Best Plumbing Services in Austin, TX

These folks are just the best guys ever.  They were totally booked up for the week but they worked us in because we are long time customers.  If you are looking for great work, wonderful customer service and fair prices, they are the best.

We hired WD Integrity Plumbing to come out and do some plumbing work in our home. Scheduling was easy, the team showed up right on time, and they did great work. We'd hire them again for future plumbing problems.

I've used Neighborhood Plumbing and Drain several times, but the last two times Alan has worked in my house I felt fleeced.  Expect a high cost just for this plumber to show up and even when a problem is not resolved.  Perhaps it's just me looking like a fat catch of the day, I'm not sure, but I was angry enough today to finally state something in writing in a somewhat negative review.  Ask for costs up front and if you can accept them then fine, but for me to have him look at my dishwasher for a few minutes and tell me it needs replacing and I end up out a good portion of the cost of that replacement, should be a warning to all.

I've had work done right in the past by Alan and at a price that I perceived as fair (when I knew the work was intensive and warranted) and things were fixed or installed, but somewhere along the way it seems to me that the cost of business has skyrocketed and so I can not leave a positive review, but I won't give only a 1 star either.

We met Chris when he worked on our renovation.  We just worked with him again this week on a different problem.   He is professional, skilled, smart and easy to work with.   You can ask Chris any question and get a direct and honest answer, and he leaves you with a thorough, working, plumbing situation and a clean worksite.

I'm giving this company 5 stars just for being honest and willing to help over the phone instead of have a plumber come out and fix an easy problem  for $100+. I would easily come back and use them when necessary.

These guys were great!  They were assigned to my job (a leaking pipe in my ceiling) through my warranty company.  I was quoted an arrival time of 1 to 3pm.  They called at 11:30am and asked if they could come early, which was awesome.  They fixed the leak and patched my ceiling in about 30 min, and were great about cleaning up after themselves.  In addition, they were very friendly and courteous - I'd definitely hire them again.

Excellent customer service from the start. We had a whole house plumbing issue. They came out within an hour of calling them. Zen and Jacob found the problem Immediately. These guys were hard working and did great job.
They communicated with us and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Zoom plumbing!

I understood from reviews here that there would be a charge to come out to give an estimate, it was $65.  Dakota was on time.  The purpose of this visit was to determine the house system with 2 existing water heaters in one house and another system in our guest house, water softeners for both and an RO system for the main house.  I showed him the layout and the clear problems left by other plumbers as well as a new water heater I had bought, asking if it was the right one.  He said it would be easy to determine the answers to all my questions and gave me verbally the sales pitch for about $13K of equipment he said he could install immediately.
I asked for written information with the options he discussed and he agreed to send, I paid him and he left.  But he only sent me a proposed invoice for the items he wanted me to buy.  I politely texted him for the information for the house system and the model numbers and such for the items he recommended, and asked if it would be another charge for him to come out to get those answers.  
He wanted to chat on the phone, he said the system should be this or that.  I stayed polite as he tried several times to faff me off.  I didn't want a chat, I wanted the actual information on my house set up.  Which heater serves which bathrooms?  How can we determine the GPM for the tankless heater if we dont know what it serves?
I was willing to pay for another service call. He was irritated but asked when he could come back with no charge.  I said sure and gave him dates within days.  
He wrote a long text saying how empathetic he has been and how he's given me options some nonsense about not being able to do better over text  and backhandedly fired me as a client. No return date. At least he said he would refund my $65.
So I am learning about these plumbers in San Antonio.  They just want to sell you their equipment, they dont have the confidences in their products or service to answer relevant questions.
From reviews it looks like they may actually do good work and install good items, but I'll be doing my own research on the items and using plumbers who will answer questions.

If you need a plumber anywhere around Liberty Hill, call Ray!  After calling 5 other plumbers on a Tuesday morning, I found Ray!  He answered his phone immediately, which was a huge plus! We had a cracked septic line that needed immediate repair. We didn't know if it ran under the house and jack hammering our slab would be involved or not, but we needed the work done immediately as we were having a patio poured on Saturday.  I took pictures of the damage and he actually quoted me a price over the phone.  Just to be sure, I asked him to come out and look at it as well, which he did that evening, at the time he said he would.  He repaired the line on Thursday morning for us and stayed true to his quote.  He kept his appointment times to the tee, the work was professional, and the quote was very fair.  He will be our plumber forever!

