I have a very old Thermador electric stove. One of the burners (the main one I always use) stopped working in September of 2018. I contacted Fuse HVAC and they were able to send someone the next day. Adam K came in. He figured out the problem - the burner contact had come lose and that in turn caused the fuse to blow and killed the switch in turn. He said he needed to order the switch and it would be very expensive part as the model is really old. I asked him to swap with the switch of a burner that I never used. He did that and the burner was working again. It was a routine 4 star service in my mind.

Fast forward to February of 2019. The same burner got a lose at its contact and I could see the short circuit spark. I stopped using the stove and called Fuse HVAC the next morning. It was a Saturday. They sent Adam K again and he promptly arrived at the time provided. This is a very ancient model and hence it was not really easy to remove and connect the burner back (as opposed to the most self help videos online. This is very different). It took a few minutes but Adam figured out how to remove and connect it properly. The burner was functional again. Luckily, I was still within the 6 month warranty. Adam didnt charge me for this.

I felt that the first service call last year was a little expensive but I needed my stove working again asap. The recent experience where Adam honored the warranty is when I felt that it was money well-spent. Keeping my fingers crossed that this does not happen again by being extra careful with that burner.

Based on this single experience with Fuse HVAC and Adam, I will definitely call them first for any future appliance issue.

Marcos was superb on a very challenging job.
We had some water damage and hired multiple plumbers and remediation contractors to come out to find the source of the leak.  Nobody was able to find it, much to our disappointment.  However, Marcos succeeded, with his dedicated effort and good intuition.
Furthermore, Marcos is great with his communication and promptness.  We are very pleased to have found him.

Rich Briscoe is, without a doubt, the finest plumber we have ever worked with in the last 40 years that we have owned our home. We had a bad experience with a local plumber years ago who did not complete the job as we requested and so, in our search for someone more reliable, we found Briscoe Plumbing. Not only is Rich professional, he is ingenious, thorough, and warm-hearted. He quickly responds to calls and goes over and above what he's being asked to do. A perfect example is the fact that we called him to do a bathroom job and he got it done correctly and left. 15 minutes after he left, we remembered we had a problem with a refrigerator grate that we were told by a Bosch refrigerator man was impossible to fix. Rich took on the job and fixed  it for us. Also, the handle of the refrigerator's freezer was broken and the same Bosch repairman charged us $150 to tell us it couldn't be fixed. Rich took the door off and with tenacity fixed it perfectly and we were so grateful to him and so happy. Moreover, Rich is reasonably priced, fair, and knowledgeable not just about plumbing, but about helping the homeowner get the care they need.

I called him up to ask about the cost to flush a hot water heater and he asked how old it was. Since my hot water heater is from 2004, he didn't recommend flushing it out. Due to age and likely significant sediment, it could stir it up enough to clog up the lines.  He didn't think it'd be worth it for me and recommended to save my money for replacing the water heater, which would likely be soon.

He's honest and gives a good opinion and I really appreciate that! Will call him when it breaks!

I had a leaking water heater.  The plumber came within 15 mins of calling them.  It turns out a drain pipe was just loose and they tightened it up.  I tried to pay them for the service call , but they wouldn't take it.  I will call them again anytime I need a plumber.

The current more than 10 years old water tank got water leak to floor. Looking for quick service in the market, Alex is one response and offer same day service with tank purchased from home Depot. Arrived on time and detail description to whole process and out-of-order parts replacement suggestion. He performs the state of the art skill and also fixed the previous incorrect installation. Within 3 hours, the new water tank was replaced and back to working status. Highly recommend to use the service.

The waterline from the meter at the curb to our house sprung a major leak coming through the sidewalk.  TPS responded quickly, came out and gave an honest assessment and a very fair estimate. , so we went with them.  TPS, came out on a Sunday b/c we really needed the water back on. They arrived nice and early and were done before 4:00pm.  Nice guys, very professional. Totally happy with their work and will use them again in the future.

Had a 15+ year water heater, noticed serious corrosion on bottom side of tank and decided to replace.  Initially thought would use Home Depot installation services, but was shocked at the quote estimate (included costs for permits, and several questionable upgrades).  I wanted to get the tank replaced over the holiday weekend and selected Plumb Tech based on high Yelp reviews (also they were the only company available that weekend!)

They did a great job - came out at the appointed time, installed the new water heater properly and did a good job at a good price (about 60% of Home Depot's estimate).  The next day there was a minor issue that needed attention and they came out promptly to resolve.  Ivan and crew were a pleasure to deal with.

Good, helpful service at a good price.  What more can you ask for?  Recommended.

I cannot say enough good about this family plumbing business.  Tyler, the son, scoped out the issues with my aged SC mtn home with corroded galvanized pipes, then brought dad in to do the work with him.  They gave me some carpentry tasks opening things up and got us back in business with full flow water.  Prompt, professional, fair priced, and a pleasure to find in this era.  You will not be disappointed.

I don't believe I ever made a bad review about a company that I was involved with. This plumbing company is in the list of certified contractors of American Home Shield, my home warranty company,  that they sent to look at my stoppage on my kitchen sewer line to the main line after paying $100. They did the usual snake process twice and reported that they found mud on the snake and requested AHS the use a camera to find the problem. AHS did not approve it saying it was my responsibility since it's not part of my contract. It was an emergency so I contacted another plumbing company, Gasca Plumbing, who did the identical procedure and they were able to clear the stoppage. They went down the crawl space to inspect and found my sewer pipe intact.
The report that Rock's Plumbing wrote to AHS was there was a SLAB LEAK. How can there be a slab leak if my house is NOT built on a SLAB but rather have a crawl space. I read a consumer review about Rocky's and some one advice that check on their license if it is active.
