Best Plumbing Services in Austin, TX
Professional and quick! I have had several repairs at my house, a rental, and my mother's. Even when Brad sees something he doesn't think he can handle, he lets you know and has recommended someone who can. Great work, happy to do business with him.

I NEVER, repeat, NEVER leave reviews. I'm an old school person that just expects quality service and fair prices and if I don't feel I receive that, I don't use them again.
I want to give a shout out to Louis and his team at Proven Plumbing. They took my call in the afternoon and came out right away even though their schedule seemed very busy.
The owner drove out himself!
It was just a simple fix on our water softener that I didn't know how to fix. The best part was he took the time to explain everything to us and help us take better care of our equipment. I always value when contractors educate me.
Only cost was the service charge which was very reasonable considering it was a 20min+ drive one way.
They've got a repeat customer in me!

None of our toilets were flushing. I called Gilbert and he was out with-in the hour. Unclogged the line with a smile and super friendly attitude. I had a plumbing question about our master tub and he happily took a look and gave his opinion.

I had a pipe burst during the terrible Austin winter storm last week and Rooter-Man allowed me to email them to request being put on their list, as so many homes and businesses were needing a plumbers help. They arrived Saturday night and Karl did an amazing job. This is the 4th time I have used them and all my experiences have been Great! Thank you so much Rooter-Man and Karl.

I really appreciate Gabriel, the manager who came out on my service call. He was able to snake the sewer line (tree roots had grown into it), run a camera to find the line break, and set us up with a plan to permanently resolve it in the near future. I found him friendly, hard working, trustworthy and honest. What a relief!

The kid that was sent out had no idea what he was doing. I hired A&T to clean out my tankless water heater. The guy came out and immediately broke both faucets. I use both of these regularly to water my garden and the hot water side I use to wash my hands when the other side is in use. The service person tried to say that they were old and stiff. I am a small person and use them everyday. They turned perfectly with ease. I had to argue with him to get him to repair the damage he caused. I argued with him at length and he finally called his boss who authorized the repair. When he was about to leave, I looked at the repair and he didn't replace the brass faucet connectors with the same threaded brass material. He used cheap plastic irrigation connectors that wouldn't have lasted long at all. I then had to argue with him about replacing what I had. It was a nightmare. Thanks for the boss on the phone it was eventually repaired correctly. The photo is the first repair made when they broke my faucets. It has now been replaced with the original brass faucets.

I can confidently add Dave Henderson to my short list of reliable go to guys for service needs. I had the main water line to my home break...for the 2nd time in less then 8 months. The leak was so bad that i had to shut off the water to the house on the weekend. Let me tell you...being without water for several days in our society today is going to test you...or at least your wifes patience with you.
I trusted my fellow Yelpers high reviews of Henderson Plumbing and chose them. Dave was very easy to talk to and took the time to discuss my concerns over the phone before his scheduled arrival. I was very pleased that he offered an alternative to the typical repair that will likely reduce the chance of the water break occuring again.
So my homes water and my marriage have been restored. And what price can you put on that ? A pretty reasonable one from Henderson Plumbing i would say. I can confidently recommend Dave to others and will use him again in the future as the needs arise.

Needed quick (not emergency) work on water pressure. Abel agreed to come out and gave a schedule. Came as agreed and identified the problem quickly. Worked on it and restored everything to its original state. Awesome experience. Will definitely use again (not that I want another plumbing problem)

Our water heater was leaking, so we called Standard plumbing. We left a message and within minutes, our call was returned. Braulio showed up within 45 minutes as promised.
He was professional and his quote was reasonable.
Within a few hours, we had a new water heater. From the time we called to the time he drove away, it was less than five hours. All this considering our water heater is in the attic.
His work was clean, efficient, and took the time to go over everything, including warranty.
In light of the pandemic and physical distancing, he also ensured he kept his distance, wore gloves and ensured his and our safety.
We highly recommend Standard Plumbing and Braulio if you need a new water heater.

We first met Jaime about 8 years ago when he was hired by our contractor to do the plumbing for a new addition on our central Austin home. He did all the work for a new master bath, added a tankless water heater and removed old cast iron plumbing from our 1940s home. Two years later he came back to reroute the plumbing in our guest bath. He did great work with both jobs and we never had any issues while we lived there.
In 2019, I referred him to a friend who was experiencing a plumbing emergency at his rental. My friend was super impressed with Jaime's responsiveness and work and was incredibly thankful to have found an honest, trustworthy plumber to help out during an incredibly stressful time.
And in February 2021, we had a pipe break in our new home after the major freeze. We were panicked that we wouldn't be able to get it fixed timely since it seemed like everyone else in Austin was dealing with the same issue, but Jaime came to the rescue the next day and fixed the busted pipe.
In the 8 years we have called on Jaime, every single experience was top notch. I don't know what I appreciate the most about him: his professionalism, the prompt communication, the excellent work or how wonderfully nice and pleasant he is. The fact that we have been able to call on him to work on every single home we have owned in Austin really speaks volumes about the quality of his business and his work. Thank you, Jaime, for always being there for us when we need you. You are the best!!!

