Best Plumbing Services in Austin, TX

Best Plumbing Services overall in my service area based on price, skill and quality of customer service. Many other reputable companies quoted double (or in one case triple) for the exact same work. Did I mention they were quick and cleaned up after themselves too?  

How did I determine that they are the best?
I had all of my plumbing inspected by a home inspector/contractor I trust, with estimates on cost and time. So I contacted every reputable plumber I could find on yelp for estimates including Aloha Plumbing, Good Flow, Blue Dragon, Plumb-Quick, the Plumbinator, Local Plumbing and EZ Flow to see what they would quote.

O&M was the first ones out, their prices were in line with my cheat sheet (that I did not tell any of the estimators about), Drew was head and shoulders above the other estimators in terms of knowledge and - here is the most important thing - NO UNNECESSARY UPSELL!!!!! All other estimators save 1 tried to sell me on a rebuild of a shower that only needed a handle fixed.

All other estimators warned me that most of the undersink cabinet space would be used up in the remodel but O&M actually ended up using less space than before. So now I have even more storage room.

I don't usually use CAPS in reviews but the best service and best knowledge (given they improved the situation under the sink unlike every other company would have done), while coming in a few dollars below my cheat sheet estimates and being the 2nd cheapest quote out of 6.

I won't even try another company and I want to make sure everyone I care about is using these guys. Too many others out there gouge you. I have 4 emails in my inbox that prove it.

Technician was courteous and professional throughout. Wore a mask and slippers, didn't make a mess, showed me the problem parts before reassembling everything. Didn't upsell me on unnecessary procedures. Book with confidence!

Tankless water heater cover installed. Fast, reliable, and responsive. Would use again.

I can't say enough good things about Diego. He helped me out with a custom butcher block countertop in our guest room, and the level of communication, craftsmanship, and detail shown in his work was truly impressive.

I'd been trying to get this project completed for almost a year - I had several other handymen that just never responded to me or completely ghosted me after initial conversations. Not only did Diego get back to me immediately, but he asked all the right questions that I didn't even consider that showed his years of experience, so that I knew I was in good hands. He was so patient with explaining his entire process, answered all of my (many) questions, and kept me involved every step of the way.

The project turned out even better than I expected, and I'm so pleased with how it looks. On top of everything, Diego is a really chill, friendly guy who is great at what he does, and exceptionally fair and honest.

I've since worked with Diego on a couple of smaller projects, and he's super generous with his time and goes out of his way to help me troubleshoot other little issues around my house that I could probably manage on my own. For anything larger that requires a more skilled hand, I'm going to Diego first from now on.

Extremely quick and professional. I put out a SOS for a leaky bathtub faucet on a Friday evening, got a response within minutes, and they came to repair it the next morning at 9am. The job was completed within 30 minutes and I got a warranty on the parts and labor. A perfect experience from beginning to end.

They were able to make room in their schedule for me very quickly and were even kind enough to call and see if I wanted them to come sooner (I did) when someone else cancelled. They quickly identified that the leak was actually a backed up drain pipe from me A/C. They cleared the pipe for me, helped me fix it so that it wouldn't happen again, kindly pointed out that I needed to clean out my dryer vent soon, and vacuumed out all the water that had accumulated. They were very punctual and professional. They're one of a very few businesses that I have saved into my phone to contact again in the future if I have problems. I highly recommend them!

Honest Air Conditioning installed a new HVAC system for the upstairs of my home back in August.  This service came with a 1 yr free maintenance which I have been lazy to call in as everything has been working flawlessly.  This morning, I woke up with the downstairs feeling somewhat chilly just to find out that my other, older unit stop producing heat.  I decided to call in Honest Air to look at this other unit and also do a fee maintenance on the one they installed in August.  Their tech, Rick Riker showed up before noon. Did the maintenance on the new unit with no problem but ran into some challenges troubleshooting the other older unit. Thru this process, Rick even replaced the entire motherboard suspecting it was creating the issue. Afterwards, he identified a partially clogged hose that was creating an incorrect pressure reading. He fixed the hose and things started to work. Rick went ahead and put the old board back. Maybe the best thing for me, beside having a warm home again, was that Rick and Honest Air did not charge me anything for today's visit. Thank you Rick and Honest Air!

