Originally called this company for a washer repair and was extremely impressed with the level of service, honesty and professionalism of Adam who is the owner of this company.  As a result of my previous experience  I called him again when I had an AC issue. He and his assistant arrived shortly after my call of which he kept me updated on his ETA. Within 45 min my AC was working perfectly and the repair was a fraction of what I anticipated the cost would be.  I would highly recommend using this service as I most definitely will. Additionally,  Adam speaks clear English as well as Russian, is clean and tidy and takes pride in his work.

Marcos was superb on a very challenging job.
We had some water damage and hired multiple plumbers and remediation contractors to come out to find the source of the leak.  Nobody was able to find it, much to our disappointment.  However, Marcos succeeded, with his dedicated effort and good intuition.
Furthermore, Marcos is great with his communication and promptness.  We are very pleased to have found him.

Well my old water heater decided to take a poop on me in the middle of a shower so I called around a few places and everyone either didn't answer or was booked out a week. When I called Redwood Pipe Britney answered the phone (super nice!) she said that Mike the owner could come out that day and see what needed to be done. Mike arrived 2 hours later and waisted no time  looking over the old water heater. As I expected it was installed by the previous home owner incorrectly and that was part to blame of why it failed. Mike gave me a few options on what i could do and ultimately I went with his recommendation on getting an on demand heater. They scheduled me for the next day and I had hot water by that evening!! It's been 3 months now and I've noticed a reduction in my electric bill and the heater works like a champ. Thanks Mike and team for doing such a solid job! Come back for coffee anytime :)

Nick is a South Bay Area gem.  He is a remembrance of time gone by...those originally from this special area (South Bay) remember when work was done with people who felt like your neighbor!?! That's Nick.  He went above and beyond for us in so many ways...he even requested to come to the store with my other half to make sure the selection would work after a 2 hour job turned into a late night 6 hour job.

This guy is the real deal.  He's a talented plumber who at the end of the day doesn't make you feel like it's a corporate exchange.

I am so grateful to Edwin who helped me out in an emergency situation when my bathroom sink hardware self-installation went badly. He responded so quickly and fixed my issue in an hour. It was reasonably priced to replace the cracked P trap and reinstall my new pop up. I'm so grateful and would highly recommend warranted plumbing services!

Davis Plumbing is honest, reliable, and exremely knowledgeable. Not only have I trusted Steve to make repairs in my own home, he is my go to guy for my real estate clients. This is the highest compliment I can give anyone. I have no affiliation with Davis Plumbing except as a very satisfied customer.

We had a clog in our main sewage line backing into our showers and tub. I called On Time Plumbing and they were very quick to get Luis out to my house to unclog the pipe.  From the time I called to the time Luis left was under 35 minutes!

Luis was friendly and very efficient.  He even cleaned up around the area of the clean-out that had over-flowed.

I would definitely recommend this company.

We happily used Commando once before. Though we found Victor friendly but flaky, his crew was great. They did a major overhaul of our sewage pipes under the house.

We later scheduled him for snaking a drain, got a clear confirmation...but they didn't come. We called. Nothing. We pinged him via Yelp asking what happened. No response. We had to get a different plumber, which made for two more days of no shower. So disappointing.

Great crew but very unreliable. After one good experience we will go elsewhere in the future. Handy Plumbing Man has been reliable across two jobs with a great scheduling system.

I'm thoroughly impressed with these folks. We did a complete repipe of our 1961 built home and Ramiro and his crew knocked it out in two days. Working with Aaron with the estimate and scheduling was a  breeze. I highly recommend these folks. AAA+++

After getting a total runaround from the plumber that installed our previous water heater (only 18 months ago) and being without hot water for a week, I finally threw in the towel and called Adrian. Right away I could tell I was getting straight talk and accurate info. The previous plumber was telling me that I had a faulty controller that wasn't covered by warranty. I was told how difficult it was to deal with Rheem regarding the warranty. They suggested that I buy an entirely new  heater and that they'd give me a price break.

So Adrian shows up and inspects the equipment. He calls Rheem on the spot on speaker so I can hear the entire convo. He knows their drill and gets through their b.s. and in 15 minutes I have the replacement parts being shipped overnight at NO COST.  When the parts arrived I called Adrian and he came out the same day to install.

Adrian is a pro and a nice guy. I wouldn't use any other plumber.

When I got to the garage this morning, our water heater started leaking...I found this company on Thumbtack and they offered to come on the same day to fix it! He also provides a quote right away, very straightforward and transparent pricing. After quoting a few others we chose them because they offer the most reasonable price. Oleskii definitely knows his stuff - he told us the problem right away, the material cost, and overall itemized cost. All very clear and specific. He got the job done with no issue. Def highly recommended!

All I can say, is very impressive. William, the owner, arrived promptly before the promised window. He took care of the problem in less than an hour. He quoted a price and did not go above it. He provided above and beyond service doing extra work to explain where the problem was. Definitely definitely definitely a reliable plumber to go back to.

I had the pleasure of meeting the kindest, most competent and fair plumber today. His name is Kevin and of you have a plumbing issue go no further.  I had  a clogged toilet that also broke. He replaced the toilet and got rid of the clog in such a timely manner. He also gave me a more then fair price. He told me he works because he wants to  help people. He has a hard of gold. He came highly recommended and did not disappoint! Thank you Kevin! You are a real blessing and made a hectic day peaceful.

I called Plumb Tech in order to check out a stopped kitchen sink and dishwasher drain line. The tech who came to my house was wonderfully nice, professional, and helpful. He answered all of my questions and explained things thoroughly. There turned out to be old pipes under the house which were completely corroded and leaking waste water into the crawlspace and were in immediate need of replacement. Plumb Tech wrote up a detailed report for me and gave an explanation and quote along with the report for my landlord.

Plumb Tech dealt with my wishy washy, cheap landlord and helped me along the way.

The landlord ended up using another plumber in order to replace the pipe but they left a mess in the basement and sludge sprayed all over our personal belongings.

I wish the landlord had allowed Plumb Tech to do the repair because I'm sure that the job would have been done correctly and our belongings would have been respected.

I would recommend Plumb Tech for anyone who is looking for an honest, professional experience and wants to make sure that the job is done correctly. They are wonderful and have great customer service.

They are great to work with, in and out no fuss.  Called this morning and could come over right away to fix my water heater.  Call them next time you need help!

I don't believe I ever made a bad review about a company that I was involved with. This plumbing company is in the list of certified contractors of American Home Shield, my home warranty company,  that they sent to look at my stoppage on my kitchen sewer line to the main line after paying $100. They did the usual snake process twice and reported that they found mud on the snake and requested AHS the use a camera to find the problem. AHS did not approve it saying it was my responsibility since it's not part of my contract. It was an emergency so I contacted another plumbing company, Gasca Plumbing, who did the identical procedure and they were able to clear the stoppage. They went down the crawl space to inspect and found my sewer pipe intact.
The report that Rock's Plumbing wrote to AHS was there was a SLAB LEAK. How can there be a slab leak if my house is NOT built on a SLAB but rather have a crawl space. I read a consumer review about Rocky's and some one advice that check on their license if it is active.