Jim knows his stuff. A long-term master plumber with a quick understanding of your trouble, he will relentlessly bang out a job and make sure it's right. He might seem gruff, but don't let him fool you. Next time someone asks, Hey, do you know a good plumber?, you'll say, Yes, as a matter of fact, I do.

AC stopped working on Friday morning. Decided on Stan's because of their great reviews. Husband called Stan's for an emergency service call, which the earliest available was Saturday between 12-4pm. It's 102 outside, but we know we know lots of people are having issues right now, so ok. No problem. Saturday comes around, noon, 1, 2, 3... no communication yet. Finally at 4:10pm, we get a text that our service technician (leaving the name off for politeness) with a rating of 4.95/5.0 is on his way to our address... the address listed was correct, by the way. At 4:45 we texted back that we hadn't seen anyone yet, and got crickets. At 6 something pm we called asking what was going on, and they took a message... something about someone getting back to us. Oh, we also received a text asking for us to leave a review of our service. Ummmmmm...... seriously????
Well, it's now Sunday morning and looking like another 100+ degree day is on tap. I called the emergency service number again this morning and spoke to a nice woman who could see all of the communications we had initiated and was very apologetic, that she would escalate the issues. Also, just to be clear, we have been super polite and understanding throughout every attempt at communication - and I know that isn't the norm. We know we aren't the center of the known universe and all, but honestly, no-shows are a major bummer and seriously unprofessional. They could at least have called us to reschedule.
Wish I could say we had a good experience. Maybe that will change if someone actually calls us back, in which case I'll happily revise the review. However, at this point, I have nothing favorable to say. If you need emergency AC work, at this point I would recommend you keep looking and find another company.

The company was very responsive and kind. Jami was very knowledgeable and was able to get our repair done very quickly. He explained everything that he was doing, as well as provided recommendations for products to improve our system. However, there was no pressure to purchase. Jami also showed us an emergency switch by the water heater. This would allow us to shut the water off to the water heater while allowing the water to stay on in our house if a pipe were to break in the future. This is definitely our plumbing company for life.

Super satisfied with my experience and the staff that attended to my hot water replacement and gas range switchout/install.
I do wish they had referenced the manual more in the install as it's a complicated Italian Range oven and did the testing/calibrating that was called out in the manual, but it does work nicely anyhow. I might need it to be recalibrated at some point, but that was also on me to have noticed these things in the instructions to check in that they were happening.
I would use Law & Plumber again, regardless of that minor point.

This company is simply fantastic. I had gone through 4 plumbers since early February and had spent over $1,000 without a remedy for the lack of hot water in my Grohe shower system. I had shown all the other plumbers the Grohe product literature that had instructions on how it's done, but I was ignored. One plumbing company sent me a salesman instead of a plumber to push for a complete new system. Raymond came today and looked at the instructions and voila I have hot water again. He was also a very pleasant person and he saved me a bunch of
money since I don't need to replace the whole system.

We couldn't speak more highly of Mark. He services all our commercial buildings in the Austin area. Yesterday we had a plumbing issue that escalated quickly and Mark was extremely diligent in uncovering the underlying issue. He's patient, professional, on point, responsive, and an over all kind human! So nice doing business with this man. He is very experienced and has always been a huge help to our company!

Olvin was amazing! First off, he was so responsive answered all my questions rather quickly and was flexible since my countertops were a bit delayed. He was professional and polite. He and his assistant wore a mask and were very clean and neat while working. Additionally, I got multiple quotes and his was the most reasonable! I would totally recommend Olvin and will use him in future projects!

Broke my spigot on the side of my house. Spot-on was out here quickly and very communicative about prices and the prices to complete the project correctly.

I thought something was fishy when I saw so many 5 star reviews, but I put my faith in yelp. My water pressure was too high (80-100psi) so I called around and got 3 different bids to install a pressure reducing valve. I didn't need anything done right away so I had the time to compare. Nick's bid was just a little under the other guys, but he took the time to explain what he does, and the parts that he would be using. Being a new homeowner, I want to know as much as possible about what might have been done in the past or future problems that might arise. He is definately a people person and wants to make sure you are happy. He said he wishes someone would leave a bad review for him so everyone would know that he isn't leaving his own reviews, but I don't see that happening anytime soon with the way he works. Those in Austin looking to install a Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) where one wasn't present should know that there is a $100 rebate through the City of Austin, take a look at their website.
