Would definitely contact them again.

We happily used Commando once before. Though we found Victor friendly but flaky, his crew was great. They did a major overhaul of our sewage pipes under the house.

We later scheduled him for snaking a drain, got a clear confirmation...but they didn't come. We called. Nothing. We pinged him via Yelp asking what happened. No response. We had to get a different plumber, which made for two more days of no shower. So disappointing.

Great crew but very unreliable. After one good experience we will go elsewhere in the future. Handy Plumbing Man has been reliable across two jobs with a great scheduling system.

We recently had our whole house repiped because we had Kitec pipes and many homes in our area had pipe failures.  We received quotes from 3 companies and decided to go with Advanced Repipe Specialist because we received recommendations from 2 homeowners in our area.  Ramiro, and his crew, were very professional and completed the repipe in a couple of days followed by the inspection and patching and texturing, for a total of about a week.  We are very satisfied with the job they did and now have peace of mind that when we leave our home, for any period of time, we won't have to worry about our pipes breaking.  Veronica, in their office, was also very helpful and knowledgeable too.

My parent's kitchen sink was clogged and had a foul smell :-(   Adrian came and saved the day and on a Sunday..  He was quick, very knowledgeable, friendly, and offers good rates.  Now my parent's have a new disposal and new pipe.  Thank you so much Adrian for the awesome work and customer service you provided.  Definitely will be using Dependable Water Heaters again.

The current more than 10 years old water tank got water leak to floor. Looking for quick service in the market, Alex is one response and offer same day service with tank purchased from home Depot. Arrived on time and detail description to whole process and out-of-order parts replacement suggestion. He performs the state of the art skill and also fixed the previous incorrect installation. Within 3 hours, the new water tank was replaced and back to working status. Highly recommend to use the service.

Having your refrigerator's icemaker water line fail when you're 3,000 miles away, flooding your kitchen and requiring extensive insurance involvement, you really depend on folks being fast and helpful. That's Total Plumbing Supply.

After the flooring had been removed, I needed a pumber to diagnose the source of the leak. When I submitted a quote request through Yelp, Total Plumbing responded quickly and asked the right follow-up questions, and arranged a short time window for a technician to drop by that day. When Roberto showed up -- on time (!), with text messages and a call to tell me he was arriving (!!) -- he helped me reconnect the water line, then took video of the leak and explained exactly what was going on. Then he headed back to the office and wrote up exactly what I needed for insurance: a report on company letterhead detailing the issue, with accompanying photos and videos.

Even better: When he was packing up to leave and I asked him what I owed him for the visit, he just shook his head. I know it all fell under a free consultation, but Roberto could have easily have charged me an hour for writing the report -- but didn't. Shout out to Total Plumbing, and double extra-duty shout out to Roberto! No one ever *wants* to need a plumber, but the next time I do, I know exactly who I'm calling first.

These guys are the ONLY guys I'm ever going to use for plumbing in the South Bay.
They know their stuff, are professional, their prices are great.
Two other folks in our family have used them to re-pipe their homes and they also say they were great.
We used them for the plugged drains and they have been life savers.

Clogged up my sink making thanks giving dinner. Called them up and left a message with their message center. Got a call the next morning and he came out and fixed my clog in minuets even have me a discount of the service fee since it was a quick fix. I will be calling them again if I have any further plumbing issues.

Never showed up after signing up for job. They asked for all details and just closed the work ordee
