Brad was phenomenal! I sent a yelp request and he responded after hours with options the next day. He was meticulous in his installation of 4 faucets and was noticeably checking for any issues that may occur if the sinks were filled. He even spent time showing me how about to work things in a nuance way with the drain and why things were attached the way they were. 5 Stars for sure!

Was responsive to my request and was able to come by the next day. I liked that they quoted everything before the work was done but I was charged $25 over the quoted price out of nowhere.

The repairman that came to my home was very friendly and I thought did a good job of explaining things to me.  I was not thrilled that he made a mess of my bathroom.  My bathroom trash can was used as a bucket and left with nasty stuff in it.  There was also significant splatter on my bathroom cabinet doors after the work that was performed.  

Not bad but could improve.

What a pro!! Gilbert responded to our emergency call, and though he couldn't help us out that day, he gave us a list of references to other plumbers we could call upon. When they couldn't help either, we went back to Gilbert and he made time for us on his weekend- which was completely kind and considerate of him.

He showed up, got right to work, and fixed our broken kitchen sink/disposal in minutes, all while laughing it up with my husband and just being a generally very good guy. I would call on Gilbert in a heart beat any time we need a plumber!!

Had a leaking water heater that required replacement.  Communication was excellent from the initial phone call and through the entire process.  When the tech Eddie arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem, provided a quote and began the work.  Great (same day) service at a great price!  I highly recommend.

Responded right away and was able to come the next day to fix my disposal. I appreciated the on time arrival, great work and communication. We will continue to use Capital City for our plumbing needs.

Ez Flow was recommend by a contractor. EZ Flow came (when I could not supervise) and cleaned a drain for $275. A few months later drain is still clogging up, the next plumbing company found two plastic bags.

Great experience! Colin came to fix a broken toilet and was able to do it in a timely manner and has followed up to make sure I haven't had any other problems. Very friendly and professional. I highly recommend for anyone, but especially for folks who feel helpless when it comes to plumbing and need someone reliable to call.

My house flooded in Hermine about 5 weeks ago. Then this morning, I tried to move my fridge back to the wall and the hose from the water pipe into the fridge broke. I had water everywhere. I just couldn't handle any more water in my home. This was definitely my tipping point.

I called many very nice plumbers on Yelp, all of which wanted to help but were busy. Dave had time, so he came over this morning. He fixed the fridge and then I asked him about the leaking toilette and he fixed that too.

He was extremely reasonable, professional and very nice to deal with. I've dealt with my fair share of shady contractors over the last few month with renovating my home. I sure wish he could teach the other guy's some lessons.

Quick response time. Fixed the issue with no problems. Asked if he could look at additional shower issue and he resolved that also. Abel will be the first call I make if any other plumbing issues come up. Extremely glad we went with him.

Braulio did an awesome job replacing my water heaters at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend him to everyone. He makes sure you are 100% satisfied and stands by his work. All the other reviews are true. He's the best!

We first met Jaime about 8 years ago when he was hired by our contractor to do the plumbing for a new addition on our central Austin home.  He did all the work for a new master bath, added a tankless water heater and removed old cast iron plumbing from our 1940s home.  Two years later he came back to reroute the plumbing in our guest bath.  He did great work with both jobs and we never had any issues while we lived there.

In 2019, I referred him to a friend who was experiencing a plumbing emergency at his rental.  My friend was super impressed with Jaime's responsiveness and work and was incredibly thankful to have found an honest, trustworthy plumber to help out during an incredibly stressful time.

And in February 2021, we had a pipe break in our new home after the major freeze.  We were panicked that we wouldn't be able to get it fixed timely since it seemed like everyone else in Austin was dealing with the same issue, but Jaime came to the rescue the next day and fixed the busted pipe.

In the 8 years we have called on Jaime, every single experience was top notch. I don't know what I appreciate the most about him: his professionalism, the prompt communication, the excellent work or how wonderfully nice and pleasant he is. The fact that we have been able to call on him to work on every single home we have owned in Austin really speaks volumes about the quality of his business and his work.  Thank you, Jaime, for always being there for us when we need you. I had Jim out to my home recently to help with a gas line problem.  He was very responsive and when he did come out to my house he knew his stuff. He quickly diagnosed the issue and charged my very fairly.  Great doing business with a local, I am sure it won't be our last!

I had the service person tune my AC recently. I was very disappointed that he kept telling me my AC unit is ok for now but something might be wrong. Can't you say what's wrong with the unit or you people diagnose AC issues at random.

Made an emergency call to Plumb Doctors for a leaking pipe in our foundation. They were able to send someone out that morning. Jamie arrived and quickly assessed the situation. Andrew brought in a leak detector and they located the manifolds and the leak. Jamie stayed until late that Friday evening with another tech to open up two spots in the wall and cap off the leaking connections. Thanks to them we had water service in our house for the weekend and the leaks were stopped. They also scheduled a follow up visit to reroute the leaking pipes. A friend recommended Plumb Doctors and we're glad we called them. They were very professional and diagnosed and solved the problem quickly and efficiently.

We own ToddPilates & Barre Fitness studio and we need quick service when our toilets are out of order. We had a leak in the tank, that forced us to turn the water off and wait for it to be serviced. Megan with Plumb & Order put me on the schedule immediately and said we would be the last job of the day. She said they would call when they were on the way. Guess what, they actually called me and then texted me a link to track the plumber so we could see exactly where he was and when he would arrive. They fixed the problem for a fair price and recommended we quit using Clorox toilet tank tabs because they eat away at the seal. Great experience, highly recommend!

Before Covid, we were very satisfied with their services for the plumbing issues. But after Covid, we were not able to schedule with them. We left the messages twice but they never returned our calls.

Mark was able to schedule an appointment quickly to diagnose our aging water heater. He gave us an estimate on its remaining life and on what a new one would cost. He did not up-sell an immediate replacement. He was honest, efficient, and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

Let me say upfront, I am a perfectionist. I can be the best of customers and the worst of customers. And, I can really appreciate an outfit that attempts to do things right. From pricing and service to workmanship and responsiveness, Fuentes Tile exceeded all of our expectations. We are SO happy we found Olvin and his team! I would have them back in a New York minute and I would gladly endorse him to any friend. Their desire to delight us at every point of the process was evident and the outcome was phenomenal.

Scott was great! So helpful, friendly, and fast. Our bathtub hadn't been draining properly for months he fixed it quickly! He cleaned the bathtub, explained future maintenance suggestions, and was extremely polite!

Nick came out and did a really good job on replacing our outside faucet.  It took awhile to get here (I think he's getting too much business from all the great Yelp reviews, which is keeping him super busy!) but when he got here, he came, got the outside faucet replaced, took a look at one of our indoor toilet.  There wasn't much he could do on the indoor toilet (was actually an install problem from the person who installed it and would require a new toilet) but he did show us a way to get around an issue we had w/that toilet.  It took awhile to get a hold of him but it was worth the wait.
