Brad is a miracle worker. He responded to my initial email with a phone call almost immediately, came by exactly when it was most convenient for me, arrived on time, fully explained and fixed the issue in an incredibly short amount of time, and all for a very reasonable price. I cannot recommend him highly enough! Simply the most painless and most effective repair experience I've ever had.

Tried booking on yelp and providing info requested on 11/14.  Chased them for confirmation.  They gave me runaround this morning and excuses why I was not confirmed.  Peter then told me Yelp is not good to book services and gave me lecture on how they are not obligated to provide service.  Clearly, Peter doesn't understand principles of capitalism or customer service.  Business must be good for them to treat potential customers poorly.

Louis called me within the hour, apologized for miscommunication, and was on-site personally to handle the matter.  Upgrading to 5 stars for exceptional service from owner who resolved matter immediately.

We used Blue Dragon to replace our water heater about 2 years ago and they did an excellent job. So when our shower head started leaking I immediately called Blue Dragon and they were able to come out the same day to fix. Gilbert was very knowledge me and good at explaining what he was doing. I will continue to use them for all our plumbing needs.

Today was the second great experience I had with Rooter-Man.  I have had mixed to bad results with other plumbers, but both times R-M set up appointments quickly, showed up on time, got their work done quick and efficiently, and charged a very reasonable price for the quality and professionalism of their services.

Today I was really pleased with Eddie's service because I am concerned with people coming in my house during the Covid-19 pandemic.  Eddie was respectful, professional, wore his mask/PPE and kept a distance while making me feel like a valued Customer.  

Companies build bonds in moments like this, and I will always be a fan of R-M plumbing for their great service; especially during weird times like these.  A+++

Amazing amazing job. I can't thank Theo and Manny for their work. They helped me out with a leaky pipe near the meter box and even installed my very own homeowners main water off spigot! I used a&t for my remodeling at early 2019, including add gas pipe to stove and install new shower pan, and kitchen plumbing etc. It's never easy,  we trouble shoot the possible gas leak for a month, tears ! The reason I still want to give this business a 5 stars is it's owner Perrier, who really took care of his customer, even some of his employees are hard to work with. Overall I have confidence with this company and will hire again.

Of all the contractors I've used in remodeling my house, Henderson Plumbing was by far the most professional and easiest to work with.  

I hired Dave to replace the faucet and fixtures in my shower when I was doing a full bathroom remodel.  I liked him so much that I hired him again when I did the other shower.

Dave Henderson is a pleasure to deal with, and he does things right the first time.  People say you get what you pay for, Dave is worth every penny.

Make sure to get an estimate before any work is done. That was my big mistake here - don't let it be yours.

Two stars because they did the job, but $250 to run a pipe snake is twice as much as most companies will charge so make sure to call around first.

I sent a request on Yelp for emergency assistance reinstalling toilets some flooring contractors had removed. Braulio was responsive, provided a quote right away, and visited me on Sunday although they are usually closed. He got the work done quickly and was incredibly friendly and personable throughout the entire visit. I highly recommend Standard Plumbing for quality care done right. Thank you for all your help!

Jaime Santana did an excellent job with broken water pipes repair at St. Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church in Manor, where I am the pastor. After the winter storm of February 2021, the water pipes of all of our buildings were damaged. Mr. Santana assessed the situation, explained what was required, and finished the repairs in a timely manner. He also ensured that all faucets/toilets/water outlets were properly working, and did the appropriate repairs when needed. I highly recommend Santana Plumbing Company LLC.

I shopped for weeks to find a good reliable plumber. Jim is very honest and really wants the best for your project. I had many plumbers give me outrageous bids and try to take advantage of me. It's very hard when you're a single woman, and not familiar with the questions to ask or really know what the truth is. Jim will explain everything and you can tell he has a passion for what he does. Not only would you get a good plumber, you'll get a very honest one. Which now a days doesn't happen very often.

Probably the most cordial and prompt team we have ever experienced.  Multiple bids from others were ignored after we met the team and were convinced the service after the sale could be counted on. New Carrier package installed, helped with all the rebates, and already have a quieter, cooler, and 30% less expensive air conditioning system in place.  The owner even showed up on site to inspect the work.  Thanks for YELP'ing and trust these folks.

Had a plumbing emergency at 10pm, they responded 7am the next day and were fixing the problem by 8am that day. Reasonably priced and knowledgeable.

Fast, simple, fairly priced.  When they say Don't worry we won't overcharge you. We hate that, you can believe them.

I had issues with my gas fireplace not lighting.  I Called Thunderbird and got a text back within a few minutes. I was happy to pay for them to come out to look at it (with the expectation of being charged a large call out fee). Rather than that, Jeff did a diagnosis over text. Finally suggested I adjust my thermocouple position. I did that and the issue was resolved at no cost. It really does not get any better than this.

Mark is awesome! He came out quickly to take a look at my leaky shower head.

I originally called another company to take a look at the problem and was told that it would cost 1,200$ to fix the problem. Long story short, Mark fixed my leaky shower head by just replacing a part for 300$ he also offered to take a look around and noticed that my some of my values had been closed which was causing my pipes to rattle. So happy that I found Mark. He's honest & reliable! I'll be using him for any future plumbing issues. Thank you Mark!

He did a pretty good job at a reasonable price but didn't put the outlet covers back on. I ended up having to hire someone else to do that, as well as to put some waterproof caulk over the grout.

We've had hot water leaks in the past and I was afraid we had another one since we didn't have much hot water. Spot-On sent people out the same day as my inquiry. Turns out we needed a new hot water heater, which they came back and installed the next day. Fast, reliable and seemed cost effective too

My pressure relief valve was leaking on my hot water heater.  I called several plumbers and no one could come out for several days.  I called Union Jack and Nick told me the price over the phone and was at my house in an hour and got it replaced.  Great and fast service.
