I'm writing this review for my parents (they don't know how to use yelp) who had nothing but great things to say about Franks Plumbing. Their water heater went out and they had called around and Franks had the best prices and got someone to fix it right away. They were professional, knowledgeable and have great customer service. They also recommended a roofer to my parents after a leak in the ceiling and they were very happy with that service as well. Highly recommend this place and very thankful for the awesome service!

Excellent service in replacing our water heater in a timely manner. Responsive to follow up questions. Took responsibility for minor carpet stains from old, rusted heater unit. Would recommend and will definitely use again.

Water in the toilet tank was slow filling up. Made a call yesterday and Matt showed up today. Quick fix for him. Quick service. Friendly and very high customer service. Very reasonable cost. We appreciate you, Matt!

Where to start, I had leaking angle stops and old supply lines. Thankfully I contacted oak plumbing!  Frank was my technician and I'm glad he was. Frank was very pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend oak plumbing as well as Frank!

Dmitruy was courteous and professional. Assessed the leaky toilet issue, got the parts he needed and fixed it! After a week I can still report he must fixed the correct part. No leaky toilet.

Simms have been our go-to plumbers for over forty years.  That says a lot.  The Simms brothers originally plumbed the house we've been in for thirty years and have taken care of the household plumbing and the well ever since.  (Just sorry they don't do irrigation too!)  They are always reliable and the office staff is great.  They bend over backwards to take care of their customers, and their rates are reasonable.

Diego showed up on time, and did a great job fixing a leak in my wall that was situated in a tight space. It was a complicated repair, and Diego accomplished it by using Shark Bite style plumbing couplers. I do recommend OC Plumbing. 5 stars!

Kenny warned me about a potential plumbing problem and I didn't listen to him, stupid me! The freeze is here and yes my pipes broke, called Kenny Rogers Plumbing and BAM he was on it. What GREAT SERVICE !! Great response and a fair price, what more could you want?

Axel responded to my request for bids on replacing my sewer lateral, was responsive and helped me understand the differences between options. D&Ws TrenchFree technology was what fit my situation best. They completed the job quickly, barely disrupted our yard and garden and came at a good price. I'd recommend them for anybody.

I took a chance on this start-up and was beyond satisfied with their work. I was originally quoted almost $1,000 for some plumbing work from another plumbing company and this company quoted me at $375 with a one-year warranty.

Luis is the main guy and he is fantastic! He works with an ethical standard most contractors do not. My husband was out for the day and so I was home alone with Luis and his worker, George. I felt completely safe with both of them there.  

I will call Luis for future plumbing/sewer work and will tell anyone that will listen to me to call them as well. I would give them 10 stars if it was available.

I found TPG on Yelp! I sent them a message and they immediately responded back. I was able to book an appointment for an estimate.

The technician they sent over came within the specified time frame and provided an initial estimate to me.

Unfortunately, they charged a higher price than the other estimate I got and it was beyond my expectation. I tried to ask a lower price, but it took more time for the technician to convince me that it is reasonable price than the time to finish the job. He talked to me for the price for 40 minutes, the job was done in 30 minutes if the time for him to get the parts is not counted.

The technician did not bring the parts first even I told them what the problem was, but it took him 30 minutes to the parts later on.

I had to say that the quality of job was good, and the work area was cleaned as well.

They did the free estimation, but the quote was high even they claimed it is a discounted price. But for a refrigerator water line shutoff valve replacement ( cut off the old one, soldered on a new one, and replace the plastic box) to charge $460 ( discounted to $385 if done with other jobs) is still too much.

If you like to have your job done quickly  and OK with the price they ask, it would be OK, but I do suggest you need some backup plans before you call them in for estimation, you may get stuck if you have to get it done on their visits.

This plumbing company is beyond excellent! They are a family-owned business, and they are professional and efficient and reasonable! They go beyond the call of duty to help you and explain what they are doing. They are hard-working and very knowledgeable. I recommend this company without reservations!!

Bruce and Justin were awesome! Ended up not needing their service, but they didn't charge anything. I thought I had lost my engagement ring down the drain, ended up finding it somewhere else! Great service and knowledgeable. Called this morning and they came within a half hour or so. Thanks so much!

Had a good experience with this company. Everything about it was smooth and trustworthy! Just wish I remembered the guys name that did work on my house cause he did a great job!

Wally is an amazing plumber who fixed our two toilets, and we would definitely recommend him!  My wife and I called him for a quote to replace our toilet valves and found him to be very reasonable and courteous.  We scheduled him for his earliest availability, and happy that he was available on the same day (which was a Sunday too).

Wally arrived on time, and was very polite from the beginning.  We told him the story of how I tried to fix it myself, but half-way through, I got stuck and decided it was better to leave it to a professional.  Wally was so nice - he complimented me on my progress of fixing it and was happy to explain his steps to replace the valve.  Additionally, the flapper lid needed to be replaced, and he was nice enough to only charge for the material and not labor (our toilet did not take the universal flapper lid type).   My wife asked some questions about replacing the shower faucet and Wally took time to provide tips and common pitfalls.  After asking so many questions, we both found Wally to be knowledgable, patient, warm, and courteous.

Overall, the toilets were fixed quickly and professionally.  Wally is highly recommended!
