A breath of fresh air after the disaster described in my previous plumbing review (look it up). Brad took my call immediately, and had good availability. He courteous, prompt, fast, and fairly priced. I'm happy to write longer reviews when the spirit moves, but I'm just relieved this long plumbing ordeal is over. Thanks Brad!

Fantastic business. I was happy to give them my money for their quality work. I'm not sure even 24 hours passed between the initial contact and completed repair. Just top quality service and super polite and professional.

I love Matt and Gilbert.  Gilbert set up my appointment quickly and professionally. Matt called before he came and took great care of me!  He even got a discount on my toilet.  Blue Dragon is the best

Had a leaking water heater that required replacement.  Communication was excellent from the initial phone call and through the entire process.  When the tech Eddie arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem, provided a quote and began the work.  Great (same day) service at a great price!  I highly recommend.

Call at least 4 plumbers and couldn't get anyone to come out and help with my leaking toilet-some were booked out 2 weeks. Decided to call Capital based on their good reviews. They were able to schedule an appointment within a couple days. Their scheduling system is awesome-received a text and was able to track their progress to my house. Shawn arrived,quoted a reasonable price and fixed my toilet! He gave me some good tips on how to prevent the issue in the future. Will definitely call them the next time I have a plumbing issue.

My disposal was making odd noises so I made a call to EZ flow plumbing! They were incredibly responsive to my request for a quote via Yelp. Terrance and Theo came out, were incredibly respectful (upon request, even went out to the car to grab some shoe booties to put in in the house) and found a couple things stuck in my disposal ‍best part is that they didn't charge me the $150 fix fee - just asked that I could consider them for work next time I need a plumber, which I will gladly do! Thank you Terrance and Theo!!

I own several rental properties and have always found the totally professional and responsive to everything needed. Even when a tankless froze and burst during the big storm they did everything they could to get me a new unit and installed to my tenant could shower and resume some semblance of a normal life  with hot water. I have also used them for new construction and they did quite well also.

I interviewed several plumbers when considering who to hire for a fairly extensive remodel on our 1950's Central Austin home. I chose Henderson Plumbing because the owner (Dave Henderson) was the most responsive to my calls and emails. He also gave me a thorough bid upfront, so that there were no surprises.

I'm glad I selected Henderson Plumbing for our remodel. Dave did a fantastic job at our home and was ALWAYS on-time. In fact, he usually arrived a few minutes BEFORE our scheduled appointment time. Also, because Dave lives in the neighborhood, he understands the complexities of the older homes. Dave is efficient, but does not do a rush job.

Since then, Dave has answered any questions promptly. We are currently looking at installing a dishwasher (the house didn't come with one). Dave was willing to look at my choices and give me a recommendation on a dishwasher.

On top of everything else, Dave is very personable, making him a joy to work with.

Abel took the time to explain the cost saving options and to break down the technical issues with our water heater. He went through a whole list of small changes to try before exploring costly repairs or replacements. He offered to come fix the heater on a Saturday because his next week was booked and didn't want us to go without hot water. I felt like I was in good hands and most importantly he fixed the issue that I had our contractors come out to fix twice!

Tried to line up services, sent over pictures that they requested, and I then never heard from them anymore. I don't recommend them.

Garbage disposal stopped working and sink was backed up over the Labor Day weekend.  I couldn't cook or run the dishwasher.  Called, left a VM on Sunday and Jaime texted me back within 30 minutes.  He said he could drop by the next day at 10:30-11:00. Mind you, that was the Labor Day Monday!  He showed up on time and got to work replacing the broken disposal with another one I had bought from one of the big box stores.  Unplanned but he was also able to fix an old toilet at the same visit.  All for a reasonable price.  

Very grateful for his responsiveness and professionalism.  I've found my go to plumber now and I know my old house will have something for him come back for another visit...hopefully not soon.

I had Jim out to my home recently to help with a gas line problem.  He was very responsive and when he did come out to my house he knew his stuff. He quickly diagnosed the issue and charged my very fairly.  Great doing business with a local, I am sure it won't be our last!

