In the last 5 years we have used Brad B Plumbing 3 times. His service has always been excellent. He always found time to respond to our calls in a very short time and completed the jobs with best results: Fixing a leaking toilet, replacing another toilet, replacing a trash disposal unit, replacing a broken faucet, fixing the cartridge of a low pressure shower. We fully recommending him and have only good things to say about the quality of his work.

I cannot say enough good things about Richard and Proven Plumbing. We had them install a new toilet, the toilet leaked, Richard found a crack in the toilet, and installed a new one.  The customer service has been excellent, Richard is a great employee and we are very grateful for his diligence.

Fast response. Good communication when on his way. Only took Gilbert a few minutes to do 4 or 5 things and all for a great price! Anyone can see him and quickly guess what kind of person he is: loves his work, his family (& puppies), and he knows what the heck he is doing. Thank you for reflecting what blue dragons symbolize in the East -- magical and pacifying. You magically calmed my nerves after my panicking about the repairs needed. We have used them several times over the past 3 years, and each time they have quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem/done the work needed. They have always had availability when needed and have always done great work, even running out and purchasing a new toilet and installing it immediately when the problem with our toilet couldn't be fixed. It's always easy, hassle free, and the plumbers we've had have always been very professional. Highly recommend.

A&T Service Plumbing never lets me down. I had an ongoing issue with two tankless units that multiple other plumbers have tried to resolve with mixed results. Geronimo came out and immediately diagnosed the issue and provide a solution.  Wish I hadn't wasted time with these other plumbers. In the future I will only deal with A&T.

Came out quickly and solved the problem, but a bit more expensive than expected.

We wound up with a backed up sink that was leaking into the space below the sink late on a Sunday night. After trying to plunge it and removing the trap with no success, we decided we needed a professional. I called Henderson Plumbing around 8a Monday morning and he was there by 11a which is a pretty good response time. He was able to fix the problem after snaking the drain twice--he went too shallow the first time. But, $180 to snake a kitchen drain seemed a bit steep.

Abel and his assistant were direct, honest, and hard working.  Abel came through to fix a part that other plumbers in my neighborhood have bypassed or replaced.  The price was more than fair, and his customer service was great.  The assistant on the phone listened well and set expectations accurately.  Such a fresh relief to find people who conduct business ethically and directly.

I sent a request for a quote from Braulio, and he responded within ten minutes.  He went out and checked the leak at the house and repaired it within the hour.  Now, that's service!  Great price and great service make a super company.

Jaime Santana did an excellent job with broken water pipes repair at St. Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church in Manor, where I am the pastor. After the winter storm of February 2021, the water pipes of all of our buildings were damaged. Mr. Santana assessed the situation, explained what was required, and finished the repairs in a timely manner. He also ensured that all faucets/toilets/water outlets were properly working, and did the appropriate repairs when needed. I highly recommend Santana Plumbing Company LLC.

I had an emergency and Jim was responsive and fair. I had to choose the earliest available plumber and so did not get to use his services but I would not hesitate to call him again in the future. Please contact him if you have plumbing needs, he will respond and give you fair pricing.

We had a slab leak and these guys came out and diagnosed the issue for a reasonable price. Plumb & Order technicians were very thorough, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Call them for any plumber job and they will take care of you without feeling like you are being taken advantaged of.

Thunderbird is an authorized Bradford White service provider and they fixed my Bradford White water heater which was still under warranty. Jeff offered me with the option of picking up the parts in Round Rock to save me money and time.  I was able to email and text back and forth with Jeff rather than wait by the phone. The price for the repair was hundreds less than a highly rated competitor that I had used previously and was done in 48 hours.

Mark was able to schedule an appointment quickly to diagnose our aging water heater. He gave us an estimate on its remaining life and on what a new one would cost. He did not up-sell an immediate replacement. He was honest, efficient, and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

Great workmanship. Super friendly. Fast install. Great cleanup. All around would highly recommend. I did the tile in all my bathrooms except the master. Went with Fuentes and glad I did.

Scott was great! So helpful, friendly, and fast. Our bathtub hadn't been draining properly for months he fixed it quickly! He cleaned the bathtub, explained future maintenance suggestions, and was extremely polite!

I recognize that I can be a fairly difficult consumer and if I feel ripped off, I will do everything I can to insure other folks hear about it in the hopes of saving them some grief.

On the flipside...  When I come across someone who is priced fairly and displays integrity and competence in their profession, I love to share it.

These 5 star reviews are no joke people.  I've had Nick out to my house several times and if you can get him out, do it.

My water pressure has been horrible for a long time and my neighborhood plumber, who will go unnamed because he lives right next door, never got to the root of the problem.

Nick did...  And for that, I am very grateful.  I was showering with a trickle until he showed up and figured out the city needed to come out and fix a leak.  Nick wouldn't even charge me because there was nothing for him to do.  - He's great.
