Really appreciate the hustle to repair a hose bib that broke clean off. After contacting Alex he promptly provided pricing (which was less that the other 5 I talked to) and was available within an hour and a half to do the work!

He re-directed a tech (John) who was in the area to swing by and complete the work. John was polite, informative and crazy efficient. He even provided me with ideas for fixing some brick around the hose bib!

David is professional and HONEST!  I compared his bid to replace a garbage disposal and it was much less expensive then competitors. He always answers his phone when I call. He even made an extra trip back to my house to drop off a little strainer for my sink to help me, at no charge.

Colony Homes is the best! They turned my nightmare kitchen flood into the kitchen of my dreams. No really, it's true. The restoration company ripped out my whole kitchen and all my floors. To say I was stressed and overwhelmed would be a gross understatement. Thank God I found Colony Homes. In walked John and saved the day. He was professional, timely, and very communicative throughout the entire process. He even helped me navigate the murky waters of the insurance company. His crew was just as wonderful to work with. They showed up when they said they would (say what?), did amazing work, and always cleaned up after themselves. I cannot recommend this company highly enough!!!

I have yet to meet Felix but when I need plumbing work done I am calling him!! I have heard about him from several sources, so he can't be influencing unfairly. Hope it's okay to pass this on to others looking for a good plumber!

After my grandparents were extorted by a previous plumber, it was nice to meet Sylvester and his son. Sylvester took his time and did an amazing job and even called to check in on my grandparents. After my grandparents were abused by a previous plumber Sylvester was like an angel. He charged us half the price of the previous plumber.

Gilbert at Blue Dragon recommended Eric. I called him on Wednesday morning and he was able to make it on Thursday AM. He was prompt on his schedule. He quickly did a very thorough job, and explained the issue with the clogged kitchen sink. His pricing was reasonable and I will definitely call him for any plumbing related issues.

We needed to run a gas line for our laundry room so we could install a gas dryer.  Luckily enough, we found Mike. He was more than patient and helpful throughout the entire process. He has a wealth of knowledge and best of all, was more than willing to share it. I had an incessant number of questions for him as to what needed to be done; he thoroughly answered each of them and would always ask if I had more questions. We also had a very short timeline to work with and he was more than accommodating.

As first time homeowners who just recently moved and had unforseen expenses quickly piling on, we were so incredibly grateful that Mike worked with us on pricing. He did an amazing job and gave us an unbeatable deal especially for the quality of workmanship he delivered. He even did a great job cleaning up after the work was finished.

We always hear horror stories involved with plumbing hires but Mike was definitely not one of them. We would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for a good, responsive plumber.  Thanks Mike!

These guys are amazing from my experiences with them. J.R. and his crew have done an excellent job. I've used them twice in the last year, and they've gone out of their way to fix the issue without charging and arm and a leg. I would recommend them to anyone that needs any plumbing work done. I'm glad I finally found a solid and dependable plumbing company, and I'll be using them for any future issues.

Great service overall! Punctual, polite, and took care of all of our questions with a smile.  Considering we just moved to town, we appreciated the honesty from our service technician Chance who took care of us on the morning of our appointment. Definitely reccomend!

Their booklet was attached to my AC unit and they originally installed the whole system in my house. I called them to discuss that there is water on my filter drpping from the above whenever my system runs. Their technician came and looked at my unit...(literally JUST looked at the unit!!) and told me that everything is fine and there's nothing wrong with the system. He blew a few pipes with a cylinder in his hands and said that the system is good to go. I asked him multiple times that I would appreciate if he checks the Puron level but he said that puron is full without attaching any gauge or looking at anything. I was impressed by the fact that HE is experienced and professional who can just look at the system and tell whats wrong. I paid them $70 and he left. The same day, I noticed water on my filter again, I replaced the soaked filter with the newer one. I started to replace my filter with the dry one whenever i see water. After the week, water started to drip faster and that whole area was wet. I called them again and the technician came again to tell me that he would open the system to see If there's something wrong with the coil and I should expect something between $100-250 to pay.I think he should have been done that the first time he was here to diagnose the problem. I called another company which I am also going to review. their technician came, looked at the whole system, spent time in figuring out the puron level, put Puron into the unit and my system started to work perfectly fine. I knew that people in this industry would take advantage of the fact that Its hot in texas and people with small kids cant live a single day without AC unit working so they charge you whatever they want even if its as small as putting Puron. Not to mention the cleanup of the area that I had after that flow of water to be safe from Mold and Algae. Its HARD to Find honest people in this industry!!!!!!

I've had a grinder pump for 22 years, and had to replace/repair parts numerous times. My last plumbing service took me to the cleaners. When my controller panel went toes up on Friday evening, I ran the grinder pump manually several times on Sat/Sun, and on Monday AM, I called GC Plumbing thanks to some online praises I read on FB.  CODY from GC on a MONDAY got there within an hour, and went through several phases of service, from the least expensive option (replace a circuit board) to what the situation actually required (a totally new controller board).  When I asked him to also install a new weather-tight housing so that what happened when the last company left the door literally swinging in the lake breeze, would be avoided - simple rain and sprinkler water damage.  He drove all the way to south Austin and back, and had it installed by only an hour after sunset.  If ONLY all trades were as diligent as GC Plumbing and especially Cody.  Next time Lake Travis floods and I have to bug-out, THEY will be who I call to remove the electronics so they don't fry out.  As I griped initially , my last go-to plumbers really took me to the cleaners.  These guys just CLEAN UP well.  Thanks, Cody, you guys rock.  Anyone, feel free to contact me with questions of any technical level.  I don't do many Yelp reviews, but when I  do it's because I am motivated in either one direction or the other.  This is one of the happiest I've ever made.

Great HVAC Tune-up service experience. Used a $79 coupon they had on their website and also needed some refrigerant added to both our units (total service for our home was under $140 but will obviously vary based on the condition). Our technician was Christian Barlow and he was excellent - good demeanor, explained what he did to the units in the attic, and walked me through the refrigerant and work he did on the HVAC air handler units on the exterior. Christian even spoke to our landscaper that was here at the same time and got them to trim around all the hedges to give proper air and circulation to the air handler units. Thanks Christian and Radiant.
