Brad is great! I've had him to my house twice to help with plumbing issues. He's meticulous and thorough and somehow also pretty fast. He also takes the time to explain things to you and is a very nice person.

My jobs included installation of new garbage disposal, unclog tub, new toilet mechanisms, fix tub issue with water from shower, and install new kitchen faucet. Brad always helps me know what to purchase in advance, and he is thoughtful about not over-spending. He also has some basics in his truck, which he used this last time around to fix some issues.

His rates are reasonable and the work is first-rate. I'll definitely use Brad's services again.

Couldn't solve my problem. No charge.  Recommend another plumbing company that could help me out.  Called him later to discuss replacement of my water heater and recommended I fix it using the other company.

After calling 4 other plumbers and getting 4d+ expectations for a Plumber Rooter-Man answered and was able to have someone out immediately for a leak we found that day. I didn't have a complex issue but it was still great service, quick, professional, and thorough review of what happened and how to prevent. Would recommend and use in the future.

My main water line valve broke during the infamous Austin winter freeze and I didn't even realize it. My water pressure was low, my sprinklers weren't working, and my grass was dying.  It sucked.  At first, I thought it was an issue with the sprinkler.  Nope.  Next I thought it was my sprinkler water lines....nope.  At that point I gave up and called up some plumbers to get an estimate.  Most of the plumbers quoted in the 700+ range for a replacement....and other fees in some instances. In rare instances, the plumbers never called back.  Welcome to Austin.  

Thankfully, I was able to connect with Capital City Plumbing and they quoted in the expected range (~500ish).  I replaced my valve with PEI to prevent another burst if another freeze were to come to Austin.  The work was complete on time, exactly as quoted, and I was happy.  No more water pressure issues.  Thank you!

These folks are amazing - I called them when another plumber recommended them for my particular situation and not only did they answer right off the bat they came within an hour or so - it was awesome! They fixed the issue, explained what was going on, and were as personable, on time and professional as all get out. Heavily recommended!

I needed someone to come out within 24 hours to identify a problem and A&T responded quickly and professionally. Chris came out, was able tp identify the issue, and clearly explained what needed to be done. They were kind, professional, and quick. Thanks A&T, we will be calling y'all again.

Abel installed a tankless water heater for me and repaired a leak.

He did an excellent job. The whole time, he came off as an honest person trying to go good, helpful work. He's in a class of few contractors.

The leak he repaired was something that started unexpectedly and when I text him, he dropped what he was doing and said he was on the way.

Tried to line up services, sent over pictures that they requested, and I then never heard from them anymore. I don't recommend them.

We first met Jaime about 8 years ago when he was hired by our contractor to do the plumbing for a new addition on our central Austin home.  He did all the work for a new master bath, added a tankless water heater and removed old cast iron plumbing from our 1940s home.  Two years later he came back to reroute the plumbing in our guest bath.  He did great work with both jobs and we never had any issues while we lived there.

In 2019, I referred him to a friend who was experiencing a plumbing emergency at his rental.  My friend was super impressed with Jaime's responsiveness and work and was incredibly thankful to have found an honest, trustworthy plumber to help out during an incredibly stressful time.

And in February 2021, we had a pipe break in our new home after the major freeze.  We were panicked that we wouldn't be able to get it fixed timely since it seemed like everyone else in Austin was dealing with the same issue, but Jaime came to the rescue the next day and fixed the busted pipe.

In the 8 years we have called on Jaime, every single experience was top notch. I don't know what I appreciate the most about him: his professionalism, the prompt communication, the excellent work or how wonderfully nice and pleasant he is. The fact that we have been able to call on him to work on every single home we have owned in Austin really speaks volumes about the quality of his business and his work.  Thank you, Jaime, for always being there for us when we need you. I called Republic Pipeworks because I needed a new hot water heater. Jim came to my house checked everything out and had it replaced with a brand new one for a GREAT price.  I would recommend Republic Pipeworks to anyone!

Always trusting and follow through with scheduled appointments. They were very thorough in their routine check and in their explanation of what they did.

We had a job that involved a radiant floor heating system that most plumbers wouldn't touch (and the ones that had, messed it up) but the Plumb Doctors were able to trouble-shoot and get to the bottom of an issue that had been plaguing us for months! Thank you again!!

I called a few companies, thunderbird was not the lowest, but close.  They recommended the Bradford White unit as a good brand, which is what we replaced and has served us very well.  Mostly I was having the install done because my heater didn't have a drip pan, and my heater was old.

Back to the install, so very professional.  He replaced all the lines with new color coded lines, installed the pan and drain, and of course the heater.  Way more professional than my original install.  And could not ask for a nicer guy to talk to during the install, very patient with my questions.

Mark was a lifesaver. He was willing to come to my house late Saturday night to fix a burst pipe (I had tried calling 2 other companies that wouldn't/couldn't do it).

He was honest, polite, and helpful. Definitely will call him again!

Olvin Fuentes and partner did an outstanding work on the replacement of my kitchen tile backsplash.  Tile pattern matching around corners was spot-on!  Installation around six outlets/switched was exact.  There is NOTHING in their precision work that could be improved, and I expect perfection!

Broke my spigot on the side of my house. Spot-on was out here quickly and very communicative about prices and the prices to complete the project correctly.

Called Nick in the morning and he made it by that day!  Not only did he fix my original plumbing problem, he also fixed another issue I had forgotten about.  Nick's a funny professional guy.  I highly recommend giving him a ring if you have any plumbing issues!
