Garbage company. Incredibly unprofessional on the phone and disrespectful. I guess you are what you clean.

Proven plumbing replaced a bathtub, shower valve, and toilet for us and they were fantastic. They quickly arranged to come out and give a quote (and they showed up)! The quote was very reasonable compared to some of the outrageous quotes we were getting. They weren't the cheapest, but were knowledgeable and seemed reliable, so we went with them. The work required some rework of the pipes under the tub once they got it out and the 2 guys were quick to run to Home Depot and rework what they needed to. The job took longer and an extra trip to HD, but they didn't charge more and the guys communicated exactly what they were doing and showed us. They quoted and were okay coming out twice as the fixtures and toilet can't be installed until tile is done. Very happy we hired Proven and will definitely contact them for future work.

They just left my house and I am so glad that I called them.
My toilet started leaking from between the tank and the commode and after a trip to Home Depot and an hour and a half of frustration, I gave up. It was a ridiculously easy repair, but I didn't have the time and patience to troubleshoot it.
Gilbert and Mark arrived within 30 minutes of my initial call and were completely professional and very willing to help me with my malfunction. They were very quick and explained to me what I had done wrong, and what they had done to fix it.
The charge was less than expected and totally fair. Sometimes it is so wonderful to just pay someone who has the skills and knowledge to do something right.
I will definitely call them and refer friends to them. I really appreciate that they were so nice about taking on my easy job.
THANKS GUYS!!!

We rent and needed to have our toilet replaced, and despite a frustrating situation of working in the middle with our landlord, Eddie did great work. He was honest and efficient and even offered direct on-call contact for Saturday in the event we weren't able to get the go ahead we needed to have the work done today (Friday).
Once we had the go ahead, Eddie was quick to get a toilet purchased and installed for us. He was friendly, personable, and thorough. In general our experience with Rooter-Man was great, and I would absolutely recommend their work

I had a mysterious water leak in my rental property (like 25,000 gallons a month), and Capital City came to try to find it, and they couldn't find it. This was largely because my renter had the flu (which could have been covid) so the plumber was in a bit of a hurry to check the inside, and spent most of his time looking for trouble outside. My renter told the plumber he was SURE that it was not the toilets, so the plumber only briefly looked at the bowl in each toilet and moved on. (Also worth noting is that my renter does a lot of cryptocurrency mining, and those machines are LOUD, so it's not a surprise that the plumber did not HEAR any water running.)
Capital City recommended a specialty plumber that uses sonar equipment. They came out and instantly found that the guest toilet (in a bathroom my renter never uses) was actually at fault, and then, since they are fancy specialists, they charged me THREE TIMES AS MUCH as Capital City had. The plumber at Capital City was VERY embarrassed about this, and told me to forward the report and invoice from the specialists to him. Capital City has promised to send me a check to refund me 100% for BOTH his initial visit and for the payment I made to the specialty plumber.
They didn't have to do a full refund. Clearly it would make sense that I should pay SOMETHING to have professionals find the leak, but this is an honest and honorable company and they said it's only right that I should be fully compensated, as penance for their mistake. I think that is absolutely EPIC.
I now have a go-to plumber FOR LIFE, both for my rental property and for my own house.

Noticed that I had water leaking from behind a wall that bordered the hot water heater. Bill and Henry came out and quickly diagnosed the problem as a leak on the manifold. They were fantastic with communication and got it fixed in no time! Highly recommend. Thank you so much Bill and Henry!!!

This is really a four and a half star review. We have used A & T plumbing about 3 years ago to fix a water pipe leak UNDER ourdriveway and they did a great job (5 stars).
We had another water leak (in a different part of the driveway and not related to the repair 3 yrs ago). We called them out and I had to deduct something because the first plumber they sent was really bad and in WAY over his head. He actually made things worse. It turns out he had recently started with the company and had moved to Texas and over sold his credentials to the company. It happens, I get it. Sometimes, people aren't what they say they are.
Bad stuff happens all the time, but it's how you address the problems and fix it that is more important.
Don, the supervisor, took over and got it fixed. Despite the rest of the plumbers on jobs and booked out over 1 week, he was able to get a team of people to come over and ultimately fix the issue. Don himself was out here late on a weekend evening when an emergency issue happened (from the first guy) and he took care of it. So, the way Don and A&T plumbing took ownership of the initial mistake and fixed the issue was really commendable.
Hopefully, we will not need them in the future, but if we do, we will be using A&T for our plumbing needs.

David was great! He was very quick, courteous and did a great job fixing the pipe my husband (who is no longer allowed to do any more DIY plumbing) broke. Will be using Henderson Plumbing for all future plumbing needs. Glad we found a reliable plumber.

Haven't been able to get ahold of Abel after he came out to fix our main valve after the storm. Once he left, we immediately had pressure/flow issues.
Have called, texted, voicemail is full.

Amazing service when every other plumbing company tried to rip me off. Super fast, very reasonable, and incredibly nice. Would highly recommend.

