I had a plumbing issue with a water overflow from the washer drain in the laundry area for our home in Georgetown, TX. We had engaged another plumbing company - S & D Plumbing prior and it was a horrible experience whereby S & D sent multiple plumbers but their assessment and the solution didn't fix the problem. We then called in O & M Plumbing services and I MUST say that Brian (The Plumber) is one of the BEST plumber out there and was able to diagnose the problem quickly the very first time and also resolved the problem for us. He was also very professional and very articulate in explaining what the problem is and what needs to be done to fix the issue.

I was also very pleased with the owner Ben - He is super helpful, very professional and is very courteous and provides the best customer service to his customers.

I called Austin Plumbing for some broken pipes from the ice/snow storm. They made it out the next day. They were able to repair everything and get us up and running. Super nice.

Geronimo and Sons were very responsive, had availability at times that were convenient, diagnosed the issue remotely, communicated throughout the process and delivered a successful result! Will definitely use them again next time we have any issues.

Although I received an immediate response through my YELP inquiry BUT just because I didn't respond to Diego's YELP text (for phone and address - which I didn't see it immediately) he dropped my appointment (which I understand) but when I called and texted to reschedule he told me he was booked indefinitely and wouldn't even try to work out another time!! This is an indication of his customer service!!! Do not book this service!!

I had a leak at the shutoff valve of our house. Everest Plumbing was very quick to respond and gave an accurate estimate after viewing photos and videos of the issue. Everest Plumbing was able to get me on their schedule the next day. On the day of the appointment Everest Plumbing sent a text when they were on the way with an accurate ETA. The repair was made in a very timely manner and Everest Plumbing showed me exactly what failed and what they replaced.  The plumbers did a good job on the repair and cleaned up after the job was completed.  What I like the best is that our house is in a rural area and Everest Plumbing was very responsive and didn't mind the drive to our house.

They were able to make room in their schedule for me very quickly and were even kind enough to call and see if I wanted them to come sooner (I did) when someone else cancelled. They quickly identified that the leak was actually a backed up drain pipe from me A/C. They cleared the pipe for me, helped me fix it so that it wouldn't happen again, kindly pointed out that I needed to clean out my dryer vent soon, and vacuumed out all the water that had accumulated. They were very punctual and professional. They're one of a very few businesses that I have saved into my phone to contact again in the future if I have problems. I highly recommend them!

Our air conditioner stopped working and I asked friends for any recommendations they had for a reliable air conditioning service they had actually used personally. Honest Air Conditioning was a top recommendation, and now we know why! We called in the afternoon and they told us that they would be there the next morning, which they were (with a phone call 30 minutes prior so that we knew they were coming) right on time. Cody was professional, approachable, easy to talk to, and genuinely wanted to help us. He listened, discussed all of the things that had happened, figured out the issue, and it was fixed! Honest, straightforward, and never any pressure...just professional problem-solving. We absolutely recommend their service and will only use their company and staff from now on. Don't change, Honest Air Conditioning! Austin needs you!

We requested a quote via Yelp for assistance with swapping out our old electric cooktop and installing a gas cooktop to the line that had previously been capped off. Davis Plumbing was quick to respond, and send someone over same day to take a look at the project. Ray was extremely professional and personable, and completed the job in less than 2 hours. We plan to use Davis Plumbing for future projects!

100% pleased with the service we received. During our DIY shower faucet fix the copper water line broke when taking off the water spout. Everyone we called was booked. We called Plumber Near Me and Stephen H. was at our house within 30 minutes. He was very professional, quick and got the job done well, cleaned up any mess made and had our shower up and running in about and hour. This was a huge relief since we were expecting relatives from out of town for the weekend.  
The price was reasonable and we were also offered a military discount. He also thanked my husband for his service which we are very grateful for. Highly recommend  supporting this local company.

Sharon -- the owner who's on the profile -- will set you up with service on the phone.  When she says someone will call about the day you need service, they call.  Lee was our guy.

We had two toilets that needed service.  Lee said Here's the price but I need to see how the flanges are.  If they need service here is the cost ....  Flange?  
Lee showed me the flange on the first toilet. OH! No wonder it was leaking.

