We had water damage in our house and after the restoration group dried it all up, we had carpet, baseboard and flooring repair needed. After getting a few quotes, Diego stood up above the rest in not only great communication, turn around time but also with a very reasonable cost.

The work was done great and there was even a bit of savings found during the repairs. Overall I am very happy with Diego and All Pro Handyman, I will keep his contact information close for all my rental properties!

They were able to make room in their schedule for me very quickly and were even kind enough to call and see if I wanted them to come sooner (I did) when someone else cancelled. They quickly identified that the leak was actually a backed up drain pipe from me A/C. They cleared the pipe for me, helped me fix it so that it wouldn't happen again, kindly pointed out that I needed to clean out my dryer vent soon, and vacuumed out all the water that had accumulated. They were very punctual and professional. They're one of a very few businesses that I have saved into my phone to contact again in the future if I have problems. I highly recommend them!

Update..
Recently was presented a Maintenance alert for my unit. Seems about right as its been just over a year. Upon calling Honest, I was told I did not have a maintenance plan. So what I gathered was the 30k I dropped on this system + the $300 or so a month i Pay for it- Maintenance is not included. While the lady was nice to speak with and understanding- I am certain the reason we went with Honest AC was that my monthly payments would include the maintenance plan.
However this appears not to be the case. Sad. Very Sad. Really makes me question my choice.

Ray (the owner) and another plumber communicated clearly, arrived when they said they would, fixed 4 leaks and drain clogs, and cleaned up when done. I'd hire them again.

What a nice experience with a great company. Very friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. The plumber called and tried to solve the problem over the phone but I needed hands on help. Jeff was incredible!!!
He showed up on time, very friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. He worked tirelessly with his helper to get my problem solved. These are real plumbers, not salesman. They only wanted to solve my problem and make me happy. This is by far the best interaction I've had with any company in Texas. Sharron who answered the phone was so nice. They got me an appointment when I was available with a break in my schedule.
Jeff gave me several tips on how to keep my pipes and appliances working smoothly with some simple maintenance. He even adjusted my water heater and showed me how to flush the hot water tank.

I was recommended by a family member to this business. My estimate was given pretty quickly and was able to get into the schedule easily. I had a toilet that needed to be replaced and a problem with a leak in my shower. My toilet was replaced quickly and at a reasonable price and Gabe found out the problem for the water leak in my shower and was easily able to fix it. I was very impressed with the job that was done Gabe was very professional explained everything that needed to be done and what the problem was. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends and will use him again in the future if needed.

I recently moved to San Antonio and have a water softener and water filtration system that I was unfamiliar with their operation along with a hot water/low pressure issue. Co-owner Cody called me back and FaceTimed me going over the workings of the water softener and helped me fix over the phone! Then came himself about an hour and a half after my initial call and explained my water filtration system in detail and troubleshot  my hot water/ low pressure. Gave me an estimate on repair and replacement of hot water heating system. Spent over an hour and a half no charge! Who does this?? I was floored. I decided to go with his suggestion and his crew was there the next day in the freezing cold. They were professional and efficient.
Needless to say I found my plumbers and consider Cody a friend.

Pricy, charged 500 dollar for door installation. Can't speak of quality though , but price in the high end. Maybe good for large job but perhaps not for small job.

My parents had an emergency situation with their water pump, Bertine came out with a coworker fixed their pump and did not charge them.
Not enough good things can be said about these guy's, to help people in their time of need Is an amazing selfless act and greatly appreciated.

Needed to have an external web cam for security that needed to have power and connect it to my WiFi so I could access the camera remotely

I bought the camera off of amazon but Lewis has no issues getting it work with my house and setup including running power to the Device

Kinda  an emergency, needed yard mowed quick.   Martinez Services call texted back in minutes on memorial day weekend.  He got over in a couple of hours on a saturday.  Due to appointment running late had to leave him money out.  He is very honest, did work.  Great job, stayed in contact, sent pictures.  Great guy, great lawn guy.  Top notch.  Hard worker.

Ever feel like fate is staring you down without you realizing it. I was buying coffee the other day and I saw two guys from Daniels plumbing walking out of a gas station and one of the younger plumbers was as polite as could be, even voluntarily opened the door for several people as they walked in while he was waiting to pay. A common courtesy that is overlooked and often taken for granted these days. I snapped a picture of their van and told myself if I ever needed a plumber, I would call these guys.

2 days later, my hot water heater is working properly and I noticed my water bill spiked since the previous month. I had the pleasure of speaking with Jayne in the office and she informed me of all the possibilities and simple things I could do myself. Plumbers get such a bad rep and I'm sure there are some really bad ones out there but you won't be disappointed by calling Daniels plumbing. Good, honest, reputable and local business that cares about their customers and their employees. After talking with their guys and how proud they were to work for such a wonderful company, I'll never rely on anyone else for any of my plumbing needs!
