Fixed up my water softener loop to accommodate easy changing out of any water softener with universal connections. Fair price, friendly, professional, punctual, quick, and great work. Would certainly recommend to others.

First rate.  They gave me a bid straight up off of Yelp, sent a guy out on time who did the job well, behaved professionally, and charged what they promised.

Fantastic communication and service with responding to an outside water leak we were experiencing.  Dave and his helper arrived right on time (actually a little bit early) and explained everything regarding the expected repairs and costs.   Very reasonable and excellent work!  Will be using them again.

We had massive mold infestation in our two story, 4129sf home, and had to replace three HVAC units and all ducts.  Afterward, we had 22 large holes in our ceilings where ducts were removed, and three areas where drywall had been removed in our walls.  The damage was extensive.  Our remediation company, Blackhill, in Austin, Tx recommended four construction companies.  One company sent a representative and they never called back.  Another gave us a bid, but the next day the owner emailed to say that his company couldn't do the job.  Too big of a job.  We interviewed John Flores, the owner of Colony Homes Home Maintenance and repair services.  He was not intimidated by the amount and difficulty of work, and said we would never the know anything has happened.  I didn't believe him, because the damage was so extensive.  But, we hired him anyway because we were becoming desperate.  He sent in a large drywall crew.  They arrived the day he said they would, and quickly, over a two day period, squared all the holes, and put up the drywall.  The next day a large drywall finishing crew arrived, and spent a few days on the massive amount of work.  Then John sent in a large painting crew which essentially had to repaint the entire house.  Then he sent in a large cleaning crew.  Literally, everyone of the crews was impressive.  The worked quickly, were friendly, and communicated with us in a way that caused us to have confidence in them.  The bottom line is that John delivered in ways that far exceeded our expectations.  I was wrong and John was right.  We couldn't tell anything had happened.  Now, I'm 72 and have worked with a number of contractor type firms, and I don't remember one of them who met my expectations.  Yes, I'm a perfectionist, but I'm fair. American Plumbing's Felix Griffin and his son, Felix Jr., have been our plumbers of choice for decades. They call you back right away and come out as soon as possible. Felix is a character, but the good kind of character . . . easy to laugh, but knows his stuff, top to bottom.

AT&T is currently putting new cable in my neighborhood.  As a result, they had to place huge holes in my yard.  After the construction, the cable trenching company brought JNS out to fix my lawn and sprinklers.  JNS did an excellent job matching the sod to my existing lawn, fixing the sprinklers, adjusting them and giving me great instructions on how to care for the new sod in the July Texas heat so that it survived.

Honest and do good work. Knowledgeable  plumbers.  Worked with us on our remodel and also helped us last minute. Highly recommend.

John was the best, he did an awesome job replacing the twisted tube my husband made out of our tub spout, builder glued a threaded kind, that's a no no. Eric was the one who quoted the job, he was super attentive and kind but most of all understanding of our particular situation. Fair pricing and and excellent job all the way. Thank you again!

I had to them install a water heater because mine broke  and I was showering in the cold. Guy came over with a dog and installed it but wouldn't really talk to me, very passive aggressive when I asked questions. I offered some water because it was hot down there, it's my boiler room. No AC. He ran out of my house without telling me he was finished or showing me that the hot water was back. At the time, I honestly was only focused on the sensual sensation that a hot shower could bring me so I didn't push the subject or call...nope, no hot water for me that night. No sweet release of a steamy session. There was no hot water. I wrote a post on Facebook and someone commented that there has been many stolen water heaters in the area. I couldn't believe it. I ran to the boiler room and searched all around the water heater and realized it wasn't new AT ALL! There were dents and mold on the front panel. I called the man and couldn't get through. For hours I tried to get someone on the phone. Nothing. Not only was I scammed with an old water heater but I also didn't get any hot water.

We used CP Plumbing and everything went real well.   The technician that came out was professional, nice, identified the problem with both toilets and was in and out in about an hour and half.  We will use their services again if we need to.

Clear and Present Plumbing just fixed a big leak in my yard, for a reasonable price, and fit me in pretty fast, considering how busy they are.  I really appreciated it because I had to have the water shut off until they could come!  This is not the first time they have helped me with plumbing problems.  They are nice guys, fair in price, and do good work.  You can't go wrong.

We have worked with Christianson for over 10 years, until now.  About three years ago they stopped calling about to schedule my  maintance agreement we had with them on our AC, some how a wrong phone number was put in for may address, and after three years of trying to get them to put the correct phone number in it may have gotten changed, but to late.  On Thursday evening our AC went out and we called, again they had the wrong phone number for our aderess.  A technician came out just after noon on Friday and diagnosed the Compressor was grounded and I would have to have a new outside unit.  He emailed the sales staff to call ASAP with a quote to for replacement.  I was informed that they would call that afternoon.  With no response by Friday afternoon, we talked with the sales guys at Home Depot and ARS was at the house on Saturday afternoon and installation is scheduled this Monday morning first thing.   Maybe Christianson should take some lessons on customer service from ARS.

No complaints about the service that was performed arrived during the promised window and wore protective clothing. My only problem with this company is that their rate turns out to be twice as much as anywhere else as we learned when we checked later. My mistake!  Over $400 for a 45-minute job cleaning out a clogged drain regardless of what some job book says is just too much.  Angie's List quotes that job is between 109 to 214 on average.

Joseph McClughan was our technician for a bathtub drain clog - we turned to Radiant because we've had such good experiences and Joseph was no exception! He was so friendly, informative, prompt, and clean. He was really clear with his services and the pricing options we had, then got to work and took care of business! He's also awesome with our dogs who were up in his business the whole time  :) Thanks Joseph and Radiant for raising the bar on service.
