Same day service!  I contavted Brad B plumbing this morning to replace a faucet in my hall bath.  Brad called when he on his way, came on time, wore a mask, and took care of my faucet quickly and expertly.  I recommend this company whole-heartedly.

Got everything I wanted done rather promptly and within my budget.  I only had a toilet installation job for them to do and I had zero problems with the job they did.

This is a small business. It's Gilbert, who is CEO and master plumber. First things first, when you call Blue Dragon, Gilbert actually answers the phone. He is very professional and knows his stuff. It's obvious he cares about his work and taking care of his customers. He takes care of business too. Diagnosed our problem and gave us temporary relief in 30 minutes. Then gave us a referral to another professional that specialized in our particular problem (roots in the drain system). This is just a great one man shop with skills and customer service second to none.

Great, timely, affordable service. Byron was amazing and really took the time to explain all my options to me.

My main water line valve broke during the infamous Austin winter freeze and I didn't even realize it. My water pressure was low, my sprinklers weren't working, and my grass was dying.  It sucked.  At first, I thought it was an issue with the sprinkler.  Nope.  Next I thought it was my sprinkler water lines....nope.  At that point I gave up and called up some plumbers to get an estimate.  Most of the plumbers quoted in the 700+ range for a replacement....and other fees in some instances. In rare instances, the plumbers never called back.  Welcome to Austin.  

Thankfully, I was able to connect with Capital City Plumbing and they quoted in the expected range (~500ish).  I replaced my valve with PEI to prevent another burst if another freeze were to come to Austin.  The work was complete on time, exactly as quoted, and I was happy.  No more water pressure issues.  Thank you!

Very professional & not a hard process at all. I had been working on this sinks plumbing for 2 days & finally got fed up. They replied back to my message very quickly & came out to my house the same day & fixed it in 30 minutes.

I've used them several times for different projects and they are fantastic!! Incredibly trustworthy and thorough. They really take the time to explain what's going on and all possible options. Justin came out and ran a camera through our lines and made sure we understood the we problem and possible solutions.

Their pricing is extremely fair and they only charge for what they do. They don't try and up-sell things or charge for small simple parts. They even cleaned up after they were done.

They wore masks the whole and respected our space and home. I strongly recommend them for any and all plumbing needs.

Called on Tuesday while tackling a renovation and left a message. Spoke to Dave later that day and he diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote! Set a time for that Thursday at 9AM. He showed up a 9:05 (which I thought was pretty great for any professional service) and apologized for being late. Dave answered all my novice questions and let me watch over his shoulder as he made the repair; even played with the dog for a bit. Top of my list.

I'm going to echo all the good reviews. I already had a quote from another plumber, so I knew what needed to be done--replacing the home shut off valve and the pressure relief valve. Other plumbers wanted to make an appointment before giving a quote but Braulio gave me a quote right away, which I really appreciated. The quote was very reasonable, and he was responsive when I had questions, and he got me on the schedule quickly, and he did the repair--plus a few other repairs I added on--quickly. He also told me I didn't need a more expensive repair that another plumber had quoted on my toilet that was running, and he fixed it with a cheaper and faster repair. He was also very pleasant and went over all the work done when I asked him to show me how the new valves worked.

Long story short-- he was great and I recommend him!

We first met Jaime about 8 years ago when he was hired by our contractor to do the plumbing for a new addition on our central Austin home.  He did all the work for a new master bath, added a tankless water heater and removed old cast iron plumbing from our 1940s home.  Two years later he came back to reroute the plumbing in our guest bath.  He did great work with both jobs and we never had any issues while we lived there.

In 2019, I referred him to a friend who was experiencing a plumbing emergency at his rental.  My friend was super impressed with Jaime's responsiveness and work and was incredibly thankful to have found an honest, trustworthy plumber to help out during an incredibly stressful time.

And in February 2021, we had a pipe break in our new home after the major freeze.  We were panicked that we wouldn't be able to get it fixed timely since it seemed like everyone else in Austin was dealing with the same issue, but Jaime came to the rescue the next day and fixed the busted pipe.

In the 8 years we have called on Jaime, every single experience was top notch. I don't know what I appreciate the most about him: his professionalism, the prompt communication, the excellent work or how wonderfully nice and pleasant he is. The fact that we have been able to call on him to work on every single home we have owned in Austin really speaks volumes about the quality of his business and his work.  Thank you, Jaime, for always being there for us when we need you. I had to call Jim one evening at a little before 7 pm because a pipe had broken and it was going to get below freezing that night AND we needed water.  Jim came right away was  very professional and obviously well versed in his knowledge.  He did an emergency repair in order for us to get the water turned back on.  
He came back a few days later to complete the repair, he applied the money I paid for the emergency call to the final repair (which was great).  Again, Jim was incredibly  professional and very personable.   I will call him again and I highly recommend him to any one who needs a plumber.

My heater has been acting up periodically for over the last 12 months. Every time I called someone out to fix it, they couldn't figure out what the problem was. Stan's was able to identify the issue and resolve it to repair my 1992 unit for a fraction of the cost to replace the unit. Thank you to the technician and office staff that helped me.

They responded to my message extremely quickly and were able to send someone out soon after. My water heater wasn't working. The plumber identified the problem as being my gas being turned off but also gave me good advice about getting spare parts for the water heater. He fixed a few other things.

Prompt, friendly staff and did exactly what I asked for. Getting the toilet to not leak though required a few trips.  I definitely recommend if you're looking to have an old toilet resealed and rebuilt - just replace it.

Thunderbird installed my new backflow preventer after my old one froze and burst in the winter storm. Showed up on time when promised and did a great job on the repair. Would highly recommend!

Awesome job by Olvin and his crew. They were quick, punctual, and professional. We contacted several flooring folks and they were the most reasonable. Had tile installed in bedroom, stairs, and upstairs and they got it done quickly. I would definitely recommend.

We discovered a leak after coming back from vacation. I contacted Scott from Spot-On Plumbing after the water mitigation company found the source and he came the same day, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it promptly. He was knowledgable, upfront, and was able to identify other major and minor issues that were the cause of the leak. I'd highly recommend Scott to anyone who needs repairs done efficiently!

Had a great experience with Nick.  First of all, he returned my call the same day, unlike the 2 other plumbers I called.  He came the next day (this was not an emergency situation) and arrived at the time promised.  He confirmed my suspicions and to our delight, was able to rebuild a crucial part, saving us about half the cost of putting in a new one.  Nick is now my go-to plumber!
