Went to franks for tub valve which was leaking.Removed part to be replaced.Replaced part and still was leaking.Went back to franks and was told by the owner that we needed another part to fix leak.Never was told of that possibility.Frank was very condescending and told my friend who was trying to be assured that this was the part and told if he tore the package he would own it.He also mentioned a plumber would always replace both.Franks is a local store with much higher prices,does not accept credit cards and does not have the courtesy
To be helpful to his customers.Never returning to franks again.Franks should close his doors to the public and sell wholesale only.

Prompt response!!  Matt is the first one responding to my quote request among the other three.  He replied within 2 minutes after I requested a quote for our toilet !  Impressive!!  He came the next day afternoon, found the problem and fixed it.  He's a nice guy.  I would recommend him !

Had them install a toilet for me.  The price was fair, He was on time, very nice, very knowledgeable.  He also did a wonderful job and I'm so happy I didn't have to do it.  I will definitely be using them again.  Thanks Oak Plumbing

Stanislov and Dmitri came to check the washing machine inlet valves after Best Buy reported that they were leaking and they wouldn't install the washing machine. It turns out there was nothing wrong with the valves. It was just water pressure pushing water out after tap is closed. They helped install the washing machine as well. Now I need to get my refund from Best Buy.

I'm extremely satisfied with Steve Simms!  I'm a new homeowner in Montara with a private well.  Steve did a well inspection before I purchased the home, which I had the previous owners pay for.  But after I moved in, as a first time well owner, I called Steve to enquire about the test results and how to maintain the well.  Not only did Steve explain the test results, he came to my home personally to explain how the well works and how to maintain it -  well beyond my expectations.

Today I noticed some problems with my water pressure and found that the storage tank was depleted - some problem with the pump occured without my noticing and now I had no water to my home.  And it was a Saturday.  I called Simms Plumbing and left a voicemail, not expecting to hear from them until office hours resumed on Monday.  But, I got a call from Steve within a few hours.  Steve talked me through the troubleshooting on the phone, and we were able to resolve the issue!  Water back on!  Awesome!  I thought I was going to go the weekend without water, but thanks to Steve's promptness and knowledge, I'm back in business.  Thanks Steve!

Our shower started to clog at 8PM on a Friday night. Of course it would, right? This is one of the few plumbers who will answer the call at this time, and the dispatch had Van call back right away. It was an issue with the whole house backing up, and we were willing to wait until the morning and he came first thing and unclogged the sewer.

He also has technology that can send a camera through to see the source of a problem, which can be very useful if a clog reoccurs. Altogether, a very good experience with a nice guy and his crew, and prompt service. Thank you Van!

Responded quickly to my Yelp request for a quote.  Met me at home at my convenience and gave me different options for a replacement 40 gallon gas water heater.  The next day they came as promised and completed the job quickly.  They threw in a few of the options that were in the higher price quote at no extra cost.

Our kitchen sink was clogged and our neighbor recommended Bailey Plumbing. Here are pros and cons of the service in my opinion:

Pros: Responded to our request really quickly and in a kind manner. I was not in the house when the plumbers arrived but my husband spoke very highly about their work.They started by quoting us about $500 to unclog the sink. But the drain snake couldn't solve the problem. Then they sent a camera to check and it turns out that our kitchen pipe was badly clogged. According to the camera, there were also some leaks in our bathroom pipes and the sewer. I heard that the plumbers were very nice and professional so he trusted their judgements.

Cons: The price was way too high in my opinion. My husband trusted them and chose one of the five choices they offered us, which was repairing SOME leaks on the sewer (not for the whole house and outside), fixing ONE shower leak (not all of the three bathrooms) and fixing the kitchen drain using ABS with 2 years warranty. Our cost jumped from about $500 to nearly $8K, with no discount at all. The total working hours for this project was 2 hours, from 3pm to 5pm. I fully understand the inflation nowadays. But I still couldn't understand how a 2 hours fixing some leak projects would cost us $8K.

That's to be said, I appreciate their kindness and efficiency. But I think you should request other quotes and compare the prices before agreeing to start the project with them.

Thank you Kenny Rogers Plumbing! We recieved the BEST service from them. When our sink becamed clogged and would not drain, I called several plumbers who could not be at my house until a later time. I had to be somewhere and was in a hurry but needed the problem fixed. After calling Kenny Rogers Plumbing, he showed up in a short time and fixed the problem.  Not only was he fast and reliable, but also polite and genuinely happy to help me. I was able to be on time to my apt. I strongly recommend his services.

Axel responded to my request for bids on replacing my sewer lateral, was responsive and helped me understand the differences between options. D&Ws TrenchFree technology was what fit my situation best. They completed the job quickly, barely disrupted our yard and garden and came at a good price. I'd recommend them for anybody.

To investigate water pipe, they remobed sheetrock, but they did not take it back. Even he did not make appointment with another person to take care.

I have had their service a couple of times in the past, never a problem.  But I guess their service have gone south.

I had an appointment from 8AM to 9AM, no show or no call to let me know they will be late.  I called back close to 9AM to check up, the technician said he is on the say and will be there shortly by 9:15AM.  By 9:30AM, still no show.  I called back and now they told me van broke down.  I understand van can break down and thing can happen, but isn't this a basic courtesy to let your customer that you will be late.  It doesn't make sense for me to have to follow up twice.

Then first thing the technician tells me as soon he arrived was that the job is $250 but he will give it to me for $200.  $200 was what I was quoted when I made the appointment.  Then when I called back to speak to the customer service, and I was told the price is $202.50 and she will give it to me for $200.  Excuse me.  How did the price all of a sudden goes up and then comes down to my quoted price as a special discount for being late?

Late without giving a heads up is already bad enough, but dishonest is just a no go.

Toilet leaking.  Just what you need during Covid.  No problems coming out, and easily replaced the toilet, without us having to go shopping for it.  Very happy, they were very professional.  Thank you Aptos Plumbing!

I had reached out to Save Plumbing for evaluating a leak in shut-off valve for refrigerator. The very next day, plumber Wally showed up. He thoroughly checked the issue and identified the root cause. Unlike other plumbers who suggested replacing the entire box, Wally fixed it by replacing some parts of the valve and with fraction of the cost. If you are looking for talented, honest and reliable plumber, I highly recommend Save Plumbing.

I'm giving Renee one star and would give him no stars if I could. He quoted me $175 to clear my sewer line over the phone. When he arrived and found he would have to clear the line from my bathroom he wanted to charge me $500 for the job.
So instead of saying he did not want to do the job he added $325 to the quote so he could walk away from the job.
I have been a Building Engineer for over thirty years and have used numerous plumbers over the years. The normal charge to pull a toilet is $50.00.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and would not recommend Renee to anyone I know. He just wants make a quick buck and move on.
