I'm so happy to have found Brad and absolutely recommend him.  I needed to get a few things in our kitchen replaced and he took care of everything easily and quickly.  He even recommended a cheaper route to go when it came to selecting parts.  He will be my go-to-guy when it comes to anything related to plumbing.  I couldn't be more satisfied.

I have not received any actual service from Blue Dragon, but I just called, inquiring on a specific issue, that unfortunately Blue Dragon does not specialize in, yet, without hesitation, referred me to the right place!

I'm not impressed.  I never had issues with plumbing details at the house until they got involved.  Now, within 3 months time, suddenly the house has had 2 major plumbing issues; each costing over $3,000 to repair plus additional costs to have sheetrock replaced and painted.
It's rather suspicious that once they repaired an issue then suddenly another issue appeared.

They did a good job hooking up my utility sink. On time and the price was comparable to other plumbers. I would use them again.

The snowpocalypse damaged two faucets. We waited patiently (after all, faulty faucets are mild stuff compared to our poor neighbors' burst pipes!) for months for Pierre to send someone out.

We were charged $225 for ten minutes of work. I find this very expensive.

This guy is great! He shows up punctually, and gets it done. He seems like a really nice fellow, too, on top of being competent and courteous.

I recently sold my refrigerator, and realized that there was a small leak in the connection between the ice machine valve and the pipe-- nothing big, but not something I'd want to have continuing. Dave came out and fixed it in just a few minutes.

Then, I asked if he could help me unhook my combo washer/dryer, and he helped with that, too. He unhooked the hoses and checked the connections to make sure they were in good shape while he was there. He even took the bathroom door off the hinges so we could get to it more easily!

I'd definitely call him again if I needed some work done.

I did not expect, when I called at 10:00 AM to complain about my busted water heater, that they would have a water heater installed and running by 2:00 PM.  They were fast, professional, clean.  They took away the old water heater, fixed up the space for the new one, got the gas connections up to code, and fixed up the venting system so that everything is safety compliant.  And given how fast they were, I decided to complain about a dripping faucet, and they got right to it and made sure to get it fixed.  They were cheap, also, and mellow and friendly.  And they wear footies over their shoes to minimize dirt in the house.  I definitely would work with them again!

Even though I didn't need them to come out (water heater under warranty), I was given advice and coaching on what to try, and who to call. Thank you!

Jaime Santana did an excellent job with broken water pipes repair at St. Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church in Manor, where I am the pastor. After the winter storm of February 2021, the water pipes of all of our buildings were damaged. Mr. Santana assessed the situation, explained what was required, and finished the repairs in a timely manner. He also ensured that all faucets/toilets/water outlets were properly working, and did the appropriate repairs when needed. I highly recommend Santana Plumbing Company LLC.

Honest, on-time, thorough and reasonably priced.  I will definitely call Jim again when I need plumbing/gas line work done right!

James the service manager reached out to me through yelp apologetic but unwavering in not giving me any make it right actions. He did recognize me as a gold member I should get my 15 % off. The weird part after the yelp reach out is that the nice guy that replaced the new coils left a mess and somehow burned the styrofoam that holds up the unit. Also when paying for tech James didn't know who I was and did not acknowledge initially the 15% discount. I heard him talking to the tech and denied he emailed me or that I called him that morning and left a message to talk to him (he has yet to call me back so still waiting to talk to him). Very weird but I have to remember Stan's is all about the money and customer service is not very important to him. I will not purchase another unit from them and would encourage others to seek a better AC sercvice. I am sorry I was ropped into using Stan's. I feel like the person we dealt with before was nicer and cared about their customers. Let's see if James calls me back.

Alexander Matej with Plumb Doctors is the best! He is super knowledgeable and extremely hard working. He installed a new toilet and two new faucets and replaced our old, broken shower handles.  He was upfront about the cost and cleaned up everything afterwards. We are very happy with Alex's work and highly recommend Plumb Docors

We noticed several high water bills and contacted Plumb and Order Plumbing and Drain.  The next day Wyatt came to the house, quickly located a leak in irrigation system and re-plumbed the irrigation connection with PEX piping.  Great Job at a very reasonable price.

Thunderbird replaced my old, non-working tank water heater with a new Nav tankless unit. Jeff responded to my late-night inquiry before work hours the next morning. With a couple of pictures and clarifying points, Jeff promptly quoted me a price that was in-line or better than 4 others. No time was wasted on unnecessary visits or trying to upsell parts or systems that weren't needed. Jeff arrived at the time promised and completed the job in an efficient and non-intrusive manner. I appreciated the efficiency and thoroughness off the whole project and can't recommend Thunderbird enough for your tankless water heater conversion.

It's taken us 11 years in Austin to find a great plumber, and I'm willing to share so others don't have to wait that long. Mark, the owner, is a super-nice guy who knows his stuff. Fast turnaround, which is a plus.

We've had hot water leaks in the past and I was afraid we had another one since we didn't have much hot water. Spot-On sent people out the same day as my inquiry. Turns out we needed a new hot water heater, which they came back and installed the next day. Fast, reliable and seemed cost effective too

Nick did a great job. No issues at all. The service was very good, Nick is knowledgeable and good at what he does and he was priced like most of the plumbers out there. I'd say for as competent as he is we probably got a better bang for the buck than most plumbers we've used.
