As you can see below, I used to think very highly of this company. But lately I have been trapped in a plumbing nightmare.

After the repipe job, I had a leak in a drain. Since the house was a rental and I wanted to make things better for the tenant, I decided to replace the drains in my house. I thought that WQP had done a good job with the repipe, so they were the logical choice to replace the drains. Seems that this was a mistake.

The day after the drains were replaced, there was a leak around the toilets. WQP fixed that. A month later, there was a leak from the repipe job in a pipe from the water heater. WQP fixed that. Then a month later, a drain pipe they replaced burst and spilled raw sewage beneath the basement. At my demand, WQP fixed that, but sent me an invoice of $330 invoice for a blocked drain!!! I insisted that the pipes be inspected by another plumber and brought to standard and Marty told me that this had been done. The final straw came when I had another plumber take a look and he wrote to me who ever did the inside under the house didn't do good of a job connecting to the existing sewer. It has what we call a belly which holds water in the pipe and it's not suppose to. The pipe should have a little bit of slope and no standing water.

Now my tenant has given notice that he is leaving and have submitted bills which I will have to pay.  I am furious.

I am now in discussion with Marty about getting this fixed and will update after some time lapsed to see if any other problems spring up.

We needed a kitchen faucet replaced . Andy came and did the job very professionally and timely . Great job !

Highly recommend Vic's plumbing company. Vic was knowledgeable in what could be the reasons for my leaking bath and shower valves. He fixed all 4 valves and I only needed to buy 1 new and he rebuilt the other 3 rock solid. He is a easy guy to talk to and explained what he was doing throughout fixing everything. Will definitely use Vic's Handy Plumbing again!

We had a blocked drain from our bath tub and we had a plumber out this morning who told us that the blockage was so severe that his snake was not able to clear it and we would have to break through the wall and replace the pipes, so serious money!!!, in a panic I searched Yelp for a second opinion.  Called Santo's Gomez and he was at our house 20 minutes later.  Within 15 minutes he had cleared our blockage and our bath was running freely again.  Thank you Santos, would highly recommend!!

Dan was polite, efficient, and punctual, and completely resolved our slow-draining sink and bathtub troubles.

Kevin and his team were very responsive and professional. I was remodeling my kitchen and needed the water pipes to be rerouted since I was switching the positions of the sink and the dishwasher.  Kevin found another problem once the walls were opened and they fixed it too.  Everything was done on time. Highly recommend them.

I called three previous plumbing companies & all were booked for a week, up to a month.  I viewed Yelp again and found Anthony at Northstar plumbing.  I let him know that my bathtub was backing up with water everytime I washed clothes, and thought the issue could be the sewer line since my friend already tried to run a snake in the bathtub.  Anthony quoted me a 4 hour arrival window and a price.  He arrived with another plumber within the hour, and told me that the job was easier than anticipated so he charged me less.  I was certainly relieved since most places were quoting $140 plus $35 for a snake, and an additional $32 per 15 minutes past the first hour.  To Anthony and his plumber assistant:  THANKS A MILLION!  I rarely log onto Yelp and provide reviews, but this one certainly merited one.

Tino is very knowledgeable, professional and very reasonably priced. He responds quickly and keeps you posted on arrival. I have called him on two different occasions to fix problems with my old faucets. My house was built in 1958 and he knew exactly what to do to repair the problems. Do not hesitate to give him a call if you're looking for an excellent plumber!

Super happy with the service from Agilis. After another plumber cancelled on me, Agilis responded to me in less than an hour on Yelp. I didn't have to jump through any hoops for consultation or inspection. They responded to the issue, quoted me their hourly rate (very reasonable compared to others these days!) and told me when they could be at my house. John arrived on time, had the clog fixed in less than an hour and charged the quoted rate. They take cash, check or credit which is also very convenient. Thank you!

Ivan, the owner, was Johnny on the spot with my clogged shower drain.  I called him and he came out within 30 mins. as he was in the neighborhood.  He arrived on time and was so personable, polite and professional.   AND, he had a belt holding his pants up not allowing them to drop a little lower than necessary like so many in this trade do.  Just sayin'...  After spending at least an hour snaking the drain to get past the T he hit mud and explained to me that the cast iron pipe from my 1956 home had rusted out and mud was getting into the drain pipe and that was causing the blockage.  I really appreciated his tenacity to get it fixed.  He told me that he is normally able to get 99% of the drains unblocked, but unfortunately not mine...He apologized and was sooooo nice.  I hope you will consider using Ivan for your plumbing needs and I'm sure he won't disappoint you!  Thank you, Ivan...

Late on a Sunday evening, our sewer lateral became blocked - an emergency for a family of 5, as it starts backing up into the house.  Not only did Alex answer the phone immediately, he said he could be there in 40 minutes, and he was!  (Other top Yelp places said they'd get back to me on Monday morning - which was not acceptable!)

He was completely professional, and solved the problem immediately.  And it wasn't easy, since he had to work in the dark, outside in a sloped, wooded area to get to our clean-out.  There's nothing that causes more anxiety than a problem like this, and Alex was a life-saver.  I'll definitely keep his phone number handy.

I had two great experiences with SPS last year. This year, not so much. The job was to service my A.O. Smith Vertex hot water heater.  That meant drain, flush, pull out as much sediment as possible, and replace anode rods. (There are two.). On the first service call, everything was fine except he had no anode rods.  He said he would order the rods and call me.  A month later, after no word, I called them.  On the second service call, one of the anode rods was the wrong part. He was to order the right part and call me.  Two months later, I called them. On the third service call, he again had the wrong part, but it could be made to fit by rerunning some of the piping, which was done without talking to me first and seriously inflated the bill.  I called SPS with my concerns, and she was to talk to people in charge and get back to me. That was a week ago.  I'm still waiting.

Cardinal plumbing was recommended by a friend who has owned a business related to plumbing for over 30 years.  The crew delivered everything as promised and then some on the repiping job.  Courteous, friendly, neat, and professional.  Water was shut off for only 8 hours at most.  End result:  Strong water pressure, clean copper sweating, neat stucco and sheetrock repair.  Thank you Van, Hai and crew.

Our kitchen sink has been backed up for months. I began making my way through yelp in search of a specialized plumber and was put in contact with Bunnies plumbing. Adhemar, responded to all of my questions was very patient with me. When he came out to inspect the plumbing issue he was straight forward and explained everything so I could understand. Unfortunately, the plumbing issue wasn't fixed because it requires a second visit. I definitely recommend Bunnies plumbing.

I have 2 AC units draining into a clogged pipe in the wall. Sean was the first plumber I called who called me back. He spent quite a bit of time on the phone with me troubleshooting the issue, for no charge, and giving me suggestions on how I can fix it myself.  If I can't fix it on my own, I will definitely be calling him back to help.

Charleys Plumbing is incredible!  He is the only plumber I trust to do anything in my home. Most recently we had some kind of leak and we didn't know where or what. Our water bill went from $90 per month to $800. He came, diagnosed the problem, told us exactly how to fix it ourselves, since it was an easy fix, and didn't charge us a penny. The man is pure gold and I trust him implicitly! When I have any plumbing problems, he is the only person I call. Thanks, Charley! Your customers are incredibly grateful for your integrity!
