I had a water leak in my kitchen.  I opened a service ticket for a plumbing repair with my home warranty company.  When Joby responded, he checked all of the sinks and drains and could not find a leak.  He went above board to look at the HVAC system and determined that the a/c was frozen and leaking.  He took photos of the frozen pipes so I could document the issue for future claims.  He turned the thermostat up per my request to keep the system from freezing further.  I was not able to be there, and he was honest and told me exactly what he was doing while he was in my condo.  I would recommend Huffman Plumbing for excellent customer service!

They did a great job installing a new kitchen faucet and soap dispenser and reasonable too.

Pleasant person answered phone and scheduled visit for first thing the next morning.  Showed up within the scheduled time, diagnosed sewer drain problem and fixed within 30 minutes.  Fee was reasonable.  Will use again.

Arnold and the team came out to fix a water leak that had forced us to cut off the water to the house. He was really kind and fit us into his schedule on the same day since we were without running water. His team did a great job and even improved the tap from our main line into our sprinkler system. I'd definitely recommend A Deal Plumbing to a friend and will use them again if I am ever in need of a plumber.

One of our water heaters sprung a leak just before Christmas and threatened to literally dampen our holiday but these guys would not have it. They were courteous and responsive, punctual and efficient, friendly and professional. They quickly diagnosed the issue during their first visit, offered various options to address it and explained the pros and cons. We agreed to replace both of the water heaters with a tankless system, which they did an excellent job of installing at a very fair price, getting us back to normal just in time for Santa's visit. The new system is working great and our attic looks so much better without the huge tanks up there! Oh yeah, they were also very good about following COVID protocols.

Really impressed with Come And Plumb It. They were so kind and helpful on the phone and with getting an appointment set up, on time for the appointment and installation was great. I really appreciate the communication, explaining the issue and even explained what to do for typical issues (how to resolve a jam) and I even asked a few other questions and he gladly helped explain things. In my 40 years owning homes and working with plumbers, these guys are the best.  I have had to have them come out 3 times in the last 4 years and each time they did a fantastic job.  They arrive when they say they will, they do the job efficiently and cleanly, no mess left behind.  I highly recommend anyone living in Cedar Park, Leander, or Liberty Hill to call them first. You will not have any regrets.

These guys are great. Punctual, don't oversell and get the job done. They did a lot of work on a house that I bought a year ago - updating fixtures, fixing corroded pipes, etc. No problems in the past year with their work. Customer service is excellent. Two thumbs up.

Chad is a godsend - I have perhaps the most ridiculous space between my dishwasher and the sink that takes some sort of voodoo magic to get the hoses through. Scheduling was easy and the cost was more than fair. I would highly recommend for any handyman needs.

I feel a little taken advantage of!  My husband requested they come out to give us an estimate to get a residential generator, and for that they would require $250(our fault for agreeing).  Had never heard of this before,  but my husband agreed to it.  On the day he came I had a lot of questions, I thought he would at least have the answers and detailed explanations of how it worked.  Most of which should have been answered over the phone and would have saved us $250.  Also multiple questions I had,  he did not seem to have the answers too.  Save your $250 and call someone else!!  He certainly was not an expert.  And also did not even know what the product warranty was.  For my $250 literally got a load test and that was about it.  They know there is a demand (6 month waiting list) and can make a quick buck, oh yeah and want most of the money up front.  Do your due diligence, ask if you will need another propane tank, ask how much that will cost, ask how much it will be to run existing line from a propane tank?  My husband I guess read good reviews about other services they perform, but I promise you, save your $250, I agree with a previous post, ridiculous!!!  All they do is sell you the generator and hook it up to house, they don't do anything else.  Wish I could make that kind of money for doing nothing.  Live and learn.  Like I said, a few quick questions over the phone would have saved us $250.  How would we know we would need a second propane tank( no way HOA would allow it), also a huge added expense on top of  $16,000 he wanted.  He could have asked this over the phone! Also make sure you have a place to put it and that they can get it there easily.  Seems to me just an electric Company jumping on the band wagon of people desperate to get a generator and making a quick buck.  Anyone that wants to charge you $250 to sell you something from $15,000-$17,000 should be your first clue.  Just trying to save others from our bad decision :-(.

Water heater replacement. It's a family owned business but these guys were the most professional tradesmen I've dealt with. Pricing was fair and quality of work was top notch. Fully recommend these guys.

Issue...after issue...after issue...poor follow-up and taking no ownership in addressing their less than professional work. Robert and his company did the plumbing for my new home. When we moved in, we found one issue after another...5 leaks in total. We ended up having to get another plumber to repair 4 of the issues...2 of which required cutting into our recently finished walls to repair them. Only after threatening to go to the BBB did he come out. He fixed one issue, a poorly seated bathtub drain that took him 15 minutes to repair. A while later we found another leak from an upstairs bath that guests used, leaking down into our media room. Robert 2 times said that he would come out to address it but never showed up, then went dark on us. He still has not responded and we will be getting another plumber out to fix. In all, there have been 2 bathtub leaks causing damage, 2 in-wall shower leaks and an icemaker drain-line leak. He may be able to fix simple things, but I wish we did not use him to plumb our home.

We bought a house with a pool. Both my husband and I have never had a pool, so we had a lot of questions and needed someone to do regular maintenance for us. I called 4 different pool maintenance companies to schedule regular pool maintenance - ABC called back immediately, one other company called back two weeks later and they other two never called back.

Since day one, Luke and Alex have been AMAZING with customer service! They answer all of my questions, are very professional and are very friendly. Our pool maintenance guy we see every week is Jeremy and we love him too! He is funny, professional and very knowledgeable. He transformed our pool from green to pure blue in a couple of hours. I would recommend this group to anyone! Love their service!

Sent in a request through Yelp for an emergent issue and Fabian responded quickly and had someone at my house right away. He was very upfront and honest, due to the nature of the issue I did end up going with another plumber but wouldn't hesitate to reach out to Fabian again if needed.

Pete and his company are first class.  From the moment I contacted him to the end of the job, Pete was a consummate professional.  The communication was seamless, his quote was the best price out of 4 other companies, and he is military friendly.  Our tenants were also impressed with his professionalism ensuring the job got done correctly.  We are stationed overseas, and the peace of mind knowing that I wasn't going to get taken advantage of means everything.  This company is veteran owned and run.  We will definitely use Pete again for our plumbing needs!!
