Brad is incredibly professional, clean, and fair in terms of pricing. He was easy to communicate with and gave me a call 30 minutes before he was due to arrive to let me know he was on his way. His invoice was fair and detailed to show everything from the labor to the parts. He was also incredibly clean and professional. I highly recommend him!

Vent holes needed to be cut in door. I did the work evening prior to install. Placed vent covers. They arrived 1 hour late, told me he was calling his boss to see if my vent covers were ok. He did not let me know boss said he should use his vent covers. He enlarged my holes and placed vent covers and then showed me. The cover would not screw down because the hole was too big. And then charged me $250. Ridiculous. I could have covered me holes with chicken wire and it would be ok. Price gouging. After I speak to inspector, and ask a few questions, I'll be calling owner. This is horrible customer service and somewhat underhanded.

I've called this company 3x over the past 2 years. Every time I call I'm told they are 1 or more weeks out before they can even look at the service need.
He also doesn't call back or respond to message.i had to call him again. Nice when you talk to him but you probably can't easily hire him.

never thought i would write a review on a plumbing service.. but i took advantage of yelp by using it these guys, and i should pass that on.
i found them on yelp with good rating. called him, a lady answered the phone, she took time to hear my problem, and give me some information and set a proper expectation. (i had a water leak and she said i may have to hire additional people to remove bathroom stuff.. this was much better than 'yah, we can do it'.. and come tell me that they can't fix it).
so i felt good that she took time to set a realistic expectation. she gave me an appointment time the next days. she calls me 10 minutes prior and tells me guys are on the way.. and two guys show up right on time.
they take a look at the situation, and found the leak, fixed the leak, and told me my next steps on what i should do to further improved the situation.
great service... i know who to go next time!

Update: Gabriel called and explained in a very polite and patient manner why the guys did what they did and convinced me that they didn't just want their customer to spend as much as possible. They also issued a refund of $89. Changing to 4 stars for the great communication.

My irrigation system was having a low water pressure problem after the city replaced the water meter. I had these guys come out to take a look, for which they charged $89. After they arrived, they were quick to conclude that it was a PRV issue after less than 10 minutes of diagnosis. They wanted to dig the PRV up and replace it, which would cost me $600+. I was very skeptical because water pressure was fine inside the house, it was only the sprinklers that had low water pressure. I told them I needed to think about it. After they left, I watched some YouTube videos on how to tweak the sprinkler valves and followed the instructions, and voila, the water pressure was back up.

This company has restored my feelings about integrity in business. I've had them out 3 times, each time they have gone above and beyond having the most friendly and patient demeanor. Because I am not savvy in plumbing they 'dumbed it down' for me so I can understand and were so pleasant and understanding. I am extremely grateful for this company and their expertise.

Our water heater had a blowout on a cold Saturday morning. After wasting the whole day playing games with another plumbing company, they left at 8pm with a promise to email us an estimate and return on Sunday to replace the unit. Instead of an estimate they emailed an invoice for $2800. Nope!
Being new in town, we weren't sure where to turn, so we posted a request on Yelp early Sunday morning. Within minutes Pierre responded, saying that his standard price was significantly less and offered to come take a look. Mind you, Pierre's company doesn't advertise weekend service, but he showed up an hour later in shorts and flip-flops. On a Sunday morning. Gotta love it!
He gave the same estimate as he quoted on the phone, made some calls to arrange for a unit and service the next morning, and by noon Monday the job was done. It's not just about the price. It's about the responsiveness, the thoroughness, and the transparency. Pierre is a straight shooter who gets it done. We got a new water heater and a plumber for life.

This company is wonderful. A (very nice and helpful) person came to fix our leak immediately. I would never call anyone else or recommend another plumbing service!

We had Abel come out to help with a new sink installation, he was responsive, honest, did an amazing job and his prices were very reasonable compared to all the other plumbers I called. I will be calling him again on any other projects we have!

