Felt very comfortable with Brad and his assessment of my issues.  He was honest and was pointed out what the problem was and how he would recommend fixing it.  I didn't feel that I was being over charged or things were being added as I have felt with other plumbers in the past. I will recommend him to others and call him in the future.

Great work on a multiple toilet install could not recommend them highly enough. Even let us buy the toilets off Amazon for installation.

Gilbert was great! He was able to come by last minute (on a Sunday!) and was super friendly and thorough.

His pricing was very fair, and he didn't nickel and dime me, which was much appreciated. He's  going to be my go-to plumber going forward!

Eddie showed up today 8/19 on time with good text communication of when to expect him.  He fixed the leak and let me know not to use bleach tablets which was causing the continued issue (years of this).  I have had many plumbers over the years fix the deteriorated part but never explain what was causing the problem.  Really appreciate that Eddie asked if I was using bleach tablets because that can cause the problem.  YEARS of this.  Thanks Eddie!  He was friendly, professional, quick and on time.  5 stars for Eddie.

I'm not impressed.  I never had issues with plumbing details at the house until they got involved.  Now, within 3 months time, suddenly the house has had 2 major plumbing issues; each costing over $3,000 to repair plus additional costs to have sheetrock replaced and painted.
It's rather suspicious that once they repaired an issue then suddenly another issue appeared.

Bill and Terrence arrived to fix a faucet that kept turning off. And they did so in record time. They provided exceptional customer service and I won't hesitate to reach out to them when another issue arises.

They did not give me a quote for the job after the camera inspection through the drain plumbing line.  I texted them to remind them of a bid, and still no response.  In my opinion, they want quick money.

Even if you don't want the job from the message that I left you (because no one ever picks up the phone), it's welcomed, courteous and just good business to phone back and decline. Too many plumbers don't answer or return calls whatsoever in this town. Baffling. This was my experience with Henderson unfortunately.

Recently my Pressure Reducing Valve was damaged causing my pipes to make a loud humming noise any time I turned on a faucet. Abel was quick to respond to my Yelp message and was able to schedule an appointment sooner than any other plumbing service I contacted. He was very efficient, easy to communicate with, and affordable. He even gave us tips for future plumbing issues! I would definitely recommend Abel for plumbing needs.

Garbage disposal stopped working and sink was backed up over the Labor Day weekend.  I couldn't cook or run the dishwasher.  Called, left a VM on Sunday and Jaime texted me back within 30 minutes.  He said he could drop by the next day at 10:30-11:00. Mind you, that was the Labor Day Monday!  He showed up on time and got to work replacing the broken disposal with another one I had bought from one of the big box stores.  Unplanned but he was also able to fix an old toilet at the same visit.  All for a reasonable price.  

Very grateful for his responsiveness and professionalism.  I've found my go to plumber now and I know my old house will have something for him come back for another visit...hopefully not soon.

My husband and I just moved to Austin and Jim is the second plumber we've tried. Needless to say, we won't be using anyone else. He showed up on a Friday night in bad weather within 30 minutes, fixed our kitchen sink for a good price, and texted two days later to make sure everything was working okay. Excellent service...highly recommended!!

Third time I've used them since the Christmas freeze.  The 2nd time was when a toilet backed up, and the clog was deeper than my toilet snake could reach.  I went ahead and had them upgrade with a new toilet, since the old one was not water efficient.  This latest time was when I discovered my kitchen faucet was leaking, so replaced that as well.  All of their techs showed up on time and were courteous and professional.  The one thing I would say is if you are upgrading toilets or faucets that you purchase them yourself from Home Depot or Lowe's.  The price they quoted for the same toilet was 3x that of Home Depot.

Made an emergency call to Plumb Doctors for a leaking pipe in our foundation. They were able to send someone out that morning. Jamie arrived and quickly assessed the situation. Andrew brought in a leak detector and they located the manifolds and the leak. Jamie stayed until late that Friday evening with another tech to open up two spots in the wall and cap off the leaking connections. Thanks to them we had water service in our house for the weekend and the leaks were stopped. They also scheduled a follow up visit to reroute the leaking pipes. A friend recommended Plumb Doctors and we're glad we called them. They were very professional and diagnosed and solved the problem quickly and efficiently.

We had a gas leak at both water heaters & Plumb & Order came out within a few hours & fixed the issue on the spot.  Highly recommend them for their expertise & costumer service!!

I'm going to program Thunderbird Plumbing into my phone, maybe even speed dial!

Jeff has been out to our new home twice. Both times I've been THRILLED at his thoughtful service and honest work. We needed a gas line to our dryer and he made time to install it the same day as the estimate so we could have our washer & dryer ready to go when we moved in.

When we had a plumbing emergency he was able to check out everything quickly and reassure me that we didn't need any additional work (the city had done some work previously).

I would recommend Jeff & Thunderbird Plumbing to anyone that needs gas or plumbing work. He is careful, truthful and a genuinely nice guy.

We highly recommended Olvin and his right-hand man Ramon.  We hired them to demo our old ceramic tiles and install new wood like tile (6x36) throughout our entire house. They were very accommodating, polite and pleasant during the entire process.
