Brad is not only a very experienced master plumber with +20 yrs experience, he's also super nice.  Very professional, came over under short notice squeezing me in.  Needed a PRV replaced, my sprinklers are now ready for the heat wave.  He even went out of soa way to pick up the part I preordered for install.  Amazing.

He is a one man operation, covering a very large area.  You would be very lucky to have him be your plumber.  You can immediately tell he is honest in his demeanor and his work.  Would definitely go to Brad for all future plumbing needs.

Got everything I wanted done rather promptly and within my budget.  I only had a toilet installation job for them to do and I had zero problems with the job they did.

I attempted to schedule with Blue Dragon, but be aware, they don't work on Grohe systems.  They suggested two other plumbers and responded quickly.

I am one of hundreds that had busted pipes during this 2021 winter storm. My pipes busted on Monday, I called every plumber on Mon and Tuesday and left VMs and emails. I knew it was going to be tough to get an appt for a plumber due to the crisis. On Wednesday evening, Rooterman called and we set an appt for Thursday morning.
Eddie arrived on time, was courteous of my floors and took his shoes off as he entered,  he quoted prices up front, wore his mask, was very polite and social distanced himself. He found the leaks and fixed my pipes in a timely matter.

Bill did an amazing job in repairing a leak that started when I was moving out our washing machine. Since we had renters moving in  that same day, I called him and he showed up within that next hour read to fix the problem. Very honest and methodical in his approach and on the most important football weekend before the Superbowl at that!

My husband and I made the decision to finally renovate our kitchen because it's outdated and our friends would make comments.

We did our research on so many companies, got quotes, and spoke to them on the phone. None of the companies caught our attention and gave us that warm Customer Service feeling until we came across A&T Service Plumbing. Pierre took his time with us and got to the root of the issue, gave us his advice, and guided us through the process swiftly and affordably. He wrote up a contract and started in a prompt manner. I highly recommend A&T Service Plumbing! This is the first time I've used them and won't be the last.

My wife (Katie) has previously reviewed Henderson Plumbing and Dave's work, but after the amazing service we just got from him again, I feel like he deserves a review from me as well.  This guy is the best plumber I've ever worked with: fast, affordable, friendly, and reliable.  

The hard freeze over the last 3 days caused a few of our pipes to freeze and we've been without water through much of the house.  My wife is 8.5 months pregnant so we were pretty worried about the problem turning into a big one once the pipes thawed.  We called Dave yesterday to give him a heads up.  Today he called with perfect timing to check in on us just 5 minutes after we discovered that things were starting to thaw.  He sent a helper, Jay, over in less that 45 minutes and while Jay diagnosed the problem and prepared the pipes, Dave picked up supplies.  Less than two hours they were done and our water is flowing again with no leaks.

Abel is a fantastic plumber.  He was very responsive when I had a plumbing emergency and has been my go to plumber ever since.  (Old house, what can I say?)

When my water heater went out, I went straight to Yelp to find the best plumbers in the area. I noticed a number of gushing reviews for Braulio, and now I see why. He did great work (going above and beyond what was merely required), was fair in his pricing, and was super-personable to boot. He even looked at and fixed a couple of small things in the house without charging me for it. I can't recommend him highly enough.

We first met Jaime about 8 years ago when he was hired by our contractor to do the plumbing for a new addition on our central Austin home.  He did all the work for a new master bath, added a tankless water heater and removed old cast iron plumbing from our 1940s home.  Two years later he came back to reroute the plumbing in our guest bath.  He did great work with both jobs and we never had any issues while we lived there.

In 2019, I referred him to a friend who was experiencing a plumbing emergency at his rental.  My friend was super impressed with Jaime's responsiveness and work and was incredibly thankful to have found an honest, trustworthy plumber to help out during an incredibly stressful time.

And in February 2021, we had a pipe break in our new home after the major freeze.  We were panicked that we wouldn't be able to get it fixed timely since it seemed like everyone else in Austin was dealing with the same issue, but Jaime came to the rescue the next day and fixed the busted pipe.

In the 8 years we have called on Jaime, every single experience was top notch. I don't know what I appreciate the most about him: his professionalism, the prompt communication, the excellent work or how wonderfully nice and pleasant he is. The fact that we have been able to call on him to work on every single home we have owned in Austin really speaks volumes about the quality of his business and his work.  Thank you, Jaime, for always being there for us when we need you. You are the best!!!

