My faucet water pressure was very low so I called to see if they could replace the cartridge.  Isaiah came out and replaced the cartridge. That helped some but the pressure was still low. Isaiah took the whole faucet apart and cleaned all of the parts. Unfortunately,  the 20 year old faucet needs to be replaced.  I was not charged for the cartridge or the extra time it took to take apart the faucet and clean it. Isaiah said he would not charge for the extra work because he could not fully resolve the problem. I am going to buy a new faucet and will definitely call Sosa Services to install it. I never thought I would find an honest and affordable plumber. I would highly recommend this company!

Joseph was great - although I wasn't able to be there in person for my appointment, he was unphased.  He worked quickly, provided an excellent explanation of what the problems were and how he addressed them.

Dave is the best!! We have used him for several years now for several plumbing issues that we have had. He has even installed a sink for us. We had an emergency today and he came out within 30 minutes. He charges fair prices and does a great job!

Colony Homes is the best! They turned my nightmare kitchen flood into the kitchen of my dreams. No really, it's true. The restoration company ripped out my whole kitchen and all my floors. To say I was stressed and overwhelmed would be a gross understatement. Thank God I found Colony Homes. In walked John and saved the day. He was professional, timely, and very communicative throughout the entire process. He even helped me navigate the murky waters of the insurance company. His crew was just as wonderful to work with. They showed up when they said they would (say what?), did amazing work, and always cleaned up after themselves. I cannot recommend this company highly enough!!!

Felix Griffin has been the only plumber we will call since the 1980s. Both houses have been from the 1930's, with cranky old pipes. Felix always figures out the best way to handle the issue. He is prompt to call back. His fee is always very reasonable. And the job is always done right.

So far so good with these guys.  They come when they say their going to come and will move stuff in your yard to make sure all the grass is mowed.  Their prices are reasonable too.

Honest and do good work. Knowledgeable  plumbers.  Worked with us on our remodel and also helped us last minute. Highly recommend.

After my grandparents were extorted by a previous plumber, it was nice to meet Sylvester and his son. Sylvester took his time and did an amazing job and even called to check in on my grandparents. After my grandparents were abused by a previous plumber Sylvester was like an angel. He charged us half the price of the previous plumber.

I used ET Plumbing about two months ago for unclogging my sink.  I live in Hallandale and have an older home.  Eric was great!!   He was on time and took time to explain to us the probable issues going on with our drain.  And guess what?  He had an opportunity to weigh in on some MAJOR work assessed by another plumber, and Eric said it likely wasn't needed.  It's over a Now that some time has passed, I notice he was RIGHT!!   Pricewise, these guys probably aren't the cheapest.  HOWEVER, the service I received was worth paying for and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.  As my husband says cheap is ultimately expensive  and I have to agree.  With ET Plumbing, you get what you pay for and we received excellent service at a reasonable price!!

My wife and I felt very threatened when Mike came to fix my clock toilet. He smelled like alcohol and was visibly agitated and often raised his voice and talk down to me like I was stupid. When I hired a different plumber to redo Mike's work, he showed me all the lazy bones shortcuts that Mike took repairing my pipes.

We used CP Plumbing and everything went real well.   The technician that came out was professional, nice, identified the problem with both toilets and was in and out in about an hour and half.  We will use their services again if we need to.

David of Clear and Present Plumbing came to work on my hot water heater that would not stay lit. After a quick inspection, he found rust where it shouldn't be. Instead of just replacing the assembly he took time to analyze the situation as to why the rust was there. The theory is the vent cap on the roof allows water to travel down the vent pipe during hard rains and put the flame out. He cleaned rust off a few parts, put them back in place.  We will wait until the next blowing rain and see if the theory is correct. This has been an ongoing issue since the house was built.
We appreciated that he didn't just replace the part and call it fixed.
He is a professional young man and his bill was very reasonable. If you like to keep it local and live in the Kyle/Buda area, this is the plumber for you.

THE WORST COMPANY!!! STAY AWAY!!!! If I could give them zero stars I would. Dealing with Christianson has been nothing but problems!! It all started last week when our AC wasn't working as efficiently as it once was. The repair man diagnosed it as a bad evaporator coil. They told us it wasn't in stock and they would have to order it. We asked the man about the time for the product to come in and he couldn't give us an answer. He told us we would need to keep the AC off until the part came in to avoid the unit freezing up. The lack of answers didn't sit well with me so I decided to call the main number. The lady in the parts department assured me they had a part IN STOCK and she scheduled for us to have it installed the very next day. We expressed our frustrations with her because the repair man who came out to diagnose it clearly just wanted to complete his day, get onto the next call and be done-- without properly taking the time to repair it when the part was ON HAND. Well, fast forward 24 hours and after we paid for a hotel room in town, because we have a young daughter and it go into the high 90's during the heat of the day, he came back and installed it. He was in and out in under 45 minutes. I thought that was ridiculously quick but, me not being the AC professional, I thought maybe he was just an expert and did it enough where it didn't take him much time---WRONG!!!! Two days later we notice our ceiling has a foot long water mark on it. My husband went into the attack (Where our HVAC system is located) and noticed ALL THE TRASH LEFT BEHIND FROM THE REPAIR MAN!!! He left old parts, boxes from the new parts, all the cardboard thrown about in our attic. I get it, it's an attic not a living room, but this is just the beginning of his lack of care or attention to detail--not to mention just plain RUDE unprofessional service!!!! Upon further inspection we noticed the drip pan under our HVAC system has about a half inch of water under it. We believe they once again didn't take the time or care to put together the water line when finished with replacing our evaporator coil. My husband attached the two lines but we called to have someone come back out as it SHOULDN'T BE OUR JOB TO FIX PROFESSIONALS LACK OF CARE. They said the soonest they can get us in is very late the next afternoon. After being rather frank with the operator I let her know that we should not have to deal with a leak coming through our ceiling not to mention cleaning up after their repairmen when we have paid and trusted them to do a job well done the FIRST time (a $700 job at that) Isn't that the reason we call professionals???? She agreed and said she would fit us in that evening...needless to say she went on to tell us we would have to pay ANOTHER SERVICE CALL FEE for someone to come back out to fix THEIR MISTAKE. I assured her that our AC never had this issue prior to them coming out and we won't be paying for anything related to the leak they caused. All in all, save yourself the headache and money and go with a company who is TRUE professionals and take pride in their work and value their job (ie: serving us their customer) It has been nothing but problems and headaches dealing with these rude and careless workers.

These folks are con artists, stay far away. They just came out and quoted me $2500 to replace a standard water heater. Bunch of jokers wasting people's time, and the ones who agree to it are getting robbed. Shame on y'all.

We had an emergency problem on a Saturday and called Radiant Plumbing.  It took them a little while to get there due to other customers having big issues.  Three to four hours later Ruben arrived and had wonderful customer service.  Answered all of our questions thoroughly and was able to detect the issue in no time at all.  Ruben's customer service, honest opinion, and hard work is what sold me to Radiant Plumbing even though there prices are suspiciously high.
