We needed an outdoor faucet replaced. Brad showed up promptly to our scheduled appointment, completed the job in less than an hour (including offering us some helpful advise for future planned plumbing needs), and charged a fair price for the work. We'll call him again!

Great work on a multiple toilet install could not recommend them highly enough. Even let us buy the toilets off Amazon for installation.

Great service.  Our dishwasher was constantly backing up and Gilbert came all the way over and helped troubleshoot.  He was extremely knowledgeable and knew the issue right away.  He has earned my future business and is the one I plan to call for any future plumbing needs ;-)

This is a really great plumbing company.  I should know, I am in commercial property management and I have used them all - each and every single one.  This company is not only professional, but, they sincerely care. Their word is truly their bond.   I have been having plumbing issues for some time at my home, had others come out and put band aides on issues that always came back.  Finally, my insurance company called Rooter Man and I have had Rooter Man here the past two times for separate issues.....everything is repaired and back to normal.

My technician was Kirk and to me, he is a rock star.......always very polite, concerned and is spot on with his diagnosis.  Kirk is an extraordinary young man and an exceptional plumber.  I recommend Rooter Man Plumbing to everyone......and Kirk if you want the absolute BEST!  Thank you Rooter Man!

Antonio was a highly professional technician.  He arrived on time and completed the plumbing work with high quality and very efficiently.  The price was excellent value.  Scheduling was very easy.  Very impressed with this company.

We lost gas pressure on Christmas Eve and then our water heater would not relight. Called EZ Flow and their technician, CT talked me through trouble shooting the issue and 10 minutes later my kettle was cooking! Thanks, CT! Five Stars!

Geronimo was great!  We wanted our tankless water heaters flushed and he told us how much time it would take.  He got the job done efficiently and installed a garbage disposal in our kitchen while flushing the water heaters.  He also found a leak in a recycle tank and is sending a quote on that work.

Dave was easy to work with, spent time discussing my problem (which had cured itself in the 2 days between my call and our appointment), and was both expert and approachable in looking at a number of small problems for me.  He is friendly, confident, and reassuring in his manner and advice.  I hope I don't need him for a big job, but I have every confidence in him if I ever do.

Abel and team are incredibly responsive, very accommodating, and get the job done right and well quickly. Everything from scheduling to fixing to billing are simple, friendly, and fast. A++ will use again!

Garbage disposal stopped working and sink was backed up over the Labor Day weekend.  I couldn't cook or run the dishwasher.  Called, left a VM on Sunday and Jaime texted me back within 30 minutes.  He said he could drop by the next day at 10:30-11:00. Mind you, that was the Labor Day Monday!  He showed up on time and got to work replacing the broken disposal with another one I had bought from one of the big box stores.  Unplanned but he was also able to fix an old toilet at the same visit.  All for a reasonable price.  

Very grateful for his responsiveness and professionalism.  I've found my go to plumber now and I know my old house will have something for him come back for another visit...hopefully not soon.

I called Republic Pipeworks because I needed a new hot water heater. Jim came to my house checked everything out and had it replaced with a brand new one for a GREAT price.  I would recommend Republic Pipeworks to anyone!

One of their plumbers came to our house about two weeks ago due to a clog in the line out of our washer. He tried snaking it a few times and then said we'd either have to do a more expensive snaking, or have the entire outtake under the house replaced. We tried the snaking, which also didn't work, which he said meant there was a break in the line. So we were out $600 for nothing. He said we would get a call from his boss the next day, which never happened. Tried calling, but no one called back.

The next week we used a plumber from another company, who snaked our entire line, and for about 1/3 the cost. Have tried calling them three times (including the number the customer service manager left in comments below), but it seems Stan's doesn't return calls.

So to recap:
1) We were overcharged for work they couldn't do, that someone else could,
2) given an incorrect diagnosis of the problem and
3) despite multiple tries to contact them, are not able to reach them about the problem.

I had been using Stan's for years, since when they were Strand Brothers, but am beginning to wonder what has happened to them.

Update: talked to Brian, the manager. Looks like the lack of contact was due to him being out of the office for a couple weeks. He was very polite and understanding about the situation, and refunded me for the work, so am updating this review.

Our tankless water heater had been neglected for years. Another company said it would have to be replaced (even though it was working fine). Graham came out and assessed the situation and realized that it could be repaired and flushed instead of replacing. He saved us a great of money. Beyond that, it was a joy to work with him. He was even very kind with our dogs.

Wyatt came out to fix my kitchen drain that wasn't proper height due to installation of a deeper sink that was done by another business.  It involved cutting through back of cabinet to replumb and reconnect drain at the proper height in conjunction with the clean out line on outside wall.  Luckily, he managed not to disturb any of the limestone rock on outside wall, in the process.  He also found a small leak in the line to the dishwasher and fixed that as well.  He was a very polite young man and was properly attired with mask and shoe covers.  The installation was top notch and at a very fair price.  I definitely recommend Plumb and Order for all your plumbing needs.

I can't recommend Jeff and Thunderbird plumbing enough. I had a water heater installed and Jeff's estimate came in under two other bids I had. He was prompt and efficient, and was really nice and communicative throughout.

After the installation, I mentioned some small problems I had in my new home, and he offered to walk through, took a look, and gave me a few tips. I had a leak in the bathroom faucet that I had no idea how to fix and he grabbed a similar faucet valve from his truck and showed me how to fix it.

I can't imagine a better plumber.

I had a slab leak and rather than doing an exploratory dig, another plumbing service recommended Mark for a sound test. He came out, felt around, and said No need for the test, you have a hot water leak right here.

So he saved me some money there, since the test is like $300. I told him where I thought the pipes were and by cutting through drywall and backtracking, he was able to isolate the leak and cap it so it affected only a single bathroom.

He recommended re-piping around the leak rather than digging up my foundation to fix the pipe itself. I agreed. He also suggested using a PEX product for hot water lines, since it was cheaper, but I went with copper instead.

The re-piping took a couple of hours but was uneventful. He also re-piped a cold water line to my refrigerator that had leaked, capped an indoor propane line, and (ultimately) replaced a utility sink that had been leaking. It's been about 2 weeks since and I haven't had to call him back.

He showed up when he said he would and his work has been very good. I'd say his pricing is just above average. He's not the cheapest I've hired but he's not the most expensive either.

He did a pretty good job at a reasonable price but didn't put the outlet covers back on. I ended up having to hire someone else to do that, as well as to put some waterproof caulk over the grout.

Scott is very professional and responsive. I got the quote from Yelp within 20mins, scheduled the appointment the next day. It took him 20mins to fix the broken pipe from the ice storm, also he insulated the pipe because they are exposed outdoor. Really nicely done.

I called on Nick based on the YELP reviews.  There were other plumbers who could come right away, and I had to wait a week before Nick was available.  Yes, he was well worth it.   Made me think that all the plumbers I've hired in the past 30 years really didn't have a clue.  For sure not the kind of knowledge, professionalism & work ethic that Nick has.  He's pretty swamped because of all the good reviews, but again, he is worth the wait.
