Came out right away. Gave the best quote and completed the job quickly.

I have to give Austex 1 star for a few reasons.  First, their person who came out to gave me a quote was not very knowledgeable.  I asked a question about underground drip line as opposed to above ground sprinklers.  She said that she didn't recommend it because of some problems they've hard from other clients.  I asked what kinds of problems and she didn't know.  She said she had heard of problems with that kind of system even though her quote to me was to include underground drip lines as part of the install.

I was also promised a quote within 48 hours that never came.  Please don't waste my time spending 20-30 minutes giving me the sales pitch only to never send me a quote.  What's worse is when I called to Austex to give them the opportunity to fix their customer service issues they failed again.  The sales person didn't have a supervisor but the business manager promised to give my contact information to the owner to have them call me with a day or two.  This of course never happened.  

Austex lost the opportunity for my business because their sales staff wasn't knowledgeable, never sent me a quote and their management does not prioritize customer service.  I cannot reccommend Austex.

Very prompt reply to a request for emergency plumbing issue and a fair price. Will use again!

Never thought that my house would be severely damaged by fireworks but it happened. Colony home was recommended to us. It was the best decision we could have made. Mr. John Flores and his employees and subcontractors did an outstanding job from start to finish. With my wife and I not having any experience with this kind of situation, we were incredibly blessed to have Mr. Flores on our side. He took the time to patiently explain the reconstruction process. Especially when it came to working with the insurance company. Every step was explained. Every question answered. Every doubt cleared.
The end result went beyond our expectations. We are back in our completely reconstructed home. It is beautiful. It is solid and it is better than before.

Felix is the pipe whisperer. I've never seen anyone who can diagnose a problem and fix it as quickly as Felix. He is prompt, works fast, and gets the job done. I had to call him on the morning Christmas Eve to fix a leaky toilet, and he was there within 30 minutes after I called him to take care of it. Now that is what I call service! I always call Felix when I need a plumber. I've recommended him to several friends, and they call him now, too. Felix is the best by far!

After my grandparents were extorted by a previous plumber, it was nice to meet Sylvester and his son. Sylvester took his time and did an amazing job and even called to check in on my grandparents. After my grandparents were abused by a previous plumber Sylvester was like an angel. He charged us half the price of the previous plumber.

Eric replaced the valve for the water connection to my new refrigerator and also replaced a liquid soap dispenser in the kitchen. Both he and
his helper have very pleasant personalities. They did a great job!

While installing a water softener I was surprised to find out that the shut-off valve in the garage also connected to the two outside hose faucets.... it's bad to have these running soft water.  I called Cedar Park plumbing to re-do the plumbing to connect these faucets to hard water.  I was expecting a nightmare trying to get someone to actually call me back and work in my attic, but Bill gave me a reasonable quote and did all the work in a very short period of time.  I highly recommend Cedar Park plumbing.

David of Clear and Present Plumbing came to work on my hot water heater that would not stay lit. After a quick inspection, he found rust where it shouldn't be. Instead of just replacing the assembly he took time to analyze the situation as to why the rust was there. The theory is the vent cap on the roof allows water to travel down the vent pipe during hard rains and put the flame out. He cleaned rust off a few parts, put them back in place.  We will wait until the next blowing rain and see if the theory is correct. This has been an ongoing issue since the house was built.
We appreciated that he didn't just replace the part and call it fixed.
He is a professional young man and his bill was very reasonable. If you like to keep it local and live in the Kyle/Buda area, this is the plumber for you.

We have used Christianson for ac and heating checks, major breaks and also plumbing needs.  Always very helpful and nice!  Would always call them first.... they have earned it!

Response, Respect, and Really good work from Radiant. We had a water heater break flood our house, after calling several plumbing companies- within 2 hrs, Radiant was first to come out. The tech was David and the delivery driver was Sergio, both showed a high level of customer service and they gladly did their work. David answered my multitude of questions and then took his time replacing the water heater- $2500, seemed expensive but you get quality product (Rheem), 2 yr warranty, and Radiant takes care of the city permit and inspection as part of package.
Be careful that lower prices at others may not include the city permit/inspect.
Overall, very happy that David got our lives back to normal. More affordable pricing would get a 5th star, otherwise superior service.
