I usually don't write Yelp reviews but I decided to make an exception for these guys. Giovanni is truly a  professional, very courteous, has a great sense of humor and is The Man for all your plumbing needs.

This was my first experience with him, he replaced three toilets in my home, priced very reasonably. He showed up on time, worked at super fast speed and was done before I knew it.

He seems to genuinely care about his service and that was refreshing to see. I will surely recommend him and plan to call him again for my future plumbing needs.

The company gave me an estimate before they came. After the job was done, the price was within the range of their estimate.

They came on time and did a good job raising my 2 faucets.

I had a problem with my water heater. After speaking with Trieu on the phone, he came over the next day to give me estimates for my choices for repair. He was very friendly and informative, and there was no pressure. The prices he quoted seems reasonable.

Great job. Work was done quickly
and professionally. He found a secondary problem with our pedestal sink drain and fixed everything as part of the job. I would definitely bring them back for future project needs.

Used Khoa again. We had a leaking shower valve and I was able to get a replacement from Kohler. Also needed 2 bathroom sink faucets replaced (I purchased). On recommendation from his last visit, we also replaced our water pressure regulator as our water pressure was way too high for our home. Khoa goes above and beyond, explains everything and give A+ services.  His prices are reasonable and I refer him to anyone that needs a plumber.

Great customer service first and foremost!  Someone was available to answer the phone as I called to inquire about same day availability and pricing.  Unfortunately, I had a plumbing issue in the bathroom and needed to resolve asap. Duey was able to schedule a same day appointment for me, he was professional and honest. Local Rooter & Plumbing is an honest company with efficient service.  Thanks so much!

I had a great experience with JR, who fixed a broken toilet and replaced our water heater. He was on time, professional, and overall very kind and helpful.

We had a kitchen leak under the sink for a few days and when we had a handyman come in to fix the bathroom shower, we had asked if he can take a look at the sink to fix it. He tried fixing the leak but did not have the tools or parts for it. And worse, he ended up making it worse by stopping the cold water supply into the sink faucet. Anyway, I called Joe and he was able to come early the next morning to fix it. He was able to diagnose the problem really quickly and fixed the problem in 20 minutes! And being a returning customer, he even gave me a little discount!

Moral of the story -  CALL JOE for any plumbing issues you have! He REALLY knows what he is doing and you know you can count on him for any plumbing issue you have now... or even the future! THANK YOU JOE!

We had a broken tankless water heater and Marlon Gomez from Integrity came out the very next morning with a new tankless solution to our problems. He is competent, experienced, honest and easy to work with. I thought I knew quite a bit about tankless water heaters having had one for over ten years until I met him. He knows a lot about them and that was very reassuring. He will be our plumber for everything else in our house from now on.

Great service and reasonable price. I would definitely use 5 star plumbing again. I was not in a rush but they came out the following day to install a new toilet. Arrived near the beginning of the window they gave me and everything went smoothly. The plumber was very professional.

My drain plugged up and I knew it was probably around the kitchen area. I reached out on Yelp (casted a net) to see who would reply. Most wanted to schedule an appointment for an estimate but ARP immediately went to work and was able to send someone right away, worked out the price ahead of time and his worker arrived with quality tools to do the job (auto snake, camera, hydro jet).  I hope I don't need to deal with this again for many years (grease build up).

I promise Steve that I will write the review on Yelp but I was not able to until now. My water heater leaked about 6 months ago and I called the plumber that help me previously but he cannot come due to COVID. He referred me to Steve and he was able to come immediately and replaced a new water heater the same day. He also text me to follow up making sure everything is good, highly recommended.

Grandparents house had a main line backup and this house was extra difficult because there wasn't a clean out as it was an old home.

Eddy is extremely helpful. We got his help even on a Sunday. Our house was covered by a home warranty but the contractor they assigned was extremely unprofessional and didn't what he was doing, and even gave us a quote of over $1000 to fix a simple issue. We contacted Eddy and he responded immediately. He went ahead and snaked all of our pipes. He also helped to replace the defective P trap for us. Eddy is the plumber you can trust. He knows what he is/will be doing and provide a reasonable quote.

This review is for Pablo providing exceptional service and saving us from unnecessary work. We really appreciate his honesty and responsiveness. Would not hesitate to call Crown for any future needs.

Kiet was professional and completed everything in a timely manner.

I called up Kiet for a garbage disposal replacement. After a quick call to provide an overview of my situation, he was able to arrive at the time we agreed upon.

When he got here, he confirmed what we discussed on the phone before starting the work. Everything had handled well and the area under the sink was well maintained throughout the process. The disposal was replaced and well tested before giving the final sign-off.

I won't hesitate in the future for any plumbing needs.

Short Story:  the best plumber, hands down!

Long story, I've reached to Bakhtiar for him to help fix my kitchen faucet and shower.  My kitchen faucet needs to be eventually replaced.  Bakhtiar was able to stop by and quickly diagnose the issue.  He took a look at my faucet and help to clean it up.  He was very responsive and came out the next day.  Bakhtiar stopped by and fixed my issue for free!

For my shower I had a bad cartridge that needed to be replaced..  he was able to carefully remove the and put a new one in.  Bakhtiar is very detailed.

Verdict:  I'm so thankful to Bakhtiar!

It was a pleasure having Dave come fix our clogging issue with the garage sink. It was fast and efficient.

Dave was very polite and respectful. He put on shoe covers and that's one important detail that I always pay attention to. If you can do that without being told; it shows that you respect my home and that's a great plus with me.

If I ever have a plumbing issue again; Drain Masters would be the first people I would call.
