Best Plumbing Services in Austin, TX

Our toilet smelled so we looked around on Yelp and Brad appeared to be the best.  He ended up fixing the smell issue, but the following day to now the toilet itself now isn't functional.  We called him the following day to tell him and he said it worked via his tests and he doesn't warranty it nor does he need to come back. We're currently looking for a new plumber to come fix the toilet that we just paid 1k+ to get fixed.

Did a great job and fairly priced.  I will definitely use them again!!!  I recommend their service.

I have been in touch with Gil at Blue Dragon a few times in the past couple of years for some plumbing issues. Previously, he has been booked and referred me to plumbers who have got the jobs done, but I recently got to work with Gil and learn why he has the reviews and ratings he does. He is one of the best. I had an issue with my disposal following disposing of a homemade mac'n'cheese rejected by toddlers. Thought I needed a whole new disposal. Gil was available, quickly came by and fixed the issue, and educated me on the easy fix that I was unaware of. Wouldn't take a trip fee. Just volunteered his knowledge and expertise, solved my issue, and left. He is a man of integrity and I am grateful for his expertise and passion for his work. ABSOLUTELY USE HIM IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.

I can't say enough good things about Rooter Man Plumbing, and especially Curtis who just came to our rescue.  He was on time, straight to the point, and solved my shower cartridge issue quick.   (it was broken inside the housing)

Nathan came in to fixed our clogged drain, he was in and out in less than 30 min. He's very courteous and efficient. The amount we paid was way under the quote they provided. We will surely be using them again!

I called Bill based on a recommendation from my friend April.  I had a leak in the upstairs bathroom Jacuzzi tub (we did not know that at initial time of call), and Bill said he would take a look.

After a 30 minute visit and discussion, Bill identified the problem was coming from the Jacuzzi tub.  He politely told me he is not the right guy for the job, that Jacuzzi tubs break too easy during repair, and there would be no charge for the call.  

WHOA..no charge?  Professional and decent and honest?  Hell yes....Bill will get my business in the future!

I requested a quote online and received an answer from David in less than an hour. We had some rusty valves on our washer box. He asked me to snap some pictures to assess the problem and then we made an appointment for him to come out. He was helpful, informative, affordable and did exactly what needed to be done to get our washing machine back in order.

Abel took the time to explain the cost saving options and to break down the technical issues with our water heater. He went through a whole list of small changes to try before exploring costly repairs or replacements. He offered to come fix the heater on a Saturday because his next week was booked and didn't want us to go without hot water. I felt like I was in good hands and most importantly he fixed the issue that I had our contractors come out to fix twice!

Great company. Fixed a sink drain and shower drain that were installed backwards! They kept clogging, which was very frustrating.  Standard Plumbing came in and fixed the drains in just under an hour!

I woke up to both of my bathrooms flooded and Santana plumbing company squeezed me in and within an hour found and fixed the problem. Prices arent bad, he finished in a timely manner,  and he even gave me info to help in the future. I'm so glad that I called them and they're local. They were great.

I shopped for weeks to find a good reliable plumber. Jim is very honest and really wants the best for your project. I had many plumbers give me outrageous bids and try to take advantage of me. It's very hard when you're a single woman, and not familiar with the questions to ask or really know what the truth is. Jim will explain everything and you can tell he has a passion for what he does. Not only would you get a good plumber, you'll get a very honest one. Which now a days doesn't happen very often.

I recommend Stan's! We had a very positive consultation with Bernie about the air flow in our house. He was both knowledgeable and professional, spent time explaining our options, and showed he truly wanted to help, something rare these days! As long as Stan's keeps employees like this, this company has our business!

Our tankless water heater had been neglected for years. Another company said it would have to be replaced (even though it was working fine). Graham came out and assessed the situation and realized that it could be repaired and flushed instead of replacing. He saved us a great of money. Beyond that, it was a joy to work with him. He was even very kind with our dogs.

We had a gas leak and Plumb & Order came out on short notice to help. From the scheduler who found a way to get a team to our location faster than I imagined, to the the in-person team that quickly and competently identified the problem, we had a great experience with Plumb & Order.

Of course when my water heater started leaking I wanted a plumber with a 5-star track record, and Thunderbird lived up to it!  I emailed them late at night and explained the situation.  They called and emailed and texted first thing in the morning and were happy to come right away, even though I knew their business was very busy.  They replaced the water heater and cleaned up the water within 3 hours.  They quoted the price before the job and stuck with it--and it was a great price!  I think I have a new go-to plumber!

Mark came over to give an estimate for tub installation. He obviously didn't like the idea of a difficult cast iron tub installation even though I was doing all removal and demolition of wall Sheetrock so he and other plumber/ helper could just install and add new drain hardware. His bid? $3644 for
drain hardware and a few hours work. NOPE.

Olvin and Ramon were very professional, on time, courteous and clean. They repaired a two foot hole in our shower wall- now you cannot tell it was even there.
They gave us a good price and completed the work on the weekend after I called them in a Tuesday!

Broke my spigot on the side of my house. Spot-on was out here quickly and very communicative about prices and the prices to complete the project correctly.

Nick is very experienced and honest plumber. Seems nothing hard to him because he has prepared solution for any unexpected. He quickly fixed my shower valve while others told me how difficult it is. Definitely will recommend him.  Thanks.
