The guys were super nice, quick, efficient and left absolutely no mess behind. I highly recommend Sosa. They installed 3 toilets in under 2 hours and took the old ones out.

We hired Austex to help us with our drainage issues. The first time around the work was done well, but needed some tweaking a month later (we needed to see the drainage system in action after a heavy rain). Within a few days of contacting Phil, he sent Luciano and Joseph back to my home to fix the issues. They were polite, explained thoroughly what they did, and left my property in better shape than it was before they arrived. When we have the resources for a sprinkler system they will be the first company I will call for a quote. Thanks guys!

Based on all of the positive reviews, called 1/7/2017 after discovering a leak at our water meter. Never received a call back so called a second time several hours later. After describing leak & texting pictures, was informed that services are $180/hour plus $120 diagnostic fee...so $300 right out of the gate. Luckily, I was able to fix the problem myself for less than $10 after locating the necessary part at speciality plumbing store.

Simply THE BEST decision we made.  Our home flooded as a result of a burst water heater.  We contracted with Colony to complete the restoration repairs.  They were exceptional from start to finish.  Colony  did a very thorough inspection and bid estimate; the attention to detail was exactly what any home owner would want.  Colony handled everything, from the packing to move out, to the final details associated with the move back in.  Throughout the project our assigned Project Managers were superb, responsive, attentive to details and a pleasure to work with.  The quality of their work exceeded our expectations, and having a firm that really cared about our loss made the experience less stressful.  The value add with Colony is the quality of all their people.  They really care about doing a quality job and treat your home like their own.  HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

American Plumbing & Heating have always been a huge help to us.  It's always an emergency and we have always been able to count on Felix.  I don't know who else I would call if he were not around.  He is responsive and makes the problems go away!

Sylvester came out right away when we had an emergency. He immediately got to work and fixed our issue. He is very fairly priced, and does great work! I would highly recommend him!!

We were very glad that we called ET plumbing (actually texted!). We had a problem with the washer drainage and these guys fixed very quickly. Fabian and Mike came right on time on a Saturday, were very friendly and professional. Answered all our questions and explained to us what happened. The price was also very reasonable. Will use them again!

I called them today for a quote on a job. They said that they charge $40.00 because it pre-qualifies a potential client. Anyone that is not willing to commit to a minor assessment fee, is most likely going to waste their time. When I said that other plumbers do not charge the assessment fee. They said that my unwillingness to pay the assessment fee is a huge red flag to them. This has been my experience.

What can I say besides this has been the best company I have worked for. The office staff is wonderful and always happy. The owner Ldon was there always when I had a question and would work right beside you. I truly had a wonderful time working here. They truly value their clients and the personnel. Thank you guys for everything!

Clear and Present Plumbing just fixed a big leak in my yard, for a reasonable price, and fit me in pretty fast, considering how busy they are.  I really appreciated it because I had to have the water shut off until they could come!  This is not the first time they have helped me with plumbing problems.  They are nice guys, fair in price, and do good work.  You can't go wrong.

I've used their AC service for years, and never had an issue with the cost or quality of work.  So I had them install a drop-in sink and faucet into a new counter top. Not a good experience.  They sent 2 guys (a plumber and a helper) to do a 1-man job, and the install took over 2 hours.  After they left I found the hot and cold handles where not aligned properly, and there was lots of sealant that overflowed onto the counter from the sink edge.
Cleaning up the sealant took me 30 minutes, and I still need to get back under the sink and adjust the hot and cold valves (I don't want those guys back in my house).  So after $300 and 2 hours I have to complete the job.
Next time it's someone else.

Absolutely five stars! Technician Jake came to my house today fixed our garbage disposal. We already have it fixed two times this year. Our previous technicians didn't say a word about why that particular garbage disposal always caused trouble. Only Jake went beyond just cleaning the mess. He pointed out the flaw of the direction of the pipes connecting the garbage disposal and the main pipe. He used some new pipes and changed the poor design. He was on time, polite, friendly to my child, and left a neat working site. I would highly recommend Jake at GC Plumbing and will hire him again.

We used Radiant for two projects last year (water heater and HVAC replacement) and we'd definitely use them again. On top of that, we'd definitely recommend them to others with plumbing/AC needs.

The on-site technician experience has been nothing short of AWESOME during every single visit.  We just had Matt K. over today for a yearly preventative maintenance check on our water heater. Not only were we extremely happy with his technical knowledge and professionalism throughout the visit, but we were just amazed at his initiative to help troubleshoot faucet waterflow issues and provide water softener replacement consultation and relevant water quality maintenance tips. If this review was just about the on-site visit itself, it'd clearly be five stars.

While the on-site visit was awesome, getting someone here in the first place proved difficult. I was told that the usual Radiant policy was that the plumber would notify us (via call or text message) by 10AM to let us know when they'd be coming throughout the day. While I don't even like that policy (as i have to wait half the morning to figure out when they're coming by), I had to wait much longer today. After I had to initiate two telephone inquiries throughout the morning and afternoon, I was finally notified around 2:30pm that someone was en route.  

Radiant's actual services in the field are on point; in fact, above and beyond.  The task management/communication angle could use improvement.
