Really appreciate the hustle to repair a hose bib that broke clean off. After contacting Alex he promptly provided pricing (which was less that the other 5 I talked to) and was available within an hour and a half to do the work!

He re-directed a tech (John) who was in the area to swing by and complete the work. John was polite, informative and crazy efficient. He even provided me with ideas for fixing some brick around the hose bib!

Called the office and they worked with my schedule for an appointment. Brad showed up for the inspection on time and quickly identified my issue. We discussed several fixes and when he left I knew what I would be looking at for the repair. Will definitely be using them for the repair!

American Plumbing's Felix Griffin and his son, Felix Jr., have been our plumbers of choice for decades. They call you back right away and come out as soon as possible. Felix is a character, but the good kind of character . . . easy to laugh, but knows his stuff, top to bottom.

Great guys and excellent service. Been using them for landscape and irrigation for years. Always recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Honest and do good work. Knowledgeable  plumbers.  Worked with us on our remodel and also helped us last minute. Highly recommend.

First off, I'm capable of doing most plumbing myself.  Unfortunately, I hurt my back and had to outsource a toilet replacement.  Eric was prompt, communicative, and effective, all rare qualities in contractors now-adays.  Plus he did a fantastic job at connecting up the toilet.  I'll definitely be using him in the future.

I have used advanced plumbing for a few projects at my home. They are so wonderful and do an amazing job. Michael made sure we were happy with each and every project from our dishwasher install to toilets to a new bathroom vanity. Can't say enough wonderful things. Will 100% be using them again for my next plumbing needs.

They are a quality company, helping at my home and a place if employment. Both situations were handled in a timely manner and fixed the plumbing problems!!!

I was having a new shower built and needed a plumber.  I started with a plumber I'd used previously but when the tile/bath installer came back, he commented on the issues he spotted with my new plumbing.  I called my plumber who indicated that he could come back but it would be even more expense.  I decided to start fresh.  I am so glad I did.  David gave me a very reasonable quote upfront, came the next day, made all the corrections and gave me a good explanation for what he had done and why.  My installer came back the next day and was very impressed.  So was I.  Since then I've called David in to do a small job for me and again was impressed with his explanation of why and what he did.  Also again, he was very reasonable.  
David is very personable, professional and gets the job done correctly at a reasonable price in a reasonable amount of time.

Of course our water heater decided to die on a holiday. Immediately we expected to get raked over the coals with Overtime Rates, regardless of who came to do the service.  

I called Sears Repair first and as I explained the problem, I could hear the guy swearing (no, I'm not exaggerating).

I got off the phone with Sears and called Christianson Plumbing at 9 a.m. They were at the door at 10 am. The technician was friendly and immediately said Your water heater is under warranty. I know what's wrong and it will only be an $89.00 service call.

45 minutes later he was finished and we had hot water again and almost more importantly  - no mess for me to deal with (unlike the last time we had a Sears repair man come out - he left all his trash behind for me to clean up).

We'll definitely be using Christianson again and referring them to all our friends. They were unexpectedly prompt, thankfully honest, pleasantly courteous and utterly professional.

My mother here in Lago Vista Texas had GC come out on Monday, March 30th, 2020  to replace an old and leaky outdoor faucet. They had done the same for me a year or so ago for around $200. The GC employee at my mom's place looked at the fixture and then came back and told her it would be $1100.00. My mother is 81 on and on her own now and doing things my dad used to do. She was stunned...but with no knowledge of what a true and honorable cost should be...she signed their electronic work order on a notepad. The job took an hour to an hour and a half...and it was only one GC employee there. I find it hard to believe that a replacement faucet, $70 service call and the time of the GC employee could honorably come to $1100. We have asked for a copy of the work order and receipt. They still have not provided one so that we can verify the work done and its legitimacy. Be careful.

I can not recommend this company. I need my AC ducts cleaned. They came out only after paying a deposit upfront of $178.  They came out, did not clean ducts, claimed I have major AC issues!  They wanted $2000 to clean ducts!!!  I told them I wanted my money back!

I called three other companies, with a quote for no more than $500. My home has 9 ducts and 1 return. They were cleaned for $199!  This company came out said my system was in excellent shape. Ducts were not really dirty. Problem was caused by too many candles being burnt in the home. Home is rented by 6 college girls!

Had AC system checked out again by licensed company and they found no issues!

Glad I choose to get second and third options!
