This time I decided to renovate my kitchen think set (water filter and faucet)
The same as first time: prompt and good phone communication, good quality of work. On time

Do not use these guys for anything.  My apartment complex has some huge contract with Able to do all plumbing work outside of most in-unit stuff.  On this most recent visit three guys have been looking at the same hole in the ground and the same two inches of broken pipe for two hours.  I guarantee they'll knock off in ten minutes and go to lunch for an hour and a half.  See, with Able they'll always make any work take at least four hours.  They don't give a rat's ass about getting the job done correctly or promptly.  Now on this visit they actually have some tarps down to protect the landscaping but that's only because of the havoc they caused the last time they were here.

Last time they serviced the complex they changed the shut off valves inside each unit - as well as did a bunch of unnecessary work.  How do I know this?  Well when they bailed for lunch I came home from work and saw their entire worklist on the floor in front of my front door.  As for my unit?  Rusty and debris filled pipes all over my carpet and rugs.  Tools on the floor throughout the apartment.  When the worker came back over an hour later, it took him another hour to finish up two valves.  Replace the pipes?  No way!  Not when you can stab the debris out all over my carpet with a screwdriver.  Bleed the lines to knock all the debris out before reconnecting to my faucets?  Of course not!  If they did that then they couldn't come back and tell me know my plumbing sucks because my faucets are running slow - which I later fixed myself by disassembling my faucets and cleaning all the fresh debris and sediment out.  And I'm still trying to clean threadlock off my toilet - thanks for that, dude!  Let's also not forget how they left many people's apartments unlocked with the doors open while they were completely MIA - probably off screwing around or taking another two hour lunch.

Employees of this company just stand around and shoot their mouths off.  One hand on the cell phone on a personal call, one hand on the wrench - that's Able Plumbing.  MAYBE if you have a septic issue they know what they're doing but I have yet to see a single service event where Able has appeared to be even the slightest bit competent.  I have the suspicion that half the positive reviews here are shills for the boss as that's all they talk about.

Had a simple shower leak. He couldn't find that out. He ended up opening my walls. Finally figured out it was a small issue.

Israr Khan runs a great plumbing company. Very professional and helpful.

Left a phone message to John this early morning for toilet water tank problem, he returned my phone less than 30 minutes. John gave me his pricing in details and showed up in the afternoon as promised. After his diagnosis , he went to Home Depot for the right part, the problem was fixed right away, and the fee is very reasonable. John is a very skillful with good experience and honest man. I will keep him on list whenever I need any plumbing services. Also, I definitely will recommend him all my relatives and friends for his super quality service. Thank you, John!

Had a great experience with Plumbtree yesterday. I started a bathroom faucet replacement but ran into problems. It was a 15 year old faucet that apparently had some frozen nuts below. Axel from Plumbtree was able to come out the same day I called. He was on time, polite, and best of all...he did a great job...working in that small vanity space!

I would use Plumtree again!

Jeremy did an amazing job for us. We had a leak in our pool filtration system. Jeremy came and detected the leak. He then had his crew come and open the concrete and fixed all leaks. He had to come days later because we still weren't getting water through to the filter. He then sent another expert to make sure that the filtration was working and got it fixed.
It's a pleasure working w someone that guarantees his work and makes sure things are fixed and functional even after payment. I highly recommend him

Quality Plus plumbing repaired our busted main water line and then we had them re-pipe the whole house. They are reasonably priced, very professional and awesome group of guys.

I've used Tony for both my business and personal plumbing issues. He is very professional, on time, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend him. Tony does great quality work.

We replaced an insta-hot faucet in the kitchen, as well as a number of calcified angle stops and a whistling float and valve assembly in a toilet.  Henry and his team were very helpful and responsive, and provided good value for the work that we needed done.

My neighbor and I both had James from Marti's Plumbing Service come and remove roots in the drain and he did a great job - professional, efficient, personable and a joy to do business with - we both highly recommend James who does great work!

