Brad hasn't even left yet and I'm already excited to leave this review. First of all, he answered my request for a quote in less than one business day and was super easy to schedule with. Then, he showed up exactly on time and was able to explain the problem with my leaky faucets in a way that I understood. He finished the repairs I asked him out for and asked if I needed anything else today; I said no and he went to put his tools in the truck. By the time he came back I had decided to ask him about my toilet that was always making a running sound, and he immediately set out to fix it. As a single woman, it can be a little dicey to have repair men in and out of the house and trust that I'm not getting a run around, so Brad B. was a serious breath of fresh air. Had some leaking pipes on top of my electric water heater due to rust, so reached out to Proven on Yelp. Peter responded within 20 minutes, and Cody and Griffith showed up for a free quote about an hour or so later. They had everything in their truck and made the repairs the same day. Cost was reasonable and I will call them again for other plumbing projects. Great work and customer service!

Gilbert was great! He was able to come by last minute (on a Sunday!) and was super friendly and thorough.

His pricing was very fair, and he didn't nickel and dime me, which was much appreciated. He's  going to be my go-to plumber going forward!

Curtis was super helpful and made sure we were able to use our utilities before he left. He wore his mask the whole time which was greatly appreciated.

I had some challenges with CCP&D in the very beginning and almost walked away from having this company install my tankless water heater; I am so very glad I didn't. This was after the 2021 big freeze, and the company was over-inundated.
The assessment, planning, and estimate took over an hour...very thorough. Work was schedule one month out (again, inundated). Unfortunately, the planning details weren't fully relayed to the team that came out to do the work, so they were challenged, and it took them longer than it should have.
5 stars? Wha??
This was the only company that agreed to install a Takagi tankless (I bet they don't do that again), which has cut my gas bill by 75% (really!)
They explained along the way what was being done, left everything as found, and provided a nice neat stack of components explaining what each was...explaining like I'm an adult not a child
They honored their original estimate even though the Takagi gave them some unexpected headaches...
When they had to come out for a short follow-up, I wanted to pay because I knew the estimate/payment did not cover all of the work they had done. They would not let me give them more money! Who does that?? Overly honest people, that's who
Both the initial and install visits were a pleasure; these guys were great to have in my home. I made them let me buy pizza bc they were that much of a pleasure. They said no. I ordered it anyway.
Quality quality QUALITY. And great service overall for the new tankless and its exhaust, running a new gas line, and clearing my water lines from the freeze.
Just look at the pic of the new tankless; that is a clean, beautiful installation. C'mon now!

And I intend to have them in my home time and again for any plumbing needs. CCP&D is THE honest, skilled, friendly family plumbing company of yore.
And for anyone who has read my other reviews, my pups did not jump on Gabe or any of the other guys, but the both fell madly in love with each member of Capital City :)

Today I learned that if you have a Natural Gas issue, you call a Plumber. EZ Flow Plumbing came to my rescue once again. I purchased a new stove and when trying to disconnect the old one, found the gas line shutoff valve broken. EZ Flow was able to install a new cut off valve, uninstall my old stove and install my new one. I don't mind DYI but when it comes to utilities that (if they fail) can damage your property, I need the insurance of professional service. EZ Flow Plumbing are professionals.

Outstanding company and crew - fantastic owners running the company with integrity, honesty and reasonable pricing - hard combination to find these days, but you don't need to look any further.  Give them a chance, I know you will be glad you did.

Dave arrived promptly, and seemed professional, and with integrity. He investigated our plumbing problem, and gave us some important advices, as new homeowners. He works fast, which we appreciated.

Abel came by on short notice and fixed a leaky heat exchanger. Cleaned up and did a fantastic job, attention to detail was great.

I was so impressed with Braulio!  He responded right away on Yelp and came out the next day.  My water heater needed to be replaced, a couple tub spouts connected and a toilet installed.  He did it all that morning and was done by early afternoon.  He was incredibly friendly, professional and efficient.  He explained everything I'd need to know for the future and double checked everything I was having issues with to make sure everything was in order when he left.  I would 100% hire him again for any plumbing needs.  I highly, highly recommend!  I'm so happy to have had such a hassle-free experience.  :)

We had them out recently to try and figure out why we had a puddle in our yard. He was quick to get back to us, and we loved that he was located in Manor. We also appreciated his knowledge and honesty when he correctly stated that it was a problem with the city's water line. We will for sure hire him again if we ever have another need for a plumber.

Jim at Republic has handled several plumbing repairs and installations around my house.  I always felt as though I was their most important client, every time he came to my house.  Prices were reasonable, work was super.  

He even fixed things that were not strictly necessary to the repair in question, but that the plumber before had done incorrectly.  He asked me first and explained the consequences of leaving it as it was.  I felt like he was doing things the way hewould want them done at his own house.  All this and still at a very fair price.

I was hesitant to call one of the big firms, as I have had bad experiences before (NOT with Stan's Heating and Air Conditioning) but did so out of necessity.  My inside ac unit was sitting in 1/4 of water.  I was thrilled with Stan's Heating & Air. They came out quickly and the technician, Benji, was very knowledgeable and exactly the kind of person you want taking care of you.  My problem was resolved, cleaned up after and other potential problems were taken care of efficiently. I will not ever call anyone else and certainly won't hesitate to use them again.

Made an emergency call to Plumb Doctors for a leaking pipe in our foundation. They were able to send someone out that morning. Jamie arrived and quickly assessed the situation. Andrew brought in a leak detector and they located the manifolds and the leak. Jamie stayed until late that Friday evening with another tech to open up two spots in the wall and cap off the leaking connections. Thanks to them we had water service in our house for the weekend and the leaks were stopped. They also scheduled a follow up visit to reroute the leaking pipes. A friend recommended Plumb Doctors and we're glad we called them. They were very professional and diagnosed and solved the problem quickly and efficiently.

I used their services twice in the past couple of weeks. They were able to come to my house both times within hours of calling them. They were very professional. They quoted a fair price and performed exemplary work.  I will definitely call them again for my next plumbing issue.

Jeff is awesome!!! Our water heater died!!! I sent him the pictures. Jeff was patient as we were working with the insurance company and a warranty company. Finally just working with Jeff and the insurance company!!! His quote was very reasonable seeing that he had to bring everything up to code. That evening he texted me to make sure everything was okay. We have a new plumber!!

We highly recommended Olvin and his right-hand man Ramon.  We hired them to demo our old ceramic tiles and install new wood like tile (6x36) throughout our entire house. They were very accommodating, polite and pleasant during the entire process.
