Llyas from Fuse HVAC did a great job fixing my furnace. He was quick to identify the problem and patient and checked to make sure everything works perfectly before wrapping up the work. He worked until 7 pm to make sure we have heat for the evening.

Marcos was superb on a very challenging job.
We had some water damage and hired multiple plumbers and remediation contractors to come out to find the source of the leak.  Nobody was able to find it, much to our disappointment.  However, Marcos succeeded, with his dedicated effort and good intuition.
Furthermore, Marcos is great with his communication and promptness.  We are very pleased to have found him.

My tankless water heater stopped working. I called Redwood Pipe and Drain for a consultation. They were professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. I ended up having to replace the unit and found they were competitively priced. More importantly, every staff member I interacted with was helpful and knowledgeable. They had a crew replace my dying unit with a new one. They did a fantastic job. It's so nice to have hot water again. I highly recommend Redwood Pipe and Drain.

Awesome job.  Came out within an hour of my call to fix a blocked drain.  Identified some corroded pipes (even though the house is relatively new) and changed those for me too.

The cost was very reasonable. My experience with  plumbers in the past has tended to leave me feeling like I have been taken for a ride.

Called Plumbing 911 the day after Halloween with an emergency toilet overfill situation.  Bart and team were able to come out to my residence that afternoon - right on time.  They were able to diagnose and solve our plumbing situation speedily.
I recommend them 100%  - great experience - fair pricing.

I messaged through Yelp on a Saturday and received a response within a couple hours and before any of the other 3 business I reached out to. Edwin was able to come out the next day and check out our issue at no charge. He thoroughly explained the issue and pricing so that I can shop around if I wanted to. I heard from the other 3 businesses shortly after and all 3 prices I received seemed competitive except Edwin gave me a set amount whereas another company gave me an hourly rate (but note that they didn't come in person). Anyways, I chose to work with Edwin because I felt I was making a good, no pressure decision and I was well informed of what was being done. The job just finished and all seems well so far and every was left as it was.

Davis Plumbing is a business you can count on, while a simple concept, it's easier said than done.

Steve, the owner is a capable, responsive and reliable businessman. They took care of a small project with care and a high level of competence.  The price was lower than his phone estimate.

Called on a Monday morning after kitchen sink had been clogged all weekend and On Time Plumbing was the only company that was able to come same day.  They came promptly and Eddie was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient in his work.  Prices were as quoted over the phone and comparable to local rates.  Appreciated their response time and professionalism, would recommend their service!

They were resposive, showed up on time, explained options and patiently answered all the questions and addressed all concerns and price matched for a broken heater with tankless heater.
Also came on time for installation and did a professional and clean job installing new tankless heater and hauled away old one and cleaned up behind them.
Very professional, definitely recommend.

They did a good job of the re-piping, but subsequent leaks and other small fixes were ignored. After a couple calls, they even stopped picking up the phone.
I would not recommend them unless you expect the job will be done so well that there is zero chance of needing a followup visit.

Adrian was awesome!  I gave him a call and told him about our water heater that had just started leaking from the top.  It was 13 years old so he said it would need to be replaced.  He came out the same day I called him and installed a new one.  He was on time and professional.  Not only did he replace our heater but he installed a pan underneath and he took away our old water heater.  He was very fast and very efficient and is a really nice guy!  He also also gave us tips on how to extend the lifetime of our new water heater. I highly recommend him!

Our water heater in our duplex started making funny noises around 5 pm. By 5:45 I was on Thumbtack, and by 6 pm Alex from SAV Services had contacted me and said he could be here by 6:30. He was on time and ready to work. Our ancient water heater was dead - I knew it before he got here. We decided to replace both water heaters in the duplex, and Alex gave us a reasonable quote and went out then to get the 2 water heaters. He was back and at work and by 10 pm we had hot water again and 2 working new water heaters installed and up to code finally. Thank you Alex! Fantastic job!!

This review is not for plumbing, per se, but business practices and ethics.
On Easter, we had a gross leak, and assumed due to placement that it was our kitchen pipes. No one from any shop could come out (it was a holiday on a weekend, so understandable).
They came on time (8am), ready to handle things. The gent took the time to *definitively* find the source of the leak. It turned out to be the roof, not our plumbing.
He showed us the imaging from the roof, down the wall, and on. He took his time, gave us suggestions for who to call, what to tell them, and why one specialist vs another.
I tried to pay him for his time, since he really spent awhile sorting this out. He politely declined payment.
I deeply appreciate their thoroughness and their ethics, and I think I've found a new plumber for my future projects.

We use SJP for all our plumbing needs at our firm.  Raul, Luis, Diana, (can't remember everyone's names ;) but they are all great and helpful!  They are honest and have never taken advantage, like I have been from another company...

Ivan and his crew just came over and replaced a leaking water heater at my house.  His price was not only the best among all the other quotes I got, but the water heater (Bradford/White) they used was the same brand.   Their price included the fixings that other companies would nickel and dime you for, and still came out cheaper.

On top of that, during the work, I found out his company did service work for a huge search company in the area (does not start with a Y), and I actually knew the folks he works for when at that job-site.    This was a boost as I know that company's folks would not put up with shoddy work.

They arrived on-time, checking in with me a few times to let me know they're running a little late, and they drained my water heater, replaced my rigid pipes with flex-hose and explained to me every little thing they did.  They also gave me a tutorial as to how to use my water heater and finally used a intuit gopay dongle to process my payment.

All in all, I highly recommend using them for any plumbing related issues you have.  At least give them a call to quote it out.  You'll be pleasantly surprised.

One note:  do not purchase the coupon you see available for this company as that coupon is only for drain cleanings.  It does not say on the coupon, but don't think its just a service coupon that you can use for anything.   Still, 95 dollars for a drain cleaning only buys you a couple of bottles of draino's so its not a bad deal and your drains will need cleaning eventually, so even if you bought it, I'd think about keeping it around for when your drains do clog.

George Allen & Sons provided very honest and timely customer service! In addition, they are one of the few companies that will come out to Scotts Valley. I called them because the water heater went kaput. Turned out to be a fried controller that was under warranty. Hopefully I won't need to call them again anytime soon, but if I have any plumbing issues, they will be the first ones I call.

Karmonte was absolutely fantastic! I had a challenging issue with my leaking toilet pipe, but he tackled it with expertise and efficiency. Despite the difficulty, he managed to complete the job on time, showcasing his remarkable skills. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also went above and beyond by meticulously cleaning up the job site. I was truly impressed with how tidy everything was when he finished.
