Brad hasn't even left yet and I'm already excited to leave this review. First of all, he answered my request for a quote in less than one business day and was super easy to schedule with. Then, he showed up exactly on time and was able to explain the problem with my leaky faucets in a way that I understood. He finished the repairs I asked him out for and asked if I needed anything else today; I said no and he went to put his tools in the truck. By the time he came back I had decided to ask him about my toilet that was always making a running sound, and he immediately set out to fix it. As a single woman, it can be a little dicey to have repair men in and out of the house and trust that I'm not getting a run around, so Brad B. was a serious breath of fresh air. Got everything I wanted done rather promptly and within my budget.  I only had a toilet installation job for them to do and I had zero problems with the job they did.

Several of our neighbors reported water heater leaks in their attics.  Since they were the same model, vintage and builders I figured it would be best to just get ahead of it while I wasn't under pressure.  I reached out to get several quotes.  Blue Dragon was able to perform a virtual site survey by trusting me to send all the pictures and measurements needed for Gilbert to know what he was getting into.  The price was very competitive relative  and the workmanship was good.  I'm glad I went with Blue Dragon and they should be on your short list for getting a quote for your project.

Our drains were slow running, so I called to have them snaked. I got an appointment for the next Monday morning. The plumber arrived early with a phone call to let me know  when he would be there.  He was very courteous and polite and had my drains running freely in a jiffy.  I was extremely pleased with the service and the technician. They will be my go-to plumbers!

I've been working with Pierre and Don on a reconciliation and they have been very responsive. In retrospect, a lot went wrong here and it is unfortunate for all parties.  Regardless of what A&T's obligation is legally, they are working with me to get my plumbing issue resolved and seeing to it that other customers will not incur a situation like this.  I can tell they care very strongly for their customers and their brand.

I recently hired Abel to replace my water heater. He came the same day I called him to give me an estimate. He initially told me he could replace my water heater later that day but I hesitated to get additional quotes. His bid was lower and more reasonable than multiple other people and he did the job well.  I texted him a few days later and he came that same day to replace my water heater. He is reliable and communicates well. Nice guy and considerate too - he always wore shoe covers in my house and didn't ring the doorbell because my baby was sleeping. He was very patient when answering all of my questions and then answering my husband's questions by phone since he was at work. I highly recommend Abel to Plumb and will call Abel for all my future plumbing needs!

What a dream. Braulio was responsive, professional, transparent, efficient and supportive. He fixed our burst water pop quickly, helped make sure there weren't any other leaks, and provided some other general guidance to make us feel safer in our home. Will absolutely be the first person I call for future plumbing needs.

We first met Jaime about 8 years ago when he was hired by our contractor to do the plumbing for a new addition on our central Austin home.  He did all the work for a new master bath, added a tankless water heater and removed old cast iron plumbing from our 1940s home.  Two years later he came back to reroute the plumbing in our guest bath.  He did great work with both jobs and we never had any issues while we lived there.

In 2019, I referred him to a friend who was experiencing a plumbing emergency at his rental.  My friend was super impressed with Jaime's responsiveness and work and was incredibly thankful to have found an honest, trustworthy plumber to help out during an incredibly stressful time.

And in February 2021, we had a pipe break in our new home after the major freeze.  We were panicked that we wouldn't be able to get it fixed timely since it seemed like everyone else in Austin was dealing with the same issue, but Jaime came to the rescue the next day and fixed the busted pipe.

In the 8 years we have called on Jaime, every single experience was top notch. I don't know what I appreciate the most about him: his professionalism, the prompt communication, the excellent work or how wonderfully nice and pleasant he is. The fact that we have been able to call on him to work on every single home we have owned in Austin really speaks volumes about the quality of his business and his work.  Thank you, Jaime, for always being there for us when we need you. You are the best!!!

Jim at Republic has handled several plumbing repairs and installations around my house.  I always felt as though I was their most important client, every time he came to my house.  Prices were reasonable, work was super.  

