I called Brad for an emergency leak behind my washing machine. He was available that day, was very nice and professional, and took his time to explain what had happened and what he had done to fix it. He also made some recommendations for water mitigation I would need to have done. I would definitely recommend him.

The best experience I have had with a plumber. I have had 3 different companies out in the last 2 years for clogs. These guys were the cheapest and were friendly. They did a great job.

They are super busy I think because they already have so many good reviews, but we wanted a good company so we were willing to wait till they could fit us in for a new water heater. We were very happy we did and think we got a fair price as well.

Eddy from Rooter-Man came out to fix an exterior leak by my water meter. Eddy was awesome. He was here within an hour after calling on a Saturday morning with no notice, diagnosed the leak quickly, fixed it and was out of here within 2.5 hours. Would definitely use Rooter-man again for any future needs!!

Asa and Ryan diagnosed our tankless water heaters after the snowpocalypse in February.  They were the 3rd plumber we called in two months after enduring cold water in our kitchen, laundry room and guest bath.  They ordered and installed a new recirculating tank which took special tools and a lot of crawling around our attack and troubleshooting.  Ryan went the extra mile and found a breaker to our pump had been shut off!  Now we have an abundance of hot water and feel confident we have some diligent professionals we can rely on to finish the job.

The EZ Flow team has been out twice to help us with various minor repairs - primarily unclogging our old house drains. We recommend them to friends and they are great. For example...

I give kudos to Emilio in particular, who walked me through a completely ridiculous problem of my own doing tonight. I assumed it was their work, but in fact it was my miraculous cleaning skills that clogged my drain. Emilio took it in great stride and helped me diagnose my issue (on a Sunday night no less) which saved both of us time and money.

I am so glad I chose these guys. They were prompt, polite, professional and more than willing to explain everything. I didn't have to make an appointment with them to get a quote. Oh and by the way very affordable.

Great kudos go out to Justin & Dalton for the outstanding job! They even left the area cleaner than it was when they left.

I can't recommend Abel to Plumb enough. I asked for a quote & got a response in 10 minutes & scheduled a visit for the next morning. Abel assessed the problem & fixed it within an hour. His rates are very reasonable & he's really cool & easy to work with. Call him!

I woke up to both of my bathrooms flooded and Santana plumbing company squeezed me in and within an hour found and fixed the problem. Prices arent bad, he finished in a timely manner,  and he even gave me info to help in the future. I'm so glad that I called them and they're local. They were great.

I shopped for weeks to find a good reliable plumber. Jim is very honest and really wants the best for your project. I had many plumbers give me outrageous bids and try to take advantage of me. It's very hard when you're a single woman, and not familiar with the questions to ask or really know what the truth is. Jim will explain everything and you can tell he has a passion for what he does. Not only would you get a good plumber, you'll get a very honest one. Which now a days doesn't happen very often.

Chris was a great tech. Worked quickly to resolve the problem and explained it all thoroughly with a clear expertise.

We had an interior and exterior leak but weren't sure where it was coming from. Marc showed us the extent of the leak (worse than we thought, explained the possible sources and how he could find them, and took every step to avoid drastic measures (e.g. cutting drywall), and quickly diagnosed the problem.

Thanks to his quick work, we got a water removal company out later that day and were able to fix everything before serious damage/mold could occur.

Had lunch gets flickering and had looked at what I could on my own. They diagnosed what the cause was, how to fix it temporarily and permanently.  The only issue- took off my panel plate and did not put it back. (4 screws) not a big deal.

Jeff and Raymond replaced the water heater in our attic . It was a tricky job. I can't say enough about what a great job they did. On time, professional, and fairly priced. These guys are tops.

To echo what everyone else has said, Mark is awesome! We spent over $500 with another plumbing company who fixed nothing, broke a filter, and then told us we needed to spend another $1000+ on a flushing system for our hot water heater.
When the hot water completely stopped a month later we called Pure Plumbing. He came 2 days later (not as fast as one without hot water would like, but he had other people to rescue) and said he thought it was the igniter, but couldn't tell until he fixed that. I appreciated his honesty and warning that we COULD need a new unit if this didn't work. Unfortunately it took another 6 days for the part to arrive, but luckily the new igniter worked!!! No more warming bath water on the stove!
He also told us it wouldn't really be worth the $ on the flushing system since the unit is already 10 yrs old. He totally could have sold us on that, but didn't. If only all home repair companies were so honest!! We'll definitely call Pure Plumbing first next time!!

Olvin did the floor and shower wall tile for two of our bathrooms. We got several quotes and we chose to go with Olvin for multiple reasons: his quote was very reasonable and properly itemized, he provided suggestions on our design, he offered rational ways to change things while keeping the budget limit intact. But the 5-star review is for his work afterwards. We had read reviews of him being detail oriented, and those were spot on. He had different people work with him on various days, but he was the constant every single day and even working alone for 9 straight hours on one of the days just because he was running late and wanted to keep the target completion date. Apart from this, the other big point for us was that he was exceptionally polite and respectful. At the end of it, his work has been very well done.
I would highly highly recommend Olvin to anyone looking for remodeling.

Honest, funny, pleasant, prompt and reasonable. He took $60 off the bill because, we were sitting around and having a chat for thirty minutes.

We're having some serious plumbing issues and while Nick can't complete the job (he doesn't have a camera to look into the pipes, nor does he tunnel under foundations) he made us feel like we were being taken care of and not being swindled.
