Best Plumbing Services in Austin, TX
Same day service! I contavted Brad B plumbing this morning to replace a faucet in my hall bath. Brad called when he on his way, came on time, wore a mask, and took care of my faucet quickly and expertly. I recommend this company whole-heartedly.

I was facing the issue where water was coming out from both my spout and my shower head at the same time so I reached out to a few places on Yelp. Proven plumbing asked that I filled out their online contact form but it didn't work, so I gave them a call instead. Once I described the issue over the phone they immediately knew what the issue was and gave me a quote. I was able to schedule something within the next week and they came by within the time frame given (between 1-3pm). There was some miscommunication as I was told that they were going to bring the spout but the person who came thought I was to purchase the spout beforehand for him, but that was quickly rectified as he went to to the store to get one. I also had my shower heads and faucet knobs changed out in a short amount of time and was quoted a very very good price for it. I extremely satisfied with their service. Needless to say, I have them saved in my contact for future works!

Can't say enough good things. I'd give Gilbert 10 stars if it would let me!
We're selling our house and the inspection came back with an item we agreed to take care of - the hot & cold lines in a bathtub were reversed. Because of the great reviews, I called Gilbert. He was really nice, asked what kind of faucet it was and brand. He then told me it wasn't a difficult fix and told me how to do it.
I told my husband and he wasn't comfortable doing the work. And we thought our buyers would appreciate it being done by a professional (and correctly) so I called Gilbert back and asked when he might be able to come do it. I felt bad because it seemed like a silly job for him to have to waste time to come out for. But he was so nice. He was on a job in Round Rock and said he'd stop by (I live in Cedar Park) when he was finished. Within 2 hours he was at my house.
He began working and realized there was a bit more involved than first thought but he still had it corrected within 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable.
I highly recommend Blue Dragon Plumbing!!

I was out of town and in need of emergency service. Out of all the people listed on Yelp, they were the only ones that answered my call on a Sunday. Not only were they able to come to my home the following morning, Dave gave me an accurate assessment of the emergency and charged me fairly. Luckily I ended not having an active leak and they relieved my stress most efficiently.

Update:
Down grading review to 1 star. Issue is not fixed 2 days after their visit.
After their visit My tenant later inform me that after capital plumbing left in the evening they attempted to use the hot water and the alarms in the house went off and they smelled gas. They shut off the gas and were so worried about a fire they wanted to call the fire department
I called capital plumbing all day the next day I left a voice mail about the site situation . I didn't get call back until 6pm but only to ask for payment. They then asked why I didn't call sooner to tell them about the emergency. I called several times without success. Then they told me they would get back to me to schedule someone to fix it that evening. It is now 16 hrs later and no response from capital plumbing. The heater is not fixed and may be in a unsafe state.
The owner responded to my review only to make excuses and ask for payment. As far as I'm concerned they haven't fixed the issue. Let's see if he takes ownership to fix this

Ez Flow responded quickly and were able to come today. After making a late afternoon appointment, they called and said they were available much sooner. The bathroom sink had a leaky faucet, and Emilio explained that I would need a new fixture, I was able to run get one and called them to come right back, which they did. They replaced the faucet but pointed out a clogged pipe that they could clean out for an additional fee. I had noticed slow drains in the other bath, so had them fix those as well. All in all they did more work than originally called for, and were very personable during the repairs. I would certainly call Ez Flow again. Thanks to Sergio too.

I've used them several times for different projects and they are fantastic!! Incredibly trustworthy and thorough. They really take the time to explain what's going on and all possible options. Justin came out and ran a camera through our lines and made sure we understood the we problem and possible solutions.
Their pricing is extremely fair and they only charge for what they do. They don't try and up-sell things or charge for small simple parts. They even cleaned up after they were done.
They wore masks the whole and respected our space and home. I strongly recommend them for any and all plumbing needs.

Great experience working with David, timely replies, prompt scheduling, helpful recommendations on getting the right replacement sink for our kitchen & great install of both that and our new dishwasher & disposal. Would definitely work with again and recommend without hesitation!

