Best Electricians in Austin, TX

We called Malco a week ago to have a few outlets put in in our (1940s) home. Our wiring is older and difficult to deal with so we weren't sure what we were going to get but I'm so glad we called these guys. Chris showed up with a second electrician in tow (sorry friend, I forgot your name) and they were super efficient. They also did a great job explaining how our home's wiring is laid out and how we can best work with it in the future.

Our bathroom in particular did not have the proper wiring to install an outlet safely but they were able to go the extra mile and run things from elsewhere in the house. I honestly can't believe how quickly they worked, how clean the house is now that they're gone, and how inexpensive it all was. I'd have done this months ago if I'd known about them. I'm putting Chris on speed dial for any of my future projects.

In case anyone is concerned, they kept masks on the entire time, making sure that they had their noses covered entirely the entire time. They left every area that they touched cleaner than it was when they arrived.

Wow...These guys are just absolutely, totally awesome. They respond quickly to online correspondence, they arrive when they say they will, and they do great, clean work at a very reasonable price.

I have a 1979 Milburn home that was built with no outlets in the garage proper and a maxed out circuit breaker box. I had 20 amp circuits installed with 4 outlets, a new circuit breaker box, a 220 volt outlet to be EV-ready, and fluorescent garage lighting replaced with LED lighting. The work was professional and the master electrician and his helper were personable. What I liked is that Grayzer bid there job, which means there were no gotchas added to the cost. They cleaned up nicely and Io couldn't be happier with the result.

I am so impressed with this company.  Each time I  called and left a message, I received a return call within minutes.  The service fees and charges were explained over the phone - so no surprises.  The day of the apt.  I was called when they were on the way.  I needed a fluorescent light fixed in the garage and a ceiling fan installed under my pergola.  Both jobs were completed quickly and efficiently.  I will definitely be using Max Electric again!

Perfect!! He fixed the electric on our dishwasher very quickly, and he and my husband chatted for a while. Really nice guy. Highly recommended.

UPDATE: We needed a new water heater, and Home Depot quoted us an insane amount because they said we also needed some electrical work done. We contacted Thomas, not expecting to hear back until the next business day. He texted us *on his day off* and after looking at some pictures, told us we didn't need it. Saved us a bunch. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

James did some work for us in a condo we purchased that that was built in 1973.  He updated some wiring, put in electrical switches, installed several  GFI etc.

He also installed two chandeliers, one being high up in a two story hallway.  He showed up on time, kept a clean work environment, and left the job site in perfect condition.

His price was also very reasonable. I have refereed him and will continue to do so.

Dustin was recommended to me by my hair stylist. I needed to replace an entry light and a pendent light over the bar.  The day before the job was scheduled Dustin called to confirm what was to be done and the arrival time. Dustin and his helper Joshua arrived on time and completed the task without a hitch. I commend both of them on their professional demeanor and great  customer service...My new light fixtures look great. Thanks guys!

I used Brightside Electrical for three jobs over the last couple of months and they did incredible work on all three. The first was installing dimmable can lights into our ceiling (6 of them). The second was installing our Ring security system (3 outdoor cameras). The third was installing a new chandelier while also adding dimmer switches to that plus the lights in our kitchen. They came on-time, performed the services as quickly as you would expect, and were very friendly. If I had any questions or concerns, they went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with their job. Their quoted prices before they performed any service was exactly what I was charged afterwards. I highly recommend them. As you can tell - through three different services - I will definitely use them again. Can't thank them enough!

Asked for a quote via Yelp on a Monday evening late and heard back from Scott super fast! We were able to work out an afternoon visit for the following day and he solved all of the electrical issues I was having at my house - plus a couple more I didn't know I had. Raymond suggested us practical and affordable generator solution for our home, picked generator model and set everything up promptly. Installation process went smooth, he is also very responsive - answered my text even during weekend when I had questions. We will reach out to him in the future if need any electrical work done.

The prices were the best from the dozens of other electricians I talked to. The service was unbelievable quick and easy. The electricians came in and finished within a couple of hours and answered all questions I had, professionals.

Just had Alejandro from Raptor Electrical out to take care of a number of electrical issues we'd been experiencing in our home. I contacted them this morning and since all of their guys were out and I was flexible, they'd send someone when available between jobs. Two hours later, Alejandro was here and we were going through each of the items on my list.

He addressed two issues with lighting in our master bath and closet, replaced a vent fan in another bathroom, and we discussed another panel breaker issue.

The price for their services were very fair and reasonable and Alejandro took the time to talk through the causes of some of the issues we were having and made complete sense. That educational aspect provided was just amazing and greatly appreciated!

Will definitely be the first company I call or recommend for any electrical needs in the future! Already added to my Yelp bookmarks after this first experience!

I needed to have a Briggs and Stratton 26KW standby generator installed, here in Texas. We experienced a 3 day long power outage during the ice storm. Not going through that again. So I ordered the Power Protect 26KW generator, two Symphony II automatic transfer switches, generator pad and starting battery. Then began the long process of finding an electrician to install. After receiving several quotes I elected to go with Miguel at Texas Electrical Connect.  He was the most responsive and courteous of all those contacted. It was a huge job that at times add up to 5 people on site. The crew was amazing to watch. Showed up on time, hard working and left the work area as clean as they found it. It took about 2.5 days to complete the electrical but in the end they did an awesome job. Once we have the plumber connect the gas line this week the job should be complete. They come highly recommended! Thank you Miguel!!

We purchased 6 acres of raw land a few years ago and took on all of the GC work ourselves. Which of course includes finding businesses to plumb, drill, build and bring in power. Maury has proven time and time again that he has the skills and extensive knowledge required to help with the multiple buildings we have on site. His recommendations have not only saved us money, but have also improved the overall design. I highly recommend this business and the professionalism that Maury brings.

Had Dan out on an unusual job -- to install an electric winch on my garage ceiling for hard top removal on my '95 SL320... probably can't tell from the photo but this is a heavy piece of gear that needs to be lag bolted (dead center) to the ceiling joist... Dan did a great job in short order and time left over to do an LED replacement of a florescent ceiling fixture in the garage.

Dan was on time, got the jobs done ahead of schedule and was a pleasure to work with...
