Best Plumbing Services in Austin, TX
Brad returned to our home today to replace two bathroom faucets installed by another plumber gone bad, a new design kitchen faucet, and a new upgraded shower head. Brad, a master plumber, is the consummate professional and always goes above and beyond to do a quality job. Ended up replacing frozen valves identified along the way. He always keeps you informed of what he finds, what he thinks could happen, and preventive measures to take to prolong the life of what he sees. Even convinced us to do our own maintenance on our garage based water heater by showing us the various steps to take, one by one....Thank You Brad!
Would recommend Brad without question!

Had service on primary main valve into the house. The tech didn't get the pressure right but came back and all is excellent.

Update......
The customer service of Rooter man plumbing is good. Their customer service manager contacted me to understand what my concern was. His attitude on solving the concern I had was good. They do care about their customer I'm sure now, and I will recommend Root man plumbing to my friends if my friends need help on plumbing stuff.
----------------------
What I experienced was that I was told the price range should be around $1500~$1800 over a phone call for replacing a water heater based on the area I live and how old water heater I had. So I agreed to let them send their plumber to my house for the replacement even though my old water heater was still functioning.
However, the quotation the plumber gave me was $1937 after his quick assessment in my garage. I was surprised to the quote the plumber gave me, so I told him what the price range their representative told me. But it did not resolve the price issue and the plumber said I have to pay his company $79 if I did not let him work on the water heater replacement.
If the plumber quoted me $1800 for replacing my water heater and I did not let him work on the replacement, I would pay the $79 for the service call without any question.
Finally I paid $1937 to this company for the water heater replacement but I do feel very uncomfortable about the incorrect information their representative provided. This just happened last week.

I am doing a bathroom renovation. Nathan came out to my house to install a bathtub. I had already installed the valve and plumbing myself. After installing the tub, Nathan let me know that the way the valve was currently installed would have resulted in a substantial leak behind my walls. He fixed the valve and piping so now it wont leak. I am so grateful that Nathan was able to identify that issue even though it was outside of the scope of work which I hired him to do. Not only was Capital City Plumbing & Drain professional, thorough, and prompt, they were also very cost competitive. I will absolutely be using them later this year when I renovate my other bathroom. 10/10 highly recommend this team!

Bill is a great guy. Our HOA in chandler creek had some crappy landscape company come out and literally break the water main to the house during their mowing. Bill came out on short notice, patched it up for a good price, and did it fast. He was a true professional. I wish other companies around here were half as professional. Go with ezflow plumbing.

The City of Austin came to my door about 8:30 this morning to let me know that they had turned my water off because it was leaking 4 gallons per minute into the street, yikes! Clearly this is an emergency & I immediately got on Yelp and found good reviews for A&T Plumbing, and bonus, they say they have a 10 minute response time!
After THREE hours, I got a call to say that they had no availability until Monday, seven days away; not really helpful in an emergency....

I had a leak outside in my yard. I called a lot of plumbers and either didn't get the courtesy of a returned call or was told they could come a week to ten days later. Dave called me back promptly and was able to come out the next day. Dave arrived on time and fixed my broken pipe quickly. His price was fair, and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.

Lightning quick response and he fixed my leaky garbage disposal in no time. I will definitely use Abel in the future.

We had a garbage disposal that we thought needed to be replaced. We reached out late one evening and Braulio was able to come the next day. Thankfully our entire garbage disposal didn't need to be replaced and it was a quick fix. Braulio was extremely nice and helpful through the entire process and we will be using him now for all our plumbing leads.

We had them out recently to try and figure out why we had a puddle in our yard. He was quick to get back to us, and we loved that he was located in Manor. We also appreciated his knowledge and honesty when he correctly stated that it was a problem with the city's water line. We will for sure hire him again if we ever have another need for a plumber.

I had to call Jim one evening at a little before 7 pm because a pipe had broken and it was going to get below freezing that night AND we needed water. Jim came right away was very professional and obviously well versed in his knowledge. He did an emergency repair in order for us to get the water turned back on.
He came back a few days later to complete the repair, he applied the money I paid for the emergency call to the final repair (which was great). Again, Jim was incredibly professional and very personable. I will call him again and I highly recommend him to any one who needs a plumber.

Two years ago we bought a new unit for $6K from Stans. In the past 6 weeks it has been out 4 times and most were over 100 degree days and we had to go over a weekend with no service. Today, luckily it is not 100 degrees, but this is the fourth time! They come out, charge us, diagnose and get it running for about a week then it goes out again. I have an elderly person in my home and a husband who is on disability for migraines. Heat only makes it worse. They need to get it right and NOT charge me after their screw ups. Super ticked off and unhappy with Stan's.

Made an emergency call to Plumb Doctors for a leaking pipe in our foundation. They were able to send someone out that morning. Jamie arrived and quickly assessed the situation. Andrew brought in a leak detector and they located the manifolds and the leak. Jamie stayed until late that Friday evening with another tech to open up two spots in the wall and cap off the leaking connections. Thanks to them we had water service in our house for the weekend and the leaks were stopped. They also scheduled a follow up visit to reroute the leaking pipes. A friend recommended Plumb Doctors and we're glad we called them. They were very professional and diagnosed and solved the problem quickly and efficiently.

I was cleaning my bathroom one night and accidentally knocked a small bottle down the toilet. Tried to get it out myself with no luck. I messaged Plumb & Order around midnight and heard back from them in the morning. By the afternoon they'd come out and fixed it for me. Great folks and very responsive. Honestly just picked them at random because of their funny name and so glad I did.

tl;dr: great work, good prices, versatile - highly recommended
We had a leak in our garage and water in our water heater pan. Unfortunately they were not related, it turns out we had a leak in our laundry pipes and our 18-year old water heater was giving up the ghost.
We called our regular plumber but he was unavailable, so we called the references he gave us as well as some companies off Yelp like Thunderbird plumbing. Ted from Thunderbird seemed the most knowledgeable and trustworthy (according to Hope, who used to work with a lot of subs as an architect and a construction project manager), and surprisingly enough also had the cheapest estimate. (Some plumbers wouldn't even do all the work we wanted, like installing a pressure relief valve).
A few days later Ted came to do all the work, and it seems to be done really well. He even replaced our main water shutoff valve without charging us more than his original estimate.
All in all, a great experience, well worth a 5-star rating.

HIGHLY recommend Pure Plumbing Service! Ive been trying to fix a clog for about 2 weeks now on my own. I finally broke down and decided I needed professional help. Mark knew exactly what was going on and as it was an easy fix, he walked me through it. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I wont go to anyone else for plumbing services in the future. Thank you Mark!

Olvin was amazing! First off, he was so responsive answered all my questions rather quickly and was flexible since my countertops were a bit delayed. He was professional and polite. He and his assistant wore a mask and were very clean and neat while working. Additionally, I got multiple quotes and his was the most reasonable! I would totally recommend Olvin and will use him in future projects!

I was able to get an estimate for a static test for the drain lines in advance. Scott came the next day with a very short notice (because we had problems reaching the tenants). Scott did the test professionally and sent the results via email immediately. I really appreciate his help and would recommend his service to anyone.

Adding to the chorus. Ultra quality, and honesty. It's only astonishing to everyone because it's become so rare in the world. Good stuff.
