I've been using Midas Plumber for over 10 years. John (the owner) is an amazing plumber that gets the job done honestly and with amazing quality.

I had a clogged toilet. The tech used a snake to unclog the toilet. The tech did minimal if any clean up.  We found fecal matter on the mirror, the light fixtures, wall and the sliding door of the shower.

We had some water work in our house to be done! Mr. Evan did a super job and plus he went way beyond his task (after approval) and fixed all the issues related to the sink and bathtub! We are very satisfied! Mr. Evan is a hard working and reliable person that knows how to do and complete the job in a timely manner! Also Mr. Evan was talking about many things during the work and we laughed a lot! This told me that Mr. Evan enjoys his work and really puts his heart into it! We can't thank Mr. Evan and Able Underground Construction enough! I highly recommend Mr. Evan! Thank you very much!

Service, timeliness and fair pricing - 5 stars.  I needed a sewer line snaked and a faucet repaired at one of my rental properties. I called at 8 a.m., and was told they could be there between 10 and 12.  That would have been fine. But only 15 minutes later, they called and said they had someone on the way.  I met James at the property. He was courteous and knowledgeable, and both repairs were done within an hour, and at a reasonable cost compared to many other plumbers.  Most importantly, my client/property owner was very impressed with how fast I was able to get the repairs done (she only emailed me the night before).

BUT....

Record keeping and customer service - ONE star.  $15's policy is upfront payment for first-time customers, which is reasonable enough.  So I paid in cash at their office the same day as the above service, and got a hand-written receipt along with a promise that an invoice would be sent to me.  When December 1 came (when I back-bill my clients for out-of-pocket services), and I still didn't have the invoice, I called... and called, and called... SIX times over three days.  Each time I was promised they would call me back, but no one did.  On the sixth call, I had to threaten legal action to get the invoice (the Business and Professions Code requires any service-related business to provide an itemized invoice on request).

So... if record-keeping isn't an issue for you, by all means, hire these guys.  Otherwise, if you're running a business yourself and need something as simple and basic as an invoice for your records (or just a return call), I'd advise you to look elsewhere.

I had a toilet leaking water to crawlspace when flush.

I contacted a few plumbing vendors to get quote. Israr got back to me within a few minutes with the exact quote. Other vendors either couldn't give a number or asked me to call a number to get the estimate. A few vendors even charge to take the toilet out and extra premium for working on weekend while Israr's quote is flat quote.

Israr was available sooner than scheduled so we met earlier on Sunday. His team went in and fixed the leak in 30 minutes. He even gave us a 30 days warranty for his work.

I'm impressed by Israr's service and would recommend his service to other customers.

John came over and fixed the leak under my kitchen sink. I located John on my iPhone Map App. I'm in Campbell so I chose him since he is located in Campbell and his rates are very reasonable! I highly recommend John if you have a plumbing problem!

After scheduling an appointment, Anthony came out to our home in Morgan Hill and did a phenomenal job fixing our water heater.  He even called a few hours after the job was done to ensure we were getting hot water.  Friendly and VERY PROFESSIONAL.  Everything from the scheduler of appointments to the follow-up phone call.  We will definitely use them again for our plumbing needs.   Thanks, Plumbtree!!

We used the service back in March for a major leakage . Jeremy came immediately the day I contacted him ! He tried to squeeze his lunch time and come to our house because he was in the area. I was glad that he made it. He found the leak in 45 mine after walking around house and yard inside and outside.
We fixed the leakage by hiring someone on our own . We did not use the one he recommended. But , it's still good to have his recommendation.
Later in May , we checked our water bill and it was 1500USD! Thank you Jeremy for helping us so that we were not paying even more !

I contacted him last week ( now it's June) since I lost the receipt he gave me 3 month ago and he answered my message and send the receipt back . I am very happy with the service and his attitude . I wish all the best to his honest and helpful business .

I wanted to be sure i put in good words for Shibly. I came across his information on yelp when i needed someone to come out and fix a water main break at my rental. He came out within 2hrs of getting my call and fixed the problem fast!  He was professional and reliable.  If you are looking for someone to help with your plumbing needs he is definitely someone to call on!!!

Victor, the owner, messaged me after my review and apologized for the $650 sink caulking charge. He agreed that this charge was excessive and hadn't been reviewed by him because of the COVID measures. He graciously refunded $500.

As I mentioned in my original review, the reason for the 1 * was the price, nothing else. I don't have any complaints about the work. While still not cheap by any means ($1,200), I do appreciate them adjusting the charges and I'm updating my rating accordingly.

Water Heaters now require sensors and valves that are computer controlled all in the name of safety and energy savings. I purchased a new Rheem Water Heater from Home Depot that simply wouldn't light the burner. The gas line was fine, the exhaust vent was open but no burner action. Benard arrived from Noah's Plumbing and isolated the problem. He made the necessary adjustments and the water heater burner now lights correctly. How could something like this ever leave the Rheem factory? Does Rheem test each water heater? I assume NO after this issue.

Clearly, Benard saved Rheem a sale, period. End of Story.

Very nice and professional. Carlos, estimator came by to give me a quote. Carlos went through the trouble to use the camera look for sewer blockage and open up the manhole to see the connection between the county line and my lateral. All at no cost.

Transparent, quick and competent. Called for a slow draining toilet, they were able to come within a promised 2-hour window the same day. This was the only plumber out of 3 total that I called that would quote me any kind of estimate over the phone. A crew of 2 plumbers and an apprentice arrived, checked my drains, snaked my sewer lines, and cleared the problem as best they could, at the price they promised. $120 to clear my main line from the cleanout - they quoted me about $100 if the problem is in the toilet itself.  My only gripe is that it seemed like they were looking for other work to sell me on, which diminishes my trust somewhat. He recommended upgrading my pipes (which we know are 100 years old and not in good condition), and a cleanout closer to the street. He even looked at our water heater and noticed it didn't have a water filter installed at the main input line which he said would shorten its life span. Still, since they weren't pushy about it - and their services were peformed well, and cost effecively - I would use them again.
