My husband had someone come out yesterday to work on our tankless water heater (because they claim they have the knowledge to do so). The person that was sent out took a look at the heater for 5-15 min and apparently realized he did not know what he was doing and after a phone call notified my husband that he was going to send someone else out. Welllllll, my husband had to miss a day of work and the water heater is continuing to leak possibly damaging more extensively as we waste time. My husband instructed them not to send anyone else out.

He then decided to call the company and the receptionist/ secretary was completely rude. My husband was explaining the situation and she claims they do know how to work on water heaters, but someone more experienced can come back out. They claim to change the part was going to take 5-6 hours after quoting 2. They charge $125 an hour. Wouldn't they know the right amount of time it would take after you let them know of the service you need EXACTLY, if they are experienced??

So, after not coming to an agreement about the situation and my husband trying to make his point across. She says, sir, instead of arguing with me, shouldn't you be trying to find someone else? Well, we wouldn't need that to happen if they had provided excellent customer service to begin with.

Overall horrible impression and if you need some work on your tankless heater DEFINITELY do not call them. They have no clue on what they are doing.

Chuck is the best. Incredible customer service. Early this morning, my smoke alarm started chirping, and of course it is impossibly high for me to reach even with my step stool. I also have a son with Fragile X Syndrome/Autism who can't tolerate noise. Needless to say, our house was not happy this morning. I found Chuck on Yelp. Called him this morning, he came right over, very professional, and took care of the battery change. . I was still able to leave for work on time! Highly recommend.

Ryan is fantastic!  He did a thorough inspection and cleaning of my air conditioner, my split and my furnace.  They look like new! Best servicing they have ever had and I cannot recommend both Ryan and Bellows highly enough.  They also did a nice job communicating with me prior to the appointment.  I have now had two very positive experiences with Bellows, the first being when they installed my split unit a year ago.  Five stars+ from me.

I had a clogged kitchen sink and needed some help in identifying the issue and get it fixed. Sham is very responsive and was able to identify the issue over the phone and provide a quote. He was able to come in the very next morning and fixed the clog. He is well equipped, with all the plumbing equipment and is very responsive and professional.
Saving his contact in case I need any plumbing services in future.

Found from Yelp, asked for a quote from Yelp. Super fast and easy!! When the plumber arrived he was very professional and polite. He was fast to set up and got right to work. We chatted while he worked and answered all my questions. PLEASE.... If your having plumbing probles give this guy a call. Very reasonable price and understanding!! Definitely will be my go to if anything else goes wrong in my home!!!

Kim Marquez recently reached out to me to apologize for the oversight on their part. Apparently they misplaced our paperwork and it fell through the cracks. I appreciate her taking the time to research what happened and follow up with me even though we already had the work done. I am re-reviewing based on her customer service. I would be willing to give them another shot based on her customer service should we have future plumbing needs.

Fernando, Bulmaro, and Julio were the contractors that helped prepare my condo to be move-in ready and they did an amazing job.  They repainted the walls, repaired everything that needed to be repaired, and stained the kitchen cabinets at just the right color, which was difficult to do given its incredibly specific coloring.  They were kind, friendly, considerate, efficient, and got the job done sooner than I was expecting.  I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Niko was wonderful! Professional and very knowledgeable. He was also available to come quickly as we
we were  in the middle of a big job.

My garbage disposal was leaking profusely. Eugene replaced it with a brand new one for a total of $270. He had good communication on setting up appointment and price quote. He arrived early and had the job done in under an hour. Eugene was professional and efficient. Count me in as another satisfied customer!

Fidelity home warranty sent out Dan and I can be happier with a service. Dan quickly fixed the leaking toilet is extremely efficient and thorough he went above and beyond to make sure that there were no other additional leaks in the house. I I highly recommend Dan for all your plumbing needs

No free estimates with this company.  And youre dealing with an office lady that isnt handy/technical.

We initially called RMB Plumbing for what we thought would be a simple faucet replacement which we was causing a minor leak. After Ray checked out the sink and pipes, he discovered more issues. We do live in an older property and the I believe the piping is original (mid-90s). I'm grateful that Ray was able to assess the issue and ended up replacing the pipes entirely (along with the faucet). I appreciate that he also explained to my husband what the issues were and why the work needed to be done. I'm already planning our next project with Ray (master bedroom sinks & replacing all our old toilets)!

*Also, it's worth mentioning I have 3 dogs in the house and he had no issues getting to know them

Should have put a review 4 years ago but forgot. Nothing but a great experience and the reason I thought about them now is I just referred them to my mom.

Victor and the team are amazing. They are quick and efficient with reasonable prices. They became my restaurant handyman now. I can call or text them they will show up the same day or the next day. I never feel disappointed when I ask for their help.
They did really great job.

I had an intermittent problem where water would spew out of the washing machine standpipe, onto the floor, during the spin cycle. I called Alansi's because of all the great reviews. Yehia came out and he diagnosed the problem immediately!  He snaked both the standpipe and the clean-out pipe and found tree roots!  Now I can do laundry without worrying about water leaking onto the floor!  

Also, I appreciated that Yehia took the time to explain the issue to me!  Thank you Yehia; great job!

Emil is a 20-star professional! He is knowledgeable, reliable, efficient, and flexible. He has been our go to person for any plumbing works. Recently, our boiler stopped working and he came and fixed it in no time. He never sees a job too small. Highly recommend Emil to anyone.

John, from Ernie's Plumbing, has had to come to our house several times because the company who built our house did a poor job.  Every time John comes, he leaves our kitchen and bathrooms in better shape -- much better shape.  

John is extremely punctual and responsive.  Does fantastic work and leaves the job site clean.  Most importantly he is easy to talk to and very kind and thoughtful.

Rosie -- the person who answers the phone for Ernie's Plumbing -- has also been very kind and helpful.  There's a certain amount of stress when you have to make a call because of a plumbing problem.  You want someone who is on-the-ball and helpful and that is what I have gotten with Rosie and with John.

We are EXTREMELY happy with this plumbing service and will use them whenever we need plumbing or drain help.
