My toilet wasn't flushing properly so I call Brad. Brad was punctual and honest. He came out to take a look and found that it was the sewer lines backing up for the entire building. Since this was an HOA issue, it could not be fixed due to HOA rules that the homeowner cannot fix or repair something that is HOA's responsibility so I put in a work order and referred him to the Management Company in hopes that they will hire him for the job. I would recommend Brad to anyone.

By FAR the best experience we have ever had with a plumber. Responsive, upfront, quality work. If you need a plumber in the Cedar Park area - zero reason to call anyone else.

Gilbert arrived promptly, was polite and worked quickly. He quickly assessed the situation and realized he wasn't able to fix my issue with the tools he had.  So, he referred me to a service that could.  In the end, he refunded the service charge for his trip out. Thanks Gilbert.  That was an upstanding move.

Called Rooter-Man for a sewer clean-out because our house plumbing had backed up the night before. They sent someone to my house within a few hours. The service tech was Aaron and he was polite, courteous and did a good job with the clean-out. This was the second time in 6 months we had to call a plumber to because of a sewer back-up. First time we called RotoRooter - they cleared the block but charged a boatload for the service call. Aaron also discovered a root issue in in the sewer pipe between our house and the street, which is why it backed up again. His boss, David, is coming out today to give me an estimate to get that fixed. Also, the price of the Rooter-Man service call was significantly less than RotoRooter. Aaron's a pro and I'm very happy with Rooter-Man so far,

Thank you EZ team for coming out and helping me on my job. I had a clog that eventually turned into a leak. Out of all the office assistants that I've spoke to, Melva was the most personable out of everyone. She was very professional and easy going. I loved talking to her. She even taught me some baseball history! She scheduled her team THREE days out as compared to the 14 days from the other companies.

Day of service: Theo and team were able to fix my problem. This happened after snovid and everyone was backed up for 2+ weeks. EZ team was able to get out to me in less than a week. They called me before coming, but my phone is set up to take them to voicemail. They still came and didn't cancel on me! (thank goodness) They were able to finish the job in under an hour and were very detailed in their explanation. They even showed me how to fix the problem the next time it shows up. We didn't have to cut any drywall or open any parts of the house up.

If I ever get any problems (hopefully not) I'm definitely contacting Theo and EZ Flow again!

A&T Service Plumbing never lets me down. I had an ongoing issue with two tankless units that multiple other plumbers have tried to resolve with mixed results. Geronimo came out and immediately diagnosed the issue and provide a solution.  Wish I hadn't wasted time with these other plumbers. In the future I will only deal with A&T.

I called several plumbers when my kitchen sink stopped up, and Dave was the first and only to respond. He scheduled a time to come by, and was on time. I happened to be held up at work and he kindly waited for me to arrive. He checked out my sink and waited patiently while I finished my work call. Then he explained what happened and how I could avoid it in the future.
I highly recommend him, and will be calling him in the future for what ever the gremlins/poltergeists in my house throws at me :)

Abel and team are incredibly responsive, very accommodating, and get the job done right and well quickly. Everything from scheduling to fixing to billing are simple, friendly, and fast. A++ will use again!

After another plumber flaked, I reached out to Braulio. He responded almost immediately with a quote and availability the next morning. He showed up on time and did the work (new faucet install) in under an hour. Looks great and works great. Highly recommend!

Came across a small water leak on the main line coming into the house...I was happy to see that Jamie lives in my neighborhood, I mean...how much more local can you get...He showed up in about 30 minutes, gave me what I thought was a very fair quote and got to work...job was wrapped up in about 4-5 hours and was please with the whole process...Looks like we have a new Plumber that I wouldnt hesitate to call for my needs.

I cannot brag enough about how amazing Jim was in a moment of crisis! I called another company and they came out and gave me a ridiculously inflated estimate, while they attempted to re-work the pricing, I got a hold of Jim and he gave me a fair price and came out to fix my hot water heater that day. Jim stayed late to make sure that I would be taken care of and didn't have to take another cold shower! Jim is very knowledgeable, kind and clearly puts a lot of hard work and care into what he does. If you are looking for an honest plumber, you can't go wrong with Republic Pipeworks!!

*Updated (overdue) review*
Stan's replaced the AC condenser back in August and we haven't had any problems with the replacement so far. Someone called ( I fail to recall his name) me a few weeks later to follow up to make sure we were satisfied.
I do also want to mention that all the technicians, with the exception of one, were very friendly and respectful.

We had a leak in our home owner water shutoff valve, and Manny was extremely thorough, checking the water pressure to see if our pressure moderator was functioning correctly, checking whether our water heater had an overflow tank, he even discovered we needed a new back-flow valve on the outdoor spigot and replaced that (for a reasonable fee of course). His workmanship on the spigot and the water shutoff valve was superb! I'll definitely be calling up Plumb Doctors again in the future.

My disposal had started leaking after starting to not work as well, I knew it needed to be replaced. Plumb and order had great reviews... almost too good? But it turns out they are well deserved. Cole and his assistant showed up on time, at first I thought I hadn't gotten a warning from their dispatch but upon review I had gotten a text that I hadn't noticed. They were in and out in 30-40min, they wore shoe coverings, and face coverings and were very professional! I had to keep my pitbull out with me since he doesn't do well being crated, they both were super friendly towards him. Great service! Will absolutely use again!

Hire these guys. Jeff did an amazing job, was responsive, knowledgeable, courteous, clean, and helped me obtain parts through warranty to get the job done. Awesome plumber will absolutely use Jeff again for all my plumbing needs. Thanks for bumping up our water /shower pressure!

Talked me through a solution on the phone to my problem with a tankless water heater. He *wasn't* the plumber who installed the system. Could have easily just told me that I had to pay him for a visit to the house but instead was patient and walked me through a checklist that got us to the solution.

Olvin did the floor and shower wall tile for two of our bathrooms. We got several quotes and we chose to go with Olvin for multiple reasons: his quote was very reasonable and properly itemized, he provided suggestions on our design, he offered rational ways to change things while keeping the budget limit intact. But the 5-star review is for his work afterwards. We had read reviews of him being detail oriented, and those were spot on. He had different people work with him on various days, but he was the constant every single day and even working alone for 9 straight hours on one of the days just because he was running late and wanted to keep the target completion date. Apart from this, the other big point for us was that he was exceptionally polite and respectful. At the end of it, his work has been very well done.
I would highly highly recommend Olvin to anyone looking for remodeling.

Broke my spigot on the side of my house. Spot-on was out here quickly and very communicative about prices and the prices to complete the project correctly.

My hot water heater went out and I am not fond of cold showers even after coming in from a day in the Austin Heat. I saw the reviews for Union Jack and decided to give him a call. After taking a look he gave me an honest....YES completely honest opinion. the tank appears to be leaking and there is substantial corrosion here. Most likely you are going to have to replace the entire unit. I could spend 3-4 hours fixing it and it may still not work.

and no- he doesn't even sell water heaters so it wasn't an attempt to up-sell me but actually saving me money!

I asked if he charged a trip fee (Another plumber I called in the past charged me $45 to look at two toilets that he didn't even look at and gave me an estimate of $450- I fixed the toilets myself for $12 in parts at home depot)  but back to the point- Jack said NO- he wasn't going to charge me anything. Time is valuable- he even pulled his tools out so I appreciate the kind gesture. I will DEFINITELY call him for any future work.
