We had guests for the weekend. They told me Friday night at almost midnight that 2 drains were clogged. Lantz's team was out there by noon on Saturday, fixed both items and gave great advice on prevention. I love them!

I cannot say enough nice things about S and D Plumbing. Replacing the pipes under your house is such a daunting endeavor! Melvin was amazingly thorough trying to find options then  Dan explaining estimates and exactly what would be replaced (apples to apples comparisons?!?) to the most amazing plumbers! I actually looked forward to seeing the smiling (literally) faces of Clarence and Austin. They answered all my dumb questions with a smile and left everything inside and outside as neat as possible each day. Even the digging crew were beyond polite and tried to make mud as neat as it can be. Thank you for making a potentially miserable situation easygoing.

David and his team are excellent. They arrived quickly and assessed the situation honestly. They were able to find the leak and replace all the necessary parts at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend this company!

Our business had a water leak in one of our rest rooms and we could not figure out where it was coming from.  I contacted RC, he was out at our facility within 60 minutes. RC figured out where the leak was coming from and fixed the problem in 30 minutes or less.  RC, was very professional, and took the time to explain what the issue was as well as how to avoid this from happening in the future.   I have never utilized this company before; after RC's professionalism, knowledge and customer service skills, we will be utilizing this company in the future.

I had a bad check valve on my somewhat secluded property in Emerald Valley that was causing no water for my cabin.  Cowboy plumbing came out on time, got out of their van smiling, and were the most honest, friendly, sincere plumbers I have ever met.  I will look for other jobs for them now!  Thank you guys!!!!

I have used Rick for a number of plumbing repairs over the past few years and he is THE BEST!  He always gives me complete information and advice.  His pricing is reasonable and he has come to my rescue with short notice several times....and once Rick fixes something, it STAYS fixed!!!  I really appreciate him, and I can't imagine ever using another plumber.

They have a great team and system going. I appreciate the texts they sent with instructions for covid procedures and I always appreciate it when they send a photo of the technician so I know who to expect. While it took a while to get on the schedule, it was well worth it. I had been used to plumbers from our builder that were less than desirable to hire again. The hill country guys were courteous, respectful, and hate to say it, but had all their teeth :D. My biggest regret is that we didnt have them when we built as they are fantastic and please dont waste your time if you have a plumbing issue, call them and let them impress you!

Sunday morning we needed immediate help, so we search and called around for the emergency on duty plumbers. Everyone was too busy to help, but one (not MY) said they could be out in an hour and 11 hours later they still hadn't come - they just kept calling back and saying 2 more hours. :(   My daughter told me earlier in the day to try MY, and at this point, I wished I would Of listened to my daughter and Called/Text My Plumbers when she told me about them.

Anyway I'm glad we ended up calling them! Their response time was less than 30 minutes and Brandon came out and got the job done in about 20 minutes or less!

Awesome service!  We had a backflow problem over the Christmas weekend, and they were able to come out and fix the problem the Monday after Christmas.  Mike took the time to explain what happened and how we can prevent the problem from happening again.  They have my highest recommendation!

Texas All Cash Home Buyers have used Josh and his team at Mr. Rooter for over hundred service calls and renovation projects.  There friendly, scheduling when needed and very fair pricing.  They have become our preferred plumber of choice and would recommend them to anyone.

Had a major water leak in the crawlspace in a 50's home. The water was a foot deep in crawlspace! First we got the water pumped out and let it dry out for 2 weeks. Longhorn Plumbing was available, showed up on time, and made the repair quickly. They also suggested we insulated the pipes on the exterior walls while they were there. They did all this work at reasonable costs and were very professional.
I highly recommend them and will use them again myself!

A neighbor recommended Connley Cannon while I was out of town. The house was being painted and the crew noticed water in the laundry room. Turns out the washer valves/bibs were leaking. Connley did the work and recommended some other much-needed upgrades to the home's plumbing. Once I got home, he came back to demonstrate all that was done and make sure I understood fully what was done and that I felt comfortable operating the water shut-offs, too. My new plumber is very reliable and personable!

They charged $250 to fix the toilets and one of them did not work.
Also, the appointment was in the morning and we were told that they didn't get the message.
We talked to a lady, they change our appointment.
Can't believe that they charge a lot ay the toilet doesn't work.
They were supposed to come over today and mentioned they had an emergency.
Well, the kitchen had an emergency...they should have extra men...
The appointment was done a week ago.The company chose the day , not us.

09/27 - Update... the owner came out the next day and worked on the shower faucet.  He apologized for the issues that we encountered and ensured that we weren't charged for the last service call.  Net/net he made things right and everything is working properly now.  He assured that adjustments were going to be made with technician and front office staff so I am confident that this is a one-off deal.

This responsive plumbing company rescheduled their promised service for my 84 yr old mother-in-law FOUR times. After the fourth time I told her to cancel and they were RUDE to her over the phone.
And don't get me started on their horrible commercials.
