They were absolutely perfect. They came and installed a new water heater. They explained everything about the water heater and were thorough. They were clean, punctual and even helped move a few items to look at something else that I asked for.  I had to have them come and service us because the original plumbing company were difficult and literally rude. However, this company was awesome and easy. Thank you!

I was totally blown away by the responsiveness of Austin Plumbing! I found them on Yelp and I had a few questions in advance of setting up an appointment and they responded quickly and setup an appointment to service my two tankless water heaters as well as replace a new kitchen faucet. The team was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Geronimo responded quickly when I reached out via Yelp regarding freeze damage. He diagnosed the problem, found replacements for the parts of the system I didn't understand well, and improved on the design of this part of the system. He also showed me how I might be able to detect further damage on my own. We will keep their number!

Couldn't ask for a better service. I initially called Diego to help us fixing the garbage disposal. He was  very responsive and came on time as he promised. After that, he also helped us replacing a shower head, fixing a door, replacing a door bell and replacing some blinds. Overall, the service was amazing and prices were very competitive. I am glad that I was able to find Diego as he seems to be a very honest technician. I recommend his services 100%

I contacted a highly rated local plumber...a big outfit. They advised they couldn't get to my water heater replacement in a timely manner and referred me to Everest. That right there says something. Mr. Emilio and Ms. Brittany squeezed me in and had my attic (see tough job) tank water heater replaced in under 24 hours. Courteous and meticulous...and the damage was less than I was charged to replace a water heater in a rent house closet a month prior. Thumbs up.

They were able to make room in their schedule for me very quickly and were even kind enough to call and see if I wanted them to come sooner (I did) when someone else cancelled. They quickly identified that the leak was actually a backed up drain pipe from me A/C. They cleared the pipe for me, helped me fix it so that it wouldn't happen again, kindly pointed out that I needed to clean out my dryer vent soon, and vacuumed out all the water that had accumulated. They were very punctual and professional. They're one of a very few businesses that I have saved into my phone to contact again in the future if I have problems. I highly recommend them!

Our AC died on us last night and we spent a truly miserable night trying to sleep in sweltering July heat. This morning I started calling around to try to get somebody to come fix it ASAP, and luckily Honest was able to send a technician out pretty much right away. He worked fast and explained everything to us as he went. It was a simple fix, not too expensive, but mostly we're just grateful to have our AC working again so quickly! Thank you thank you thank you! I'll definitely call again next time we need service.

I called Ray for a kitchen sink clog.  Ray was able to get me in the schedule on the same day and identified the issue quickly.  I asked Ray to upgrade my disposal and he also redirected the plumbing sink pipes so it would help for future clogging issues.  He also gave me ideas for a water softener and his personal experience with brands and how to install.  Ray and Davis plumbing are on my go to list for any future plumbing jobs. Thank you Ray for your professionalism and your friendly attitude.

I recently had Plumber Near Me replace all of the parts inside the toilet tank because it was running. They were prompt, courteous, and efficient. They gave me options for what to replace, which was great. They also provided helpful tips to keep everything in good working order and even provided information on how to replace a small part in the future if needed.

My flooring company had recommended them after one of their plumbers reinstalled a commode after flooring had been put down and they did a great job then as well.

I would like to thank the folks at GTX Plumbing.  I had a water leak at my house in Georgetown Texas tonight.  My tenants called me to let me know what the issue was but was having a hard time trying to explain to me the exact problem.  They were also having a problem getting the water shut off by the water heater where the leak was.  I contacted my home warranty and they were telling me it would be 4 hours before anyone could even let me know when a plumber could come out.  So I called GTX and told them I would like to have them on standby in case my home warranty could not get out tonight.  Sharon told me to have my tenant call them and she would have them talk with one of their master plumbers.  In short, my tenant called them and spoke with the owner.  The owner walked my tenant through how to get the water turned off and diagnose the problem over the phone.  They did this all free of charge.  I can't begin to tell you how amazed and happy I was for Sharon and the owner to offer help like this.  If I ever need to use a plumber, I am definitely calling GTX.  Words really can't describe how impressed and appreciative of their service and generosity.

