I was lucky to come across Brad for our plumbing job. Today he replaced the old water heater in my house. Brad is an honest man. The quote he gave over the phone is roughly the same I paid in the end. He also gave the option of me buying my own unit vs him providing one. I opted the former. We went to Home Depot and picked up all the equipment and accessories and he hauled them to the house. Brad is also nice to hang out with while he is doing his job. I chitchatted with him and had some good laughs.

I don't understand why there are more than one reviewer mistake him for someone else.  Those reviewers should get 1 star not Brad. If you discount those, Brad should have 5 stars because he provides 5 star service.  If you want a capable and honest plumber, look no further.  I know who to call first for my next plumbing job.

Arrived within minutes of placing my call and replaced a warrantied part on my water heater.

I continue to use Gilbert year after year. He's so professional, so knowledgeable, so nice and just such a wonderful person. My water heater was acting up, and I asked him to come out and look at it. He showed me how I really needed to replace it because it was completely rusty on the top and would be too dangerous to fix. It wasn't safe. He helped me decide on a new water heater, and just put in the new one today. He urged me to get a second opinion on the price because this is the kind of person you're dealing with. He's so honest. Let's just say I'm loyal for life.

Had an issue with the sewer line.  Called Rooter-Man and booked an appointment for following morning.  An hour later they called and said they could come same day. (Yay!)  Eddie and Drew showed up, quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem, and fixed it quickly and professionally.  It was a bit expensive but given the rapid response this company made and the quick work these two fellows did, it was worth every penny.  Go Rooter-Man!  Go Eddie and Drew!

These guys made it a no brainer. They were lower in cost than any of the other 11 bids I received for the pressure reducing valve and right in line with the others for my sewer line clean out repair. I figured they'd probably have a poor rating or be brand new, but to my surprise they've been in business for almost a decade and had the best reviews out of the 12 companies I looked at.

They were quick to communicate via text responses. They were able to give me a bid that on the high end would be $200 more at most via phone by sending them pictures. When I was invoiced it was only $25 more than their lowest price. They were fast with the repair. Nathan and Nick were here around 8:15 in the morning and gone before 10:30.

Update: another spectacular job from Theo and John. We had a serious, dangerous water heater problem and they fully documented every issue. Unfortunately, there were no repairs they could do, but that was because our heater was installed wrong from the get-go. However, they still gave us a full inspection/evaluation with courses we could take to get the matter resolved. They will find or recommend what/who you need. Just exceptional service...and, again, a highly detailed accounting of problem issues for us to move forward on. Great job, guys!

I've been working with Pierre and Don on a reconciliation and they have been very responsive. In retrospect, a lot went wrong here and it is unfortunate for all parties.  Regardless of what A&T's obligation is legally, they are working with me to get my plumbing issue resolved and seeing to it that other customers will not incur a situation like this.  I can tell they care very strongly for their customers and their brand.

While on a business trip in Los Angeles I got a call that water was gushing from under my rent house. Minor panic, I felt totally helpless. Called Dave and he went right out and took care of it. He turned a major problem into a minor inconvenience. I also was able to pay him when I got back. Cannot sing his praises loud enough.

I hired Abel to address a number of issues with a new home we recently purchased and he did really excellent work.  I couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently he fixed some issues - it felt like I turned around and it was all better.  He was  extremely professional and patient as well.  He described in detail what he was fixing, how to use certain things properly, and why it was important.  So many plumbing issues can be catastrophic if it goes wrong that it gives me so much peace of mind to know that someone looked over my home so throughly.  While plumbing is expensive, I think his pricing was very fair and he was available very quickly.  I would hire him again in a heartbeat and I recommend that you do the same.

Jaime Santana did an excellent job with broken water pipes repair at St. Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church in Manor, where I am the pastor. After the winter storm of February 2021, the water pipes of all of our buildings were damaged. Mr. Santana assessed the situation, explained what was required, and finished the repairs in a timely manner. He also ensured that all faucets/toilets/water outlets were properly working, and did the appropriate repairs when needed. I highly recommend Santana Plumbing Company LLC.

My husband and I just moved to Austin and Jim is the second plumber we've tried. Needless to say, we won't be using anyone else. He showed up on a Friday night in bad weather within 30 minutes, fixed our kitchen sink for a good price, and texted two days later to make sure everything was working okay. Excellent service...highly recommended!!

Really dissatisfied with person that came out today.  He doesn't understand the flow of fluids in the least bit.  I would caution anyone who has used Stan's to review the way their system is plumbed because if it is plumbed the way he proposed, you will only have softened hot water and maybe some cold water but the potential is there that not all cold water is going through the softener.

I spoke with a representative on the phone regarding the fees that were going to be applied to fixing our water heater.

They specifically told that there would be an $89 fee for coming out, NO diagnostics fee, and that they would quote me for a repair once they were out here.

I chose this company because they specifically told me that there would be no diagnostics fee, because I only wanted to pay for fixing the issue, not only diagnosing the issue. I made sure to triple check on the phone that there would be no diagnostics fee.

Once they got out here, they charged me $350 for diagnosis. So frustrating. Ended up turning them away.

We had a gas leak at both water heaters & Plumb & Order came out within a few hours & fixed the issue on the spot.  Highly recommend them for their expertise & costumer service!!

These guys were great!  They are thorough and dependable and have very competitive pricing.  After reading all the reviews on Yelp, I gave them a call.  They came to my house the same day to give me an estimate. I appreciated the fact that they didn't try to wrangle me into business by forcing me to pay a service fee up front for an estimate (unlike many of the other companies around town).  They replaced 2 tubs in my house in a day, they came back a week or so later after the tile work was done to fit the faucets and made sure the job was done right.  

Additionally, they are really nice!  It is a bonus when having your house torn up to have nice people working there:).  I would use them again and again- can't say enough great things about Thunderbird Plumbing!

Tech was very nice and courteous.  However a lot of unexpected charges like  credit card surcharge, PPE charge (although work was done outside), didn't honor coupon, charge an hour of work for a 5 min of tightening. Worse of all, didn't even fix the problem and wanted to charge $300 extra.  At the end, I ended up fixing it myself for less than $50.  

He is expensive but if he would had fixed it in the first place or come back and fix it properly without gouging me over again then I wouldn't had given him a poor review.

He did a pretty good job at a reasonable price but didn't put the outlet covers back on. I ended up having to hire someone else to do that, as well as to put some waterproof caulk over the grout.

We discovered a leak after coming back from vacation. I contacted Scott from Spot-On Plumbing after the water mitigation company found the source and he came the same day, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it promptly. He was knowledgable, upfront, and was able to identify other major and minor issues that were the cause of the leak. I'd highly recommend Scott to anyone who needs repairs done efficiently!

Had the water feed for the house break and he was able to fix without me getting rid of the tree in the way first.
I've used him before and would recommended to anyone. He is very honest and easy going.
