Although their contractor for the sink install didn't wear a mask, the plumber, Jordan, specifically with Sosa Services, wore a mask and was very friendly. He let me know what he was going to do and kept me informed. Very happy with my brand new sink and faucet!

0 stars for workmanship and threat to void warranty that I paid for:  We saved up for years and just spent over $7000 (paid in full) to have Austex Sprinklers install a system on our small lot and install sod in Dec. 2019.  Not only did they not pull a variance from the City (for watering to establish the sod), but they programmed the system against the City's allowances - Resulting in an $800 water bill (from the previous $30 I was used to paying).  The ground was not properly prepared for the sod.  We met with the City water auditor on site and they made Austex Sprinklers program it to City standards and during the City water hearing I attended, they noted their programming error again.  The sod was placed and had divots of 1 and 1/2 in causing us to trip multiple times.  When we asked them to roll it, they said they did, even though we never saw them do it and were here at all times.   I had another company come in and correct the issues.  They charged a lot of money but they brought in a lot of soil to fill all of the divots Austex should have done - plus this other company rolled it.  The compay noted serious issues with Austex's work - in the receipt for the corrective work.  Phil and Austex Sprinklers threatened to void the warranty if I disclosed the programming and variance issue plus poor workmanship.  They also billed me for 2 meetings to try to resolve this issue.  These issues should be covered by the warranty I paid for - and should have been resolved by them but were not.  They are threatening to sue me for disclosing our situation and providing receipts to correct their errors.

I used People's Choice Plumbing to install a water softener a couple of months ago.  The plumber arrived on-time and did an excellent job with the installation and answering any of my questions.

The installation ended up being complicated, and he handled the situation swiftly and the right way.  They followed up multiple times to ensure I was satisfied and having no issues.

I will 100% be using them again for any future plumbing issues!

Mark visited my home to unclog my sink drain. He found that my painting contractor had been cleaning off his paint brushes in the sink which cause this buildup to occur, he eventually pulled out the gunk and got me back up & running. Very sweet guy, took his time to do it right  and helped so much.

Called for inspection of plumbing fixtures and pipes. An actual person answered the phone. He was out the next day. Wonderful service from a LICENSED plumber. Very polite, quick, on time, knowledgeable, and helpful. Highly recommend.

Had some minor work done on the toilets and everything was excellent.  From setting up the appointment, to the confirmation and Bill coming out and working, it was all oustanding.  I hope they know what they have with that guy because he is quick, professional and very honest.  I would recommend Cedar Park Plumbing to anyone...and will!

David of Clear and Present Plumbing came to work on my hot water heater that would not stay lit. After a quick inspection, he found rust where it shouldn't be. Instead of just replacing the assembly he took time to analyze the situation as to why the rust was there. The theory is the vent cap on the roof allows water to travel down the vent pipe during hard rains and put the flame out. He cleaned rust off a few parts, put them back in place.  We will wait until the next blowing rain and see if the theory is correct. This has been an ongoing issue since the house was built.
We appreciated that he didn't just replace the part and call it fixed.
He is a professional young man and his bill was very reasonable. If you like to keep it local and live in the Kyle/Buda area, this is the plumber for you.

Had an issue with the pilot light on my natural gas water heater going out every now and then.  I'm busy during normal business hours not much of a phone person  ... I really prefer email as it allows me to document (aka remember) everything said, etc.  So, I used the online form on their web site to ask general questions about how to proceed, pricing, etc.  I received a reply the next morning from Trent Christianson (gotta love a family owned business) with really good feedback  He explained how common the situation was, the main reasons for it happening, and what/how they charge for service.  He also carboned their plumbing service manager, Jerry Sprague, in case I wanted to see about buyiing parts from them (as they're a distributor of my water heater) for self repair, etc.  A few emails back and forth with questions and answers got us to the point where they were able to tell me that my water heater was actually still under warranty -- meaning all normal parts would be covered.  I even received a phone call or two from Jerry to discuss the situation and my options further -- very friendly and down to earth.  I scheduled an appointment for the later part of the next day (asked to be the last stop) and (as promised) received a phone call from them about 30 minutes before they arrived.  The service tech, David, was also very friendly and knowledgeable.  He explained anything I wanted to know and worked quite efficiently.  He gave me tips on what to do (myself) as far as regular maintenance going forward.  He even brought out a big pipe wrench and got the severely stuck spray nozzle removed from my garden hose ... which I was about ready to cut off.  All in all, this company provided me exactly the service that I'd want from a company.

No complaints about the service that was performed arrived during the promised window and wore protective clothing. My only problem with this company is that their rate turns out to be twice as much as anywhere else as we learned when we checked later. My mistake!  Over $400 for a 45-minute job cleaning out a clogged drain regardless of what some job book says is just too much.  Angie's List quotes that job is between 109 to 214 on average.

Joseph McClughan was our technician for a bathtub drain clog - we turned to Radiant because we've had such good experiences and Joseph was no exception! He was so friendly, informative, prompt, and clean. He was really clear with his services and the pricing options we had, then got to work and took care of business! He's also awesome with our dogs who were up in his business the whole time  :) Thanks Joseph and Radiant for raising the bar on service.
