I chose San Jose Drain and Main due to the very positive Yelp reviews.
I was not disappointed!  Sam and Giovani were out at my home within a couple of hours after calling them!  They did in 10 minutes what another plumber couldn't do in an hour.  Great guys.  Excellent work!  They made my day!  Thanks so much guys!

If your water tank is leaking, chances are you need a new one. All my questions were answered, and I got a fair deal, fast, competent service, and the repair guy was nice (which goes a long way with me). I highly recommend.

Khoa was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very prompt and completed the work on time. He explains all the work to be done very clearly and ensures a fair price. We had sewage clog issues and Khoa solved the problem step by step. He has very modern and up to date appliances for efficient troubleshooting. Above all he was very pleasant to work with.

Update: Marco (the owner) called me right after posting this review and completely apologized for his plumber walking out on me and asked if he could make it right. Within a couple of hours there were two more guys here who fixed multiple leaks and were very professional. They were courteous and friendly, explained everything along the way and very clean. Marco spoke with me several times today to ensure I was being take care of. He apologized again and took responsibility for a mistake and fixed it. I'm very happy and impressed with Marco and will definitely call Handy Plumbing Man again. Businesses make mistakes, but the real test is how they handle that mistake and based on the way Marco handled this one, I definitely recommend giving them a call. Also, Marco did not ask me to update my review.

What a waste...my water filter under my kitchen sink is leaking and I called Handy Plumbing Man based on the very good reviews. Branston came out and declined to replace it because the space under my sink is too tight. Yes it's tight, but so is every space under every kitchen sink. Also, he was not wearing a mask. He left me with a active leak under my sink.

Javen was on time, polite, explained the problem, and even identified a future problem that we fixed same day.  Local to Fremont and will use them again in the future if needed!

Supporting an aged relative is always surprising! First the garbage disposal was discovered to be completely locked up, spinning ok but blades frozen. Marlon discussed and showed up on Monday with a new unit. Not bad as I had called him on Friday!
But now we had arrived at the house and discovered the washing machine drain was overflowing and we found out that a rooter company had visited before at astronomical costs and had not fixed the problem for the aged relative. No problem for Marlon who quickly evaluated the issue and provided a quick fix which took care of the overflow for us. His investment in tools to do the job is awesome. Fiber optic cameras to snake down the drain, sani snakes on steroids to clear and remove the trash, and a knowledge of how to use them effectively. Thank you Marlon and thanks to Jose, the Robin to your Batman.
It would be worth moving to San Jose just so he could be on my call list! Oh I should mention that our home is in LA and Marlon has fellow plumbers, trained by him, that are set up in LA.

I needed two small jobs, and I thought, as usual, the plumbers would be a hassle. So I've reached out to several on Yelp. One was busy, the second began to pump up the price, the third promised to come but did not say when. United Plumbing was clear about the scope of work. The scheduling was quick and accurate. The prices were not the lowest but below the average.
They have a few specialists. Sergey has done the work quickly, cleanly and he was a pleasant man.

Helped us out in a jam. Really appreciated their reasonable rates and fast service. They did a great job too.

Local Local Plumbing cleared a kitchen drain clog for me.  They replied quickly to my request for service on Yelp, arrived the same day, and took care of the problem quickly.

I did have to wait an hour or so longer than agreed on, and had to call Edward back to find out when his guy was coming. Edward said that he had told me that the arrival time was within a window of time, which was not true, he never told me that, he probably would normally tell all his clients that, but he did not tell me that. But that was the only hiccup. I waited much longer than that for phone guys and cable guys.

Anyway, his guy did a good job. All is well. I would use #1 Honest Plumber again.

Very professional. Our water heaters pilot light went out and we ended up needing the thermocouple replaced. The tech had the parts and fixed the water heater on the spot. I'm pretty sure we need a new water heater sooner than later and when we do, we will have crown back out to help. Very impressed.

Thanks for the service. They installed a gas line for my new gas stove. They patiently to explain every detail of the gas line BTU requirement by going through the code book with me. They showed up with face mask and be on time too. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

My kitchen sink was leaking this morning and I needed to find a plumber immediately.  I search in Yelp and read so many good reviews about Khan and decided to give it a try.  Not only he was able to come on the same day, he provided extremely good service.  He help fixed the problem fast and charge me very reasonable price!  I will definitely put him in my list and will only call him in the future for any plumbing service.

Ed and Dave are super nice and professional! They are the most knowledgeable in this field and I've never encountered a company in my area (I'm in West San Jose) that is both fast in responding phone calls and efficient in the works they do.  They installed a cleanout for me and when there was a minor issue with the cleanout, they came to fix it the problem the same day phone call request was made! I an impressive with their efficiency and kind attitude! I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone I know!
