We recently had a break in a line under a rental house. We contacted another plumber and he referred us to a company that would dig a tunnel under the house. The cost of the tunnel was outrageous and when I enquired about going through the floor they lied and told me it was way more expensive that way.

I was referred by a friend to O & M who gave me a honest quote over the phone and said that yes they could go through the floor and that it would be the best course of action. They came out looked at the problem and confirmed the price over the phone and then began the work right away.

Halfway through the project they found another problem and were able to fix it at the same time while not adding too much to the overall cost.

In today's world it is hard to find honest contractors and I am lucky to have heard of O & M.

I was very pleased with the quick and efficient service received by Austin Plumbing.  From scheduling to service time they get 5 stars!  Two technicians came to my home, installed a new plumbing fixture and quickly fixed a slow drain. I like the upfront pricing quote and there were no surprises with my bill which I was able to pay online.  Kudos!  I will definitely use them again.

Great experience with All Pro Handyman, especially Diego Albor! I needed the HVAC drain lines unclogged. Reached out to Diego and scheduled time to perform the job. Diego arrived at the designated time & was easy to work with. He was professional & thoughtful about the work. He wore shoe covers, face masks, did a great job and cleaned up!  He took pictures throughout the job and showed me before/after.  I'm very happy with the completed job. I am already considering use them again for future projects in my home.

They were able to make room in their schedule for me very quickly and were even kind enough to call and see if I wanted them to come sooner (I did) when someone else cancelled. They quickly identified that the leak was actually a backed up drain pipe from me A/C. They cleared the pipe for me, helped me fix it so that it wouldn't happen again, kindly pointed out that I needed to clean out my dryer vent soon, and vacuumed out all the water that had accumulated. They were very punctual and professional. They're one of a very few businesses that I have saved into my phone to contact again in the future if I have problems. I highly recommend them!

Randy came out within 2 hours of me calling at 2:30 on a Thursday and fixed our problem right away. He explained everything in detail and was friendly as can be! We have used Honest A/C a few times and I always recommend them to neighbors.

Plumber Near Me was very responsive.  They came out the same day that I called them.  My water heater was leaking and old and needed to be replaced.  Communication was superb; they gave me a quote and laid out all the next steps.

I was recommended by a family member to this business. My estimate was given pretty quickly and was able to get into the schedule easily. I had a toilet that needed to be replaced and a problem with a leak in my shower. My toilet was replaced quickly and at a reasonable price and Gabe found out the problem for the water leak in my shower and was easily able to fix it. I was very impressed with the job that was done Gabe was very professional explained everything that needed to be done and what the problem was. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends and will use him again in the future if needed.

We had an issue with the main sewer line going from our house to our aerobic septic system. It was clogged. PlumbSmart (Gabe) came out when scheduled and had it fixed in less than 20 mins. Bertin and his crew came out to my house and installed an outdoor shower, outside hose connection, and helped repair an inside shower head that wasn't working properly.
I had also asked him to hook up my BBQ grill to natural gas and he explained that, even though HomeDepot had told me it could be hooked up and sold me the adapter kit to do so, that the gas grill really couldn't be converted from propane to natural gas. I called the manufacturer and they confirmed that Home Depot had given me bad info.

Kinda  an emergency, needed yard mowed quick.   Martinez Services call texted back in minutes on memorial day weekend.  He got over in a couple of hours on a saturday.  Due to appointment running late had to leave him money out.  He is very honest, did work.  Great job, stayed in contact, sent pictures.  Great guy, great lawn guy.  Top notch.  Hard worker.

I want to change my earlier review of Daniel Plumbing and Air-conditioning.  The manager admitted the job was not done correctly and they came back the next day after reviewing the work the plumber did on the water heater installation.  The technicians changed all the old connections and added a thermal evaporator pump bring everything up to Austin code.   I was also given a 15% refund for my trouble and aggravation.  I'm satisfied now even though it was a cost I was not prepared for.  Thank you Mack for your helping get the job done right and doing right by me.
