The response time and service was exceptional! Alex was very kind and walked us through everything that was going on in our old house. He made sure we were comfortable about the cost before proceeding and there was no pressure and price shock at the end of service. Everything was done very professionally.

Came out for an emergency visit when my shower broke and I could not turn off the water. They were super fast, arrived in under an hour and fixed the problem (replaced the cartridge in the shower) in 30 minutes. I absolutely will absolutely call them again.

Geronimo and Sons should be your first call when you need plumbing repair. Allow me to explain why.
Take a minute and ask yourself what you really want in a plumber. If you're like me, you're looking for someone who is:
1. Available -- Usually when your home's plumbing goes south, you need it fixed quickly.
2. Reasonably priced -- Someone who charges a fair price commensurate with the work performed instead of gouging you with flat rate pricing.
3. Experienced -- Someone who will take a direct approach to solving your problem and has the skills and the know-how to do the job right.
4. Conscientious -- Someone who focuses more on doing your job correctly than on getting to the next job.
Does it seem impossible to find a plumber with all 4 of these qualities these days? I thought so too, until I met Geronimo.
I had a slow leak from a rusty pipe on the cold water side of my bathroom sink. Of all the plumbers that I called, only Geronimo consistently had availability within a day or so (#1 above). He was also the only one willing to give me a quote before coming to my house.
When I met Geronimo in person, he impressed me immediately. He quickly identified the problem and, more importantly, he foresaw the potential complications and gave me firm estimates for both situations. His price was roughly 1/3 as much as the other quote I got from a business that uses flat rates (#2 above). He isn't financing a fleet of vans or TV advertising. He's just one honest workman supporting his family.
He asked me if I also wanted him to do the same repair on the hot water side while he was here. I know what you're thinking: Here comes the upsell. Wrong. He said that the only additional charge would be for the parts involved -- no extra labor! And boy, am I glad that he did it. That side was in even worse condition than the side I brought him to fix.
You don't normally consider plumbing to be an art form, but the practiced and skilled way Geronimo wrapped pipe threads and handled tools was a thing of beauty. He worked deftly and carefully, his actions reflecting years of experience and practice (#3 above).
When he was finished and everything was working perfectly, he hung around for a while just to make sure that there were no tiny leaks (#4 above). He was somewhat puzzled when I insisted on doing the cleanup myself. He couldn't imagine not doing it himself.
Geronimo is a super nice guy who checks all the necessary boxes personally and professionally. Yes, he deserves your business, but moreover if you hire him you will get prompt, top-quality service for far less than anyone else will charge you. For the foreseeable future, he will always be my first call, and he should be yours as well.

Diego is friendly, responds quick, and very Knowledgeable.  Had him do some lighting coverings in my kitchen. Workmanship is superb.
He also wore booties into house which shows his consideration too (not everyone does that).

Diego knows about basically everything. Garbage disposal repair, appliance installation, door repairs.
He is also a licensed plumber.

I've never met nicer people. Literally no reason for them to be nice; they are perfectly capable plumbers, which is what I needed. I had a small water softener issue and they did a great job.

But they made my day better bc they were so remarkable NICE; so I'll use them repeatedly.

They were able to make room in their schedule for me very quickly and were even kind enough to call and see if I wanted them to come sooner (I did) when someone else cancelled. They quickly identified that the leak was actually a backed up drain pipe from me A/C. They cleared the pipe for me, helped me fix it so that it wouldn't happen again, kindly pointed out that I needed to clean out my dryer vent soon, and vacuumed out all the water that had accumulated. They were very punctual and professional. They're one of a very few businesses that I have saved into my phone to contact again in the future if I have problems. I highly recommend them!

Honest Air Conditioning highly recommended and areare true to their word. Less than a month ago I called these guys and they came out right away to fix our upstairs AC - a new starter capacitor was needed and a recharge of the refrigerant. Then, our downstairs AC stopped working... I called Honest AC yesterday and they came out right away and fixed the issue.... another starter cap was needed for the downstairs unit.
These guys just charged me for the capacitor (about $165) but waived the service call / labor charge since they were just out here recently.

The most EXPENSIVE plumber in my experience in Austin. Raymond, the owner, installed a new water valve under my kitchen sink. It was a 30 minute visit and a $30 part. if I had known what the issue was beforehand I would have been able to get quotes ahead of time but I trusted Raymond to be fair based on the reviews here. I was charged an outrageous $430. I told him it seemed out of line but he did not budge. The receipt given to me after I paid him was not itemized and after making another request, Raymond refused to give me an itemized receipt. He refused to tell me his hourly rate. He refused to tell me the cost of the part. I called other plumbers for a quote after Raymond Davis left and both plumbers (highly regarded) told me it would be less than an hour at $160 plus $30-50 for the valve for a total of about $210 at most. I allowed myself to believe the positive google or yelp reviews told the whole story. They do not. I was charged more than DOUBLE what a normal master plumber would charge for a simple 15 minute task. He also told me a flush for my tankless heater would be $450, TRIPLE the standard cost. Again he was trying to take advantage of me hoping I would not know better. I have never paid more than $150 for that service and have had tankless heaters in multiple houses for the past 20 years. He refuses to make this right after multiple messages to him and hung up on me when I called him before writing this review. He has no business address and receives payments on his wife's personal Venmo account. He wore no mask and did not offer to wear one which is even more false advertising. The worst experience with any contractor I have had in the 30 years I have owned a home in Austin.

