Fuse charges $110 for diagnostics, which is credited towards your bill if you decide to do business with them. I think this is a shady practice because the $110 will be a decent chunk of your total bill - it was half of mine. If you do the diagnostics, then you're pretty much invested, otherwise you'll be throwing away your money. I learned from this mistake and hopefully you don't have to do the same. Overall, their repair estimates are way higher than their competitors. Again, once you do the diagnostics, you're trapped - your bill at the minimum is $110. Don't be fooled by their good ratings.

Marcos was responsive & helpful! He found the leak within minutes of arriving, despite the fact that we also had a leaky shower valve. Turns out it was just a leaky landscape valve!

Mike and his guys did several jobs at my house over the last year including a partial repipe, new drains, and some work on gas lines. In each case there was great communication from start to finish, a very fair price, and the work was all top notch. So much so that other contractors that have been to my house commented on how good the work looked.

Best of all Mike and team are good people who you'll want to do business with....Highly recommend!

Rich recently installed a new hot water heater and fixed another problem under a sink. He responded very quickly to our call and was extremely efficient and courteous. He was also reasonably priced. I would give him 10 stars if I could. He could not have done it better.

I needed a gas line removed to my pool heater and they came out same day, did the job and more!  They offered to take out the pipe to the heater at no extra charge.  Great guys and I will keep them on speed dial!!!

The warranted plumbing team was fantastic! They turned around our job so quickly and professionally that I wish they did more than just plumbing. I would hire them to do it all! We will definitely work with them in the future.

We've been using Steve Davis for years now. He is trustworthy, responsive, and reliable; and he charges reasonable rates. The most recent visit he paid us, he actually taught me how to fix the problem the next time around! Highly recommend Steve for your plumbing services.

These guys are awesome.  I called them on a Saturday morning around 10:00 a.m. with a nonemergency issue -- a leak in the drain under the kitchen sink, but slow enough to be contained with buckets.  I'm out of town and I have tenants in the place, and they would be happy if the drain was fixed, but definitely not an emergency.  On Time Plumbing was able to get out to the property sometime between 11:00 and 12:00 of the same day.  Yes, within 2 hours of my call.  On a weekend.  They charged $175 for the job, which seemed fair enough to me.  Also offered a 90-day warranty on the repair.  I haven't seen the work yet in person, but my tenants tell me it looks like good quality.  Fine with me -- these will be the guys who I call in the future.

Unfortunately, I had to hire another plumber to finish the job. Summary of Advanced Repipe Specialist is below:

PROS:
* They worked really hard
* Great sheet rock work
* No leaks
* All new fixtures (look and work great)
* Fast and friendly quoting; Bill was very knowledgeable and efficient

CONS:
* They abandoned the job:
 - I had to hire a new plumber after 10 months of no work
 - I had to spend an extra $3,000 to finish the job
* They promised 1-2 day max to complete the first phase of plumbing work, but it took 4 days. That was difficult because I had only scheduled two days off work to keep the house open for them to work there.
* They left trash (excess pipes, pieces) under the house. It took me about two hours of crawling under the house to clean it up, which was required to pass inspection.
* Pipes were not secured correctly. Pipes fell down after plumbers left with no willingness to fix it. Another plumber was required to fix it and pass inspection.
* Too much up-selling, when working on plumbing
* The contract says the plumber will be there for inspections, but they did not show up.

Awesome service, Adrian is easy to talk to and very responsive. Woke up to a puddle in my garage and discovered that the water heater was leaking. Quick Yelp check and called Dependable Water Heaters on my drive to work (hands free of course) a few questions and was able to secure an appointment same afternoon to replace my 15+ year old water. Very happy with the work!

The current more than 10 years old water tank got water leak to floor. Looking for quick service in the market, Alex is one response and offer same day service with tank purchased from home Depot. Arrived on time and detail description to whole process and out-of-order parts replacement suggestion. He performs the state of the art skill and also fixed the previous incorrect installation. Within 3 hours, the new water tank was replaced and back to working status. Highly recommend to use the service.

THE BEST! HONEST, REASONABLE PRICING & GREAT SERVICE. We have been using San Jose Plumbing for years and they are simply the best. Kevin (the founder/owner) was still working in the field and still is as far as I know. We called them to install a main line clean out a couple years back. Kevin came out and did some 'experienced investigating' and started digging a 12x12 area. Shazam! We already had a clean out that had been covered for decades. My family has lived in our home for 55 years and never knew it was there. Kevin's honesty and professionalism saved us over $1000! He did the work himself and was here until after 8pm. Who else would have done that much investigative work to save a customer money?! I wish the answer was 'everybody', but we know that simply isn't true. But San Jose Plumbing did!
They are the best! I cannot recommend them highly enough.

it would seem i've had plumbing issues come on all at once. 2 clogged drains, a leaky faucet, and a broken pipe.  so i gave them a call in the afternoon, and they were able to send someone out the next day.  thank goodness for speedy!  and they showed up on time, even a bit early.

the guys who came out were super nice. very professional and respectful.  they even put booties on before coming in every time.  they quickly assessed the problems, gave me an idea of cost, then got to work.  they were done in about an hour, including a trip to the hardware store to get a part.  they charge by the hour, but don't let that worry you... they seem to work fast.

so now my drip is gone, water is flowing, and i'm happy.  the pipe will wait for another day.  they gave me an idea what it will cost, and it seemed reasonable.  i'd absolutely use them again.

Had a regular ol' run-of-the-mill clogged kitchen sink. Butch came out and took care of it promptly, explained the issue, and snaked it for us. He was on time, which is highly appreciated.

I can't say anything about any more complex issues, but I'd have no problem calling them again.
