Wasn't able to remove the clog first go around, had to wait for the weather to clear and snake it from the large roof vent.  Did receive some sewer gas in the basement which was of concern but after about a week looking good so far and they warranted their work for 30days.  very professional and willing to help when it is safe to do so and would hire them again.  and competitively prices

I used bellows last year to replace the guts of my toilet. It was a fairly straightforward job, but a year and a few weeks later, the same problem started again. They made an exception to their guarantee policy and sent john out to replace the part.
Indeed, it was defective and at no cost to me it was replaced. JOHN ROCKS!!!, so friendly, and has years of experience...think he could do the job blindfolded....thanks bellows!!!

Shawn and his team are amazing ...extremely professional and quick ..very easy to work with..I was so happy that he was able to get a brand new water heater installed withing 2 hrs and just a few hours notice ...highly recommend him

These guys fixed the water pressure in my house, they were able to diagnosis the problem quickly and knew it was our house water filtering system that was old that was broken.

They explained options and pricing, and did not force us to opt with the more expensive route. They were able to just disassemble the filter and re-route the piping. It really did fix the problem.

It was a quick process. They knew to take off their shoes when entering. Very polite, considerate, and competitive pricing.

No B.S. no upselling. Highly recommended and will use them in the future.

Came home at 5:15 on a Friday night of a holiday weekend to find our water heater had burst and the garage was flooded. I called Marquez Plumbing and by 7:30 pm the water heater was replaced. Excellent customer service. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Fernando, Bulmaro, and Julio were the contractors that helped prepare my condo to be move-in ready and they did an amazing job.  They repainted the walls, repaired everything that needed to be repaired, and stained the kitchen cabinets at just the right color, which was difficult to do given its incredibly specific coloring.  They were kind, friendly, considerate, efficient, and got the job done sooner than I was expecting.  I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Niko was an amazing plumber.  He arrived on time and he was quick!  My garbage disposal was replaced in no time.  I very much appreciated him wearing a face mask, covering his shoes when he came inside my house and left his work area clean when he was done.

Best of all, his rate was very affordable.  I would definitely use his services again in the future and I'll recommend him to my friends.

Eugene was a complete professional.  I received a super fast response when I messaged him.  Not only was the plumbing work the cleanest, and best work I've seen, but his prices are reasonable, as well.  I wouldn't work with any other plumbing in the future.

Called this company for my condo. The receptionist has a thick accent and does not come across as the friendliest. Asked her to call my renter to set up an appointment, they never did and just sent the plumber there!

The receptionist swears that she did speak with my renter while my renter had no idea they were coming, think Ill believe my renter...Also, was told that when they did get the call, they were yelled at.

Another appointment is made to come back only this time, the plumber's child is sick. This is not the issue, the issue is you have only one person per day for any and all jobs??

They were going to call and tell us if this person could come the following day and by Day 3 no updates.

I have finally had enough. Thanks but no thanks. Ill find someone else. Here is your notification.

My old faucets were almost destroyed, and I ordered new ones for both bathrooms. In the morning I called Fuse, in the evening I already had new faucets. Also, the guys Kirill and Stephen cleared the blockage in the toilet bowl, absolutely free of charge.

I noticed a leak in my first floor ceiling and got worried. We poked around and a gush of water came out. It was a weekend so I knew no one would come out. I called Ray and he gave me some directions on how to keep things at bay until he could come out. When he did come to take a look, he was on time and super nice. He put my mind at ease and we'll be working on the repairs. It's a bigger job than I anticipated but I feel comfortable working with Ray.

Hiring Freedom Underground Plumbing was perhaps the best decision I have made so far this year. When I bought my new house some 5 months ago I noticed that the bathtub was not draining quickly; soon afterward the kitchen sink began to get clogged and the bathtub drain began making frequent hick-up sounds; the alarm went off when the sink in my garage began to be filled up with filthy water carrying linen from the laundry, which flowed up from the sewage line. After doing a search on the Internet, I concluded that my house's lateral sewage line had to be completely clogged, most likely by roots from the nearby trees, and therefore needed to be dug up and replaced. After asking other homeowners at work I realized that I was looking at a repair which would likely end up costing me many thousands of dollars, yet I had no choice but to have the repair done immediately.

When I asked for a contractor I got a call from Freddy, who runs Freedom Underground Plumbing. When Freddy came home to give me an assessment he didn't ask for any payment to inspect the lateral sewage line with a special camera (unlike other plumbing companies do). By that means Freddy was able to follow the camera's progress inside the sewage lateral line with an manually held electric device and then pinpoint the exact location where the pipe was clogged and therefore impeded the further advance of the camera. Now here is where the story gets interesting: the clog was detected some 40 feet away from my house (by the sidewalk) yet he did not pitch me a replacement of the entire sewage line, as I'm sure other contractors would have done by taking advantage of my lack of knowledge on this subject; he recommended instead to replace only the segment that had been clogged so as to lower my expenses; he explained to me that he could replace the entire clay pipe leading up to that point if I wanted, but that it was not really necessary for the time being. Imagine that: a company advising a new customer how to save money at the company's own expense! His honesty (and friendliness) had me sold! I hired him right away and he and his co-worker arrived punctually on the day agreed on, which was a Saturday. He showed me every phase of the job, showed the clogged segment of the sewage pipe to me (which had been fractured and was filled with roots), gave me thorough explanations of the work he was doing, and quickly finished the job. The best part is that he charged me much less than what I was expecting to pay! Freddy even went inside my house to check some plumbing problems that I have to give me advise at no extra cost.

In a nutshell, I can wholeheartedly recommend Freddy's services. I just wish that more contractors would be like him!

Victor and the team are amazing. They are quick and efficient with reasonable prices. They became my restaurant handyman now. I can call or text them they will show up the same day or the next day. I never feel disappointed when I ask for their help.

I had made a call right at 8am, expecting to get someone peppy and excited to help me out with my slow drain problem. Instead, I was answered by a automated machine asking for me to leave a message.... *sigh*

(5 minutes pass)

I receive a call from a peppy person saying sorry that they hadn't been at the phone and that theyre happy to serve me. I'm thinking, YES, USING YELP IS AWETHUMB! I tell her of my drain troubles and she gives me an option of SAME DAY SERVICE! And better yet, in a small 2 hour window! I'm so used to people giving me a 8 hour window of service, but the lady over the phone was concise and true to her word.

Moe came to my door, and without me asking, removed his shoes, as a courtesy to me and my home. HOLY CRAP! A cool guy that respects his customers home?! HELL YES! Well I told him what my problem was and he was quick to examine the problem area and give me an estimate. Moe was friendly and showed me everything that he was doing and assured me it was all SAFE for the plumbing of my house. well Moe, you get 100+ gold stars man, you were a great help to me and my room mates, and just good guy all around.

This is an honest to goodness awesome company. You know that neighborhood bakery that everyone loves because the people are awesome and the service is great, this can be said about this plumbing company. Thanks Moe and Alansi's crew!

Emil did an excellent job with my recent bathroom remodel. New toilet and trim kit for shower. He was on time, very accommodating and professional. Highly recommend!

Charged my elderly mother $800 for replacing two bathroom sink faucets that she already had purchased.  Ernie's sent two men who took over 2.5 hours to replace, 20 minutes at their truck writing up the invoice, and 10 minutes to tell my mother how difficult and hard it was.  Her house is only 15 years old.  What a rip off!!
