Ben is a good guy, knowledgeable and honest, always tell the truth. He has worked on my house once and did a great work. They take their job serious. Do what they said and honor their works. Not try to find out excuse like other plumbers or sneak out. When you talk with him you feel the honesty. I will definitely hire him again for other works.

I had a great experience with Austin Plumbing! Chesley quickly fixed an issue with a commercial toilet that wasn't flushing. I'll be calling them first for future plumbing issues!

We had Geronimo and Sons replace all the stop valves in our house. They did a great job at a great price. Will definitely be using them again in the future!

We just had Diego here today to install a wall mount doggy door for us. I started asking around for estimates last week and Diego was the most responsive, could come do the job the soonest and had the fairest price. Diego worked meticulously to make sure the job was done right. He even touched up the paint around the dog door when he was done just to make sure it was perfect. I have been looking for a good handyman for a long time and am so happy we found Diego.
I will definitely keep him in my contacts for further jobs!

Had a great experience with Emilio at Everest plumbing.
He replaced my aging water heater. The install was quick and he kept me updated along the way. He cleaned up the space really well before finishing the job. Very professional. I'll be using them for my future plumbing projects.

They were able to make room in their schedule for me very quickly and were even kind enough to call and see if I wanted them to come sooner (I did) when someone else cancelled. They quickly identified that the leak was actually a backed up drain pipe from me A/C. They cleared the pipe for me, helped me fix it so that it wouldn't happen again, kindly pointed out that I needed to clean out my dryer vent soon, and vacuumed out all the water that had accumulated. They were very punctual and professional. They're one of a very few businesses that I have saved into my phone to contact again in the future if I have problems. I highly recommend them!

This awesome sauce guy came out to our house last minute to give us a second opinion. He is a straight to the point person but still friendly, and answers all your questions. He worked his @$$ off tonight and deserves major kudos and a pay raise at the very least. He got here at around 6:30/7 PM and didn't get to leave until after 9:30. Keep in mind it was 94 outside, over 100 in our attic, and 83 in our house. Poor guy was hot but never complained. He just wanted to MAKE SURE everything was working and that we had cold air again.

The previous company (Radiant-WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM) gave us a CRAZY expensive estimate for the repairs they suggested. They came out 3 different times and yet they couldn't fix our problem. They said we needed to replace our entire seven year old system! Mike from Honest comes out and tells us we have three things we need to fix. Guess what? He did those three things (don't remember what they were but one of them was a replacement fan motor) and our air-conditioner started to work again.

All of the reps that I spoke with were kind and very helpful. They worked us in last minute which we appreciated so much. I'm very glad we got a second opinion and that we chose Honest HVAC. I'll update my review if anything changes. P.S. our dog Raja thanks Mike  too!! :)

Excellent experience! We ran into a plumbing nightmare involving sewage in our primary shower (yuck!!) and could not let this sit overnight. We scrambled to find 24/7 plumbers in central Austin and had no luck after 5 or 6 calls despite many services saying they offered this. Thankfully Davis Plumbing was immediately responsive and we were all settled and sewage free just 75 minutes later. Really appreciated that we had timely service come out at 11pm on a Tuesday night. Thank you!!!

We had a main waterpipe bust under our mobile home. I had one guy come out and after 4 days of nothing, called these guys. They not only came out the same day, but did the work right after a big rain storm and had water flowing through the house in about an hour. Casey and his co worker were great. I would highly recommend this company.

I was recommended by a family member to this business. My estimate was given pretty quickly and was able to get into the schedule easily. I had a toilet that needed to be replaced and a problem with a leak in my shower. My toilet was replaced quickly and at a reasonable price and Gabe found out the problem for the water leak in my shower and was easily able to fix it. I was very impressed with the job that was done Gabe was very professional explained everything that needed to be done and what the problem was. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends and will use him again in the future if needed.

I asked for a quote and sent images via text. He was able to provide me a quick quote back which I appreciated as a realtor.

From the first phone call with Bertin, to actually meeting with Chris and Garrett, we couldn't have asked for a better experience concerning our plumbing next steps. The best service calls, for us, are the ones in which we can learn practical things. This experience was way up there.

Concerns leading to the initial call:
*Hot water heater - Insufficient supply for entire home
*Proper insulation of exposed pipes (positioned in tight spots)
*Remodel practicalities - Odd bathroom/toilet setup, kitchen sink...

First off, these guys shoot from the hip and I could tell they had no intention of high-jacking our wallet for a king's ransom. For each scenario, Chris thoroughly explained what was possible, and appropriate solutions---good, better, best, kind of like the old school Sears catalog.

They took their time, were detailed in explanations and overall, it was just a really nice, informative conversation about all things plumbing. They were personable, professional and straightforward.

For instance, we'd been thinking about a hot water heater replacement. Chris shared what conversion to a tankless system would call for--a permit, fancy, new-fangled, overhead, wiring--basically a whole lotta' money (which consequently is why so many of the newer homes are so much pricer).  He then provided an alternative solution to give us exactly what we needed, made way more sense and is cost efficient.

So, we've got our estimate and next steps. All we need to do is make a few last hardware decisions and call them back for service. We're looking forward to their return (and may even have some cookies awaiting these guys)!

I have had a couple of not so great experiences with plumbers so I was very excited about Christian's work. He suggested solutions, installed new fixtures in tub and sink, fixed a running toilet, turned it into a dual flush system, calked--it all turned out beautifully. I am so excited to have everything like new and at a reasonable price.

Roger's plumbing is terrific!!! After having two extensive conversations with Roger, he was able to send guys out first thing Monday morning!! Skip and Bryce detected an issue that has been plaguing us...Completely missed by another plumber. The situation was solved in a day.... Septic and plumbing issues are not fun, however, this crew is excellent. Highly recommended.

Really good work. A bit on the expensive side. I referred him to a friend and he did good work for him also.

I'm writing this review 02/21/21.
Many of us are in terrible situations right now. Broken pipes, no water, no available appointments for plumbing and many other unfortunate things.
Lewis just repaired my water pipe. Our family was without water for many days. When water was on my water pipe showed a bad leak. I was frantically looking for a plumber. Lewis has taken my phone call at once.
I believe he was sent for my family's rescue by  an angel.
My family is so grateful for repairs done by him. I would give 10 stars for his plumbing service, care and help. He has not hesitated to take my job request
at difficult times when plumbing companies are overwhelmed by requests and telephone calls for help. God bless him for his big heart, knowledge of his job and willingness to help.

Kinda  an emergency, needed yard mowed quick.   Martinez Services call texted back in minutes on memorial day weekend.  He got over in a couple of hours on a saturday.  Due to appointment running late had to leave him money out.  He is very honest, did work.  Great job, stayed in contact, sent pictures.  Great guy, great lawn guy.  Top notch.  Hard worker.

Our water heater died Wednesday and by Thursday night we had a new shiny one with plenty of hot water. Aaron from Daniels plumbing was knowledgeable and friendly. Perhaps even more importantly he gave us a fair estimate and then stayed to do the work that day. They were lifesavers! I would hire them again without hesitation.
