I needed a minor repair.  They communicated clearly & often.  Xavier was great - he was on time, polite & did the job promptly.  Then, because it was so minor, even offered a reduced a reduced or 0 cost.  I would use them again.  Thanks.

We had a scheduling issue, but they were still able to get someone out the same day and they discounted our service without us even asking. Nice.

The repair guy, Logan, was really friendly and helpful. We had several issues, and they sent the same guy out each time, which is a good policy. He fixed everything quickly and seemed to really know his stuff.

The pricing seems similar to less professional places we've used. They charge by the job rather than by the hour, though, which I'm not a huge fan of. Overall, though, they seem like a stand up service.

No respect for schedules!  Rescheduled at the last minute on a  Friday and rescheduled for a Saturday morning. Had to call after they were almost 2 hours late for that scheduled service and was told they'd be there in an hour.  Two hours later, still a no-show.

This company did an outstanding job repairing our water damaged home (due to plumbing issues).  They are very respectful,  trustworthy, and complete the job as quoted.  I would highly recommend them with any work needed with your home.  We felt very fortunate to find them and plan to use them again!

I had a sewage drain problem, and while Felix said that was beyond his expertise, he gave me a personal reference to another company to help me out, and it was all fixed within an hour!  THEN he called the next morning to make sure it all worked out!  While I couldn't use him this time, I hope that if I need plumbing help another time, that he's available to help me out again.  Very professional and works with what's best for the customer!

We have a home in Round Rock and have been doing business with Noe for many years.  He is very responsive to customer needs.  They are also extremely reliable which is, unfortunately, not always the case with landscapers.  Their prices are competitive.   My mother lives at the property now and she can be a very difficult customer; she's chased off a few house cleaning services.  However, Noe and his team have always been respectful to her and continued to provide the same good service.

Honest and do good work. Knowledgeable  plumbers.  Worked with us on our remodel and also helped us last minute. Highly recommend.

These guys are the nicest, most professional plumbers I've ever worked with.  Professional on the phone, punctual.  Love their communication.  This would be a five star rating except for the price.  I paid $300 for them to clear 2 slow draining sinks of hair clogs.  They arrived at my home at 10:00 and were gone just before 10:40.  The actual work took less than 10 minutes.  

In their defense, they showed me the price and I agreed to it, but that was before we knew how easy this job would end up being.  I assumed it was a much bigger problem.  Based on their stellar reviews I would have expected them to discount the work more after we learned how easy the repair was to complete.

I appreciate and respect that this is a small business and they need everything they can get to succeed, but I do feel that I was overcharged for the amount of work that was performed.  I am not sure if I will use them in the future or not, but that's solely based on price.  I would rate them 5 for service and 2 for price.  I gave them a 4 star in the end because 3 felt too harsh.

We called Cedar Park Plumbing to repair our water heater.  They diagnosed the problem, and came back the next day to repair it.  They spent over an hour replacing the thermostat.  I expected an expensive bill, but was surprised (and pleased) when they handed me the bill.  Their prices are very reasonable!  They fix only what is broken and charge a fair price.  I will definitely call them again when I need a plumber!

If you need a good, honest, straight talking skilled plumber, get with David Richards and his team at Clear and Present Plumbing.  I had a water leak in my yard and got on Yelp and looked up plumbers and sent out a request to several for quotes and availability through the Yelp app. I got 3 replies but David's was the first and most detailed, so I decided on him and his company. I finalized the appointment for Feb 9, 2018 through the Yelp app. David and his apprentice Brother James provided a courtesy text that they were in route to my home and arrived during the appointed time. I was very pleased. These guys wasted no time in getting started, finding the issue and proceeded to make the repairs all while keeping me informed of the repair progress.  The issue was a bad elbow joint that broke from ground shift and root growth. David and James replaced this with a stronger 90 degree joint and encased in sand after removing the roots so the repair would hold and even provided a 1 year warranty on the fix. So it was better than ever now and the final cost of the fix was actually $25 less than the original guesstimate. I was beyond pleased. To top it off,  David sent the detailed invoice by email and it had a link attached to make the payment easily with a multitude of payment methods which was super convenient. I will not hesitate to contact Clear and Present Plumbing again for my plumbing needs. VERY RECOMMENDED!!

For over ten years we had a service contract with these folks. We would be charged in the fall and the price would also cover a spring visit to service the air conditioner. However, this past spring they refused to come out, citing COVID concerns.  We saw their trucks in our neighborhood in the following months, but they never came for our maintenance. I have called three times seeking a refund for the last half of the service contract. They now claim that they do not offer refunds on unfulfilled contracts. We have changed to another a/c unit provider. Needless to say, we are very disappointed in Christianson.

I tried getting someone to contact me twice to connect a gas grill to bulk propane on a new construction house - a fairly easy buck for a plumber. No one called me back; so on the 3rd try, the rep said they do not work on new construction - sounds weird to me . Someone could have told me that right from the start so I wouldn't have wasted my time and also perhaps GC Plumbing would have saved themselves from my 1 star review.  Not impressed.

I had an appointment scheduled, they needed to reschedule.  That was fine, we rescheduled.  Now they've called to reschedule again, but have refused to waive the 39.00 fee for coming out.  In the meantime, I am expected to take timeoff work waiting gor them to show up who knows when.  Don't let their dumb radio spots sway you, these folks don't care about you, your plumbing issue, your time or your money.
