Can't say enough good things about O&M. Ben (owner) and the team that I have met over the last few years (Brian, Mike, and Alex) are all extremely professional, knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly. O&M has worked on some small plumbing repair items and they were able to address those quickly and at a fair price. They also helped big time with a major plumbing repair. Happy to know I have a plumbing team I can trust to get the job done. I'm a repeat customer and plan to be for a long time.

Geronimo and Sons should be your first call when you need plumbing repair. Allow me to explain why.
Take a minute and ask yourself what you really want in a plumber. If you're like me, you're looking for someone who is:
1. Available -- Usually when your home's plumbing goes south, you need it fixed quickly.
2. Reasonably priced -- Someone who charges a fair price commensurate with the work performed instead of gouging you with flat rate pricing.
3. Experienced -- Someone who will take a direct approach to solving your problem and has the skills and the know-how to do the job right.
4. Conscientious -- Someone who focuses more on doing your job correctly than on getting to the next job.
Does it seem impossible to find a plumber with all 4 of these qualities these days? I thought so too, until I met Geronimo.
I had a slow leak from a rusty pipe on the cold water side of my bathroom sink. Of all the plumbers that I called, only Geronimo consistently had availability within a day or so (#1 above). He was also the only one willing to give me a quote before coming to my house.
When I met Geronimo in person, he impressed me immediately. He quickly identified the problem and, more importantly, he foresaw the potential complications and gave me firm estimates for both situations. His price was roughly 1/3 as much as the other quote I got from a business that uses flat rates (#2 above). He isn't financing a fleet of vans or TV advertising. He's just one honest workman supporting his family.
He asked me if I also wanted him to do the same repair on the hot water side while he was here. I know what you're thinking: Here comes the upsell. Wrong. He said that the only additional charge would be for the parts involved -- no extra labor! And boy, am I glad that he did it. That side was in even worse condition than the side I brought him to fix.
You don't normally consider plumbing to be an art form, but the practiced and skilled way Geronimo wrapped pipe threads and handled tools was a thing of beauty. He worked deftly and carefully, his actions reflecting years of experience and practice (#3 above).
When he was finished and everything was working perfectly, he hung around for a while just to make sure that there were no tiny leaks (#4 above). He was somewhat puzzled when I insisted on doing the cleanup myself. He couldn't imagine not doing it himself.
Geronimo is a super nice guy who checks all the necessary boxes personally and professionally. Yes, he deserves your business, but moreover if you hire him you will get prompt, top-quality service for far less than anyone else will charge you. For the foreseeable future, he will always be my first call, and he should be yours as well.

The warranty for the water heater says to have it drained, to remove all the sediment.  I finally got around to getting quotes from plumbers using Yelp's message service requesting contractors. Emilio, owner of Everest Plumbing was the most competitive. Emilio was able to complete the job within hours - how impressive is that.  My tenant said he was on-time, very personable and professional.  Everest Plumbing deserves 5 stars!

They were able to make room in their schedule for me very quickly and were even kind enough to call and see if I wanted them to come sooner (I did) when someone else cancelled. They quickly identified that the leak was actually a backed up drain pipe from me A/C. They cleared the pipe for me, helped me fix it so that it wouldn't happen again, kindly pointed out that I needed to clean out my dryer vent soon, and vacuumed out all the water that had accumulated. They were very punctual and professional. They're one of a very few businesses that I have saved into my phone to contact again in the future if I have problems. I highly recommend them!

Back from vacation and the AC was broken. Mike from Honest Air Conditioning was our hero! He put in around 2-3 hours in sweltering (record setting) temperatures in our attic. This man deserves a medal.

Quick to respond, Mike was able to pinpoint the problem, order the proper replacement parts, and got us back up and running by as quickly as he could.

Prices were fair, and the bulk of our cost came  from special parts that had to be ordered from the manufacturer. Honest suits our experience with Mike. Thank you!

Excellent experience! We ran into a plumbing nightmare involving sewage in our primary shower (yuck!!) and could not let this sit overnight. We scrambled to find 24/7 plumbers in central Austin and had no luck after 5 or 6 calls despite many services saying they offered this. Thankfully Davis Plumbing was immediately responsive and we were all settled and sewage free just 75 minutes later. Really appreciated that we had timely service come out at 11pm on a Tuesday night. Thank you!!!

Had water coming thru the kitchen ceiling late at night. The AC drain drains thru this sink and was backed up. GTX was very responsive and helpful. Replaced the H+ C valves under the sink, cleared the line and Ptrap.

I was recommended by a family member to this business. My estimate was given pretty quickly and was able to get into the schedule easily. I had a toilet that needed to be replaced and a problem with a leak in my shower. My toilet was replaced quickly and at a reasonable price and Gabe found out the problem for the water leak in my shower and was easily able to fix it. I was very impressed with the job that was done Gabe was very professional explained everything that needed to be done and what the problem was. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends and will use him again in the future if needed.

Initially there was a communication problem but Cody, the CEO, quickly straightened thins out.  From then onthey were attentive, on time, and did great work.  We'll definitely use them again!

We wanted him to install custom drapes at 20 ft height in our living room and he has done it perfect. It turned out really nice and i will use his services in future needs also.

Pressure reducing valve failed after only 3 years. A call to Proficient got me on the schedule, they showed up on time, and the valve was replaced quickly and efficiently for a fair price. They were honest, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Highly suggest you turn to these folks first for your plumbing needs.

At 5:00 PM at my business, we discovered that our toilet was clogged. We only have one bathroom and patients and staff need to clearly have access to a working restroom. In a panic, I began trying to phone businesses from YELP to try to get a plumber out to fix the issue prior to my first patient today. I must have called 15 places and left messages. Thankfully, Christian called me back and was able to fit me in first thing this morning before his other jobs.

He was wonderful. Very professional, friendly, fixed the issue. He was also very informative, explaining everything (he had to access the drain line also). Totally recommend him and will be using him in the future in the event that I ever have any plumbing issues!

This company is the best, at first we were going to have to wait over a day before they could get to us. They later called and told us a job had finished early and could work us in, yea! The guy that came, James Clanton was super polite and nice, he got us up and running in no time. We highly recommend them.

We've used Ruben's plumbing twice now and both times it was a great experience! They came super quick to fix a leak in our upstairs bathroom that was leaking into downstairs. Will definitely use them for our bathroom remodel!

Hired Lewis through a referral from Home Depot to assemble a patio dining set.  He is a real craftsman, professional, courteous, really skilled at his work.  Did a superb job in a little over an hour, would have taken me several.  Meticulously cleaned up and placed the chairs for me after assembly.

Kinda  an emergency, needed yard mowed quick.   Martinez Services call texted back in minutes on memorial day weekend.  He got over in a couple of hours on a saturday.  Due to appointment running late had to leave him money out.  He is very honest, did work.  Great job, stayed in contact, sent pictures.  Great guy, great lawn guy.  Top notch.  Hard worker.

Had to pay $100 for a quote at a rental.. I should of walked away then but didn't since I could use that towards the repairs. Anyways they wanted $3200 for a water heater replacement!!!! A water heater that costs about $500. Therefore wanted $2700 for the install!! What a rip off, install takes maybe 2 hours. Wish I had seen their reviews on Yelp before contacting them. I was able to get my water heater replaced with install for $1500 with someone else. Keep looking elsewhere this company is taking advantage of people that don't do their research.
