Probably not many people request uninstalling dishwasher. But I didn't want to mess up to try myself and finding a company who can handle it. Lots of place said they don't offer uninstalling and got few of places respond that they do. I just choose the best review place and I did right. Great response from yelp message and got a appointment with a quote. The technician was on time and he did really clean job for uninstalling. Removing wires and pipes was done clearly. Also took out the unit and even moved out the front door.  Vacuum clean all the mess under where dishwasher was also. No extra cost and I'm so happy for their job. I understand this might be a easy job for them but the way they handle it was very professional and clear finish. Thank you!

We hired The leak Detection Company to find a water leak in our concrete slab house in Redwood City when other company was trying to brake concrete all over our house the technician from Leak Detection Company find exactly where the problem was and we where available to repair it a much better price, no doubt about it they know what they where doing  very trustworthy company.

Over the years I've had several different plumbers come to my house to unplug the drains in my old house - built in 1961. I called Rich Briscoe and he was at my house to unplug my shower drain within an hour even though he had a full day of business already booked. He quickly assessed my problem and got to work. In the process he did what no other plumber has ever done that came to unplug my drains. He inspected the way my plumbing was constructed and showed me why I keep having the same issues. He described how my pipes should be replaced from old metal to new PVC because the old metal pipes get rusted up inside and create places for various things that go down the drain to latch on and build up whereas PVC is smooth and never rusts!
Rich has over 30 years of experience building plumbing systems, repairing, and cleaning them. With this plumbing construction knowledge he also was able to show me how if we just reconfigure our plumbing system things will flow much better and there will be less chances for the inevitable clog. Not only does Rich do great work he is priced reasonably and was the lowest quote I found after several calls. I finally found a great plumber. I highly recommend Rich Briscoe for any plumbing work!

I recently had two interactions with Miramar plumbing that did not go well. The first interaction was for a leak in my kitchen that was also bubbling my walls downstairs. I had thought it was the dishwasher that had leaked, but this was coincidental. Nonetheless, George looked no further and missed that the actual leak was behind the refrigerator. Of course this allowed additional damage and created more issues.

I thought I would give a local business one more chance. But on this occasion we called twice over 24 hours, once stating it was urgent, and then had to call a third time. Only to be told they did not have the tools needed to do the job.

When it comes to plumbing issues thoroughness and responsiveness are paramount. Unfortunately neither of those were satisfied in my interactions.

I had an overflowing toilet and called Plumbing 911. They were out right away and cleared my toilet using some kind of hand snake thing. The price was very reasonable and they gave me some tips on how to prevent a clog in the future. I will use Plumbing 911 again.

Edwin is awesome!  We needed some extensive repair on our sewer lateral and Warranted replied quickly and got the job done. Edwin was super helpful and very professional.  Highly recommend.

These guys are EXCELLENT.  Isidoro came on a weekend to fix a seriously dripping toilet that required he turn off the water to the house (at the street) and then replace two valves.  Not only did he do a nice job, he was super organized and did a very clean repair.  Nicely done.

BETTER THAN THAT... I mentioned to Isidoro that we'd broken a toilet lid. He said he'd keep an eye out for a replacement and let us know if he found one.  Several weeks later, he dropped off a replacement toilet lid for us that matched perfectly!  

Now THAT's customer service that's above and beyond the call of duty!  Wonderful service.

Leo from Commando Plumbing was very transparent throughout the whole process.

We had a leak coming from below our 2nd floor bathtub and a clog in the other room. He informed us that they were two separate issues and we decided to just fix the leak since it was the highest priority issue at the time. After inspecting the leak, he informed us that it would be a much bigger job because he would have to replace all the piping because whoever did the initial installation didn't put enough plumbers clay for the pipes.

Leo suggested we call our HOA if they were the ones to replace those pipes and fix it. Otherwise he would try to give us a discount because the pipes were basically brand new.

After the assessment, Leo kindly unclogged the toilet for free for us, which was greatly appreciated after the occurrences of the leak.

From the beginning to the end of the job, Advanced Repipe Specialist were outstanding in every way! I own a home in San Lorenzo that is 70 years old and so was the plumbing. We had lived with water flow that was a trickle at best. I called Advance Repipe specialist (NOT Repipe Specialist of the Bay Area). Romero came out and was a great help in estimating the job and explaining everything that needed to be done including bringing everything up to code. Veronica, also was a great help and an important asset in scheduling the work, getting the Required Permits and explaining the payments for the job.The crew that came out were amazing! They were professional, courteous, efficient and amazing in all aspects. They completed the Repiping job in 1 day which included replacing an old water heater and had the water back on by the afternoon. The water flow after they were finished was as good as a brand new home. Everything was up to code and ready for final inspection. Oscar, their patch man was great! He did outstanding work and was also very professional and efficient! I can't say enough about Advanced Repipe Specialist! Do not get them confused with that other company! When I got to the garage this morning, our water heater started leaking...I found this company on Thumbtack and they offered to come on the same day to fix it! He also provides a quote right away, very straightforward and transparent pricing. After quoting a few others we chose them because they offer the most reasonable price. I first used them in 2013 and as recently as Feb 2023. I have always wanted to leave a review but was too lazy - my wife stayed on my case this time till I did it for a very deserving plumber.
Kevin did most of the work for me - excellent manners, very experienced (decades), goes well beyond what is asked to be done, reasonable charges - fixed wax ring for toilet, replaced cartridges in faucets, flush repair, etc.

I am very pleased with the service of Plumb Tech Inc...   I initially called the number listed on Yelp and got John.   He was very nice on the phone...  I told him I was getting a foul odor in the Kitchen and assumed it might be a leaky sewer pipe in this 60 year old home...  He sent Don out the next day to meet me at my home...  He looked at the pipes and told me they are not leaking at all when a previous company that looked at the same pipes told me I was getting leakage and needed to replace the pipes soon... Don let me know that the other company was lying to me and just trying to make money and that I didn't need to replace them.   He cleared out the kitchen clean out and found three clogs which might've cause partial backups in the kitchen sink sewer pipe thereby causing an odor... I was very impressed with Don's honesty and professionalism...  I'll definitely recommend this company to my friends...

We used George Allen plumbing in January to fix a bathtub/shower faucet that was stuck. The plumber was quick, in and out in less than an hour. Bill came out to about $166, about $40 was the replacement part. I wish I made that much money for less than an hour's work! I'm in the wrong business. Anyway, the faucet works great now.

I had a great experience with Rocky's Plumbing and Rooter.  A previous company had left me in a terrible situation and unhooked my hot water tank, leaving me with no heat. Rocky's came out and diagnosed the problem again, got my heat started and made a follow up appointment to do minor repairs. I am with American Home Shield and he worked with them to get my water heater working but didn't try to upsell me on a costly replacement when it wasn't needed.  He advised me on what to look for and when it would need to be replaced.  I will definitely be calling Rocky's Plumbing and Rooter for all of my future plumbing needs.  I found them easy to work with, reliable and quick to respond, plus great service at excellent prices.  And very efficient at working with my home warranty coverage which is most important since that's what I'm paying for to not have these costly repairs.
