My water heater repair request was sent to 5 service providers randomly by Yelp, and JM plumbing was one of the three responded within an hour. Although their quote was not the cheapest and they had no reviews in Yelp, but I was convinced they were the best technician for the job because how sincere and knowledgeable they showed over the conversation. I did not regret my choice. JM was very responsive to requests and flexible on schedule. They got job done professionally.

We noticed our water heater tank continuously filling yesterday and by late afternoon noticed it had started leaking.  Thanks to Cynthia even though it was 4:00 pm she was able to get someone to come and diagnose the problem.  Ended up we needed a new tank.  Gladiator were able to sneak in an order for tank and part before their supplier closed for the day at 5 pm.  They started to empty the old tank completely while running around to collect other parts.  True champions they replaced the old tank with a new one and even ran away and back to help instal a drip collection pan and instal overflow drainage pipe.  They stayed until around 8:00 pm to complete the job with true professionalism.  I give them 5 stars fir coming through at such short notice and doing the fantastic replacement job within a day and after normal work hours.

If you're in need of a plumber don't hesitate to call Mark from Triton Plumbing. When our toilet, after numerous different attempts, refused to cooperate we called about 10 plumbers in hopes that one of them would be willing to come out on a Saturday night. 7 of them didn't answer, 1 was way too expensive, another charged by the hour, and then there was Mark. He stated over the phone he had a flat fee and could be over in 20 minutes. I went with Mark because of his sense of urgency and honesty. He arrived when he said he would. I was impressed with the fact that he was able to diagnose the problem within seconds. He unclogged the toilet within minutes and even offered us advice and numerous strategies for future toilet troubles. I truly appreciated his genuine attitude, promptness, and expertise. Give him a call, whether you have a BIG plumbing problem or a little one.

We just had our water main replaced.  It was a tough job with lots of huge roots in the way.  Jose and his team were knowledgeable, diligent and hard working.  They cared about giving us the best job possible.  They went above and beyond with pride and a smile.  The whole process was fantastic from the quick turn around on the estimate, scheduling and the job itself.  The yard was put back beautifully and clean as a whistle.  I would highly recommend Jose and his Pipe-Thru Trenchless Plumbing team.

Thank you 5 Star Plumbing for coming to the rescue when my shower got clogged! As a woman with long hair, it's inevitable for the drain to clog from time to time. I was having visitors come over and needed to have this situation fixed ASAP! I called 5 Star Plumbing and they gave me a reasonable quote and were able to come super fast! Highly recommend hiring Paul! We hired him to install a barn door earlier this year after hearing great things from my mom and sister who both hired him for home projects. I needed to re cement the foundation around a mailbox post and Mr. Repair Handyman Service was the perfect person for the job. Response time was immediate and the damage was assessed fairly and quickly. I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for home improvements or custom installation/remodeling.

My bathtub faucet was leaking, so I asked for an online quote from 4-5 nearby plumbers through Yelp. RPS was the first to get back to me, so I asked them to come over to inspect the problem and provide their free estimate. The dispatcher was very professional, and they said they would be able to come today itself, anywhere between 3-5 PM. That's about where the pleasantries ended.

As 5 PM approached, I reached out to RPS and they notified me that their plumber was running late. No big deal, I understand that happens.

The plumber shows up at 6:30 PM and says he has forgotten shoe covers and the tool to turn on and off the water flow to the house. We were able to work around that, and that was a non-issue.

Now we get to the worst part: he estimates $690 for a cartridge replacement, and $1800 for some valve-thing fix if the cartridge replacement doesn't work. We say no and he heads out. He comes back and says he has talked to his supervisor and they can replace the cartridge for $375, but the potential $1800 fix might still be needed.

We said no, bought a replacement cartridge for $50, talked to a Home Depot employee for 20 minutes, and fixed the faucet ourselves in 30 minutes.

I am 100% sure they estimated $690 and $375 based on the location and condition of our house. When I reached out to the 4-5 plumbers, one of them said they would charge $275 for a cartridge replacement online.

I would look elsewhere for your plumbing needs.

Leo stopped by to unclog our kitchen sink. Efficient, quick and personable. I'd hire him again anytime I needed plumbing help.

Had a back up in our outside drain.  Called and they gave a 2 hour same day window and they arrived earlier than the original estimated time.  We ended up having roots through our pipes and Julio was persistent and did not give up in trying to help clear the pipe.  He ended to clearing it so that everything would drain.  Even after running into problems, he honored the online coupon price.   It felt like Julio cared about helping us.  Much appreciated!

Next to my water meter, I had a slow leak from the copper water supply pipe.  When I dug a hole, I found the tiny leak.  The quote from MC Pluming was $1,100.  I ended up fixing it for $87. for parts and tools from Home Depot.

You are unbelievable!  Do you have any idea how long I worked on getting the dirt off that lawn?  No you don't...you have never even been to our property, lady. So for you to comment on how the job was left is ridiculous! The pictures you posted were taken AFTER our new tenants moved in.  The 2nd time Mike went back to our property...not to clean up the mess...but to take pictures.  I worked hard on trying to salvage what lawn we could.  
We have been paying for a gardener to come to the property once a week for YEARS!  We have automatic sprinklers and our lawn was thriving just fine watering it two days a week.

ALL YOU HAD TO DO WAS PUT TARP DOWN BEFORE DIGGING!  LAZY!

I had to move the stepping stones away from where they were left by Counsil Plumbing...IN THE CENTER OF THE LAWN...AS SHOWN IN MY PICTURES!  Why would we have stepping stones in the center of our lawn?  

WE NEVER ASKED YOU GUYS TO REPLACE OUR LAWN!  You are a liar!  We wanted you to come take the dirt and broken concrete that was left COVERING HALF OUR LAWN!

The pictures I posted are true.  Everything I said was true!  We just had the house painted a year ago and the colors are current.  So...again...you are a liar.

Expect everything for little to nothing?  We paid you guys $5000!  We never asked for 1 cent back from you guys...how could we...you never called us back.  That is why I left this review.

For you to make comments about my mother is disgusting.  It is so low.  You have no class and no respect.  Insulting your customers and lying to cover your own poor work is pathetic.

If I could give them 10 stars I could! They responded right away to my inquiry and they were able to get out to my house in just a couple of hours. Other plumbers said they couldnt' see me for a few days and another quoted me a price that was more than double what Plumbing Point charged me.  This was also on a holiday (NY eve) in the middle of a huge rainstorm. The project was more complicated then he originally expected (it was a backed up sink and then they ended up having to use the clean out) but he still honored my original quote so I added in a little extra to m payment.  They saved the day! I recommend Plumbing Point to all.

We got a water softener installed. It was super quick and he was so helpful. If you're in San Jose and need a plumber, give him a call! I already recommended him to my neighbors :)

Excellent service ! We had a water heater leaking (very old heater) their team were on site 2h later gave ma a competitors event estimate and replaced it in couple of hours. Their work was clean, respectful. Great seervices
