Called San Jose Drain and Main to see about fixing a leak outside my house.  Giovani responded and diagnosed the problem over the phone after which he gave me a quote.  He set up an appointment for the same day and arrived promptly.  He and his worker were professional and installed the part, correcting my problem.  I mentioned a problem with my shower and he went in, looked at it and fixed the issue in a number of minutes, free of charge.  I highly recommend this company and will certainly use them again for any plumbing issues I have.

I would  give this company a zero if I could. Terrible customer service. The plumber that  came to my house needed to get someone else on the phone to diagnose my issue which was not complicated. Told me I had two options  but would  only quote me on the higher priced options. Yelled at me and use the F word - seriously don't use these people.

I initially called for a service to replace drinking water dispenser. Trieu came right away to take a look and advised me to change the whole filtering system since he sees a wear and tear. Rather than a quick fix and get paid, he made that extra trip and recommend a system I could order from Amazon so he can return to install. I followed his advice. It is all done and working well now. He was professional in every way. I highly recommend his service.

Mike worked around my very busy work schedule. He showed up at the exact time he confirmed (with mask, booties, and gloves on for safety). He completed the repair I needed! I highly recommend him!

Super responsive, honest, and willing to tell me what was actually wrong(some mismatched pipe sizes during a remodel).  Long term i may need a different fix but short term my clog is gone and everything is working  again!

I had a rental that had a clogged kitchen drain. I phoned Local Rooter & Plumbing on a Saturday morning and the plumber was at the property by 10am.  David was easy to understand and reasonably priced.  He cleared the drain. He told me about some pipe re-routing that he would recommend in the future but did not try to take advantage of me by making it sound urgent.
Thank you David.  I would recommend this company and plan on calling upon them in the future for all of my rentals.

Todd (Tai) Nguyen and his sidekick, Tom, came today, Sunday, on time as scheduled, after I reached out to them through Yelp. They took their shoes off outside the door out of respect, and they not only took a look at the drain, but before they did anything, they looked at what was happening underneath, access through the downstairs closet, to make sure I had the full picture and they looked at all the options. They then snaked the drain, twice, sent working so took a deeper look and opened the drain and took out the clog. They were thorough and kind. They did the work, the right way, even though it took longer than anticipated, and then they offered me a deal on really correcting the issue long-term, a permanent fix, that was incredibly reasonable. I won't use anyone else kobing forward. They deserve these 5 stars.

We called Marco in a panic at 10pm because of some gushing water that indicated a very severe leak.  Unlike some other places we called, he was willing to show up and assess the situation without a commitment of hundreds of dollars -- which would've been easy to demand in such a dire situation. When he got to the house, he acted quickly and respectably (even putting on / taking off shoe overs every single time we went in/out of the house). We just moved in so we had trouble finding electric panels which could've frustrated Marco, but he was very understanding. Within a brief window, he was able to determine -- via the water meter -- that it was not a water leak, but simply a jammed pump. We were able to find and cut the circuit which remedied the stressful situation.

At this point, Marco could've continued to work with us, but he was very straight forward that pumps are not his deal and instead referred us to someone he works closely with that specializes in sump pump repair. With the immediate problem abated, this was the best course of action for all involved.

For all the trouble of coming out on an emergency call and us giving him the run around with no knowledge of where our own stuff was, he was extremely honest, fair and patient.

Joe and his team came to install a pair of new water heaters for us. They did a speedy and high quality job. From the phone call to onsite work, the whole process finished within the morning time window. We are very happy about the results!

Marlon was amazing! I needed help replacing my garbage disposal and I didn't want to bother looking at videos and doing it myself. So I looked for a plumber on Yelp and found Integrity Plumbing. I connected and communicated via Yelp with Marlon from start to finish. He was very responsive and he even sent me links to purchase the garbage disposal. When I finally received my part, I reached out to Marlon and he arrived within 30 mins.  He was very efficient and friendly. The entire process was simple and not stressful. Thank you, Marlon!

