Recently had foundation work done which required a separate engagement for plumbing services to preform a hydrostatic pressure test to warranty the work.

I had a great experience with Sosa Services. They provided transparency and where able to schedule the test next day. My technician, Gio, was prompt, professional, communicative, and extremely polite. Gio was very patient and took the time to answer all the questions I had about the work being done. All-in-all, I would recommend Sosa Services to my neighbors for plumbing needs

Just want to say this is first time I have used Austex and I am very impressed.  I called and scheduled an appointment.  As promised, they called the day of the appointment to let me know exactly what time they would be here.  Gilbert actually showed up earlier than our original scheduled time which worked out great for me.  He identified all the problems (and there were quite a few) and fixed nearly everything while he was here.  Although he did not have some large sprinkler heads that we needed to fix, he identified and flagged those so my partner could fix later.

Besides identifying and  fixing everything, Gilbert could not have been more pleasant and professional with his service.  I would definitely use Austex again.

Dave came by our old house to take a look at several different issues we were having.  He provided some advice on ways to prevent leaks, fixed a p-trap and helped solve water pressure issues in two sinks.  He was very thorough and genuine.  His pricing was average, not too high, not too low.  For a reliable, trustworthy plumber and team who care and don't just give the quick fix, he's the best in town I've found.  We will certainly have your team back when we meet other plumbing challenges.  Thanks Dave!

I'm well on track on having my repairs fixed in under 2 weeks.

Felix is amazing!! I called him on a Saturday (along with several others) and he was the only one to call me back. When I explained that water was flowing freely from my kitchen faucet into my lower cabinet, he was able to determine what the problem was AND walked me through the repair in less than 3 minutes. Who does that? Well, Felix does. Even though he didn't actually step foot in my house, I consider him a plumbing genius and he is our forever plumber now.

These folks finished the job in only one day.  I would highly recommend them for your landscape and irrigation needs.

Friendly guy, knowledgeable and courteous. However, very expensive. His estimates were almost 80% higher than other plumbers.

I had an appointment on Tuesday to check on a leaking pipe in my yard.  The plumber said to expose the leak and he'd be back on Thursday at 10:00 to fix it.  On Thursday at 8:30, I got a call saying they couldn't make it and that the soonest they could be there is next Wednesday!  Next Wednesday!  Seriously?  After they stood me up they weren't interested in making it right.  We've been unable to turn our water on for several days and now I'm stuck trying to scramble to find another plumber.  Do not call them.  Do not call them.  Do not call them.

I was having a new shower built and needed a plumber.  I started with a plumber I'd used previously but when the tile/bath installer came back, he commented on the issues he spotted with my new plumbing.  I called my plumber who indicated that he could come back but it would be even more expense.  I decided to start fresh.  I am so glad I did.  David gave me a very reasonable quote upfront, came the next day, made all the corrections and gave me a good explanation for what he had done and why.  My installer came back the next day and was very impressed.  So was I.  Since then I've called David in to do a small job for me and again was impressed with his explanation of why and what he did.  Also again, he was very reasonable.  
David is very personable, professional and gets the job done correctly at a reasonable price in a reasonable amount of time.

Unbelievably bad.

We live in a 20 year old house. The furnace and AC gave out last summer, 2012. After exploring options Christianson seemed like a reasonable choice based on price and other reviews.

New system installed in a day for 6K and then the problems started.

In a little over a year we have had technicians come out on five separate occasions due to poor initial wiring, collapse of a plenum the installer built, power problems, and failure of a switch.

Today the tech was telling us we were going to have to spend another 5k - 7k to really get the system fixed right. We already spent 6k on a new furnace, condenser, outdoor unit, and the promised duct work.

Ridiculous. I strongly urge you to avoid this company. Based on other reviews some of the techs do good work, but based on my experience the installation is a real dice roll.

What happens when Glenn comes over to fix a leaky hose-bib valve ($7 part @ 10 min job) and the husband is not there? HE SAVES THE DAY!! Not only did he fix the problem for the low, low price of $1550!! Apparently he found some open gas lines too.. Whew.. if it weren't for Glenn, we would still have all that money! Thanks for taking full advantage of the situation, Glenn!   10/10 will continue to call him for my money back.. Radiant Plumbing & AC is the best. This year we needed two emergency services, and both times Radiant came through.

This summer, we needed to replace our outdated HVAC unit and add a return. We received two bids. Both included the need for a small attic surcharge and a one to two week wait time. On a whim, we called Radiant.  Bang! Radiant came out the next day, quoted us the best price, and replaced the HVAC two days later.

Recently, our 60-year-old Austin ranch decided the master bathroom shower drain had had enough, and once again Radiant resolved the problem the next day.

We found the company's technicians to be courteous, COVID safe, and pleasant to be around. Give them a call. You won't be disappointed.