My father is coming to town so I figured it was about time to get the house in order. My dishwasher wasn't draining, and neither was my sink, and the disposal was eerily silent... I figured I'd once again made an enemy of my kitchen plumbing.
I called here and got a call back the next day, to schedule something for the same week (I believe they had availability the following day but I had a lot of work commitments I couldn't move around).
Abel was running early and came a couple hours before planned (I was notified in advance). Within what seemed like 30 seconds he told me, your garbage disposal is bad. He explained briefly what was going on and shined a flashlight over the drippy rusty mess living under my sink.
I think it took maybe an hour - super fast - and a new disposal was installed. He told me how to prevent future problems and that was that. Obv it was a little pricey because they replaced equipment, but everything is in working order again. Pleased with the service, would have them out again (although hopefully I don't have to).

Could I give 6 stars? Is that a thing?
If you're reading this, you're likely about to request quotes from several companies. Stop. I can save you time and money.
We had noticed a garbage disposal leaking for a long time, and it finally had gotten to the point where we needed it replaced. We got a new one and needed it installed by an expert.
Braulio quickly gave me a quote over the Request a Quote tool on Yelp. (btw, that's super easy for this job, Yelp, how did I never use that before?) And much like others have said -- he actually gave a price to do the job, and not just a we can charge you to see it, and then charge you to fix it. His pricing was very fair, and he was able to fit us in that same day.
I heard back from the other companies several hours later and not a simple one compared in that department, so glad I made an early decision to go with Braulio.
More importantly -- the work onsite was great and painless. He knew exactly what he was doing, and it showed.
He went above and beyond just hooking stuff up. He also noticed where the previous garbage disposal and the tubes around it had been incorrectly installed in the first place, and made sure to re-check and tighten up all pieces. And then talk to me about it to make sure that we were satisfied (which we were).
Exactly what you want - do a good job, charge me a fair price.
The next time we need a plumber, he'll be at the top of our list. Assuming he is available, I expect he'll be in higher demand soon!

I woke up to both of my bathrooms flooded and Santana plumbing company squeezed me in and within an hour found and fixed the problem. Prices arent bad, he finished in a timely manner, and he even gave me info to help in the future. I'm so glad that I called them and they're local. They were great.

I had to call Jim one evening at a little before 7 pm because a pipe had broken and it was going to get below freezing that night AND we needed water. Jim came right away was very professional and obviously well versed in his knowledge. He did an emergency repair in order for us to get the water turned back on.
He came back a few days later to complete the repair, he applied the money I paid for the emergency call to the final repair (which was great). Again, Jim was incredibly professional and very personable. I will call him again and I highly recommend him to any one who needs a plumber.

To start this review, I have to lead off with the fact that I think or past tense, thought very highly of this company and have been a customer of theirs since 2010. In fact, they are the company that installed most of the components in the house when it was built. However, their most recent effort was sub-par. I am only writing this review because I made the leadership aware that they had an issue and at least on the surface received a thanks, but not much of a follow up. Here are the facts so you can make your own decision.
I scheduled a routine service a few weeks ago and set it up for last Friday. On Thursday night when I got home from work, the AC was not working. I suspected that one of the dampers was not working properly and caused the system to Ice up. I called the emergency line to discuss the issue and make a judgement call on whether to do an emergency service call or wait for the next day. I called them out with the logic that if they identified the problem on Thursday night, if they needed a part, then they could bring it out on Friday am. This thought, though logical, did not apply to how the company operates. The tech and the stand by tech on the night help line said that they would leave notes and try to contact someone, but they were not comfortable that the message would reach anyone to include the one parts guy. They were correct and the tech for maintenance arrive thirty minutes early on Friday with no parts. I later learned that routing maintenance folks don't fix things - they tune things up. When I called the office to discuss, I was told that they could service one of the ACs and then schedule the second a few weeks later. When I asked - I was told that it would be an additional charge to come back out and do the second service because that would be a separate service call. Paying double for an AC service call didn't make sense so I cancelled that action.
I attempted to contact David the parts guy on Friday to see if the parts for my repair where in and after a call back etc and a few hours - David called with good news, they had the parts. The bad news - I could not schedule the repair that day and could not get them to do the repair as part of the after hours service call. I was told that the repairs would take 4-5 hours (remember this for later in the story). I was frustrated and attempted to call the on duty manager. After repeated telephone messages, responses of he is tied up in a meeting etc. I gave up trying to contact James. I instead sent a note to Chris Strand requesting a call in order to address my issue. I did not get a call back from Chris as he passed the issue to James. James finally called me back on Saturday am. To his credit, James agreed that this didn't sound like his company etc. I received a gratuitous will look into it and awaited my appointment on Monday. It was a hot weekend if you recall - high 99s to 100s - not pleasant.
Monday - the day of the appointment - we survived. The appointment on Monday was scheduled for between 1000-1400. At 1000, a lady from Stan's called to ensure the parts has been delivered to my door. I reported that the parts had not been delivered. The lady insisted that the parts were delivered at 0915 - so the search was on. After numerous telephone calls, local and extensive search of my property, I could conclusively state the parts were not here, though the person from Stan's insisted I was wrong. The customer is always right - not here - the feeling that I received was that I the customer was incompetent because I could not find a non-existent package. After several hours - the package was delivered to my door at 1205. The tech doing the repair arrived at 1310 or 1:10. My daughter was home at the time and the main concern from the tech was, What method of payment was left to pay for the repairs. She assured the tech that she was capable of paying for the service call and he went about his business. Remember that 4-5 hrs to fix the issue from last Friday? The tech was complete in about an 1 1/2hrs. Hmmm. Anyways, that is the story as best as I can tell it so decide for your self.
I would use Stan's for an emergency repair for something simple, not so sure for anything that would require parts ordering etc. They get a lot of good reviews, but I think the customer demand is exceeding their ability to provide quality services and support.

