Though John could not help with my water heater issue, he is nice enough to give me guidance to get the problem fixed. Didnt try to take advantage of my problem for his opportunity to make money as some others do. Thanks.

This is the second time I have used Fantastic Rooter. Over the last 2 months I have worked with many contractors to fix up my house. By far they have been the best contractor thus far Each time they were very friendly and presented options of how to fix our issues. They are very considerate in which they will put on booties before they enter your house and will clean up and wipe down the work site. I will not hesitate calling Fantastic Rooter again if I have any plumbing issues.

If you are looking for a professional company with a personal touch, I would highly recommend Able. Glen, their president, showed up on time and assessed the situation. He told me what the process was and what, and more importantly, when I can expect service. Our sewage ejector pump died over the Xmas holidays. I had a house full of guests and kids who needed to use the bathroom! It stunk big time and I was soo grateful when Albert showed up on time. He had a smile on his face and told me what he was going to do and finished ahead of schedule (when does that ever happen these days?). He cleaned up everything and there was no more smell. He connected with the plumber and called me to tell me personally when the plumber will arrive. Infact the plumber showed up within 5mins and went to work. John was so good at explaining what he was doing and had to make a run to the store to get some parts for the pump. He spent so much time and care putting everything back together. The area was cleaner after he left.

This company was a one-stop shop and was very competent. I wish I had called them sooner, instead of waiting. My bathrooms are up and running and they have one happy customer.

I had a backed up washing machine outlet line.  They gave me a reasonable 2 hour appointment window and called within the first hour to say the plumber was on his way.  The plumber showed up within 15 minutes of the call.  He took a quick look at all of the general surroundings and intelligently noticed some anamolies.  We discussed them and agreed they weren't an issue, but I appreciated he was thinking about solving the core problem and not just a superficial problem that would eventually repeat.  He had to use the majority of his snake line, but found the clog.  Without being asked, he also moved the washing machine back into it's slot and reconnected the water lines.  I felt it was an $82 well spent.

Contacted Plumbing Connection on 12/04 and spoke with Khan about a small leak under my home. We scheduled an appointment for Saturday  12/07 between 12-1pm and when Saturday came, I received a call at 11:30am saying something urgent came up and he could not make it. We rescheduled for Tuesday 12/10 (today) between 9am-10am so I took time off from work to be present.  At 10:05am,  I gave Khan a call to see if he was on his way.  When Khan answered the phone, it sounded as if he had just woke up.  Needless to say......he was not on his way!  Khan said I forgot and didnt write it down. I could come later today between 11am- 12pm or tomorrow if today no longer works for you. That was enough for me, so I said thank you and proceeeded to find a new reliable plumber based on a recommendation not yelp stars.  Unfortunately, I can't comment on the quality of Khans work but based on my experience,  I can speak to his unreliability and I would not recommemd him for your next job!

Fyi - I cant help but think that most of his reviews are fake. Afterall, a good majority of the yelp reviews not recommended have 5 stars!

I called John about 2 months back to remove a pedestal sink and replace with a new vanity and plumbing. John came out on time and did a very good job including having to deal with some unique plumbing angles. I have also had him out more recently to replace our kitchen faucet with a new one and he did a great job. John is careful and does really good work. I would recommend him for not only plumbing but other house repair work.

After confirming our appointment to check our home for low water pressure and for a bath fixture issue,  Plumbtree called last minute to reschedule.  After rescheduling for 3pm today, I was called at 3pm and told that they had to cancel a second time due to lack of technician availability.  Upon asking why, I was told that plumber was at another call and had to fix that urgent issue.  When I asked if they had other plumbers available , they said no. When I asked if plumber could come after he completed the current job, I was told that that would require overtime, so that could not be done.   Obviously burning a customer takes priority over paying an employee overtime to meet a prior obligation.

Not recommended.

Jeremy was prompt, professional and did everything right! We had a leak coming from our cement slab in our wash room area and the plumber recommended we first get a leak detection specialist in-house. Jeremy, was pleasant and arrived to our house quickly on a Friday afternoon. He was thorough and wanted to make sure he found the area of the problem, so he took his time and used 3 of his 4 testing systems to properly locate the problem which was embedded in our concrete slab.

Jeremy was so efficient and professional, he offered to come over Sat. morning to meet the plumber to ensure we were handled appropriately. He delivers professional, courteous and timely work. He's very fair and walks you through his testing techniques to help the home owners better understand the situation at hand.

