Brad is a great guy.  I'm a single woman and I always feel like I'm getting ripped off. I felt like he gave me a fair and honest price for installing my water heater. I had received a quote from another plumber that was $1400 more than Brad's quote.  He responded quickly to my emails, even late at night and was able to squeeze me in.  He was extremely informative and showed me how to take care of my new investment.  He called before he showed up and showed up right at the time we had discussed.  I will definitely only use his plumbing company from now on.    He has 25 years of experience and knows his stuff.

I would definitely recommend Blue Dragon. My bathtub faucet was leaking pretty bad so I contacted several plumbers. Gilbert was quick in responding, upfront about pricing and could be here the soonest. The job was finished a lot faster than I was expecting. He showed me the water pressure is too high and explained what any plumber would need to do. I was impressed with how he told me without asking what I could do to prep for the job to save some money. When I can get that fixed, I'll be giving him a call. Great to find a honest, legit professional!

Eddie and Allen checked in with me and arrived early. They diagnosed the problem and repaired it. They checked in with me about another issue they noticed, but they were never pushy. They were honest, knowledgeable, and professional at all times. I will definitely call Rooter-Man when I need a plumber.

We're remodeling our guest bath. Part of the transformation was to change the vanity from a double sink to a single. This required some professional plumbing work. The water and drain lines need to be re-routed to match the set up for the new vanity. The ones that were no longer in use needed to be capped off. We sought out a couple of quotes. Emilio was able to give me a budgetary quote over the phone after we discussed what we needed done. EZ Flow was lower than the other, by a decent amount. Not only were they less expensive but their service and quality of work were outstanding. Emilio was a great communicator and kept me informed as to when they would arrive and they were right on time and right on the price quoted. He and his associate did a great job and were great communicators the whole time. I have found a new plumbing company and will recommend them to any and everyone!

I recently had Justin from A&T come out to clear a clog drain caused by my a/c condensate line that was draining into a bathroom sink line. Not only was he very professional and friendly, he spent some extra time talking about maintenance and prevention steps I could take. He even offered to come back out if I had any issues implementing his suggestions going forward. On top of that, he charged me a bit less than their quoted rate because they were able to get it fixed pretty quickly. I would highly recommend and will be using them in the future.

Braulio was quick to respond to my message and was out to my house the same day. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix an install error from a previous plumber that was causing slow drainage in my bathroom sink. Highly recommend Braulio for any plumbing needs!

Garbage disposal stopped working and sink was backed up over the Labor Day weekend.  I couldn't cook or run the dishwasher.  Called, left a VM on Sunday and Jaime texted me back within 30 minutes.  He said he could drop by the next day at 10:30-11:00. Mind you, that was the Labor Day Monday!  He showed up on time and got to work replacing the broken disposal with another one I had bought from one of the big box stores.  Unplanned but he was also able to fix an old toilet at the same visit.  All for a reasonable price.  

Very grateful for his responsiveness and professionalism.  I've found my go to plumber now and I know my old house will have something for him come back for another visit...hopefully not soon.

I found Jim on yelp after 6 other plumbers were unavailable on a Saturday.  He was at the house in less than 2 hours and got the drain problem solved.  He is also noticed a crack in the drain piping and is coming back to get that fixed.  Reasonable rates and good work, will use again.

I called Stan's for a quote on a new HVAC.  The representative they sent, John, was rude, unprofessional and very disrespectful.  Additionally, when he provided the quote, it was not what I asked for, and when I asked for an explanation, he just argued and acted like a jerk.  Avoid this company, they do not treat their customers appropriately and their representatives are very disrespectful.

They were responsive and were able to schedule an appointment pretty quickly. I'm a new home owner, and the man that came by helped educate about some maintenance and showed me how to take care of the problem on my next time. It was nice that he took the time to do that.

Had 3 toilets installed, they were professional and did a great job. Very responsive as well. Highly recommend!

After several months, I wanna finally write my review.

I needed a shower valve soldered in.  I called a bunch of other companies (some never returned my phone calls. Guess they already got enough business). Many of them quoted me $200 - $400 just for the solder (the wall was already open).

Thunderbird Plumbing charged me less than $200 do to the job.  They worked with my work schedule and Raymond called to confirm the appointment.  He did an excellent job, even took the time to explain how to correctly measure and cut the tub spout after finishing my tile job (which I did myself).  

I highly recommend Thunderbird Plumbing when it comes to quality, cost and courtesy.

I would give Mark more than 5 stars, if I could.  
He is knowledgeable, reliable, and trustworthy.  
We remodeled our whole house including 4.5 bathrooms and the kitchen.  We have a very nice house and needed someone that could do quality work and install high-end fixtures.  We would also leave the door unlocked so mark could work even we were not home.   We feel very lucky to have found Mark and wish all of workers had been as good as him!

He did a pretty good job at a reasonable price but didn't put the outlet covers back on. I ended up having to hire someone else to do that, as well as to put some waterproof caulk over the grout.

Scott was great! So helpful, friendly, and fast. Our bathtub hadn't been draining properly for months he fixed it quickly! He cleaned the bathtub, explained future maintenance suggestions, and was extremely polite!

If you need a reliable, honest and experienced plumber, I couldn't recommend him more! Personable, informative and efficient. Hire him!!
