Best Plumbing Services in Austin, TX
Came out right away. Gave the best quote and completed the job quickly.

This is our third time using Austek for minor sprinkler repairs and they are just fantastic. Robert came out today and was on time, very nice to work with, respectful of my time and budget and just all around great. I really, really like this company and would recommend them for big and little projects!

Just want to say he was awesome! Needed to have a kitchen faucet replaced. When he got here he made sure that was the only issue. Spoke to me about other concerns I had and fixed everything beautifully. I appreciate that he spoke to me about everything going on, explaining everything thoroughly. I have an older home which sometimes can pose problems when we try to change things and he handled it wonderfully. Great price as well. I know who to contact from now on.

Colony Homes is the best! They turned my nightmare kitchen flood into the kitchen of my dreams. No really, it's true. The restoration company ripped out my whole kitchen and all my floors. To say I was stressed and overwhelmed would be a gross understatement. Thank God I found Colony Homes. In walked John and saved the day. He was professional, timely, and very communicative throughout the entire process. He even helped me navigate the murky waters of the insurance company. His crew was just as wonderful to work with. They showed up when they said they would (say what?), did amazing work, and always cleaned up after themselves. I cannot recommend this company highly enough!!!

Felix Griffin has been the only plumber we will call since the 1980s. Both houses have been from the 1930's, with cranky old pipes. Felix always figures out the best way to handle the issue. He is prompt to call back. His fee is always very reasonable. And the job is always done right.

AT&T is currently putting new cable in my neighborhood. As a result, they had to place huge holes in my yard. After the construction, the cable trenching company brought JNS out to fix my lawn and sprinklers. JNS did an excellent job matching the sod to my existing lawn, fixing the sprinklers, adjusting them and giving me great instructions on how to care for the new sod in the July Texas heat so that it survived.

Honest and do good work. Knowledgeable plumbers. Worked with us on our remodel and also helped us last minute. Highly recommend.

Sylvester came out right away when we had an emergency. He immediately got to work and fixed our issue. He is very fairly priced, and does great work! I would highly recommend him!!
409 Lone Star Dr, Cedar Park, TX 78613
Eric was prompt, courteous and knew what he was doing. He undid some previous work that continued to leak. I'd call him again.
1000 Heritage Center Cir, Ste 148, Round Rock, TX 78664
Mike is wonderful! He has done work for us a couple of times now. He is reliable, knowledgeable, and always prepared with the appropriate tools and equipment. He does a great job of explaining what he is doing and why. He is very professional and goes out of his way to help. He has even responded quickly to after hours/weekend problems and very affordable. This is a great family owned company!

All my drains and toilets clogged this evening. Cedar Park Plumbing came referred to me by usual plumber who was unable to help me himself. Bill arrived within an hour, unclogged the pipe, cut out the roots in the pipe and had me back in business very quickly. He didn't even mind me hanging around and asking questions.
After he was done we discussed the pipe repair that needs to be done, what the possible scenarios are (patching the pipe or replacing the whole thing). I should get the bid on that tomorrow.
Friendly staff and a good experience. Would use again.

Guys came out and troubleshot and fixed/replaced what they thought was the problem without tearing into a wall. The leak continued so I cut a hole in the wall. Reached back out to CPP and they came right back out and fixed the leak with no further charges. Thanks gentleman. Appreciate it.

Unbelievably bad.
We live in a 20 year old house. The furnace and AC gave out last summer, 2012. After exploring options Christianson seemed like a reasonable choice based on price and other reviews.
New system installed in a day for 6K and then the problems started.
In a little over a year we have had technicians come out on five separate occasions due to poor initial wiring, collapse of a plenum the installer built, power problems, and failure of a switch.
Today the tech was telling us we were going to have to spend another 5k - 7k to really get the system fixed right. We already spent 6k on a new furnace, condenser, outdoor unit, and the promised duct work.
Ridiculous. I strongly urge you to avoid this company. Based on other reviews some of the techs do good work, but based on my experience the installation is a real dice roll.

Too expensive and not able to fix the problem! This company charged
$ 380 to have the plumber look under the bathtub and visually diagnose the leak. After the leak was confirmed, the plumber told us that they can't neither repair nor replace the bathtub. After few calls and discussions, this company offered to install new bathtub (simple soaking tub) for
$ 4800!

Don't let the cute ads fool you.
Radiant does NOT charge by the hour. All their services are a-la carte. That meant for me that to auger my toilet (after a guest clogged my toilet with plastic), it was a set price of 375$. BTW, the auger left a brown stain that needed a return visit when a magic eraser and serious scrubbing wouldn't suffice.
When the auger didn't work, the plumber removed the toilet and placed it in my bathtub (??) thus placing a large chip and some smaller ones into my refinished tub (see pic) in order to snake out the plastic.
So what was the total cost for all this? A whopping 785$ plus a 159$ emergency visit fee for 2 (maybe 3) hours of work, using equipment from the truck. Again, Radiant does NOT charge by the hour. Radiant is the only plumbing company I know that makes a lawyer seem like a bargain.
When the plumber returned to repair the brown auger stain and re-attach my bidet (long story there), he denied causing the chips in my tub even after I showed him, using the pic I took and a tape measure that the base of that tub impacted the exact spot where the big chip occurred. Instead, he showed me a pic of two smaller chips on my ledge from a pic that I believe was photographed on the day of his return (hmm ..upon your return?).
The plumber caused damage to my refinished tub by erroneously placing a heavy porcelain toilet over only a sheet of plastic in my tub. That was so wrong and it was a struggle for him to get the toilet into my tub. I watched it and I should have stopped him there He says there were two chips already on the ledge? Really? I'm not so sure. But I do know he caused the chips in my tub.
From the a-la- carte price with no hourly rates, the auger stains and DENIAL of damage in my tub, Radiant truly sucked.
