Our toilet smelled so we looked around on Yelp and Brad appeared to be the best.  He ended up fixing the smell issue, but the following day to now the toilet itself now isn't functional.  We called him the following day to tell him and he said it worked via his tests and he doesn't warranty it nor does he need to come back. We're currently looking for a new plumber to come fix the toilet that we just paid 1k+ to get fixed.

These are the best plumbers in town without a doubt. Fair, honest, and capable. I never get up sold.

Our initial inquiry into getting our toilets looked at set us at an appointment time about two weeks into the future. Was it worth the wait?

Yes! Gilbert got back to us with an available time in the first week we called, and we seized  the opportunity to have our toilet problem solved by the most experienced and efficient plumber around. The diagnosis was: need new toilets.

Our brand new Kohler toilets arrived a week later, and Gilbert was more than happy to come back out and to do our bathrooms justice with his excellent plumbing skills and great humor on the side. From the moment he arrived to the second he left, courteousness stuck to his words like white on rice. All professionalism, but at the same time, he made us feel like family,  joking and smiling all the while saving our bathrooms from the pit of despair that they had been. We finally did away with the cheap models with a bidet attached to one by the previous owners, who claimed they used it to wash the dogs. Out that went!

Gilbert is the epitome of intelligence, the paragon of efficiency, and his dedication to his business and customers is the most shining example of the American dream: to believe, to hope, to work hard, and to achieve the kind of success that not only serves himself but spreads to others.

Unlike other business owners, he does not shy away from recommending his competition to potential customers when his schedule is booked out weeks in advance. Gilbert is the real all-American plumber.

Eddie with Rooter man was great, he added a outdoor hose bib for us within a hour and insulated it for us, would definitely recommend!

Just know you will pay $200/hour for them to source materials. In my case I paid $400 for two guys to sit in traffic to go get one part that took 30 mins to install. A bit ridiculous and a bit frustrating this was not communicated before. I even asked one of the guy prior to them leaving to get the part if I was going to have to pay for them by the hour to get this part and he said no, I hope not. That would be ridiculous.  I understand time was spent to source the material but this was a bit outrageous. $680 to change a cartridge!

Response: of course you would respond that way but I spoke to Gabriel and he did straight up say we are charged for the techs to source materials. He agreed to reduce the rate by one guy vs two guys sourcing the materials which is why $100 was taken off from the initial $680. If you want to get technical 2 hours to source. 1 hour for the actual job (30 mins for blowing 30 mins for installation of new cartilage).  And of course the invoice doesn't say I was charged for 2 hours of travel time but rather 3 hours on site doing work was is inaccurate! And the estimate that was provided was for something that wasn't even done so completely inaccurate. And I was also quoted the day before verbally from your tech a different price. Doesn't seem like I'm the only customer that thinks it's unfair you guys charge your regular hourly rate to source materials or be on hold for a phone call. Respond how you want but this is all accurate information and your future customers should know you will charge $200/ hour for 2 guys to sit in their car.
And it wasn't 4 hours. I guess you're adding another hour for the time I was talking to Gabriel about why I was being charged $200/hour for them to sit in their car during peak travel time. Thank you for not charging me for that haha ridiculous.

I thought I had a water-main break in the front yard and had another plumbing company come out.  They said they couldn't just patch the line but had to replace it for at least $4000.  I declined and called EZ Flow.  They came out immediately, asked about a big green vertical tube nearby (the sprinkler system backflow preventer), and looked inside.  The leak was there!  They said I'd need to call an irrigation company and left without charging me a penny!  Honest and fast!

It's a typical story, where you have something unexpected, decide to break. As usual, at the more inopportune time. A leaking water heater isn't something you want to put off fixing for long. So I called around and sent out the usual Yelp quote requests. A&T plumbing was not only the first to respond early in the morning but had the best response.

Their prices weren't the cheapest or the most expensive, but right there in the middle. But I liked the transparent pricing, availability, and good product (it had good reviews). Others were way overpriced or had no problem recommending another unreliable product.

They came by as scheduled, replaced the water heater quickly and professionally. No more leaks and the water is hot. I recommend these folks as well as a water sensor! As that saved me from potentially expensive repairs due to it being located on the 2nd floor.

Nothing good happens after 2 a.m. on most nights and after 6 p.m. on Sunday. 6:01, kitchen clean-up was interrupted by a sink that would not drain. So the lovely bits of dinner that were so tasty on our plates got to marinade overnight. As my son proclaimed the next morning: Our house stinks! That says a lot coming from a 9 y.o.

My go-to guy DAS Plumbing was out of town, so I turned to Yelp for help. Henderson has 20+ reviews and a five star rating. And Dave was able to be there in the early afternoon.

By the time Dave got there, the sink had slowly drained. But he took the time to check things out and run the snake where the snake needed to be run to ensure there wasn't a repeat performance. He was quick, efficient and courteous.

Thanks to Dave, our sink is happy, and our house has returned to it's normal scent. Be that what it may.

We had Abel come out to help with a new sink installation, he was responsive, honest, did an amazing job and his prices were very reasonable compared to all the other plumbers I called. I will be calling him again on any other projects we have!

