Fuse is a great operation! The booking was easy and efficient.  The repair man was quick and thorough.  Shortly after his first visit, I received an online quote for the repair (which you could confirm online as well).  The parts were ordered and the repair was scheduled for about a week later.  The repair man showed up on time and replaced the parts with no issues.  Love these guys!

Marcos was superb on a very challenging job.
We had some water damage and hired multiple plumbers and remediation contractors to come out to find the source of the leak.  Nobody was able to find it, much to our disappointment.  However, Marcos succeeded, with his dedicated effort and good intuition.
Furthermore, Marcos is great with his communication and promptness.  We are very pleased to have found him.

My tankless water heater stopped working. I called Redwood Pipe and Drain for a consultation. They were professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. This was the BEST plumbing experience I've had in my life.  It was Tuesday, and I had been without water since Saturday! My home warranty company sent out the first guy late Tuesday afternoon. He refused to fix my leaking water heater, despite the fact it was STILL LEAKING. I called Rich in tears and he arrived in less than 30 minutes, fixed the issue, and gave me a fair price. He truly saved the day. I will only be using him from now on.

I've been incredibly pleased with the work Bart & Nick have done. I got in touch with them via a contractor to have a small bit of work done, which wound up escalating to significant work to replace our entire water line from the street (due to age of the existing pipe). They worked quickly and very hard, communicated status updates regularly, and have come back to ensure that everything is working and make a few adjustments elsewhere around our house. I'm definitely keeping them as my go-to plumbers!

Awesome! I woke up to zero hot water this morning and freaked out a little. As a new home owner, this is a new experience for me. I requested estimates from two companies via yelp. Truth be told, I expected the other company to be the one we'd go with. But I got estimates from both and here's why these gentlemen won: 1) Totally know their stuff. Told me all about my POS water heater and gave me clear options; 2) Had the parts! Did the repair right then! 3) Better estimates for this repair and for my future replacements. Highly recommended. Once again Steve came to the rescue fixing my major leak the very next day after calling him.  He is easy to get in touch with and returns calls quickly. I appreciate his concern for using good quality parts. Now I just text  him a photo of the problem  and he arrives with the materials I need on his truck - not wasting my time and money running around town looking for parts.

My favorite plumber in the bay area. I used On Time Plumbing many times for different services, replace toilet, install sewer line, replace water pipe, etc. Fast service and reasonable price. Definitely recommend them!

I called and Victor was able to come out within a couple of hours.  As my problem was not something he could fix, he did not even charge me for coming out!

I just finished repipe with Advanced Repipe Specialist recently. I had a wonderful experience with the company. Start from estimate, Mr. Ramiro was explaining very well how the work will be done, what options we have to repipe, and advantage and disadvantage from different materials. It was a learning experience for me.
Veronica is wonderful too. She provides all details on the permit, time of the inspector coming , and other things Before the inspection, they double check everything to make sure everything is good for the inspection.
This repipe is a great experience and I definitely will referral them to my friends and hire them again for any  future repipe need.

Water heater died and after checking reviews and getting some quotes I went with Dependable Water Heaters.  They did not disappoint.  I sent Adrian some pics and he gave me the best quote. Angel did the install that day. Fast and clean, no hidden costs, stayed true to quote.  Both of these guys were on it and very friendly!!

Our water heater in our duplex started making funny noises around 5 pm. By 5:45 I was on Thumbtack, and by 6 pm Alex from SAV Services had contacted me and said he could be here by 6:30. He was on time and ready to work. Our ancient water heater was dead - I knew it before he got here. We decided to replace both water heaters in the duplex, and Alex gave us a reasonable quote and went out then to get the 2 water heaters. He was back and at work and by 10 pm we had hot water again and 2 working new water heaters installed and up to code finally. Thank you Alex! Fantastic job!!

Had an issue with my sink and it wouldn't drain. Reached out to total plumbing and they showed up the very next day. Sink fixed in about 30mins and he told he a bunch of tips to prevent build up in the future. Would definitely reach out again no question. Worth every penny

We had an issue with cold water mixing into our hot water line.  Worked with San Jose Plumbing and Adam to figure out where the problem was.  He explained what was happening and thought that the mixer in one of the shower handles needed to be replaced.  We ended up replacing the mixer in one shower and the entire faucet system in the second shower (the faucet was so old that parts weren't available anymore).  That still didn't fix the problem.  We also have a recirculating pump.  One of their other plumbers even crawled under the house and checked all the lines and connections to make sure that was okay.  It was finally determined that a gate in the pipeline had malfunctioned and needed to be replaced.  Adam was very understanding of our situation (we could only take warm showers and only for a few minutes) and patiently explained all that they were looking for and what they were going to try.  Their method seemed logical and made sense.

Adam was great.  He said he wasn't going to give up until he found the problem - and he didn't.  I would definitely call them next time i have a plumbing issue or question.

I called Plumb Tech in order to check out a stopped kitchen sink and dishwasher drain line. The tech who came to my house was wonderfully nice, professional, and helpful. He answered all of my questions and explained things thoroughly. There turned out to be old pipes under the house which were completely corroded and leaking waste water into the crawlspace and were in immediate need of replacement. Plumb Tech wrote up a detailed report for me and gave an explanation and quote along with the report for my landlord.

Plumb Tech dealt with my wishy washy, cheap landlord and helped me along the way.

The landlord ended up using another plumber in order to replace the pipe but they left a mess in the basement and sludge sprayed all over our personal belongings.

I wish the landlord had allowed Plumb Tech to do the repair because I'm sure that the job would have been done correctly and our belongings would have been respected.

I would recommend Plumb Tech for anyone who is looking for an honest, professional experience and wants to make sure that the job is done correctly. They are wonderful and have great customer service.

We have used George Allen and Sons a couple of times and both times they provided excellent service.  This recent job they came out within one hour and fixed the issue right away.  I highly recommend their services if you are in need of a plumber.

I don't believe I ever made a bad review about a company that I was involved with. This plumbing company is in the list of certified contractors of American Home Shield, my home warranty company,  that they sent to look at my stoppage on my kitchen sewer line to the main line after paying $100. They did the usual snake process twice and reported that they found mud on the snake and requested AHS the use a camera to find the problem. AHS did not approve it saying it was my responsibility since it's not part of my contract. It was an emergency so I contacted another plumbing company, Gasca Plumbing, who did the identical procedure and they were able to clear the stoppage. They went down the crawl space to inspect and found my sewer pipe intact.
The report that Rock's Plumbing wrote to AHS was there was a SLAB LEAK. How can there be a slab leak if my house is NOT built on a SLAB but rather have a crawl space. I read a consumer review about Rocky's and some one advice that check on their license if it is active.
