I had a constant slow drain in a rental unit where water would back flow into the tub. 3 different plumbers had come out and were able to temporarily fix the problem but it always came back.  Brad was able to identify the issue as roots growing through the line a few feet from the septic system and fixed the issue at a great price! He was quick, professional and courteous.  I highly recommend him and will be calling him for future plumbing needs.

Fixed the problem efficiently and priced fairly. I hope I don't need their services again but thats wishful thinking. Would recommend them.

Gilbert is the man. I did not think I would get him due to how busy he seems from all of these great comments. However, God was on my side today. I needed him to help me clean up a project and voila! He also fixed my leaky bathtub faucet. Super reasonable. He is my only plumber from now on. And recommending him to all my friends.

Called Rooter-Man with an underground water leak on my side of the City of Austin water meter.  Ed came to fix my problem on the next business day. He was professional and seemed to fix the problem right.  He pointed out the problem and explained how it might have happened.  It was likely a problem caused by sloppy work of a previous plumber who took some short cuts.  Cost was about 600 to dig it all out and fix.  He also adjusted my water pressure to the house at no charge. Also gave me advice on a water heater issue of concern.  I'm pretty happy and believe my problem was solved by someone who knew what he was doing.  That gives me comfort. Never hire a fly-by-night plumber. It will end up costing you more than doing it right the first time. That's a life lesson. You get what you pay for in most things. I can recommend this company.

These guys are top notch and very affordable. Gabe has been out to our house for multiple projects including installation of new sink and shower fixtures, new toilets, and troubleshooting a dish washer leak. He has been a lifesaver!

I've also called them out to my office to install a new garbage disposal and Shawn was extremely helpful, professional and quick.

After our CEO had another plumber fail to show up for scheduled appointments twice, I recommended Capital City and they have been her go to ever since for hot water heater maintenance and and unclogging sinks. She rarely gives high praise but was very happy and impressed with the service she received from Nick and Gabe on every occasion.

They are responsive, respectful of your time and home, quick, and clean up after themselves. Super informative and go above and beyond. These guys are the best!

We called 4 other plumbers who couldn't come out right away-some not until next week. EZ Flow answered the call immediately, and sent 2 plumbers over within the hour. Emilio was polite, explained everything in advance and gave a quote before doing anything. We were so impressed and will be a forever customer!! Thank you!

This Wednesday evening, my bathtub was draining super slowly, and when I tried to plunge it, I discovered that both of my toilets were backing up as well.  First thing Thursday morning, I called A&T, and they were able to fit me in on the schedule for the same day.  Dalton and helper arrived with their drain cleaning machine and camera, opened the cleanout near the street, and got right to work.  After working persistently, they were able to get the clog in the main line removed, and then they ran the camera down the main line and showed me the state of things  -- thankfully, although there were a couple of bellies, there were no breaks, cracks, or roots.  While they didn't have the right tools on the truck to clean out the clog in the bathtub trap, I was able to get that fixed separately.

Mr.Henderson did a fine job repairing our leaking toilet. He was polite, professional, neat and charged a fair amount.  It was a tight space so I was relieved he could get the toilet in and out in a small area. I appreciated that it didn't seem to bother him that I stuck around asked questions. I learned some new things about plumbing.  :)

My water heater was out so I called Abel and I got a quick response on the phone and they were able to come out the same day. We were missing the part we needed so Able ordered it and showed up 1st thing in the morning the next day. He fixed my water heater and when he was done he even looked at my shower diverter. Abel was extreme knowledge, the pricing was affordable and most important one of the friendliest guys you can meet. I dont ever  write reviews but Able earned it and I will recommend him to all my friends.

I submitted a request for a quote through the Yelp app and the responded in less than 15 minutes. Within a day they came out to help me fix my leaking shower.  I can't thank them enough.

Came across a small water leak on the main line coming into the house...I was happy to see that Jamie lives in my neighborhood, I mean...how much more local can you get...He showed up in about 30 minutes, gave me what I thought was a very fair quote and got to work...job was wrapped up in about 4-5 hours and was please with the whole process...Looks like we have a new Plumber that I wouldnt hesitate to call for my needs.

I cannot brag enough about how amazing Jim was in a moment of crisis! I called another company and they came out and gave me a ridiculously inflated estimate, while they attempted to re-work the pricing, I got a hold of Jim and he gave me a fair price and came out to fix my hot water heater that day. Jim stayed late to make sure that I would be taken care of and didn't have to take another cold shower! Jim is very knowledgeable, kind and clearly puts a lot of hard work and care into what he does. If you are looking for an honest plumber, you can't go wrong with Republic Pipeworks!!

Bought a new house in Leander for some family to use and we needed to call Stan's to replace a faulty part.  Making the appointment was easy, they were super nice, they arrived when they said they would, and they took care of everything quickly. In this day and age when many service providers have forgotten what it means to provide service, that in and of itself warrants a 5-star review.  However, it doesn't end there. I called them back for another issue which, as it turns out, was not a warranty issue but an issue rooted in me not paying attention to instructions. I wasn't terrible but I could have been nicer in my email. But being the good people that they are, they came back out to the house and got us straight, and did so quickly and with a lot more understanding and kindness than I probably deserved.  These are good folks that know what service means.  For sure I will use them in the future.

Positively fantastic crews, work and all at a reasonable price. Tenant reported gas smell, Texas Gas came out to confirm last night then turned off the gas. By 8:30am this morning I had already scheduled with Mark to identify the leak and do the repair. He was there at 3pm. On a day when Austin was under a flood watch he crawled into a tiny crawl space under an old home, found the leak, repaired it and by 5:30pm was finished! Thanks very much, Plumb Doctors.

This is the second time I have used Plumb & Order and both Wyatt and Kirk have been so so great. Each time they've been able to not just stop the problem, but full on fix the issue in the same day. They are friendly, educated, professional, and don't give you the runaround. I trust their expertise and especially as a woman homeowner, appreciate having a tradesperson I can trust.

Thunderbird replaced my old, non-working tank water heater with a new Nav tankless unit. Jeff responded to my late-night inquiry before work hours the next morning. With a couple of pictures and clarifying points, Jeff promptly quoted me a price that was in-line or better than 4 others. No time was wasted on unnecessary visits or trying to upsell parts or systems that weren't needed. Jeff arrived at the time promised and completed the job in an efficient and non-intrusive manner. I appreciated the efficiency and thoroughness off the whole project and can't recommend Thunderbird enough for your tankless water heater conversion.

Mark is awesome.  I'm a contractor and have a handyman business as well.  I've used Pure a few times and have recommended him often to my social circle.  He has always been solid on my work and the feedback I have gotten.  Its rare to find a contractor that is not only skilled but professional.  Pure is that.  I know I don't have to worry about his work or doing what he says.  Awesome.

Awesome job by Olvin and his crew. They were quick, punctual, and professional. We contacted several flooring folks and they were the most reasonable. Had tile installed in bedroom, stairs, and upstairs and they got it done quickly. I would definitely recommend.

I was able to get an estimate for a static test for the drain lines in advance. Scott came the next day with a very short notice (because we had problems reaching the tenants). Scott did the test professionally and sent the results via email immediately. I really appreciate his help and would recommend his service to anyone.

Nick continues to impress me with his workmanship, his diligence and just the ease with which you can trust him.
I leave the door open for him or leave a key out when I won't be there at his scheduled arrival time (this is absolutely NOT something i would do for any other person coming to my house .. in fact I have friends I wouldn't trust with my key!!).
Good to have someone left in the trade with ethics and diligence and most importantly who puts the customer first.