I would highly recommend Jeremy! He helped get our house fixed within 24 hrs on a Friday!!! We are very appreciative as we have infants in the house and being displaced during a situation like this is not an easy thing to deal with. He truly cares about his customers.

Tony and Ricky are the nicest folks and super professional. They get the job done right! They came to fix my leaky toilet, which was not completely fixed the first time (the tank was large and took a while to fill up, so we didn't realize it was still leaky/noisy when it's filled up). They came back later that week to finish the job with all the necessary replacement parts and did not charge me an extra cent. Highly recommended!!

Ryan and Gary were professionals. They did great job installing new gas pipeline. Made sure everything was safe and secure after they were done. Highly recommend 10/10.

This company is a joke they constantly were rescheduling  me and when I called in to see where they were the office staff seemed confused. I'm not gonna throw names out cause the technician was young. But lacking experience. I  will not be calling them back. If I can give them no stars I would.

Everytime I've set up an appointment with Fast Water Heater company, it's exactly 15 days until a person comes in. It's absurd and an unrealistic time frame for someone to come in. And when the guy did come in, he didn't even have the part ready. For an hour, he was ordering the correct part and I was left with signing papers proving that he was there. No work was done and I had to wait another 15 days.

Decided to call up Noah's Plumbing the same day and he was able to arrive in 20 minutes and he even had extra parts ready.
He competently worked on fixing the heater and provided details on what was causing it. Before leaving, he made sure that I can call/text him if another problem arises. I'm finally stress-free and can have hot water running again!

We had a minor plumbing emergency on the day before we were scheduled to show our home to potential buyers.  I contacted Mario's Plumbing and Mario came over within an hour to assess the situation.  He arranged to have two of his men come by later that same afternoon.  As it turned out, I was able to contact the contractor who did the original install after Mario left so we did not need his company's services after all.  I wanted to write this review to let everyone know that I really appreciated how quickly and professionally he handled the situation and we would certainly not hesitate to engage him and his company in the future should the need arise.

My boyfriend and I had been looking for the plumber that we used a couple years back and remembered the great service and low price they gave us. Losing the contact info we searched and searched online trying to find this same plumber and Lo and behold through another reference got Khan again. We had two sinks clogged and my boyfriend tried everything that he could do but this required a professional. Khan showed up within 30-45min of me calling. Awesome. Excellent Work and Excellent Price. Rare combo these days. My boyfriends kids even started hugging this guy LOL. Honest work and WE definitely will use his services again, but hopefully not anytime soon LOL.

We have had a clog in our shower for over a year. I kept trying to fix it myself by pouring drano to clear things up. It would work for a couple months and it would clog back up again. I finally called around and located Chris. He came out the next day and was able to snake the drain. He pulled out 12 in clog of hair that had clogged up the pipes. He was so good and explained everything to me. Went above and beyond.

Carlos arrived exactly at the appointment time for the estimate to replace my sewer line. He was the only person who opened both manhole covers near my house to make sure he didn't miss anything.

Later in the day, I received a very detailed written estimate online (which also acts as the contract if you accept by signing online). Of the five companies I contacted, TrenchFree was the only one that gave a written estimate.

The estimate was actually the lowest, which was a pleasant surprise. (Even my plumber commented how inexpensive it was). Not having to trench was a bonus.

The crew also arrived exactly at the appointment time, both to replace the sewer line, and for the city inspection.

Everyone I interacted with was courteous. I pretty much sat back and they took care of everything.

Abel came and installed us a new water heater in our rental unit. He was responsive on text and came on time. So all is normal, many new vendors will do just that and happy to do the first job. But what makes him a 5 star is his reliability after the job is done.  Very few vendors do that nowadays and for that, he is highly recommended. A+

He gave us 6 year warranty and about 9 mo into it the pilot doesn't work well, keep going off maybe like 2-3 times/week. He came to repair it once and after that, he came again and this time, replaced our entire defective unit with a brand new unit under warranty.

Once again Mike at Pure Plumbing Solutions has proven how great his company is.
He is extremely responsive, works to solve the problem and has very reasonable pricing.
Called on Friday and since it wasn't urgent he cam out on Monday and in less than 1 hour the issue was resolved.

On a Saturday afternoon our kitchen sink clogged up and we really needed it fixed ASAP. We called Bayshore Plumbers and within an hour there was a plumber here. He was very nice and professional and was finished within a half hour. The rate was very reasonable and he was super efficient and helpful. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone!
