Great job and reasonable price....Thanks John and thanks Yelp. This is a professional guy who came in on a Sunday and did the job on the same day. He had to work on a muddy crawl space and had to cut and replace a leaking pipe. It is definitely less expensive than All Star Plumbing which did several jobs in my home on some easier jobs and I ended up with bigger bills from them. Would surely use him again but hopefully not too soon.

We had a sewer main back up at our house at 6 PM and called Fantastic Rooter Plumbing.  Jaime Olvera called my wife back immediately and within one hour he was on site.  He snaked the line and it was functional within 30 minutes.  

More importantly, he put a camera down the line and actually assessed the problem that we have been dealing with for years.  Apparently we had a sewer line clean out that was buried near a tree in our front yard.  None of the previous plumbers have ever told us this.

The next day Jaime returned to our house, dug down to the clean out and located it.  he then extended the pipe up to grade level and reinstalled the Christy box and cover.

Very friendly, professional, and competent. Would definitely recommend.

Evan came out late Saturday afternoon to take care of our kitchen sink clogging issue. He is very experienced and knows the root cause right away. He ran a 50 ft cable to clear out the grease throughout the plumbing system which solves the problem. I would definitely recommend his service.

I had received a promotional mailing from this company touting Plumbing Repairs at $65 per hour plus parts. When a leak developed under the kitchen sink of one of my rental properties in Los Gatos, I called and scheduled a visit between 10:00 Am to noon on 7/11/12. Luzinski showed up before 12:00 and located the leak and told me the faucet needed to be replaced at a cost of $305. This came as a big surprise to me in view of their $65 per hour ad for plumbing repairs and my experience with the modest price of standard economy quality faucets. The plumber retorted by saying that the advertised rate was for minor repairs like changing a washer or the like not for replacing the faucet. He did not answer my question about the price of the faucet he was going to use. He said the quoted price was their company's charge for part and labor for this kind of work. I told Luzinski there was no way I would fall for this kind of bait and switch scam.

Being a rental property owner and having done many routine plumbing repairs over the past 35 years, I decided to repair/repalce the faucet myself. I found that all I needed was a gasket, which I purchased from Ace hdw for $2. I replaced the gasket and the leak was fixed.

Khan and his team are excellent. We called him out to fix a drainage issue that another company couldn't manage.
He fit me into his schedule that day and provided professional advise and service at a competitive price.
From now on, I will only call Khan.

John stated to me that he prices his work for Seniors needing help.  I hypothesize this is the reason he does not have more yelp reviews on file.  I agree it is a poor reason given that everyone, not only Seniors, needs help living in expensive Silicon Valley.  But my formal education was pre-internet and one of the amazing things I learned on my recent month-long vacation in British Colombia is that some of the friendliest people in North America do not agree with using Yelp  to blackmail.  

John has come to my condo  twice in the past three years.  He is polite, honest, and hardworking in business for himself.   He installed faucets, hooked up a new icemaker inside this time and capped off leaks in my patio during the drought last time.

John also said he has plenty of work.  I pay by personal check.

It was very difficult to get ahold of Jeremy from Bullseye. His response with Yelp was very slow and his phone was usually full so impossible to get him. When I finally did reach him we set up an appointment. He never showed for the visit. This caused me precious time in finding someone else. Stay away from this business.

Because of the good Yelp reviews, I tried Quality Plus for a part replacement of the backyard faucet. And I'm so happy for their service. I contacted Ramez via email with photos and got the estimate, which was  $150 to $200. This is actually already cheaper than other plumbers that I contacted (They estimated about $225 to $250).  Ramez came on time and got the job done quickly, and he charged me only $100! I highly recommend them.

I am writing this review to state that superior customer service still exists. Sure, there are numerous plumbing services to choose from, we have all seen the commercials. However, I think you would be hard pressed  to find the whole package as I did. I was so concerned/overwhelmed about  what I new would be a complicated plumbing issue at my home, but from the time I made my phone call to their office speaking with Tiffany to Isaac our service technician, I was so impressed. The kindness, promptness, professionalism, and top notch knowledge  of our technician Isaac Tony's Plumbing superseded my expectations. Thank you for everything! To say I am relived and pleased with the outcome of your services would be an understatement.

Very professional.
I had an amazing experience working with them right from scheduling to getting the task completed. We had issues with our hot water tap in the shower which couple of other plumbers couldn't fix. Henry  listened to the issue professionally and addressed it with skill. Fixed and cleaned it to normal. I highly recommend their services

I discovered a broken water pipe in the morning so I had to shut off the water until I got it repaired. I found Marti's on Yelp with good reviews so I gave them a call.
Vic answered my call and sent the tech Rich out to my house in 15 minutes.
Rich gave me a reasonable estimate on a couple of options.
I agreed to the job and Rich got started immediately and the repair was done in a few hours. He did a professional looking job and was very courteous.
I'm happy to have running water again and would recommend Marti's.

Noah's Plumbing is the place to go for Rheem Hybrid hot water heater repair. Another plumber practically ran away from it when he saw the complexity. If you need warranty repair, ask Rheem straight off to send the job to Noah's Plumbing. These are complicated devices, and it really requires someone who has gone through the Rheem training.

Rheem on the other hand will get one star for putting me on hold for 2 hours, not finding a plumber for me, and sending me the part and a repair manual and telling me, good luck!

530 PM realized my water heater was down. Called around starting at the top of the Yelp list that came up. I got several stories: replace it, it's one part that needs to be replaced but many places said hard to find in the present situation with the container and  supply situation. Came across Mario's and while they said open 24 hours, I was losing hope. Kevin answered and said they could come tonight. It was now almost 7 PM. Manuel showed up and got to work. After a few setbacks, got the part replaced. Asked if he would take a quick look at a toilet issue, which he gladly did, took 5 minutes to fix and left my house by 930 PM. I highly recommend these guys and have already added them to my contact list in my phone.

Came out right on time to fix a clogged sink.  Super friendly and very honest about the work, it wasn't an easy clog but he got it done and provided advice about what to do if it happens again.  Will definitely be my go to plumber from now on.

TrenchFree did a superb job of installing a new water main line without breaking an inch of my concrete. The task was complicated and the opening at the front of the house was quite small. Yet they didn't touch any concrete at all.

They were very confident from the get go about handling this task easily. Their price was the lowest amongst 3 quotes that I got and it was completed in just a day. The main line was of copper and no joint whatsoever underground. From the meter to the main entrance, one single pipe.

Highly recommend them. They have the right people & machines to get the job done. They were very thorough in ensuring the sewer line wasn't impacted due to the underground drilling. They put a camera from the sewer vent on the top of the house, all the way until the cleanout to ensure nothing was impacted.

Their foreman Armanda was excellent to work with. And Antonio made the process very smooth from the quote to completion.

Oh also, they were very helpful & prompt in setting up a temporary water main within an hour of me detecting a massive leak. They came in after hours and got the job done quickly to ensure we had a water in the house.

Abel and his crew did a great job of installing a water softener, fixing leaks in the toilet and drain replacement in the crawl space. They were professional, thorough and very responsive.

I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing related work.

Michael installed a new 75g Bradford White gas water heater inside our house and changed out our leaking pressure regulator.  He was responsive, on time, pleasant, transparent, resourceful and cleaned up.  Michael and his crew have all the right tools, good attitudes, left no water mess and he even followed up with me the next day. Quote had to be readjusted based on unforeseen deteriorated wall behind the water heater and a larger pipe size. Would recommend using again.

Miguel was terrific! He replaced a bathroom faucet and two shower valves for me. I'd highly recommend him. He was wonderful to work with, very nice and all around great job.
