Best Plumbing Services in Austin, TX
Excellent customer service. They were the first to respond to my request to have a kitchen faucet replaced and they included a quote, which made it about as easy as it can be. Did I mention that the quote was extremely reasonable? It was.
We hired them and were able to schedule within 2 days. They came on time, we're wearing masks, and did a fantastic job. Not to mention, their work is guaranteed for a year. I highly recommend Sosa for all your plumbing needs.

We purchased our home several months ago and waited too long to have our sprinkler system reprogrammed. Alex and Gilbert were on time and they even called me to verify I was going to be there. I appreciate the communication they had before they came out. They went above and beyond and even replaced a couple of broken sprinklers. I greatly appreciate their honesty. I will gladly recommend them. Don't forget to offer them a nice cold water while they are out working in the sun all day. Thanks Austex Sprinklers.

No respect for schedules! Rescheduled at the last minute on a Friday and rescheduled for a Saturday morning. Had to call after they were almost 2 hours late for that scheduled service and was told they'd be there in an hour. Two hours later, still a no-show.

I would give CH a ten, if there was one on the ratings.
My home was flooded and in complete disrepair. CH men and women restored my entire home in the most professional manor. They were so prompt. They ACTUALLY came to work when they said they would. Unheard of with other companies.
I, also, made many good friends in the process. Kudos to Anthony, John and, especially, Juan. Although I have my home back in better condition than before the disaster, I have to say that I miss the good conversations I had with your staff.
I have spread your name to everyone who asks about my home.
Thank you will my whole heart and God Bless you all.

I have nothing but praise for Felix and his team for a difficult and expensive job well done. This really is as good as it gets.
The City of Austin informed us that we had to replace our wastewater line that was roughly 80' in length. They not only beat out all of the other estimates by thousands of dollars (one other estimate was over $10,000 more than what Felix charged for the same job), but they knew exactly what they were doing and how long it would take. The got it permitted and planned the job. When we were at work, they did everything in one day! Amazing! The next day the city inspector reviewed and passed it with flying colors noting that the grade of the pipe was greatly improved. Felix was personable and friendly. He has been working since I think the 60s and remembered when our neighborhood was built in late 70s. He explained everything to us and hand delivered the final inspection. I have strong recommendations for this company that they will do the job right no matter how complicated and charge you a very, very fair price.

We have a home in Round Rock and have been doing business with Noe for many years. He is very responsive to customer needs. They are also extremely reliable which is, unfortunately, not always the case with landscapers. Their prices are competitive. My mother lives at the property now and she can be a very difficult customer; she's chased off a few house cleaning services. However, Noe and his team have always been respectful to her and continued to provide the same good service.

Slyvester does honest and good work. He prompt and not as expensive as some plumbers. He fixed my leaky tub.

I've used them on several occasions for indoor residential plumbing repair and replacement, and have never been disappointed. They do quality work and have competitive prices.

Called for inspection of plumbing fixtures and pipes. An actual person answered the phone. He was out the next day. Wonderful service from a LICENSED plumber. Very polite, quick, on time, knowledgeable, and helpful. Highly recommend.

All my drains and toilets clogged this evening. Cedar Park Plumbing came referred to me by usual plumber who was unable to help me himself. Bill arrived within an hour, unclogged the pipe, cut out the roots in the pipe and had me back in business very quickly. He didn't even mind me hanging around and asking questions.
After he was done we discussed the pipe repair that needs to be done, what the possible scenarios are (patching the pipe or replacing the whole thing). I should get the bid on that tomorrow.
Friendly staff and a good experience. Would use again.

If you need a good, honest, straight talking skilled plumber, get with David Richards and his team at Clear and Present Plumbing. I had a water leak in my yard and got on Yelp and looked up plumbers and sent out a request to several for quotes and availability through the Yelp app. I got 3 replies but David's was the first and most detailed, so I decided on him and his company. I finalized the appointment for Feb 9, 2018 through the Yelp app. David and his apprentice Brother James provided a courtesy text that they were in route to my home and arrived during the appointed time. I was very pleased. These guys wasted no time in getting started, finding the issue and proceeded to make the repairs all while keeping me informed of the repair progress. The issue was a bad elbow joint that broke from ground shift and root growth. David and James replaced this with a stronger 90 degree joint and encased in sand after removing the roots so the repair would hold and even provided a 1 year warranty on the fix. So it was better than ever now and the final cost of the fix was actually $25 less than the original guesstimate. I was beyond pleased. To top it off, David sent the detailed invoice by email and it had a link attached to make the payment easily with a multitude of payment methods which was super convenient. I will not hesitate to contact Clear and Present Plumbing again for my plumbing needs. VERY RECOMMENDED!!

Sorry...i know plumbing reviews are kinda boring. I have a water leak somewhere in the input side of our home. So i needed a plumber right. I decided to give Christianson another try after questionable practices from them previously.
They send a guy out who looks over the problem. Seemed unsure of how and what to do as i explained my issue. I even offered suggestions. Basically all that happened was he confirmed that the water plumbed to the house did have a leak...somewhere. Perfect, i knew that already, that's why i called you out.
Then he tells me that he cannot tell where it is and thus he cannot fix it. WTF...isnt that your job?. Incidentally Christianson advertises in the Yellow Pages and website that they perform leak detection. Then he charges me $89 for the service call. I asked him what did he do other than tell me he cannot fix my problem that i should pay him $89? He said that's their policy. So i had to pay this company to drive into my driveway and tell me they cannot find my leak or fix it. Seriously? You're kidding right? Nope!
Never...Never... ever again Christianson...
I am kicking myself for ever giving this company a second chance.

No complaints about the service that was performed arrived during the promised window and wore protective clothing. My only problem with this company is that their rate turns out to be twice as much as anywhere else as we learned when we checked later. My mistake! Over $400 for a 45-minute job cleaning out a clogged drain regardless of what some job book says is just too much. Angie's List quotes that job is between 109 to 214 on average.

Way too overpriced for the services!
We had Radiant out for a possible sewage smell type of situation in our master bedroom. While the front end experience of fixing the appointment was smooth and the technician that was out was courteous and humble, in the less than 1 hour he spent with us, he was very much unable to figure out what was going on. That's because the said technician didn't have any tools whatsoever (gas leak detector, camera inspection etc.). At the end, the only suggestion i got was that they would suggest a smoke test and wrote up an estimate for $1000.
Not only that, they charged me $178 as a fee for diagnosis since the technician spent 1 hour or so. When I called back in, they explained that the fee is for diagnosis, which left me even more stumped since the technician communicated that it was hourly fee.
So, here I am - $178 short and I have not even an iota of information more than what the problem is. This would have been still fine but when I called back in to express my dissatisfaction, the recommendation changed from smoke test to possibly a dead animal in the wall and suggestion was to cut open part of the wall. So, I am not confused whether I should go for a smoke test or cut open the wall or get a video camera inspection.
I sincerely think that they should have done a better job of the diagnosis. I was actually the one suggesting to the technician that maybe this or that could be the issue.
This experience was really short of my expectations and charging $178 for that was not right.
