They did a great job on my pressure valve. They were on time, and they explained the work that was needed. They did not try to sale me anything I did not need. I would recommend them to anyone.

I needed my front door repaired after someone else didn't do it right last month. Diego told me he could be out a few days later so I set an appointment and waited. Diego arrived on time and identified the issue promptly which had been overlooked and got everything fixed up for me and my tenant.

Tried to replace my toilet and found the flange broken. Everest responded first to my yelp request and offered free onsite inspection and estimate.  They arrived on time, quote was very fair, and immediately completed a high quality job (welded a new brass flange and re-installed the toilet).  Cleaned everything up, too.  I'll be using Everest again for all our plumbing needs.

They were able to make room in their schedule for me very quickly and were even kind enough to call and see if I wanted them to come sooner (I did) when someone else cancelled. They quickly identified that the leak was actually a backed up drain pipe from me A/C. They cleared the pipe for me, helped me fix it so that it wouldn't happen again, kindly pointed out that I needed to clean out my dryer vent soon, and vacuumed out all the water that had accumulated. They were very punctual and professional. They're one of a very few businesses that I have saved into my phone to contact again in the future if I have problems. I highly recommend them!

A full 5 stars, a rarity from me but completely deserved. Not only have we had a long relationship with Honest AC while nursing our old tired units but earlier this year we pulled the bandaid off a purchased two new units from them. We couldn't be happier. From start to finish Honest AC were professionals all the way and Veteran friendly. James is a credit to their company and made us feel like he was genuinely concerned with our satisfaction. I called Ray early in the morning on a Saturday, and he was at my house just a few hours later, even earlier than he had promised, to fix a leaky stop-valve under my kitchen sink. He was knowledgeable and courteous, and was happy to answer other questions I had about the plumbing in my new house. Recommend!

I have been meaning to write this review and I am sorry it has taken so long. I had the best experience with this company from the kind lady who answers and schedules the plumbers to the gentleman (Aiden) who came out they went above and beyond!
My shower handle broke off and water had to be turned off for my house. My dog passed away two days before and my daughter was having ACL surgery the next week (yes my life sounded like a sad country music song), it was a Friday when I called and I was at the end of my rope. I was in tears when talking to the scheduler (I cannot remember her name) and she made sure I was taken care of. Aidan showed up on a Friday night to make sure my water was turned back on and came back the following week to complete the fix.
They did what they said they were going to do, when they said they would do it at an affordable price, they were also kind and compassionate towards me when they did not have to be. My shower is working, my heart is healing, and my daughter's surgery went well. Thank you to Plumber Near Me for helping me during a very stressful time. You have a lifelong customer.

We wanted him to install custom drapes at 20 ft height in our living room and he has done it perfect. It turned out really nice and i will use his services in future needs also.

I called Osborn plumbing to rework all the plumbing in a house that we are do a complete remodel job. Every person that has worked at the house is very professional and does very good work.  The price quoted was reasonable, the company adheres to code, even if it is not a requirement.  They do not cut corners which is very important. They will work hard and fast and they are very busy as a company but they show up timely to work.  Additionally, Roger who met with me to do the quote referred me to K&M Contracting to be the General contractor on the job and that company is just is outstanding as Osborn Plumbing. I am so very thankful to have met both of these companies as we are thrilled with the quality of work, the price, the quick timeline and they are a pleasure to work with on the remodel!!

Kinda  an emergency, needed yard mowed quick.   Martinez Services call texted back in minutes on memorial day weekend.  He got over in a couple of hours on a saturday.  Due to appointment running late had to leave him money out.  He is very honest, did work.  Great job, stayed in contact, sent pictures.  Great guy, great lawn guy.  Top notch.  Hard worker.

Had a horrendous experience with this company.  Last Wednesday afternoon, my mother and I were at Dairy Queen on Burnet Road in Austin.  While she was waiting to fill her drink, a man came and cut in front of her and was standing close.  She mentioned that she was practicing social distancing in part because of her age.  The man then replied that he could smell that, apparently meaning her age.  She remarked about his rudeness and the man laughed at her.

I observed him getting into a Daniel's Plumbing truck.  I then called Daniel's Plumbing and the receptionist who answered the phone seemed concerned and claimed to have located the truck.  She was apologetic and got my contact information, claiming that someone from management would contact me.

Over a week later, I have yet to be contacted.  This speaks volumes about their integrity and lack of commitment to customer service.  I can't imagine using them for plumbing work, let alone imagine how they'd follow through on any concerns.

The rudeness of one employee can be overlooked, but the lack of promised follow up is telling.
