I can't write a review on their plumbing, but I can say something about the ethics of the owner, Marty.  I wrote a review on one of his competitors that wasn't ethical and Marty called me out on it.  He was very polite but forceful in making sure I didn't continue doing such things.  So I will bet that all the good reviews are written by actual customers and that Marty cares what people say about his company.  Which means I would do business with him if I needed a plumber in the area!

Sen an RFQ and he responded within 5 minutes.   He was congenial on the phone and after several minutes his suggestion to replace rather than repair my toilet was very well understood.  He explained things very well and we set up a time for the next day.  He was 5 minutes early and went to work on replacing the toilet which he had promised on the ogine to take between 45-60 minutes which he was spot on.  Great person and very clean and efficient.  I have his phone number in my contacts so when I need plumbing  services I know who I will call.

Wizard Plumbing helped us with a major retrofit of the sewage pipes in out 100-year old house.  Their crew was courteous and professional, and receptive to some requests I made on the final inspection.  At the end of the day the site was upgraded and clean

Throughout the process they were responsive and able to get started within days of making a final decision.  We got a competing quote from another well-regarded Burlingame plumbing company, and Wizard was noticeably better value for money.

We had a line break to our toilet and had to turn all of our water off (since we didn't know what was going on) until Kevin could come the next morning. He arrived on time, figured out the problem quickly and ran to the store and everything was done very fast! It turned out to be a simple problem, but he seems to genuinely want to save you money, and I would definitely call him again.

Anthony installed a new corner toilet in our house. His toilet suppliers were more expensive than ordering it online, so he told me to do this which saved a lot of money. He and his assistant then came right out after the toilet was delivered and installed it perfectly. His charges less than any plumber I have had experience with, but from now on I am not going to use any other plumber.

Our water heater needed replaced and Mission City, working with Tino, came quickly to replace it with competitive rates and warranty. A few other issues were discovered and repaired. We had a small issue after the service and Tino came out without charge to fix it. Reliable and good work. Recommend!

John did a great job changing out our water softener and tightened up our kitchen faucet.  Their pricing is the most reasonable.  Definitely will call them on future plumbing project.

Making a decision to repipe my home is tough. I have been dwelling on the idea for over 6 months, and after getting 5 estimates from various contractors, I was flustered and still cannot make up my mind. But after speaking with George from All Pipes Plumbing, I made my decision right on the spot. His experience, knowledge, honesty and sincerity got me totally convinced that he is the right man for the job (not to mention that his bid is also the lowest). He did not promise to finish the job in one day, which I am always skeptic about the quality of the workmanship. George is a perfectionist, and rather do the job right than to rush through it. He also came up with very innovative ways to replace the old pipes without cutting up any of my walls. Not only did George did what he promised, but also went above and beyond his responsibility (including removing 2 dead rats and a dead cat from the crawlspace, and found the source of my rodents infestation). The quality of his work is so good that the final inspection took only 30 minutes (from other reviews, I found that some repipe jobs require multiple visits from the inspector). George knows the codes very well, and did everything that is expected before the inspection. I am so happy with my experience that I already have a few projects lined up for Georg, such as installing a sewer clean-out and replacing the indoor drain lines (another potential problem). Thanks to the raving reviews from Yelp and NextDoor, I am very happy to have found a plumber for all seasons!

Wish I could have experienced the same positive service as many of you have. Called on a Wednesday  afternoon stating the problem I was having and left two numbers (office and cell) to reach me at. Its been over 48 hours no return call. Found another plumber, everything worked out fine.

Got a water heater not heating up on a late Friday afternoon. Pilot light was out and could not be re-lot.  Alex came out right away to look at the problem.  But he was not able to fix the problem since he doesn't replace thermal couple. I was surprised.  Instead, he suggested replacing a new water heater.  I have dealt with 20+ water heaters.  It's 2011 but it's not time yet. I ended up hiring someone else to replace this part for $165 vs spending $1500 for a new unit. Nice guy though.

I contacted multiple plumbing companies, and SPS plumbers were the only one who showed expertise for the tankless water heater I had issues with. They came in to flush the water heater, but unfortunately due to the bad scaling that was on it, the water heater had a leak on the heater exchange, which is common if not regularly flushed. In any case, I called SPS plumbers the next day, and they sent Ruben again right away, which investigated and took care of everything to make sure we had a replacement unit! Scheduled a replacement, went smoothly, they were really nice, professional, and took the time to ensure everything was done properly, not rushed (even though we can tell they have busy schedule) ! Contacting them on yelp is also such a breeze because they're very responsive, the people I was in contact with were Shawna (Gaby), and Ruben, I've already started referring them to people I know have issues with plumbing, definitely recommend !! Another nice plus is that you can pay the invoice online, very easily and have clear detailed receipt !

Hai is great.  Have used him for several projects now and he has been nothing but conscientious, honest and professional!  My new plumber of choice.

Our kitchen sink has been backed up for months. I began making my way through yelp in search of a specialized plumber and was put in contact with Bunnies plumbing. Adhemar, responded to all of my questions was very patient with me. When he came out to inspect the plumbing issue he was straight forward and explained everything so I could understand. Unfortunately, the plumbing issue wasn't fixed because it requires a second visit. I definitely recommend Bunnies plumbing.

He is a true professional. Did a great job and charged me fare. I am a happy customer for sure!

Charles did some top notch work in my home, fixing a circulation pump, as well as replacing 3 shower valves and associated shower heads, including a rain shower. The price was very reasonable, as well.
Best of all, Charles did some minor repairs to my faucets absolutely free of charge !
I wouldn't hesitate to use him again for future work.