He even fixed things that were not strictly necessary to the repair in question, but that the plumber before had done incorrectly.  He asked me first and explained the consequences of leaving it as it was.  I felt like he was doing things the way hewould want them done at his own house.  All this and still at a very fair price.

Previous experiences w/ Stan's were perfectly fine. The techs were on time, professional & thorough.

This review is only 3 stars because the most recent visit required a followup in 24 hours. The followup was scheduled (this was a weekend event), but no technician arrived, and followup calls to the emergency line were not returned.

Given this was an AC problem, in Texas, in August, I considered the problem to be significant. Unfortunately I've had to find another service provider to finish the job.

I've been burned once. Perhaps it's a one-time occurrence, but you never know.

Price to install a $40-70 water heater expansion tank, $451. Price to install a $30-50 water heater drip pan, $406. Neither involves much more work than turning a bolt. Maybe this is par for the course in Austin, but either way it's a screw job. I'd strongly advise driving by Home Depot and furnishing these items yourself. The installation work itself was fine.

I have written only one other review in my 8 years of owning yelp.  And I have to write a review for Plumb & Order, these guys deserve a 5/5.  I used Plumb & Order for two separate issues in my home, with excellent results.  Special thanks to Wyatt, who came to the house for both issues.  He was extremely knowledgable and professional during the process.  He kept me filled in when changes occurred, and always kept me in the loop during the fix.  He also answered any and all questions I had, and explained things multiple times if I didn't understand.  I like to try and learn a few things so I can be a little more handy around the home in the future.  And Wyatt was able to walk me through what he was doing and how to do it if I wanted to try it again on my own.  Their estimates are extremely fair and competitive.  And when they give you a quote, they stick to it, even if issues arise that they didn't plan for.  A job well done, I will highly recommend their services to all friends and neighbors.

Mark is a master plumber and gifted at what he does. It was a pleasure to watch him do things I can't even dream about. His prices are fair and appropriate for his profession.

Olvin did an amazing job helping us remodel our 2 bathrooms. The two (Olvin & Hiram) were professional, had great attention to detail, and super responsive to our questions! I can not recommend Fuentes Tile enough, my wife and I have had multiple contractors do sub par work, so we were hesitant to just go with anybody. Olvin made us feel very good about his quality of work, comfortable with the working hours, and continued to keep the remodel clean throughout the progress of the job. We are very happy with the finished product, 100% recommended with 5 stars!!!

Scott is very professional and responsive. I got the quote from Yelp within 20mins, scheduled the appointment the next day. It took him 20mins to fix the broken pipe from the ice storm, also he insulated the pipe because they are exposed outdoor. Really nicely done.

This was just as good as I hoped it would be. First off, I had spent several days trying to fix a poor design in the plumbing that the builder had originally installed, by myself. As an official Rocket Surgeon, this was a very bad idea (I know, I know, I have seen all the shows and commercials where the lady of the house yells NO! when the gentleman of the house gets all his tools and then goes to the hardware store). This was a drainage issue. This had to be fixed or over time, there could be an incident and water get behind the sheetrock. So YELP worked out perfectly. I read a review by a fellow Yelper who had just used Union Jack. I kept reading and found a number of my Yelp friends also had good results.

Now the meat and potatoes. I called, got a voice mail which also gave the number of Nick's cell. I called and he answered immediately. We quickly discussed the situation and he said he was finishing a job nearby and could come by shortly (!). However, I had to leave, so we agreed on a time the next day. The next day comes and he arrives exactly on time. As I had sent TXT photos the previous day, he knew what to expect. He worked extremely fast and did not do the usual chit chat to extend the clock time. Also, he had all the parts in factory sealed shrink-wrap in his van and did not have to add an hour of time by going to the hardware store, which seems so common. He resolved our issue by replumbing as it should have been done originally. In short, no damage to the sheetrock or behind, everything worked perfectly and the cost was 30-40 percent less than others. Sadly, he only does light plumbing now, but his card is now on our refrigerator. Extremely satisfied and pleased to pay for a job well done!
