He's pretty available so Brad has become my go-to plumber in a pinch. Kitchen sink has a leak on a Wednesday and guests are arriving for the weekend?! Brad is usually able to squeeze me in, next day, shows up within the window AND calls about 20 minutes before.

Yes, it'll be $95 minimum if it's an hour or less, but you can't fault the guy for being really good at what he does. It may seem like a high price for a short amount of time, but you have to remember it's experience that makes him so quick and good at his profession. I consider it a bonus that I can get back to work quickly.

He takes credit cards and provides you emailed copies of your work order and receipt, as it should be in 2017.

I reached out to Blue Dragon for a faucet issue.  They emailed back right away with valuable information about how to try to fix the issue on my own before hiring a plumber. They are awesome!

My tech was Alan Thompson. He was super nice. Easy to communicate with and advised me of the issue and the process of getting my water heater back up and running! Also made sure to alert me and provide steps to clear the air from the water lines after the repair! Texted when on the way and arrived when promised. SUPER BONUS -- THIS PLACE IS VETERAN OWNED!

Capital City Plumbing has fair pricing and great people. They helped me updating some plumbing in my front bathroom. I will definitely call them for future needs!

I called them to get the quote for a gas leak detection job. They showed up but the quote was so high for just finding the leak, not even fix it so I didn't go with them.

This is really a four and a half star review.  We have used A & T plumbing about 3 years ago to fix a water pipe leak UNDER ourdriveway and they did a great job (5 stars).

We had another water leak (in a different part of the driveway and not related to the repair 3 yrs ago). We called them out and I had to deduct something because the first plumber they sent was really bad and in WAY over his head.  He actually made things worse.  It turns out he had recently started with the company and had moved to Texas and over sold his credentials to the company.  It happens, I get it.  Sometimes, people aren't what they say they are.

Bad stuff happens all the time, but it's how you address the problems and fix it that is more important.

Don, the supervisor, took over and got it fixed.  Despite the rest of the plumbers on jobs and booked out over 1 week, he was able to get a team of people to come over and ultimately fix the issue.  Don himself was out here late on a weekend evening when an emergency issue happened (from the first guy) and he took care of it.  So, the way Don and A&T plumbing took ownership of the initial mistake and fixed the issue was really commendable.

Hopefully, we will not need them in the future, but if we do, we will be using A&T for our plumbing needs.

Abel is a close friend of mine. We came up through the ranks of plumbing mastery together. I have to say without a doubt he's a great plumber and a great guy. (I own another plumbing company in the same market) but I wanted to leave him a killer review because us little guys stick together. All of my overflow work I send straight to him and vise versa. I'm grateful to have a friend to lean on when I need help and someone I can trust to be a great craftsman and a polite contractor for my customers.

I am so happy to find the reliable plumber to help! They go above and beyond about the service and did great jobs on reasonable quote.  Mr Braulio even did extra  work without charge. Really appreciate that!

Garbage disposal stopped working and sink was backed up over the Labor Day weekend.  I couldn't cook or run the dishwasher.  Called, left a VM on Sunday and Jaime texted me back within 30 minutes.  He said he could drop by the next day at 10:30-11:00. Mind you, that was the Labor Day Monday!  He showed up on time and got to work replacing the broken disposal with another one I had bought from one of the big box stores.  Unplanned but he was also able to fix an old toilet at the same visit.  All for a reasonable price.  

Very grateful for his responsiveness and professionalism.  I've found my go to plumber now and I know my old house will have something for him come back for another visit...hopefully not soon.

I would call a different plumber if I were you! At first he seemed very reasonable and nice. He told me he would only charge me for his time and not mark up the equipment he had to purchase in order to fix my water heater. Near the end of the job he stated how much he spent on the equipment, which was substantially higher than what he quoted me so I asked for him to provide me the receipt. He then got very angry and told me he would try and get it for me. Shortly after our conversation he emailed me the receipt from Winsupply and something seemed off. I then called Winsupply and asked them to send me the receipt with the same purchase order. The receipts were the same except for the amount of the pump being substantially less than the receipt he provided me. It's not my place to say if he doctored the receipt from Winsupply but obviously something doesn't add up (please reach out to me if you would like to see the photos). After the job was done, I confronted him to try and understand the misunderstanding and he got furious and threaten to call the sheriff and post a lien on the property if I didn't pay. To make matters worse, after we agreed on an amount owed I signed the invoice and told him I would have a check sent to the address listed on his invoice before the end of the day. He refused and told me I had to pay with CC right now, which I refused. I will be sending him a check in the mail considering he finished the job and worked around my schedule (reason for two stars).

Stans did an amazing job on our new ac. Our house was built in the 70s so everything needed to be replaced. Stans installers, gabe and Jake were quick, clean, and respectful. Roland was responsive and knowledgeable. The team that replaced the duct work was great. They cleaned up when they were finished. This was the first time we have had work done that my husband didn't have to redo or finish. They even repaired the holes from the old ducts that they moved to create better air flow. Thank you stans!

They responded to my message extremely quickly and were able to send someone out soon after. My water heater wasn't working. The plumber identified the problem as being my gas being turned off but also gave me good advice about getting spare parts for the water heater. He fixed a few other things.

Fast, simple, fairly priced.  When they say Don't worry we won't overcharge you. We hate that, you can believe them.

I will add to great reviews.  Called Thunderbird Plumbing after business hours and received a call back later that evening by Raymond.  My project wasn't a rush, just needed to get a estimate and time of when they can do it.  Raymond originally had a full schedule the next day but might be able to rearrange his schedule to fit me in.  He contacted me the next day and was able to get me in at noon.  

I sent him pictures of what was leaking (back yard faucet) and he was able to get the parts when he arrived.  Knocked out both jobs within the hour.  Polite and gave his advice and did great work.  Would call them again!

I would hire again.  Mark came out to look for possible slab leak.  In my opinion, he knew what he was doing and approached the problem very methodically.  Within an hour he was able to identify the leak which ended up being in my front yard.  He told me the general proximity of the leak using a specialized microphone.  I opted to dig it up and fix myself to save money.

Great workmanship. Super friendly. Fast install. Great cleanup. All around would highly recommend. I did the tile in all my bathrooms except the master. Went with Fuentes and glad I did.

I was able to get an estimate for a static test for the drain lines in advance. Scott came the next day with a very short notice (because we had problems reaching the tenants). Scott did the test professionally and sent the results via email immediately. I really appreciate his help and would recommend his service to anyone.

I called Nick about a noise that our hot water heater was making. He called me back the same day, left a detailed message about the types of sounds typically made by water heaters and whether or not those sounds indicated replacement or repair. It turns out that our water heater was making normal sounds due to mineral buildup (common here in Austin). He explained that we could do a few things to help soften the sound, but that replacement was not necessary. I appreciate his prompt and thorough help.