Drain pipe that took the discharge water from the washing machine  was blocked, resulting in flooding in the laundry room.  Called United at 11:30A and they agreed to send someone on site between 1:00 and 3:00PM the same day.

Dmitry showed up at 1:20P and had things sorted out on about 50 min. Thad to clear two different drain lines to unclog everything, including checking the crawl space for possible leaks.

Daniel & Hugo were great. Came out same day, on time. Hugo worked quickly, safely & efficiently to clear my laundry drain in an old house. Will be using them again!!

I called Steve at 4:14pm with a stuck drain, and he drove away before 6pm, leaving me with a bathtub (and kitchen sink) draining better than it ever had before.  My house was built in 1947, and it is a bit funky.  It took some extra work to get this done, and he did it without a complaint.

Steve fiddled with the tub (and reassured me that I wasn't imagining the stuck stopper that prevented getting a snake through there) and fiddled with the kitchen drain and wound up on the roof trying to hydro-jet the drain through the vents.  When that didn't work, he snaked everything from under the kitchen sink.

He was cheerful and friendly and polite throughout, and wore a mask (COVID times, you know) and was just a pleasure to deal with.  And, did I mention that he showed up in around an hour?

I have used King Kong Plumbing for multiple projects in the last few weeks. The first project was for a toilet replacement and a garbage disposal replacement. They came on time, were very professional and cleaned up after themselves when the work was done. Everything has worked great, and we are very happy with the results.

The next project was to fix a leak on some copper pipes for our water heater. They came out the next day and was able to complete the job within an hour. They were on time and did a great job. I will use them again for any other plumbing project, which comes up.

I needed a plumber and called Ed. He returned my call within an hour.  He happened to be in the area and offered to come immediately. He was able to diagnose my leak and repair it on the spot. He is very professional and courteous. Has the best leak detection equipment. I definitely recommend him. He knows his stuff.

I would highly recommend Crown Plumbing.  We noticed our water heater kept displaying an error message stating the burner needed replacing.  They recommended we obtain the part from the manufacturer as the unit was still under warranty.  We reached out but had no luck getting a response from the manufacturer.  When we called Crown Plumbing back they had a direct number for us and success we got the part!  Shane from Crown Plumbing replaced our water heater burner in under an hour.  He was on time, professional, wore protective gear and we are so happy with the work.

Our water heater was broken and they came on time and made sure it won't leak anymore. They are very quick and know their job very well. We will keep them as our go-to plumber. They also checked our faucet which was having some issues. Thank you so much for coming quickly and saving us from water damages.

Kiet showed up when he said he would, took the time to understand our needs and examine the property, and gave us a fair price for the job.  He completed the work the same day, staying well after dark and making sure everything was just right.  We would definitely hire him again.

Khan is great. Came very promptly and worked fast and efficiently. Was very nice and would highly recommend this company. Will definitely use them again.

I am really unhappy with the service and here is why: I called this guy and scheduled him to come out to do some work for me.  He agreed to come on a Tuesday between 11-1.  He did not show up. I called him about 2pm and he said that he lost my information.  He showed up about 3:30.    He quoted me a $200 price to replace all the hardware in one shower and one valve in another shower. We scheduled it for a Saturday  morning in 2 weeks.  I called him a few days before the appointment to confirm that he was coming and he said that he would be there at at 9am. 9 am came and went. I called him about 10:30, I think, and he said that he had until 11:00 to get there.  
He arrived and reviewed the project and said that he needed to go to the store and get the needed parts. I confirmed the price of $200.  He said that that price does not include parts.  He left and was go about an hour.  He returned and installed the parts and did the work that was agreed.  He then handed me a bill for $428.  I expressed surprise at the difference in price.  I asked for the receipts for the parts that he purchased and he said that he left them at the office.  I suggested that maybe he bought the parts wholesale and marked them up. He said that he did.  There was no way for me to verify the actual price of the parts that he installed.  The guy was not on time twice, quoted me a price for the work and then charged me double the amount.  He also had the smell of alcohol on his breath and he tracked mud from his shoes from the bathroom and threw the kitchen. I will never use this guy again.
