Like Richard, we were referred to Brad from another 5 star plumber that we found on yelp who was too busy to fit us into his schedule.  Good for him for having plenty of business and GREAT for us for getting Brad.  He was able to come out the following day.  Prompt, professional, courteous, efficient, and reasonable.  We will definitely call him again in the future and recommend him to all of our friends and neighbors!

Super friendly, knowledgeable and really fast service.  Not looking foresto having plumbing issues in the future, but if something happened now I know who to contact.  Would definitely use them again.

Sat morning started off with my toilets and showers backing up into the house. Gilbert got there within the hour, squeezing me in between two planned appointments. He correctly diagnosed the problem within 30 min of a collapsed connection to the city main line. Not only did he identify the problem quickly but he wrote out exactly what I needed to tell the city in order to get them to respond to my emergency. I could not have asked for a better experience. Gilbert is personable and cares about his customers.

We just finished a full bathroom remodel and  immediately had issues with slow to no draining of water from any of the fixtures.  I was able to make a next day appointment and am so glad I did.  Eddie came by and was able to diagnose the problem and resolve it within hours.  Not only that he was able to show me on camera what the problem was.  It turns out the contractors  did not cover the toilet flange hole when they did the floor demolition and several of the tiles were clearly visible after he busted out the blockage.  Not only did he do the job for what I consider a very reasonable rate I will now be holding back the repair cost from the retainer on the remodel job.  Rooter-Man Austin is definitely going to be my go to plumbers for any future jobs.

Our amazing realtor recommended Capital City Plumbing to us and he assured us that these guys are the best! I have to agree because the whole experience was everything you could want it to be. Nick called ahead and came exactly on time, he was friendly and listened carefully to all our concerns, and he wasted no time to complete everything that needed attention. He initially came to remove two spray hoses and secure valves in two different bathrooms, but he also removed and discarded four old seats, checked to make sure a gas line was capped outside, and that there was an air gap loop properly placed for our dishwasher to drain. He wasn't bothered by any request and seemed to not be phased in the least by my toddlers thundering around while he was working.

What really impressed me was that he offered advice about a random issue with our front door that I never would have noticed on my own. He explained what was causing the door to catch and how it would progress and said it was an easy fix by a handyman. Nick also provided advice and assurance about a garbage disposal I was working on at our former home, which really put me at ease knowing I wasn't just tinkering around under there blindly. That was in itself very kind and really appreciated. It gives me such a peace of mind knowing that I can look to them for great service!

They did respond to my phone call right away, even got a tech out within 20 minutes. I told them where the leak was and CT did a quick confirmation and straight up was like $1050. I knew it was WAY over priced. The company that built the system was charging $109 assessment fee and then $22/15min. That company just didn't have availability until the following Monday. Just having a newborn I needed it fixed otherwise I would have done the fix myself. The area was quickly dug up by the two guys, then they split for 30+ minutes, came back and completed, everything done just over an hour minus the time away. Then he gave me a $100 deduction for a total of $950...still over priced but it was extremely quick.

My tenant at  7pm that a pipe burst in the wall at my condo !  I didn't know what to do or who to turn to ! I didn't even know how to tell the tenants to turn off the water gushing in the walls of my unit . I've previously used A&T Plumbing for a leak in a different bathroom and he saved my property and he saved me money ! He was amazing then and now there are no words for his class act. I was able in my panic to find his number. Ten minutes later he called me back !! He was able to get the girls to shut the water off and instructed them on what else they could do tonight. Tomorrow my plumber ( and yes he is my permanent plumber - wouldn't use anyone else !) will be out at my condo and repair the damage done . I will trust that whatever damage that is done will be fixed and I will be able to sleep tonight . Thank god  that people like Justin are still present in this world as it restores my faith in good , decent , kind and compassionate human beings . Not to mention how competent and good he is . This company should count their blessings. I have a medical practice and good people like Justin are rare and hard to find !

Quick and easy removal and install of a new toilet. Only took about 30 minutes! Very helpful with the multiple questions I had.

Recently my Pressure Reducing Valve was damaged causing my pipes to make a loud humming noise any time I turned on a faucet. Abel was quick to respond to my Yelp message and was able to schedule an appointment sooner than any other plumbing service I contacted. He was very efficient, easy to communicate with, and affordable. He even gave us tips for future plumbing issues! I would definitely recommend Abel for plumbing needs.

