Brad is a miracle worker. He responded to my initial email with a phone call almost immediately, came by exactly when it was most convenient for me, arrived on time, fully explained and fixed the issue in an incredibly short amount of time, and all for a very reasonable price. I cannot recommend him highly enough! Simply the most painless and most effective repair experience I've ever had.

My experience with them was great. Great communication from initial call. Someone came out same day for a free estimate, and we booked them to fix our water pressure problem. From initial call to completed service it took 3 days, I loved this. The work was quick and efficient. Also they back their work with a 1 yr warranty.

Definitely will call them for any other plumbing needs in the future.

Our shower faucet handles were not working properly and we thought there might be other issues with our plumping. We called Capital City Plumping. The folks at Capital City Plumping were professional, prompt, and really helpful. Patrick and Ty showed up on time and when they learned we were new homeowners they walked us through what the issues were and how we could fix them. It turned out that the fix was relatively easy but Patrick and Ty made sure to educate us on what issues we might face in the future. I would highly recommend Capital City Plumping!

I called with clogged sink problem at our business that i needed a quick response on. It was Friday afternoon at 1pm and the plumber showed up in 2 hours (as quoted) and got it working in 30 minutes.

Very easy to work with, they did the job well, and I would call them again.

Pierre was awesome. Got to my place faster than expected and identified a leak in my wall quickly. This saved me from excessive water damage to my property. His price was very fair and he works fast saving you more.  I will definitely call this plumber first next time.

Of all the contractors I've used in remodeling my house, Henderson Plumbing was by far the most professional and easiest to work with.  

I hired Dave to replace the faucet and fixtures in my shower when I was doing a full bathroom remodel.  I liked him so much that I hired him again when I did the other shower.

Dave Henderson is a pleasure to deal with, and he does things right the first time.  People say you get what you pay for, Dave is worth every penny.

Abel is a close friend of mine. We came up through the ranks of plumbing mastery together. I have to say without a doubt he's a great plumber and a great guy. (I own another plumbing company in the same market) but I wanted to leave him a killer review because us little guys stick together. All of my overflow work I send straight to him and vise versa. I'm grateful to have a friend to lean on when I need help and someone I can trust to be a great craftsman and a polite contractor for my customers.

So impressed by the quick response and transparent service. Braulio came over and within 5 minutes diagnosed the problem (it wasn't the plumbing) and even took a look at another concern. We offered to pay for the consult but he declined charging us. He was professional and friendly. We will definitely be reaching out when there is a plumbing for sure.

We had them out recently to try and figure out why we had a puddle in our yard. He was quick to get back to us, and we loved that he was located in Manor. We also appreciated his knowledge and honesty when he correctly stated that it was a problem with the city's water line. We will for sure hire him again if we ever have another need for a plumber.

Jim knows his stuff. A long-term master plumber with a quick understanding of your trouble, he will relentlessly bang out a job and make sure it's right. He might seem gruff, but don't let him fool you. Next time someone asks, Hey, do you know a good plumber?, you'll say, Yes, as a matter of fact, I do.

Responded to my inquiry late Friday night. Tech was at my house by 10am Saturday and replaced the hot water heater by mid afternoon.

We had a burst pipe on Christmas Eve, in the middle of the winter freeze, and Plumb Doctors answered their phone, showed up within a few hours (at midnight), and did a great job. We couldn't get other plumbing companies to pick up the phone, much less give us a reasonable expectation of when they could help us- one company told us it would be a week! We were so grateful for the emergency service and the price was fair for the timeframe and issue. I would definitely call them again.

The plumber can out and worked to solve a plumbing mystery. We finally don't have the plumbing issues that some people couldn't understand, and the gentleman was very respectful.

Yelp hits a home run again!

Our hot water heater went kaput over the weekend.  It still has a little over half a year on its warranty after being installed in our new build.  I was flummoxed, trying to troubleshoot an issue with the pilot light not staying on and the manual, Google, and YouTube failed me.  It was Sunday and I called a few folks- I left messages with folks (I still haven't heard back from as of this review), and heard outrageous price quotes from the ones I could get ahold of on the phone.

Deciding to wait until Monday to expand my options, I reached out to Thunderbird via email Sunday afternoon.  I explained what I did, what kind of water heater I had, etc.  Not even ten minutes later and I get a well-informed response of which part on that water heater was the most-likely culprit and how to go about getting it fixed under warranty.  Instead of charging me to come out and diagnose, he mentioned the plumbing warehouse to find the warrantied part and that he would come and install it.

My cost for the part was a small handling fee from the warehouse and the drive across Austin to get it and then the price Jeff quoted to install this new part was exactly on point.  There were no hidden fees or crazy charges- just the charge for his repair.  Now that's how you play ball!

I wasn't home at the time of service, but my boyfriend was.  Jeff set an appointment that worked with us and then called to ask if he could come down early- which was awesome in our book.  Jeff was very down to earth and extremely knowledgeable.  He fixed up the gas controller on our Bradford White quite nicely and we have been reaping the benefits of our hot water again.

Thunderbird will be our go-to for professional plumbing needs for sure!

Talked me through a solution on the phone to my problem with a tankless water heater. He *wasn't* the plumber who installed the system. Could have easily just told me that I had to pay him for a visit to the house but instead was patient and walked me through a checklist that got us to the solution.

Can't say enough great things  By far the best company I have used . The workmanship is great. They were very reasonable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!Do not hesitate to call them for your tile projects.

I was able to get an estimate for a static test for the drain lines in advance. Scott came the next day with a very short notice (because we had problems reaching the tenants). Scott did the test professionally and sent the results via email immediately. I really appreciate his help and would recommend his service to anyone.

It's probably a loss to humanity that Nick isn't a doctor or scientist. But it's your gain if you're an Austinite in need of plumbing repair.

Trust yelp on this one: the guy really is the best plumber (or tradesman for that matter) that I've ever known. Just a few days ago, Nick replaced our leaky bathtub faucet and put in a new main valve for the house. In a little more than a couple hours. At _half_ the cost of the nearest estimate. Artful craftsmanship, very tidy, and a great conversation to boot.

Seriously, trust these reviews -- you will not be disappointed. He's a tradesman who truly cares about his trade AND his customers, and well, he's just plain awesome.
