On Wednesday afternoon I requested a response and by Thursday afternoon they had already responded and finished the job. Amazing response time. Great, efficient and quality work. I highly recommend you support this local family business. They replaced my dimmer and also changed the outdoor spigot.

Our kitchen sink clogged overnight and left a huge pile of standing water. Plumbsy was able to come in and clear the clogging water quickly, while stay a competitive pricing. He even checked some potential leakage on the piping that we didn't notice before. I really enjoy working with Kyle. Highly recommend him for any plumbing services.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND:

Had a kitchen faucet replaced (I suppled the faucet- he was cool with that). Plumber also replaced two cutoff valves-one that needed to be replaced right now and one the plumber recommended since it was old. ( He gave me a choice about whether to do second valve ) . Price was fair, comparable to other quotes. Gave me a discount on installing the new valves since it was an add-on.

Very fast next day morning service, prompt arrival at appt. time. Worked neatly (minimal spillage ) and cleaned and dried under the sink thoroughly after the job was finished.

What a great service! I thought I was going to be looking at thousands of dollars to repair a big pitched squealing in my plumbing. Thanks to David I learned I just needed to replace a few parts. He was very fast, knowledgable and never tried to upsell me. Total cost was $150 including parts. Highly recommend!

I NEVER write reviews but this company is so great it would be criminal not to do so.  They return calls as promptly as possible, come when they say they will, do outstanding work at a fair price.  The fact that they are so kind yet professional is just the icing on the cake.  I have used them before and they were just as great then.

Highly recommend Wimberley plumbing.  I realize plumbers are swamped with work.  I called three plumbers and left voicemails.  Only JD retuned my call.   It still took a couple days to get there. But work was done quickly and reasonably cost.  My next call will only be to Wimberley plumbing

Ramon is the owner operator of this business.  He knows his stuff.  I have had him over to do several different repairs and he always did the work timely, with no hidden costs.   His rates are reasonable especially  when you KNOW the job was done well.  If you live in the greater Elgin/Bastrop/McDade area and need plumbing, electrical, or general home repairs,  give him a shout.

I don't like having to post these type of reviews when I've been a long-term customer but I feel obliged because my most recent experience was very frustrating. I have two cranky bathroom faucets (BTW - never, ever buy Hansgrohe). 2-1/2 years ago I called Wilson to replace the locked up, corroded cartridges. We got all 4 controls done in 1.75 hrs (I have the invoice), albeit the plumber installed the cartridges in the wrong locations so our handles have been turning the wrong way, but we'll overlook that. Yesterday, we spent almost 2 hours and only got one set of controls done. When the plumber started to work on the second set of handles and they weren't budging either, I threw in the towel. As he's resetting them he tells me that in cases like this it's easier to just cut them off. WAIT A MINUTE! I told him at the outset that the manufacturer had sent 2 new faucets. We even used replacement parts after the first handles were useless despite his careful removal. Why am I wasting time and money to have him remove them in a laborious fashion and only getting half the job done? And, after repeatedly dropping heavy tools on the bottom of my finished cabinet I handed him the towel on the counter to protect the cabinet, which had splinters by the time he left. And, there's the matter of the faucet that got severely scratched by a screwdriver he carelessly wielded over and over again. And, am I going to be charged for the assistant who sat on the floor and watched the whole debacle for nearly 2 hours but had nothing to do (with the exception of jamming a tool box into my door trim and denting it)? The kind of episode that just makes a homeowner want to scream.

I've gotten so I don't hire ANYBODY to do ANYTHING until I check their reviews, and yelp is my go-to page.  So, when it came time to empty our septic tank the day after Thanksgiving, I went to yelp and BILL SANCHEZ came up #1, with nothing but five-star reviews.  So, I decided to give him a call.  Pleased?  MORE than pleased.  Cordial; friendly; punctual; and MORE than reasonable.  Thanks, Bill.  You've won another five-star customer.

Tony is an amazing problem solver. Thought I had an easy job with 2 new kitchen faucets to install, (but NO) one in my studio needed more space to fasten down tight, and quicker than I would have thought Tony had pulled out a big drill and cut a 2 in hole underneath -- and for the first time got the new faucet to sit against the countertop nice and secure. Yay.

Kitchen faucet was a lot like the old one, but new parts were missing the sprayer extension to fit with a thick countertop. No problem, we tried some options in his bag and Tony helped me find the extender part online, then returned for free to install the sprayer for free. Relaxed and chatty about it didn't get frustrated at all.

Lots of plumbing installation requires odd, unexpected fixes with things requiring good problem-solving and a cheerful attitude. Tony was really great, fast to respond to phone calls, followup text to schedule and confirm. Really professional. I'd give him 6 stars if I could.

Good quick response time! They identified the leak in the wall coming from the AC unit. Pricing was not bad considering I had no idea how much they were going to charge.
Mark was easy to talk to over the phone and his guys showed up when he said they would.

This young man knows what he's doing..came out within 2 hours & absolutely fixed my issues regarding insulating my back flow preventer.

My doctor recommended Woods Comfort Systems, and I'm so happy she did! John H performed an inspection of the system and ductwork- and he found microbial growth in the supply plenum and unseated supply registers. All the work was taken care of. He also installed a UV stick light (RGF Bluair) to help prevent future issues. Booking was quick and easy. They got the work done within a few days of making the request. John and the office staff responded quickly, took the time to answer all of my detailed questions, showed up on time, and were generally awesome to work with. I would definitely recommend!

I got a call from my renter saying that there was a leak under the kitchen sink.  He sent a picture of the leak that looked like it was coming from the disposal.
Since our home warranty company doesn't work on disposals, I called ROD on the recommendation of a neighbor. Good choice! They came the next day, 4 hour window with a 30 minute arrival call. They were prompt, pleasant, diagnosed and quickly fixed the problem. Techs were also wearing PPE, including booties, and practiced social distancing.
I was Very impressed with ROD Plumbing, from Angel, the owner,  to the techs, their knowledge and professionalism.

Called Brandenburg after a local plumber completely hosed up our new construction project.  Austin and Wade came to the rescue.  They showed up when they said they would and took a look at the job.  They ensured us that they could resolve all the problems.  They took it on with a positive attitude and put our minds at ease.  Within a few days, all off the issues were resolved and we were on our way to the next phase of new construction.  What took one plumber about 2 months to totally destroy, these guys were able to resolve in a matter or days.  I would highly recommend.

Our recent and past experience with SALT have been excellent.  We always get good service.  The technicians, with Quen, Alex and Leo, are always very professional, knowledgeable and helpful.  They are mannerly and clean up any mess.  I highly recommend using this team.

Owner of company (Eusebio) hardly returns calls. He is not personable and is completely hands off. Jorge, his brother on the other hand is the profesional one. He picks up calls, he is resourceful and helpful and does the work on a timely manner.
All you want is for Jorge to be in charge of your project.
