I had a water leak in my kitchen.  I opened a service ticket for a plumbing repair with my home warranty company.  When Joby responded, he checked all of the sinks and drains and could not find a leak.  He went above board to look at the HVAC system and determined that the a/c was frozen and leaking.  He took photos of the frozen pipes so I could document the issue for future claims.  He turned the thermostat up per my request to keep the system from freezing further.  I was not able to be there, and he was honest and told me exactly what he was doing while he was in my condo.  I would recommend Huffman Plumbing for excellent customer service!

My aunt insisted I get some plumbing issues in my house looked at even though I thought they were a lost cause. She found Joe Arce's info and set up the appointment and I met with him without high hopes on accomplishing anything. But he came all the way out to our house and was able to give me a lot of information about what our various problems were. I was really impressed by how knowledgeable he was and how good at explaining his reasoning for the assessments he made without cutting a single hole in our walls, as past plumbers have had to do. He was straightforward about the enormity and potential costs of fixing the issues, so it was kind of worst-case-scenario as I originally thought, but now that I've found Joe I'm starting to think that doing the large scale plumbing re-haul would be worth it because I'd be  confident that it was done well. He seriously was able to diagnose several problems just listening to what I said and turning on a few taps, whereas past plumbers have billed thousands of dollars to go into the walls and halfway fix other issues and still only give us vague explanations of the underlying problems we have going on in our house.

When I decide to actually have him do the work, I'll come back here and update, but I'm just so impressed with just the initial meeting and interaction with him that I was prompted to write a review immediately.

I was recommended to Johnny Rooter by another local plumber who's schedule was too hectic to book any new appointments. The receptionist answered right away, she was kind and courteous and she immediately knew what the issue was when I explained it to her. They are flexible with their hours and will work late nights if it is a time sensitive issue. I scheduled an appointment for the next day and they arrived even earlier than expected (and called ahead to make sure this was OK.) William took care of the issue and let me know what steps to take to ensure that it wouldn't happen again in the future. He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and the price was completely reasonable. I would absolutely recommend friends and family to use Johnny Rooter if they're having a plumbing issue.

Arnold and the team came out to fix a water leak that had forced us to cut off the water to the house. He was really kind and fit us into his schedule on the same day since we were without running water. His team did a great job and even improved the tap from our main line into our sprinkler system. I'd definitely recommend A Deal Plumbing to a friend and will use them again if I am ever in need of a plumber.

We had a kid that flushed an object down our toilet.  We called and within an hour had someone out here.  They were also quick to fix the issue and very reasonably priced.  With four kids we are bound to have something like this happen again and we will definitely be calling Apache when that happens!  Highly recommend!!

We have a well as our water source and a septic system for waste. Some of the plumbing installed over three decades ago is unorthodox but it works well, usually. We had a drain that began to slow coming from our kitchen sink and we called a number of plumbers. Frank Haston was the one who was able to come out quickly and so we used him. He answered his phone immediately and updated us as he fit us into his schedule. He arrived exactly when he estimated he would.

He quickly diagnosed the problem and said he could get the water flowing but he could not fix it correctly. After he got the water flowing again, he said we require hydrojetting which requires special equipment and special training. He recommended a few companies that do this and told us the key is the training more than the equipment. With older homes this process can damage your plumbing.

He then gave us a lesson on preventative maintenance for our system that will keep the plumber away. He charged us so little, that we wrote a check for more than his bill. Funny, since our first question when we started looking for a plumber was twofold. What is it going to cost to fix this and how much will he charge? You'd think this would be one number, but sadly we have all had the experience to know that these numbers can be quite different. We have 100% confidence in  Frank, his integrity and his skills that come from training and years of experience. If you need a plumber in his area (Kyle, Texas) call Frank at Trio and relax. These guys were one of three I called to inquire about replacing my water heater.  They were able to quickly set an appointment and swing by.   When talking about the estimate they noticed the switch was in the incorrect location.  Turns out sometime between our move in and some upgrades we made the switch was moved and the water wasn't heating.  One flick of the switch and our hot water is back.  Too be honest, as busy as I've been, they could have taken me for a ride on the heater, but I appreciate the honesty and the fact they didn't charge me for the visit.  I had another guy look at it a few hours before from one of the larger chains and even though he also looked around, he didn't catch it (or didn't bring it up).

Regarding cost, having received the three bids, he was right at about the price of the most competitive bid I received, but they use Rheem professional products (higher quality than what you can get at Home Depot).

