I normally use a different plumbing company but they were not able to come out so I was referred to EJ plumbing and it's safe to say I will never use another plumbing company again! Upon my first call I spoke to Janice she was very help full and got me on the schedule for later that afternoon! Unfortunately I had double booked myself and called back to reschedule and I spoke with patti, she was very understanding and scheduled me for the first appointment the next morning, a tech came out to my house and gave me a price for my backup and was done in about an hour! We had a minor emergency with our drains backing up and flooding our garage. Trieu came out to assess the situation and give us a quote. His quote was ~40% less than the first one we got and he was able to come out the next day and finish the job in a few hours. Trieu explained everything very well and gave us before and after photos and even a video of the newly installed pipes under the house. Very professional and enthusiastic, I highly recommend him.

Ok. We called him this afternoon and he came by this afternoon to clear our kitchen stoppage. Diagnosed. So quick. Super nice. Best plumbing experience ever.

Kitchen pipe was backed up and the first plumber opened the cap from the exterior of the house. The pipe/cap broke because it was badly eroded.  First plumber unblocked the pipe but water was then leaking from the exterior of the house. He said it costs $3xx to get a specialist to look at all the pipes in the crawlspace and to take pictures.  I then found Khoa through fb recommendations, read the reviews here and decided to go with him after the initial consult. For sure he didn't fail us! I called him in the morning and he came to provide a consult few hrs later. He came on time, spent 1.5 hrs in examining all the pipes, took pictures and videos and explaining to me what work is needed at 0 costs.  He was patient and sincere. He responded to our texts promptly.  On the two days of work, he arrived earlier than promised. He protected all the floorings and corners of the walls from the entrance door to the crawlspace. He walked slowly every time when he came out from the crawlspace so to minimize the dust spreading all over the house. He replaced our kitchen and laundry pipes as well as created a two way clean out. All in all, our pipes are fixed and we are happy customers.

We run a restaurant in the Pruneyard (Clean Juice). We came in this morning to find a backed up main drain and couldn't open the store. Alex arrived promptly, then located and fixed the issue. Our problem was fixed in a little over an hour from when we called. Great job!

Called for a sewer clog. Came within 20 minutes and fixed it. Great experience.

These guys responded quickly with a reasonable quote for a clogged sink drain line. They showed up early, finished the job quickly, and held honest to all of the prices quoted even when they needed to remove the p-trap vs. having an access port. This was a nice experience after using that other biggest peninsula plumbing outfit (think Gandalf) that took advantage of a situation to charge close to $400 an hour. We will be coming back to Handy Plumbing for any plumbing needs going forward - you just made a long term customer!

J&K Plumbing is responsive and reliable plumber who installed my new water softener located in my car garage.  Joe is very helpful in guiding me to buy the right water softener for my house.  In addition, he installed a new water pressure regulator outside into the main water line to my house.  He and his work buddy removed the old water softener and left no mess in my house.  If you have any plumbing issue called J & K Plumbing.

I needed my pressure regulator replaced. Integrity Plumbing responded promptly and did an excellent job at a reasonable price. I will use them again.

My kitchen sink was backing up causing it to flood onto the floor. I used Yelp to get quotes from multiple plumbers and Khuong was the fastest to respond and came out the very next day to look at the pipes. He saw it was classic old iron pipes where there should be plastic instead. He offered a quick quote an quick come out the next day. He also repaired my slow drain showers where it was old iron as well.
He was super personable, humble, friendly and patient in answering all questions. He was willing to to do a smaller job than what he recommended so that it would fix the problems and would be less cost.

Worked with Steven Ho to replace our sewer line and move the city cleanout closer to the sidewalk. Stephen fully handled the entire process and made sure I was kept up to date with each step. The actual replacement took one day and the yard was cleaned up right after inspection was completed, all for a competitive fee. Will definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

True to his business' name, Eddy was extremely honest and straightforward with us.
The issue that we were facing was related to water clogging everywhere in our house, in all 3 of our bathrooms, in the toilets etc and it was clear there was some issue with the drainage. We took quotes from many plumbers and were quoted as high as $400. Some of the plumbers even charged money for diagnosis so if we end up not choosing them we are still paying them for telling us what is wrong! Personally that is a rip off, but Eddy came and diagnosed our problem for FREE! And you know what he told us? That we don't need a plumber, we need to call the city of Santa Clara to deal with the issue since the tree on our property is likely the root cause. So we called the city and they unclogged our sewers for FREE and Eddy gave this advice for FREE !! Unheard of in today's world.

Called Crown Plumbing yesterday to address a plumbing leak in my crawl space and got an appointment for a plumber to arrive today between 8 and 10 am. A bit after 8 Pablo Chavez from Crown arrived, found the leak and the source of the liquid leaking before quoting the repair. All of the parts and tools were on the truck and the repair was complete, tested, and cleanup finished (and paid for) shortly after 10 am.

Hard to beat getting the repair done just after the latest arrival estimate. Pablo was polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and masked.

I called very late after regular typical business hours not expecting my call to be answered. To my surprise, they picked up and listened to me explain that my current water heater was leaking and without hot water. He asked for the basic info of what tank I had currently and gave me a negotiable quote with and appointment for the next morning. That was a win already. The crew showed up as promised, got to work, and finished timely. They answered all questions, gave their word to stand by their work, and very responsive throughout the experience.

My garbage disposal stopped working in the middle of the day and my kitchen sink wouldn't drain. Kiet worked around my work schedule the same day I called and even waited for me to get home (I was running late). It turned out I did not have to get a new disposal and he took the time and taught me how to fix it myself for the next time if this situation happens again. He charged me less than what he quoted me on the phone. I really had the feeling that this is a person you can trust and he was not trying to take advantage of my situation which is nice for future repairs. He is definitely getting put in my phone contact list.

Khan and his staff are experienced plumbers that are honest and, as their company name states , offer a fair price.

Our sewer was blocked with tree roots. They tried to run a snake through the toilet, but the sewer line had too many turns and they were not able to resolve the problem. They did not charge me.

The next step was to install a clean out access in front of the house. Again ran into problems with the sewer not being in the location they thought. They dug a second hole closer to the house and found the line, installed the clean out access and proceeded to get the roots out.

Came out in less than an hour on a Sunday morning, and was super nice and professional.  Unclogged our toilet in a few minutes and cleaned up after himself.  I definitely will be calling him for any future plumbing issues.
