It bears repeating what a good company this is. If you have a plumbing need, just call Ben. He has exceeded my expectations 3 times now. His pricing is incredibly reasonable, and his work is top notch. He might be a little too efficient though. I asked him to put in a new hot water heater for me, and a few hours later I found out that the buyers wanted to upgrade it and were willing to pay for the difference. He had the new heater installed before I got the message and was able to relay it to him!

My water heater was replaced by Austin Plumbing and I could not be happier with the service I received. After getting ghosted by the plumber we had used before, I was very nervous about hiring a new company. The whole process was so easy, considering the unique water heater and space we have. The plumbers and Dana, the person who answered all my questions and coordinated everything, were all very professional. On install day, 2 master plumbers came, one checked out the space, began to drain the old water heater, his partner came by a little later and both hauled and installed the new one. Very respectful of home. They were finished when they said they would be and the water heater works great. The price was fair and they are now my go-to. I have already recommended to my family and neighbors.

Found them on Yelp for a new toilet installation. Fast and good quality service with reasonable price. Definitely will use them in the future again!

Although I received an immediate response through my YELP inquiry BUT just because I didn't respond to Diego's YELP text (for phone and address - which I didn't see it immediately) he dropped my appointment (which I understand) but when I called and texted to reschedule he told me he was booked indefinitely and wouldn't even try to work out another time!! This is an indication of his customer service!!! Do not book this service!!

Our water heater didn't exactly get a gold star on new home inspection so I turned to Yelp to find someone who can help! Everest Plumbing came up right away with photos of repairs like the one we needed, so I gave them a call. Scheduling was quick and easy. On the day they came, everyone was on time and the cost was lower than I expected - bonus! I highly recommend these folks.

They were able to make room in their schedule for me very quickly and were even kind enough to call and see if I wanted them to come sooner (I did) when someone else cancelled. They quickly identified that the leak was actually a backed up drain pipe from me A/C. They cleared the pipe for me, helped me fix it so that it wouldn't happen again, kindly pointed out that I needed to clean out my dryer vent soon, and vacuumed out all the water that had accumulated. They were very punctual and professional. They're one of a very few businesses that I have saved into my phone to contact again in the future if I have problems. I highly recommend them!

Just had my second great experience with Honest Air.  Will took care of me a few years ago, and this morning Daniel helped get us back and running.  Excellent, professional service.  I am an engineer by trade and am very inquisitive with mechanical, electrical, and thermal/fluid systems.  Both guys took the extra time to answer my questions and explained every temperature reading, fitting, wire, switch, sensor, etc. that I asked about.  Very reliable and dependable, and their prices are great.   I have faith they can keep my rusty 'ol Carrier pumping for a few years longer (knock on wood). But when it finally dies; I know exactly who to call.

Raymond was great! He came and inspected our home for a possible leak, crawling into the far corner of our cramped attic. He was prompt, friendly, and personable, taking time to thoughtfully answer all of our questions. We have found our go to plumber and will be recommending him to all of our friends.

They are not at all reasonable. They provided a quote that was extremely high . Luckily I asked around before committing to them. It was more than ( 50% lower )  It's very frustrating there is no transparency in this industry.

GTX was awesome!!! During the hard freeze at Christmas 2022, they were able to get techs to our property within 24 hours, handled our busted pipe like the pros they are, and the invoice was a lot more reasonable than expected given how slammed all plumbers were at the time.

I'll call them again in a heartbeat!!!

I used this company referenced by a friend. I am totally happy with the service they provided me. They explained everything to me and showed me what they were doing. Very reasonable pricing !

AWESOME Service!! PlumbSmart (Cody) was responsive in getting us scheduled and sending the tech (Gabe).  Gabe was AMAZING!!  We have had hot water and water pressure issues for 5+ years in our NEW house.  Not naming any names, we have hired 3 so-called Big Name Plumbing companies, the kind that have commercials on TV all the time, having spent over $2,000...NONE of them fixed the issues and just said that it was the pressure coming to the house and that possibly the tankless water heater or the water softener may be the issue. PlumbSmart (Gabe) did a little more investigation and found that it was an issue with the install from the very beginning!  Within 2 hrs, Gabe had ALL our showers working properly, hot water working, and he solved the pressure issue (water hammer) by adjusting the Hot Water Arrestors (which we did not know about), which should have been done by the contractors who installed the plumbing system.  THANK YOU to PlumbSmart for employing technicians who KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!  So glad we found PlumbSmart!

