My toilet wasn't flushing properly so I call Brad. Brad was punctual and honest. He came out to take a look and found that it was the sewer lines backing up for the entire building. Since this was an HOA issue, it could not be fixed due to HOA rules that the homeowner cannot fix or repair something that is HOA's responsibility so I put in a work order and referred him to the Management Company in hopes that they will hire him for the job. I would recommend Brad to anyone.

Asked for a quote for a water heater replacement, send someone out very quickly, received a lot of good information and reasonable quote. Scheduling for the actual work was fast and professional, they got a permit and had the inspector come out in a week for an inspection. Overall a great experience!

Our entire guest bathroom was clogged and not functioning - after conveniently making an appointment online, I had a plumber at my door the next day. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. The staff who called to confirm was also very friendly. They got the job done all at a reasonable price and saved our bathroom! Nothing but good things to say.

Down grading review to 1 star. Issue is not fixed 2 days after their visit.
After their visit My tenant later inform me that after capital plumbing left in the evening they attempted to use the hot water and the alarms in the house went off and they smelled gas. They shut off the gas and were so worried about a fire they wanted to call the fire department

I called capital plumbing all day the next day I left a voice mail about the site situation . I didn't get call back until 6pm but only to ask for payment. They then asked why I didn't call sooner to tell them about the emergency. I called several times without success. Then they told me they would get back to me to schedule someone to fix it that evening. It is now 16 hrs later and no response from capital plumbing. The heater is not fixed and may be in a unsafe state.

The owner responded to my review only to make excuses and ask for payment. As far as I'm concerned they haven't fixed the issue. Let's see if he takes ownership to fix this

Good service, but I've gotta be honest here, they are too expensive.

These folks were responsive, professional, and provided solid work and service with a recently clogged drain. Given I didn't have time to check with more plumbers, I went with these guys as they were simply to be at the top of the list. And I didn't have time to shop around as much as I normally would.

However, after a recent unrelated plumbing issue, I did do just that. Not only for a water heater repair but also asked about the work they performed. In each case, it was very clear these folks were easily the most expensive of all of the quotes. In some cases, by hundreds of dollars.

For this next plumbing service, I did go with another company, who provided comparable service, for much less. Bottom line, nothing wrong with the work, but they are over-priced. Which I suspect is a demand-related premium due to the positive reviews. Which unfortunately is a bit short-sighted.

Y'all A&T is a life saver! We had a hard nasty job that needed to be done and i struggled to find anyone to even come out and give me quote for it. One company came out and the price they quoted me was completely insane. I called Pierre and he sent someone out the next day and gave me a fair quote that we could afford, and once we approved the estimate they got right to work. This was a tough job that required tunneling under our house, chipping concrete, and busting out nasty old cast iron sewer pipes that were no longer draining. The job took awhile but that's completely understandable,it was tough work and we aren't exactly located close to his office. Kevin and his crew were professional and hardworking. They did everything they could to make sure that we understood the process and that everything was being handled. Now our toilets flush and showers drain! I cannot recommend these guys enough.

I had a bathtub that went from slow-drain to no-drain, so I decided to unclog it myself. After plunging for hours and using Liquid Plumber the tub was draining. A week later I realized that I hadn't unclogged the bathtub at all. Instead, I had broken a connection between the drain and the p-trap and it was flooding my crawl space every time I showered.

I called Henderson Plumbing and Dave showed up, crawled underneath the house and replaced the old cast iron p-trap. He snaked the line and my bathtub was now draining properly. The job took almost 3 hours, because he had to take a couple trips to get the right parts, but Dave was very professional and did a good job. I plan on using Dave for all of my future plumbing needs and I highly recommend.

Abel is a fantastic plumber.  He was very responsive when I had a plumbing emergency and has been my go to plumber ever since.  (Old house, what can I say?)

Braulio did a wonderful job removing an old vanity and installing a new one in my guest bathroom. I sent him a message via yelp and he was very quick to respond and gave me a quote on the spot without requiring pictures or having to come see the job. He came on time for the appointment and worked very efficiently and even swept after himself before leaving. The new vanity looks great, and I will definitely be using him again this fall when we put in a new tub later this year!

