Brad is the nicest guy, but more importantly a great plumbing professional.  He showed up when he said he would, and he got the job done.  (I had called two other plumbers, one missed his appointment (no phone call) and then blew me off the second time).

He was here a couple of hours working on two different projects (installing new laundry lines) and repairing a leaky bathroom faucet (one of those funky one's that come out of the back splash).  For what he did and how long he was here, I thought his rate was reasonable.  He even suggested using Pex instead of copper which would be less expensive).

We had a water leak in the slab, and were worried about the repair cost and finding a good plumbing company. I am glad I chose Proven Plumbing. The customer service was friendly and professional. The owner Louis called and let us know that Richard's team will take care of the problem. Richard and Bryan did a great job installing the new hot water line. This was a big job as they had to cut out areas of the walls. They were very professional and considerate of our home while working here. It was efficient, clean and professional installation at a fair price.

We had a pressure control valve issue with our new house. I submitted the quote request on Yelp and the next day had Eddie come out, exactly on time and fix the issue.

He was very transparent about the issue, and the fix. He quoted the price on the spot and then all payment and invoicing was done digitally.

Eddie was in and out quickly, and the valve was fixed!

I had a broken water main. A prompt response and got technician scheduled. Technician was courteous, wore a mask and best thing
professionally fixed our broken water main.
I have used them for couple of other repairs: replacing shower valves and installing faucets. They are great plumbers and very reliable.

Thank you EZ team for coming out and helping me on my job. I had a clog that eventually turned into a leak. Out of all the office assistants that I've spoke to, Melva was the most personable out of everyone. She was very professional and easy going. I loved talking to her. She even taught me some baseball history! She scheduled her team THREE days out as compared to the 14 days from the other companies.

Day of service: Theo and team were able to fix my problem. This happened after snovid and everyone was backed up for 2+ weeks. EZ team was able to get out to me in less than a week. They called me before coming, but my phone is set up to take them to voicemail. They still came and didn't cancel on me! (thank goodness) They were able to finish the job in under an hour and were very detailed in their explanation. They even showed me how to fix the problem the next time it shows up. We didn't have to cut any drywall or open any parts of the house up.

If I ever get any problems (hopefully not) I'm definitely contacting Theo and EZ Flow again!

I've been working with Pierre and Don on a reconciliation and they have been very responsive. In retrospect, a lot went wrong here and it is unfortunate for all parties.  Regardless of what A&T's obligation is legally, they are working with me to get my plumbing issue resolved and seeing to it that other customers will not incur a situation like this.  I can tell they care very strongly for their customers and their brand.

Called on Tuesday while tackling a renovation and left a message. Spoke to Dave later that day and he diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote! Set a time for that Thursday at 9AM. He showed up a 9:05 (which I thought was pretty great for any professional service) and apologized for being late. Dave answered all my novice questions and let me watch over his shoulder as he made the repair; even played with the dog for a bit. Top of my list.

Abel is a close friend of mine. We came up through the ranks of plumbing mastery together. I have to say without a doubt he's a great plumber and a great guy. (I own another plumbing company in the same market) but I wanted to leave him a killer review because us little guys stick together. All of my overflow work I send straight to him and vise versa. I'm grateful to have a friend to lean on when I need help and someone I can trust to be a great craftsman and a polite contractor for my customers.

I was in need of relocating my water heater from the house interior to the garage. No small thing considering ending and moving water connections. I called Braulio from a recommendation from a remodeler that uses his services all the time. Braulio came by the house that afternoon, assessed the job and had my estimate by that night.
Braulio's estimate was clear and fully encompassing of things I was needing but hadn't a clue about before (updating to new standards and codes).
His estimate was overwhelming reasonable.  I had thought about for a day, sent him a text and got an instant text back.
Braulio got to my house 1st thing Monday morning and was completed by early afternoon. He answered several questions of water heater maintenance and helpful things.
His work was so meticulous. down to caulking the new outside pressure relief and drain pan lines. Capped off old water line very cleanly and nicely.
I can't say enough good things about his solid work. I'm very thankful I called him. GREAT fully licensed, up to date plumber.

Jaime Santana did an excellent job with broken water pipes repair at St. Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church in Manor, where I am the pastor. After the winter storm of February 2021, the water pipes of all of our buildings were damaged. Mr. Santana assessed the situation, explained what was required, and finished the repairs in a timely manner. He also ensured that all faucets/toilets/water outlets were properly working, and did the appropriate repairs when needed. I highly recommend Santana Plumbing Company LLC.