Outstanding service!! We had an irrigation leak in our front yard that was leaking half a gallon of water per minute and the shutoff valve was stuck. We called several companies and they all said it would take a week or more for them to come help us. We called Plumber Near Me around 9am and they had someone out here by 3:30pm. Fixed it in 2 hours. So thankful they were able to help us so quickly!!

I called at 3pm on a Friday and they were at my house by 4pm. Lee was professional and kind. He and his apprentice quickly found the issue and had it fixed very quickly. The end cost was actually less than originally quoted. This company and Lee as their representative are fully trustworthy. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone.

I used this company referenced by a friend. I am totally happy with the service they provided me. They explained everything to me and showed me what they were doing. Very reasonable pricing !

Fast, efficient estimate and on-time scheduling. All of the people are easy to deal with, explain (in layman's language) the issue and possible ways to address the problem. The next time I need a plumber, these guys will be the first call.

I was super impressed with these guys. I had a beeping malfunctioning smoke detector with  on a 22ft ceiling that i couldn't reach. And with my two 10month old babies at home, I needed to get this fixed ASAP so they could sleep.
These guys had a full day already when I called them but they squeezed me in at the end of the day. They came and replaced the smoke detector batteries for me as well as looking at some light bulbs on a high ceiling lamp too.
Unfortunately the smoke detector started beeping again that night due to a malfunction (not the battery).
These guys came back out the next day after hours at no extra charge (original price was very fair too) and fixed the smoke detector situation for me, and they even bought new light bulbs for me bc my own previous replacement bulbs ended up not fitting the ceiling lamp.

From the first phone call with Bertin, to actually meeting with Chris and Garrett, we couldn't have asked for a better experience concerning our plumbing next steps. The best service calls, for us, are the ones in which we can learn practical things. This experience was way up there.

Concerns leading to the initial call:
*Hot water heater - Insufficient supply for entire home
*Proper insulation of exposed pipes (positioned in tight spots)
*Remodel practicalities - Odd bathroom/toilet setup, kitchen sink...

First off, these guys shoot from the hip and I could tell they had no intention of high-jacking our wallet for a king's ransom. For each scenario, Chris thoroughly explained what was possible, and appropriate solutions---good, better, best, kind of like the old school Sears catalog.

They took their time, were detailed in explanations and overall, it was just a really nice, informative conversation about all things plumbing. They were personable, professional and straightforward.

For instance, we'd been thinking about a hot water heater replacement. Chris shared what conversion to a tankless system would call for--a permit, fancy, new-fangled, overhead, wiring--basically a whole lotta' money (which consequently is why so many of the newer homes are so much pricer).  He then provided an alternative solution to give us exactly what we needed, made way more sense and is cost efficient.

So, we've got our estimate and next steps. All we need to do is make a few last hardware decisions and call them back for service. We're looking forward to their return (and may even have some cookies awaiting these guys)!

Very knowledgeable and efficient.  He explained what he was going to do and even gave me some tips for keeping my water flowing full force in the future.  I would not hesitate to call him again if I needed to.

This company rocks..short handed today and yet they made sure my hot water heater was repaired today....they could have easily blown me off until tomorrow, they will always get my recommendation!!

Ruben was employed to correct the installation of a new filler valve which I had attempted myself in an effort to save money. It took him an hour and he charged $162.50, no new parts were required. He gave me a 90 day warranty. Before he left I noticed there was leaking from the tank and he told me I needed a new flapper. He said he could get one but there would be an additinal charge for his time so recommended I get one from Home Depot and install it myself which with some difficulty I did. Later that evening the toilet was running constantly. I called the following morning and he returned to adjust the filler valve.
Two weeks later the toilet was difficult to flush and eventually could not be flushed at all. The toilet was intermittently running. He sent his young apprentice whose fix lasted 24 hours.
I called again and was told the toilet needed to be rebuilt which would involve further expense. When I asked about the 90 day warranty he belligerently told me that he couldn't keep making warranty calls and suggested I find another plumber if that solution was unacceptable. He seemed irritated by my calls and it obviously never occurred to him that I wouldn't need to keep calling if the toilet had been fixed properly in the first place.
I employed and paid this man in good faith and expect him to honor the warranty he issued.
His warranty is obviously not worth the paper on which it is written and he's unwilling to honor it since warranty calls do not generate further remuneration.

I'm writing this review 02/21/21.
Many of us are in terrible situations right now. Broken pipes, no water, no available appointments for plumbing and many other unfortunate things.
Lewis just repaired my water pipe. Our family was without water for many days. When water was on my water pipe showed a bad leak. I was frantically looking for a plumber. Lewis has taken my phone call at once.
I believe he was sent for my family's rescue by  an angel.
My family is so grateful for repairs done by him. I would give 10 stars for his plumbing service, care and help. He has not hesitated to take my job request
at difficult times when plumbing companies are overwhelmed by requests and telephone calls for help. God bless him for his big heart, knowledge of his job and willingness to help.

Kinda  an emergency, needed yard mowed quick.   Martinez Services call texted back in minutes on memorial day weekend.  He got over in a couple of hours on a saturday.  Due to appointment running late had to leave him money out.  He is very honest, did work.  Great job, stayed in contact, sent pictures.  Great guy, great lawn guy.  Top notch.  Hard worker.

So good.  So happy I called them.  I needed last minute help for a STR inspection (short term rental permit for renting house on AirBnB) and they came to my rescue.  Super pro.  Super friendly.  I'm very happy.
