Great team! Highly recommend.  They were able to fit us in on the same day that I called when every other company I called told me I had to wait a week/week and a half to get my refrigerator fixed!! Extremely professional and best of all they got everything working again. I was so impressed that I had them come back the next day to service our heater and change the filters.  Also just a really nice technician.

Marcos and his team were incredible -- they were prompt, quickly located the leak, and managed to get it repaired in the span of an afternoon. Throughout the detection process, he explained what they were investigating and why.

Mike and his crew were great! He was clear and upfront about everything.  He came in and fixed a lingering issue we'd been having that my own general contractor couldn't. Really good work - they know their craft.

Plumbing 911 is great.  Being a two man shop, they keep their costs down yet have the equipment of larger companies.  They came out to my house on a Friday night and snaked a drain that was clogged for a reasonable fee.  Knowledgeable and licensed, I won't hesitate to call them the next time I need a plumber or the sewer line snaked.

The guys showed up early for the free estimate appointment, identified the problem and fixed it within 20 minutes (a leaking outdoor faucet which they removed and replaced) for way less $ than other companies had quoted me. Will definitely use again.

Steve is my first call for any plumbing issue. He's handled small jobs like my recent scrub brush down the toilet to large ones like replacing the leaking shower controls which required breaking through the wall.

Steve's responsive, efficient, and detail oriented. He leaves thing just like he finds them, except working.

Steve delivers more service than he actually charges for. He's my go to, he should be yours too!

Thank you Eddie! We had a mysterious leak in our ceiling between our first and second floor that had ruined the drywall. He was super polite, on time, wore booties in the house, taped off the area to keep the room clean, diagnosed the issue quickly and even offered to repair a light canister that had rusted as part of the problem. He repaired the issue and even repaired the drywall in just a few hours. He will forever be the plumber we call for future needs. Thank you!

I'm thoroughly impressed with these folks. We did a complete repipe of our 1961 built home and Ramiro and his crew knocked it out in two days. Working with Aaron with the estimate and scheduling was a  breeze. I highly recommend these folks. AAA+++

This is AS GOOD AS IT GETS!!!!  Rapid response.  Best estimate (and we called MANY) for a water heater replacement.  Cudos to Adrian.  Not only was he able to do the job the same day, but completed the task in 30 minutes!  No wonder this company has so many 5 star reviews on Yelp. I highly recommend Adrian.

The current more than 10 years old water tank got water leak to floor. Looking for quick service in the market, Alex is one response and offer same day service with tank purchased from home Depot. Arrived on time and detail description to whole process and out-of-order parts replacement suggestion. He performs the state of the art skill and also fixed the previous incorrect installation. Within 3 hours, the new water tank was replaced and back to working status. Highly recommend to use the service.

We were having trouble with water supply to various places and a leak in our dishwasher drain. They responded very promptly, even on a sunday night, and came out the next day. They fixed everything quickly and professionally, and we were happy with service.

We are all busy and expect promptness and professionalism in today's world.  This is what I got with Adam at San Jose Plumbing.  From start to finish, Adam worked with me to create the best scope of action that is both efficient and cost effective.  Luis who performed the work was very kind and came back multiple times during the project to make sure things are going well.  When we ran into a problem, Adam was calm and again provided options to move forward.  Great job and would absolutely call them again.

Second time I've used Plumb Tech and very happy with their service. I called them yesterday (Sunday) stating that my water heater was leaking. They came out as promised this morning and replaced it. A friend told me to use Bradford White brand which is what Plumb Tech brought. Coy was very courteous and cleaned up the leak as well as left the area clean. I definitely recommend using Plumb Tech for all plumbing needs.

Needed a new water heater. Below is the pro and cons of my experience in dealing with this company.

Pros:
-Responsive
-Call back in a reasonable amount of time. Installation time was not too far out considering that we just had the CZU fire.
-Good local reputation.
-Was able to work in a cramped area for installation of my water heater. -Removed a cabinet and a water heater support to install the water heater.
-Worked very quickly.
-Good installation.
-Wore a mask.
-Sent a credit card receipt after completion of the work.

Cons:
-Was not able to select any particular brand or no ability to purchase a water heater with a longer warranty period. Was only able to get a water heater with a 6-year warranty. Would of preferred to buy a more premium water heater with at least a 10-year warranty.
-Water heater support was put back and blocks the pilot start/water temp control.
-Did not reinstall my cabinet after installation of the water heater.
-The price was higher than others businesses that I called. About 20% higher.


Will I use them again? Yes. Would I recommend them? Yes. If you are watching your budget, I would not recommend them. If you want quality, reliability and a good reputation, then I would say that they are a business you should consider. You do get what you pay for!

I have some plumbing that needs to get completed on the house, but will delay the work till Covid threat is minimized.
