Best Plumbing Services in Austin, TX

Based on a neighbor's recommendation, I recently call Brad for some plumbing help.

He answered the phone each time I called, explained my options in as much detail as I wanted, then showed up on time and did the work as promised at the promised rate.  Anyone who has dealt with any contractor knows that all those traits together are very rare and we very much appreciated his professialism throughout the process.  Oh yeah, and he followed up with us to make sure things were OK and that we were happy.

I would not hesitate to recommend him and plan to call Brad the next time we need help...thanks Brad!

The best experience I have had with a plumber. I have had 3 different companies out in the last 2 years for clogs. These guys were the cheapest and were friendly. They did a great job.

Don't waste your time calling other plumbers like I did. Call Blue Dragon. You might have to wait for them because they are busy. But that's because they are honest and don't try to scam you. I called 3 plumbers.  These guys were hands down the best. Best service and price. Good, clear communication throughout and easy to work with. So thankful to find a reputable person who cares about his business reputation and demonstrates it through the quality of his work and care of his customers.

I called to have the septic pumped and was able to get an appointment fast.  Byron was great.  I had no idea where the access was to get to the tank, but he took care of everything.  He found the access, and had the job done in no time.  He also answered all the questions I had, he's extremely knowledgeable, and was patient - I kept thinking of more things to ask, but he didn't mind.
He told me about a process called hydro jetting, that clears old pipes of debris, and since my house is old, I'm going to make an appointment for that coming up.

These guys were excellent. Dealt with a big clog quickly and professionally. Also installed a new outdoor faucet. I would hire them again for sure.

I wish I could speak to the quality of work that A&T Service Plumbing provides, but they are 0 for 2 on showing up with the right equipment - or even showing up.

I called specifically to schedule someone to run a camera down our sewer line for inspection after a few issues with the line. The first time, the technician arrived 90 minutes late (without advanced warning) and did not event have camera equipment. After he rattled off about how they only have one camera, I rattled off about how I specifically requested that someone come out with one. He said we would have to reschedule. For an appointment specifically scheduled to run a camera down the sewer line they sent out a guy without a camera!

When I called to express my frustration, the appointment was rescheduled and I was promised that someone would come with a camera. Well, I will never know if the second serviceman had a camera or not, because s/he never showed up and never called advising about running late. They called to explain there was a scheduling mistake and offered to come out as soon as possible, and I appreciated them owning up to the mistakes made, however, I had to share that with the mistakes thus far I was no longer confident in having them potentially do work. I wasted 2.5 hours on A&T Service Plumbing and have nothing to show for it: no estimate, no proposal, nothing. I hardly doubt they would comp me 2.5 hours of their time having wasted 2.5 hours of my time.

Dave was the third plumber to look at my problem (a tankless water heater that had very low pressure and wouldn't heat the water). It took a lot of diagnosis but he finally diagnosed the problem that the other plumbers could not. I will definitely call him again!

I recently hired Abel to replace my water heater. He came the same day I called him to give me an estimate. He initially told me he could replace my water heater later that day but I hesitated to get additional quotes. His bid was lower and more reasonable than multiple other people and he did the job well.  I texted him a few days later and he came that same day to replace my water heater. He is reliable and communicates well. Nice guy and considerate too - he always wore shoe covers in my house and didn't ring the doorbell because my baby was sleeping. He was very patient when answering all of my questions and then answering my husband's questions by phone since he was at work. I highly recommend Abel to Plumb and will call Abel for all my future plumbing needs!

Braulio was quick to respond to my message and was out to my house the same day. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix an install error from a previous plumber that was causing slow drainage in my bathroom sink. Highly recommend Braulio for any plumbing needs!

We had them out recently to try and figure out why we had a puddle in our yard. He was quick to get back to us, and we loved that he was located in Manor. We also appreciated his knowledge and honesty when he correctly stated that it was a problem with the city's water line. We will for sure hire him again if we ever have another need for a plumber.

My husband and I just moved to Austin and Jim is the second plumber we've tried. Needless to say, we won't be using anyone else. He showed up on a Friday night in bad weather within 30 minutes, fixed our kitchen sink for a good price, and texted two days later to make sure everything was working okay. Excellent service...highly recommended!!

Chris did an awesome job.  He came within the two hour scheduled and was very professional.  I thought for sure I was going to need a new a/c unit (mine is 16 years old) but found out that it was still going strong.  Chris said it was the contacts caused by a lizard tail trapped between them!!  Here removed, cleaned and tested the contacts and said they were working fine.  I thought for sure I was going to have replace the whole unit but Chris' honesty and integrity shined thru :)  This would have been 5 stars except for a coupon mix-up and loss of original email request.  Will definitly use Stan's in the future for my a/c needs...

We had an emergency with our water heater, leaking down the wall. After calling eight plumbers who couldnt fit us in their schedule, they were the one who came out the same day with a new water heater and replaced it! So grateful, since we had a house full of guests arriving the next day and needed hot water for showers. They were friendly and responsive throughout the process.

Plumb & Order installed our new water heater today.  They were prompt, came when they said they would, friendly and were reasonably priced. I'm a REALTOR and I would certainly recommend them to my clients and use them again for any of my plumbing needs.

Needed to have a 26KW Briggs and Straton home standby generator installed. After getting a few plumbing quotes Jeff with Thunderbird Plumbing came out on top. His team showed up early and went straight to work despite some rainfall.  It was a small workforce there to lay a gas line from the home to the generator. These guys were a digging machine and the entire job was completed in 5 hours. They laid down tarps to capture the soil then carefully cut the sod. They hand dug a 45 foot long, two foot deep trench. They laid the poly pipe, labeled for safety then connected cutoff and pressure controls on each end. Then installed the battery and test ran the generator. Purred like a kitten. They watered in and tamped down the loose soil as they filled the trench. Won't be long until you won't even be able to tell they did anything in the back yard. His team comes highly recommended! Thank you Jeff I know where to go when I need some plumbing assistance.

Mark was my hero yesterday. I would give him a hundred stars if I could. We had a blockage in our sewer line and water was coming up from our toilet and spilling into our bathroom and surrounding rooms. I was in a full-fledge panic and started calling emergency plumbing services. No one was answering; some of the voicemails said they were busy for the next two weeks. Suddenly I remembered to call Mark, who I've used for a few issues previously. He answered, said he could be there in the afternoon, and showed up less than an hour later. He found the problem and fixed it, all for a very reasonable price. He then called a water removal service for me and got them to come quickly. To boot, he is kind, calm, reassuring and caring. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Awesome job by Olvin and his crew. They were quick, punctual, and professional. We contacted several flooring folks and they were the most reasonable. Had tile installed in bedroom, stairs, and upstairs and they got it done quickly. I would definitely recommend.

Broke my spigot on the side of my house. Spot-on was out here quickly and very communicative about prices and the prices to complete the project correctly.

Left Nick a message in the morning, he responded that afternoon, and he came out the next day and fixed my bathtub leak. The entire process took less than 28 hours.

He was very knowledgeable and entertaining throughout the repair, and the price was reasonable. Would definitely recommend him to others.
