They came out to fix my dripping faucet from my bathtub. After I checked to see if it all worked correctly, it doesn't because when the shower head is running, the water is also coming out of the faucet. The tech said it's another problem so another fee had to add on to the original $120 (by the way I provided the right part to fix the dripping faucet which took him less than 10 mins to swab it out).

Awesome service, great communication, and a fair price. Couldn't ask for more from a service company. Had them come out to my new place and inspect / tune up my irrigation system. They fixed issues I knew I had, discovered a couple new ones, and got it all corrected. Highly recommend and will use again.

People's Choice Plumbing has excellent customer service and their technicians are friendly and competent.  I hired People's Choice Plumbing to inspect and start a gas fireplace in their home.  I could not be happier with the result.  Great communication, on-time service, and my parents are happy!  The technician checked the gas line, turned on the fireplace and showed my parents how to light it.  We will definitely use People's Choice Plumbing for our future plumbing issues!  Thank you!

Mark visited my home to unclog my sink drain. He found that my painting contractor had been cleaning off his paint brushes in the sink which cause this buildup to occur, he eventually pulled out the gunk and got me back up & running. Very sweet guy, took his time to do it right  and helped so much.

Just so you'll know, American Plumbing is Felix Griffin with an occasional assist from his son.  Felix has been providing great service in and around Austin since I was a kid, and that's a long time ago.  He has always been upfront with me and I have always felt that what he charged was reasonable.  He's never left me hanging and is beyond trustworthy.  Being an old timer in the biz, if you have an older home, this is the guy who can figure out what's wrong with your plumbing and find the part for it, even if the part was discontinued in the past millennium.  Felix is a resource everyone needs.  I think Nancy M. said it best when she said Felix is a character...easy to laugh, but knows his stuff, top to bottom.

AT&T is currently putting new cable in my neighborhood.  As a result, they had to place huge holes in my yard.  After the construction, the cable trenching company brought JNS out to fix my lawn and sprinklers.  JNS did an excellent job matching the sod to my existing lawn, fixing the sprinklers, adjusting them and giving me great instructions on how to care for the new sod in the July Texas heat so that it survived.

Honest and do good work. Knowledgeable  plumbers.  Worked with us on our remodel and also helped us last minute. Highly recommend.

After my grandparents were extorted by a previous plumber, it was nice to meet Sylvester and his son. Sylvester took his time and did an amazing job and even called to check in on my grandparents. After my grandparents were abused by a previous plumber Sylvester was like an angel. He charged us half the price of the previous plumber.

I was installing a bidet that required the hose to attach to  t-valve under my wonderful seamless toilet (pain in the *#%*) I gave up and called around. I was given Eric's name and scheduled an appointment.
Eric started by replacing the fill valve because I had stripped the plastic threading....but after an hour of trying to get behind the toilet  to install the t-valve he gave up. Long story short a few days later he calls and said he had a simple fix! He was bound and determined to get this thing connected. Eric came out and within 15-20 min he had the bidet connected! Great guy would totally recommend him and now we can say we have happy tushes!

These guys are the nicest, most professional plumbers I've ever worked with.  Professional on the phone, punctual.  Love their communication.  This would be a five star rating except for the price.  I paid $300 for them to clear 2 slow draining sinks of hair clogs.  They arrived at my home at 10:00 and were gone just before 10:40.  The actual work took less than 10 minutes.  

In their defense, they showed me the price and I agreed to it, but that was before we knew how easy this job would end up being.  I assumed it was a much bigger problem.  Based on their stellar reviews I would have expected them to discount the work more after we learned how easy the repair was to complete.

I appreciate and respect that this is a small business and they need everything they can get to succeed, but I do feel that I was overcharged for the amount of work that was performed.  I am not sure if I will use them in the future or not, but that's solely based on price.  I would rate them 5 for service and 2 for price.  I gave them a 4 star in the end because 3 felt too harsh.

I had an appointment on Tuesday to check on a leaking pipe in my yard.  The plumber said to expose the leak and he'd be back on Thursday at 10:00 to fix it.  On Thursday at 8:30, I got a call saying they couldn't make it and that the soonest they could be there is next Wednesday!  Next Wednesday!  Seriously?  After they stood me up they weren't interested in making it right.  We've been unable to turn our water on for several days and now I'm stuck trying to scramble to find another plumber.  Do not call them.  Do not call them.  Do not call them.

My water heater bit the dust so I called Christianson to see if it could be repaired.  As I feared, the unit was pronounced DOA.  I elected to replace it with a new tankless unit and was shocked to learn that my plumber Jeff would be able to source a new Navien unit and could stay to install it that same afternoon! While Jeff dismantled and removed the old heater a helper picked up the new one and drove to my house with it.  The two guys worked late to get the heater installed and everything worked beautifully.  Both Jeff and Joseph were professional and courteous and answered all my questions.  This deal couldn't have gone much better.  A++++++

What happens when Glenn comes over to fix a leaky hose-bib valve ($7 part @ 10 min job) and the husband is not there? HE SAVES THE DAY!! Not only did he fix the problem for the low, low price of $1550!! Apparently he found some open gas lines too.. Whew.. if it weren't for Glenn, we would still have all that money! Thanks for taking full advantage of the situation, Glenn!   10/10 will continue to call him for my money back.. Had a terrible commercial experience with this company.  I was at McGride's gun parlor having some guns sighted when I decided to give them a whirl.  Very pleasant woman came into the main room where a truck apparently crashed through the wall.  She was real clear that it would be a $43 service fee to look at my ice machine at my business.  Fine I said as long as it goes toward the ice machine cleaning at my bar. The very next day they rushed over and told my bartender it would be $969.00 to Clean an ice machine?   That's worth maybe $650 on a good day? What the hell kind of scam is this.   Then I heard from a former employee that they were a little short last year from leasing all these flashy orange vans and trucks.  This shortfall is hardly a customer's fault and being stuffed to make up profits is not a good way to foster goodwill in the bar biz

Get back to basics dude and start running an ethical business.   Lance Armstrong Foundation we are not.  And I am certainly not giving charitable contributions to a poorly run business.   They even have a goofy ad on Pandora.