He fixed both toilets.  Was exactly on price point and respected my elderly mother who dozed on the couch during the work.  

He was quick about his business.  Mom's nap was longer.

I was recommended by a family member to this business. My estimate was given pretty quickly and was able to get into the schedule easily. I had a toilet that needed to be replaced and a problem with a leak in my shower. My toilet was replaced quickly and at a reasonable price and Gabe found out the problem for the water leak in my shower and was easily able to fix it. I was very impressed with the job that was done Gabe was very professional explained everything that needed to be done and what the problem was. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends and will use him again in the future if needed.

Best handyman service I have ever experienced! I had a fence built with this service and really couldn't be happier with Honey Do Services. I was contacted within minutes of submitting my request and had an excellent price quote for my proposed project. Scheduling was easy and very flexible when I needed to make a last minute scheduling change. I received a phone call prior to the job to discuss the details as the owner wanted to be sure he got it right. The owner of Honey Do Services and another gentleman arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. The built my fence quickly and paid attention to detail. Quick response. Our AC drain line was clogged. They were able to reroute the line to the exterior of the house. Very professional and cleaned up after themselves. He was helpful and honest.

Christian was prompt in returning my phone calls. He was also very upfront about ways to help bring down the cost of replacing my toilet. He is very professional and courteous. I want to thank Michael Osborn for not giving up! I had a water leak that was SO hard to find, but he just kept looking until he found it. So grateful for his persistence. And the price was so reasonable! I have absolutely no complaints about the quality of the service. And glad he practices safety and more a mask.

I needed a reliable plumber to remove and set a new toilet. I settled on using Ruben's Plumbing Services. I am glad I did, he came out on a Saturday morning, and did an outstanding job, going beyond what most plumbers would do. In the future I will use this company.

I'm writing this review 02/21/21.
Many of us are in terrible situations right now. Broken pipes, no water, no available appointments for plumbing and many other unfortunate things.
Lewis just repaired my water pipe. Our family was without water for many days. When water was on my water pipe showed a bad leak. I was frantically looking for a plumber. Lewis has taken my phone call at once.
I believe he was sent for my family's rescue by  an angel.
My family is so grateful for repairs done by him. I would give 10 stars for his plumbing service, care and help. He has not hesitated to take my job request
at difficult times when plumbing companies are overwhelmed by requests and telephone calls for help. God bless him for his big heart, knowledge of his job and willingness to help.

Kinda  an emergency, needed yard mowed quick.   Martinez Services call texted back in minutes on memorial day weekend.  He got over in a couple of hours on a saturday.  Due to appointment running late had to leave him money out.  He is very honest, did work.  Great job, stayed in contact, sent pictures.  Great guy, great lawn guy.  Top notch.  Hard worker.

I suspect that Daniel's is trying a business strategy to raise rates and push for additional services not necessarily needed.

I have used Daniel's in the past and was happy enough, so I had them out to look at my tankless water heater and was told it would cost $1,700+. I decided I should check with the installers (ARC), who did the work for $1,100.

But I had no hard feelings, so when our toilet was acting up (flap leaking) the following day, I called Daniels.

A fellow came out and checked the toilet (5 seconds) then went straight to the kitchen table where he began pricing differing scenarios. He strongly suggested I go with a whole new toilet, which was stupid, because I just needed a new universal kit installed. After about 20 minutes, he told us that would cost $477 to repair. Despairing for lack of time and patience, I agreed to it.

He went to the truck, got a kit and installed it in about 10 minutes, all the time talking about how much better a new toilet would be. It broke down to $249 for an hour of labor and $228 for a kit. A regular kit at Lowes goes for about $20, but he says this one is metal inside, so it's better. Sigh. It better be.

Looking at the bottom of the invoice later, I note that it says:
If you sign this and fail to meet the terms and conditions, you may lose legal ownership rights to your home/business. I understand Daniel's Plumbing and Air Conditioning will file a lien against my property if I do not pay for the work performed in accordance with this agreement.
This seems a bit extreme, and rather rude.

Between the $6,000 overcharge on the tankless water heater, the silly upselling on a new toilet and the overpricing of that bill, I won't be using Daniel's anymore.
