We started off with a clogged toilet which required replacing cracked piping underneath the house.  Jose Luis and his crew, while working on the repair noticed a bigger issue with drainage - a clogged sewer.  This meant replacing the 80 ft main sewer pipe which went from the front of the house, underneath the driveway and landscaping.  As it turns out, our main water line runs parallel to the sewer, and it suffered damage during the sewer replacement and also had to be replaced. (We noted that the old pipes they dug up were filled with tree roots and mud.)

So, the project grew progressively bigger as problems were uncovered.  But each problem and remedy was clearly explained which we really appreciated.  In conclusion, the crew from EJ Plumbing, with Jose Luis as the foreman, did a perfect job - we cannot be more pleased.

Trieu and his team are responsive when there is a need. I had a couple of issues - one with my water heater and another with the gas line. They gave me a time and were on time both times. The quality of work was good and i will always contact them first for any plumbing work!

I was surprised at how quickly Mike responded.  I liked his can-do approach and his attention to details, such as shoe covers and a mask.  Impeccable work!Five stars.

A few bathrooms were backed up and our nuclear powered Drano wasn't working. Gave these guys a call and they pulled out a whole bunch of gunk with their specialized tools.

We had a clogged toilette which led to find out that the main pipe line handling the other two bathrooms as well was damaged. As soon as we found out that we were not able to use any of the bathrooms I went on yelp to find a company and found Local Rooter and Plumbing which they did arrive quickly and fixed it quickly. I was very satisfied on their service! I will definitely call them again for their service!

Elmer and Alejandro were fantastic. My sump pump broke this week and with all the rain coming, I was worried about flooding. They came within one hour of my requesting service. They finished the job in the rain and darkness. They couldn't have been more helpful and polite.

Technician was friendly and did a quick thorough job at a really good price. Was quoted an arrival time of 2 hours from phone call but showed up much earlier. We were hearing bubbling sounds from our kitchen sink over the past couple of days while using various bathroom fixtures and started to panic imagining the worst possible sewage problems conceivable. Reached out to Marlon and a bunch of other plumbers in my area with a detailed description of the problem but Marlon was the only one who provided some feedback about what it could be and a prompt response by showing up over the weekend.

Marlon did an excellent job diagnosing a blockage due to tree roots in our sewage line connecting to the city mains and helped clear multiple clogs systematically all the way to the mains while walking us through the whole process with a drain snake camera. He was patient and helped answer our numerous naive questions in detail, doing a stellar job for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend him for any plumbing tasks !

Joe responded immediately after I contacted United Plumbing to fix a slow running/leaky faucet. Sergey arrived at the allotted time slot and worked hard to replace the faucet with a nice model that he acquired from Home Depot. It turned out that the original plumbing in the house had begun to corrode, so he spent some good effort cleaning out the old pipes and refitting the plumbing. In the end everything works great thanks to Sergey's time and expertise!

Plumbing problems can be a nightmare. After procrastinating far too long, I checked Yelp and last night found this wonderful company. By 10:00 this morning, new parts installed and everything is perfect.

The pricing is very very reasonable. I just can't say enough good things. Fast, efficient, polite and I didn't feel like anything overly mysterious was happening.

Eddie came highly recommended when we had a blocked kitchen drain. Responsive, helpful and nice, patiently giving me advice and answering my questions. He sent 2 colleagues out who snaked the drains and got the job done within 1hr.

2nd time we called was for an emergency when sewage water including feces was backing up through the bath and shower drains. Our rental management company was useless and couldn't even find a plumber after a few hours so we called Eddie again and even though he'd hurt his hand he came out to help within 30mins! His van is so organized and has an impressive amount of equipment. I have some familiarity because my father is a qualified plumber in UK. He brought out a massive snake machine and cleared the (root intrusion) problem for us ... we are ever so appreciative for his super fast and kind response! Advice was given to stop the drains from backing up but landlady didn't respond on a solution.

Eddie saved us from suffering from no toilet or shower facilities again when the drains backed up and the toilet water over flooded out. He came out within 20mins, cleared the root intrusion enough and explained the problem will be continuous and options to fix it. Decision now stands with the landlady as to how to proceed in order to prevent the drains from backing up again.

We're really happy with Eddie's professionalism and knowledge and HIGHLY recommend him! He also charges reasonably.

We couldn't get the pilot light on following instructions. So Crown came out and tried starting the pilot for 5 seconds NOT following the directions and then told us we needed a new heater for about $3500.
It cost us $227 just to look at it and tell us that.
I then called ANOTHER plumber who knows Whirlpool heaters (A). He came and looked at it and just hit a simple reset both I and Crown overlooked. He didn't even ask for money, but we paid him anyway.

Such a nice people and their customer service is excellent we called them today for our toilet repair they were in my house in less than an hour.. he quickly noticed the problem..compared to all other places there prices are completely low and reasonable...we are facing the water leaking problem from long time and we tried so many plumber and none of them have cleared the issue but these people are awesome at their work..very friendly and best work they have done.

I highly recommd this place  and i really appreciate their work..

I called Drain Masters based on the over whelming high reviews from the yelp community.   After describing  my plumbing problem (shower drain backup/slow draining that was also causing bubbling up in toilet), Edward of Drain Master, without hesitation provided a clear general assessment and what would be needed to fix my problem.   What I was impressed with was his willingness to be so forthright with useful information, not hedging or cloaking for later opportunities to take advantage.
He was honest -- even that what he suggested I first call my HOA -- would possibly  not bring him the business.   On the other hand, I gave the same problem explanation to two other companies, one  quoted what seemed an very high  price just to come out to investigate with additional costs and the other quoted two separate prices to unclog the shower and the toilet -- even that they both go through the same main drain.  I realize  we consumers don't know much but we are not idiots!  So in closing, Edward of Drain Master was right, it was my HOA responsibility.   As a property owner it is inevitable that I will have a plumbing problem that will not fall on the HOA and I will definitely call  Drain Master.   You should too.
