Everyone one I interacted with yesterday afternoon were professional, very nice, and helpful and prompt; not to mention the free estimate. Now that's hard to find. They are helping me with a water leak in my home. Please keep it up. I highly recommend them!

Our child flushed a small toy down the toilet, causing a big headache. It was out of reach, toilet was backing up, I needed help. I got in touch with these guys and we had the issue resolved the same day. The work was done cleanly and effectively. The gentleman that came to my home to do the work was very friendly. There is no question that if I have any professional plumber needs in the future, this will be the first company I call.

I needed my front door repaired after someone else didn't do it right last month. Diego told me he could be out a few days later so I set an appointment and waited. Diego arrived on time and identified the issue promptly which had been overlooked and got everything fixed up for me and my tenant.

Everest was in my home two days later completing the installation of a new kitchen sink and faucet. Emilio and Gracie are professional and courteous. They took the time needed to complete the job and it flew by having them there. They were kind to me and each other. They were able to make room in their schedule for me very quickly and were even kind enough to call and see if I wanted them to come sooner (I did) when someone else cancelled. They quickly identified that the leak was actually a backed up drain pipe from me A/C. They cleared the pipe for me, helped me fix it so that it wouldn't happen again, kindly pointed out that I needed to clean out my dryer vent soon, and vacuumed out all the water that had accumulated. They were very punctual and professional. They're one of a very few businesses that I have saved into my phone to contact again in the future if I have problems. I highly recommend them!

Thank you so much for coming out so late on a Saturday night to fix my AC. Being older and with breathing issues it was so uncomfortable when I came home at 6:30pm to a hot house.  The tech, Jared, said he would get me fixed up even though he was booked till probably 10pm with more folks like me I am sure. I was recommended by a family member to this business. My estimate was given pretty quickly and was able to get into the schedule easily. I had a toilet that needed to be replaced and a problem with a leak in my shower. My toilet was replaced quickly and at a reasonable price and Gabe found out the problem for the water leak in my shower and was easily able to fix it. I was very impressed with the job that was done Gabe was very professional explained everything that needed to be done and what the problem was. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends and will use him again in the future if needed.

I recently had a new water heater installed as my last one kicked the bucket. At that install, the plumber advised that I should invest in a water softener.
Prior to this recommendation, I'd been thinking about investing in a water softener for some time. This is because living in a home with hard water has left scale and buildup on my appliances and fixtures as well  as has aggravated my son's eczema. Great service! Needed a few projects done before the holidays and Al was very flexible to meet our schedule. He painted our garage floor and fixed our fence within a couple of days. It looks great and they were affordable. We will be calling him again!  Thanks.

Excellent fast service.  Bertin & Cade were able to unclog a complete sewer blockage from our house out to the septic tank. Reasonably priced and were there within a couple hours of my call, to get us back up & running. Very grateful for their quick & thorough response.

When I first called Christian and described my problem (an apparent leaking hose in kitchen sink pull-out sprayer), he suggested a few things I could check and maybe fix myself that would obviate having him come out and charging me for work. I found his approach really refreshing and honest. After trying his suggestions, confirming that it was a hose leak, and deciding that I was not about to contort my aching back and knees crawling under the sink and trying to reach up behind the disposal, I called him to set up an appointment. When I told him it was a Delta faucet, he told me to call Delta (even gave me the number) and, because they have a lifetime guarantee, request a free replacement hose. When the replacement arrived, I again called Christian to schedule an appointment and he was able to come by the next day to install the new hose. He also pointed out some things to do to maximize the life of other parts of the kitchen sink. Highly recommended and will be the first plumber I call if I have any problems.

I want to thank Michael Osborn for not giving up! I had a water leak that was SO hard to find, but he just kept looking until he found it. So grateful for his persistence. And the price was so reasonable! I have absolutely no complaints about the quality of the service. And glad he practices safety and more a mask.

Called this man, Lewis, says he doesn't cater to certain parts of Austin. Almost laughable. State that on your profile dude. Waste of time and no trust when it comes to guys like a Lewis ego after you agree on price, time and day they cone up with I don't go to that area like hello it's Austin not Lockhart man. Get a life. Dude is a jerk.

Kinda  an emergency, needed yard mowed quick.   Martinez Services call texted back in minutes on memorial day weekend.  He got over in a couple of hours on a saturday.  Due to appointment running late had to leave him money out.  He is very honest, did work.  Great job, stayed in contact, sent pictures.  Great guy, great lawn guy.  Top notch.  Hard worker.

I had a clog in my clothes washing machine drain. I tried vinegar, and then pro quality drain gel, with no results. I found Daniel's Plumbing (#2) on Google, and had them over for an estimate. I was forewarned that 95% of washer clogs are a broken pipe. and Since we can't get the snake around the indention where the top of the drain is, we'll have to go on the roof, and run it down the vent pipe, and that will be $405.00. After about 20 minutes, they approached me, (quite courteously may I add) and informed me the problem was a broken pipe, and they would have to rent an air spade, to blow the dirt out and around large roots from a nearby tree, and run a new line under my greenhouse, and over to a clean-out, about 36 feet away, and with a 10% handi-capped discount, it would cost $3,650.00, and take 2-3 days. They would also have to bust up a section of sidewalk, and I could also hire them to repair it. I wrote the check for $405.00, and told them I would sleep on it. I talked to 3 people (in the know) and it sounded fishy to all three.
   I just got finished with a different plumber, (#1) (and house) in a small town, an hr away from Austin, and had him (and a helper) drive to (and fro) Austin, and UNCLOG the drain in 15 minutes, for a grand total of $190.00. What a nice birthday gift! $3,245.00
