They had previously cleared my stopped up sewer drains, but this time I had a twisted copper water supply line from a failed attempt to change a hose bib. It wasn't an emergency, so they came out a day or two later and quickly made the repair quickly. The price wasn't cheap, but he was very professional and fast.

Capitol Plumbing fixed our kitchen sink clog. We are in a townhouse and kitchen is on the second floor and clog was very tough all the way to the sewer. Khoa did all his effort to unclog the drain and finally he did! I would like to ask again if we have a same problem.

Duy, the Field Manager, came to my home Sunday evening to access the situation. Basically my Rheem water heater stopped working due to a leak(s). It wasn't even 3yrs old. He talked me into waiting til the next morning so Rheem could replace it under warranty instead of my paying out of pocket. Duy knew I had guests in my home and that's why I was really eager to fix it right then instead of waiting. I'm glad Duy talked me into waiting. He saved me several hundred of dollars!! The next day Trieu came on his own. Duy's Assistant. He was an excellent assistant and quick at removing the heater. Trieu met me at Home Depot to get the new one. He encouraged me to Go onto my Mtg. When I came back it was installed better than the old one was. He made it earthquake safe and explained quite a bit to me about how they work and how to take care of it so it will have a long life span. I was so impressed and knew I could trust them while I was gone. This meant a lot to me!! Because I own a small business I need reliable plumbing services. They are now my number one go-to for plumbing services!!

Just moved and husband plugged up the toilet! UGH! Didn't want to shop around and wait I wanted it fixed like yesterday! Called Drain Rooter Service and told me he could come by right away . I highly recommend Handy Plumbing Man. After the New Year storm my 2 sump pumps undercthe house stopped working. I called Handy Plumbibg man and first the woman on the phone was very helpful. They were very busy because everyone was having flooding problems but they scheduled me in 2 days later. The owner can over and made sure he could still get 2 new sump pumps and was able to. They spent the whole day under the house in a small crawl space and installed 2 new pumps during the rain. Once it was hooked up to my old pipes it proved that the pipes to the street were too small so the guys worked during the late night installing a larger pipe to the street. A few days later 4 guys came and buried the pipe under the lawn and installed the new drain. They cleaned up everything and you can't even tell they dug up the grass. Now everything works great! The whole crew was great, including the Owner and his wife that dealt with a panicking homeowner. Highly recommend!!!! Thanks!!!

Got quote from another Plumbing company to replace valves stem on tub faucet. Other company said was too old and had to replace valve and whole unit after having to break tile. Estimate was $2500. Called Integrity and they gave estimate of $250 plus parts. I asked Marlon to replace both valve stems and diverter as a precaution. They replaced all three stems and  charged $100 more to replace the additional cold valve and diverter. So for parts and labor came to $520 far better than $2500 and still having to repair tiles. Best to get several estimates because some businesses want to make the larger payments with maybe less work. Thanks Integrity you do have Integrity and I will use you again.

Welp... it happens to everyone but never on a Sunday for us. Out toilets were clogged and plunging (and waiting) did not help this time.

I sent out a quote request from Yelp, but most places were either closed on Sunday or required a premium fee for Sunday appointments.

Not United Plumbing. In fact, their price was better than the other plumbing services that quoted me a price for a weekday price(!)

I highly recommend United Plumbing - they were responsive, polite, and at a very reasonable price.

They know very little about tankless water heaters . Advised to flush it to fix the issue. The real contractor told me that they should have investigated the issue first before flushing . As of course flushing did not fix anything - was a total waste of money

I needed immediate help with a clogged drain that wasn't fix with another company 3 weeks ago. Steve was super responsive and completely fixed my clog within half a day of my inquiry. He was friendly, good with my 3 dogs, and pricing was more than fair. Hands down, this was the best experience I have had from any plumbing service.

I had to switch out my kitchen faucet and Steven was fast to respond. He was able to send someone out within an hour and the installation took about 45 minutes.

I didn't like the placement of the handle so Steven sent someone the next day to fix it.

Prices are reasonable and job was done well. Would recommend!

Eddie is great! Our home had a toilet drain issue and it has been ongoing for 4 weeks now. We had different plumbers come in and nobody got the issue fixed. One said, we have to replace the toilet, one said we dont have the right equipment, and one could not even find the issue. Eddie spent 1 hour at our and we have a working toilet again! Thank you so much Eddie!

Our tub has only hot water and we contact Crown Plumbing. They respond quickly so we can get it fixed soon. Freddy come to our house. He is very helpful and patient. We requested the same service from another plumbing repair and they refused to come because they say the job is too small. They don't understand without cold water we cannot use the bathroom actually. Anyway Crown Plumbing accepts the job and get it done quickly. The price is also reasonable.

My guy Eddie showed up at my house at 11 pm , My father was stressing cause he usually the one who fix stuff around the house , but he called quits on this one . Called Eddie and he latterly showed up in 20 min . I highly appreciate his service .

As a former QA manager, I tend to pay careful attention to details. They exceeded expectations in every respect: prompt communication, arrived quickly and ahead of promised time, fixed the blocked sewer line, tested confirmed that the problem was fixed, and educated me on some aspects to prevent future problems. They went above and beyond in cleaning up the repair site. The price was competitive as well.

Quoted several plumbing company and Khan is the most active and fast. Most people gave quote over the phone but Khan came in, gave a quite reasonable quote and we got our new water heater installed in just 2 hours. The diagnostic visit is free so the quote is trustable. Strongly recommended.