Braulio was quick to respond to my message and was out to my house the same day. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix an install error from a previous plumber that was causing slow drainage in my bathroom sink. Highly recommend Braulio for any plumbing needs!

We first met Jaime about 8 years ago when he was hired by our contractor to do the plumbing for a new addition on our central Austin home.  He did all the work for a new master bath, added a tankless water heater and removed old cast iron plumbing from our 1940s home.  Two years later he came back to reroute the plumbing in our guest bath.  He did great work with both jobs and we never had any issues while we lived there.

In 2019, I referred him to a friend who was experiencing a plumbing emergency at his rental.  My friend was super impressed with Jaime's responsiveness and work and was incredibly thankful to have found an honest, trustworthy plumber to help out during an incredibly stressful time.

And in February 2021, we had a pipe break in our new home after the major freeze.  We were panicked that we wouldn't be able to get it fixed timely since it seemed like everyone else in Austin was dealing with the same issue, but Jaime came to the rescue the next day and fixed the busted pipe.

In the 8 years we have called on Jaime, every single experience was top notch. I don't know what I appreciate the most about him: his professionalism, the prompt communication, the excellent work or how wonderfully nice and pleasant he is. The fact that we have been able to call on him to work on every single home we have owned in Austin really speaks volumes about the quality of his business and his work.  Thank you, Jaime, for always being there for us when we need you. I called Republic Pipeworks because I needed a new hot water heater. Jim came to my house checked everything out and had it replaced with a brand new one for a GREAT price.  I would recommend Republic Pipeworks to anyone!

Stay away they will rip you off!!!!
My tenants thermostate wasn't working, according to the technician it was a heat pump type and was pumping ac and heat at the same time.Tech was there for no more than 25min.
CHARGED $74 diagnostic fee
+$180 for the service and thermostat
I called the manager JAMES and HE COULD NOT BREAK DOWN THE FEES but said his cost for the thermostat was $60 and they don't sell them to customers for cost.So he couldnt give an approximate retail cost. So his explanation of $180 was retail + service.
I went on line and the exact same themostat was $41 RETAIL.
$254 TO INSTALL A THERMOSTAT!!!!!!!! the only reason they got away with it was because I was working, it was 7pm and there was a freeze warning. THe tech then charged my tenant when they had my charge info on file.

We called these guys to find a leak in my dad's bathroom, they came out, quickly said they found the leak, didn't fix the leak and said they needed to call another company to start drying things. Why would you not fix the leak first. Suspicious.  Pretty sure this business is not legit.

Tony and Conner did an awesome job.  Very professional and knowledgeable.  They even fixed some stuff a different company messed up on last time.  Really glad we called Plumb & Order. Will definitely call again if anything comes up.

My dad called and asked me to write a review for Ted at Thunderbird Plumbing. He was so impressed to have such a knowledgable, nice and efficient plumber come and fix his broken kitchen sink. Dad is not easily impressed so I felt I should share what a great experience he had. Thanks Ted, for taking such good care of my pops!

Great workmanship. Super friendly. Fast install. Great cleanup. All around would highly recommend. I did the tile in all my bathrooms except the master. Went with Fuentes and glad I did.

Scott did an amazing job with my leaking pipe in my garage. I messaged him at 11pm on Friday night and he responded in real-time and was able to come out the next day. He also helped me with trying to get me maximum coverage with my insurance and even gave me a discount when they didn't cover the repairs. 5/5 would recommend Scott again!

Nick is friendly, grew up in Greece on an island, went to the same international school I went too, engaging in conversation and even like my wife talks to himself as he works away.  He is a plethora of information and knowledge to boot.  I have had a shower stall that needed a new lever.  I let him know it was a Moen after we went back and forth on phone calls and texts, I called today to see if we could schedule an install.  He actually had a cancellation this afternoon and asked if he could pop by to do the job and I was available.  He called when he finished his job and made his way over and got here about 4.20pm.  The guy works a full day and this I respect.  He came in, got busy, replaced the Moen tap, gave us an option of different lever and bing bang walla wally ding dang, job done.  I frankly don't know price points, but $245 all in, with assistance in picking our a new water heater, tweaked my toilet handles seemed alright.  Second time out for Nick and if I have anything more needed, he will be my guy.. .always.
