Loved that they wore their masks.  They were friendly and explained everything they needed to do before they did it.  Saved us a lot money by not having to bust out the concrete which could have cost thousands!  They were neat and tidy, and careful to not cause more damage than necessary.

These guys are really good.  Came out on a day's notice and removed, installed a grinder pump at our house.  Very professional staff and it's a small team so they are about giving good, competitive quotes, completing the work in a very timely manner and then letting you know they are available for support when needed.  Great guys and give them a shot with anything that has to do with plumbing, septic, pumps, etc.

2 plumbers came to install a new toilet who shall remain nameless. Plumber 1 said I bought an overpriced toilet & it would break down & be hard to fix (Toto). They took all day, charged a fortune. Plumber 2 put his hands on the new paint & left greasy black prints on the wall. After they left I saw the toilet which was larger than the one they removed was jammed up against the water valve which was in the open position & could not be turned off due to the toilet preventing shutting off the valve. If ever I needed to shut the water off, I could not. Plumber 1 came back to fix it & said no one told him he had to worry about the water valve. They were told to install a toilet & they installed a toilet. Besides he said, Plumber 2 installed it, not me. So it was not his fault by one means or another. Then he added that it was the architect's fault for not leaving enough room. The condo is 30 years old & these big skirted toilets didn't exist then to require that much room. He couldn't admit the error. In addition, the 2 plumbers made numerous trips down the stairs to the truck, up and down, all day, never having what they needed, they drove to the store twice, & when I made these complaints to Plumber 1, he yelled very angrily at me that he was an upfront guy. On the bill was listed: Parts $89. What parts? How much each? Where's the receipts? That's upfront? In reading the other reviews it seems that customer's experience depends on which plumber they had & how simple the job was. My chief complaint about all plumbers is that they will not arrive with the tools needed for the job despite careful description by customer of what is wrong & the type toilet. They come out, look at the job, go away, go shopping, charge you, out to the truck, back in, out to the truck, maybe go shopping again b/c the first time they forgot something. it's just baloney the way they work.  If I used this company again, I would not let them assign these 2 plumbers to me. I know you all would like to be alerted to who they are but I don't want to put their names into a review that shows they're so inept. Okay, initials, Plumber 1, initials are A.T. Arnold and the team came out to fix a water leak that had forced us to cut off the water to the house. He was really kind and fit us into his schedule on the same day since we were without running water. His team did a great job and even improved the tap from our main line into our sprinkler system. I'd definitely recommend A Deal Plumbing to a friend and will use them again if I am ever in need of a plumber.

This company is great.  I had a toilet leak. They are able to schedule me in the same day and did a satisfying job. Price is fair too. Will totally do business again.

We have a well as our water source and a septic system for waste. Some of the plumbing installed over three decades ago is unorthodox but it works well, usually. We had a drain that began to slow coming from our kitchen sink and we called a number of plumbers. Frank Haston was the one who was able to come out quickly and so we used him. He answered his phone immediately and updated us as he fit us into his schedule. He arrived exactly when he estimated he would.

He quickly diagnosed the problem and said he could get the water flowing but he could not fix it correctly. After he got the water flowing again, he said we require hydrojetting which requires special equipment and special training. He recommended a few companies that do this and told us the key is the training more than the equipment. With older homes this process can damage your plumbing.

He then gave us a lesson on preventative maintenance for our system that will keep the plumber away. He charged us so little, that we wrote a check for more than his bill. Funny, since our first question when we started looking for a plumber was twofold. What is it going to cost to fix this and how much will he charge? You'd think this would be one number, but sadly we have all had the experience to know that these numbers can be quite different. We have 100% confidence in  Frank, his integrity and his skills that come from training and years of experience. If you need a plumber in his area (Kyle, Texas) call Frank at Trio and relax. You will be in good hands.

These guys were great to work with. They gave an honest quote and stuck to it. They worked fast and were very neat. We had to have a pretty large hole cut in our wall in order to access the shower valve and they didn't leave a mess. They also talked me through the process and gave me ideas on how to fix the hole. Very upstanding company. Will definitely call on them in the future!

Had issues that were quickly taken care of and at half the price another company quoted. Had to call back for another problem and was handled quickly and professionally. Also recently needed services at my home and it was a breeze getting ahold of 4 Paws and getting my issue handled. Will continue to use their services for all my plumbing needs.

