Fixed a plumbing leak in less than an hour that TWO other problems incorrectly diagnosed. I had originally believed that I needed to rip through the tile and replace the shower valve and all associated piping with the shower head. Codey was able to quickly analyze the leak and avoid doing any cutting saving me a ton of money and convenience.

Highly recommend Austin Plumbing and will be using them in the future for installing a water softener.

Geronimo responded quickly when I reached out via Yelp regarding freeze damage. He diagnosed the problem, found replacements for the parts of the system I didn't understand well, and improved on the design of this part of the system. He also showed me how I might be able to detect further damage on my own. We will keep their number!

Great experience with All Pro Handyman, especially Diego Albor! I needed the HVAC drain lines unclogged. Reached out to Diego and scheduled time to perform the job. Diego arrived at the designated time & was easy to work with. He was professional & thoughtful about the work. He wore shoe covers, face masks, did a great job and cleaned up!  He took pictures throughout the job and showed me before/after.  I'm very happy with the completed job. I am already considering use them again for future projects in my home.

They were able to make room in their schedule for me very quickly and were even kind enough to call and see if I wanted them to come sooner (I did) when someone else cancelled. They quickly identified that the leak was actually a backed up drain pipe from me A/C. They cleared the pipe for me, helped me fix it so that it wouldn't happen again, kindly pointed out that I needed to clean out my dryer vent soon, and vacuumed out all the water that had accumulated. They were very punctual and professional. They're one of a very few businesses that I have saved into my phone to contact again in the future if I have problems. I highly recommend them!

Last night I came home from work and kept hearing a dripping sound. I was horrified to see that it was coming from our 25 foot ceiling. After surveying the attic, we could identify that the water was likely originating from our AC unit. I contacted our builder who referred us to their HVAC contractor. We paid their emergency service fee for them to come out after hours but felt skeptical after hearing their diagnostic of two failed parts on a relatively new house. I contacted Honest Air Conditioning and Plumbing through their website to get a second opinion.

I got a call from Honest AC & Plumbing first thing this morning and was told they could fit me in somewhere between 12:30 and 3pm and I'd get a call when their tech was on their way. I got a call at 11:30am from their tech, Mike, saying he was running EARLY, and wondered if he could head over right then. How often does that happen with a contractor?!

When Mike arrived, he placed covers on his shoes and made his way up to our sweltering hot attic to check out our situation. He conducted a very thorough analysis and explained everything, in detail, to my partner along the way. At the end, he concluded that the diagnostic we received last night was accurate and we would likely get a better price going through our original installer because they would be able to honor the warranty to cover the cost of the part. Wow. I know that their company name is Honest AC & Plumbing but this is a contractor that actually lives up to that standard. And as if that wasn't amazing enough, their employee Mike spent about an hour of his afternoon at our house, under miserable conditions and at the conclusion, we were charged absolutely nothing. That's right - Honest AC & Plumbing charges nothing to provide a second opinion if you can show them a paid invoice from another contractor from the same industry. Otherwise, they charge just $59.95.

I actually feel guilty for accepting the services of this company without paying anything but I can guarantee you that the next time we need any sort of service that Honest AC & Plumbing offers, they will be the first place we call. It's really stressful when something as major as your AC goes out in the middle of Austin Summer. But then the situation becomes worse when you realize you are at the mercy of contractors whom you don't know that could easily take advantage of your vulnerable position. Thank God for places like Honest AC & Plumbing that have restored a little of my faith in the trades.

Louis took time to diagnose my problem.  He couldn't fix it the same day because I had too many ants where he needed to work. He came back a few days later as promised and made the repair at the quoted price.  He took the time to explain what caused the problem.  Will hire again in the future.

Needed my water heater replaced. Stephen, the owner, was very responsive. Chris came out to evaluate the job and was on time. He was on time to complete the work the next day. Chris's work was fast and clean. Great job. I'll use again for any plumbing needs.

What a great local company! Texted Sharon that I had a slow shower drain, she had a master plumber call me. He walked me through a couple of DYI solutions and he offered to have someone come by next day. I opted for next day service. The plumber who came out cleared the drain while teaching me how to do it. Incredible company. Obviously it was an easy fix, but I'll definitely be using this company for life!

Needed some plumbing issues corrected in a home we bought 2 years ago. Called and CEO Cody called me back. Told him I needed new garbage disposal, PVC pipes under kitchen sink replaced, and 2 new comfort toilets installed and the old ones taken away. He was able to give me a price over the phone and by the way, it was $600 less than all the other quotes I got. I was skeptical because of the lower price but because I like Cody's demeaner I decided to give PlumbSmart a shot. Boy, I'm glad I did!! They set an appointment for 4 days in advance and on the day of the work Ryan came over with his van and did all the work in less than four hours. I even asked Cody if he could clear the main drain from the house to the street and Cody said he would have Ryan run a camera down the drain and if there was not a problem, there would be no charge, Just shoot Ryan a tip, which I did!.
My experience with PlumbSmart from beginning to end was 5-star. I never felt like I was getting ripped off like with other companies. Cody was upfront and to the point, Ryan was on time and did the work in a timely fashion, and even got a call from Adam, the owner, asking if I was satisfied with the work and thanking me for my business.

We wanted him to install custom drapes at 20 ft height in our living room and he has done it perfect. It turned out really nice and i will use his services in future needs also.

Pressure reducing valve failed after only 3 years. A call to Proficient got me on the schedule, they showed up on time, and the valve was replaced quickly and efficiently for a fair price. They were honest, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Highly suggest you turn to these folks first for your plumbing needs.

Very personable guy who knows his business.  I've been looking for a good plumber forever and I believe I have finally found one I can trust and who knows what he's doing.  His price to fix a major leak in my water line was very reasonable and the repair was completed in a timely manner.  Christian had to dig through a lot of rock and mud to get to the source of the leak but he did so in 95 degree heat with no complaints.  He cleaned up the entire work area before he left.  I couldn't be happier with the quality of his work.  I'll be using him from now on whenever the need arises for a plumber.

Reached a live person at 6am and the guys were here before 9 to clear my drain.  Very polite, great service.  First time customer but will be back!

My girlfriend decided to pour about 20oz of solid bacon fat down my garbage disposal and it didn't work out very well.  After a long heartfelt talk about why we shouldn't do that, I tried to fix it myself.  We tried baking soda and vinegar, Drano, using an auger.  Nothing worked.  

Ruben responded at the last second. Came over within an hour of us hitting him up, and fixed it like a charm.  He was informative and explained everything to me so I could fix it myself in the future.  

I'm a customer for life.  I can't thank him enough.

Kinda  an emergency, needed yard mowed quick.   Martinez Services call texted back in minutes on memorial day weekend.  He got over in a couple of hours on a saturday.  Due to appointment running late had to leave him money out.  He is very honest, did work.  Great job, stayed in contact, sent pictures.  Great guy, great lawn guy.  Top notch.  Hard worker.

Plumbing repairs are never fun.  That said it happens and I am very happy we found Daniel's plumbing.   John and Jeremiah were on it and very responsive to all my questions and requests.  They figured out how to fix really poor work that had been done in my house by a prior plumber and fix some serious long term problems that work had caused.  It was very complicated but they found the right solutions.  The work was A+.  I will be using them again on a future bathroom remodel.
