Brad promptly returned my calls and was able to come out fairly quickly to fix a toilet that was leaking at the base.  

A previous plumber failed to take the time to appropriately diagnose the issue simply resetting the toilet with a new seal, despite the fact that I did ask them if the flange seemed like it could be a problem (the previous plumber had told me the flange was fine, charged ~$200 to reset the toilet, and the toilet leaked within 24 hours of using it again - to add insult to injury this plumber took more than a week to get back to me after having left multiple multiple messages).  

Brad appropriately identified the problem as a poorly situated flange, and replaced said flange with a sturdy looking one, working in an efficient professional fashion (hourly rates are reasonable / competitive).  Given his expertise, responsiveness, and effort to get the job right the first time; I would highly recommend contacting Brad.  We will be more than happy to give him our business in the future.

Peter is terrific, and the gentleman they sent out was truly professional. My water heater was not working and I couldn't get the pilot light to stay and they were able to fix the pilot light mechanism on the spot and even handle my warranty claim and deduct it from my bill. They were truly professional and very courteous and these people are going to be the first I call whenever I need a plumbing issue.

Gilbert is awesome. I had a sprinkler repair guy tell me my pressure reducer valve was failing and needed to be replaced. I call Gilbert late last week, we make an appointment to have him come out Sunday morning. Any extra charge for coming out on a Sunday, I ask? Nope. Normal fees. So he comes out, tests the prv and says it's working fine, no issue and doesn't need to be replaced. That just saved me $500-$1000. So I ask him what I owe him for coming out to test it, he was here for almost 30 minutes. Answer: nothing. He wouldn't accept anything. I told him I should pay him something for his time, he wouldn't hear of it.

I can tell you this, next time I need a plumber, Gilbert is my first call, no doubt about it.

I can't say enough good things about Rooter Man Plumbing, and especially Curtis who just came to our rescue.  He was on time, straight to the point, and solved my shower cartridge issue quick.   (it was broken inside the housing)

We just had Antonio and Ty out to our home to replace a water heater. They were timely, professional and patient with our questions. We have used capital City Plumbing and drain several times in the past few years for a variety of plumbing needs (sewer line, gas line and water heater) and have always been impressed with this company's customer service and knowledge  and fair pricing. Jenny in scheduling is always good at keeping us informed. Can't say enough good things about this company.

Today I needed a new faucet replacement with sprayer and soap despenser. I was given great service once again. They were running behind and was nice enough to call me to inform me. A&T had to shut off the main line and I showed where it was located. Very gifted plumbers and was glad they arrived since my faucet broke a valve  sprayer also no longer worked.The Faucet Direct company sent me an entire new faucet set. They are very reasonable on prices you may consider calling these nice kind guys for your service needs. I trust them completely. One of the plumbers was a Journeyman and is taking his test to go to the next level. Very impressed how these guys get fantastic reviews. I feel can trust and depend on these personable guys to come and work on any plumbing problem. They took a reasonable amount of time to install my new faucet and looks amazing. One pro is the spray would get caught on a valve under the sink by pulling it up and they fixed that problem as well. Very professional honest and beat prices anywhere. If you don't call you will wish you had  these plumbers are always there for you when you need them. You have to understand I called several plumbers and they range in price from 90 to 800 to install a faucet.  The cheapest was 90 but there was a catch and sounded to good to be true and it was!  But overall the  charge was so reasonable I will call again. My house flooded in Hermine about 5 weeks ago. Then this morning, I tried to move my fridge back to the wall and the hose from the water pipe into the fridge broke. I had water everywhere. I just couldn't handle any more water in my home. This was definitely my tipping point.

I called many very nice plumbers on Yelp, all of which wanted to help but were busy. Dave had time, so he came over this morning. He fixed the fridge and then I asked him about the leaking toilette and he fixed that too.

He was extremely reasonable, professional and very nice to deal with. I've dealt with my fair share of shady contractors over the last few month with renovating my home. I sure wish he could teach the other guy's some lessons.

