I am very satisfied with the work that was done by this company on my home.  I needed the kitchen sink faucet replaced.  I called Emerson and texted him a copy of the existing faucet.  He arranged for a new one to be purchased and their employee showed up at the appointment time and removed the old faucet, installed the new one (which was of good quality), cleaned up and tested the new faucet.  A great job overall for a reasonable price!

Originally I contacted Nick to fix/adjust a stuck frameless shower door.  My son found Nick on YELP and he had good reviews. Nick fixed the shower door quickly but noticed the larger issue was that the tile flooring had areas of missing grout so he came back another day to re-grout and clean things up in our master bedroom shower stall.  He was very professional and did a detailed job as the job took about a half a day.  He cleaned up nicely and now
we can take a nice shower for years to come without worrying that the tile flooring leaks water underneath.  I will definitely keep Nick in mind if I have a list of future work!

Great Job Simply Green!  Easy to setup the appointment and they were right-on-time.  It could have been a really complicated repair the team was able to fix everything in a very short time.  Great guys to work with I might add.  My highest recommendation

I was having an issue with our washing machine backing up into the bath tub and then the bath tub not draining.  Kevin arrived on time and was very professional throughout his time working in the house.  He wore a mask and shoe protectors and nicely folded my bathroom rugs and put his own work mat down.  Snaked the drain thoroughly and then cleaned up after himself, replacing my rugs when finished.
I'd highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing service.  I've definitely got his card at the top of my stack now!

I found Johnny on yelp and called him based on his raving reviews. We too had terrific experience with him. He replaced the kitchen faucet, installed RO water filter, added a new water line to our upper deck on the first visit. The work was beautiful and professional. We hired him back to install a utility sink in the garage. Again, wonderful work. He also assisted me choosing the right faucets on both occasions. He'll be out go-to plumber, and we recommend his service with no reservation.

Marco and his crew came out early morning to install a new water heater. They rearranged their schedule and made us a priority which we really appreciated. Fair prices and great work. Highly recommend and a great professional job. Thanks

Adu helped me replace the toilet and took care some small repairs without charge. He is very responsive and helpful. He sent me pictures after his work. His price was very reasonable and he provided good quality of work. I have a few more projects and definitely will work with him. I really appreciated his help and highly recommended him.

We called Hansen plumbing the morning after Thanksgiving when the sink was clogged from the huge prep work the day before. We called 5 plumbers and didnt expect anyone to call us back that morning. Art called us back within 10 minutes of our message, and came out one hour later. He did an outstanding job, was very honest , very professional and was very appropriately priced. We would highly recommend him and look forward to calling him for the next crisis.

I called yesterday because my faucet in my kitchen had been leaking for a little more then a week . When I called a lady answered ,I think her name was Taylor . She was very knowledgeable and scheduled my appt for the same day (which was surprising because usually you have to wait a couple days ).  The techs are very skilled and efficient. Got the leak fixed quickly.
Would definitely be using them again .

Our old heater broke in our old house.

One neighbor suggested I call the city, and they'll relight the pilot for free. The city guy said it was broken & couldn't be re-lit & he didn't have the piece needed to fix it.

Another neighbor recommended Reliable Service - that guy said that the necessary part wasn't available anymore, and we'd need a new heater for $4000. The charge was $49 to tell me that.

Today John from paloaltoplumbheatandair.… came - he went in the crawl space under the house, re-lit the pilot & it works again! Charge for this $125 - John is my new best friend! Highly recommend! :-)

I was in need of a plumber to fix a broken sink drain and replace my laundry hookups and was referred to Josh Fisher. We called him this morning and he was here by this afternoon! His pricing was fair and he was incredibly respectful and professional. So glad that I found Fisher Plumbing and I will definitely use them in the future!

Highly recommend!!! With my first call, Enrique answered on the first ring.  I needed a toilet to be replaced, so he asked that I text him photos of the old one and the one I bought, and he replied back within minutes with a fair quote. The next morning at 8:15am, Leo and Ben showed up in a very professional truck.  They wore shoe covers, explained things about the plumbing, and did excellent work.  They also gave advice on other questions I had, which was very helpful. They noticed that I had high water pressure, and we found that the pressure reducing valve was broken.  They had the spare part, and stayed to replace that too.  Thank you!!!

Had an appointment today at 12-2. Get a call at 1 that they're running behind and will likely be 3-4pm. Ok. It is now 4:38p and still no tech. I call the company and keep getting the run around of how he was on an emergency call. Ok. You don't have anybody else to send out then? My original appt was 12-2. It's nearly 5 and now I'm being told it'll be after 5pm.

What an absolute joke of a company.

These are my go-to plumbers.  I've used them many times over the years.  They accomplish their work professionally and charge fairly.  I highly recommend them!

Vince was quick to respond and very professional.  I would call again, if needed, and highly recommend.

Amazing customer service.  They were not the best fit for me based on my problem.  This was great information to have ahead of scheduling time and wasting time.

I called them at 10 pm on Saturday because my downstairs drain had backed up and flooded my family room.  Serious bummer.  Someone came out within the hour with a snake, but claimed the sludge was too bad and we needed a jetter.  $395 charge for a still clogged drain.  Also a bummer.  They said someone would return at 8 am with a jetter to finish the job.  Well, no one showed up.  I called at 9 o'clock and he said a plumber was on the way.  I called at 10 o'clock he said the jetter was broken and they would be there by 11 am.  Then I called at noon when still no one had shown up only to be told that the plumber who was going to come here went to another job instead!  But they said don't worry, we'll send someone right now.  I'm not holding my breath and will be calling another rooter service and highly suggest that you do the same.  Not a company worth waiting for.

Cody, the plumper from Thomas Plumbing was a credit to his profession and to his company!!! He was professional and he had great people skills. He explained every step of what he was doing. When I asked for his recommendations he gave them clearly, then left the decisions up to me. He worked with diligence and efficiency while maintaining a cheerful attitude. When he was finished he double checked his work. I was very grateful to have my plumbing problems fixed. The price was fair too.
The bonus for me was that I have used Thomas Plumbing a number of times and I have been very happy with them EVERY TIME!!!

I gave this plumbing service a try since all of the others were either charging a ridiculous fee just to come out or not returning my calls.

I'm glad that I did! BFP waived the service call & they're contractor, Javier exceeded my expectations...
