These guys are local, honest, and professional.  
After losing hot water and only getting a trickle of cold water pressure throughout our home I felt it was time to call in the cavalry....

First, I had our Hot water heater checked out by Ben F plumber as part of our warranty for it.  The plumber came out and spent over an hour trying to determine the problem while on the phone with his boss....He kept repeating that this does not  look good and gave me an estimate for $2200 to replace a gate valve and set a bypass around water softener.  Water softener would be another $6-8k... Yeah, his prices did not look good...

After this episode, I called the local Home Depot and received a recommendation for Frank's plumbing.  They were family run and have been here in MH for many years.  I spoke with Jim and he determined over the phone that the problem was probably a water softener and agreed to come out and inspect everything.   He inspected the gate valve and it was fine.  He helped me find a good price on a water softener and replaced it and removed our old one.  He explained everything to me and was a true professional.   I ended up spending about 1/10 of the price and definitely will keep their number handy...Great job guys!

Had a disaster w a handyman who did not know what he was doing.  He broke the handle on the water main into the house then stripped the threads on the valve itself.  No water into the house.  He left and could not fix.  This was at 8p.

Thankfully Elite Plumbing came within 1 hr and saved the day.  New valve installed after 30 mins.  Cannot be more grateful.  Thank you Awais.

I called Matt and he answered right away. He really cares to solve your problem. Very professional and knowledgable. He immediately recognized the problem and gave me a very fair quote. I would highly recommend him and I would use him from now on for all my plumbing issues. Thank you Matt.

Great service with no sales pressure!

I just had my water heater replaced by another company, and afterward, when I turned in my heater, it only blew cold air.  I have an unusual heating system that uses hot water to heat the air and then blow it through the condo, so I figured that they didn't install the water heater correctly. But when I called company X, they had no clue what I was talking about or what might have happened.

Enter Oak Plumbing and Nate. They came to my house in my timetable, gave me a two hour window (company X gave me a 6 hour window and missed it), and came within a half hour of its opening.

Nate saw the problem immediately.  Company X didn't plug in the water pump to the heating into.  Plug it in, good to go.  

Nate also pointed out that they installed one of the pipes incorrectly so that it is out of permit compliance.

Nate took pictures and wrote up what he found so that I could use it to scold company X.

Plus, since he had an easy call, he looked at my toilets and gave me his recommendations (small issues with both) for free. No sales pressure. Just suggested I talk over the options with my wife and very back to them if we decide to act.

Overall, I am thoroughly pleased.

Dmitri is a highly skilled professional. He is an honest person, and know quite a few different trades, including plumbing, fence, wall, gutter, epoxy, electricals, and many more.

I hired him doing many different jobs after purchasing an old property. He is smart enough to figure out things.

Most importantly, he is a hard worker and trust worthy.

Called to get an estimate, was told I will get a call from owner Steve. Never called. I followed up again and was given the run around again. Very unprofessional. Do not bother with this company.

Seems like Joe had a real family emergency and he felt really sorry for the way he left me waiting. This time he offered me free install of the faucet that I ordered online and cleared one of the toilet clogs. Despite my attempts to pay for the service Joe said I am really sorry for your experience and consider this my token of gratitude for letting me come by and complete the work. Now why did leave the 1 star off and give 4 stars .. well turns out there is a small gap between the kitchen sink and the platform, which is a bigger leak than the filter faucet. I wish the first inspection identified this. Now I have to wait and find the right people to fix the Cualking or even worse replace the kitchen sink. All in all I am extremely happy with the punctuality of this company. They promise to be on time and 2 times in a row a minute before shceduled time slot. They give an exact time for appointment instead of a 2 hour window like most other facilities companies do. Keep up the good work. Leaving my previous review here for historical reference only

I would have given negative stars if it was possible.
Looking at only 2 reviews on Yelp for this new business wanted to try them. The first impression was good. They responded with a quote within an hour. Scheduled diagnostic appointment with a note: 89$ cost will be used towards repairs. Tech arrived one minute before scheduled time. I was impressed and happy.

Fast forward to estimate for repairs it was high. and when called Mr Joe was rude and said you run a business and tell me how much it will take to repair these things. and by the way to sent my technician back after diagnosis so 89$ will be not be subtracted from total for repairs. Then after a few phone calls, text messages Joe agreed to cover the 89$ into repair cost. and scheduled repair appointment.