Would recommend Ray to anyone needing a plumber, the work is top notch , very professional and knows his stuff! You need a plumber, call Davis! You won't regret it

Called plumber near me to connect a brand new faucet to a brand new sink they showed up promptly and then quoted me $600 for a 20 minute hose connection.
I did the job myself took me 30 minutes because I had to watch a YouTube video first.
If you've got cash to burn they are your plumbers.

This is one of those times where Yelp is SO accurate you just love it.

Sharon -- the owner who's on the profile -- will set you up with service on the phone.  When she says someone will call about the day you need service, they call.  Lee was our guy.

We had two toilets that needed service.  Lee said Here's the price but I need to see how the flanges are.  If they need service here is the cost ....  Flange?  
Lee showed me the flange on the first toilet. OH! No wonder it was leaking.

He fixed both toilets.  Was exactly on price point and respected my elderly mother who dozed on the couch during the work.  

He was quick about his business.  Mom's nap was longer.

I actually couldn't believe how quick they responded, got me a quote, and saw me same day. It's amazing what REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE is like. They are above all othe plumbers in San Antonio.

The water Softeners they installed and recommended for us were perfect for our house needs and made us feel like we were in great hands. I never once felt sold or pitched to; only was guided to the right decision and given the knowledge I needed to feel comfortable.

Cody was the one who got me all set up. He was amazing. Adam and Roger were the ones who installed and they were so kind and answered any questions I could possibly ask.

I was super impressed with these guys. I had a beeping malfunctioning smoke detector with  on a 22ft ceiling that i couldn't reach. And with my two 10month old babies at home, I needed to get this fixed ASAP so they could sleep.
These guys had a full day already when I called them but they squeezed me in at the end of the day. They came and replaced the smoke detector batteries for me as well as looking at some light bulbs on a high ceiling lamp too.
Unfortunately the smoke detector started beeping again that night due to a malfunction (not the battery).
These guys came back out the next day after hours at no extra charge (original price was very fair too) and fixed the smoke detector situation for me, and they even bought new light bulbs for me bc my own previous replacement bulbs ended up not fitting the ceiling lamp.

On Monday morning we were scrambling to find a plumber who could help with a gas leak AND a leaking toilet (happy Monday!!) and all the plumbers were of course dealing with very busy schedules. But Christian called me back, moved his schedule around and came to address the gas leak!!!! Bless him!!! He showed up 5 minutes after we talked and solved my problem, thoroughly checking all of the gas lines in our house. By the time he left we were able to go back in and breathe!!

He also fixed our toilet and gave us all sorts of solutions and tips.

Christian is my new favorite plumber and I totally recommend him!

I have had nightmare experiences with other plumbing companies, but Osborn was nothing but professional.  I would highly recommend and will definitely use them again in the future.

If anyone is ever in need of a good plumbing service, I highly recommend Ruben's Plumbing service!  After 22 years of constant drain problems and alot of money spent on plumbing services to resolve it... Ruben is the only person that took the time to walk through the problem, scope the drains as well as snaked out to clean the drains... verses just doing minimal needed to get water flowing again and charge $300.  He found the culprit (short story - it was a 22 year old sponge) and managed to knock it lose pushing it out to the city drain.  I am so grateful to have this issue resolved.
oh - and in the process we discovered the last plumber working on my drain glued the cleanout lid shut. Not cool -  but Ruben finally got it off.

Lewis has done several jobs at my residence, I'm just getting around to reviewing.  He gets the job done quickly, efficiently, and does so at a fair price.  He is a great communicator.  He's consistently on time and doesn't leave until the task is done. He brings ideas to the table when I'm not sure what I need. He is knowledgeable, and puts high quality into every task I have used him for. He's done electrical, flooring, and trim work for me. He deserves an A plus on each job.

Kinda  an emergency, needed yard mowed quick.   Martinez Services call texted back in minutes on memorial day weekend.  He got over in a couple of hours on a saturday.  Due to appointment running late had to leave him money out.  He is very honest, did work.  Great job, stayed in contact, sent pictures.  Great guy, great lawn guy.  Top notch.  Hard worker.

Daniel's Plumbing left me in a bad situation today. I had a scheduled appointment and received an email confirmation, but no one showed up. I tried calling, but wasn't able to get any information on if/when a plumber was showing up to my house.