Justin and Zach took great care of us! We saw their Instagram post PSA a couple weeks ago about not using wet wipes and low and behold we had that issue with our main line!

Simply can't say enough about Connally Plumbing.   Plumbing issue on a Sunday afternoon and they answered the phone (no v/m and call back required), dispatched Curtis who arrived within the hour time frame they promised.  He was extremely polite and knowledgable.  Identified the problem, explained the solution, and within an hour all fixed!   This is the second  or third time we have called this plumbing company and they have always been reliable.  Thought it was time for me to spread the word!

I would easily give Chris Brooks 5  stars or more if I could, He is honest, trustworthy, and a Veteran. He and his wife Theresa, who schedules appointments, do their very best to get your needs met in a timely  manner and done well.  I would not hesitate to recommend Chris to anyone with plumbing needs.

We recently tiled 3 second floor restrooms. Bought new toilets and requested installation. The house is 27 years old and one of the mounting seals needed replacing. I wanted no errors on this as 2nd floor restroom issue can ruin life on 2 floors. The team showed up and work completed  in just over an hour. No trace. They even hauled off the giant new toilet boxes, trash, etc.  The caulking job around each new unit is perfect and I tested for 3 days behind each with a Kleenex.  Bone dry, zero leaks. Great job by this team and a fair price for a lot of work done will. Good value and work product from Cold is on the  Right. Cool name too.

Chad is a godsend - I have perhaps the most ridiculous space between my dishwasher and the sink that takes some sort of voodoo magic to get the hoses through. Scheduling was easy and the cost was more than fair. I would highly recommend for any handyman needs.

These jokers want $250 for an estimate to install a residential back up generator.....RIDICULOUS......NO SALE!

This review is way overdue. Weldon has been taking care of all our plumbing needs for almost five years now. He's honest, his rates are very reasonable and he's very responsive. He won't try to up sell you on products or services you don't need. Once he's fixed something it never is a problem again. I've referred him to several of my friends and to family. He always has removed his shoes when he comes in which is unusual for a contractor, to ensure nothing from outside gets tracked in. Having had a child who has medical challenges I have really appreciated this small and simple gesture. He's both kind and respectful. We are currently overseas and he's the only plumber we trust to take care of our property's needs while we're away.

I called office and explained a minor problem with a sink leaking under into cabinet. Told her she didn't have to rush but to please send someone out whenever possible. 45 mins later they were here and got the problem solved. Turns out it was a problem from the second floor and was draining into the pea trap under sink. Because they took their time they actually saved me $'s in not having to use a drywall co. Extremely fair pricing. Two thumbs up

ABC Pest Control actually saved us thousands of dollars!  When we began hearing clawing and chewing behind the drywall in the master bedroom, we knew we had a problem. Because we had used a nationally known long-established pest control company for regular pest control, we called them to report the problem and get a quote.  The verdict: rats! The representative said, If one of you has a job, financing can be obtained to deal with the problem. That's never a good way to start a conversation. The rep presented three potential treatment plans ranging from a basic plan aka the Silver package - cost: $4871 to a more extensive plan, aka the Gold plan, cost: $6603 to a Platinum plan cost: $9201. Ugh! Time to shop around. I called ABC Pest Control who offered to eliminate the problem and return for followup visits for $667 total. At the end of the day, an unforgettable lesson in the value of Due Diligence.

Better yet, I shared my experience with a friend who said she does and has used many ABC home services for years. She's a very happy customer.

Fabian and his team at L&P were excellent to work with, and I'll highly recommend them to anyone. We needed a new hot water heater; my partner called and spoke with Fabian who gave a quote over the phone. Later that same day he came out to look at what work would need to be done, and confirmed that same quote. His price was half of what other companies had quoted us. Fabian and his team came out a couple of days later and completed the job in just a couple of hours. They were all very courteous and explained everything they were doing, and gave us advice on maintenance for the heater in the future. Next time we need plumbing work we'll definitely be calling Fabian again!

Very quick response with an estimate before they showed up.  Final price was slightly higher but still within reason.   Nobody has time to pay plumbers $89.00 for an estimate, but if you do the work we will refund your estimate.  So IK applaud this company for knowing how much a job should cost and putting that out there for the consumer to decide.  No games, just good work.
