Giovanni and and his tech person were great. When I called on Tuesday, they informed me that they were booked until Friday. Ok, no problem.

I checked in with them again on Thursday and got a response back stating that they would be able to come and take a look at the leak that was coming from my upstairs bathroom to the downstairs ceiling (yikes).

Giovanni came in and quickly assessed the problem and informed me of what their findings were. Not only was he very transparent about what he was doing, but had a great attitude about everything the entire time. He left to pick up the parts needed, came back, and fixed the leak all within 1.5 hours.

All in all, a quick and easy process. The leak is fixed and I can move on with my life!

Our water heater died.  It wasn't pretty.  That said, it was terrible. But these guys were great.  Came out the same day, identified what gear they would need, the quote was reasonable, and we had hot water in time for showers that night.  

Even better, they were really diligent about walking me through the maintenance of the new water heater, and didn't make me feel like I was going to need to call them frequently for housecalls, which I feared would add up. I felt empowered, and set for a long time. If I do have problems, I know who I'm going to call.

Trieu is definitely a consummate professional. He was able to come by much earlier than quoted over the phone, and made sure to make contact with us first to see if this would be ok. He was quick, courteous, and left the work site cleaner than it was before he even arrived. I'll definitely give him a call for all future plumbing needs.

*Additional points for being the only plumber who was able to come out the day of the problem, and all for a reasonable price.

I had a shower faucet leakage and was initially told by another plumber that I need to replace my shower valve which requires opening up the wall, and the whole project would costs over $1400. However, after inspection, Michael suggested it only takes a replacement of the cartridge to fix things. Also, Michael kindly taught me the steps to replace the cartridge. Following Michael's suggestion, I bought the cartridge on Amazon with $40, swapped it in, and it works like a charm. I would suggest Michael to everyone who is looking for a professional and reliable plumber, he saved me $1400 that was nearly unnecessarily spent on the valves! Thanks Michael!

Toilet clogged and could not unclog it, he was here 2hours later and fixed my toilet and also help fit my piping under my sink,  he is professional, clean, and knowledgeable.  I would give more stars if I could.  Highly recommend him!

Jaime came out the same day to check a clogged sewer pipe. It turned out roots had blocked the entire thing and they couldn't jet it or break up the roots with a cutter. They ended up having to replace the whole thing and did it quickly and with a fair price! Will absolutely use them again for plumbing needs!

Sewer line blockage due to a huge tree roots and my house has no access to the sewer line.
He fixed the problems, costly work but the work is now completed. Todd is the fast to response, reliable. His business partner Paul is also awesome. Highly recommended !!

I needed two small jobs, and I thought, as usual, the plumbers would be a hassle. So I've reached out to several on Yelp. One was busy, the second began to pump up the price, the third promised to come but did not say when. United Plumbing was clear about the scope of work. The scheduling was quick and accurate. The prices were not the lowest but below the average.
They have a few specialists. Sergey has done the work quickly, cleanly and he was a pleasant man.

Love that they gave three price points, and love that they went under the house and took a video of the problem to show me.  They did a great job replacing what needed to be replaced, at a fair price.  They cleaned up, and disinfected the area afterwards, and later down new plastic under the house!

Very prompt and super reasonable on service. We had a clog in one of our toilets - he was in and out in 15 mins and charged just for that time.

I had a water leak in a copper pipe under the house, the location very difficult to access. My original call was late on the afternoon and Manny, Crown plumber, showed up before 10 the next morning. Assessed the leak, proposed the repair and did the repair within an hour and a half. The bill was a bit higher than I anticipated and I talked to the office. The owner listened to my concern and did make a change in the cost after hearing what part of the repair I had done. Highly recommend Crown.

Fabulous work by Mesbah & team! We had a leak in our kitchen sink which could potentially cause water damage to our kitchen floors & cabinets. The team here responded quickly. They diagnosed the problem - a broken sink, broken drain pipe & a leaky kitchen faucet. They replaced the drain pipe & faucet then applied glue to the sink to repair the issue. They went to Home Depot to get the faucet & communicated great! Sending pictures to select from. They also guaranteed the work saying they'll do a free repair if the leak occurs again.

Kiet was the 1st plumber to respond my request with COVID safety guideline.  His team replaced a galvanized pipe and repaired couple copper pipe leaks in crawl space promptly.  He also replaced the T&P valve water heater.  The team completed the decent job very efficiently at reasonable price with multiple-item discount.  Highly recommended.

I 'be been using them a lot. Every time I have issue with plumbing. they are the first one I would call. They fixed the the stubborn clog in my kitchen drain line . They did Repipe of my waterline. The nice thing about them is they respond quickly and price is reasonable . They also back up their work .

Called at 9:00 this morning about a slow drain.  Got a quote over the phone and said they would be out within two hours. They arrived inside 90 minutes and got right to work. The drains are perfect and the price was AQ  Excellent, efficient and professional.  What more could you ask for?
