My water heater was replaced by Austin Plumbing and I could not be happier with the service I received. After getting ghosted by the plumber we had used before, I was very nervous about hiring a new company. The whole process was so easy, considering the unique water heater and space we have. The plumbers and Dana, the person who answered all my questions and coordinated everything, were all very professional. On install day, 2 master plumbers came, one checked out the space, began to drain the old water heater, his partner came by a little later and both hauled and installed the new one. Very respectful of home. They were finished when they said they would be and the water heater works great. The price was fair and they are now my go-to. I have already recommended to my family and neighbors.

Our child flushed a small toy down the toilet, causing a big headache. It was out of reach, toilet was backing up, I needed help. I got in touch with these guys and we had the issue resolved the same day. The work was done cleanly and effectively. The gentleman that came to my home to do the work was very friendly. There is no question that if I have any professional plumber needs in the future, this will be the first company I call.

I was caught in a jam when my remodeler said he couldn't redo the plumbing when we switched from 2-hole sink to a single hole sink. At that point we had been without a kitchen faucet for a week. I reached out to several companies, and Emilio personally reached out, had a discussion about the issue and was upfront about the cost. Scheduled me the next day and had the issue resolved with my faucet and RO working again! On the day, he agreed to quickly connect my new gas cooktop for a reasonable price. Will definitely first reach out to Everest for any plumbing issues in the future.

They were able to make room in their schedule for me very quickly and were even kind enough to call and see if I wanted them to come sooner (I did) when someone else cancelled. They quickly identified that the leak was actually a backed up drain pipe from me A/C. They cleared the pipe for me, helped me fix it so that it wouldn't happen again, kindly pointed out that I needed to clean out my dryer vent soon, and vacuumed out all the water that had accumulated. They were very punctual and professional. They're one of a very few businesses that I have saved into my phone to contact again in the future if I have problems. I highly recommend them!

I scheduled a diagnosis appointment for my AC. They sent out a guy named Mike. He took a look at the wires on my outdoor unit (tested a few things with his meter). Then, he peeked through the vent at the top of the unit and said, it's probably leaking coolant. I had to ask him to open it up to be sure. They charge for the diagnosis, so I wanted him to do his due diligence.

He gave me some options for what work they could do. When I asked for the prices of those options, he gave me a ridiculously wide range and said I would have to make another appointment for actual quotes. What? I had to wait around hours for someone to tell me a broken thing is broken, then I have to set another appointment for someone else to tell me how much the various options will cost. That doesn't seem efficient. That's a waste of my time.

Also, the way Mike worked makes me never want to use or recommend Honest AC. He seemed a bit disinterested in being thorough. I had to ask him to open up the unit. When he was closing it up, he was going to put the top on WITHOUT reattaching everything. I had to stand there and watch him. I had to ask him to use a zip tie to replace the one he'd cut then I had to pick up the zip tie trash he cut because I don't think he was going to pick it up. He did offer to take it once he saw me pick it up though.

Not a good experience.

If you have money growing on trees (and lot's of them). Guess there's nothing wrong with Plumber Near Me, too rich for my poor A$$, got a quote from them of almost $16,000 for replacing two hot water heaters. Both with easy access (nothing crazy here - like I live under the ocean at a depth of two miles or something like that).

I called on a Friday afternoon about a kitchen faucet replacement. Sharon, the owner, connected me with Lloyd, their master plumber, to ensure the replacement faucet I had purchased would work. It wouldn't work, so Lloyd went online and sent me pics of a couple of options. I was able to get the new faucet shipped over the weekend, and Anthony was here first thing on Monday morning to replace the faucet. What great service!

I was recommended by a family member to this business. My estimate was given pretty quickly and was able to get into the schedule easily. I had a toilet that needed to be replaced and a problem with a leak in my shower. My toilet was replaced quickly and at a reasonable price and Gabe found out the problem for the water leak in my shower and was easily able to fix it. I was very impressed with the job that was done Gabe was very professional explained everything that needed to be done and what the problem was. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends and will use him again in the future if needed.

The water Softeners they installed and recommended for us were perfect for our house needs and made us feel like we were in great hands. I never once felt sold or pitched to; only was guided to the right decision and given the knowledge I needed to feel comfortable.

We are new to Bastrop, just moving into our new-to-us home.  I noticed that our kitchen faucet was dripping, so I looked up local plumbing companies and found Osborn.  Being such a small job, they could very easily have put me off a few days, but instead they were at my house in 15 minutes, and 10 minutes later had the problem fixed and were gone.  Very polite, very professional, and did a great job.  I will definitely be calling them again for any future problems, and recommend them highly.

If anyone is ever in need of a good plumbing service, I highly recommend Ruben's Plumbing service!  After 22 years of constant drain problems and alot of money spent on plumbing services to resolve it... Ruben is the only person that took the time to walk through the problem, scope the drains as well as snaked out to clean the drains... verses just doing minimal needed to get water flowing again and charge $300.  He found the culprit (short story - it was a 22 year old sponge) and managed to knock it lose pushing it out to the city drain.  I am so grateful to have this issue resolved.
oh - and in the process we discovered the last plumber working on my drain glued the cleanout lid shut. Not cool -  but Ruben finally got it off.

Lewis is very responsive and takes his time to do a great job.  I had him address a number of issues at my rental property and my home.  He is definitely the best handyman that I ever dealt with.  If you lived in the North Austin area and need some work done, you definitely need to contact Lewis.  His prices are reasonable and he does quality work.

Kinda  an emergency, needed yard mowed quick.   Martinez Services call texted back in minutes on memorial day weekend.  He got over in a couple of hours on a saturday.  Due to appointment running late had to leave him money out.  He is very honest, did work.  Great job, stayed in contact, sent pictures.  Great guy, great lawn guy.  Top notch.  Hard worker.

Unless you want to shell out a MINIMUM of $679 for a simple drain clog issue, avoid these people.  A MAJOR rip-off even for an emergency that took the technician 5 minutes to clear the issue.  I don't buy their claim that the price is competitive.  I'd give this experience a zero-star if I could.
