A couple of weeks ago I called Austin Plumbing (referral) and had them come out to take a look for me to see what the issue for my downstairs tub not draining was. Chesley (Technician) came out and did his thing and talked me through every step he was taking and we discovered the root of the problem which was just that. Roots had broken through the pipes and fortunately my HOA ( I live in a Condo) if responsible for anything from the Studs outward so they are not handling this major problem for me. I can say that Chesley was so super professional, very polite and not a forced polite either a very genuine man.  As a single woman, this is all very important to me, creates trust and that is huge!!!  From the quick appointment time , the courteous service from the phone call/appt to the service itself, thank you so much.   I have stored them in my phone

Geronimo has helped me twice already with a few plumbing issues. Replaced a faulty shower cartridge, as well as installed a new Pressure Regulator valve and water main shutoff.  Both jobs were excellently done and have had no problems.  Prices were competitive, and Geronimo was responsive to calls and inquiries I brought up.  I would HIGHLY recommend Geronimo and Sons.  Hard working guy, deserves people's business.

He gave recommendations how to better manage the situation to avoid potential future similar issues, but was in no way pushy about it. It was such a pleasure doing business w/ Diego & we will definitely be using him for any future needs.

They were able to make room in their schedule for me very quickly and were even kind enough to call and see if I wanted them to come sooner (I did) when someone else cancelled. They quickly identified that the leak was actually a backed up drain pipe from me A/C. They cleared the pipe for me, helped me fix it so that it wouldn't happen again, kindly pointed out that I needed to clean out my dryer vent soon, and vacuumed out all the water that had accumulated. They were very punctual and professional. They're one of a very few businesses that I have saved into my phone to contact again in the future if I have problems. I highly recommend them!

I was on my way home from out of state when I was advised by my house sitter that my heat was not working. She had looked through yelp and felt Honest Co was best- I agreed. The next day Randy was at my house as scheduled and went right to work. He gave me the information I needed / including pictures and best of all options to fix my unit. That same day- I had heat again at a reasonable price and plan to look at replacing my unit within the year - of course with Honest Air Conditioning.

GTX plumbing just did a phenomenal job getting water restored to my house after the major freeze in the area. There were 3 breaks identified including 2 behind my kitchen cabinets.  The service was performed by Jeff and Evan and these guys could not have been more professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient.  They even had the patience to provide me status updates while I stood around and asked what and why they were doing the things they were doing. The final bill was surprisingly affordable considering the extreme volume of work in the area right now.

I have used 2 other local plumbers in the past, but will never call another because I have found the company I completely trust to get the job done.

I was recommended by a family member to this business. My estimate was given pretty quickly and was able to get into the schedule easily. I had a toilet that needed to be replaced and a problem with a leak in my shower. My toilet was replaced quickly and at a reasonable price and Gabe found out the problem for the water leak in my shower and was easily able to fix it. I was very impressed with the job that was done Gabe was very professional explained everything that needed to be done and what the problem was. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends and will use him again in the future if needed.

We had an issue with the main sewer line going from our house to our aerobic septic system. It was clogged. PlumbSmart (Gabe) came out when scheduled and had it fixed in less than 20 mins. Very responsive, competent and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend and will use again in future for any/all of our plumbing needs. Thanks!

Best Handyman Services.Have been searching for 3 weeks to get help to apply insulation inside my 2-door garage. Very friendly and excellent workmanship. My search is over, will keep this one for sure.

We had Proficient Plumbing do a large job, they connected our detached garage to the water main at our house.  It was about 300' away, they had to use a trenching machine and navigate the driveway and a stone wall.  They treated the job like they were working on their own house, they paid particular attention to ensuring that they didn't uproot any trees or damage our stone wall.  After the trenching was finished and they covered the trench you wouldn't even know they had been there.  They used quality materials and went one-step above and beyond by installing a tracer wire
- I was impressed.  They called me before they came out and immediately following the job to ensure that I was happy.   The staff were incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable - they will be my go to for any plumbing needs in the future.

This guy is amazing! Came out quickly and fixed problem very fast. Also very reasonable on his rates. I will call him every time for any plumbing needs.

We love Ruben and his business. Fantastic service from diagnosis to fix. Great communication and explanation of problems. We had our cast iron removed. Lewis is very responsive and takes his time to do a great job.  I had him address a number of issues at my rental property and my home.  He is definitely the best handyman that I ever dealt with.  If you lived in the North Austin area and need some work done, you definitely need to contact Lewis.  His prices are reasonable and he does quality work.

Kinda  an emergency, needed yard mowed quick.   Martinez Services call texted back in minutes on memorial day weekend.  He got over in a couple of hours on a saturday.  Due to appointment running late had to leave him money out.  He is very honest, did work.  Great job, stayed in contact, sent pictures.  Great guy, great lawn guy.  Top notch.  Hard worker.

Unless you want to shell out a MINIMUM of $679 for a simple drain clog issue, avoid these people.  A MAJOR rip-off even for an emergency that took the technician 5 minutes to clear the issue.  I don't buy their claim that the price is competitive.  I'd give this experience a zero-star if I could.
