My toilet wasn't flushing properly so I call Brad. Brad was punctual and honest. He came out to take a look and found that it was the sewer lines backing up for the entire building. Since this was an HOA issue, it could not be fixed due to HOA rules that the homeowner cannot fix or repair something that is HOA's responsibility so I put in a work order and referred him to the Management Company in hopes that they will hire him for the job. I would recommend Brad to anyone.

Vent holes needed to be cut in door.  I did the work evening prior to install.  Placed vent covers.  They arrived 1 hour late, told me he was calling his boss to see if my vent covers were ok.  He did not let me know boss said he should use his vent covers. He enlarged my holes and placed vent covers and then showed me.  The cover would not screw down because the hole was too big. And then charged me $250.  Ridiculous. I could have covered me holes with chicken wire and it would be ok. Price gouging.  After I speak to inspector, and ask a few questions, I'll be calling owner.  This is horrible customer service and somewhat underhanded.

Called to get an estimate in the morning, and they were out and had everything all fixed by noon the same day. Very professional and explained the work that needed to be done without trying to up sell me or replace anything that wasn't needed. Will definitely use them again if needed!

Collen McBride is the plumber Rooter Man sent to for repair a water leak under my sink.  He found a hole in the hose that had been cheeed by rats and looked at the hoses to my dishwasher and washing machine.  He advised me to replace the dishwasher as wiring had been chewed as well.  He was thorough and efficient and helpful.  He found an exposed wire to the garbage disposal and told me I needed an electrician to fix that.  He was pleasant, considerate and punctual.

Can't recommend them enough.  
Really friendly, both over the phone in being accommodating to my schedule, and in person.  I had a pipe burst while I was out of town, and was coming back in town Friday night and was hoping to have water back on by Saturday.  Nathan was able to come out first thing Saturday and was very friendly and polite.  He was happy to answer questions and explain to me how things worked and was able to identify and fix the issue faster than I could've imagined.  He was upfront about the costs and I can say this is a very honest business that does quality work at a fair price.

The kid that was sent out had no idea what he was doing. I hired A&T to clean out my tankless water heater. The guy came out and immediately broke both faucets.  I use both of these regularly to water my garden and the hot water side I use to wash my hands when the other side is in use. The service person tried to say that they were old and stiff. I am a small person and use them everyday. They turned perfectly with ease. I had to argue with him to get him to repair the damage he caused. I argued with him at length and he finally called his boss who authorized the repair. When he was about to leave, I looked at the repair and he didn't replace the brass faucet connectors with the same threaded brass material. He used cheap plastic irrigation connectors that wouldn't have lasted long at all. I then had to argue with him about replacing what I had. It was a nightmare. Thanks for the boss on the phone it was eventually repaired correctly. The photo is the first repair made when they broke my faucets. It has now been replaced with the original brass faucets.

Dave was fast, friendly, and did a great job. We'll definitely call him the next time we have a plumbing issue.

I woke up to both of my bathrooms flooded and Santana plumbing company squeezed me in and within an hour found and fixed the problem. Prices arent bad, he finished in a timely manner,  and he even gave me info to help in the future. I'm so glad that I called them and they're local. They were great.

I used Jim at Republic Pipeworks to handle the gas line plumbing for my restaurant.

I can't say enough good things about Jim and his work. He is a Master Plumber in every sense. He was prompt, reliable and extremely knowledgeable. His pricing was very fair and his pride in his work in evident in the results. Jim also took the time to explain what he was planning prior to starting, answering all my questions to MY satisfaction every step of the way. Further, instead of plumbing everything simply as he saw as best, He took the time to present me with my options and advised me as to what he thought was the best course of action. I truly felt as a customer, I was a priority to him and he has earned my respect both as a customer and as a fellow businessman.

From now on, Republic Pipeworks will be the only company I trust to handle my commercial plumbing, as well as, the plumbing in my own home.

Stan's provides after hours and weekend service at a very reasonable price.

We have had two WEEKEND recent experiences with Stan's.  In July the capacitor failed in our 18 month old condensing unit (NOT installed by Stan's).  We had another company come out (that was supposed to call before coming out, but just showed up instead) who wanted almost $500 to replace it that day.  We had to replace the same part in our old system and I know that $500 is a ridiculous amount especially since the part is under warranty.  We sent that tech on his way even though we had to pay the $84 service charge.

A Stan's tech came out a couple of hours later, replaced the capacitor and charged $197.50.  Still came out ahead even though we had to pay the other service charge.

Last night (Saturday) we noticed that once again our now 19 month old unit was not working.  Called Stan's around 9 pm at night, got a return call within 10 minutes from Iban who said he could come out in the morning.  I asked for a call before he headed our way.  He called Sunday at 8:45 am and was there within the next 30 minutes.  Replaced a fuse for $97.  Before 10 am on a SUNDAY.  Gotta love a company who responds quickly, even after hours and on weekends, with fair pricing.  Texas is just way too hot to go all weekend without A/C.

We had a problem on a Friday afternoon that could have caused a lot of damage to our house.  Was able to schedule Friday night service and the cost was pretty good considering it was weekend, after hours service.  The plumber did a great job and was very careful to explain to me what he did and why.  After completion, he again went over what was done and made sure all my questions were answered.  Thorough, excellent service.   I'm seriously considering making these guys my regular plumbing service.

Our 18-year-old conventional gas water heater was finally giving out, so we called Plumb & Order to on a Monday to talk about getting it looked at and possibly replaced. They sent a technician out that Wednesday morning who patiently answered all of our questions and quoted us on a repair and a replacement. After calling a few other local places, Plumb & Order had the best rate and one of the best brands, so we booked them for the replacement that same afternoon, and their crew was done within a couple hours. It's amazing how quickly we were able to get everything done, and they offer a 5-year warranty on parts and labor too. Highly recommended!

This is a very good company with excellent customer service. The owner, Mark is a very honest man. He called me a half hour before his scheduled appointment and arrived exactly on time. He quickly determined a simple quick fix for my leaking valve. He went to the local plumbers supply with the correct part and reassembled the valve for a reasonable charge. I would have no doubts about using this company again.

Olvin and his team are the real deal. They did an amazing job tiling my bathroom. I had something come up that prevented he and his crew from working for about a day, but he was very flexible and still finished the project when he said he would.
