Best Plumbing Services in Austin, TX
I was taking bids to have my gas lines tested. Sosa Services quoted an additional charge of $200 for the permit alone. I know for a fact, because I was told by the City permit office, that the permit cost $35. I'm cool with a small markup, but charging $200 on top of the $325 for the rest of the work, (so a total of $525) seems excessive. That's their call, though. Needless to say, I won't be using Sosa Services for this or any of my properties. That's MY call.

We moved into a home that had a great many issues with the sprinkler system. Frank came out and saw that we had a leak at the main water valve that I hadn't noticed. The grass had turned black but I had no idea why until he showed us. He then looked at our back patio area and suggested we put in a drip system in the extensive garden area that wasn't doing very well. He spent over 7 hours working tirelessly on an extremely hot day. He fixed everything, added the drip system (which was no easy task) and added water lines into my flower pots without even asking, making it so much easier to take care of them! We even have an extra zone added should we decide to add more shrubs, trees, and flowers in the back! He reset our timers so that each zone was finally getting enough water, adjusting the drip systems specifically for special needs like our myrtles and our rose bushes. There won't be any need to ever look again for someone to maintain our sprinkler system. I highly recommend them. Frank was amazing! The price was more than fair, given the scope of work performed. You won't be sorry if you use them.

After calling for the first time, David and Michael came quickly to my house and gave me a fair quote. I felt at ease with them and felt confident based on previous reviews that the guys were honest and fair. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is that I had to show David how to plug up our toilet after he used the long plunger for 30 mins to clear the drain. After I clogged up the toilet, the diagnosis was, I need a stronger toilet (with bigger diameter p-stopper). New language I have learned. Over a hundred dollars later, I was told I need a stronger toilet. At least I know I don't have a clogged pipe.

John, from Colony Home, was such a lifesaver. He was so knowledgable when it came to two separate water issues we had- he helped with everything from the mitigation to repair. His team on-site was kind and trustworthy. His office team was organized and responsive. I would recommend John over and over again!

I have nothing but praise for Felix and his team for a difficult and expensive job well done. This really is as good as it gets.
The City of Austin informed us that we had to replace our wastewater line that was roughly 80' in length. They not only beat out all of the other estimates by thousands of dollars (one other estimate was over $10,000 more than what Felix charged for the same job), but they knew exactly what they were doing and how long it would take. The got it permitted and planned the job. When we were at work, they did everything in one day! Amazing! The next day the city inspector reviewed and passed it with flying colors noting that the grade of the pipe was greatly improved. Felix was personable and friendly. He has been working since I think the 60s and remembered when our neighborhood was built in late 70s. He explained everything to us and hand delivered the final inspection. I have strong recommendations for this company that they will do the job right no matter how complicated and charge you a very, very fair price.

Eric and his team were super responsive to my initial call. Eric came out, inspected my issue, diagnosed the problem. He had to order a part and come back. While they had to reschedule this appointment he gave prompt notice, apologized profusely and worked with my schedule to come back. When the part didn't fix the problem, another repair was recommended and another appointment scheduled. This last repair seems to have done the trick. So, while it took three visits and some time, they got it done. All very professionally and not with a bunch of xtra visit charges. Reasonable, informative and honest. Willl use again for sure!

316 Peggy Dr, Liberty Hill, TX 78642
We called Cedar Park Plumbing to repair our water heater. They diagnosed the problem, and came back the next day to repair it. They spent over an hour replacing the thermostat. I expected an expensive bill, but was surprised (and pleased) when they handed me the bill. Their prices are very reasonable! They fix only what is broken and charge a fair price. I will definitely call them again when I need a plumber!

I depend on Yelp to help me with my contractor needs! I called David Richards with Clear and Present Plumbing LLC and I am , once again, very happy that I found his listing. He was very quick in responding and explained the possible charges before taking the job. After the completion of the job, David called me and explained what the problem was! Thank you David!
I recommend this company to everyone!

We had a problem with a slight gas leak on one of the water heaters above the garage and we called Christianson Plumbing. We live in a community near Bee Cave. Jeff was our plumber. He found the leak, but in addition we mentioned that we have this knocking sound whenever the shower runs. He checked and found that we had a slight water leak as well and a bad back flow valve(I think that is what it is called).This is part of a recirculating pump we have on one of the water heaters because of the distance to the bathroom meant waiting a long time for hot water. We also mentioned that even with the recirculating pump we wait for a long time for hot water. He checked the timer and the settings were all wrong. The recirculating pump was running during midday and the middle of the night. Maybe the previous owners had odd hours. Well he fixed all of these problems plus giving us an estimate for complete replacement of the water heaters as they are nearing end of life. In addition he told us to get some watchdog leak monitors for about $12 dollars at home depot and put them in the pans under the water heater so we would get a warning if a leak does occur in one of them. Cheep insurance. Also what I liked about Jeff is that he is all business. He gets to work and gets it done but still has time to explain the problem, the solution and the cost.

Too expensive and not able to fix the problem! This company charged
$ 380 to have the plumber look under the bathtub and visually diagnose the leak. After the leak was confirmed, the plumber told us that they can't neither repair nor replace the bathtub. After few calls and discussions, this company offered to install new bathtub (simple soaking tub) for
$ 4800!

This company will rip you off in a heartbeat. They only respond to reviews here when people complain and service manager calls you to lower the insane price you were quoted or charged. Had a guy respond to leak and charged nearly $1700 to fix it. Criminals! Avoid this company at all costs. $1700 for less than 5 hours work and nearly no material usage. Criminals!!!!
The service manager did call after I complained about being charged $350 PER HOUR to diagnose a leak that we already pointed out the source of. I was offered a 10% discount on this bill. Criminals! Pure ripoff. $1700 to diagnose this is beyond criminal.