Best Handyman Services.Have been searching for 3 weeks to get help to apply insulation inside my 2-door garage. Very friendly and excellent workmanship. My search is over, will keep this one for sure.

Excellent fast service.  Bertin & Cade were able to unclog a complete sewer blockage from our house out to the septic tank. Reasonably priced and were there within a couple hours of my call, to get us back up & running. Very grateful for their quick & thorough response.

The greatest compliment I can give to Adept Plumbing is to recommend him to friends, family, and acquaintances and I have done this regularly for 10 years.  

The owner, Christian, has managed plumbing issues in three of my homes, two of which I use as rentals.  He was referred to me 10 years ago after I'd had two other master plumbers at one of my homes and where neither were able to resolve the problem.

As a master plumber, Christian has solved problems in my homes related to water pressure, shower cracks, commode issues, leaky sinks, even an outside faucet.   If I have a plumbing problem that is outside of his realm of expertise, he lets me know right away.   If it's not something that can be discovered until he's onsite, he figures out who can repair it and makes sure you get connected to the contact.

Either way, you get the solution you need to get the plumbing problem fixed!

Side note:   It is best to schedule him during a *time period* versus a specific time.  Christian is a one-man operation and he sometimes runs late based on the issues he's solving for the appointment in front of yours.   If you can practice patience, he's worth the wait.   Plus, he never leaves a customer's house without making sure their problem is fixed.  Just know he'll do for you what he's doing for the customer ahead of you and that is to solve your plumbing problem before he leaves!

My company has used Ruben's Plumbing multiple times and they are always professional and get the job done efficiently! We would highly recommend them to clients and friends!!

I just moved into a new clinic space, and needed a resistance band exercise station mounted on the wall in my rehab room.  Essentially a 4x8 cabinet-grade plywood sheet mounted on metal studs, with 2 anchor brackets mounted to it.

I submitted bid requests to several handymen on Yelp, and Lewis was the first to respond -- like, right away.  He asked excellent questions about my project, quick response time on my questions, and did my install 2 days later.

He is a meticulous worker -- measuring twice, cutting once.  He made sure this station was mounted securely, and informed me that each of the 6 mounting screws he used had a load limit of 100 lbs (plennnnnnty of load to spare!).

Perhaps the most best reflection of his work ethic is that he picked me out an absolutely GORGEOUS piece of wood.  He said he went through at least 20 sheets to find a perfect one for me.  Install is done, it looks amazing, and now Lewis is definitely my go-to guy for next time I need a handyman.  Thank you, Lewis!!

Kinda  an emergency, needed yard mowed quick.   Martinez Services call texted back in minutes on memorial day weekend.  He got over in a couple of hours on a saturday.  Due to appointment running late had to leave him money out.  He is very honest, did work.  Great job, stayed in contact, sent pictures.  Great guy, great lawn guy.  Top notch.  Hard worker.

I had a clog in my clothes washing machine drain. I tried vinegar, and then pro quality drain gel, with no results. I found Daniel's Plumbing (#2) on Google, and had them over for an estimate. I was forewarned that 95% of washer clogs are a broken pipe. and Since we can't get the snake around the indention where the top of the drain is, we'll have to go on the roof, and run it down the vent pipe, and that will be $405.00. After about 20 minutes, they approached me, (quite courteously may I add) and informed me the problem was a broken pipe, and they would have to rent an air spade, to blow the dirt out and around large roots from a nearby tree, and run a new line under my greenhouse, and over to a clean-out, about 36 feet away, and with a 10% handi-capped discount, it would cost $3,650.00, and take 2-3 days. They would also have to bust up a section of sidewalk, and I could also hire them to repair it. I wrote the check for $405.00, and told them I would sleep on it. I talked to 3 people (in the know) and it sounded fishy to all three.
   I just got finished with a different plumber, (#1) (and house) in a small town, an hr away from Austin, and had him (and a helper) drive to (and fro) Austin, and UNCLOG the drain in 15 minutes, for a grand total of $190.00. What a nice birthday gift! $3,245.00
