I originally found Midas Plumbing on Yelp, took a shot and hired John for a job.  And now have hired him several times for any plumbing need.   He is the go to man.  I think he has picked up the phone every time I've called him in need, and he's here that day or next day to help.  His prices are very fair, and he's a good person.  He completely redesigned some old piping under my sink today with pipes that had basically disintegrated over time.  Don't hesitate to hire John, I certainly highly recommend Midas Plumbing.

I've historically had bad luck with plumbers resulting in a lot of water damage in the home I just bought, so now I am hesitant to trust plumbers because I know how quickly things can go wrong causing months of headache and tens of thousands of dollars worth of damage. I had Able come out to fix some piping issues that were a result of the other company, and I cannot express how happy I am with the work that Konrad did. He was methodical, meticulous, and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why. He even found some hidden issues that I never would have known to look for, and overall did the job with such a great demeanor. I *wish* I would have called Able sooner because I know Konrad would have taken care of everything without issue. These guys will be my first call next time, and without hesitation I will be asking for Konrad. Thanks again!

I've been using these guys for many many years. They always get the job done. I had a small incident the last time they were out, so when I had another problem, I called someone else. Someone with a 5-star yelp rating. Huge mistake. The guy had no clue what he was doing and damaged my drain. I ended up calling $15 Sewer. They came out the next day, were on time, super friendly and professional, and most important... they got my drain working again! I told them what the other guy did and they seemed as horrified as I was that he does business as a plumber. Lesson learned. When I have a drain problem, I'm sticking with $15 Sewer.

Toilet and shower clogged. They came promptly.
Tried to clean it thru the roof. Costs me $350 for half an hour of work!

This company's fix lasted 2 weeks! Then again two tubs and toilets were filled with sewage water right before new year's. Not able to reach them.

At the very least offer 3 months guarantee. $350 for half an hour of work where nothing was fixed. I had to deal with the same issue two weeks later, right before New Years

Find yourself a company that offers some warranties. Such as if recur in a month, fix it for free. This was ridiculous.

Perfect help when I needed it the most! I had one day to get all the faucets replaced in a home I was listing for sale.
He was there on time and worked late to get it done. I was very happy with the work and the price.

When I think of the name Axel, I think rockstar. Axel Mendez did not disappoint! Axel was so friendly and communicated so well! He even made the effort to learn how to pronounce my uncommon name, which he pronounced flawlessly.

My whole interaction with Plumbtree was outstanding. Glenn answered my initial phone call. He was really easy to talk to and I told him everything about my situation. Once an appointment was arranged, I received an email confirmation.

On the day of the appointment, I received a text that Axel was on his way. When he arrived, I was happy to see he was wearing a mask. Then, I spent a good ten minutes telling him the backstory of how a handyman tried to fix my tub faucet issue where the hot and cold pipes were backwards but the handyman caused a leak instead.

Before entering my home, Axel put on booties for his boots. I really, really appreciated that as the handyman mentioned above did not and left a mess for me to clean up.

Axel assessed the situation and quoted me a price from his tablet. I accepted and then he drew up the contract, again on his tablet.

After signing the contract, Axel went to work. When he was done, he fixed both the leak and reversed my hot and cold water!

I paid with my credit card which Axel processed through his tablet.

The service I received from Plumbtree was top notch and all other services should aspire to be as great. The whole process was so smooth. I am very happy with the results and the Plumbtree experience. Thank you, Axel and Glenn!

We are in escrow for a home in Martinez.  Our home inspector recommended we get a leak detection company to verify that the pool was not losing water due to unseen plumbing. Two companies were recommended in Martinez.  Both companies could not schedule an appointment in the tight time frame we needed.  I got on the Internet and started searching for leak detection companies.  Bullseye came up and the reviews were top rate, so I called.  

Jeremy answered the phone immediately and was very professional.  He was willing and able to drive the distance to Martinez at no extra charge.  His price quote was more than fair and as an added bonus, was below what the two Martinez companies quoted.  Most importantly, he accommodated our very tight schedule and agreed to do his inspection the next day!!  We agreed to a 1:00pm inspection time and Jeremy was there exactly on time.

Jeremy was a every bit the professional.  His inspection was thorough and there were no added charges for the spa or waterfall inspection (both Martinez companies quoted extra for the additional items). When Jeremy was finished, my realtor showed Jeremy an area outside the house with standing water that was not there the day before.  Jeremy said he could test the sprinkler and indoor plumbing while he was there.  We I asked how much extra he would charge, he said he would do it free of charge if I would give him a review on Yelp.  Who does that these days??!!  Most companies would charge for the extra work.  We had a verbal agreement to yelp in exchange for the work and off Jeremy went.  Within another 15-20 minutes we had all unseen plumbing checked out.  The good news?  No leaks in the pool, but the sprinklers definitely have a leak which we can fix no problem!!  The even better news?  Jeremy was a very honest, professional, and courteous inspector.  I would recommend him to anyone.