I recently moved to San Antonio and have a water softener and water filtration system that I was unfamiliar with their operation along with a hot water/low pressure issue. Co-owner Cody called me back and FaceTimed me going over the workings of the water softener and helped me fix over the phone! Then came himself about an hour and a half after my initial call and explained my water filtration system in detail and troubleshot  my hot water/ low pressure. Gave me an estimate on repair and replacement of hot water heating system. Spent over an hour and a half no charge! Who does this?? I was floored. I decided to go with his suggestion and his crew was there the next day in the freezing cold. They were professional and efficient.
Needless to say I found my plumbers and consider Cody a friend.

Pricy, charged 500 dollar for door installation. Can't speak of quality though , but price in the high end. Maybe good for large job but perhaps not for small job.

We had Proficient Plumbing do a large job, they connected our detached garage to the water main at our house.  It was about 300' away, they had to use a trenching machine and navigate the driveway and a stone wall.  They treated the job like they were working on their own house, they paid particular attention to ensuring that they didn't uproot any trees or damage our stone wall.  After the trenching was finished and they covered the trench you wouldn't even know they had been there.  They used quality materials and went one-step above and beyond by installing a tracer wire
- I was impressed.  They called me before they came out and immediately following the job to ensure that I was happy.   The staff were incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable - they will be my go to for any plumbing needs in the future.

Christian is efficient, honest and dependable and I truly believe he can fix anything. We've referred him to others and I never, ever do that. I'm always afraid they won't have the same experience. With Christian it's a no brainer, the man knows what he's doing.

The main waterline pipe (bringing water from the street to the house) broke over a holiday weekend, and Osborn Plumbing sent guys out on Labor Day to fix the pipe.  They explained why the pipe had burst and took care of it quickly.  I was very stressed out about not having water and how much it would cost to fix, but they charged a fair amount that matches a quote from another local plumber.

Unfortunately, I had a lot of debris in the line that got into some of the house lines and caused secondary problems.  But Osborn Plumbing responded quickly to my follow-up calls, explained what the problem was once they got out to my house, how they would fix it, and how much the charge would be.  Some things they fixed for no charge, and the other charges were very reasonable.  

It's hard to be happy when you have to call someone for plumbing issues at your house, but I am happy with the services I received from Osborn Plumbing.  I would definitely recommend them!

Incredibly pleased with Avery and the work he did.  He responded same day as my quote request and within a day we had the details worked out and he was scheduled to the end of the week.

He was easy to communicate with via  text and arrived promptly with a notification that was nice to see.  He got right to work did some additional review mad measurements then got supplies.  He was here all day and did fantastic work.

The entire time he wore a mask,  was virtually a church mouse with the noise (not sure how he used a hammer and a nail gun!!), courteous, and made sure he took his shoes off or wore booties when necessary.

Best of all the results were spot on with what I needed.  Trim work, cabinet work, garbage disposal replacement.  It all turned out great it was worth turning it over to someone else to get it done and timely.  I was also very pleased with the price I thought it was more than fair.

I would recommend him in a heartbeat and plan on having him back for a few other small projects.  Thanks Avery!

Kinda  an emergency, needed yard mowed quick.   Martinez Services call texted back in minutes on memorial day weekend.  He got over in a couple of hours on a saturday.  Due to appointment running late had to leave him money out.  He is very honest, did work.  Great job, stayed in contact, sent pictures.  Great guy, great lawn guy.  Top notch.  Hard worker.

Avoid this plumber if you like your money. The negative reviews are accurate. Daniel's charges a $225 dollar diagnostic fee NO MATTER WHAT, which means to have the plumber come to the house, you will pay $225 (and they will aggressively enforce this fee). But, that's not where it ends. They then quote outrageous prices and do not apply the diagnostic fee to the work. To have our water heater flushed and the control panel swapped out, which is about 30 minutes worth of labor, they wanted $700: $225 for the diagnostic fee (which took 45 minutes), $200 to flush the system (I did it myself in about 20 minutes after watching a YouTube video), and $300 for a control panel (I bought the panel for $125 and replaced it in under 5 minutes). Of course, they already have you when they show up because you're on the hook for $225. We did not have them do the work but the plumber forcefully insisted on making us pay the $225 (my wife was shaken by the confrontation). We paid the fee and did not have the work done, but we will never use these folks again.
