Proven is amazing! Very responsive, excellent rates and go above and beyond. I had to a replace pressure regulator and check valve and a flush valve in hallway bathroom. I haven't had good water pressure in YEARS, now it's amazing! I definitely won't be calling anyone else for my plumbing needs going forward.

Gilbert answered the phone right away, was able to stop by within 3-4 hours and did a great job of re-connecting our gas dryer, after I tried and it leaked.  Professional, fast and ethical.  Can't recommend him enough!

When our old water heater went out, I contacted Rooter-Man based on their great Yelp reviews.  I was informed that one of their plumbers, Curtis Kurka, was available.  He arrived soon after, gave me a quote on a new water heater, and suggested other changes to bring it up to code.  Upon my approval he had it all installed that same afternoon.  I appreciate Curtis and Rooter-Man for the great work, and will use them again in the future.

Needed a toilet installed, but the job turned into much more due to some unforeseen issues. Lucking, Nathan from Capital City Plumbing & Drain, took care of all the issues and did a great job. He explained and showed me what the issues were and let me know the cost before proceeding. I never felt caught off guard.

Will definitely use these guys again, if the need arises!

Our kitchen sink clogged up and the usual fixes did not help. We are working from home with little time to spare searching and reaching out to plumbers. I am so grateful for this company and their efficiency. They were at my house, wearing face masks and following distancing standards. Theo and Ryan are professional men and are straight shooters. On Friday night it appeared I had a pipe break. I called Pierre' at A & T Plumbing, and he was taking calls after hours.
He came out Saturday morning with his tech and discovered that my pipe hadn't broken.  What a relief!!!
His tech drove all the way over here on a Saturday morning and he was extremely friendly, willing to get to work. When it was determined that there wasn't any work to be done, Pierre' sent him on his way.  In addition, which is extremely rare, I was not charged anything.
A & T Plumbing has been my plumber for years and has completed major jobs, i.e., the replacement of my complete sewer system under the foundation of my home to the street. I have neighbors that have used them as well! Thank you to Pierre' and his crew for your personal professionalism and great attitude while doing outstanding work in residential as well as commercial jobs!

Dave is fast, efficient and conscientious in his work. He replaced my shower faucet, and when it turned out that the manufacturer's valve was defective, he came back to my house and worked with me to finish the job at no extra charge, even though it wasn't his fault. He had to go get a new part and return the old one, and then came back to my place once again to do it right.

This is somebody you can trust - he not only knows what he is doing, but also stands behind his work. Thanks, Dave!

I've worked with Abel twice now and have had great experiences both times! I had some pipes burst after the freeze last year and had Abel replace all of my pipes with PEX. At one point he had to use a sawzall to cut through a piece of wall and he said, I bet you didn't think a plumber could do that! Ha! :)

Abel is knowledgeable, reliable, friendly and a good communicator. I will gladly work with Abel again in the future and recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great plumber.

What a dream. Braulio was responsive, professional, transparent, efficient and supportive. He fixed our burst water pop quickly, helped make sure there weren't any other leaks, and provided some other general guidance to make us feel safer in our home. Will absolutely be the first person I call for future plumbing needs.

We had them out recently to try and figure out why we had a puddle in our yard. He was quick to get back to us, and we loved that he was located in Manor. We also appreciated his knowledge and honesty when he correctly stated that it was a problem with the city's water line. We will for sure hire him again if we ever have another need for a plumber.

My husband and I just moved to Austin and Jim is the second plumber we've tried. Needless to say, we won't be using anyone else. He showed up on a Friday night in bad weather within 30 minutes, fixed our kitchen sink for a good price, and texted two days later to make sure everything was working okay. Excellent service...highly recommended!!

I did not end up using them, but their communications and responsiveness were great. I went with someone else and had the job performed quickly and professionally at 1/3 the cost.

I spoke with a representative on the phone regarding the fees that were going to be applied to fixing our water heater.

They specifically told that there would be an $89 fee for coming out, NO diagnostics fee, and that they would quote me for a repair once they were out here.

I chose this company because they specifically told me that there would be no diagnostics fee, because I only wanted to pay for fixing the issue, not only diagnosing the issue. I made sure to triple check on the phone that there would be no diagnostics fee.

Once they got out here, they charged me $350 for diagnosis. So frustrating. Ended up turning them away.

My disposal had started leaking after starting to not work as well, I knew it needed to be replaced. Plumb and order had great reviews... almost too good? But it turns out they are well deserved. Cole and his assistant showed up on time, at first I thought I hadn't gotten a warning from their dispatch but upon review I had gotten a text that I hadn't noticed. They were in and out in 30-40min, they wore shoe coverings, and face coverings and were very professional! I had to keep my pitbull out with me since he doesn't do well being crated, they both were super friendly towards him. Great service! Will absolutely use again!

Just excellent!  Got a next-day appointment to check water pressure in the house with Ted, who arrived early, diagnosed it - yes, new prv needed - gave fair estimate and did the work with minimal fuss and no destruction of landscaping.  Doesn't really get better than that.

Overall, I would recommend hiring this company for plumbing needs.  
They were prompt, professional, and very friendly.  
The work was completed quickly and proficiently.  
I did have to haggle on the bill a bit, but that is to be expected.  We received a 15% discount for being a first time customer (they offer 10% off for returning customers), and the owner Mark was very pleasant to deal with on the phone.  
I also looked PPS up on the better business bureau. They have been operating since 2009 and have had no complaints at all.  Pretty remarkable!  
The only advice I might give is to be sure you understand the pricing before you get them over to your house.  They expect immediate payment.  It's $90.00 an hour with a minimum charge of an hour.  There will be a mark up on the parts for labor (standard practice.)  There's a $45 service fee no matter what.  Write down when they arrive, and when they leave.  Plumbers get paid more than most doctors, so don't faint when you get your bill.  They're ALL expensive, but very necessary!

Olvin was amazing! First off, he was so responsive answered all my questions rather quickly and was flexible since my countertops were a bit delayed. He was professional and polite. He and his assistant wore a mask and were very clean and neat while working. Additionally, I got multiple quotes and his was the most reasonable! I would totally recommend Olvin and will use him in future projects!

Scott was great! So helpful, friendly, and fast. Our bathtub hadn't been draining properly for months he fixed it quickly! He cleaned the bathtub, explained future maintenance suggestions, and was extremely polite!

With so many plumbers out there, I was cautious and looked at all the reviews I could find on all the web. Union Jack was always on the top of the list. I called him on Monday evening, called me back the same day and set the appt for Wednesday. Came out and diagnosed the problem (bad heating elements in the water heater) and replaced them in (2) separate water heaters without having to drain and refill like the other plumbing companies quoted to do. That saved me 2 hrs of labor cost right there!!! Other companies wanted to charge a fee to come out, and 3-4 hours for the whole job. Jack did it in just over an hour. Jack is your man for all your plumbing needs.

Oh yeah - to Rick J. that posted he's unreachable, need I remind you that good people are in demand, and that his voicemail states it could be 48hrs before he calls you back. I'm sure that is worst case scenario but some things are worth the wait to get it done right the first time. I called on a Monday evening, left a message and expected to receive a call back in 2 days like is greeting states. He called me back in 2 hours.

When he was here working on my water heaters, his phone must have rang at least 10 times, but he didn't stop to pick it up. He was on my time and focused fixing my issue at the time. I gotta give him props on that.

When he comes out to work on your problems he's focused on you only and calls people back on his own time. That means alot when you pay a guy by the hour.
