I was very pleased with the quick and efficient service received by Austin Plumbing.  From scheduling to service time they get 5 stars!  Two technicians came to my home, installed a new plumbing fixture and quickly fixed a slow drain. I like the upfront pricing quote and there were no surprises with my bill which I was able to pay online.  Kudos!  I will definitely use them again.

Highly recommended. An outdoor water supply line to my house was broken and I was without water. Geronimo was the first to respond to my request and came in significantly more affordable than other services that had followed up later. Best of all he arrived first thing in the morning to do the repair. I also had him replace my pressure regulator valve while he was replacing the broken pipe nearby. He also did a great job of cleaning up and putting the grass back in place. If you are looking for plumbing services, look no further.

Diego is friendly, responds quick, and very Knowledgeable.  Had him do some lighting coverings in my kitchen. Workmanship is superb.
He also wore booties into house which shows his consideration too (not everyone does that).

They were able to make room in their schedule for me very quickly and were even kind enough to call and see if I wanted them to come sooner (I did) when someone else cancelled. They quickly identified that the leak was actually a backed up drain pipe from me A/C. They cleared the pipe for me, helped me fix it so that it wouldn't happen again, kindly pointed out that I needed to clean out my dryer vent soon, and vacuumed out all the water that had accumulated. They were very punctual and professional. They're one of a very few businesses that I have saved into my phone to contact again in the future if I have problems. I highly recommend them!

Plumber Near me replaced our water heater cheaper than any other quotes we received! They were extremely professional, wore booties to protect our flooring and did amazing job. My water heater went on the fritz on a weekend, and I emailed the info address at GTX.  Much to my surprise they emailed me back and using FaceTime, Lloyd walked me through how to relight the pilot.  Over the next couple of days it kept going out so I contacted them again.  Incredibly nice folks, they came out the next day with a replacement unit - the old one leaking, and was 10 years old so it had to go.  They installed the new unit in short order, cleaned up and you couldn't tell they had even been here.  I can't say enough good things and they'll be my go to plumber forever!

I was recommended by a family member to this business. My estimate was given pretty quickly and was able to get into the schedule easily. I had a toilet that needed to be replaced and a problem with a leak in my shower. My toilet was replaced quickly and at a reasonable price and Gabe found out the problem for the water leak in my shower and was easily able to fix it. I was very impressed with the job that was done Gabe was very professional explained everything that needed to be done and what the problem was. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends and will use him again in the future if needed.

PlumbSmart was able to fix the crack pipe problem that happened due to the freezing temperatures. My outdoor pipe cracked due to the freezing temperatures. I talked with Cory and explained the problem. A technician was dispatched to my home within 2 hours. Roger was courteous and corrected the problem promptly. Exceeds expectations! Al completed fence repair for us and we are more than satisfied. The ground along the back fence lines for our whole neighborhood shifted so we needed help fast. He was punctual, honest and ensured the job was done right. Even completed our job with family impacted by Hurricane Harvey. Quick response. Our AC drain line was clogged. They were able to reroute the line to the exterior of the house. Very professional and cleaned up after themselves. He was helpful and honest.

Christian is efficient, honest and dependable and I truly believe he can fix anything. We've referred him to others and I never, ever do that. I'm always afraid they won't have the same experience. With Christian it's a no brainer, the man knows what he's doing.

I called Osborn plumbing to rework all the plumbing in a house that we are do a complete remodel job. Every person that has worked at the house is very professional and does very good work.  The price quoted was reasonable, the company adheres to code, even if it is not a requirement.  They do not cut corners which is very important. They will work hard and fast and they are very busy as a company but they show up timely to work.  Additionally, Roger who met with me to do the quote referred me to K&M Contracting to be the General contractor on the job and that company is just is outstanding as Osborn Plumbing. I am so very thankful to have met both of these companies as we are thrilled with the quality of work, the price, the quick timeline and they are a pleasure to work with on the remodel!!

Ruben did my plumbing a while ago and when we called  him yesterday with an emergency (our vents got clogged in the storm) he was at my house the same day and fixed it right away ! once again, amazing service, very responsive and great to work with! Can't thank him enough !

Kinda  an emergency, needed yard mowed quick.   Martinez Services call texted back in minutes on memorial day weekend.  He got over in a couple of hours on a saturday.  Due to appointment running late had to leave him money out.  He is very honest, did work.  Great job, stayed in contact, sent pictures.  Great guy, great lawn guy.  Top notch.  Hard worker.
