The technician solved our issue which is in the main pipe quickly. And, he also pointed out the root cause as well as consulted how to maintain it. This is my first experience with a very professional plumbing service. It's really appreciated.

18 yr old water heater was leaking so needed a replacement.  EJ did work for me in the past, so called them, and they were able to come out the following morning -- which was good as I have teenage boys who need to shower frequently!

While here, they also did a fix to a minor leak in connector to washing machine for no extra charge.

Loved that they all have their masks on. Trieu is very professional and nice. After he unclogged my kitchen sink, he stayed behind cleaned everything and explain to me what's wrong and how to prevent future clogging. Great price and great service.

Called them again when I need to install kitchen faucet. Again they come out just the second day. This time the technician is Tino. He arrived on time and inspected the work area before starting. He found an old leak from the sink drainage and also recommended replacing old stop valves, some of which are impossible to turn. I ended up asking him to fix the drainage pipe along with the faucet installation and leave the old stop valves alone. Pricing of all items are agreed upon before the work commences.

The installation was done meticulously. He even scraped up water stains where the old faucet was in contact with the sink. So far there is no leak and I'm happy with it.

Called J&K after reading the reviews to get a quote. The gentleman that answered seemed to be  in a hurry and a little bothered. He was quick to quote very high prices and also charge a ridiculous price to run a camera down the line. No thanks, shopped around and got a much much better quote and honest guy to do the work.

Their name truly says it all-- INTEGRITY!!   My kitchen sink drained slowly for months. Regular plumbers do the basic snaking and that really didn't help much at all. Marlon at Integrity is a whole different breed of plumbers. He's a perfectionist. He is a problem solver. He is very thorough in his job. Double checks and triple checks to make sure problem solved with his drain camera. Some plumbers are just out to do the job but I observed Marlon and he took the challenge personally. He was determined to solve it and he did. He used a hydro jet process to break down many months of hardened stubborn grease. I am so pleased to have found him on here!!

Short version: honest, hard working, and friendly.

Our toilets started gurgling and the showers backed up with stink water because we had a blockage. I called a few places and the first one gave me advice but did not work on houses with no cleanout.

United Plumbing was up for the job and ready to go up on the roof and down the breather or in through the toilet flange. Well, they went through 2 breathers and the toilet and the line did not clear.

After 3 hours and at 7 PM, they said they needed to do a camera inspection and would probably need to install cleanouts the next day. I asked what I owed for today and they said no charge because they had not solved the problem. Wow, really different than most plumbing experiences.

They gave me a quote for digging a 6-foot-deep grave in the front yard to find the old sewer line and for repiping a section and the cleanouts. I decided to handle the digging separately which took 2 strong young guys 6 hours with a shovel.

They did a snake with a cutter head and the camera again and they gave me a digital copy of the video to use to tell the city to replace the street line.

They spent 5 more hours the second day and everything is working great. The price was very reasonable for 10 man-hours of work.

Got charged $650 for a simple washer valve replacement. As a first time home owner I should've done more research, found out later something like this should have costed $250 max, since it took only 30 minutes of labor and no piping was touched. Lesson learned to make sure to get a quote beforehand and hope others can watch out for these scammers.

I just called a bunch of plumbers like 10+ and after speaking to Eddie, I think he really is an honest plumber! Super nice guy, gave alot of helpful information, even though I'm out of his service area (I'm too far north closer to SF), but I really appreciate the time he took to give me advice on my sewer lateral replacement issue. He does the work, but I'm just to far away. Thank you Eddie for being such a nice and helpful human. It's rare, and refreshing!

Such a nice people and their customer service is excellent we called them today for our toilet repair they were in my house in less than an hour.. he quickly noticed the problem..compared to all other places there prices are completely low and reasonable...we are facing the water leaking problem from long time and we tried so many plumber and none of them have cleared the issue but these people are awesome at their work..very friendly and best work they have done.

Again, five stars for Kiet. On a weekday at 6 pm, I arrived home to find water flooding my side yard. I actually called several companies, none would come right away except for All Go Plumbing.

Kiet came right away. He fixed our leak and saved us so much money in terms of water usage penalty. He did excellent work for a reasonable fee, and he cleaned up everything perfectly.

They are quick to respond to my call and fix the problem. They only charged me $80 (their last day of drainage special) for drainage clog clearing. While I called other plumber from newspaper classified, he quoted me $120, but found a excuse not to do the work when came and found it was muddy.
I will definitely recommend their service or I will call them again when I have plumbing issues in the future.

For the past couple of months our toilet had a slow drain, and despite every effort to plunge it and use gels and the like to get it to drain properly, nothing would work.  This past Saturday we finally called Drain Masters and they showed up within 1/2 hour of the initial call, and within about 5-10 minutes he quickly figured out that the toilet had a problem.  He was able to quickly recommend a new toilet for us, and after researching it online it was definitely one of the better ones out there.  Great service from a knowledgeable person with fair pricing.