I recently hired Abel to replace my water heater. He came the same day I called him to give me an estimate. He initially told me he could replace my water heater later that day but I hesitated to get additional quotes. His bid was lower and more reasonable than multiple other people and he did the job well.  I texted him a few days later and he came that same day to replace my water heater. He is reliable and communicates well. Nice guy and considerate too - he always wore shoe covers in my house and didn't ring the doorbell because my baby was sleeping. He was very patient when answering all of my questions and then answering my husband's questions by phone since he was at work. I highly recommend Abel to Plumb and will call Abel for all my future plumbing needs!

I've been fortunate to not need to call a plumber in the past 10 years but water heaters have a limited lifespan and ours (a cheapo, inefficient model that was original to the house) was on its last legs.  Braulio is easy to work with - he promptly returned my calls when I requested a quote and again when I wanted to schedule his services.  He showed up on time (5 minutes early actually).  The work was completed efficiently and cleanly and done for a fair price.  Braulio even did a quick check of our garbage disposal, which had been making a terrible noise (turns out a small piece of a plastic lid had gotten in there; he reached in and fixed the problem in like 15 seconds).  I hope to not need a plumber anytime soon (who does?) but if I do, I'm definitely going to call Braulio / Standard Plumbing.

I woke up to both of my bathrooms flooded and Santana plumbing company squeezed me in and within an hour found and fixed the problem. Prices arent bad, he finished in a timely manner,  and he even gave me info to help in the future. I'm so glad that I called them and they're local. They were great.

Honest, on-time, thorough and reasonably priced.  I will definitely call Jim again when I need plumbing/gas line work done right!

Brandon Brown, HVAC Technician, was so polite and knowledgeable! He called 20 mins before he arrived, did the semi annual cleaning of my HVAC unit. Told me so much info about my system. Positively fantastic crews, work and all at a reasonable price. Tenant reported gas smell, Texas Gas came out to confirm last night then turned off the gas. By 8:30am this morning I had already scheduled with Mark to identify the leak and do the repair. He was there at 3pm. On a day when Austin was under a flood watch he crawled into a tiny crawl space under an old home, found the leak, repaired it and by 5:30pm was finished! Thanks very much, Plumb Doctors.

Plumb & Order is everything you could want in a plumber. We first used them for a big job: replacing cast iron with PVC on one side of the house. They were efficient, professional, and did an amazing and fairly priced job. They stayed until after 6pm and started at 7am just so they could make sure to get it all done in the promised two days. They were communicative throughout the whole process and send you live updates as they drive over. I also appreciate that these guys seem genuinely enthusiastic about plumbing and clearly have deep knowledge.

We've also used them for small emergencies. In both cases, the professional and friendly dispatch staffer Meghan was able to get Kirk or Wyatt came out on the same day--sometimes within an hour of when we called. And they have always been able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem.

They are not only the best plumbers I've come across but the overall best contractors. I wish I could use Plumb & Order for everything in my house and not just plumbing.

Jeff and Raymond replaced the water heater in our attic . It was a tricky job. I can't say enough about what a great job they did. On time, professional, and fairly priced. These guys are tops.

This is a very good company with excellent customer service. The owner, Mark is a very honest man. He called me a half hour before his scheduled appointment and arrived exactly on time. He quickly determined a simple quick fix for my leaking valve. He went to the local plumbers supply with the correct part and reassembled the valve for a reasonable charge. I would have no doubts about using this company again.

Contacted Olvin through yelp to get a quote. Same day he was out to see the site to give a quote. Had the quote the next day.

He did the job while being responsive and mindful of being in someone else's home. I very much recommend. His work is top notch.

I was able to get an estimate for a static test for the drain lines in advance. Scott came the next day with a very short notice (because we had problems reaching the tenants). Scott did the test professionally and sent the results via email immediately. I really appreciate his help and would recommend his service to anyone.