An absolute life-saver!  I had a two month old new RUUD water heater fail in my disabled mother and father in law's home and Bernard took time out of his schedule to stop by on his way back from another job to take a look.  If you have elderly or disabled family members, you know how big of a problem this can be.  In 35-45 minutes Bernard had the problem fixed and we were up and running.  This was after a complete meltdown by the original so-called licensed company that installed it last November.  They sent a tech out the day before and he said what I already new, yeah, the pilot doesn't ingite, I'll place a service order with the manufacturer.  He just passed the buck off to the manufacturer and said basically that's all we can do here.  

If you ever need a new water heater, or service on an existing one, this is your guy.  He had the part in his truck, knew what was wrong and found two other things the original company had done wrong on the installation!    I can't thank Bernard enough, he actually took the time out of his busy dayt to listen to me describe my problem.  5 stars many times over.

I highly recommend Mario's Plumbing services! I found them on Yelp from searching on fast-responding plumbers since we had an urgent plumbing issue found by the pest-control people who were deep in the crawl space under the house yesterday.  The kitchen line was disconnected from the sewer line and a cesspool had been collecting underneath! The abs pipe had not been connected properly - never glued and had popped off.  They were able to provide a quote from the photo I texted, and Kevin and Manuel were able to come out the SAME DAY to fix it.

Manuel did a fantastic job squeezing into a small space, working quickly and efficiently, and sharing photos of before and after. They found an additional leak (when checking the first repair) and also repaired that, and also braced the piping so that it won't break if someone snakes out the cleanout in the future. Great communication from the team throughout the entire process.

I'd called two other plumbers who said the earliest they could come would be 3 days from now (although they said they have space for emergencies, I guess they didn't consider this to be an emergency?).  The smell from the sewer has been awful for weeks (we moved into the home 2 months ago and are discovering many issues like this).  They also provide sanitation services which we might call back for if the cesspool doesn't drain quickly enough.  Keeping them in my phone contacts for future plumbing issues!

Called around and received quotes from different plumbers.   What Khan quoted was reasonable and what really stood out was the fast service.  He was able to schedule a same day visit to my house (on a sunday no less) and install a new toilet and replace wax rings on my other toilets.   Very professional and Highly recommend - I will use them again!   Thanks Khan!

Chris knocked it out of the park with a bath tub blocked drain and slow flowing kitchen faucet fix where he installed a brand new faucet. Responsive, professional, punctual, personable.

We had a leak in our main water line coming into our house. The leak caused the middle of our lawn to turn into a swampy mess. Called a few places and JD Plumbing offered to come out the next morning at 730am to look at it.

I was dreading having a company open up a huge trench to remove/install a new line and ruin our lawn. JD utilizes a high air pressue trenching system to clear an opening underground so they can install the piping. We replaced some old plastic pipe and had them install a copper line into the house. It took about 4 hours and they were very courteous and let us know when they would shutdown the water. They also did a decent job to clean up the worksite. All told, a pleasant experience!

They also take credit card, are licensed, and gave the 10% off for mentioning yelp. Would highly recommend them.

Abel and his crew did a great job of installing a water softener, fixing leaks in the toilet and drain replacement in the crawl space. They were professional, thorough and very responsive.

We used Pure Plumbing Solutions to install a new tankless water heater.  They were recommended to us from a neighbor who was very happy with their service.  From my first interaction with Mike he was very responsive and professional.  Our install was done on time with zero issues.  I would highly recommend Mike and Pure Plumbing Solutions and will be using them for all my plumbing needs going forward.

Pipe Burst for sewer line repair:  Very fair pricing and fast response.  My sewer line to the city main was in need of repair to pass inspection.  Bayshore offers the best pipe burst service in the area - they met my high expectations.  Look around for competitive bids but choose Bayshore Plumbers; I will in the future.