In all, based on great customer service and competitive pricing I would strongly recommend you give them a call about replacing your residential water heater.

One of our water heaters sprung a leak just before Christmas and threatened to literally dampen our holiday but these guys would not have it. They were courteous and responsive, punctual and efficient, friendly and professional. They quickly diagnosed the issue during their first visit, offered various options to address it and explained the pros and cons. We agreed to replace both of the water heaters with a tankless system, which they did an excellent job of installing at a very fair price, getting us back to normal just in time for Santa's visit. The new system is working great and our attic looks so much better without the huge tanks up there! Oh yeah, they were also very good about following COVID protocols.

Justin and Zach took great care of us! We saw their Instagram post PSA a couple weeks ago about not using wet wipes and low and behold we had that issue with our main line!

Connally Plumbers came promptly to our home when we called about water seeping in under a cabinet. They found the source of our leak, repaired it and explained what caused it. While they were here we asked if they could do something to help get hot water more quickly to the end of the house farthest from the water heater, and in short order they had a recirculating pump delivered and installed. Even the description of their job was legible and understandable on the invoice. Thanks Connally!

Contacted the company and received 1 email with questions about the job.  I followed up a couple of times and never heard back.  They ghosted me with my job.  Owner will respond and claim otherwise, but rest assured if your job is not worth their time, they will ghost you as well.

I messed around and had one of the other guys come out to the house.  I'm left with $1000's of damage I now have to fix.  Never again!  I can't say enough about the professionalism and competence of Cold is on the Right Plumbers.  They came to my home, conducted a thorough assessment of what needed to be done, and explained it all to me -- straightforward in a way that made sense.  I believe they are an honest company that stands behind their work (not a company that preys on people when disaster strikes).  The plumbing service industry in Austin is full of snake oil salesmen and inexperienced technicians that can cost the average homeowner $1000's more than is needed per job.  If you want to take your chances on one of them other guys -- be my guest -- you will NOT get what you paid for -- you will get headaches and that feeling in your gut when you get ripped off.  Thank You, Cold is on the Right -- Thank You for being the reputable company that you are -- and providing an essential service the people of Austin need.

Chad is a godsend - I have perhaps the most ridiculous space between my dishwasher and the sink that takes some sort of voodoo magic to get the hoses through. Scheduling was easy and the cost was more than fair. I would highly recommend for any handyman needs.

This company is amazing! Within 30 minutes of our A/C going out on a 95 degree Friday night, Mark arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem, and promptly fixed. They showed up quickly. They explained how they would fix the broken pipe. The work was completed in a couple of hours and the bill was reasonable.

My kitchen sink was clogged and filling up with food and gross water.  I called Spicewood Plumbing and not only were they prompt in resolving the issue but I was impressed at how professional, thorough and friendly they were.  I will definitely be calling them again and referring them to friends and family.  They exceeded my expectations!

Richard Goertz came out to repair our garage freezer.  They diagnosed the issue quickly and made the repair in less than an hour.  He had a shadow (training someone new) and as a teacher, I appreciated seeing the interaction and the manner in which his shadow was alliwed to conduct the work while he filled in knowledge and experience related to this and similar issues.  Too cool.  

Ryan Kinkade came out to look over our sprinkler system...we had lost a pop-up and had a leak in our garden drip system as well as a few sprinklers we needed to raise up in a couple beds put in after the sprinklers, and a line that had popped above ground even.  Ryan was profesdional, courteous, and personable and cranked out every repair faster than I thought possible.  Pricing was cheaper than I expected.  Ryan ran everythin to make sure our whole system was where ot need to be.  I'd highly recommend.

I was trying to DIY some bathtub plumbing. Ended up breaking the PVC p-trap. Victor came out and fixed it up. Respectful to my wife and I. They are our plumbers now. Also, the first time I called them out they quoted a project but in the end didn't recommend doing the work. They were honest and explained how I could do it.

I was looking for a plumber for a blockage and Elite messaged me through Yelp.  My appointment was for 12 noon.  I took time off work and no one ever showed up or bothered calling.  I know times are not exact, but I didn't even get a courtesy call to let me know they were running late.  I then received a text 30 minutes after they were scheduled to show up saying they would show up between 130 and 330.  The time of customers is important to them and running late, giving no courtesy call and then changing the time on customers is just not good business.  Telling your customers the times are an estimate after the fact is useless.  Iam aware of that.  Why not call your customers that are scheduled to inform them?  I went ahead and canceled due to the writing on the wall.
