I had a leak in my sprinkler system caused by a previous company coming out to replace my grass and accidentally tearing off a sprinkler head. The company shall remain anonymous *cough* grass4sale *cough* but they refused to fix it. I went to yelp to find somebody to check the puddle in my front yard and contacted Alex w/Austex Sprinklers. He was friendly and guaranteed they would fix the issue to my satisfaction. Phillip came out the following week and immediately found the issue and repaired it. He even replaced another sprinker head and checked the rest of the system to make sure I was getting total coverage. Thanks Phillip! Austex Sprinklers is great and I won't hesitate to contact them in the future.

Have used Dave for our personal and rental plumbing and been very happy.  No different this time.  Showed up, called about 10 minutes before arrival.  Fast, efficient, professional.  Work is warranted.  Honest, dependable.  Great company.

Never thought that my house would be severely damaged by fireworks but it happened. Colony home was recommended to us. It was the best decision we could have made. Mr. John Flores and his employees and subcontractors did an outstanding job from start to finish. With my wife and I not having any experience with this kind of situation, we were incredibly blessed to have Mr. Flores on our side. He took the time to patiently explain the reconstruction process. Especially when it came to working with the insurance company. Every step was explained. Every question answered. Every doubt cleared.
The end result went beyond our expectations. We are back in our completely reconstructed home. It is beautiful. It is solid and it is better than before.

Felix Griffin has been the only plumber we will call since the 1980s. Both houses have been from the 1930's, with cranky old pipes. Felix always figures out the best way to handle the issue. He is prompt to call back. His fee is always very reasonable. And the job is always done right.

These guys are great at communicating, I got a quote very quickly and the job was done just days later (stone to divide between my yard and my neighbor's yard because her grass is different than mine and was taking over my grass). Any additional questions I had I could text and got a response right away. Most importantly, reasonable pricing, and great work! Originally I got another quote from someone we know (who was probably going to contract the work out), and the quote from the other guy was more than double than JNS Landscaping's quote! JNS landscaping actually does the job instead of being a middle who contracts the work out. Very nice guys too!

Honest and do good work. Knowledgeable  plumbers.  Worked with us on our remodel and also helped us last minute. Highly recommend.

After my grandparents were extorted by a previous plumber, it was nice to meet Sylvester and his son. Sylvester took his time and did an amazing job and even called to check in on my grandparents. After my grandparents were abused by a previous plumber Sylvester was like an angel. He charged us half the price of the previous plumber.

Excellent job! The craft landed early, and Chris did a fair, honest repair, and he was kind, respectful, and courteous. Christine responded the day I made the request, and was a pleasure to do business with as well. This  is the fastest growing area in the U.S., and fertile grounds for thieves and up-selling/charging businesses. ET is an exception.

These guys are the nicest, most professional plumbers I've ever worked with.  Professional on the phone, punctual.  Love their communication.  This would be a five star rating except for the price.  I paid $300 for them to clear 2 slow draining sinks of hair clogs.  They arrived at my home at 10:00 and were gone just before 10:40.  The actual work took less than 10 minutes.  

In their defense, they showed me the price and I agreed to it, but that was before we knew how easy this job would end up being.  I assumed it was a much bigger problem.  Based on their stellar reviews I would have expected them to discount the work more after we learned how easy the repair was to complete.

I appreciate and respect that this is a small business and they need everything they can get to succeed, but I do feel that I was overcharged for the amount of work that was performed.  I am not sure if I will use them in the future or not, but that's solely based on price.  I would rate them 5 for service and 2 for price.  I gave them a 4 star in the end because 3 felt too harsh.

They are a quality company, helping at my home and a place if employment. Both situations were handled in a timely manner and fixed the plumbing problems!!!

David helped me understand exactly what I'd need for my salon and explained everything thoroughly. I would highly recommend David and his team to anyone needing commercial or residential plumbing. I have used this plumbing co. 4 times. One job, which I called around for quotes, averaged $250.However at Christianson it was $175.. They will hook you into their bi-yearly checks, which isn't a bad deal, but I opt to call as needed....I like them!

Hired Glenn for a large (over $10k) plumbing job involving heavy equipment.  This was for a rental property which had to be vacated while the work was going on, and it was important to us for things to go quickly and smoothly.  He was very proactive in his dealings with the city both in getting permits, as well as making sure that we had all of the information we needed to get the work done efficiently.  His crew worked hard for almost a week to get things done, and took great care to minimize damage to the trees and other items adjacent to the digging.  Glenn stayed on top of things, and kept us updated as to the progress.  They finished on time, and the only change in cost from the original estimate was due to the information supplied by the city being incorrect.  The work was efficient, professional, and honest.  I would hire them again without hesitation.

Way way over priced. $200 to unclog a drain, and it only took 15 minutes. Doing the math, that's $800 an hour!!!  Charging ridiculously on a first-time visit for a small issue is NOT the best way to create a long working relationship with a price conscious consumer. Although friendly, I'm never using these guys again. Big big mistake.

2 stars, but only because they are easy to get a hold of when you're in a bind (but there's a reason for that, they're insanely expensive!!!) It better be an emergency!
