I called Midas Plumbing on a Sunday morning to replace my kitchen faucet, and John was available the same afternoon.  He was very flexible about his hours.  I ended up calling him at 2:45pm and he showed up at 3:05pm at my front door.  I was impressed.

He quoted me a price on the phone, which was as low as any plumber I called, and he stuck to it even though the old faucet was harder to remove than he had expected.  He was done in less than an hour.  What else can one ask for in a plumber?  I'll be calling him again next time I need one.

I highly recommend this plumber. He did work at my house then by business. What an excellent job he did at a relatively moderate price. Quality workmanship was demonstrated.

I bought a house with a septic tank of unknown location that services a small backyard cottage.  My mom came to help with my newborn and stayed there, and the plumbing backed up almost immediately.  I called and told able it was on septic and plumbing backed up. First they sent a guy to snake the toilet - he refused to and said tank needed to be located and pumped.  He wasnt aware it was on septic until he showed up. Wasted four hours waiting for him, Able charged me for service call.

A second appointment waiting another day for camera guy to show up and locate tank.  Charged again for that.  I had to wait for camera inspection to finish before able would schedule further work like digging and pumping.

Third appointment waiting another 4 hours for digging crew to dig where camera beacon had stopped.  One guy dug, another fixed a pipe and then stood around.  I was charged for all their time.  They dug up one tank which was full and called it a day, although later able people (including owner) speculated there could be another tank that they now want me to have them dig for.  (When I later complained about charge for lazy guy, I was told I'd be refunded for the lazy guys time - when no refund came through in called again and was told it would have to be a credit against future services, gee thanks since this was after pumping and I was done) The one digger piled all the dirt against an old wood fence whose only support was the tree it leaned on - please think, people.

Fourth appointment waiting way more than 4 hours for the pump truck to pump the now dug-up tank. Was told it would be $375.  Then I was later told $375 for first half hour and more per hour after that.  They never told me they were running incredibly late and would arrive in late evening - until i finally called them at 5 pm.  I told them to reschedule, they were grateful.  Another 4 hour window of waiting a second time.  Luckily it took 1/2 hour when they finally pumped it, so the additional charges were not an issue.

There were no shows/ rescheduling /unannounced running late among these appointments so I actually spent at least six days sitting home waiting for this company that is not presently set up to perform a locate, dig, pump job without sending umpteen different crews that are not well coordinated.  All this with an infant at home and mom flooded out of where she was supposed to stay.

Fifth appointment for estimator to discuss hooking up to sewer. He ( incorrectly) told me my town would charge sewer hookup fee in the thousands, possibly 15000 and he knew of one at 40000 for a regular sized house.  Between his jerk personality and frustration with this company and now this (incorrect which I didn't know at the time) fee, I started to cry.  He made much fanfare of not charging me to come do an estimate.  His ballpark for doing the work was very high. Instead I got the permit myself and used people recommended by a contractor friend to hook me up to sewer and the town gave me a permit with no connection fee, which he should have known is the case with a second living unit.

Abating the old abandoned septic  tank proved tricky for site specific reasons. It also needed to be pumped out again because a leaking toilet had filled it with water despite our not using the plumbing.  I decided to call able one last time, where I was transferred to owner Glenn.  I asked about pumping (375+ again) and abatement which he priced what I thought was high at about 800 to punch holes in the bottom and fill with concrete.  He asked why I didn't hire them to hook up to sewer and I truthfully told him their estimate was three times others.  He said then my file said i was a complainer and to have my plumber do the abatement and hung up on me!

I called back to tell him I had paid his company thousands of dollars and was livid to be treated like this. He explained the abatement fee in greater detail as requiring an OSHA permit and seemed genuinely interested in hearing about my experience with able as detailed above. He offered me a discount on pumping and abatement (more than the credit I was already promised above for the lazy guy who it turns out got fired).   Glenn said he'd come by personally on Saturday morning to look at the situation and make sure abatement is done right. It is now 2:50 pm, I have been waiting all day at home and Glenn was a no show. I have no contact number for him.  

Fool me once, shame on you.  Fool me several times, shame on me.

When you make an appointment for a 3 hour window several days in advance, call to confirm the day of the appointment, and then call at the end of the 3 hour window to find out they will be AT LEAST another hour late i think it is time to find another company to do rooter work!  Will never make this mistake again

Got in touch with Israr and Nery when we lost something very precious to us down the toilet. Israr helped coordinate with Nery and Nery was very professional, honest and empathetic in helping us. We were lucky enough to be reunited with what was lost to the pipes! Thanks again Israr and Nery.

John is a great guy. Hard working and knows his stuff. He fixed my difficult to work on sink to wall drain pipe that had disintegrated. I had expected to pay much more.

Plumbtree is fantastic at what they do and is very customer-oriented. Excellent communication throughout, from the receptionist to the plumber, until the job was done. Anthony is outstanding! He's knowledgeable, humble, professional, and kind. This, along with his honesty and friendly personality, led to immediate trust, which proved to be well-placed, as he did a terrific job repairing the plumbing underneath my kitchen sink. All at a great price. Plumbtree has my highest recommendation. My only regret is that I didn't find them sooner!

Wow!  I have nothing but great things to say about these guys.  Very down to earth and very reasonable prices!  DO NOT HESITATE TO CALL THEM.

