Hunter replaced my hot water heater and he moved up my appointment which was awesome. Don't hesitate to hire him!

I called Austex Sprinklers for a second opinion after a different provider wanted to replace a bunch of parts in the irrigation system of my rental property. Throughout the process they were professional and responsive: from the person who answered my phone call to the one who chatted with me on Yelp to schedule and of course the person who came by to diagnose and fix the issue. The fix that they offered was way simpler and cheaper than what the previous provider recommended and the tenant confirmed that everything is working great.
Hopefully no further service is required any time soon but if another issue occur in then future, I'll for sure use their services again.

Well hopefully this will be Dave's last visit for a long time! We are just about done with our MAJOR kitchen and bathroom remodel. The dust is starting to settle. The drywallers are coming in next week and finish up the holes we made moving pipes. Once they are done, I will post pics of the new vessel sink Good luck dave! Discovered a good deal of water in a spare bedroom one evening. Found a water line in the wall had started leaking and apparently had leaked for a while, I got the leak repaired myself that night. Set the wheels in motion to get the mess cleaned up which required a fair amount of work. Contacted John at Colony Homes and he got busy taking care of business. He and his craftsmen and craftswomen repaired sheetrock, textured, painted replaced flooring and so forth. When complete it was like new. His folks were friendly, courteous and did quality work. Would use them again and will recommend them should you have need for their services. You won't be disappointed.

Felix Griffin has been the only plumber we will call since the 1980s. Both houses have been from the 1930's, with cranky old pipes. Felix always figures out the best way to handle the issue. He is prompt to call back. His fee is always very reasonable. And the job is always done right.

These guys are awesome. My wife coordinates all the basic landscaping needs and their professionalism has always been the best. We moved from Teravista to Paloma Lake, I was trimming bushes and getting other things trimmed up before the sell of the house. I made a pretty big mess and planned to use a rake to clean it up. They happened to pull up for the lawn. After they finished the lawn, they did the regular blow clean up and went above and beyond and started blowing the other landscaping trimmings and helped me put it in the trash can. We continued their service at our Paloma Lake house and now they also do our neighbors. There prices have stayed very steady and reasonable. They show up like clock work, we leave the money in a hidden place and have never had any issues (9 years of service and going).

Honest and do good work. Knowledgeable  plumbers.  Worked with us on our remodel and also helped us last minute. Highly recommend.

After my grandparents were extorted by a previous plumber, it was nice to meet Sylvester and his son. Sylvester took his time and did an amazing job and even called to check in on my grandparents. After my grandparents were abused by a previous plumber Sylvester was like an angel. He charged us half the price of the previous plumber.

Our garbage disposal broke on Sunday and you don't realize how much you need something until it's broken right? Eric's team showed up right on time and had it all replaced in less than 30 minutes. Even took out the old and disposed of it. They also had the best price! I was not expecting to dig into my ER house fund so quickly after buying my house but didn't make a dent in it at all once we ran the transaction. I would totally use them again!

Friendly guy, knowledgeable and courteous. However, very expensive. His estimates were almost 80% higher than other plumbers.

I had an appointment on Tuesday to check on a leaking pipe in my yard.  The plumber said to expose the leak and he'd be back on Thursday at 10:00 to fix it.  On Thursday at 8:30, I got a call saying they couldn't make it and that the soonest they could be there is next Wednesday!  Next Wednesday!  Seriously?  After they stood me up they weren't interested in making it right.  We've been unable to turn our water on for several days and now I'm stuck trying to scramble to find another plumber.  Do not call them.  Do not call them.  Do not call them.

David and his team are the absolute best! Fair prices and knowledgeable, don't waste your time calling anyone else.

We needed a repair done under our foundation, and his crew were so fast and tidy we hardly knew they were even there. He took the time to explain what the problem was and what the solution was, answering all our questions. His prices are very reasonable, and the job was completed very promptly. I won't ever call anyone else for any plumbing work.

I had an emergency with my air-conditioning unit last year.  A major part went out.  They put in the unit 7 years ago when the home was built.  The repairman did not have the standard part, so he had to go get it.  He came back and wanted to charge me mileage for going to get a part he should have had.  His boss would not get on the phone with me to explain this.  I called another company and they did not charge mileage for going to get anything.  Do not use them.  They are not what they claim to be.

Too expensive and not able to fix the problem! This company charged  
$ 380 to have the plumber look under the bathtub and visually diagnose the leak. After the leak was confirmed, the plumber told us that they can't neither repair nor replace the bathtub. After few calls and discussions, this company offered to install new bathtub (simple soaking tub) for
$ 4800!

I'm giving 5 stars because my plumber, Andrew, was excellent, but beware of pricing.

My attic hot water heaters were leaking water and one was flowing over the catch pan onto the subflooring. I called Radiant Plumbing and Andrew was dispatched to my home. He was very thorough in his diagnosis and articulated the problems well. He gave me options on how to proceed. I was worried one heater was going to fall through the ceiling, but Andrew got them to a place where I was comfortable that wasn't going to happen. He wrote a bid for draining, removal and replacement of the heaters. Unfortunately, the price was (in my opinion) astronomically high by thousands (not hundreds). I appreciated Andrew's candor, care and reassurance that we were safe, but the price couldn't override his expert diagnosis and likability. I will be getting more bids to affirm/negate my belief about Radiant's high prices.