Braulio is one of those rare contractors that you work with one time and then realize you never need to call around for competing quotes in the future. Honest, dependable, fair pricing, and a nice guy to round it out.

We had them out recently to try and figure out why we had a puddle in our yard. He was quick to get back to us, and we loved that he was located in Manor. We also appreciated his knowledge and honesty when he correctly stated that it was a problem with the city's water line. We will for sure hire him again if we ever have another need for a plumber.

We needed a new water heater (our old one was ancient and on its last legs). Jim was super responsive (same-day), and came out and gave us a very reasonable quote the following day. Our job was certainly not run of the mill, as the previous owners of our home definitely made shortcuts versus keeping things up to code. Despite the project taking much longer than he anticipated, the cost did not change. We feel super confident that the work Jim did will last for years to come. Also, he is a very friendly and affable guy - full of fun facts and interesting stories! He runs his business with honesty and integrity. Thanks again Jim!

We are very pleased with Kenyatta's performance he arrived on time was very efficient with his work was clean and neat and was able to remember to turn off the lights without being asked and very delightful person I'll give him five stars if there were more I'd give him more anyway very polite young man I wish in the best!

Graham helped me out with a toilet that started acting up recently.

He called to let me know he was heading my way early in the service window.
And when he got here, he quickly assessed the options. He was straight-forward and clear about repairing versus replacing.

I decided to replace the toilet. He mentioned he could pick up the replacement just five minutes away. So I was a little surprised when he didn't quickly return. Turns out though his first stop didn't have the clear caulk I had requested, so he made another stop to pick that up!

He was friendly and good with our pets, too.

We had a contract to sale our home.  The sprayer did not work at the kitchen sink.  After the inspection everything was good to go with the buyer but they wanted the sprayer repaired.  The kitchen faucet set was expensive so i call Plumb & Order they found the problem and I ordered the part I needed.  As soon as part arrived i contacted them and the same plumber came out and installed the part.  I did not have to replace the entire unit and it all matched.  Our home closed and the new buyer was happy and I was very happy with Plumb and Order.  Great company with really good people working there.

I've had a problem with water pressure at my home for quite some time, but it had gotten worse in the last six months. Running two faucets or flushing a toilet at the same time as running water cut the pressures back immensely. After checking the water pressure at the City connection and at my main shut-off valve, I found my static pressure was about 50 psi - what the manufacturer had set on the PRV - but could go up to as much as 75 psi. Fine - just adjust it? Well...the diaphragm wasn't working correctly.

I called two other service providers and were told the PRV was bad, but neither took the time nor asked the questions that Ted at Thunderbird did. Ted took considerable time checking to see what certain actions with the water faucets did to the pressures at the gauge set on the hose bib. Ted and I agreed that the PRV was set to factory standards - even checked the neighbor and his pressure was like mine. I had decided to just change out the cartridges on my Moen fixtures first and see if that would help - but my specific situation wasn't going to give me the time to have the PRV dug up and replaced if needed.

I went ahead and had Ted replace the PRV and set the pressure up to 75 psi, which the old PRV wouldn't hold. I'm glad I did! All was much better; however, I went and replaced all of the Moen cartridges as well and everything is working much better than I imagined it would (yes, Ted, I decided to pay for the cartridges myself to get the job done!).

Thanks to Ted, his knowledge, his skills and his ability to get the job done in a prompt and efficient manner. A joy to work with and get to know!

Absolute best service call ever!

Just moved into a new home and the water heater light died.   Mark came out immediately to address the pilot light on my water heater;  after helping clear a path through the crowded garage and and unhinging the door to access it!  Fixed the issue with ease,  explained the new heater to me, and made recommendations.  

Then he fixed my Boyfriends ALMOST perfect food disposal instillation(not even the reason I called)!  Totally reasonable price, professional and friendly.  

Time from call to resolution less than 90min.

Olvin did an amazing job helping us remodel our 2 bathrooms. The two (Olvin & Hiram) were professional, had great attention to detail, and super responsive to our questions! I can not recommend Fuentes Tile enough, my wife and I have had multiple contractors do sub par work, so we were hesitant to just go with anybody. Olvin made us feel very good about his quality of work, comfortable with the working hours, and continued to keep the remodel clean throughout the progress of the job. We are very happy with the finished product, 100% recommended with 5 stars!!!

I was able to get an estimate for a static test for the drain lines in advance. Scott came the next day with a very short notice (because we had problems reaching the tenants). Scott did the test professionally and sent the results via email immediately. I really appreciate his help and would recommend his service to anyone.

My long-established realtor, here in Austin, gave me Union Jack Plumbing as a business contact that she trusted, for both responsiveness, quality of work, and fair pricing.  I can report, with 100% confidence and truthfulness, that Nick, owner of Union Jack, followed through in ways totally aligned with those recommendations.

I always think a specialist--in any field--should explain what he is doing, suggest ways to maintain the fix he's done for a problem, and offer to follow up, should any more questions or issues arise.  Again, Nick gets an A-plus, in his customer service, follow-through, and follow-up.

I will not hesitate to call Union Jack again, should I ever need plumbing upgrades or repair work.  I have no business or family association with Union Jack or with Nick and am very pleased to have this business on my contacts list.
