Best Plumbing Services in Austin, TX
Called to inquire about changing the water pressure at my house and the person I spoke with was incredibly rude. He told me over and over I didn't know what I was talking about and didn't bother to give an explanation. No idea the quality of work because I couldn't get past the bad attitude.

These guys are fantastic! We lost water pressure after having to turn off our water to do a repair. They came out same day, replaced the shutoff valve and pressure regulator for a very reasonable price and left the work area safe and clean. The invoice was received with in an hour, exactly what was quoted, and they take Apple Pay.
Highly recommend!

We love Gilbert! He was so nice and prompt when we had a leaking toilet on Christmas Eve. Our chain and handle had rusted and we tried to DIY but the toilet ended up leaking and we had no idea what we were doing. Called Gilbert and he arrived in 15 minutes. He even took a look at a slow draining sink and our other toilet that was having some issues. Such great service and he was very professional. We will definitely be calling him again and recommending him to anyone needing plumbing services. Cannot stop raving about how awesome the service was.

Eddie did a great job with my shower drain, arrived on time, had it done in minutes. Very professional.

We had a pressure regulator, new shut off, and an irrigation double check valve. They don't normally do irrigation work, but our setup was very non-standard, and I couldn't find an irrigation contractor that would touch it.
Our plumber, Jason, was a very good communicator and a hard worker. The got the job done, its been a few months and we've had no issues.

I've used EZ Flow twice now and both times have been impressed. The first was during the option period of buying our house. We suspected a leak somewhere in the house and they came out the next day to take a look. Luckily there was no running leak to be found. The second time was just the other day. Our upstairs guest toilet seemed to be leaking all of a sudden and it ruined the downstairs bathroom ceiling. They came out the same day to take a look and diagnosed the issue quickly. Both times they gave an upfront cost before doing anything with no surprises at the end. We ended up replacing the toilet that leaked (thanks to a no wax ring that let half the flushed water out) and they told us exactly what to do so we could do it ourselves to save some money. They even gave us some new bolts for the toilet that were better than the ones that came it. Will need a new water heater soon and these guys will be my first call!

This is a late review but I just wanted to reiterate what everyone here is saying. Pierre and his guys really are the most conscientious and dedicated plumbers, there's just no reason to use anyone else. If they cannot get to you as fast as you need them (what happened when we had an emergency at our place on a weekend once), they will give you the number of people they trust who can. They have fixed a few issues at our Austin homes and have always been prompt and expert. Pierre was also able to help answer some questions I had about an issue I was having with a plumber in Houston! He is generous, and truly dedicated to being the best plumber out there. We are clients for life.

Dave is a life saver. He's creative in his approach and truly gives the impression that he cares about what he's doing and the customer he's working with. He may also be the only person that's come to do any work on my home that I would legitimately cook breakfast and coffee for before getting to work.

We've found Abel to be reliable, experienced and very easy to work with. My wife and I initially used him to install a tankless hot water heater and have since hired him for other plumbing projects with great success. He is easy to communicate with and he worked with us to accommodate our schedule. He was even able to squeeze us in after the recent ice storm, when plumbers were hard to come by. He's our go-to guy for plumbing/water projects.

We had a garbage disposal that we thought needed to be replaced. We reached out late one evening and Braulio was able to come the next day. Thankfully our entire garbage disposal didn't need to be replaced and it was a quick fix. Braulio was extremely nice and helpful through the entire process and we will be using him now for all our plumbing leads.

Garbage disposal stopped working and sink was backed up over the Labor Day weekend. I couldn't cook or run the dishwasher. Called, left a VM on Sunday and Jaime texted me back within 30 minutes. He said he could drop by the next day at 10:30-11:00. Mind you, that was the Labor Day Monday! He showed up on time and got to work replacing the broken disposal with another one I had bought from one of the big box stores. Unplanned but he was also able to fix an old toilet at the same visit. All for a reasonable price.
Very grateful for his responsiveness and professionalism. I've found my go to plumber now and I know my old house will have something for him come back for another visit...hopefully not soon.

We needed a new water heater (our old one was ancient and on its last legs). Jim was super responsive (same-day), and came out and gave us a very reasonable quote the following day. Our job was certainly not run of the mill, as the previous owners of our home definitely made shortcuts versus keeping things up to code. Despite the project taking much longer than he anticipated, the cost did not change. We feel super confident that the work Jim did will last for years to come. Also, he is a very friendly and affable guy - full of fun facts and interesting stories! He runs his business with honesty and integrity. Thanks again Jim!

Wow such great service. The technician James had to order a part to fix my faucet. He kept me in the loop and accommodated my schedule. Came back out and everything was fixed quickly. I can't recommend highly enough.

I was referred to Plumb Doctors by Lanier Plumbing as Lanier no longer does renovations. These days, it's tough to find a tradesman who has integrity, and shows up on the day they say they're going to. Andrew K. was very clear in communicating he would call before he headed over.
I thought his prices were reasonable. He charged $218 for fifty minutes of labor including parts, and re - seated my toilet which my handyman had improperly installed ten months ago. Andrew K. was very thorough, as my toilet was now planar, cut the long screws, and secured the screw covers. He even gave me a free consultation on my upcoming renovation so I was able to kill two birds with one stone.
He plans on purchasing a scanner for rebar and tension poles next year so I won't have to go through Texas Curb Cut.

I had seen the trucks before and their logo stuck with me. When I needed some outdoor plumbing work done they were the ones I chose. Totally amazing experience! Their system sent a text when the technician was on the way. He arrived right when expected. They were upfront on expected cost once the issue was found (had to redo a fix from the original folks I used). And the fix was done quickly. I'd recommend Plumb & Order to anyone! My only regret is not calling them originally!

Great experience having our water heater replaced. We contacted four companies for estimates and Raymond both had the best price and was the best at communicating. Thanks Raymond!

Quite overpriced. $160 per hour labor + $60 service call fee not waived with service, plus tax, in the end, more than $230 even if it is just about several minutes

Olvin Fuentes and partner did an outstanding work on the replacement of my kitchen tile backsplash. Tile pattern matching around corners was spot-on! Installation around six outlets/switched was exact. There is NOTHING in their precision work that could be improved, and I expect perfection!

We discovered a leak after coming back from vacation. I contacted Scott from Spot-On Plumbing after the water mitigation company found the source and he came the same day, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it promptly. He was knowledgable, upfront, and was able to identify other major and minor issues that were the cause of the leak. I'd highly recommend Scott to anyone who needs repairs done efficiently!