Out kitchen sink was completely blocked.  I tried a couple liquids from Home depot, and the problem still existed.

I found Quality Plus Plumbing and decided to give it a try after reading the reviews.  Ramez came to my place within 2 hrs, gave me a reasonable quote, and fixed the problem in 45 min.

It was a professional and friendly experience overall.  I was very pleased with their service, and would strongly recommend Quality Plus Plumbing to whomever needs a good plumbing service.

My experience with Tony was phenomenal. As of this morning we had a serious plumming issue, which had let to all of our sinks and showers overflowing with sewage water. So scary!! I was frantically searching Yelp, calling people (all of which either didn't pick up or were busy) and came across Tony's. He was quick to answer and immediately asked me what was going on. Before even hesitating, he asked for my address and said they'd be there within the hour. And they were. Tony personally arrived with one other man and the two were so personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. They figured out everything within ten minutes and had it fixed within an hour. Best part was they didn't over charge us either but you could tell he handles his business with a lot of integrity and professionalism. I absolutely loved their service and highly recommend them! Thank you so much Tony!!

Hired them to replace an ancient mess of iron pipes in a section of my house.  Their quote was a bit higher but they had a more thorough check that I trusted more.

Work progressed as expected and they were a pleasure to work with.  It's brutal work in a tiny crawlspace yet they keep level heads.  Plumbing was usable at the end of each day.  They filed permits and passed inspection.

Maybe I'm being mean, but -1 star for some rushed cleanup at the end of the day.  My bathroom almost flooded and I spent more time than expected cleaning up dust, toilet seal wax, and shattered iron.

I'd hire them again.  The end result is that they were always dedicated to finishing the job correctly and making my plumbing nightmare go away.

This is the third time we've called Marti's, and we couldn't be more pleased. For the job today, we had the recirculating pump on the water heater replaced, one toilet fixed, and a new garbage disposal installed. All the plumbers from Marti's have been excellent.  Today, we lucked out and the owner, Victor Martinez, did the work for us. He was very knowledgeable, and explained each job, and the costs, ahead.  He got the needed parts quickly, and completed the work efficiently and cheerfully.  Also, he cleaned up carefully.

Noah's Plumbing is the place to go for Rheem Hybrid hot water heater repair. Another plumber practically ran away from it when he saw the complexity. If you need warranty repair, ask Rheem straight off to send the job to Noah's Plumbing. These are complicated devices, and it really requires someone who has gone through the Rheem training.

Rheem on the other hand will get one star for putting me on hold for 2 hours, not finding a plumber for me, and sending me the part and a repair manual and telling me, good luck!

Mario and Kevin were super responsive. Even though they were fully booked up at the time that I called (Saturday) they  continued to follow up to see if someone was able to come out and help. By chance , one of their plumbers finished early with another customer and Kevin immediately called to see if I needed help still. They came out within 30 minutes and did a great job at a very reasonable price . I highly recommend them and will be calling them in the future for other projects .

Even 1 star is 1 star too many.
DO NOT USE HIM.

He had a coupon on this very yelp site for $25 off but he would not honor it for a sewer video. Then he quoted me $8000 for a trenchless sewer and kept saying what a great price it is and anyone else lower means they don't have the license.

What he didn't know was 2 other quotes before him was for $6500 and they had the proper licenses too. Worst off, he wouldn't give any past customer reviews.
He was really dismissive and came off as he had the best price and credentials but he wouldn't honor his own coupon and gave the highest price quote while saying it's the best price around. He gave off the 'used car salesman' vibe. YUCK!!!

Chris was great to work with and super responsive. He was able to help us update our old plumbing in the garage and figure out the best solution to work around issues of an old house. He takes pride in his work and genuinely wants to make sure we're happy with the results. I'm looking forward to working with Chris again the next time I have any plumbing issues.

Had these guys change the main sewer line for a very good price. Unbelievable what they did without tearing up the front yard. Old slate planter box, pavers and fake  grass all undisturbed. The only disturbance they did was make a big hole where the clean out was installed. It's in the area where small expensive decorative rocks are located and made it look like all they did was put the cement-looking top of the clean out and placed it on top of the rocks. Apparently they leveled and packed the dirt before the rocks were placed back.
Very clean end results after they dug a good size hole! Luckily they didn't have to break cement which made it easier, but no debris or dirt chunks and garbage left behind in the area of small rocks!

Had our toilet installed by Best Bay Plumbing and Rooter, it was great.
The owner responded to our request for a quote within minutes and was straight to the point,  a price and length of warranty - I appreciate that. They were available the next day, and I contacted them at around 4pm, so the turnaround is amazing.

The day of the installation came, they came on time, was polite, professional, and fast. The toiled was installed well, gave us a quick rundown of the toilet and off they went.

I'll go again to them for other projects for sure.

Water heater busted!

Mike picked up the phone and walked me through how to mitigate (turn everything off) the damage!  

Next day he came by and seamlessly swapped out to a new water heater.

Mariano was very friendly and helpful. We are a local business, and he took the time to explain exactly what he would be doing, the costs, and the likely outcome before beginning work, which was done in a timely fashion. We have had no problems since then. I recommend him specifically, and I'm sure we will be going back to Bayshore in future.
