My water heater repair request was sent to 5 service providers randomly by Yelp, and JM plumbing was one of the three responded within an hour. Although their quote was not the cheapest and they had no reviews in Yelp, but I was convinced they were the best technician for the job because how sincere and knowledgeable they showed over the conversation. I did not regret my choice. JM was very responsive to requests and flexible on schedule. They got job done professionally.

I chose Gladiator after getting three bids, they came in the lowest. From the beginning Yuri (salesman) was great to work with. I opted for all new copper pipes, new main pipe to the street, water heater and salt-free water softener (installation only). They scheduled me right away and the installation took a day. They guys were very nice, protected the house/furniture. They did a great job installing the salt-free water softener and took care digging up the grass in the front yard. Passed inspection the day after, then came in and patched the walls & refill the trench in the front yard the following business day. Highly recommend them. Received follow up calls and courtesy calls regarding the inspections, scheduled patch work. They really care about the customer experience. Had the work done a month ago, with zero issues.

Made an appointment with Mark to install two new toilets, haul away the old and replace a faucet.  Mark's team were extremely careful not to make a mess, cleaned up afterwards such that you could not have known they were here, removed all the garbage and the work looks first rate.  Pricing was competitive and he did not seek to exploit the situation when we discovered on removing a toilet that a previous repair had been made incorrectly and required some additional work to fix it. Only wish I had found him earlier. Would recommend you call him.

My husband trying to do a DIY project to replace the spout with diverter in the bathroom tub. In doing so he broke the faucet along with the piping inside the wall. At that point he didn't know what to do. He called Best Bay Plumbing and Russell the owner came out right away. He saw the problem and he cut open the wall and repaired the piping along with the faucet. He was very professional and he charged me a fair price. I am very pleased with his quality of work and I recommend his company.

Shane came out on super short notice at 3:30pm on a Sunday to help me.  I was trying to install a new kitchen faucet and it felt like the locking nut had been welded to the faucet head. After trying for hours to get the thing pulled apart, I reached out to my sister who asked him to come help.  He showed up 10 minutes later.

His work was art. He used tools I'd never heard of and skills that only a plumber with years of experience dealing with this kind of stuff would know. After about 15 minutes he had removed it!

He was friendly, professional, and did work that I doubt I would have finished if I had all week in just a few short minutes. Incredible. 10/10 would recommend.

I had a significant problem under my old house with buried old irrigation lines from the 40's that were connected in with the house water supply . I started hearing a noise below the house a few nights ago and went down into the crawl space. One of the old buried lines had decided to rupture, spraying water everywhere . Fortunately I had previously found a shutoff valve and turned off all the house water . After pondering what to do I decided to turn the repair over to a pro . After reading some of the excellent reviews Leo had received I gave him a call . His response was fast and he came by the same day, isolated the house water supply from the old irrigation lines, fabricated some new copper replacement sections quickly and soon I had water service back in the house. Leo's price was exceptional and his work ethic is what anyone should strive for. I would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing solutions .

We had a no water situation and I called Rooter Hero San Jose around 3:30pm on a busy Friday.  They scheduled us for 6:00-8:00pm but when the technicians were very busy, I was told it would be later but not certain when.  The dispatch kept me informed all along the way and were very helpful.  Edgar Mata-Valdvinos was the technician and was very professional and fixed our problem very quickly.  We were very grateful that Edgar took that last call of the night because he knew we did not have water.  We are very impressed with the service of Rooter Hero and would use them again.

This review is way too late but if  you read this review, maybe try the next one on your list if you can wait a little because its not worth it and  if you really can't find anyone to do your work then come back here but please be careful to what you agree with any of the worker from this company.
Don't get fooled by the quick visit it's not worth it.
We had a rusted flange in our toilet and thought of replacing it. I had my handy man come to look at it but  he said he couldn't do it  because it will requires to break the concrete where the new plunger to be installed after that  my husband decided to call this company and Xavier was the plumber assigned to the job, he come over very quickly and looked at it and told me that the job was required for him to hammer down our bathroom floor  for the new plunger  to get it done and  he show me this booklet witch have their fixed price service and he quoted my service for $1200.00 to complete the job( Including hammering down my floor). After I agree to do the work he then walked outside started to call sit in his car for hours and left after about 2 hours between his call and gone for about another 2 hours, then  he come back with new piece of plunger and stuck it in the whole and screw it down and install the toilet and he told me that the job was done but he never dig anything or touch the floor at all. He basically worked in my toilet for an hour but he was around my house for about at least 6 hours and he charged me for the $1200.00. When we asked him about the worked he actually did vs the job he planed to do but never did and asked him to re-evaluate his estimate he told us that they are only do the fixed price job and the $1200.00 what we agreed on that what we have to pay. So we paid the $1200.00. A few weeks later my husband then sent a letter to the company explained everything and Sean Council decided the refund us with 50%. I think its still not fair at all knowing he only worked for the problem for about 1 hour however his boss didn't know that and my husband told me that he just want to move on. I am giving them 2 stars because they give us the 50% back.
Well after my husband made an appointment with Mike Council my handyman called me back and said that he can do it but since they both said its required to break down the floor my husband wanted to stay with a real plumber which didn't really gave us what they promised.

Mike is a very nice guy, reasonable rates, and stands by his work.  We had him do some work at our house a few years ago.  Recently, we found that there were a couple small items that needed to be corrected.  He came out and fixed them no questions asked.  Thanks Counsil Plumbing!

I have very mixed feedback on Aaron's Plumbing.

First let me describe the job. I needed someone to replace a battery backup pump in a manhole on the side of my yard. The job is to cut the pipe, disconnect the wires and remove the old pump. Then glut in the new pump, attach the wires, and install the float.

They were fast to respond and send someone out to give me an estimate. But they clearly did not want the job. The person who came out did not know enough about the job. He called his boss. They talked for 5 minutes. Then told me $4500.

Are you kidding?!

Excellent service. Our Senior tech Marcus was punctual, knowledgeable, very friendly and professional.  He cleared our drain issues and even cleaned our tub from the build up.  Thank you!!!

Needed my drain snaked from calcium build up.   Trevin replied immediately and gave my a quote.  He offered to come out the same day but I put it on hold to tried some acid to dissolve the calcium.   I ended up having to go the mechanical route he was out the next morning after I called him back.