30 mins before scheduled appointment time I get a text from Joe saying he has a family emergency. I hope all is well. Then no response to my calls, voicemails or text messages. At least have the human courtesy to let me know you are not available. Never going to call this guy again.
Joe doesn't know how to handle business and clients. Very poor customer service

OK, Kenny didn't do our work, so a 5-star might be premature, but after I wrote the initial review 2 things happened:  1) Kenny actually CALLED THAT NIGHT to see how I'd done with interviewing contractors, if I had any other questions, etc.  I know.  Whaaat?  and 2) His referrals turned out to be very different from each other, but both good. We went with Water Quality Plumbing, and - following Kenny's advice - we knew what questions to ask, including asking them to take $1,000 off the price if we dug the trench ourselves. They did, we dug, and it was such a pain in the a** that it would've probably been worth $1,000 for us to have them do it! Anyway, that's beside the point. The real point is, Kenny helped us through what was a really crappy situation, and even though he couldn't come and do the actual work he will always be a super-star in my book. I hope I can get on his calendar to plumb our bathroom remodel!

Axel and Oscar were on time and were two of the most professional plumbers I have ever dealt with!  Honest about all the work being performed and no surprises.  I would highly recommend this crew for any of your plumbing needs!  Thank you for your efforts!

I hired Royal plumbing to redo the entire plumbing at my house in San Francisco. The work has recently been completed. Over the past few months that I've been working with this team, I've seen nothing but a professional team that delivers high quality. The team is always responsive and available to answer my questions and address any concerns.

The scope included redoing the entire plumbing, installing water heater as well as the plumbing fixtures. They not only did a great job at the rough plumbing part and schedule/passed all inspections on time but also did a great job installing all my finishes.

Working at San Francisco is not easy as it has its own code and regulations. Royal plumbing offered a great price and completed the job without and issues at reasonable time. They showed up on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) when needed and proved that they truly care about their customers. I highly recommend them.

Judy from Miracle Plumbing Inc. is absolutely amazing! Not only did she answer the call but she talked me through the self repair of my garbage disposal. Instead of just sending someone out and charging me, she took the time to walk me through steps she would take to see if I could resolve the issue on my own at no cost. What can I say about Davila plumbing but simply they are the best at what they do. Good customer service is hard to come by nowadays.
I've used Davila plumbing twice and both times they have exceeded my expectations. They have gone above and beyond.
First time was the toilet was clogged with one of kids toys. Called Luis and immediately sent one of they plumbers on a Sunday afternoon.  Our plumber was Hunter. He was polite and respectful and wore the booties when he was in my house. He carefully explained my options and long story short our toilet was back in business.
Recently one of our pipes in our front lawn developed a leak so I called Luis again. Hunter was there to the rescue again.  He explained what was leaking and what needs to be done.  Couple hours later the leak is fixed.
I just want to recommend Davila plumbing on all your plumbing needs because the are the best at what they do. They have set the bar way way high. Hunter is the role model of professionalism and Luis he deserves to get promoted!  Good job guys keep up the great work

I am so happy to find a plumber that does what he says.
I called on behalf of my tenant and spoke to Wally who arranged an appointment right away for John to go to Dublin---convenient for  tenant.
John was able to clear the line lickety split and everyone is happy.
I was quoted one price to just snake the line, and another to also pull the toilet if necessary.  Luckily it wasnt necessary and I appreciate not being taken advantage of --as I was not able to be there.

Alert Plumbing has done a number of jobs for me over the last few years and I cannot recommend them enough. Like many YELP reviews, this one is overdue. They always do exemplary work and go above and beyond to make sure their customer is happy. We recently had a non-plumbing job and Reuben helped organized someone else to come do the job for us and never asked for anything in return. He just wanted to make sure we were well taken care of. Their service and work is unmatched. 5-stars!

Our water tank had reached end of life and we decided to install an on demand water heater. They are very knowledgable, thorough and accommodating. I would highly recommend them for any of your plumping needs.

My kitchen sink backed up and wouldn't drain properly. The garbage disposal drain some water while the rest cane up the other side (dual sink). Took apart the pipes and got some gunk out but it wasn't enough.

Called Plumbing Care yesterday and they were completely booked for the next few days. Somehow they squeezed me in early this morning. Dimitry came this morning and was able to get in unclogged. Turned out the clog was pretty deep in the pipes.

Morale of the story. Don't put rice (tough for Asians) and pasta in the garbage disposal. If you already have, call Plumbing Care.

Wells is a superb professional. Fast,friendly and timely to respond and getting a quality work done.

Stopped by to give an estimate for hooking up the water for my new fridge. Said it was gonna cost $475, which seemed high. Another plumber said they could use our existing line for $150 or replace it for 3x as much, which might save us from leaks down the road. Went with the cheaper option. Wish these guys had given us the cheaper option.
