A great experience with every facet of the job they did replacing my hot water heater in the hectic bad weather week around Christmas. They kept me informed and were on time and on quote. I'd definitely use them again.

I had a lot of scheduling problems with Austex but otherwise the technician I worked with was good.  When I initially called, the first appt they had was 3 weeks out.  I had several valves in my yard that were completely buried, one of which was broke so no water to that zone.  Logan found and repaired the broken valve in less than 30 minutes.  He also tested each zone and found a broken sprinkler head that I was not aware of.  He replaced the broken head but when I got home later that day, I realized actually the nipple was broke too so I had to dig it back up myself and fix it because the soonest Logan could return was again 3 weeks away.  

Before Logan left, I did make a follow up appointment to find another buried valve and install a new sprinkler head.  Again the soonest he had available was 3 weeks out.  When I called to confirm the followup appointment 2 weeks later, the office had no record of it.  I reschedule again for 1.5 weeks and they called to cancel that the day of.  I rescheduled again but there was a miscommunication about the time...  Long story short lot of scheduling issues.  Seems like whoever does scheduling doesn't carve out enough time for each appt, travel, & paperwork so they often run behind.

First of all, I want to thank David for not treating me like some moron by telling me after explaining the issue that the water softener is the problem. I already confirmed that, cleared out my heaters, and performed several basic troubleshooting steps to identify to issue myself. I am usually wary about calling a plumber as they are rarely an inexpensive choice. But I was at a loss at what was causing my water pressure problems and David was very professional in listening to what I had done and what I believed was wrong. Ultimately he quoted a price at the beginning and zeroed in on the problem with a confident idea that this was it. My water flow is now outstanding and I would even say better than when the house was originally built 5 years ago. Thanks to David and People's Choice Plumbing for their outstanding professional service.

My home was flooded and in complete disrepair.  CH men and women restored my entire home in the most professional manor.  They were so prompt.  They ACTUALLY came to work when they said they would.  Unheard of with other companies.

I, also, made many good friends in the process.  Kudos to Anthony, John and, especially, Juan. Although I have my home back in better condition than before the disaster, I have to say that I miss the good conversations I had with your staff.

Just so you'll know, American Plumbing is Felix Griffin with an occasional assist from his son.  Felix has been providing great service in and around Austin since I was a kid, and that's a long time ago.  He has always been upfront with me and I have always felt that what he charged was reasonable.  He's never left me hanging and is beyond trustworthy.  Being an old timer in the biz, if you have an older home, this is the guy who can figure out what's wrong with your plumbing and find the part for it, even if the part was discontinued in the past millennium.  Felix is a resource everyone needs.  I think Nancy M. said it best when she said Felix is a character...easy to laugh, but knows his stuff, top to bottom.

Can't recommend these guys enough. Very kind and professional and explained everything clearly. Showed up promptly after I contacted them because they were concerned I had a main leak from the few pictures I sent. They addressed my concerns and fixed all the issues. Up front about the price before proceeding with the work. And the prices were very reasonable!

Honest and do good work. Knowledgeable  plumbers.  Worked with us on our remodel and also helped us last minute. Highly recommend.

We recently got new counters installed in our kitchen which included a new sink and faucet. While I was able to install the new faucet, I quickly realized that the rest of the job (replacing the garbage disposal, re-piping beneath the sink, etc.) were above my paygrade. I gave Bluedragon plumbing a call, but they were all booked up for the next week. However, he referred me to Eric with ET Plumbing. I gave Eric a call that afternoon and he penciled me in for first thing the next morning. Sure enough, Eric and his apprentice Bobby showed up and quickly and efficiently got my sink up and running. Eric is a very sociable and friendly guy who genuinely cares about his customers, and is passionate about what he does. He thoroughly explained everything that he was going to work on and gave me a very fair quote. When all the work was done, he even mentioned that I could call or text him anytime if I ever had a plumbing question and he would give me free advice (even for items unrelated to the work he did on our kitchen sink) - that's fantastic service! In a world of businesses who only care about profits, it's a breath of fresh air to do business with someone like Eric. Eric is now my go to guy for any future plumbing needs I have. I HIGHLY recommend ET plumbing.

