We had been having a drain problem for a while now. Long story short, the drain would clog, we'd pour liquid plumber down the drain to clear it, but within a couple months it would be slow again. Finally, after having an overflow, we decided to call a plumber to have the drain snaked.

These guys (Sam and Giovanni) showed up on less than 24 hours notice on the Memorial Day holiday! They were here on time and we're done within 30 mins. I even had them replace an old leaky faucet, (they ran to Home Depot, bought the replacement and had it up and running in minutes).

I have to say too, their customer service was awesome. Very courteous and professional. They were very easy to talk to and once the work was done, they offered a lot of good tips to make sure things kept working. I couldn't be happier with the results!

First of all they did not tell me that the pricing is different for skirted as compared to standard toilet installation and charged me double the money. Then , while installing, they broke the screw and did not tell me. Toilet never felt comfortable and was clumsy. I did not realize until I got a handyman to change the kitchen floor. The plan initially was for him to get the toilet out, change the floor and put it back . But he said, he did not want to touch it and showed me how EJ  plumbing had broken the screw. This caused a lot hassle to me, as I had to call the EJ plumbing guys to get the toilet out  and again to put it back in place after the flooring was done. They charged me 200$ extra for it. First of all they charge me double the money, do a shabby job  and ask me to additional for all the headache they cause. That is very unprofessional!! I have had good experience in general with EJ plumbing but this threw me off. I will never trust them again.

Quick response and great work. Had 2 toy cars stuck in the toilet and they got it out in a few minutes.

When I first called Michael, he was straight about what I probably needed and what I didn't need to fix my plumbing issues (I really appreciated his honesty). He came on short notice and was very thorough. He did great work and I'll definitely call him again for any plumbing issues in the future.

Thank you for coming out so quickly on such short notice to clear our clogs in our drain line Khoa. He did a detailed triage of the problem, figured out the most likely point of clog, gave us a detailed explanation and helped hydro jet and show us on camera tree roots which were the reason for the clog. He was very patient on a Sunday night and helped hydro jet twice to unclog as much as possible. Highly appreciate his effort !

Another stellar job by Khoa and his crew. He helped install a 2-way sewer cleanout on our property which we needed badly to clear out roots that had clawed into the pipes and would potentially cause clogs repeatedly. Did the whole job in a methodical and clean manner while giving us the breakdown in detail. Put the soil and excavated lawn back neatly as well! Snaked all the roots out and showed us with his camera clean drains lines for the whole property going both ways inside the property and to the city access line.  We can poop in peace now, thanks Khoa!

Duy was super helpful and came right on time on the same day I called to look at a leak situation. He was professional, knowledgeable and personable. Definitely give him a call for your plumbing issues and he will take care of you--my dog thought he was great too!

Todd was great to work with. He installed 3 new toilets and a new water faucet for me at good price. Highly recommend!

Excellent, responsive service! Marvin, the service tech, gave me a thorough explanation of the service before starting, showed me video as he snaked the drain, and then he did a thorough clean up when the work was complete. Great service! I'm very satisfied. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for any plumbing needs.

Needed to replace a defective burner on our water heater.  Marlon G., the owner submitted a competitive bid and he also called the manufacturer regarding the warranty on my behalf and found that the part is still covered and thus saving the cost of the part. Marlon did a great job replacing the part and now it's working as it should. I highly recommend Marlon and his company for any future projects.

Did a toilet install for me. Checked on the toilet and needs via message before so had all the right parts. Quick and they cleaned up nicely. Haul away is extra so don't forget to ask for that.

DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. Other 1-star reviews are saying truth about how this company always over-complicate the issues and try to charge more. It was just a small water line leak in the backyard. They quoted as $450 to find the leak and find it, while we already show them the leaking part. At the beginning they agreed with $200. However when they fix the issue, they asked $300 + tips! You need to be tough on their offer and tell them there's only so much you can give

Steve was able to help on short notice and fix our broken garbage disposal. He was very professional, wore a mask, and was thorough in his work. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs.

I had a sewer emergency, and had trouble finding anyone who could make it on short notice. Eddie was able to fit me into his schedule and did a fantastic job. He took the time to discuss the plumbing while getting the job done quickly and well. He had the system working in no time. I'd call again without hesitation.

On top of that, he is a super nice. I couldn't be happier.

Good customer service over the phone. Estimate/inspection was done the next mid morning (I called after 4pm the day before). Shane (the person that came out to look at the issue(s) was professional. He listened to my concerns, evaluated the situation and I did not feel any kind of pressure for him or the company to complete any kind of work. He was honest and upfront. He was able to give me the quote within minutes. Upon deciding to proceed, he immediately contacted the office to coordinate the work with our kitchen demo. I'll update once the work is completed.

Not sure how these 5 stars review come from! Worse than substandard service. Dangerous incompetent service is what it is.

The guy installed a water heater, and it kept being  automatically shut down. They  refused to tender any services and follow-ups. We had to find a manufacture recommended contractor to check the unit.  It turns out the water heater WAS NOT PROPERLY INSTALLED. Because of the improper installation, the water heater keeps shutting down to protect us from the carbon monoxide leaking due to the bad installation.
The company was named Safety Plumbing and now changed name to Right Plumbing. Either way, the company was neither safe nor right for you.
We now have to spend another thousand of dollar to have the false installation corrected. Not to mention the risks we had been exposed to.
The terribly incompetent service was done in January of 2022.

We had a plugged sink.  Kiet came out very quickly and fixed it in just a few minutes.  Professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and an excellent communicator.  Price was in line with the industry (maybe slightly less).    If you need a plumber go no further.  5 stars...

Khan is a great plumber but has trouble with time management. Two people I have recommended him to said that not only did he not show up when scheduled, he did not even call to say that he was running late or needed to reschedule. In one case, my friend called him twice and was twice given an apology and a new time, and he still did not show up or call. Once he does arrive, he is very knowledgable and does a great job.

Highly recommend! I had a leakage issue under the front yard lawn, other plumbers I called either give higher price or cannot locate the leakage. Called Ed and he came in 30 mins, start to locate the problem right away and made his professional judgement quickly with reasonable quote. He soon found out the leak point and fixed it in a professional manner. Very experienced and nice guy, I will definitely call him again in case of any other plumber issue.
