I have called Brad three times to work on various projects.  He has always been quick to return my calls and then makes every effort to work me into the schedule as quickly as possible.

He did a great job with the repairs and was very reasonable with his rates.  He was honest and did a good job explaining what needed to be repaired.   In the past, I have had plumbers over charge me.   I would recommend Brad to anyone and value his professional opinions and integrity.

Quick response, good price, no charge for estimate (even if I had someone else do the job), friendly, professional. Replaced the push/pull valve on our bath/shower in about 10 minutes. Love these guys!

I had a major water leak at my house, and for the life of me could NOT figure out where in the world this leak was coming from. I had used three previous plumbing companies to try and find it, with no luck. Then Gilbert came along and it was a beautiful thing to see. He came to the house, on a mission to knock out the problem. He had to dig in the ground to find the water line and it was a very difficult job that took a lot of work. Finally, Gilbert found it, he explained that the pipe work originally done by the people who built the home had been done incorrect. Gilbert installed a swing joint and patched it right up.

What is awesome about Gilbert is that he is just wonderful guy, he takes the time to not only do the job correctly, he takes time out of his busy day to explain what he is doing. I'm the kind of person, I like to learn about what is happening (in case it happens again,) so that I can speak the language and be able to communicate. After spending a considerable amount of time trying to find the right plumber, I was referred to Gilbert. I am so grateful that I was. He is one of those rare folks you meet who you not enjoy having help you with your plumbing problems, but you just enjoy their company because they're such good people. Gilbert is that and more! He's a family man, he is extremely professional, knowledgeable and funny as hell. He also gave me a GREAT quote on a job to replace my water heater. I will be using Gilbert from now on, I suggest you do the same. All I can say is, Blue Dragon Plumbing is one of the best investments I have ever made.  Gilbert rocks!

Jason, the plumber attending to our call, diagnosed, repaired, and QAed our problem in less then 20 minutes. He was polite and professional. I really wish every service person would meet his standards.
The company itself was responsive and sent Jason out about one hour after I called. Customer Service was friendly.
If I encounter plumbing issues in the future these are the folks I will call.

If I was to describe a bad business model I would take this one as an example. Spoke to them late evening on Friday, was told that someone will get back to me in two hours. Never happened however they did text me Saturday morning. Made an appointment for Monday 9-12, received a confirmation, canceled all my business and took a day off.  At 11 texted them and asked to confirm that someone is on the way. The response was I have you between 12-3. I sent them back their own conformation. Imagine my reaction when I was told that they changed my appointment without informing me. Just see the screen shot.
I obviously explained my situation and the need to go back to work later however they refused to honor the appointment. When I asked to talk to the owner I did not get any reply. This is hardly a responsible business and most certainly an example of a horrible customer service.

I received a call from the owner who expressed his apologies and provided the insight.  While I am still rather upset with the situation I decided to edit the review. Seems that the owner was rather sincere and at least is trying to run the company  responsibly and customer oriented. Too bad for me, it did not work this time.

They did a great job from start to finish. I got a call very soon after my quote request. They showed up on time. They dealt with the warranty replacement parts. Very efficient and top quality work. Friendly and provided explanations and advice for future maintenance.

I have a home warranty in effect but as is sometimes the case, the repairman they sent out gave me the run around; I called with some questions just to get some expert advice and Brady referred me to Don, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. I got the info I needed without the sales pitch.

Dave arrived promptly, and seemed professional, and with integrity. He investigated our plumbing problem, and gave us some important advices, as new homeowners. He works fast, which we appreciated.

I managed to break the water line in my house just inside the wall, Abel called me back immediately to discuss the job and gave me a fair estimate over the phone.  He showed up on time with Alex, and they were able to do the job and even went above and beyond repairing my wall and making sure it looked like new even though I didn't really expect it to.  You can't go wrong calling Abel, he's fair, quick, and super nice.  I will be using him for all of my plumbing needs at all of my rental homes going forward.

We had a pipe break because of the cold snap,

and the owner contacted me immediately and said
he would be out first thing Monday morning.

our water back on...we had been without for 4

I woke up to both of my bathrooms flooded and Santana plumbing company squeezed me in and within an hour found and fixed the problem. Prices arent bad, he finished in a timely manner,  and he even gave me info to help in the future. I'm so glad that I called them and they're local. They were great.

