John was amazing on the phone and even tried to help me fix it on my own without a plumber!  When I realized I really did need someone who knew what they were doing, I called him back and he was there the next morning.  Fixed it.  Friendly.  Professional.  Awesome.  I highly recommend and will call again anytime I need a fantastic plumber!

Had a 1-4 appt. Window. They called at 4:55 saying the tech was running late and now its 6 and they are closed. Poor communication. Cant say how the service is because I never got any.

I heartily recommend Able for my sewage blockage problem.  After struggling with many other plumbers, Adrian Herrera solved my problem.  My previous sewage blockage problem indicated that about 175 feet of cable was needed from the roof top vent (I have no cleanout).  Andrian brought two 100 ft reels, climbed the roof, and snaked the sewer line to 165 feet to clear it.  Other plumbers would not climb the roof, did not bring enough cable, and made other excuses.  One started (with two people at twice the hourly rate) but could not clear it since they only brought 150 ft of  cable (but still wanted to be paid, of course).

This review is strictly for the receptionist, ROSA. If the company still wants to be in business, I would suggest getting rid of her. She is by far one of the rudest person I have ever spoke to. I was very patient with her and wanted to get more information about the pricing, instead of helping me out and answering my questions, she continuously pushed to get my credit card number. Her attitude and tone during the entire phone conversation made me feel that she did NOT want my business. I am sure the guys who comes out to take care of the job are great (according to my friend's referral), but with a first impression like that, I rather not move forward with this company.

Reliable, prompt service and good communication. He gave us an exact estimate on yelp and arrived right on time. During his visit, we asked him for an additional job, he gave us a price and was able to complete it at the same time. Highly recommend.

John came out to repair a broken drainage pipe under our sink, and although the job was more involved than originally thought, he did a thorough, meticulous job for a very reasonable price. He was polite, honest, prompt, communicative and I would call him again for any plumbing needs. Highly recommend him!

Jeremy and his team responded  quickly to my request for leak detection in my back yard irrigation system. Jeremy and his team found a leak that we had been looking for for 5 days. We had dug up multiple sprinkler lines , replaced valves and the problem persisted.

I'm so glad I found bullseye leak detection. Will definitely use them again if we have any leak problems in the future.

This company is top-notch. We have been repeat customers over the past several years and now rely on Quality Plus Plumbing for their outstanding work, clear communication and reliability. Their prices are excellent, too. We have had a variety of plumbing situations that ranged from the straightforward to the complex. Highly recommend this place because of their professional skills, forthright approach to the job and honesty.  Hopefully, we do not have any more plumbing issues lurking in our future, but if we do, I know who I will call. Their company name says it all!

Tony did a great job installing a RO Filter and new Hansgrohe Kitchen Faucet, both of which I got it from Costco.

Called and made the appointment, Tony showed up almost on time. Finished up teh job with perfection.

It has been 15 days now & all looks good.

Brand new Rheem 40gal gas water heater from Home Depot wouldn't light; it is the model that lights the pilot when it needs to heat (pilot isn't on all the time). Had Bernard from Noah's Plumbing (referred by Rheem customer service) come out and he quickly confirmed it was a defective pilot assembly (probably a blockage in the tiny feeder tube). He verified proper operation with a 50gal pilot assembly he had on his truck but didn't have a replacement 40gal unit. After finding out Rheem was out of stock on the 40gal. pilot assembly, I found one in So. Cal. and had it shipped. When it arrived, Bernard picked it up at my office and went over and installed it. Water heater finally fixed. On a positive note, Rheem did reimburse me the cost of the replacement pilot assembly.

Bernard not only knew the Rheem water heater inside and out, I was especially impressed with his troubleshooting skills; fast and efficient. He, without a doubt, saved Rheem from a costly warranty replacement in this case. If you have a Rheem water heater with a problem, don't call anyone else, call Noah's Plumbing and ask for Bernard.

Two days ago our kitchen sink got clogged. I tried to do something about it, nothing worked. I opened yelp, called in one highly recommended place and was put on hold for 15 min. I called to Mario's. They asked to send text with address and preferable time for them to visit. Within an hour a car with three people arrived, with masks because of the COVID time. Mario is a real pro, very knowledgeable. Two hours later they were out of my house, with kitchen sink repaired, and the leak in the toilet taken care of. I am very impressed by their efficiency and I am happy to recommend them.

Chris installed a new kitchen faucet and replaced a leaky part under the sink, for a very reasonable price. He is very professional, showed up on time and did an excellent job! We will hire him again for sure!

Wow, I am so glad I learned of TrenchFree and their trenchless plumbing method.  We had a broken kitchen drain pipe under our hardwood floors (and under concrete slab!) that would have required a 3-4 day effort, major disruption of the kitchen and hardwood floors using traditional trenched plumbing.  

Carlos, the estimator at TrenchFree (smart, thoughtful and polite), thought creatively and said we could reroute the kitchen drain line from our kitchen wall facing the outside to the sewer line (about 35 feet). By using a boring tool and pushing the pipe through the ensuing hole, the plumbers avoided having to dig a trench to do the work.  The only holes were just outside the kitchen wall, where they installed a kitchen drain cleanout (the original was inside and inaccessible), and the place where they connected the kitchen line to the sewer line.  They installed a new sewer cleanout at the juncture and threaded a pipe liner in the sewer pipe past the point of the old kitchen line.  Thus, they capped the old kitchen line in two places.  I appreciated their perseverance in ensuring that some extra pipes left from our 1999 kitchen remodel were not being used before the final capping.

The result was a one-day job, the lowest estimate of three plumbers, and minimal disruption for the plumbing repair.  The crew cleaned up the site before leaving, and our kitchen drain works great (one week later).  TrenchFree is highly professional, responsive and has fair pricing.  I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Michael installed a new 75g Bradford White gas water heater inside our house and changed out our leaking pressure regulator.  He was responsive, on time, pleasant, transparent, resourceful and cleaned up.  Michael and his crew have all the right tools, good attitudes, left no water mess and he even followed up with me the next day. Quote had to be readjusted based on unforeseen deteriorated wall behind the water heater and a larger pipe size. Would recommend using again.

I couldn't be more pleased with the work that Bayshore did for us.  We had a gas leak and PGE shut off our gas late on Sunday night.  Bayshore came out early Monday morning, did a thorough inspection and gave us a quote about an hour later.  After waiting for other quotes, we selected Bayshore at the end of the day Wednesday.  Frank and his team arrived at 8am Thursday morning and went straight to work re-trenching a new gas line.  They worked all day and we had our gas turned back on that night.  I was so impressed with their work and the PGE technician who restored our gas service confirmed the great job they did as he kept commenting on the thorough and very clean work done by Bayshore!