I was referred to Plumb Doctors by Lanier Plumbing as Lanier no longer does renovations. These days, it's tough to find a tradesman who has integrity, and shows up on the day they say they're going to. Andrew K. was very clear in communicating he would call before he headed over.
I thought his prices were reasonable. He charged $218 for fifty minutes of labor including parts, and re - seated my toilet which my handyman had improperly installed ten months ago. Andrew K. was very thorough, as my toilet was now planar, cut the long screws, and secured the screw covers. He even gave me a free consultation on my upcoming renovation so I was able to kill two birds with one stone.
He plans on purchasing a scanner for rebar and tension poles next year so I won't have to go through Texas Curb Cut.

Showed up on time and wore masks which was greatly appreciated! Thought we had a major problem with our garbage disposal only to find out it just needed reset. They reset it and everything worked great. Just charged us the $75 service fee. They were easy to get a hold of and were able to come out next day. Would gladly use them again.

What can I say? Thunderbird is awesome and we've found our new plumber.
Long story short: we have two tankless water heaters that two other plumbers had been unable to fix, actually they ended up causing major issues.
I called Thunderbird and they came out pretty much the same day. I was quoted $500 to fix the issues, $150 later and Thunderbird fixed BOTH our water heaters.
I cannot recommend this company enough. Having plumbing problems? Call the professionals at Thunderbird. They'll fix you fast.
Thank you so much!!

Mark is an excellent plumber. He was professional in diagnosing my issue then methodical in approaching the installation of the new part.

Having been previously screwed over by myriad con artists and incompetents in the Austin area, I now ask these professionals if they're bonded, licensed and insured. I messaged Olvin to see if he could help fix the tile job that had been botched by one such incompetent and this was his response. Looks like I found another one.

We've had hot water leaks in the past and I was afraid we had another one since we didn't have much hot water. Spot-On sent people out the same day as my inquiry. Turns out we needed a new hot water heater, which they came back and installed the next day. Fast, reliable and seemed cost effective too

My long-established realtor, here in Austin, gave me Union Jack Plumbing as a business contact that she trusted, for both responsiveness, quality of work, and fair pricing. I can report, with 100% confidence and truthfulness, that Nick, owner of Union Jack, followed through in ways totally aligned with those recommendations.
I always think a specialist--in any field--should explain what he is doing, suggest ways to maintain the fix he's done for a problem, and offer to follow up, should any more questions or issues arise. Again, Nick gets an A-plus, in his customer service, follow-through, and follow-up.
I will not hesitate to call Union Jack again, should I ever need plumbing upgrades or repair work. I have no business or family association with Union Jack or with Nick and am very pleased to have this business on my contacts list.