We first met Jaime about 8 years ago when he was hired by our contractor to do the plumbing for a new addition on our central Austin home.  He did all the work for a new master bath, added a tankless water heater and removed old cast iron plumbing from our 1940s home.  Two years later he came back to reroute the plumbing in our guest bath.  He did great work with both jobs and we never had any issues while we lived there.

In 2019, I referred him to a friend who was experiencing a plumbing emergency at his rental.  My friend was super impressed with Jaime's responsiveness and work and was incredibly thankful to have found an honest, trustworthy plumber to help out during an incredibly stressful time.

And in February 2021, we had a pipe break in our new home after the major freeze.  We were panicked that we wouldn't be able to get it fixed timely since it seemed like everyone else in Austin was dealing with the same issue, but Jaime came to the rescue the next day and fixed the busted pipe.

In the 8 years we have called on Jaime, every single experience was top notch. I don't know what I appreciate the most about him: his professionalism, the prompt communication, the excellent work or how wonderfully nice and pleasant he is. The fact that we have been able to call on him to work on every single home we have owned in Austin really speaks volumes about the quality of his business and his work.  Thank you, Jaime, for always being there for us when we need you. You are the best!!!

Really enjoyed working with Jim. His honesty and straightforward nature of getting work done is hard to ignore. He knocked everything out quick and was incredibly responsive via text and phone.

My air conditioner went out on a Saturday evening (of course!).  My boyfriend narrowed down the problem to the compressor not coming on.  I called my usual company but they do not have emergency technicians for off hours.  I called Stan's Heating & Air Conditioning and they do have emergency technicians.  It took a while to get a call back (due to it being so darn hot and tons of people in the same spot I was in).  But when he did call, he was 15 to 20 minutes away.  He arrived promptly, was professional, competent, and friendly.  I don't know if me telling him the problem was with the compressor helped or if that is where he would have normally started looking.  Either way, he found the problem (a blown capacitor), showed it to me, and fixed it within 10 or 15 minutes.  I couldn't ask for more.

Plumb Doctors was able to respond quickly on a Saturday morning and remove a clog in my aging pipes. While not cheap, the relief after a week trying to fix it myself was a big deal. Thanks Alex.

Very thankful to Kirk and Wyatt for the prompt and excellent customer service, at a much better price than others quoted me!  Also kudos to the woman answering the phone who is always quick to respond and very friendly.  My water heater flooded my garage and laundry room and Kirk came out the same day I called to remove the water heater and tie off the line.  Once I had the closet dried out with sheetrock replaced, Wyatt came out to replace the water heater and even installed combo fire/carbon monoxide detectors inside my house to bring it up to code.  I called them again to help restore water pressure due to lime scale build up and again they were out the same day, and helped clear a blockage in a bathroom sink as well.  Fantastic people with excellent customer service.  They will be my go to plumbers going forward.

I had issues with my gas fireplace not lighting.  I Called Thunderbird and got a text back within a few minutes. I was happy to pay for them to come out to look at it (with the expectation of being charged a large call out fee). Rather than that, Jeff did a diagnosis over text. Finally suggested I adjust my thermocouple position. I did that and the issue was resolved at no cost. It really does not get any better than this.

HIGHLY recommend Pure Plumbing Service! Ive been trying to fix a clog for about 2 weeks now on my own. I finally broke down and decided I needed professional help. Mark knew exactly what was going on and as it was an easy fix, he walked me through it. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I wont go to anyone else for plumbing services in the future. He did a pretty good job at a reasonable price but didn't put the outlet covers back on. I ended up having to hire someone else to do that, as well as to put some waterproof caulk over the grout.

Broke my spigot on the side of my house. Spot-on was out here quickly and very communicative about prices and the prices to complete the project correctly.

Seriously, this guy's from England - his name is Nick Green.  On the side of his van there is a silhouette of Paul Revere with the caption, The British are plumbing!  The British are plumbing!  His prices are fair, and you'll have a bloody clog-free drain, mate.

His son, Damian Green, is a local fiddler extraordinaire.  I haven't tried it yet, but maybe if you make the request, he'll come along for an extra fee and play a jig while his dad fixes your pipes.
