Brad returned to our home today to replace two bathroom faucets installed by another plumber gone bad, a new design kitchen faucet, and a new upgraded shower head. Brad, a master plumber, is the consummate professional and always goes above and beyond to do a quality job. Ended up replacing frozen valves identified along the way. He always keeps you informed of what he finds, what he thinks could happen, and preventive measures to take to prolong the life of what he sees. Even convinced us to do our own maintenance on our garage based water heater by showing us the various steps to take, one by one....Thank You Brad!

Outside backyard  faucet was dripping, so I called this company, made an appointment. I needed a new faucet head, a 12 dollar part. Guy came out I showed him the faucet, he went to his truck, then to the backyard, came back through the house I said oh you forget something? He said no I'm done! Toolk all of 10 minutes, good job. Bad thing it cost me $170.00!!!! He never gave me a price, he just changed the faucet head and charged me a kings ransome.  Way over priced! Will not use again....

I had a water leak in my front lawn. The leak was close to a tree and 2 feet deep. Eddie and Kyle dug through 2 feet of dirt and tree roots and fixed the leak. It was a lot of hard work but they persevered. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

During a recent move we unhooked the washing machine only to find the water turn off was stripped. Nick came  out that day and worked his magic. A few days laterwe had Nathan out to the new place to properly hook up a gas dryer. Both technicians were good guys and very professional. I thought both calls were reasonably priced. This is my go to plumbing company.

Emilio is always so nice and is so good at what he does! I called at 11:30am on a Saturday (we had a leak from our hot water outlet pipe on the water heater) and we were back to normal by 1pm! Thank you Emilio & Bill!

Our family has a warranty with A&T plumbing, as they installed our septic system. Company has continually delayed service dates (6 times),  leaving us stuck with overflowing toilets and an apparent leak in the plumbing that runs underground. A&T came out today, and although most of the team was polite and tried to answer my questions, the lead plumber,  Roberto, refused to speak to me, before saying I'm not dealing with her, closing the van's door and driving off while I stood there.  I  have never experienced this level of poor service with any company.

Nothing good happens after 2 a.m. on most nights and after 6 p.m. on Sunday. 6:01, kitchen clean-up was interrupted by a sink that would not drain. So the lovely bits of dinner that were so tasty on our plates got to marinade overnight. As my son proclaimed the next morning: Our house stinks! That says a lot coming from a 9 y.o.

My go-to guy DAS Plumbing was out of town, so I turned to Yelp for help. Henderson has 20+ reviews and a five star rating. And Dave was able to be there in the early afternoon.

By the time Dave got there, the sink had slowly drained. But he took the time to check things out and run the snake where the snake needed to be run to ensure there wasn't a repeat performance. He was quick, efficient and courteous.

Thanks to Dave, our sink is happy, and our house has returned to it's normal scent. Be that what it may.

Abel installed a tankless water heater for me and repaired a leak.

He did an excellent job. The whole time, he came off as an honest person trying to go good, helpful work. He's in a class of few contractors.

The leak he repaired was something that started unexpectedly and when I text him, he dropped what he was doing and said he was on the way.

I was so impressed with Braulio!  He responded right away on Yelp and came out the next day.  My water heater needed to be replaced, a couple tub spouts connected and a toilet installed.  He did it all that morning and was done by early afternoon.  He was incredibly friendly, professional and efficient.  He explained everything I'd need to know for the future and double checked everything I was having issues with to make sure everything was in order when he left.  I would 100% hire him again for any plumbing needs.  I highly, highly recommend!  I'm so happy to have had such a hassle-free experience.  :)

Came across a small water leak on the main line coming into the house...I was happy to see that Jamie lives in my neighborhood, I mean...how much more local can you get...He showed up in about 30 minutes, gave me what I thought was a very fair quote and got to work...job was wrapped up in about 4-5 hours and was please with the whole process...Looks like we have a new Plumber that I wouldnt hesitate to call for my needs.

Honest, on-time, thorough and reasonably priced.  I will definitely call Jim again when I need plumbing/gas line work done right!

Stan's installed all 3 AC units of my new house we built from scratch. The house was finished in late fall. Everything worked fine, until summer came. The first time I turned AC on, the AC in the sunroom didn't work. Stan's came out and fixed it under warranty. The technician said something was installed incorrectly. Everything worked fine for a while. Then winter came. The first day I turned on heat, it didn't come on in the sunroom. Stan's came (can't recall if I had to pay). The technician (different person) said it was not repaired correctly the last time. He said something had to be disconnected to fix it last time, but the other guy forgot to reconnect it. I was very annoyed to hear it, but all worked fine again. Then summer came again. The first day I turned on AC, the sunroom AC didn't work again. I called Stan's, and they came out to fix it. Then stuck me up with a high bill. I was furious. Every time season changes, I had to call Stan's and pay them to fix the previous bad/incomplete fix. I complained but had to pay. I recently discovered leak stain around one of the vents. I hired another company, and they discovered evaporator coil (or something like that) was not installed properly (by Stan's), and it was partially sticking out of the drain pan. So when it had a problem, some water fell outside of the drain pan and onto the ceiling. It seems Stan's can't do anything right. Am I a rare exception? I hope so. But as far as I can tell, Stan's is all about TV commercials and no substance or competency. I would NEVER do business with Stan's again, and I am telling all my friends and neighbors.

I spoke with a representative on the phone regarding the fees that were going to be applied to fixing our water heater.

They specifically told that there would be an $89 fee for coming out, NO diagnostics fee, and that they would quote me for a repair once they were out here.

I chose this company because they specifically told me that there would be no diagnostics fee, because I only wanted to pay for fixing the issue, not only diagnosing the issue. I made sure to triple check on the phone that there would be no diagnostics fee.

Once they got out here, they charged me $350 for diagnosis. So frustrating. Ended up turning them away.

Awesome to work with. Answered all questions promptly. Explained the possible issue. Fixed our issue By adjusting water pressure and explainlong what could have happened. Straightforward simple and just plain awesome. Use these guys.

I called Thunderbird because they have a 5 star rating, and now I'm adding yet another 5 stars. Ted was very pleasant over the phone and even though I know he was busy, he took time to let me explain the issue I was having. He gave me a rough idea of what he thought it might cost then, about a half hour later, he was here working on my water heater. His estimate was right on and it didn't take him much time at all to get everything fixed.

And, as a much appreciated bonus, he was neat and clean - not a dirty, saggy pants, plumber! Thanks so much, Ted!

Scott was great! So helpful, friendly, and fast. Our bathtub hadn't been draining properly for months he fixed it quickly! He cleaned the bathtub, explained future maintenance suggestions, and was extremely polite!

I often use Yelp for ideas about who to call or where to go.  I'm only now joining to post review a review because my experience was just that good.  

I called Nick on a Friday about a low pressure situation at my house.  He asked a few questions, diagnosed the problem and quoted me a price within a minute or so...all over the phone.  He was out to my house on Monday and fixed the issue within the time estimate.  I was very happy with the care he took to fix my problem and improve the access points for future work.  The water pressure has gone from a trickle to drilling holes in your skin.  I had him do some additional work inside, on clogged faucets/drains, and he was just as thorough and effective there as well.  I've used a lot of service technicians and rarely do you find someone as friendly, thorough, prompt and honest as Nick.  Now if I could find his equivalent in an electrician and AC technician I would be all set!
