Malcolm Electric's communication is exceptional amongst this great group of people! A lovely woman by the name of Shari answered the phone and listened to my problem! She was able to get her brother Randy to help me out and he was very knowledgeable in how to resolve my dilemma. I will be using them again! Thank you so much!

Reached out to these guys because of all the positive reviews on Yelp.  Stephen responded really quickly via email and had an estimated quote within an hour.   I had a few electrical projects I had sorted by priority and they help give me an idea of how long it would take based on their past projects.  So I signed up.

The tech came on time, very friendly and took a look at my punch list.  He went right to it and completed the job(s).  Very happy, was informative on how to maintain our switches and lights.
Would use them again.

We just bought a house and we were getting a sub zero fridge that had a very specific electrical outlet location for the back of the fridge, so the outlet we had needed to be moved. Grayzer Electric responded quickly and gave me an accurate reasonable quote. Victor and his colleague (sorry forgot the name) came to do the work. They were polite and professional. They did a minimally invasive job without having to make huge holes in the drywall (used the crawl space). Quick, functional and a great cosmetic finish. Thanks. I will use them again.

I requested a quote on Yelp. Darin responded in minutes with a clear and competitive quote. I agreed and he said his guys could be out there 8am the next day - perfect!

DJ shows up - at 8am on the dot. He was exceptionally professional, did an excellent job and ended up charging me a few bucks less than the original quote!

A great result and I will definitely be using Max Electrical again next time I have any electrical work needs.

We booked an appointment with Thomas on Saturday, but found out that we had to cancel to attend a funeral that day.  We needed the repair done ASAP, because we felt it was a matter of safety.  (Our old breaker boxes were causing our A/C, micro wave and oven to lose power.)  Because of our situation, Thomas agreed to come on Sunday instead, and he spent a good part of the day doing the repair.  He did a really thorough job and got us up and running again at a very reasonable price.  (The cost was less than what he originally quoted.)  He made sure our breaker box was properly grounded and protected from power surges, and even took time to explain how to avoid future electrical issues.  

THANK YOU THOMAS for being so flexible and doing a really great job!  We will be calling you again for any future electrical problems.

Todd had done a lot of electrical work for us and has always done an amazing job. Todd is meticulous in what he does and always answers my emails with long, detailed replies. I am very thankful that I have found an honest and knowledgeable electrician. You can't go wrong with him.

Rosalinda, the boss's wife just emailed me a copy of a really old invoice and then called me and accused me of not paying an invoice from work that was done a year and a half ago. I told her I pay all my bills immediately. She asked well how did you pay us then? I said I don't remember. She has the audacity to reply with an attitude You don't remember? Like I am stupid or something for not remembering something that happened a year and a half ago! Do you remember what you ate for lunch 2 weeks ago? Exactly. Like it's my job to keep receipts for years and years and know off the top of my head how I paid every single vendor in the last two years.

Word of advice if you use these people, make sure you pay them by check, and keep a copy of that check forever. Because Rosalinda may call you two to three years later talking 'bout you owe us money!  

And guess what? If you don't have proof you paid her she can easily put a lien on your house until you finally pay her for something you already paid her for.

I had a dead breaker that needed to be replaced, so I started calling around to electricians. I called and/or texted probably about six different companies and got various pricing and availability. The majority of the companies said they wouldn't be able to come out for weeks, which was not good for me because I didn't want to do without power to the items on that breaker for weeks. Others quoted pretty high prices for the repair. I decided upon Raptor Electrical Services for several reasons: 1. an actual human being answered the phone when I called rather than voice mail, 2. the actual human being - Priscilla - was SUPER nice and very helpful, 3. the electrician - Alejandro - would be able to come out in 2 days rather than weeks, 4. the price Alejandro quoted for the repair was lower than any of the other quotes I got that day. When Alejandro arrived to do the repair, he said that the problem wasn't the breaker. After doing some testing, he found that there was a wire in one of my light switches that wasn't connected properly and that was causing the problem! The repair ended up being even less expensive, and it all took less than an hour. I love these guys! They are now my electrical service. :)

Woke up to the discovery that Austin Energy had shut off the power to my house, and it's a long, complicated story, so let me just fast forward to Miguel from Texas Electrical Connect using what can only be described as Super Powers, to figure it all out AND took the initiative to call the inspector at Austin Energy and find out exactly why they had cut power to the house. Customer Service off the charts excellent!

He was able to get it taken care of the very next morning and even sent me of video showing the work that was done and explaining it all to me, too! I was so impressed!

We have been living in the Austin area for 6 years and have had a couple of electro and to our house during that time....but never like this!  This is the first upfront, no b.s. pricing, affordable, and high quality work combined in one electrical company.

The electrician did more work in one hour, as promised, than it took others to do in 2 hours.  Not only did he fix the problem with my GFI plug, he provided a solution that would fix my power issues in the garage for good!  When all was said and done, it is high quality work and less than half in cost what I was expecting.

If you want electric work done, you can stop looking around and call Twin Oaks!

We had a disaster strike when we mowed over an important power cable. These guys came out promptly, replaced the cable and did everything for a reasonable price. Was very impressed with their professionalism, honesty and would definitely recommend. Will be calling again!

Shine on had great reviews and I decided to hire them for what I considered a quick and easy job.

Jon came and provided me with a free estimate which was what I was expecting to pay and hired him on the spot. I had an appointment scheduled the following week, which was today As I write this.

He and his son came out and fixed an outlet which kept tripping And confirmed I did not need to increase the wattage in my breaker box. He quickly added a new outlet in another room which was needed for another remodel in my home I am having done while my contractor was I stalling tile.

They were very quick, in and out. Communication was also great. I would definitely hire again, and I believe I know what project I have them tackle for me.

I can't say enough about Maury. He shows on time, he's reasonable priced, knowledgeable, and is very passionate about his work. He will be the only electrician  I will ever call when I have a problem. I've give his name and number out to many people and everyone is always very pleased! So glad I found Maury!