We first met Jaime about 8 years ago when he was hired by our contractor to do the plumbing for a new addition on our central Austin home. He did all the work for a new master bath, added a tankless water heater and removed old cast iron plumbing from our 1940s home. Two years later he came back to reroute the plumbing in our guest bath. He did great work with both jobs and we never had any issues while we lived there.
In 2019, I referred him to a friend who was experiencing a plumbing emergency at his rental. My friend was super impressed with Jaime's responsiveness and work and was incredibly thankful to have found an honest, trustworthy plumber to help out during an incredibly stressful time.
And in February 2021, we had a pipe break in our new home after the major freeze. We were panicked that we wouldn't be able to get it fixed timely since it seemed like everyone else in Austin was dealing with the same issue, but Jaime came to the rescue the next day and fixed the busted pipe.
In the 8 years we have called on Jaime, every single experience was top notch. I don't know what I appreciate the most about him: his professionalism, the prompt communication, the excellent work or how wonderfully nice and pleasant he is. The fact that we have been able to call on him to work on every single home we have owned in Austin really speaks volumes about the quality of his business and his work. Thank you, Jaime, for always being there for us when we need you. You are the best!!!

We needed a new water heater (our old one was ancient and on its last legs). Jim was super responsive (same-day), and came out and gave us a very reasonable quote the following day. Our job was certainly not run of the mill, as the previous owners of our home definitely made shortcuts versus keeping things up to code. Despite the project taking much longer than he anticipated, the cost did not change. We feel super confident that the work Jim did will last for years to come. Also, he is a very friendly and affable guy - full of fun facts and interesting stories! He runs his business with honesty and integrity. Thanks again Jim!

We euphemistically refer to them as SCAMS!
It is the same routine on every service call.
Since they had installed our A.C. we had them out to service it. They made clear that it would be $117 for the call to be applied to the work. The tech was happy to tell us: the unit is under warrantee and it would not cost a dime.
Great I said: have at it.
30 minutes later I was presented with a bill of $370 for service and freon and a bid for $1465 to switch out the coil. What happened to not a dime? The tech explained that his supervisor had called and he was wrong. The bill stood. I gave him a check for the $117 as originally agreed and sent him on his way.
Miraculously, he showed up at my door again 45 minutes later. His supervisor had spoken to Carrier and we were luckily back to not a dime
When our second until went out a year later, we figured we knew the routine. We called Scams and were careful to define the $117 service call procedure. We would get and estimate in writing to fix the system before we were committed another dime
The tech spent 30 minutes outside and in the attic and then (after considerable prodding for a commitment) gave me a bid for $902. This would be $572 for freon and $212 for a level four leak check! ANOTHER DIAGNOSTIC.
He could not tell me if it would work. It was just the next step.
He was aggravated that I would not sign the service order. I tried to explain that I had a specific agreement to pay 117 for a bid to fix. (not an option to perform more tests)
He was on his way and told me the service manager would call to explain.
I only got a call from their collection department asking for the $117.
The good news:
3 days and two service calls later: Salome from Air Medic in Cedar Creek climbed out of a nice clean van, diagnosed a hole in the coil in 20 minutes, sodered it and I have been cool ever since.
With the cost of Freon $285!

Plumb Doctors came out and replaced our bathroom sink fixture. The next day we noticed a slow leak from sink pipe underneath and also the stopper was flaky/quickly broke. Now the stopper is not functional at all. The water pressure was also lower than it was previously. We were not impressed and decided rather than have them come out again, we will fix it ourselves or call another plumber.

I have Plumb & Order after searching around for a while. Their quote is reasonable, and shown up as planned on the installation date. They did a decent installation, and my hot water runs normal again. Post installation, they did a follow up to address some little tiny issues that my water heater runs as efficiently as possible. Thanks to Plumb & Order team.

I called Thunderbird because they have a 5 star rating, and now I'm adding yet another 5 stars. Ted was very pleasant over the phone and even though I know he was busy, he took time to let me explain the issue I was having. He gave me a rough idea of what he thought it might cost then, about a half hour later, he was here working on my water heater. His estimate was right on and it didn't take him much time at all to get everything fixed.
And, as a much appreciated bonus, he was neat and clean - not a dirty, saggy pants, plumber! Thanks so much, Ted!

Mark is a plumbing wizard! We will be forever grateful for his immediate response and accurate, fast work. Our pipes burst in two places following snovid in mid-Feb and Mark visited us twice to repair - once even driving in the terrible snow to help his community. He is polite, informative, cool under pressure, fast, incredibly skilled and fair.
Couldn't recommend Mark and Pure Plumbing enough!

Olvin did the floor and shower wall tile for two of our bathrooms. We got several quotes and we chose to go with Olvin for multiple reasons: his quote was very reasonable and properly itemized, he provided suggestions on our design, he offered rational ways to change things while keeping the budget limit intact. But the 5-star review is for his work afterwards. We had read reviews of him being detail oriented, and those were spot on. He had different people work with him on various days, but he was the constant every single day and even working alone for 9 straight hours on one of the days just because he was running late and wanted to keep the target completion date. Apart from this, the other big point for us was that he was exceptionally polite and respectful. At the end of it, his work has been very well done.
I would highly highly recommend Olvin to anyone looking for remodeling.
PS: I think some photos of the work are already uploaded

Scott did an amazing job with my leaking pipe in my garage. I messaged him at 11pm on Friday night and he responded in real-time and was able to come out the next day. He also helped me with trying to get me maximum coverage with my insurance and even gave me a discount when they didn't cover the repairs. 5/5 would recommend Scott again!

Just had the best experience with this kind man. We spent at least total 30 min on the phone he was trying to help me fix my plumbing issues without even having to come out!!! What a nice man. Unfortunately, I did need him to come install a brand new garage disposal. We was so friendly, fast, efficient and fair with his pricing. He's doing all his precautions (N-95) mask and if you've been sick recently or out of the country he won't see you at the moment (fair). Highly recommend