I've been fortunate to not need to call a plumber in the past 10 years but water heaters have a limited lifespan and ours (a cheapo, inefficient model that was original to the house) was on its last legs. Braulio is easy to work with - he promptly returned my calls when I requested a quote and again when I wanted to schedule his services. He showed up on time (5 minutes early actually). The work was completed efficiently and cleanly and done for a fair price. Braulio even did a quick check of our garbage disposal, which had been making a terrible noise (turns out a small piece of a plastic lid had gotten in there; he reached in and fixed the problem in like 15 seconds). I hope to not need a plumber anytime soon (who does?) but if I do, I'm definitely going to call Braulio / Standard Plumbing.

I woke up to both of my bathrooms flooded and Santana plumbing company squeezed me in and within an hour found and fixed the problem. Prices arent bad, he finished in a timely manner, and he even gave me info to help in the future. I'm so glad that I called them and they're local. They were great.

I shopped for weeks to find a good reliable plumber. Jim is very honest and really wants the best for your project. I had many plumbers give me outrageous bids and try to take advantage of me. It's very hard when you're a single woman, and not familiar with the questions to ask or really know what the truth is. Jim will explain everything and you can tell he has a passion for what he does. Not only would you get a good plumber, you'll get a very honest one. Which now a days doesn't happen very often.

AC unit suddenly stopped producing cold air. Matthew came out and quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it without any complications. Highly recommend this company if you ever run into any issues with your AC.

Had a plumbing emergency at 10pm, they responded 7am the next day and were fixing the problem by 8am that day. Reasonably priced and knowledgeable.

Wyatt came out to my house to address a leak issue. He was quickly able to figure out the issue. Even though it wasn't something he could fix (fire sprinkler issue), he took photos for me and gave me recommendations for next steps. Very professional! Will be calling Plumb & Order first for any future plumbing issues.

Justin was as professional as a professional should be. He was late, probably for the same reason, as he might have been late for the next person. He evaluated what was wrong with the waterline valve that feeds the ice maker on the refrigerator and gave me some options.
Since I was the last appointment of the day/evening, he asked if he could come back the next morning right away. I said, sure! Justin made sure I was set, even in the event something prevented him from getting back right away--like a flat tire.
He came right away the next morning; he attended to every detail and wanted to be sure that he didn't overlook anything. I'd say that's a small price to pay for a little inconvenience.
I don't want any more plumbing problems. Nobody does, but I won't hesitate to call Thunderbird again. The first time was to fix leaky toilets and showers when we first moved in. 5 star service--customer and technical.

It's taken us 11 years in Austin to find a great plumber, and I'm willing to share so others don't have to wait that long. Mark, the owner, is a super-nice guy who knows his stuff. Fast turnaround, which is a plus.

Great workmanship. Super friendly. Fast install. Great cleanup. All around would highly recommend. I did the tile in all my bathrooms except the master. Went with Fuentes and glad I did.

We've had hot water leaks in the past and I was afraid we had another one since we didn't have much hot water. Spot-On sent people out the same day as my inquiry. Turns out we needed a new hot water heater, which they came back and installed the next day. Fast, reliable and seemed cost effective too

I read many favorable reviews for Union Jack and that's why I called him. I should've read farther back in 2013 and asked for a quote up front. My bad. He spent less than 2 hours at my home replacing tank bolts on 2 toilets and re-attaching a toilet to the plumbing beneath the tile floor. He charged me $450.00 without an itemized receipt. I was in shock, but had to get to work. He also announced upon arrival that I don't do leaks. Wow - really?
Plus when I got home that evening - I noticed 2 huge chips in the porcelain at the bottom of my toilet. I don't know how he did that - but he managed. Maybe dropped a heavy tool? Who knows - but I won't be using him ever again. All the nice demeanor in the world won't get you far with outrageous prices and no itemized receipts. NO THANKS.