Jim is amazing. I've used him on numerous occasions and he has always been fair, courteous and quickly gets the job done. We originally used another plumber to install our tub, but he did a terrible job, so we contacted Jim who was able to fix the previous plumber's work. Then we got a flood in our kitchen and Jim was able to come quickly to turn off the water and then returned later to fix the complicated leak issue. We only trust him for all our plumbing needs. I highly recommend him!!

Stan's lack of customer attention is unacceptable. If I, a mature, 30 year home owner in Austin, do my best to drop what I am doing and answer my phone call from Stan's technician, miss catching the call by 1 second, and then I call back immediately to tell the dispatch that the tech just called, then do you know what my reward is for being a good customer for years? I get the message that I do not matter and my punishment is that now the technician won't come to my house even though I have been home all day waiting. Oh yes, they want me to reschedule, but do I want to go through this again when I can spend my resources with a better company? What if reschedule with this company and I miss the call by again by a second or even 1 minute? Too bad to the many normal people who cannot get to their phones because they are in the middle of something in their home! So if you want to use this company, you will sit with your hands on your cell phone making sure you don't change your baby's diaper or get your hands into the dirty dishes for fear of missing Stan's phone call. Go ahead. Not me! Stan's manager told us we should see it from his perspective because he wants to keep his technician's busy. My perspective, me - the customer, is that I should matter.  Since Stan's employees are trained to wait not even 5 minutes, not even 5 seconds before they cut off their customers, then my life and my house, my heating & air conditioning system, and my convenience doesn't matter to Stan. We are no longer doing business with Stan's, and I and my neighbors now spend our resources with a company in Austin, Texas who gives real customer service to real people with real lives.

I recently discovered that my hot water tank was rusting on the outside, and I was probably days away from a catastrophic damage event, which would have surely cost me thousands of dollars if it had burst.  I reached out to several plumbers via Yelp, and Andrew with Plumb Doctors was the first to respond.  Andrew let me know that he could be there the same day.  Mind you, it was getting late in the day, and Andrew was on a job in South Austin.  Nevertheless, Andrew was true to his word, and kept me posted on his arrival time.  He showed up at about 7:00 p.m., quickly assessed the situation, and called in reinforcements to get the job job quickly and efficiently.  Andrew and his team quickly went to work, and had a new water tank installed, and working flawlessly in short order.  This type of service is rare, and I commend Andrew and his team at Plumb Doctors.  They have earned my future business.

Cole and Nate were friendly and efficient. They showed up in the timeframe provided and solved all the issues I had. Would recommend!

My husband called Thunderbird and Ted reached out the next day and was able to come out. We were amazed how quickly the turnaround was because we've noticed that a lot of these places like gutters, garage doors, and other services just don't care and not responsive.
My Husband worked with Ted and learned so much from him. Not only was Ted really nice and professional but he was HONEST! We had a bathroom we don't use since we've moved in our home because the hot water took 15 minutes to come out. Ted gave valuable pointers and wallah it worked! He also taught my husband some other things as well.
We now know who to call for any plumbing issues. We've already recommended him to our neighbors!
It's not often we find great people like Ted so we are fortunate we did.

Let me say upfront, I am a perfectionist. I can be the best of customers and the worst of customers. And, I can really appreciate an outfit that attempts to do things right. From pricing and service to workmanship and responsiveness, Fuentes Tile exceeded all of our expectations. We are SO happy we found Olvin and his team! I would have them back in a New York minute and I would gladly endorse him to any friend. Their desire to delight us at every point of the process was evident and the outcome was phenomenal.

Scott is very professional and responsive. I got the quote from Yelp within 20mins, scheduled the appointment the next day. It took him 20mins to fix the broken pipe from the ice storm, also he insulated the pipe because they are exposed outdoor. Really nicely done.

Nick, the owner, unclogged the tubing bringing hot water into to my kitchen faucet and adjusted the hot water regulator on my shower faucet today. He was able to complete both jobs within 24 hours of us getting in contact with one another and he charged a fair price for quality work. Nick is definitely going to be my first choice in the future when I have a plumbing problem at my house. He has a great personality too!
