I was in a frantic hurry to find a repairman service to answer my Speed Queen washing machine issue ASAP. I found Fuse Appliance Repair and spoke to Kevin who told me he could get a repairman out there next day at noon. I got a text to notify me when Stan was arriving, the scope of work, etc. Stan gave me a call to let me know what he saw and how quickly he could fix it. The work was quickly done and I was able to pay my invoice online easily.

Marcos was superb on a very challenging job.
We had some water damage and hired multiple plumbers and remediation contractors to come out to find the source of the leak.  Nobody was able to find it, much to our disappointment.  However, Marcos succeeded, with his dedicated effort and good intuition.
Furthermore, Marcos is great with his communication and promptness.  We are very pleased to have found him.

Very nice and professional. I called at 9:30 this morning and by 10:30 they were at my house to fix my leaking shower. They got the part and quickly fixed it at a reasonable price. It wasn't a tough fix, but I will remember the way they treated me and will recommend them to my friends.

Found this company based on great YELP reviews and was not disappointed. Edwin showed up on time, had his mask on before he even got out of his vehicle (thank you for the consideration!), and have me an estimate to replace a toilet in a 3rd bathroom. The one I wanted was at Home Depot. He agreed to buy it and pick it up for just the cost of the new one with no additional mark up (nice). Installation was seamless. I even asked him if he could change out the water supply lines under the toilet and the sink for the earthquake ones (for a fee) which he did. I have his business card tape inside the medicine cabinet in that bathroom so I can easily call him for the next project. Very professional, which is getting tougher to find these days with independent contractors. Happy to provide a little extra revenue to a local family business, especially in these times.

Hire this guy! He beautifully fixed our 37+ year old shower/tub fixtures so they now work and don't leak. This included the handle (to turn on/off/temperature adjust), and the spout with lever (to direct water flow to shower head or bathtub). And he didn't have to break into any walls or tile! He also did some clearing of the drain. And he fixed a separate sink drain so the pipes don't rattle and bang throughout the house when you turn on the cold water! And he made everything clean and neat before he left:)

I hired On Time Plumbing to replace my water heater and reroute the plumbing in my garage so I could move the washer dryer from one wall to another. I had five plumbers come out to bid, and they came in with the most reasonable price. They were very professional to work with, especially when they failed to notice (and I failed to mention) that my dryer was gas. As a result their estimate came in lower than what they would have given had they noticed it was gas when they initially came out. Instead of being stubborn and telling me I should have mentioned it they admitted they should have noticed it and split the difference with me, which I felt was fair. They finished the job in two days with a crew of 2-3. They worked efficiently and were responsive to a couple requests I had midway through without hassle. I trusted the work they did, and for the most part it was very clean and professional. My one gripe is that the laundry box they installed in the wall wasn't level and aesthetically cock-eyed. Fortunately it's the garage so it's not the worst thing but it left the final job looking a bit sloppy. Also, after moving the washer/dryer our washer has occasionally been giving an error code. I'll be reaching back out to them to see if that can be addressed. Assuming the respond well to the issue (which I expect they will) I'll update my review. Other than that they were a pleasure to work with and I'd hire them again.

Came on short order and sorted out my hell hole of backed up drains in a house that had sat for unoccupied for long enough to cause plumbing issues. My impression was that the job was more complicated than they anticipated and put more time/work in without charging me more. Gave good, clear explanations of what was wrong with the pipes and why, and I always appreciate explanations like that. Very nice fellows, thank you.

I called Advanced Repipe Specialist to get someone to come and give us a quote to replace our water pipes. I spoke to watch sounded like an older gentleman and told him my schedule to make an appointment. It was Monday and he said he had an appointment for Thursday but at a time I would not be able to make. He then said he will did not know if he could make an appointment for Friday morning at 9 AM he would have to check your schedule and let me know and I did not hear back from him.

Friday morning comes and the doorbell rings my wife and I were not expecting them as we have not heard back regarding the appointment. I mentioned that he did not confirm and he said oh you're the one I forgot to call back. I said apparently so he apologized and proceeded to take some measurements and look at what we needed to do. He then said he would have a quote for me within the next couple days. I gave them my email address and look forward to the possibility of doing business with them.

It has now been over two weeks and I've not heard one thing from them. I do not know if this is a regular behavior but after one miss hap I would think they would have a bit more vigilance for a potential customer.

I don't think this is a company I feel safe working with.

Daughters water heater had been problematic and we could not figure out why. First repair person came out diagnosed need for new water heater and left her for days without repair to the cost of $1600.
Called Adrian desperate for repair.. he was there in 45 minutes.. found out water heater was under warranty and filled out all the paperwork and contacted the company... the water heater was there in two days and installed same day...! Ethical beyond measure...
He came to us on a referral and I can tell you I am sharing his contact with contractor I know and a management company that handles our rentals!!!!

The current more than 10 years old water tank got water leak to floor. Looking for quick service in the market, Alex is one response and offer same day service with tank purchased from home Depot. Arrived on time and detail description to whole process and out-of-order parts replacement suggestion. He performs the state of the art skill and also fixed the previous incorrect installation. Within 3 hours, the new water tank was replaced and back to working status. Highly recommend to use the service.

I had a bidet issue where the hose that connects to the bidet was still leaking water. Carlos came out and looked at it. In 3 minutes, he fixed the issue! They operate their business with high integrity. I appreciate that there are people that run their business still like that! Thank you Total Plumbing! I just saved their number in my phone for future!

Had a clogged drain and nothing we could do ourselves was clearing it.  We used San Jose Plumbing before and with good results so thought we'd call again.  Called at 9 am and they said they'd be there between 1 and 3.  Arrived at 1:20 and had the problem fixed in less than half an hour.  Quick, easy and affordable!

yay... my drains are draining and my faucet isn't dripping!!! happy :)

it would seem i've had plumbing issues come on all at once. 2 clogged drains, a leaky faucet, and a broken pipe.  so i gave them a call in the afternoon, and they were able to send someone out the next day.  thank goodness for speedy!  and they showed up on time, even a bit early.

the guys who came out were super nice. very professional and respectful.  they even put booties on before coming in every time.  they quickly assessed the problems, gave me an idea of cost, then got to work.  they were done in about an hour, including a trip to the hardware store to get a part.  they charge by the hour, but don't let that worry you... they seem to work fast.

so now my drip is gone, water is flowing, and i'm happy.  the pipe will wait for another day.  they gave me an idea what it will cost, and it seemed reasonable.  i'd absolutely use them again.

We have worked with Tyler several times now and are so happy with him and his work. Most recently he installed our tankless water heater and did a great job and it was affordable and works great. I recommend Tyler to anybody!