We needed two faucets replaced in our home. Our technician was Warren, who BTY is the owner of the company.. He did a fantastic job..Everything one could want in providing plumbing services. This company has my highest recommendations...

Justin is an incredible plumber, an all-around nice guy, and charges reasonable rates.
He has done two jobs for us and we were pleased with both. One involved replacing a regular toilet with a new high-rise, low flow toilet. His crew was very polite and used care in removing it with very little mess, which they cleaned up.
The second job was to replace our outdoor water flow regulator.
I highly recommend Just-in-Time Plumbing!

I called Chris at 8pm on a Saturday night on Easter weekend when my kitchen sink completely stopped draining. He responded quickly and gave me some thoughts on what he anticipated the problem to be and came out the next morning and fixed the problem quickly. His quote stayed the same and no up charges for weekend or holiday. He wore a mask and was very professional. Highly recommend.

There is a REASON Tsanko has all 5-star reviews.  He's just THAT GREAT!  Water heater went out.  He came out VERY soon after being called.  Fixed it the next day and at a very reasonable price.  Can't say enough great things about customer service and professionalism!

They were quick to respond. They came out the next day. They were on time, fast and efficient. The price was reasonable.

We have hired Raul and his team for three separate projects, and I'm constantly impressed by their professionalism, responsiveness, and quality of work. They re-routed our cold-water supply line, fixed a leaking galvanized pipe, and installed a shower spout for us. All projects were done quickly, under budget, and beautifully. Raul is super creative too. He will provide a few solutions to the issue and walk you thru the benefits/downfalls of each. Really, really enjoy working with him! A+ from us!

I called Parobek Plumbing to handle my stopped up kitchen sink, and several other issues I had been putting off. Holly scheduled my appointment for the following day, because the 1st freeze had hit and they were swamped. David and Lea actually showed up later than my scheduled time, but were very apologetic about the delay caused by complications in their previous job. Once here, David immediately went to evaluating my to do list. He was very concerned about making sure I knew the cost of each job on my list. Once I had approved the two jobs...unclogging the master bathroom sink as well as the kitchen sink, and stopping the front shower leak, they immediately went to work. They were extremely conscientious of keeping my house clean...donning shoe covers, supplying their own cleaning supplies (paper towels, rags, etc).
 David and Lee were extremely polite and professional.

Firstly, you know you have a winner when a person answers the phone. Irrigation is such a competitive field in this area that many companies I called had a voicemail and (maybe) called you back the same day, or they couldn't book you for weeks which left my crispy brown shrubs and lawn to die miserably. Enter George - who calls you when he begins heading to your home and even updates you if he's stuck in traffic. Right there, I knew I had a winner.  George didn't disappoint, as he looked at my dismal spaghetti bowl of odds-n-ends wires, dried in the sun because a former sprinkler company had just left a mangle of mess above ground and exposed many years ago and the former homeowner had no clue. I was concerned that my budget was blown and I'd not be able to put my kids through college, but George quoted me an estimate for the job to which he neatly fixed and installed a new control unit.  This new unit was light years ahead of the old junker that came with the house and was so much easier to program. He completed the job much faster than anticipated and the price was about half what we thought it could be ( now my daughters can run for President someday! ). Thanks George for walking me through the programming and operation! He also patiently taught me about maintenance since I'm from Seattle and never had a system before. I'd recommend George and Diamond instantly to friends, neighbors, clients and others. I now have my GO TO SPRINKLER guys!

Busy as all heck, but they still found time to swing by and check out our well switch and pressure gauge.  Immediately recognized my issue is most likely a pressure gauge that I can pick up at a hardware store.  Great people

Fast, reliable, affordable quality service at 5pm on a Saturday afternoon. Had a severe water heater leak. I called Danny Terry and he was at my house within 30 minutes. Replaced heater and hauled off old one. No need to wait for someone to come in from Austin when you have a plumbing emergency.

These guys are amazing! Jarran and Sam made the impossible possible when I had a client who needed a last minute job done, and more importantly done right. They are worth every penny. I am a business owner and sub contract work regularly and Fox Service company will always be my first call for Electrical/Ac/Plumbing needs.