Jim knows his stuff. A long-term master plumber with a quick understanding of your trouble, he will relentlessly bang out a job and make sure it's right. He might seem gruff, but don't let him fool you. Next time someone asks, Hey, do you know a good plumber?, you'll say, Yes, as a matter of fact, I do.

I typically have good service with them but this time was a bad experience. Called because my AC was not working. Asked for any troubleshooting tips that they could give me before sending someone out. They said someone would call me before my booked appointment. No on called. Then someone came out and assessed that a board needed to be replaced. We scheduled a time the next day from 11a-1p. At 1:17p, no has showed up or called. So I call, they say that they are running late and can't guarantee when they will be out but can push me to the 3p-7p. So at this point I have pushed some meetings back and made time for them to enter my house. I tell them to NOT put me on the schedule from 3p-7p due to my son could be sleeping when they come and I have a job and things to do. What happens... someone calls me at 3:45p saying they are on the way to my house. So I once again rush home to meet them as I was at a stopping point. The guy that showed up both times was great. Why am I chasing or constantly having to call a company that I'm paying almost $600 to for services? The guys that show up are great but the office and the leadership seems unreliable and disorganized.

Plumb Doctors are very responsive and the office was able to schedule next day service when I needed to repair the temperature and pressure relief valve on my tankless water heater.

They sent Sam to work on this particular problem and he is very knowledgeable. He even pointed out a few deficiencies in the original installation of the water heater that may have caused the issue in the first place and corrected them during this visit. Additionally, he performed a descaling of the tankless water heater and the heating efficiency has markedly improved -- it takes much less time for water to heat up than before.

The only downside is the price, but it's worth it for quality materials and workmanship that will withstand the test of time and avoid costly re-work (will update this review if anything changes).

Will use Plumb Doctors for future plumbing emergencies and maintenance!

No question, I will recommend Kirk and Wyatt to anyone in ATX that needs a plumber. These guys treat your house like it's their own. Couldn't be more impressed with the level of work, professionalism, root causes analysis and overall problem solving. Stop your search and call them.

I cannot recommend Thunderbird Plumbing, and specifically Jeff enough!! I have a Home Warranty and they sent a plumber out a few months ago who stated there potentially was an issue with the timer so I almost hired an electrician, per his recommendation. Fast forward a few months, and after seeing amazing reviews about Jeff, we reached out and asked him to come over and diagnose our hot water heater. He did a wonderful job explaining the details of my 40 gallon hot water heater and helping me understand what should be expected of this unit. Though we did not do any work at this present time, I literally asked Jeff for for business cards so I could give them to friends. We will only be using Jeff as our plumber and truly cannot recommend him enough!

After a gas issue my water heater pilot wasn't staying lit, so I started phoning plumbers to have someone come check it. I spoke with five plumbers who were not available before speaking with Mark. When I explained the problem Mark said he would be happy to come out and check it, but suggested I try a few things to see if I could restart it myself. I'm not at all a handy person, but I was able to follow Mark's directions and save myself the cost of his visit. I'm so grateful that I stumbled upon him, and even though I was able to do the repair myself this time, I will definitely contact him for any future plumbing needs.

He did a pretty good job at a reasonable price but didn't put the outlet covers back on. I ended up having to hire someone else to do that, as well as to put some waterproof caulk over the grout.

Scott was great! So helpful, friendly, and fast. Our bathtub hadn't been draining properly for months he fixed it quickly! He cleaned the bathtub, explained future maintenance suggestions, and was extremely polite!

Thanks for nothing Yelp because now everyone knows about the best kept plumbing secret in Austin.

The first time I talked to Nick was in the produce section at the HEB in Oak Hill were he was sweet enough to answer some general plumbing problem questions. It only got better when he came to my house and did some of the most beautiful plumbing work I have ever seen...that could be taken wrong. He fixed my pipes inside and out...hmm that can be taken wrong too. Anyway, he is the only plumber I will call and have waited for, so far, 2 weeks, with the water at the sinks turned off, for him to be able to come and take a look at a couple leaks.

Why wait so long where there is a whole town of other plumbers, including one in my own neighborhood? Because he is honest, can be trusted and is well worth the wait.
