Best Plumbing Services in Austin, TX

I was taking bids to have my gas lines tested.  Sosa Services quoted an additional charge of $200 for the permit alone.  I know for a fact, because I was told by the City permit office, that the permit cost $35.  I'm cool with a small markup, but charging $200 on top of the $325 for the rest of the work, (so a total of $525) seems excessive.   That's their call, though.  Needless to say, I won't be using Sosa Services for this or any of my properties.  That's MY call.

Used them after a pool install to repair the irrigation system and add additional zones.  Professional, knowledgeable and efficient!  Used them a second time after our fences were replaced with stone walls that had deep footer, they moved the heads closer to the wall and made changes to the other zones (not related to the pool repair visit) to improve coverage.  They are easy to work with and have recommended them to several friends.

People's Choice Plumbing is definitely the people's choice.  The plumber, David came first thing in the morning exactly like he said he would, identified the problem quickly, and priced out the work - which was very reasonable.  He was very professional and quick.  I would recommend him to everyone and if I have any future plumbing needs I will be calling People's Choice!  Thanks for getting our kitchen back up and running!!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Saul was very professional and performed the work in a timely manner. We have dealt with many lawn care companies over the past few years but JNS is by far the best! Saul texted 10 minute prior to his appointment time, he took the time to check the system and quoted me prior to replacing items. Him and his team fixed everything at the same initial appointment. After my grandparents were extorted by a previous plumber, it was nice to meet Sylvester and his son. Sylvester took his time and did an amazing job and even called to check in on my grandparents. After my grandparents were abused by a previous plumber Sylvester was like an angel. He charged us half the price of the previous plumber.

Fabian was great at fixing our 3 leaks and helping us find other contractors for the non-plumbing issues we encountered.  Called back quickly and were available when we needed them.  Would definitely recommend and use again (hopefully we won't need them for a while!).

The only place you want to call. I've had them out for a leaky shower and a leaking water heater. Every time, Mike thoroughly explains my options and goes through why everything is happening. The prices are better than fair and what's most important is you know what you're paying for. I don't even worry about potential plumbing issues in the future knowing there's someone so reliable in my area.

What can I say besides this has been the best company I have worked for. The office staff is wonderful and always happy. The owner Ldon was there always when I had a question and would work right beside you. I truly had a wonderful time working here. They truly value their clients and the personnel. Thank you guys for everything!

Guys came out and troubleshot and fixed/replaced what they thought was the problem without tearing into a wall. The leak continued so I cut a hole in the wall. Reached back out to CPP and they came right back out and fixed the leak with no further charges. Thanks gentleman. Appreciate it.

We recently had our AC unit stop cooling and heating and called the original installer of our unit (we bought our house new and this is under 5 years old).  The original installer sent someone out to check it out and told me there was a leak in the evaporator coil and it was going to cost quite a bit to get fixed.  They might be able to get the coil under the warranty, but it would still cost quite a bit for the labor/refridgerant/etc.

Fast forward to Christianson.  I submitted an internet request for a quote to see how much it would cost and I got a call that afternoon.  The rep was very nice, took my info, and asked quite a bit of questions and mentioned they would check with Carrier to see what they thought.  Long story short, they did their homework and was able to SUBSTANTIALLY reduce my repair (Carrier, the mfg of the AC unit picked up the majority of the tab), the guys got here @ 8:30a today and had it replaced, coolant replaced, and everything back up and running in about an hour.  

The other company was probably going to double dip me (i.e. charge me for labor, etc and then collect from Carrier as well), so I am grateful that Christianson advised me of what they were going to do each step of the way.  Will definitely do business with them again in the future!

Too expensive and not able to fix the problem! This company charged  
$ 380 to have the plumber look under the bathtub and visually diagnose the leak. After the leak was confirmed, the plumber told us that they can't neither repair nor replace the bathtub. After few calls and discussions, this company offered to install new bathtub (simple soaking tub) for
$ 4800!

Ridiculously overly priced. I called 5 companies looking for a tune up/ac maintenance and they were by far the most costly.
