Started out good,  but to hand write a one line item quote they wanted an additional $25. And Jim was quite proud of that!

There's lots  of plumbers around. Just wanted to stay local, but they have changed.

I could accept the original high price but the quote charge (which I needed for my realtor) was plain ridiculous.

Call Elite Plumbing for fixing the three leaks for my restaurant. The representative quoted us a price and sent the technician out next day. He diagnosed the issues regarding the leaks and suggested the best way to repair it. The works he's done were perfectly and efficiently. I'll definitely recommend Elite plumbing to anyone who got leaks problem.

Matt was kind enough to to set up an appointment last-minute AND willing to come to our house and help repair our sink on a holiday. Matt was very kind, efficient, and professional. Highly recommended.

We love Oak Plumbing and the owner is a great local businessman.  Travis Ballard came out to our home and was very professional and did a great job!  He helped unclog one of our toilets.  We have used them for other service too.  Give them a call if you need quick and responsive help.  Ryan Hill

Dmitruy was courteous and professional. Assessed the leaky toilet issue, got the parts he needed and fixed it! After a week I can still report he must fixed the correct part. No leaky toilet.

That said, once reached,  Van was great on the phone.  We coordinated an emergency visit.   Tim was a wonder working on my problem --- connect from meter to house cracked and leaking.  

It all went great and for a price that beat earlier estimates.  I will call them again .

Amazing! We've had issues with water pressure for over a month and today it came to a full stop. We had two other plumbers quote to re-pipe our entire house both quotes were $8,000.00 and up. That didn't pass the smell test to me since neither previous plumber actually LOOKED at the plumbing or asked questions.

Diego was our superhero for the day and God bless him! He took the time to not only provide suggestions, but to also explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. The issue ended up being with our water softener and had nothing to do with the plumbing.

So glad I trusted my gut and reached out to OC plumbing. From the moment I asked for an estimate these guys were on it. They were fast, knowledgeable, honest and considerate. Traits you rarely find anywhere anymore.

We'll reach out to them again to replace some faucets, but I pray, we never need their services for something like this again. If we do, I know who to call......These Guys!

Thank you Kenny Rogers Plumbing! We recieved the BEST service from them. When our sink becamed clogged and would not drain, I called several plumbers who could not be at my house until a later time. I had to be somewhere and was in a hurry but needed the problem fixed. After calling Kenny Rogers Plumbing, he showed up in a short time and fixed the problem.  Not only was he fast and reliable, but also polite and genuinely happy to help me. I was able to be on time to my apt. I strongly recommend his services.

Axel responded to my request for bids on replacing my sewer lateral, was responsive and helped me understand the differences between options. D&Ws TrenchFree technology was what fit my situation best. They completed the job quickly, barely disrupted our yard and garden and came at a good price. I'd recommend them for anybody.

Joseph and Fred came to fix a backed up sink.
Had to crawl under the house (thanks to the rain it was very muddy). Cut the drain line in 2 places and hydro blasted the line to be sure it was clear. Extremely knowledgeable and efficient and as if that wasn't enough, they were also very reasonable. I highly recommend Royal Plumbing and will be using them for all my future plumbing needs.

Miracle Plumber, specifically Chris, was amazing. They not only came out and solved my problem but they were honest and trustworthy. They took time to educate me on how to prevent further issues so I won't have to call them again. Highly recommend!

This review is for the bad communication, attitude and professionalism.
I schedule a time to have someone to come and replace a toilet. I ask them precisely to call me 20min before getting to my house. That didn't happen.
JOSHUA, the guy they sent. Didn't wear his shoe covers, he place the old toilet bottoms screws next to my tooth paste on the cabinet counter and clean the pills from removing the old toilet was clean with my own bath mat.
After asking him to move his truck out the way on the street, he refused telling me to talk to his supervisor.
Not having this company again in my home.

Called these guys today and got a hold of Aaron who was very quick to come out and help. I had backed up pipes throughout my house and he was able to clear them at a very reasonable rate! Thankful for such fast and friendly service as every other place I called wasn't able to send anyone out for hours. If you need a repair done quickly and efficiently be sure to call Aaron! I finally found a plumbing company I can rely on, thanks!

I have had their service a couple of times in the past, never a problem.  But I guess their service have gone south.

I had an appointment from 8AM to 9AM, no show or no call to let me know they will be late.  I called back close to 9AM to check up, the technician said he is on the say and will be there shortly by 9:15AM.  By 9:30AM, still no show.  I called back and now they told me van broke down.  I understand van can break down and thing can happen, but isn't this a basic courtesy to let your customer that you will be late.  It doesn't make sense for me to have to follow up twice.

Then first thing the technician tells me as soon he arrived was that the job is $250 but he will give it to me for $200.  $200 was what I was quoted when I made the appointment.  Then when I called back to speak to the customer service, and I was told the price is $202.50 and she will give it to me for $200.  Excuse me.  How did the price all of a sudden goes up and then comes down to my quoted price as a special discount for being late?

Late without giving a heads up is already bad enough, but dishonest is just a no go.

I highly recommend Aptos Plumbing. We were on vacation, the toilet was plugged. Bruce one of the owners showed up in less than an hour. He worked hard, troubleshot the problem with his camera and specialty locator device. In an hour or so he had the line unclogged and problem solved. Cheers!

I normally like doing my own minor plumbing repairs, but I recently got myself in to a bit of trouble with a sheared screw which sat in the base of a shower seat while replacing the infamous failed Kohler temperature regulator. I was fully expecting the worst case of sorry sir, I'll have to replace the whole seat, it's too difficult to repair.   To the contrary and my surprise, they applied a bit of ingenuity and after a trip to grab parts, the whole shower was repaired for the cost of a few hours of labor.  The repairs was fabulous and they cleaned up the shower nicely while adding some extra caulking for good measure. I feel like they treated my home like their own.

On Mother's Day as we were cleaning up at my Mother In Laws house the garbage disposal leaked everywhere.  As it was late Sunday evening we decided to wait until the morning. I am out by Modesto so was unable to be onsite, so I wanted to make sure we had a reliable plumber with great reviews.  After several calls I found Wally at Save Plumbing, he verified he could fit us in at the end of the day and even offered a senior discount which saved about $75 on the service.  He showed up on time and spoke to me over the phone throughout the process.  He completed the job in less than an hour, was very knowledgeable and explained the process to my M-I-L as he went through the service.  He sent pictures to verify completion and even replaced the sink drain casing at no additional cost.  I appreciate Wally and the customer service he provided to my elderly family members

Had Rene out to replace a gas line valve this past week on short notice. He did a great job, was quick, ad talked us through exactly what was needed and our options to upgrade a few other items to make our house a bit safer. We'll definitely use these guys again next time we need anything plumbing related done at the house.
