Best Plumbing Services in Austin, TX
Prompt response. Plumber made the suggestion to purchase a faucet replacement ahead of time, which was a good idea. We could pick what we wanted and reduce the amount of the plumber's time we were charged for. We were very happy with the work that was done.

Technicians showed up on time ... completed the removal and replacement of 2 toilets. The guys did a superb job ... kept everything clean and kept us informed about their progress

Thanks Gilbert for your quick and thorough repair of our toilet. You only fixed what needed to be fixed and you explained everything to me before, during and after the process. I was very impressed with your work ethic and demeanor and I will be sure to call you again and I will recommend you highly to others.

David and Kirk were a great help. Things got off to a rocky start, but David (the owner) was accountable and made everything right at no additional cost. As a homeowner for many years, I've run into my fair share of issues with contractors of this nature and haven't had favorable results in taking ownership the way David did. The value of them to come through on their word is HUGE.

EZ Flow was great! My shower handle broke and I only have one bathroom in my little place so it was a bit of an emergency. Theo was able to come out the same day I called. The plumbing was a little wonky due to poor installation, but he got it working with an interim fix. He and Ryan returned a few days later to finish out the job once I picked out my new trim. The team was very nice and did great work. I would definitely recommend EZ Flow to folks in the Round Rock/Pflugerville area.

Huge props to Gerry and Daniel! I am a woefully lacking homeowner and had no idea how to even explain my issue other than the sprinkler system wasn't working. Gerry took the time to dig a hole and sort through the issue. Not only that but when I told him I had to leave by 11 he came through and finished with 5mins to spare.
Hugely appreciative of A&T, and we would absolutely use them again for any plumbing needs!

Must preface my review with stating that I hate having anything to do with having either a plumber or an electrician in my home. This is tantamount to getting a root canal. That being said, Dave Henderson made this experience as painless as possible. Having dealt with the world famous torture device of a dripping faucet for 6 months plus a few handymen/plumbers who had devised quick fixes only to have the dripping come back. I was skeptical, but I called Dave Henderson to help me. Wow, he made it seem so easy. He was professional & quick. Very often experience is overlooked or taken for granted. Having had to deal with my own little torture camp, made me realize that it is worth getting an experienced professional to do the job right. Daves customer service is amazing. Will actually sit down with you and educate you about your water system. Not many plumbers are as transparent with their knowledge, or eager to help save you money. Thanks Dave!

Abel took the time to explain the cost saving options and to break down the technical issues with our water heater. He went through a whole list of small changes to try before exploring costly repairs or replacements. He offered to come fix the heater on a Saturday because his next week was booked and didn't want us to go without hot water. I felt like I was in good hands and most importantly he fixed the issue that I had our contractors come out to fix twice!

If I could give Braulio six stars, I would. Our water heater started leaking badly this week; it was a nightmare scenario, especially since I don't know anything about plumbing and leaking water kinda freaks me out.
He asked me to text him some pics and quickly diagnosed the issue (we needed a new water heater).
He was out here the next morning, had it replaced in a few hours for a fair price, and did some extra work on our pipes at no additional charge.
Can't recommend him highly enough. THANK YOU.

We had them out recently to try and figure out why we had a puddle in our yard. He was quick to get back to us, and we loved that he was located in Manor. We also appreciated his knowledge and honesty when he correctly stated that it was a problem with the city's water line. We will for sure hire him again if we ever have another need for a plumber.

Another plumber told me that I needed to replace my water heater. One of the thermostats and elements had gone bad. Jim was able to replace the parts without costing me the expense of getting a new water heater. I was so happy not to have to pay thousands of dollars. Jim is truly a nice person and knows a lot about plumbing. He's very easy to talk with and takes the time to diagnose the problem and make sure everything is in good shape. At every step he explained what he was doing and why it was necessary. You won't go wrong if you call Jim.

