Best Plumbing Services in Austin, TX

O&M rocks.  These guys saved us from a proposed $4000 repair from a rival company.  The other company took over a week to try and diagnosis the leak and said we needed to replace our entire system for $4000.  Read a review on Yelp about the other plumber, Clarke Kent, that said customer had the same issue.  

We called O&M who quickly diagnosed the leak at 2 of the shutoff valves in the house and repaired it within a couple of hours for $300.  The new plumber says there was only one fitting under the house that showed signs of being tested with soap, all the other fittings still had dirt and dust on them indicating that they were never sprayed.

When the gas company came out to turn the gas back on there was an issue with our hot water heater not getting gas.  O&M came right back out to the house to diagnose the problem before the inspector left to ensure we didn't loose another day without gas.  Got the issue resolved and the gas back on.  Awesome service!

Quick to respond and set an appointment. Arrived on time. Wore shoe covers. Nice guy. Would hire again.

We had Geronimo and Sons replace all the stop valves in our house. They did a great job at a great price. Will definitely be using them again in the future!

Couldn't ask for a better service. I initially called Diego to help us fixing the garbage disposal. He was  very responsive and came on time as he promised. After that, he also helped us replacing a shower head, fixing a door, replacing a door bell and replacing some blinds. Overall, the service was amazing and prices were very competitive. I am glad that I was able to find Diego as he seems to be a very honest technician. I recommend his services 100%

I am beyond pleased!! This is a local business, husband/wife team. They arrived on time, were soooo friendly, not rushing, and conversing as they progressed, telling us what what going on. What a pleasant pleasant experience. We expected there would be more to the job than actually happened. Emilio obviously knew exactly what to do and did it very quickly. I feel like we've made a friend. I will definitely use this company again!! I highly recommend him.

They were able to make room in their schedule for me very quickly and were even kind enough to call and see if I wanted them to come sooner (I did) when someone else cancelled. They quickly identified that the leak was actually a backed up drain pipe from me A/C. They cleared the pipe for me, helped me fix it so that it wouldn't happen again, kindly pointed out that I needed to clean out my dryer vent soon, and vacuumed out all the water that had accumulated. They were very punctual and professional. They're one of a very few businesses that I have saved into my phone to contact again in the future if I have problems. I highly recommend them!

This company replaced our entire HVAC system in 2017, which was about 15 years old. Their pricing is very reasonable and their service is wonderful! We were very pleased with their work and continue to use their services for maintenance up keep. Highly recommend!

Sharon -- the owner who's on the profile -- will set you up with service on the phone.  When she says someone will call about the day you need service, they call.  Lee was our guy.

We had two toilets that needed service.  Lee said Here's the price but I need to see how the flanges are.  If they need service here is the cost ....  Flange?  
Lee showed me the flange on the first toilet. OH! No wonder it was leaking.

He fixed both toilets.  Was exactly on price point and respected my elderly mother who dozed on the couch during the work.  

He was quick about his business.  Mom's nap was longer.

Best handyman service I have ever experienced! I had a fence built with this service and really couldn't be happier with Honey Do Services. I was contacted within minutes of submitting my request and had an excellent price quote for my proposed project. Scheduling was easy and very flexible when I needed to make a last minute scheduling change. I received a phone call prior to the job to discuss the details as the owner wanted to be sure he got it right. The owner of Honey Do Services and another gentleman arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. The built my fence quickly and paid attention to detail. Our secondary shower faucet broke and we couldn't stop the water from coming out in the tub. We called Proficient Plumbing Solutions and they came to our house right away and analyzed what was wrong and how to fix it. They provided a quick fix to our issue and let us know what to expect for the future in case it happens again. Excellent Service and Friendly!

Christian is as good as it gets!  What started out as a mid-level plumbing problem, turned out to be a MAJOR plumbing issue.  Christian responded quickly, was very professional and worked until the problem was fixed.  His price was very fair.     While I hope I don't need a plumber for a long time, Christian is the GO TO man when I do.

We had a repairman come to our property yesterday to check a leak under the house and to repair 2 toilets that would not stop running.  So he looked under our house (did not crawl under house), said he didn't have any plastic to lay on to go under and repair leak and he would have to come back out.  You would think that they would be a little more prepared but whatever.  Did replace 2 stoppers in the 2 toilets.  The charge for this service was $250.00.  We thought that included coming back to fix the leak under the house but no that would be a completely new charge.  He was at our place for maybe 40-45 minutes.  So I recommend you check your pockets when they leave.  What a rip off.

Many of us are in terrible situations right now. Broken pipes, no water, no available appointments for plumbing and many other unfortunate things.
Lewis just repaired my water pipe. Our family was without water for many days. When water was on my water pipe showed a bad leak. I was frantically looking for a plumber. Lewis has taken my phone call at once.
I believe he was sent for my family's rescue by  an angel.
My family is so grateful for repairs done by him. I would give 10 stars for his plumbing service, care and help. He has not hesitated to take my job request
at difficult times when plumbing companies are overwhelmed by requests and telephone calls for help. God bless him for his big heart, knowledge of his job and willingness to help.

Kinda  an emergency, needed yard mowed quick.   Martinez Services call texted back in minutes on memorial day weekend.  He got over in a couple of hours on a saturday.  Due to appointment running late had to leave him money out.  He is very honest, did work.  Great job, stayed in contact, sent pictures.  Great guy, great lawn guy.  Top notch.  Hard worker.

HIGHLY recommend. My experience from start to finish absolutely exceeded expectations. I was given a 2 hour window and got a text AND phone call before the window even started, letting me know Brandon, my technician, was on the way.
