Best Plumbing Services in Austin, TX
Felt very comfortable with Brad and his assessment of my issues. He was honest and was pointed out what the problem was and how he would recommend fixing it. I didn't feel that I was being over charged or things were being added as I have felt with other plumbers in the past. I will recommend him to others and call him in the future.

By FAR the best experience we have ever had with a plumber. Responsive, upfront, quality work. If you need a plumber in the Cedar Park area - zero reason to call anyone else.

I have used many plumbers in Austin over the years and Blue Dragon is by far the best. My plumbing needs are usually immediate - broken pipe, leaks, etc, and I've had to go with who's available. I can honestly say, if Blue Dragon can meet your time needs, that's your choice. Gilbert did mention that he's hired another excellent plumber because of the customer demand, and he did come out the same day for my latest call. Why do I say Blue Dragon is the best? First of all, the basics - efficient, professional, well skilled, reasonable costs. More importantly, he's smart and can problem solve. To me, that's most important.

We needed our drains cleared in a bad way...with Christmas coming up, and lots of company, I wanted it done! Eddie came on a Saturday sooner than he had said he would be there, cleaned the drains (girls hair is a killer!) and was very friendly and happy to help us out. We had called other companies and told we would have to wait until next week. Eddie came and took care of us. Will definitely call them again!

Wow, excellent company. Prompt, honest and affordable, will be using for everything pluming here on out. Support Local and good people.
Also there is a handy tracking-text feature they use to let you know where your plumber is, so nice.

Ok, so my wife was in labor. Her contractions were pretty far apart, so the doctor sent us home and told us to get some rest. Instead of getting rest, we decided to do some laundry, which is a totally normal thing when you're nesting.
Of course our drains chose this day to start spewing water all over our bathrooms when the washing machine drained, so I called these guys up. Bill and Brian were at at our house within 30 minutes and fixed everything in about an hour, well before we had to head to the hospital and deliver a baby. These guys saved the day for us, because my wife really didn't need to have sewer drainage on her mind while trying to give birth.
Thanks!

Great experience! Colin came to fix a broken toilet and was able to do it in a timely manner and has followed up to make sure I haven't had any other problems. Very friendly and professional. I highly recommend for anyone, but especially for folks who feel helpless when it comes to plumbing and need someone reliable to call.

While on a business trip in Los Angeles I got a call that water was gushing from under my rent house. Minor panic, I felt totally helpless. Called Dave and he went right out and took care of it. He turned a major problem into a minor inconvenience. I also was able to pay him when I got back. Cannot sing his praises loud enough.

Haven't been able to get ahold of Abel after he came out to fix our main valve after the storm. Once he left, we immediately had pressure/flow issues.
Have called, texted, voicemail is full.

Thanks Braulio

Came across a small water leak on the main line coming into the house...I was happy to see that Jamie lives in my neighborhood, I mean...how much more local can you get...He showed up in about 30 minutes, gave me what I thought was a very fair quote and got to work...job was wrapped up in about 4-5 hours and was please with the whole process...Looks like we have a new Plumber that I wouldnt hesitate to call for my needs.

We needed a new water heater (our old one was ancient and on its last legs). Jim was super responsive (same-day), and came out and gave us a very reasonable quote the following day. Our job was certainly not run of the mill, as the previous owners of our home definitely made shortcuts versus keeping things up to code. Despite the project taking much longer than he anticipated, the cost did not change. We feel super confident that the work Jim did will last for years to come. Also, he is a very friendly and affable guy - full of fun facts and interesting stories! He runs his business with honesty and integrity. Thanks again Jim!

I love Stan's HVAC. Believe me, it's worth the price to get your house treated right! We've wasted our time/money/poor service with home warranty companies. Stan's is worth every penny!
Chris, who arrived early/on time, looked at our heating unit for its' yearly checkup. He's knowledgeable, professional, with a great attitude. He explained to me our heating unit. In addition, he gave me tips on caring for our AC units. Like where to pour vinegar down the tube, etc.
Turns out, I'd been pouring bleach or vinegar down the wrong tube. *This is VERY important to do in Austin, once a month, while it's running. Especially, if your AC units drain into your sink. If the p-trap gets stopped up, it can cause the sink to fill/back up with water and overflow. No big deal, unless this happens when you're on vacation for several weeks.
This tip alone could prevent flooding in your house. Along with keeping the drain/p-trao clear with a plastic snake, regularly changing your air filters, and also, even putting vinegar down your sink drain, connected to the AC drain. :-)
Chris even instructed me on how to clean out our AC units outside, and WHERE to turn off the electric running them, to avoid getting electrocuted.
Thank you Chris and Stan's!