BEWARE! STAN'S IS A COMPLETE RIPOFF! SHADY COMPANY!
I wanted to try and get ahead of the rising electric bills and saw Stan's Whole House Approach and thought I would give it a try. They sent Jordan Kharazi to my house and this guy has zero customer service. What a complete jerk. He was very pushy and told me it included insullation, air duct sealing, sealing vents and sealing the windows. I decided to do it, but later found out they do not seal the windows. It was $1422 for the house and duct seal, $607 to replace the intake pletum, and $1228 to bring the attic insulation up to R38. I almost didn't do it, but this super nice guy named Shannon stepped in and was able to answer a lot of my questions. After a lof of back and forth and effort on ym part we finally got everything completed, except for the final walkthrough they kept telling me about. I inquired about it a few times, but no one ever came back out so I gave up.
It is tax time and I saw I could make a deduction for energy savings. I needed Stan's to give me a break out between what they charge for materials vs. labor. Stan's refused to give me the break out. Mr. Jerk Jordan Kharazi reahed out to tell me this and said he didn't know what else to tell me or who else to talk to. I contacted Shannon and he contacted their accounting team and they said the same thing. I took a look at some of the material costs and it does look like I got completely ripped off. I haven't seen any reduction in my electric bill either. What a waste of money! Avoid doing business with Stan's!

I called Plumb Doctors to get a second opinion on a big plumbing repair that another plumber told me was needed. Plumb Doctors' normal business appointments were booked for the next week so I agreed to the extra cost of an after-hours appointment and they came out the same day - in the evening. As he arrived, Marc called me to get the background info (I couldn't be there) then he went to work. He called back later with the news that he couldn't complete the job due to broken equipment. However, between the two of us, we had enough information to discuss the situation and make an educated plan of action that avoided the big repair the other plumber had recommended. Even with the broken equipment, I got exactly what I was hoping for: a professional second opinion that helped me manage the situation in a more reasonable way saving me time, money and inconvenience. I would have gladly paid for the service but to my surprise, Marc said there would be no charge because of the equipment issue. What more could I ask for? Five stars!

Found a gas leak near my water heater. Kirk came out same day and took care of the problem in a jiffy at a very reasonable price. Very easy to work with, fast response, and quality work. He even showed me where the damage was that caused the leak in the first place. Would definitely use them again.

After several months, I wanna finally write my review.
I needed a shower valve soldered in. I called a bunch of other companies (some never returned my phone calls. Guess they already got enough business). Many of them quoted me $200 - $400 just for the solder (the wall was already open).
Thunderbird Plumbing charged me less than $200 do to the job. They worked with my work schedule and Raymond called to confirm the appointment. He did an excellent job, even took the time to explain how to correctly measure and cut the tub spout after finishing my tile job (which I did myself).
I highly recommend Thunderbird Plumbing when it comes to quality, cost and courtesy.

Mark is awesome. I'm a contractor and have a handyman business as well. I've used Pure a few times and have recommended him often to my social circle. He has always been solid on my work and the feedback I have gotten. Its rare to find a contractor that is not only skilled but professional. Pure is that. I know I don't have to worry about his work or doing what he says. Awesome.

Fantastic company. They do great work at a more than fair price. They respond to messages quickly. They clean up their mess. They work quickly and instead of using epoxy to repair the tiles, the replace the whole tiles. Amazing! Olvin will take care of you. Do not let the tile stores try to talk you into letting them handle the install. Buy your stuff and call Fuentes! You will NOT regret it.

I was able to get an estimate for a static test for the drain lines in advance. Scott came the next day with a very short notice (because we had problems reaching the tenants). Scott did the test professionally and sent the results via email immediately. I really appreciate his help and would recommend his service to anyone.

I've never met a plumber, or any repair guy, as good as this guy. First, he can fix frickin' ANYTHING. Second, he does it fast, and has the parts with him. Third, his prices are usually lower than other estimates. He responds to service requests right away, even if he can't do it (a rarity), and he gives you a one-hour arrival window (not two, not four), and then arrives on time, every time. The first time he came, he took less than an hour to fix the problem, but since I was paying for an hour, he spent the rest of the time going around the house fixing other little plumbing issues until his time was up. He's polite and explains what he's doing quickly and clearly, and why you might or might not choose to do some repair. I've never had a better plumber, I can't recommend him highly enough.
