Prompt, professional, and fast.  I would have no problem calling Brad again if I have a plumbing issue.

So far so good. Out of the blue, hot water in my house stopped working. I relit the pilot light but it went out after a few days. I thought the issue was a wire (I believe it's called a thermocouple), which would have been an easy fix. Before doing sell, I reached out to Proven Plumbing to see if they can consult on what they think I should do. I found this business from a neighborhood Facebook group. Apparently someone else in the neighborhood had the same issue a while back and they had recommended this company. If you have no hot water then you understand you'd like to move pretty quickly on a decision. Proven plumbing was extremely responsive and very professional. They came out after a few hours and scheduled an appointment with me the next day to replace the entire water tank. It turns out that the water heater was about 14 years old so this is about the end of the useful life. I wasn't expecting to pay a little bit north of $1,400 but that's what it took. I am very pleased with my investment. A week later the city came out to perform an inspection and, it passed with flying colors.

Proven plumbing told me that I have a year warranty and then a few years after that the manufacture gives a warranty. However, if anything were to happen then my contact would be proven plumbing and then they would reach out to the manufacturer on my behalf. This all happened last month. So far so good. Hopefully I never have to use the warranty.

Call these guys.  Professional and responsive.  Not only were they transparent about the fees upfront but Matt came in and immediately identified the issue and quickly resolved.

My water main broke and my water had to be shut off, which was a drag. Nathan and his crew went above and beyond the call to get my water main replaced.   There was a scheduling issue with their regular digging crew.  So, they rented the equipment and did the digging themselves.  I could not be more pleased with how quickly they got the job done and my water back on!

Prompt service every time we've called this business. We've had a faucet replaced, roto-root, and a pretty substantial repair done to a pipe in our slab. Every time they've done timely and quality work.

Before buying our house we had a hydrostatic test done, which determined the outgoing cast iron pipes were very, very leaky. The foundation is slab, so fixing this would require tunelling under the entire width of our house (over 60 feet).

We got about 5 estimates for the job and A&T was the lowest. Rick spoke with me extensively about ways that we could mitigate cost. His crew came out and got to work immediately--the entire job, start to finish, was done in 2 weeks. They were respectful, clean, considerate, and honest. I nearly cried handing over the first part of the check (it's a lot of $), but knew we went with the right people and did the right thing by the end of it.

We've since hired Rick and his crew for other (unrelated) odds and ends and their prices are always reasonable, information accurate, and their work impeccable. Couldn't recommend them more highly!

Must  preface my review with stating that I hate having anything to do with having either a plumber or an electrician in my home.  This is tantamount to getting a root canal. That being said, Dave Henderson made this experience as painless as possible.   Having dealt  with the world famous torture device of a dripping faucet for 6 months plus a few handymen/plumbers who had devised quick fixes only to have the dripping come back. I was skeptical, but I called Dave Henderson to help me. Wow, he made it seem so easy.  He was professional & quick.  Very often experience is overlooked or taken for granted.  Having had to deal with my own little torture camp, made me realize that it is worth getting an experienced professional to do the job right.  Daves customer service is amazing.  Will actually sit down with you and educate you about your water system.  Not  many plumbers are as transparent with their knowledge, or eager to help save you money.  Thanks Dave!

The pilot light in water heater went out last night and I couldn't get it restarted. I called Standard Plumbing this morning and Braulio was able to diagnose the problem. He had me send pictures of the unit to determine if could replace the part or would need a new water heater. Thankfully it was the former. Within minutes he replied back with a reasonable price and was able to begin work in about an hour. He is very knowledgeable and friendly and I enjoyed our interaction. I will definitely call Standard Plumbing again for any issues in the future!