I'm very confused about my experience today.
The issue is my water heater won't turn on. The water heater is fine, with no leaks and no gas smell; it's the electric control box that won't work. We did make sure our breaker in the house works, and the electricity everywhere else works. Water heaters aren't like phones or computers, and you can't just plug them in somewhere else to test them.
I went to yelp! I had seen the yelp reviews were good; I went to the website and put in a web request. I didn't want the emergency plumbing appointment, and I did not call. But it was early in the morning when I put the web request in.
First positive, I got a great response back in an email. It was cheerful, had great information, gave me a number to call, and said, 'we only do onsite quotes' and 'let's schedule you for a quote. Perfect! This is great!
So I called. I was on hold for a long time. Then a woman answered, and I told her what was going on, I explained I put in a web request, and I got an email response to schedule for it, and I needed the quote and what was wrong with the water heater.
Now, it's very possible, and I'll contend this, that I said that quickly and she didn't understand me. That's why I'm giving this rating 3 stars and not 1 for the situation. This could be my fault for not speaking more carefully initially. Yet, whatever it was, I didn't get any probing questions, or What's your name, ma'am or anything to see if I put in a request.
Her response was, Ummmm, hmmm, let me see if we even do that, I was on hold a long time again. When she returned, she sounded more confused than I felt as I wrote this.
Well, we only go out to the property, and we would have to look at it, and then we would determine if we could even fix it or if it has to be replaced.
I know that. At the beginning of the call, I told her I had gotten the email. I was calling to schedule as the email said. Why is she confused? Why doesn't she know how it works if she works there?
I said, Yeah, I figured that's what you would do.
She says, again sounding completely confused, Well, um, let's schedule you, but um, I have to tell you something to make sure you understand.
Okay.
We can only come out during the emergency hours, so it's going to be more money.
I did explain that I didn't want the emergency hours; that's why I put in the request. She told me they might be able to maybe see me sometime next week. She did it with the tone of someone about to tell you, no, we can't, the next second. Are they that busy, or is it me?
I don't get it. The reviews are great, the email was great, and the owner looks great, but if the person taking the orders isn't sure how to do an order or how the order works, how do I know it will be booked correctly?
I told her I'd call back, but I'm unsure if I will. I was left confused and unsure after that call. I thought I'd leave this review, at least. Maybe it's a weird day. Anyway, that's my experience.

What an awesome customer service, I can't thank everyone enough. Meghan, was so nice and helpful to begin with, she made the whole process and communication seamless. Wyatt, was the guy who helped us and he was so awesome and made sure everything was done to perfection.
They accommodated us last minute, for which I am so grateful for and we are in altogether different state, still they had the patience and handled everything very professionally.
Definitely for any of our future needs will be reaching out to them. And certainly recommend this company. Keep up the awesome work!!

Jeff and Raymond replaced the water heater in our attic . It was a tricky job. I can't say enough about what a great job they did. On time, professional, and fairly priced. These guys are tops.

Great service from Mark. I've hired him a few times for various plumbing jobs. He does good quality work and has been quite generous with his time. He has a good manner and is good at explaining the issues, and he has really gone the extra mile for us. I highly recommend Pure Plumbing.

Awesome job by Olvin and his crew. They were quick, punctual, and professional. We contacted several flooring folks and they were the most reasonable. Had tile installed in bedroom, stairs, and upstairs and they got it done quickly. I would definitely recommend.

Scott did an amazing job with my leaking pipe in my garage. I messaged him at 11pm on Friday night and he responded in real-time and was able to come out the next day. He also helped me with trying to get me maximum coverage with my insurance and even gave me a discount when they didn't cover the repairs. 5/5 would recommend Scott again!

Just had the best experience with this kind man. We spent at least total 30 min on the phone he was trying to help me fix my plumbing issues without even having to come out!!! What a nice man. Unfortunately, I did need him to come install a brand new garage disposal. We was so friendly, fast, efficient and fair with his pricing. He's doing all his precautions (N-95) mask and if you've been sick recently or out of the country he won't see you at the moment (fair). Highly recommend
