I had a water leak in my kitchen.  I opened a service ticket for a plumbing repair with my home warranty company.  When Joby responded, he checked all of the sinks and drains and could not find a leak.  He went above board to look at the HVAC system and determined that the a/c was frozen and leaking.  He took photos of the frozen pipes so I could document the issue for future claims.  He turned the thermostat up per my request to keep the system from freezing further.  I was not able to be there, and he was honest and told me exactly what he was doing while he was in my condo.  I would recommend Huffman Plumbing for excellent customer service!

They did a great job installing a new kitchen faucet and soap dispenser and reasonable too.

Awesome service again from Frank of Trio plumbing. We woke up to a sink leak upstairs. We were panicking, Frank came out within 24 hours and fixed the leak effortlessly. Frank went above and beyond the call and ensured all the other sinks were tightened and no leaks were in them. Read several reviews and based on that, called Good Flow for a w/heater replacement job.  Darrel (owner, perhaps) and his assistant came at the appointed time.  However, after providing their estimate, we needed to carefully coordinate an install-date with them seeing this was a multi-unit condo dwelling that needed a shutoff to many units in order to affect the work planned.  Numerous calls to speak to him were left unanswered.  
Suggest if you need a reliable plumber, use one that's conversant with the PHONE and provides the customer an appropriate level of communication.  Especially as our job needed coordination with condo engineering, etc.

I needed my main irrigation ball valve replaced due to a rusted handle. The service was quick, easy and professional. Highly recommend for all your plumbing needs!

Top notch service and honest. I'm glad I booked with them--Zach came out the next business day, and clearly explained repairs and pricing. He didn't charge me for a simple drain fix and a couple of other inspection requests.

I have worked with Justin, Roxanne and Lacy for a second time now on an extremely difficult project and these folks are on top of their game!  

I am in the property management business and I work with multiple plumbing companies across several geographic areas and trust me, this outfit is the gold standard.

The communication is impeccable, as is their work quality and pricing.  You cannot do better than these folks.  I wish more service companies could be like them!

I was referred to Chris by my massage people (hand and stone).  I called him on a Saturday explained my situation.  His first response was call the company you got it from and see if they would honor the warranty, it'll save you some money.  

Long story but that didn't work and I had to get a whole new (not Chris' doing) one; he was there first thing Monday ran into an electrical issue he recommended someone else they were out within a few hours.  Everybody worked around each other and thing were good.

So I thought within the week I was getting a 10 mins hot shower before it turned cold. Chris came back out tried something that didn't work electrician came back out that didn't work Chris came back switched a thermostat that worked.  

He will be added to my short list of referrals.  Now I have a bug guy, window guy, hvac guy, plumber and electrician.

Could not have had a better experience with Cold is on the right plumbing. Response time was great. Had a water leak in the worst place possible, the concrete slab. They had to re route a pipe through the attic and cut off the leaking pipe. Had to get the big dog Brendan to come out and fix it. A lot of work had to be done and him and his crew went above and beyond. They reworked the pipes under the water heater to allow for easy installation of a water softener, and put a new water hose spout on that was leaking outside, and both of those things were done out kindness. Thank You!

H&H is as professional as it gets!

Call them at 4 PM and the job was done the same day at a price that seemed more than fair, I would assume hard to beat.
I will recommend and rehire H&H services without a doubt!

For the second time in less than a year, I have called to schedule a plumber.  Been sent to the plumbing department voicemail.  Requested a call back for a plumbing leak and other service.  They do not call back.  Poorly run and managed business.  Very frustrating.  Don't waste your time!

Our house was for sale and Weldon was sent over by our buyers to take a look at our water heater. After finding nothing wrong with the water heater, he rudely left my house, obviously irritated that there was nothing wrong and that he had wasted his time. A few minutes later, he rang my doorbell to tell me he found a problem. He led me to my front yard where he pointed out that the clean out plug (PVC pipe in the front yard that connects to the sewer) was at an angle, and thus, must be broken. He went on to explain how clean out plugs should be set at a 90 degree angle and that he believes a car must have hit ours and broke it. He said how he'd have to hand-dig up a portion of our front yard in order to do the repair and that it'll cost $1,000.

None of this made sense to me. We weren't having any septic-related issues and if a car hit a PVC pipe, wouldn't the PVC pipe break rather than move 4 feet of earth? I didn't have time to argue as my kids were unsupervised in my home so I simply nodded and he left.

When my husband came home from work, I relayed all the information that Weldon had told me. This also made no sense to him so he took the time (literally ten seconds) to do something Weldon did NOT do. My husband removed the PVC pipe cap from the top of the clean out plug and, using a flashlight, looked inside the pipe. The theory is that if a car hit it and broke it to such a degree that it moved the cleanout plug from a 90 degree angle to more of a 45 degree angle, we'd see the damage from the inside of the pipe. Wouldn't you know it, the inside of the pipe looked flawless. Not a crack in sight. We spent a few hours researching clean out plugs as well as talked to several other plumbers and we learned that the angle at which a cleanout plug is installed is purely plumber preference and that setting them at an angle makes snaking the septic system easier. I tried to contact Weldon with my findings, including a photo of the inside of the pipe, and received NO response.

Weldon went ahead and told our buyers that we had a serious plumbing issue and how our yard would have to be dug up and that was the end of our buyers. They terminated the contract. Weldon is a dishonest man and I will warn anyone who is in need of a plumbing repair to avoid him.

I have mixed reviews for ABC Pest Control. I've used them for almost 4 years now for pest control and for the most part, I'm satisfied with keeping the bugs out.. even though they are pretty expensive compared to competitors and certainly more expensive than just doing it yourself. My issue is with the actual customer service.  

I'm on a service plan where they come out every 3 months. Which is okay, since I don't have time to do it myself, but I don't really like the sale-sy push to get other services... like the lawn care or handy man. Fine to tell me that you offer the services, but don't push it on me.

My beef is that when there is an infestation -- or if I have any other problems they are suppose to come back any time -- and as many times within your period BEFORE your next service.

I just found a whole heap of fire ants on the back porch and my regularly scheduled service was for the end of the month. So they moved it up.... to tomorrow... which is nice. But since they wouldn't just come out and do the upkeep like they are suppose to to just re-spray the outside for the fire ants... I'm still going to have them come back a second time so that I can be home to have them take care of the inside of the house. I'm not really satisfied that I have to pay for this service to have the ants treated...  

I know that they were trying to be helpful... but they really weren't doing me any favors... and they are not living up to the spirit of the deal to come back at ANY TIME in between scheduled service visits.

Be more respectful and have regard for your fellow humans please!

This guy is so unprofessional and has major road rage issues. Someone is bound to get hurt if he doesn't change his behavior on the road.

I highly recommend steering clear of this company, no pun intended!

I was looking for a plumber for a blockage and Elite messaged me through Yelp.  My appointment was for 12 noon.  I took time off work and no one ever showed up or bothered calling.  I know times are not exact, but I didn't even get a courtesy call to let me know they were running late.  I then received a text 30 minutes after they were scheduled to show up saying they would show up between 130 and 330.  The time of customers is important to them and running late, giving no courtesy call and then changing the time on customers is just not good business.  Telling your customers the times are an estimate after the fact is useless.  Iam aware of that.  Why not call your customers that are scheduled to inform them?  I went ahead and canceled due to the writing on the wall.
