Brad is not only a very experienced master plumber with +20 yrs experience, he's also super nice.  Very professional, came over under short notice squeezing me in.  Needed a PRV replaced, my sprinklers are now ready for the heat wave.  He even went out of soa way to pick up the part I preordered for install.  Amazing.

He is a one man operation, covering a very large area.  You would be very lucky to have him be your plumber.  You can immediately tell he is honest in his demeanor and his work.  Would definitely go to Brad for all future plumbing needs.

Got slow water flow on faucets & toilet tanks. Skylar came to do free inspection and provided straightforward quote. Replaced all faucets filter and toilet valves. Took time to clean shower head which I told him I cleaned already. It turned out he did a better job. My shower head sprays water like brand new again. 2nd time he came prepared with shoes cover since the 1st visit I asked him to take off his shoes. Like people who take your concern seriously. Thank you! Will use again for future needs.

One call, same day service (even though it wasn't a demand on my part).  Called when he was on his way, showed up when he said he would, did the work that needed to be done.  Quick, efficient, quality work, great price.  I can't ask for more!

While he was fixing our sink drain he got a call from another customer asking about installing a new disposal.  Not only did he give them an estimate including the disposal, he told them that if they bought the disposal themselves they'd save a LOT of money vs. his buying it - saving them some cash and him some time.  Honesty pays off in spades...

Asked him to estimate two more needs - we'll be scheduling that work shortly.  What's more, I'll be keeping his info for any future issues and using him at our rental property.  Quality professionals are a gem to find!

This was the experience I have had.  I had sewer line break on 12/23/2017.  Made an appointment for 4-8 p.m.
They called and moved the appointment to 9:30 12/24. Technician called and said I needed to spend $525 to pump out grinder pump. I told them I would put it out myself. 30 minutes later called and told them come on.  Tech said he was on another call.  Called dispatch and she said he would come as soon as he finished in Round Rock.  Called again and he was in Bastrop.  Dispatch called at 6:00 and said Tech was in route.  Called back at 8 pm.  No answer.  Dispatch called at 8:00 am was told they were running behind but would be there ASAP. Called after 9:00 Dispatch informed me they did not have the parts.  This the worst FUBAR in my life.

For far too long, we endured low water pressure and only cold water from our kitchen faucet.  I ordered a new touchless faucet and called Capital City to make it all work the way it should.  Less than 24 hrs after a 5 min phone call, Mike was at house.  He installed the new faucet in record time and bestowed our household with torrents of hot water on demand.  

Mike was professional, gracious, and helpful in every way.  The price was more than fair.  

Ergo, my 2-step advice to enter plumbing nirvana:

Geronimo was great!  We wanted our tankless water heaters flushed and he told us how much time it would take.  He got the job done efficiently and installed a garbage disposal in our kitchen while flushing the water heaters.  He also found a leak in a recycle tank and is sending a quote on that work.

I requested a quote online and received an answer from David in less than an hour. We had some rusty valves on our washer box. He asked me to snap some pictures to assess the problem and then we made an appointment for him to come out. He was helpful, informative, affordable and did exactly what needed to be done to get our washing machine back in order.

I would highly recommend him to friends & neighbors.

I texted Braulio with an issue with one of my rental properties.  The water was coming out very slowly from one of the bathroom faucets.  He told me to replace the aerator ($4) and fortunately my tenant was able to help out and give it a try (I live out of state).  Sure enough, fixed the problem right up.  It is so refreshing to have someone honest that will shoot you straight and give you the $4 fix and not make anything instead of just charging $250 for a service call.  Standard Plumbing will be my new go-to for all of my plumbing needs.

I woke up to both of my bathrooms flooded and Santana plumbing company squeezed me in and within an hour found and fixed the problem. Prices arent bad, he finished in a timely manner,  and he even gave me info to help in the future. I'm so glad that I called them and they're local. They were great.

Really enjoyed working with Jim. His honesty and straightforward nature of getting work done is hard to ignore. He knocked everything out quick and was incredibly responsive via text and phone.

We have used Stan's for our heating and A/C needs for almost 20 years and they have always been courteous, efficient, and thorough in their work.  We are having our heating/AC systems replaced this week, and when the salesman went to inspect our old systems, he commented on how neatly and thoroughly the original installation had been, not realizing that Stan's had done the work when the house was first built in 1996.  I believe that a good part of the reason our system has functioned so well over the years was because we have been on the Gold Service Plan, which provides two inspections per year to catch any problems early.  I highly recommend Stan's.

They were responsive and were able to schedule an appointment pretty quickly. I'm a new home owner, and the man that came by helped educate about some maintenance and showed me how to take care of the problem on my next time. It was nice that he took the time to do that.

We were having a problem with our water pressure so after google showed me how to break the pressure regulator these guys came out in less than an hour after 6 pm on a weeknight and fixed it. They dug up the regulator. Replaced it and the owner cut off. They checked everything, cleaned all the faucet screens even the clothes washer. Everything just like new. Social distancing and masks too. Excellent excellent excellent.

I have used Pure Plumbing for a couple of issues at my house and both times I thought Mark did a great job! Both times he provided me with a couple of different options to fix the problem based on what I could afford and what had to be done vs. what could wait and be fixed in the future. Fuentes Tile tackled three full bathrooms and kitchen tile for us, and we feel extremely fortunate we were able to work with them. Tile was a big investment on our project, and we knew we needed someone very talented to do the work to our satisfaction. When we met with Olvin and described the work, it was clear he was knowledgeable, very experienced, and the right person for the job.

Olvin and Ramon are excellent at tile work and very nice people too. They work efficiently, they were respectful of our home and other workers, and they are very detailed. For instance, we were pleasantly surprised to see them working with laser levels -- we are very picky, and they were able to exceed our expectations. They even made some adjustments for us to ensure we were completely satisfied with the finished product.

I don't normally write reviews, but Fuentes Tile is just that good. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any tile project. Of all of the many contractors we hired on our full remodel, they were our favorite!

Scott did an amazing job with my leaking pipe in my garage. I messaged him at 11pm on Friday night and he responded in real-time and was able to come out the next day. He also helped me with trying to get me maximum coverage with my insurance and even gave me a discount when they didn't cover the repairs. 5/5 would recommend Scott again!

The best plumber ever!  Nick is honest, knowledgeable, funny, and got the job done quickly.  He uses quality parts and takes pride in his work. We will definitely use him again.
