I recently had the pleasure of working with The Leak Detection Company and I have to say, I was extremely impressed with their level of professionalism and expertise. They were able to use their camera to accurately locate a cracked pipe in at my business and provide a solution to fix it. The technician who came out to my barbershop was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He was able to quickly and effectively diagnose the problem and provide a solution that was both cost-effective and long-lasting. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of leak detection services. They truly went above and beyond and I give them a full five stars for their excellent work.

Mike and his crew are incredible. After moving in, I was in search for a reliable plumber to help tackle a number of projects in our new home. His team has installed a water softener, filtration, worked on a bathroom remodel in our primary bathroom (shower, sinks, and new toilet)...but the biggest and most impressive work was the pipe and drain work in my home bar, The Lost Grotto.

The goal was to have a fully working sink, ice machine with drainage, and a bar rail drain with glass rinsing station. Mike's team worked with my desired layout, and the result is beautiful copper pipe and drain work under the bar.

Rich did a great job fixing our leaking kitchen sink pipes and installing a new faucet.  He is professional, personable, and reasonable with his fees.  He seems to be very busy no doubt because of the quality of his work.

I had the pleasure of working with George a few times over the past five years. He is extremely diligent, personable, responsive and incredibly good at what he does. George worked on both a kitchen and bath remodel for us, as well as some one-off plumbing issues we had with our fixer-upper home.

These guys were great! I had a huge emergency at my ice cream shop and they were in and out promptly so I could get my hectic day back on track! :D I will be defiantly be calling them back!

Needed help for a backup sewer & they gave me a quote right away. They were at my door within 30 mins and got the job done in less than an hour. Came back the next morning and put in an easy access clean out for any future problems. I thought that job was going to take a while but they were done in about 30 mins. Steve has done a number of plumbing projects for us updating our older home.  Recently I returned home to find a toilet leaking water all over our new hardwood floors.  I called Steve, who appeared within a couple of hours, stopped the leak immediately, and quickly repaired the plumbing.  Steve had the parts and the tools he needed in his well-stocked plumber's truck and the knowledge needed to do the job quickly.  Steve's quick work saved us a small fortune in hardwood floor repairs. This is the second time I have used On Time Plumbing. The 1st time,  June 2018, they replaced a water heater. Fast, efficient, professional and friendly service. Fairly and reasonably priced. I've had three different plumbing companies fix the plumbing under my kitchen sink. In one case the pipe fell off after a fix. The pipe began leaking and Victor at Commando explained how the configuration was forcing water to flow upwards before it went down. He said best to access the main water-flow-away pipe by cutting into my bathroom wall behind the kitchen sink and reconfiguring the pipes so water would drain down and away instead of having to loop upwards and away. It made sense to me. Victor fixed the pipe configuration, showed what he did and how it worked. He called a drywall guy who came at the end of the day and patched up the bathroom wall so you couldn't even tell it had been cut into.
Victor was professional, polite. I'd call him a logical plumber, and I'm happy he works in the Redwood City area.

They did a good job of the re-piping, but subsequent leaks and other small fixes were ignored. After a couple calls, they even stopped picking up the phone.
I would not recommend them unless you expect the job will be done so well that there is zero chance of needing a followup visit.

Called him on a Sat morning, he was on his way to a job in the North bay and promised to come out Sunday morning... he called back a few hours later and said he finished up his other appointment earlier then expected and was on his way. Super reliable and courteous.

When I got to the garage this morning, our water heater started leaking...I found this company on Thumbtack and they offered to come on the same day to fix it! He also provides a quote right away, very straightforward and transparent pricing. After quoting a few others we chose them because they offer the most reasonable price. Oleskii definitely knows his stuff - he told us the problem right away, the material cost, and overall itemized cost. All very clear and specific. He got the job done with no issue. Def highly recommended!

Had to replace a kitchen faucet, and the TaskRabbit I had previously hired couldn't get the nut out (it had sunk into the wood underneath). He had a plan that sounded complicated and would have taken hours. I called these guys and they had same-day availability. The plumber Roberto came out, used his saw-cutter to cut the old faucet out from the top, and got the job done. Price was $325 for 1.5 hours of work. When you consider the commute time added to that, that is a very reasonable price. I'm happy with their service and would hire them again.

I was referred to San Jose Plumbing from my electrician, and Adam promptly responded to my call for an estimate to replace my water heater. He and his team did an outstanding job, including breaking lose the seized drain valve on my old water heater. They professionally installed the new unit, and hauled away the old one. I couldn't have been happier!!

I can't say enough good things about Plumb Tech. Even though I had a small job, Ivan gave me top notch attention and service, and was always friendly and personable. His technician, Coy, was outstanding and quickly fixed my water heater. This was my first experience with Plumb Tech. The next time I need help with plumbing, Plumb tech will definitely be the first place I call.

Karmonte was absolutely fantastic! I had a challenging issue with my leaking toilet pipe, but he tackled it with expertise and efficiency.