I did pay Jeremy a bit extra as I felt I was taking advantage if I didn't.  He did not expect the extra amount and I could tell he was very appreciative.  It was really refreshing conducting business with a trustworthy company.

Out kitchen sink was completely blocked.  I tried a couple liquids from Home depot, and the problem still existed.

I found Quality Plus Plumbing and decided to give it a try after reading the reviews.  Ramez came to my place within 2 hrs, gave me a reasonable quote, and fixed the problem in 45 min.

It was a professional and friendly experience overall.  I was very pleased with their service, and would strongly recommend Quality Plus Plumbing to whomever needs a good plumbing service.

I had a toilet back up badly on a Sunday morning. I tried everything I could think of to clear it, but it wouldn't clear. I called Marti's and someone was at my house in 90 minutes. He was super professional and spent several hours working through my issue, which ended up being poor construction with the wax seal on the bottom of the toilet. He fixed it and did a great job.

I had the pleasure to work with Bernard of Noah's Plumbing and I must say he was very easy going, easy to talk to, and he has ~20+ years experience in plumbing. More than that, he has people to call when in need to harness 30+ more years of experience. A place to turn for that kind of resources is very valuable, because time is money and he gets results. I had a very positive experience working with him on replacing a water heater, he went above and beyond the call of duty because of my unique circumstances. I would definitely recommend Noah's Plumbing for ANY plumbing job small or large.

Our water heater started gushing water at 5:00 pm Saturday.  Called Mario's plumbing and they came over quickly and worked until 11:00 pm to make sure we were up and running again (installed new water heater).  Technicians were courteous and mindful of COVID safety.  Mario was courteous and professional.

I have a dishwasher needs to be connected, however the air gap was covered by the faucet due to a mistake made couple years ago. So instead of replacing the old faucet with the new one, Khan and Leo simply connected the dishwasher pipe to the disposal to bypass the air gap. Water flows from dishwasher and go into the disposal directly. A much efficient and simply solution!

I've known Khan for couple years and he has always been very responsive and efficient in getting the job done, regardless of the job size.  I've experienced being turned down by couple other contractors due to job size or potential complications, but never by Khan and Leo.

Chris has helped us on several issues with the plumbing  system of the house. He is fast, quick to respond, and top notch. He is also very knowledgeable and provided us valuable advise on how to do minor repairs ourselves and maintain the system. We really enjoyed working with him and highly recommend him to anyone who needs help on the plumbing system.

TrenchFree came in this morning to re-pipe the main water line from the meter to the outside of the house. They used the trenchfree technique, which was fast and clean - no dig up a big trench. The staff was a good team-work. They knew what they were doing. They started at 8:30 am. and completed the work by noon. The clean-up after work was excellent.

I highly recommend TrenchFree (JD Plumbing). Juan, the owner, is prompt, courtesy, and professional. The staff is well-trained, polite, and considered on maintaining high quality work. I got much more than I had expected.

My main water pipe was broken, so I need to repipe the water line from the city's meter to my house. I started with the other old-name plumbing company with a result of big disappointment!

I searched the Internet and found TrenchFree aka JD Plumbing. Had no idea about TrenchFree, but started reading the reviews. Juan called me within about 15 minutes of my search. With his sound courtesy, eagerly to work, and sincerely, I decided to meet with him at my house. He was there in half an hour as he said he would. He explained to me in sufficient details on how he would re-pipe, the product used, the technique, timeline (in one day!), and price. Within about 15 minutes talking to him, I had pretty good idea how I could expect on this re-piping job. After we parted, Juan email me an invoice describing the procedure and material in details, including a price, of course, which was very reasonable!

At the beginning, I was hesitate a bit though because I had never heard about TrenchFree technique and how people did the re-pipe without digging a trench. I did some research on the Internet about trenchfree technique and the material used - HDPE pipe. Got quite good idea!

Getting so fade up with that big, old-named company, I cancelled that company and contacted TrenchFree to take the re-piping job. It was my best decision this week, and today when TrenchFree came in and completed the job professionally and beautifully, it was one of the best days in my life. I was so happy and highly satisfied with TrenchFree' s work.

Our disposal broke and our sink started leaking. I jumped on Yelp for help and Abel at Best Bay Plumbing immediately responded - at 9:30pm. We set up an appointment, and technicians showed up the next day at a reasonable time, communicating with me all the while. The two technicians who arrived, Eddie and Sergio, quickly assessed the issue and offered a complete quote (part+labor and no surprises). I felt at ease with their expertise and guidance, answering every question thoroughly. Then we threw them a massive curve ball: we asked for more projects to be completed (replace two old toilets and fix a leaky shower). I assumed we'd have to book another appointment but they took it on same day! They left to get parts, and returned quickly and finished the job in record time. WOW!? We are very satisfy with Marvin and  Ismael work. They were on time and they replaced the garbage disposal and suggested things that need to replace now to prevent other future problem.  We highly recommend then .
