Yes, we had a leak in our ceiling that came down the wall I called this company He was on time he explained to us exactly what was wrong, and how it need to be fixed and how the rest needed to be replaced. His prices were very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone they are excellent. If I had any problems, I will call them back.

This company's name says it all.  They treat you like a neighbor. I had a plumbing problem and they came promptly that day. The gentleman was efficient and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain exactly what the problem was and what I needed to do. My septic needs pumping so they were not able to help me with my issue but the time they took to explain and help was very neighborly. I will definitely be calling them with any plumbing issues in the future.  I highly recommend this company.

Had an issue with a clogged sewer line based on repair work done by our grinder pump specialist the day prior. Called and spoke with the dispatcher Mike who was very professional in setting expectations for a visit by the tech that same day. Tech showed up earlier than expected(he did call but had my phone # off by 1 digit so I never got the call), however, that was OK since again, he got there earlier than expected. I explained the issue in detail and had to get back in the house to attend to a work issue. Within 10 minutes I was done and the tech, Josh, was also done and came to walk me through his findings. Amazingly, the back-up issue from the day before seemed to resolve itself. We ran the pump several times and did not experience the same back-up issue I personally experienced and witnessed the day before. We discussed some potential home maintenance that I can do and some things to keep an eye on. Since there was no issue, there was no charge for the visit which was very refreshing to experience. I will definitely contact this vendor in the future if any issues and will not hesitate to recommend them to my network of neighbors and friends. From the two people I talked to from this company, they came across very competent. trustworthy and professional.

We had a mainline coming into the house break at night, I got online first thing in the morning to find someone who could come out ASAP and take a look. The Plumbers who did a crappy job that resulted in the break would not take responsibility. But Plumbing Outfitters sent a truck within two hours, the guys took a look, said they could fix right then and there for X amount. It took them the time they said it would, and it cost what they said it would. So instead of waiting between 48 hrs and one week, and instead of paying almost $1k, we got our water main fixed in a few hours at a very reasonable cost. Would easily recommend Plumbing Outfitters.

Chris has helped us many times over the years always solving the problem. Most recently he installed three toilets and soon he will be installing a tankless water heater. He is everything you want in a plumber: Skilled, dependable, reasonable, responsive and very personable. Tsanko came out promptly to replace a broker shower cartridge and handle. When I have a plumbing issue, I call BG Plumbing because the response is prompt, the work is carefully done, and Tsanko does great work and is trustworthy.  I'm giving his name and number to all my friends - just hope he doesn't get too busy so that he is available to help me the next time I need him.

H&S Backflow is incredibly responsive and efficient. Mike came out diagnosed the problem and was able to repair my pool backflow issue the very next day. Will definitely be using them again for any of my future needs!

Our garbage disposal broke, so I called Peanut Plumbing.  Raul answered the phone immediately.  I described the problem, so he was able to give me my options over the phone with estimated pricing.  We scheduled the appointment for the next day.  He arrived on time with all the parts and equipment needed at 8 am.  He was fast, clean, and professional.  I now have a better garbage disposal than I had previously.  It is quiet and grinds up food spectacularly. I will be referring Peanut Plumbing to my neighbors and friends.