   I was recently having water pressure issues at my house and was sure that it was the pressure relief valve that was faulty, since my house is 13 years old and my neighbor had just recently replaced theirs.  Mike came out and determined that the valve was indeed faulty and quickly replaced it and at a reasonable price.   The water pressure was better, but still wasn't really the way it should be.   This is where Advanced Plumbing really shined.  Mike came back out and took his time to correctly diagnose that the pressure issues that I was still having were all due to my water softener system having some kind of a internal issue.  He bypassed the softener to be sure and immediately the water pressure was fixed.   He all of this all at no extra cost to me, which is really amazing, especially since he knew I still had a warranty on the water softener and thus wouldn't get any more business out of this job if it was indeed the water softener that was faulty.    I got the water softener fixed a few days later and everything is back to normal.   Mike and Sarah showed outstanding customer service and just as important, got the problem figured out in a timely manner and at a great price.  They definitely have  all of my future business and my wife and I will be referring everyone we know to them.   Thanks for the great service!!

What can I say besides this has been the best company I have worked for. The office staff is wonderful and always happy. The owner Ldon was there always when I had a question and would work right beside you. I truly had a wonderful time working here. They truly value their clients and the personnel. I just want to start with I'm a female first time expanding business owner who's knows literally NOTHING about plumbing. I'm not the only one in this neighborhood going through this with Christianson. Their practices are a hot topic on our Facebook page.

I have a brand new home 5 yrs old. My unit was installed and under warranty with this company. Over the last 2 years (brand new unit) I have spent over $2000 in labor cost for them to come out around 5 times for this same unit. They refuse to own up to say that the unit is defective and they refuse to do anything about it.

Today is Saturday 06/01/19 came home to inside temps of 90 degrees and water leaking through the first floor ceiling (same issue they fixed last few times). Called them and they are telling me $125 for a diagnostic fee. Last month when the unit stopped working we paid $80 for them to come out and tell us that it's our thermostat well we got new thermostats  and it's still not working.The last time they had to pay to remove my first floor ceiling once and today it's flooded again.

Why do I need to pay a diagnostic fee for something you already know that has an issue. Each time they come out they replace a part and charge us an arm and a leg for labor.  I told the lady on the phone I am not paying that fee. Well she called back and we get the following from them.

Christianson is no longer responsible for your unit after 5 years which was on the 14 of May this year...talk to your builder.

I called them last month prior to warranty running out and they said that it was my thermostat and did nothing (Didn't consider the issue they came out 4 times for). My home turned 5 years on May 14, 2019. This is how they work.

FYI: If your AC unit was installed by Christianson (DR. HORTON HOMES) and you have been having issues with a new AC unit. They will patch work your unit until you hit the 5 year mark. Then tell you they are no longer obligated to service your AC.

No complaints about the service that was performed arrived during the promised window and wore protective clothing. My only problem with this company is that their rate turns out to be twice as much as anywhere else as we learned when we checked later. My mistake!  Over $400 for a 45-minute job cleaning out a clogged drain regardless of what some job book says is just too much.  Angie's List quotes that job is between 109 to 214 on average.

Earlier last week, my air conditioner was not cooling. Previously we had another company, but it only lasted a week and started back running hot, so I wanted to get a second opinion. This time around I reached out to Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning.  Javier stopped by to check our AC. Prior to him inspecting the unit, Jaiver thoroughly explained what he was going to do to see why the AC was not cooling. After his assessment, Javier was able to resolve the cooling problem. However, through his assessment he identified some major problems that needed to be addressed in a few months. A week has gone by and our AC is still running cool. We are thankful for Radiant fitting us in the next day schedule. This is allowing us some additional time to research the best price for our pocket book.
