On Yelp, even the best establishments usually only muster a 4 or 4-1/2 star rating.  But Blue Dragon Plumbing has a 5 star rating, and it is soooooooo well deserved!

Gilbert is the best!  I had a slow gas leak between the wall & my oven.  I called him Friday night, and he was able to swing by and fix it Saturday afternoon.  When Gilbert arrives, it more like a friendly neighbor giving you a hand.  He is worth every penny spent, and treated us with honestly and with respect (which is unfortunately rare in the plumbing world).

We just moved into a house with a 10 month old baby and the water heater was acting up.  We called RooterMan and they can out the same day at no extra charge.  They also called to confirm the appointment and call before they headed over (LOVE the notice!) and were very pleasant to deal with the whole time.  

My husband was at work and during the service call, our old water heater spewed some water in the garage and Aaron, the tech, immediately shut it off, vacuumed up the water and found some fans in our garage (amongst the boxes) and set up a drying system to make sure there would be no water damage.

He gave us tips on how to maintain the old unit to get the most out of it and let me know about upcoming regulation changes that will effect the cost of replacement in the future.  He was very knowledgeable and showed us how to save money.

I first used Capital City for tankless water heater maintenance about 18 months ago.  Gabriel was excellent.  He noticed that my tankless was actually incorrectly installed, and rather than ignore it and do his job, he showed me exactly what was wrong with the installation, so I was able to get the homebuilder to correct it.  He was very responsive, clear, and professional.

Recently, I had Capital City come out again for tankless water heater maintenance, since about 18 months had passed and I was due.  This time my technician was Asa.  He was good about answering all my questions and explaining what he was doing.  He was on time, polite, and professional.

So I've had two great experiences with Capital City.  I'd definitely recommend them.

Had an awesome experience with EZ Flow this morning! Called first thing and was able to get someone to come fix our kitchen sink within 2 hours of calling. Theo did a great job and explained the issues and how to avoid it in the future. Will definitely be using this company for any other plumbing needs.

We called Pierre to come out on an emergency call for a broken pipe and he came out capped the pipe so we can have running water again temporarily until we can get him to come back out to fix the pipe. His crew Eric and partner came out and were super friendly and fixed the pipe quickly! Thank you so much Pierre and your guys for the awesome job and outstanding customer service you provide! We are so grateful for y'all!

Dave is a life saver. He's creative in his approach and truly gives the impression that he cares about what he's doing and the customer he's working with. He may also be the only person that's come to do any work on my home that I would legitimately cook breakfast and coffee for before getting to work.

Abel and his crew were incredibly responsive and thorough.  He was able to fix a mystery leak at my property and went above and beyond with his service and attention to detail.  Very friendly and explained the process to me clearly-- I had a difficult to diagnose leak under my pier & beam home and Abel took his time figuring out the problem step-by-step to resolve it.  I absolutely recommend Abel To Plumb, especially if you have a complex plumbing issue.

Came across a small water leak on the main line coming into the house...I was happy to see that Jamie lives in my neighborhood, I mean...how much more local can you get...He showed up in about 30 minutes, gave me what I thought was a very fair quote and got to work...job was wrapped up in about 4-5 hours and was please with the whole process...Looks like we have a new Plumber that I wouldnt hesitate to call for my needs.

Jim is awesome.  He helped us with a gas line extension to our grill and has helped us with a bunch of other problems previously.  He's the only plumber we'll call.

Stan's service techs are well trained, courteous (always shake hands and introduce themselves) and professional.

A big plus for us is that they ARRIVE ON TIME.

Would I use them again? Absolutely yes...they are now my go-to for emergency plumbing needs, hands down. Put these guys on speed dial in your phones so when something goes awry, you don't need to look for who to use--you'll have these guys ready to go!

Had a plumbing company that I found on yelp come out, did a look around and determined it was a faulty regulator. Quotted $1250 for the job. I told them i would have to get a 2nd quote before making a decision. Called Plumb & Order and told them over the phone what was needed. I got a quote for 1/2! They said it was a pretty straight forward process and they could have someone out the followimg week. Scheduled it and they arrived ontime the following week. Father and son team were efficient, curtious and knowledgeable. Had everything completed and tested in about 2 hrs. Fixed the water hammer issue and havent had an issue since. Great service, honest and upfront. I definitely recommend this company.

I called a few companies, thunderbird was not the lowest, but close.  They recommended the Bradford White unit as a good brand, which is what we replaced and has served us very well.  Mostly I was having the install done because my heater didn't have a drip pan, and my heater was old.

Back to the install, so very professional.  He replaced all the lines with new color coded lines, installed the pan and drain, and of course the heater.  Way more professional than my original install.  And could not ask for a nicer guy to talk to during the install, very patient with my questions.

I've been using Pure Plumbing for several years and Mark has always been outstanding.   This weekend had an issue with my on demand gas water heater.   Called Mark and he walked me thru a few steps on the phone, and after several back and forth calls as I worked thru the process I was able to resolve the issue.   No need for an on site service call and Mark was patient and friendly every time I called.   You can't go wrong - I would recommend hands down.

I was able to get an estimate for a static test for the drain lines in advance. Scott came the next day with a very short notice (because we had problems reaching the tenants). Scott did the test professionally and sent the results via email immediately. I really appreciate his help and would recommend his service to anyone.

Nick is absolutely fabulous.  Aside from being funny and having a wonderful accent, he is decent and completely honest.  He never does things the long way just to gouge more payment out of us.  We wouldn't dream of using anyone else!
