Where there is smoke .. there has to be fire.  All the Five Star reviews are spot on and the consensus is that Brad B. is a homeowners best friend.  

I've received quotes on replacing two hot water heaters - one downstairs in the garage and the other in the attic.  Brad told me straight away that he could not do the attic but could do the garage.  I appreciated his straight forward no bullsh1t message and had him to the house.  He is honest and ethical which I value beyond price.  I want the job done right but I dislike getting taken advantage of.

Brad showed up right on time and quickly assessed what I needed and offered to save me money by letting me buy the parts (with him) at the DIY store.  This knocked off unnecessary costs that neither of us would benefit from.  The work was done well and the price came in substantially lower then the other bids so it is a win-win.  

Overall I can't say enough about how pleased I was with the experience and recommend him to anyone who values a professional operating with integrity.

I had a plumbing issue at my home.  After receiving a quote over the telephone Andrew was out to my place within 3 hrs.  It only took him 10 min. to resolve the issue.  He was very professional.  It's not everywhere you get same day service, especially on the weekend.

I owe Rooter-Man an apology for not calling them first. Alan showed up on time, carefully listened to my explanation of the problem, then went to work. Inside of 30 minutes cleared up a sewer drainage issue that had been lingering for two weeks. Their 3-lettered competitor not only failed to correct the problem but charged me a substantial fee and wanted a grand to keep trying. I highly recommend calling Rooter-Man first. Thank you Rooter-Man!

We had a leaking toilet. Ryan and his assistant came on time and were very professional.  They showed us what they found, explained our choices and were very careful about our home.  We will definitely use them again.

Extremely helpful!  I had a broken pipe in the foundation caused by a tree root.  They diagnosed the problem and repaired it in a very short time.  Very happy with the service and communication!

We had a rusted expansion tank with our water heater. While not an emergency, A&T Service Plumbing was able to come out within hours on the same day. Prompt, friendly, reasonable and efficient service. If there was one recommendation I could make, it would be that I wish they would have removed the water that was in the drip pan before they left. Not a hard task for me, but I would have preferred to not have to do it myself.

We've used Dave for two plumbing repairs.  He's knowledgeable and punctual and gets the job done.  We'll use him for all future plumbing repairs.

My water heater was out so I called Abel and I got a quick response on the phone and they were able to come out the same day. We were missing the part we needed so Able ordered it and showed up 1st thing in the morning the next day. He fixed my water heater and when he was done he even looked at my shower diverter. Abel was extreme knowledge, the pricing was affordable and most important one of the friendliest guys you can meet. I dont ever  write reviews but Able earned it and I will recommend him to all my friends.

Tried to line up services, sent over pictures that they requested, and I then never heard from them anymore. I don't recommend them.

I woke up to both of my bathrooms flooded and Santana plumbing company squeezed me in and within an hour found and fixed the problem. Prices arent bad, he finished in a timely manner,  and he even gave me info to help in the future. I'm so glad that I called them and they're local. They were great.

I had an emergency and Jim was responsive and fair. I had to choose the earliest available plumber and so did not get to use his services but I would not hesitate to call him again in the future. Please contact him if you have plumbing needs, he will respond and give you fair pricing.

I received a written estimate from Stans to replacing my air handler. The salesman called me back several days later and said the price had increased by $1200.00. Stans was significantly higher than the other contractors I contacted. I ended up using Lakeway AC & Heating who did a great job and billed me $3200.00 ,exactly what their estimate was.  This is second time I posted this review , for some reason it was removed. I received a  response from Stans saying the additional expense was for a different unit. Not true , the attached invoice was increased from $4499.00 to $5700.00 , same equipment. Scroll to find Sage's review on 02/21/2022. This is what he said: Quoted one thing, then at time of service $1300 surprise charge. Did not go with Stan's but surprised by this even with quote in writing/email..

He not only fixed the leak but improved the component that was the connector between tankless and water line so that it was a more secure, modern fitting. He also took time to explain things to me, which I always appreciate!

Would I use them again? Absolutely yes...they are now my go-to for emergency plumbing needs, hands down. Put these guys on speed dial in your phones so when something goes awry, you don't need to look for who to use--you'll have these guys ready to go!

I called Plumb & Order in the morning and they came out that same afternoon. They unclogged my disposal and swapped out my kitchen faucet  in less than 45 minutes for a most reasonable charge. I look forward to using them in the years to come.

I was so happy that we picked Thunderbird to install our new water heater. They did an amazing job, did it to code, did it quickly and did it within a week of us asking. The pricing was also very reasonable. As a realtor who has worked with a lot of vendors, I plan on using these guys for all my and my clients projects!

Mark is awesome.  I'm a contractor and have a handyman business as well.  I've used Pure a few times and have recommended him often to my social circle.  He has always been solid on my work and the feedback I have gotten.  Its rare to find a contractor that is not only skilled but professional.  Pure is that.  I know I don't have to worry about his work or doing what he says.  Awesome.

Fantastic company. They do great work at a more than fair price. They respond to messages quickly. They clean up their mess. They work quickly and instead of using epoxy to repair the tiles, the replace the whole tiles. Amazing! Olvin will take care of you. Do not let the tile stores try to talk you into letting them handle the install. Buy your stuff and call Fuentes! You will NOT regret it.

We discovered a leak after coming back from vacation. I contacted Scott from Spot-On Plumbing after the water mitigation company found the source and he came the same day, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it promptly. He was knowledgable, upfront, and was able to identify other major and minor issues that were the cause of the leak. I'd highly recommend Scott to anyone who needs repairs done efficiently!