I have been a customer of Stan's since 1996 and while I have always thought their service was exceptional tonight really proved that to be true.  At 7:45 PM I realized my air conditioning was not working.  I called Stan's emergency number and left a message.  In less than an hour Steve returned my call and told me he would be by to determine the problem when he finished the call he was on.  In approximately 2 hours Steve called to say he was on his way and arrived in less than 10 minutes.  In 30 minutes Steve replaced the bad capacitor and the cooling began!  I am so impressed and very grateful that the problem was resolved so quickly.  Big kudos to Steve - professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Graham and Ollie helped me out when I couldn't get my old faucet off.  They removed and replaced it for me with one I bought and they found a valve problem and fixed it too. Very courteous, efficient, and a job well done. Thanks!

We had a leak issue and had to shut off the water. They had a cancellation and were able to respond the same day. Kirk was very easy to work with, flexible, knowledgable and professional. He replaced the under-sink valves in the kitchen and also took care of a drain issue and toilet issue while he was there. Their prices are very reasonable. Overall a great experience.

This company is simply fantastic. I had gone through 4 plumbers since early February and had spent over $1,000 without a remedy for the lack of hot water in my Grohe shower system. I had shown all the other plumbers the Grohe product literature that had instructions on how it's done, but I was ignored. One plumbing company sent me a salesman instead of a plumber to push for a complete new system. Raymond came today and looked at the instructions and voila I have hot water again. He was also a very pleasant person and he saved me a bunch of
money since I don't need to replace the whole system.

So I don't know about this customer service other reviewers speak of.  I called this company for bath fixture installation on Tuesday, nobody answered so I left a detailed message in the voice mail with the job description and my contact information. I heard nothing back so Wednesday evening i went to the company website and completed the contact request form, again with a detailed message and my contact information, still no response.  I tend to give the benefit of the doubt more than i should and decided to try one more time using the yelp request quote which touts 2 hour response time at 100%, still no reply.  So after 3 tries in 3 days I am finally giving up.  I understand it may have been a small job and not worth their time, i get the weather was bad and they may have been busy but it doesn't take a whole lot of time to just make a quick call or respond to an email or quote request to say hey we are swamped and can't get to you.

Fuentes Tile tackled three full bathrooms and kitchen tile for us, and we feel extremely fortunate we were able to work with them. Tile was a big investment on our project, and we knew we needed someone very talented to do the work to our satisfaction. When we met with Olvin and described the work, it was clear he was knowledgeable, very experienced, and the right person for the job.

Olvin and Ramon are excellent at tile work and very nice people too. They work efficiently, they were respectful of our home and other workers, and they are very detailed. For instance, we were pleasantly surprised to see them working with laser levels -- we are very picky, and they were able to exceed our expectations. They even made some adjustments for us to ensure we were completely satisfied with the finished product.

I don't normally write reviews, but Fuentes Tile is just that good. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any tile project. Of all of the many contractors we hired on our full remodel, they were our favorite!

We discovered a leak after coming back from vacation. I contacted Scott from Spot-On Plumbing after the water mitigation company found the source and he came the same day, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it promptly. He was knowledgable, upfront, and was able to identify other major and minor issues that were the cause of the leak. I'd highly recommend Scott to anyone who needs repairs done efficiently!

And you know what I say? Nick at Union Jack Plumbing ROCKS!!! - and you can Quote me on that!

Why? 54 ea. 5 Star reviews SAYS IT ALL...but I'll say it again;
1.) Personable customer service,
2.) Prompt and dependable,
3.) He gives thoughful explainations you can actually understand!
4.) Fair pricing with efficient work.

He replaced the following;
- 3 toilets (from cheap Vitromex 'builder brand' that are only worth the $22 he prolly spend on them) with awesome Eco-Drake 1.28 gpf model. No more back-ups for me to clean-up!
- Unclogged a 'shower insert' where we had no hot water in the guest shower. No more pissed off MIL for me...yea!!!
-  A leaky drain valve on a hot water heater - so I did not have to replace the whole hot water heater!!
And since I like nicknames...I recommended he be called Nick-the-Quick...but sadly, he declined.....something about 'other implications'...Oh, well....I tried!

After all why would you use some plumber that was your BIL's BFF from grade school?
