Our close to 30-year AC finally breathed its last.  I reached out to Fuse for a new HVAC quote, and Roby responded timely to give me an estimate.  His estimate was fast, accurate and very competitive.  I can't commend enough about his communication skills and customer service.  The installation was smooth too.  Now the new HVAC system is up running well everyday.  I am very impressed with the pricing, efficiency and quality this company delivers.  Their operation is so smooth.  Through the process, I've been working with multiple people from different departments, but the transition was seamless. I wish I could give more than 5 stars to this company.  Definitely recommend them!

Marcos was responsive & helpful! He found the leak within minutes of arriving, despite the fact that we also had a leaky shower valve. Turns out it was just a leaky landscape valve!

We were really pleased with Redwood Pipe and Drain. We wanted to start moving into our new house and they were able to start the next week and tackle the whole job: new copper pipe, installation of on-demand hot water in different location, water softener, redo drainage, relocation of washer/dryer. His crew were friendly and they worked really well together. We were really pleased that Mike and his team did the work and left the yard just as they found it. The coordination with subs (electrical, sheetrock) was seamless. All that work an they were in and out in less than a week!

Rich Briscoe is, without a doubt, the finest plumber we have ever worked with in the last 40 years that we have owned our home. We had a bad experience with a local plumber years ago who did not complete the job as we requested and so, in our search for someone more reliable, we found Briscoe Plumbing. Not only is Rich professional, he is ingenious, thorough, and warm-hearted. He quickly responds to calls and goes over and above what he's being asked to do. A perfect example is the fact that we called him to do a bathroom job and he got it done correctly and left. 15 minutes after he left, we remembered we had a problem with a refrigerator grate that we were told by a Bosch refrigerator man was impossible to fix. Rich took on the job and fixed  it for us. Also, the handle of the refrigerator's freezer was broken and the same Bosch repairman charged us $150 to tell us it couldn't be fixed. Rich took the door off and with tenacity fixed it perfectly and we were so grateful to him and so happy. Moreover, Rich is reasonably priced, fair, and knowledgeable not just about plumbing, but about helping the homeowner get the care they need.

I had the pleasure of working with George a few times over the past five years. He is extremely diligent, personable, responsive and incredibly good at what he does. George worked on both a kitchen and bath remodel for us, as well as some one-off plumbing issues we had with our fixer-upper home.

Had a seemingly impossible plug in my main sewer and got some quotes that were outrageous and incorrect diagnostics which cost me a load of unnecessary $$$...called plumbing 911 and Nick saved us. Don't go with anyone but Nick. Very professional and had it worked out within an hour. This was a 2 day nightmare until I called em.

My toilet valve was leaking. I called on a Sunday and they were out the next day which was a holiday. Edwin took time to explain the difference in parts between old and new and had the work done in 30 minutes. Quick and efficient. He even took his shoes off coming inside. I would recommend him to others.

Steve has done a number of plumbing projects for us updating our older home.  Recently I returned home to find a toilet leaking water all over our new hardwood floors.  I called Steve, who appeared within a couple of hours, stopped the leak immediately, and quickly repaired the plumbing.  Steve had the parts and the tools he needed in his well-stocked plumber's truck and the knowledge needed to do the job quickly.  Steve's quick work saved us a small fortune in hardwood floor repairs. Thanks Steve.  No wonder you are called the Master Plumbologist!

Sewer line backed up.  Called Isidoro (based on Yelp reviews) and he arrived 45 minutes later having diverted from another non-emergency job.  He discovered a couple of different plugs and cleared them out for a fair price.  Great service and fast when we needed it.  Wish all tradesmen were this good.

Needed a fix for a clogged kitchen sync. Was quoted $325 which was on the higher end of the market but they could do same day so I went with it.

Crew came on-site as scheduled, did a review, and confirmed the $325 quote. Team got to work, unclogged with snake, but this is where the problems began.

Crew couldnt put pipes back together and water kept leaking from drain. Spent 1 hr trying to fix our pipes and ultimately was told we had to replace our kitchen disposer because it was too old. To add this service, was an extra $425...a kitchen disposer typically runs $100-150 for the one they provided, but to charge $200+ for install just seemed ridiculous, and we didnt have a choice.

Lastly, tried to use 10% discount code on yelp, but crew spoke no english, only spanish. As such, wasn't able to use the code.

Quite disappointed overall. Able to fix our plug in the end after 3 hrs but overcharged quite a bit...total $750 just to fix a drain plug...

I called Advanced Repipe Specialist to get someone to come and give us a quote to replace our water pipes. I spoke to watch sounded like an older gentleman and told him my schedule to make an appointment. It was Monday and he said he had an appointment for Thursday but at a time I would not be able to make. He then said he will did not know if he could make an appointment for Friday morning at 9 AM he would have to check your schedule and let me know and I did not hear back from him.

Friday morning comes and the doorbell rings my wife and I were not expecting them as we have not heard back regarding the appointment. I mentioned that he did not confirm and he said oh you're the one I forgot to call back. I said apparently so he apologized and proceeded to take some measurements and look at what we needed to do. He then said he would have a quote for me within the next couple days. I gave them my email address and look forward to the possibility of doing business with them.

It has now been over two weeks and I've not heard one thing from them. I do not know if this is a regular behavior but after one miss hap I would think they would have a bit more vigilance for a potential customer.

I don't think this is a company I feel safe working with.

I had my water heater pilot go out.  I couldn't figure out how to light it again.  The manufacturer didn't offer any tips or advice and said the valve was on back order and maybe I would have to go buy a new tank!  I found this business on yelp and Adrian answered right away.  He gave me a tip to hold the pilot button down longer and it may work.  Indeed, it did!  Fast service, great advice, and better than the manufacturer experts.  Thanks Adrian!!!

The current more than 10 years old water tank got water leak to floor. Looking for quick service in the market, Alex is one response and offer same day service with tank purchased from home Depot. Arrived on time and detail description to whole process and out-of-order parts replacement suggestion. He performs the state of the art skill and also fixed the previous incorrect installation. Within 3 hours, the new water tank was replaced and back to working status. Highly recommend to use the service.

Contacted the owner Billy and he came out as soon as possible to fix our clogged drain and reattach our garbage disposal.
He was out of town on a weekend when I called with another emergency and although he couldn't come, he texted me with helpful suggestions on how to fix the problem.

Another great experience with San Jose Plumbing!  I had an urgent need to address a sewer backup and they acted quickly to get me help. Kevin arrived quickly and handled the problem professionally. He was also thorough cleaning up and when I sought his advice on some additional work he was straight with me and did not try to sell me something I didn't need. Another example of why they are my first call for plumbing needs!

They're busy but did get me in a cancellation spot. They were prompt and went above and beyond when they noticed an issue I didn't know could be fixed. They came wearing a mask and explained all they did. I'll definitely call them again. First rate!'

We got off to a bit of a rough start but our four plumbing issues were handled quickly.   John is experienced and was able to explain what needed to be done and why. He repaired a leaky disposal, a broken outdoor faucet, got the bath sink running again and stopped the toilet from running continuously. I am very happy with the work done and I will use this company again.

Oh my Goodness Rocky and his assistant, Natalie are Amazing!!! My water heater was done after 14 years!!!
