Best Plumbing Services in Austin, TX
Had a bit of an emergency with a leaking bathtub faucet. Called him in the morning, and he was able to come out within 2 hours. He was reasonably priced, super efficient and very nice. Will definitely use his services again.

Got everything I wanted done rather promptly and within my budget. I only had a toilet installation job for them to do and I had zero problems with the job they did.

Gilbert is incredible! Had a great experience from the very beginning. He was very responsive at initial contact and continued to be very responsive through the end of the project. He is extremely knowledgeable and does fantastic work! Thanks Yelp for helping me find a true professional!

I've also had the unfortunate experience of having to go through Rooter-Man. I had to since they contract with American Home Shield. The Rooter-Man technician was called out to look at a leaky upstairs faucet and discovered that he didn't have the parts to fix it and left without ever coming back or ordering the parts to fix it, even though I paid the service call fee. He even had the gall to tell me that unless his company makes $140 off their visit, it's a wash for them. I even overheard him on the phone with his manager (?) or supervisor asking about fixing the leak and the manager confirmed that I would need to be charged for it (even though my warranty likely covered it). Absolute worst customer service ever, they lied about even looking at my leak . . . I would highly discourage using Rooter-Man in the future for anything.

We were upset to discover on a Friday night that we had a water leak in our front yard coming from underground - the water company, home insurance, and home warranty were not going to be helpful in this situation (we checked). So of course, we were expecting this to be painful process both in time (digging to find the leak) and in cost.
Bill did a fantastic job at easing that pain. He was able to give us a very reasonable estimate after discussion of our issue over the phone and agreed to come out the same day on a Saturday to look over the problem and even do the job. He was very professional.
He came, he saw, and he conquered. The job even cost the amount he had originally estimated. Bill was very honest with us when he arrived and it could have cost more depending on what he would find upon digging and we appreciated his opinion. Bill discovered the leaky problem after digging and had it fixed within 3 hours as promised. We recommend Bill for any plumbing needs you may have.

I worked with Luke and Rick at A&T Plumbing twice now and both times it did a great job and gave excellent suggestions that were really helpful to me.
We had them install push button flush toilets which have saved us money on our water bill.

I called several plumbers when my kitchen sink stopped up, and Dave was the first and only to respond. He scheduled a time to come by, and was on time. I happened to be held up at work and he kindly waited for me to arrive. He checked out my sink and waited patiently while I finished my work call. Then he explained what happened and how I could avoid it in the future.
I highly recommend him, and will be calling him in the future for what ever the gremlins/poltergeists in my house throws at me :)

I woke up to both of my bathrooms flooded and Santana plumbing company squeezed me in and within an hour found and fixed the problem. Prices arent bad, he finished in a timely manner, and he even gave me info to help in the future. I'm so glad that I called them and they're local. They were great.

My husband and I just moved to Austin and Jim is the second plumber we've tried. Needless to say, we won't be using anyone else. He showed up on a Friday night in bad weather within 30 minutes, fixed our kitchen sink for a good price, and texted two days later to make sure everything was working okay. Excellent service...highly recommended!!

I purchased a Stan's a/c unit in 2017 and paid $7500. On 9/14/88 Stan's came out and blew out a clogged line -- $89 service call. On 10/3/19 they came out and did the same. But they collected $225 in cash from the tenant and said they would send an invoice. They did not. When they sent the invoice it was for $89 EVEN after i told the Stan;s representative that the service attendant (Andrew) collected $225. This created questions between my tenant and i as they requested a $225 check from me. After several interactions with Stan's personnel - Eric, Lisa and Danielle, i was told there was a mix up in their computer system and they sent me a bill dated 10/16 for $ 224.12. This was made up of original 89 dollar service call and a separate charge of 135.12 to blow out the line. In short - the same work performed a year earlier for an additional 135.12. A Stan's representative told me there were levels of clogs but the amended invoice clearly states simple clog, Despite promises over two weeks ago, i still have not heard from Stan's. No efforts to resolve. Zero interest in providing an explanation.

We had an emergency with our water heater, leaking down the wall. After calling eight plumbers who couldnt fit us in their schedule, they were the one who came out the same day with a new water heater and replaced it! So grateful, since we had a house full of guests arriving the next day and needed hot water for showers. They were friendly and responsive throughout the process.

Our 18-year-old conventional gas water heater was finally giving out, so we called Plumb & Order to on a Monday to talk about getting it looked at and possibly replaced. They sent a technician out that Wednesday morning who patiently answered all of our questions and quoted us on a repair and a replacement. After calling a few other local places, Plumb & Order had the best rate and one of the best brands, so we booked them for the replacement that same afternoon, and their crew was done within a couple hours. It's amazing how quickly we were able to get everything done, and they offer a 5-year warranty on parts and labor too. Highly recommended!

I frequently use Yelp to find the best rated services out there. Unfortunately, I rarely come back to write reviews. That being said, when the service is either exceptional or just downright terrible, I'll try to find my way here to write something up.
I needed to get a Pressure Regulator Valve either installed or replaced -- I didn't know which, because I couldn't find the damn thing anywhere -- but I knew that I needed one of those things (I had dangerously high water pressure that was causing lots of problems).
So, I called a few plumbers -- one from a neighbor's referral and a couple more from Yelp. Jeff spent a decent amount of time on the phone with me while I described the situation and asked questions (as I had attempted with the other guys). He was very helpful, knowledgable, and friendly. He even mentioned a few things about this repair/install that I had come to learn were necessary by doing my own research -- things that the other plumbers didn't even mention. So, while I was busy being impressed by the experience so far, he gave me a quote that was over $150 lower than any of the other plumbers I'd called, and that included the extra but necessary items that the other guys had failed to mention (maybe they planned on mentioning it later for a further charge?).
When Jeff showed up, he was just as friendly as he had been on the phone, and he had no problem with me looking over his shoulder and asking questions while he did the majority of the work. When all was said and done, he charged me exactly what we had agreed upon on the phone.
So, what did I get? I got my problems resolved quickly by a very cool dude who was both professional and friendly at a price that I know was better than reasonable. And, to boot, I got a schooling on how certain aspects of the plumbing work on my 20+ year old home. Awesome. A guilt-free five stars for sure.

They were on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. They also then did a second job that we hadn't talked about on the phone. Not only was the service excellent but the price was very reasonable. They are my go to service now.

Fantastic company. They do great work at a more than fair price. They respond to messages quickly. They clean up their mess. They work quickly and instead of using epoxy to repair the tiles, the replace the whole tiles. Amazing! Olvin will take care of you. Do not let the tile stores try to talk you into letting them handle the install. Buy your stuff and call Fuentes! You will NOT regret it.

I was able to get an estimate for a static test for the drain lines in advance. Scott came the next day with a very short notice (because we had problems reaching the tenants). Scott did the test professionally and sent the results via email immediately. I really appreciate his help and would recommend his service to anyone.

I agree with all of the other 5-star reviews here. Nick returned my call immediately. He was able to diagnose the problem with my shower over the phone. He set up an appointment that worked with my schedule. He showed up right when he said he would. He fixed the problem quickly and explained what he was doing and why it was broken. And he charged me a very reasonable amount for the repair. These seem like such simple things, but added together they are unfortunately rare when dealing with in-home repairs.
