These folks are just the best guys ever.  They were totally booked up for the week but they worked us in because we are long time customers.  If you are looking for great work, wonderful customer service and fair prices, they are the best.

Yes, we had a leak in our ceiling that came down the wall I called this company He was on time he explained to us exactly what was wrong, and how it need to be fixed and how the rest needed to be replaced. His prices were very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone they are excellent. If I had any problems, I will call them back.

I highly recommend Chris Meadows of Meadows Plumbing.  Another plumber had told us we needed to replace a valve in the shower.  To do so would have been $$$$.  Chris suggested and was able to replace one small part for much much less and it works great.  He even tightened up a kitchen faucet for free that another plumber didn't know how to fix.

Great company to work with. Fast and friendly service. I like supporting small business and this is one worth working with.

This is the first time using this company and the service is outstanding.   My hot water heater was not working. They got a service tech to my house within 4 hours of my call. He diagnosed the problem but said part had to be ordered and it was going to take 5 days.  I was pleasantly surprised when I got a text 2 days later saying they rushed the part and he was on his way to complete the repair.

Excellent customer service from the start. We had a whole house plumbing issue. They came out within an hour of calling them. Zen and Jacob found the problem Immediately. These guys were hard working and did great job.
They communicated with us and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Zoom plumbing!

Thank you Carlos for fixing my water heater and water softener. We bought this house a year ago and inherited some issues. When my water heater busted Carlos was out the same day and fixed it the same day way past normal business hours. The garage was flooded and I was filthy from cleaning up all the boxes that got wet and it was so welcoming to take a hot shower that night and go to work the next day. They answer all your questions, they show up when they say they're going to. They're knowledgeable, fast , efficient and friendly. Couldn't ask for a better experience. We have used Just In Time Plumbing for home after the recommendation from several neighbors and now use him at a work facility as well because he is always the most fairly priced, always fixes the issue correctly the first time, and the most honest we have found.  There have been a few times when he saw something that looked like it was going to be a future issue and rather than just letting it occur so that we had a future call to him, he fixed it.  Even when it's at no charge because it's minor now but would have been major later.  

Even when in Austin, he always arrives faster than Austin plumbers, once in an ice storm the first time we used him and pipes burst he was there lickety split.  

Once I realized after he left that some of my jewelry was by the sink he was working on upstairs all around the sink including a decent diamond at that time.   All still right there when he left as well.  Because I had jewelry stolen once by a mover, that's a big bonus in my book to have the ability and the opportunity but show your integrity over monetary gain.  All people should do that but not all do.  It's locked up now after I did that twice, but kudos to his honesty in pricing and around things of value.

I also always find him to be professional and he always remembers our names and uses them--very friendly.  He has had a few different assistants at times depending upon the job, all of them did a great job.

Thank you Chris for helping me out with my rental property in Aliso viejo. Chris did a fantastic job replacing an old blown out water heater. Chris is a very professional hard working guy and most importantly extremely nice and educated in plumbing and as I found out many other things. Great guy. Great work. Highly recommend. BTW Chris is owner and operator, which is a far better choice than the large plumbing company's sending out employees who really don't care as much as Chris did.

This review is long overdue. We called Tsanko the Wednesday before Thanksgiving 2012 regarding a leak from our tub faucet. He was booked until after the holidays (understandable). Tsanko still stopped by Wed to review the problem. Within an 1.5 hours, he had diagnosed the leak, gone to the hardware store to purchase replacement parts and resolve our problem.  His price was reasonable and he gave us honest feedback regarding another minor issue with our tub. We appreciate your help Tsanko, happy Thanksgiving!

H&S Backflow is incredibly responsive and efficient. Mike came out diagnosed the problem and was able to repair my pool backflow issue the very next day. Will definitely be using them again for any of my future needs!

Fantastic service. Raul knew the answers to every question I had, diagnosed the issue in my toilet in seconds, and sent his son and another guy to replace it the next day for a flat fee. They had it completed in about ten minutes and took away to the old toilet. Love his prices - he's not going to nickel and dime you over minutes.

Raul is in Elgin almost every afternoon. He's very responsive to text messages, probably more so than calls, so just text him to call you when he's hands free.

I had an issue with my AC not cooling properly. I called and same day they a technician, Al Lindsey, out to help. Al was greatly helpful and honest about what he saw and what he was doing. There's always hesitation when concerning a big home appliance or system but rest assured that with Parobek, especially with Al as your technician, you'll be taken care of.

George was cool.  When first contacting him, he actually tried to walk me through how I might be able to fix the issue on my own, and save myself some money. But after explaining to him my full problem he agreed to come by that same afternoon and took care of the issue quickly and efficiently.  

Previously, I had gotten a quote from another company and a fairly young employee, who -- in retrospect -- couldn't have had a lot of experience... had given me a quote that was (no joke) over $4k to essentially replace a large number of valves. crazy.

George arrived, had the problem worked out within a half hour; fixed within 2 hours; and all for a couple of hundred bucks.  1/20th of the original quote.

I intend to keep calling George for all my future sprinkler needs... he's shown himself to be a fair, hard working and honest.

Busy as all heck, but they still found time to swing by and check out our well switch and pressure gauge.  Immediately recognized my issue is most likely a pressure gauge that I can pick up at a hardware store.  Great people

Danny came out immediately (same day), he is available 24/7 and is a local Drippinite his whole life and knows the area very well. He is very knowledgeable, honest, reasonably priced and overall nice guy! He will be our go to plumber every time!

Cary (who came to the house to check our ductwork and give us a quote for a new AC/Compressor/Heater), Rafael and Tony (who installed the new system), and Rick and Sebastian (who measured and tweeked all the heat sources and insulated the back door) were all phenomenal.  All of these guys were so knowledgeable, professional, hardworking, and went the extra mile to make sure that their work was done properly and that I was happy with the work.  We have used Fox Service for the past 6 years to service our old unit, and we will happily continue to use them for this new unit.  They are awesome!