Garbage disposal stopped working and sink was backed up over the Labor Day weekend.  I couldn't cook or run the dishwasher.  Called, left a VM on Sunday and Jaime texted me back within 30 minutes.  He said he could drop by the next day at 10:30-11:00. Mind you, that was the Labor Day Monday!  He showed up on time and got to work replacing the broken disposal with another one I had bought from one of the big box stores.  Unplanned but he was also able to fix an old toilet at the same visit.  All for a reasonable price.  

Very grateful for his responsiveness and professionalism.  I've found my go to plumber now and I know my old house will have something for him come back for another visit...hopefully not soon.

I used Jim at Republic Pipeworks to handle the gas line plumbing for my restaurant.

I can't say enough good things about Jim and his work. He is a Master Plumber in every sense. He was prompt, reliable and extremely knowledgeable. His pricing was very fair and his pride in his work in evident in the results. Jim also took the time to explain what he was planning prior to starting, answering all my questions to MY satisfaction every step of the way. Further, instead of plumbing everything simply as he saw as best, He took the time to present me with my options and advised me as to what he thought was the best course of action. I truly felt as a customer, I was a priority to him and he has earned my respect both as a customer and as a fellow businessman.

From now on, Republic Pipeworks will be the only company I trust to handle my commercial plumbing, as well as, the plumbing in my own home.

I give them two stars for being responsive. But their pricing is simply not competitive. Also their services did not meet my needs as I was asking for things related to a remodel as well as a quote for normal service. And it seems strange that they would install a tankless water heater but refused to Accommodate replacing my toilet and moving the waste drain line. I also needed to replace the sink with the New supply lines and a faucet, But they wouldn't even give me a quote.  I also asked them to give me a quote to replace my Shower faucet mechanism as it has been corroded Do the mineral deposits.  Again, no quote was provided.

Lastly, they showed me a quote for the tankless water heater and then they said they sent the email but I've never received it.  I asked if they would price match and they couldn't confirm they would or wouldn't. I asked if I could choose my own tankless water heater as theirs seemed to be a bit pricey ($7K), and that was a negative. They also mentioned I'd have to get an electrician to install power prior to the job, as that wasn't part of their work.

I consider this company to simply be predatory.

Graham, Andrew, Ollie and crew are exceptionally professional.  They responded quickly to a slab leak and were able to make the repair the same day.  Graham explained the details as he moved through the repair process.  Highly recommend these gentlemen.

Amazing service as usual. They were able to get out to my house within an hour and quickly diagnose and fix a flooding issue. Would recommend 10 out if 10. Tony is an awesome plumber and I'm sure the same can be said about all of them.

Jeff Plunkett from Thunderbird Plumbing did an amazing job replacing our Garbage Disposal and redesigning a plumbing strategy for a much larger, more advanced garbage disposal. Before finding Thunderbird Plumbing a previous company quoted us 500-700$ for a redesign plumbing strategy/install. Thunderbird Plumbing gave us a more efficient plumbing strategy with a price (100 - 130$) much more reasonable for the work being done.

We selected Pure Plumbing after a Yelp search and reaching out via email for quotes. Mark was a professional, pleasant and respectful. He showed up and took care of business - we were fortunate in having a quick fix. Highly recommend Pure Plumbing Service for anyone in need.

Let me say upfront, I am a perfectionist. I can be the best of customers and the worst of customers. And, I can really appreciate an outfit that attempts to do things right. From pricing and service to workmanship and responsiveness, Fuentes Tile exceeded all of our expectations. We are SO happy we found Olvin and his team! I would have them back in a New York minute and I would gladly endorse him to any friend. Their desire to delight us at every point of the process was evident and the outcome was phenomenal.

I was able to get an estimate for a static test for the drain lines in advance. Scott came the next day with a very short notice (because we had problems reaching the tenants). Scott did the test professionally and sent the results via email immediately. I really appreciate his help and would recommend his service to anyone.

I talked to Nick and he spent a lot of time with me trying to diagnnose my problem over the phone.  He came out, very helpful and cheery.  Fixed the problem for me.