My husband and I just moved to Austin and Jim is the second plumber we've tried. Needless to say, we won't be using anyone else. He showed up on a Friday night in bad weather within 30 minutes, fixed our kitchen sink for a good price, and texted two days later to make sure everything was working okay. Excellent service...highly recommended!!

I'd seen the TV ads for Stan's Heating & AC... and made a note that some folks I had talked to before, liked Stan's service. When our heater stopped working recently. I called Stan's. Myra took my call. She was very professional...and easy-going. I told her my wife and I are Seniors and, even though the weather here in Austin was not really too cold right now... even so... it was cold enough that we were knew we were not going to be comfortable if we had to wait too long for a serviceperson to come fix our heater. To my pleasant surprise... she said someone would be at our house the same day... bertween 3 - 6pm. Again, to my pleasant surprise... Stan's serviceperson (BOB) arrived a few minutes before 3pm. He was in our attic about 15 min. -- found a faulty switch... replaced it in another 10 min... and was was finished with the paperwork, and gone... all in about 30 min. He was extremely courteous, wore shoe covers while in our house... showed us the faulty part... and... the cost was very reasonable. Plus... there was NOT a extra-charge for coming to our house on such short notice... on the SAME day that I called. We had a job that involved a radiant floor heating system that most plumbers wouldn't touch (and the ones that had, messed it up) but the Plumb Doctors were able to trouble-shoot and get to the bottom of an issue that had been plaguing us for months! Thank you again!!

I needed an immediate estimate for work based on our home inspection and I needed it on a holiday weekend.  Plumb and Order showed up in their Special Plumbing and Drain Unit (on time... actually they called and told me they would be early!) and were there on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend.  Professional, friendly, funny, and honest.  I highly recommend working with this company.

Jeff Plunkett from Thunderbird Plumbing did an amazing job replacing our Garbage Disposal and redesigning a plumbing strategy for a much larger, more advanced garbage disposal. Before finding Thunderbird Plumbing a previous company quoted us 500-700$ for a redesign plumbing strategy/install. Thunderbird Plumbing gave us a more efficient plumbing strategy with a price (100 - 130$) much more reasonable for the work being done.

I would hire again.  Mark came out to look for possible slab leak.  In my opinion, he knew what he was doing and approached the problem very methodically.  Within an hour he was able to identify the leak which ended up being in my front yard.  He told me the general proximity of the leak using a specialized microphone.  I opted to dig it up and fix myself to save money.

Olvin did the floor and shower wall tile for two of our bathrooms. We got several quotes and we chose to go with Olvin for multiple reasons: his quote was very reasonable and properly itemized, he provided suggestions on our design, he offered rational ways to change things while keeping the budget limit intact. But the 5-star review is for his work afterwards. We had read reviews of him being detail oriented, and those were spot on. He had different people work with him on various days, but he was the constant every single day and even working alone for 9 straight hours on one of the days just because he was running late and wanted to keep the target completion date. Apart from this, the other big point for us was that he was exceptionally polite and respectful. At the end of it, his work has been very well done.
I would highly highly recommend Olvin to anyone looking for remodeling.

Scott is very professional and responsive. I got the quote from Yelp within 20mins, scheduled the appointment the next day. It took him 20mins to fix the broken pipe from the ice storm, also he insulated the pipe because they are exposed outdoor. Really nicely done.

I called Nick because I have an AC condensate drain that is clogged, and my drip pan is full.  I was hoping to find a good plumber to squeeze me into his schedule on the same day (more of a schedule emergency for me, rather than a true plumbing emergency -- due to my personal travel plans and work constraints, I needed to get this done today, or I'd have to wait for over a month, and I didn't want to leave the house vacant for that long with a shallow aquarium in my attic!).   Nick called me back within an hour, and was very polite and courteous on the call.  As it happened, just after I called Nick the first time, another plumber called me back and had had a cancellation, so I jumped on that appointment.  So I didn't need Nick's help anymore.  Nick was gracious and professional about it, and spent some time on the phone with me anyway, telling me what to expect, and how I could prevent this problem from recurring in the future.  Definitely have to give Union Jack Plumbing high marks for promptness, professionalism, courtesy, and generously educating me even though he already knew I wouldn't be using his services today.   Two thumbs up, Nick!
