Thanks so much for helping us out, Geronimo!  We hired Geronimo to replace our bathroom fixtures in two bathrooms. He arrived quickly after our Yelp conversation only to let us know that we bought the wrong fixtures for our plumbing configuration.  He told us what to buy, and we agreed that he would come back two days later.  Two days later, Geronimo arrived again as planned and beautifully installed our new shower and bath fixtures.  

Also, we tacked on two toilet repairs, which he also tackled.  

Hopefully Geronimo won't hear from us for a while, but I've got his card should we have any other plumbing needs

Although I received an immediate response through my YELP inquiry BUT just because I didn't respond to Diego's YELP text (for phone and address - which I didn't see it immediately) he dropped my appointment (which I understand) but when I called and texted to reschedule he told me he was booked indefinitely and wouldn't even try to work out another time!! This is an indication of his customer service!!! Do not book this service!!

One of my young children decided it would be a good idea to flush several toys down our toilet. Needless to say, the toilet had problems flushing properly afterward. I tried using a plunger, a toilet auger, and even a small metal grappling device to retrieve the toys from the toilet, and after several attempts I wasn't able to remove a single one of them.

So then I called Everest Plumbing and spoke with Emilio. He told me he could come and fix my problem for what seemed to be a reasonable price later that same day between 4 and 5 PM, after he had finished some other jobs. He notified me when he was about 30 minutes away and told me he'd be arriving around 4:35 PM. He arrived when he said he would, and he was able to unbolt my toilet so that he could get all the toys out of it. He then cleaned up all the mess and put the toilet back in place. Now it flushes properly again!

They were able to make room in their schedule for me very quickly and were even kind enough to call and see if I wanted them to come sooner (I did) when someone else cancelled. They quickly identified that the leak was actually a backed up drain pipe from me A/C. They cleared the pipe for me, helped me fix it so that it wouldn't happen again, kindly pointed out that I needed to clean out my dryer vent soon, and vacuumed out all the water that had accumulated. They were very punctual and professional. They're one of a very few businesses that I have saved into my phone to contact again in the future if I have problems. I highly recommend them!

Brett with Honest Air Conditioning is a fantastic technician and an all around nice guy. He's thorough, clear in his explanations, friendly and polite. The company in general is easy to work with also. I called this morning to set up an appointment because one of our Mitsubishi Slim units was acting up. Michelle was able to set me up with a same day appointment in the late afternoon, and then Brett called around noon to say he'd had some schedule changes and could swing by earlier if it worked for us. He figured out the problem, which took a bit of sleuthing, and arranged to get the part ordered so we can get it fixed asap. I've found it a little hard to find companies who work on mini splits, so I'm really grateful that yelp reviews led us to Honest AC earlier this year.

Ray came out promptly to repair a leaking hose bib. I was expecting to pay $100 or more. He found a stray piece of silicon was impeding the washer, and charged me a fraction of what I expected to pay.

I am impressed with their honesty and their prices. Five+ stars.

Plumber Near Me was very efficient in scheduling a quick appointment and a fair estimate. The work was done promptly and the two plumbers who came, Casey and Paul, were polite, friendly, efficient and did neat work.

We had a pipe burst during this most recent winter storm. GTX Plumbing was there in about an hour, and had us up and running again in about 30 minutes. I was very impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism, and so thankful they could fit me in. Another plumber couldn't get me in for 5 days due to all of the busted pipes in the area. I will definitely call GTX Plumbing for all future needs.

I was recommended by a family member to this business. My estimate was given pretty quickly and was able to get into the schedule easily. I had a toilet that needed to be replaced and a problem with a leak in my shower. My toilet was replaced quickly and at a reasonable price and Gabe found out the problem for the water leak in my shower and was easily able to fix it. I was very impressed with the job that was done Gabe was very professional explained everything that needed to be done and what the problem was. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends and will use him again in the future if needed.

Water heater wasn't working.  They came out same day fixed the issue (caused by the recent storm) and saved the water heater.  Outstanding customer service.  Will definitely call them again if I need a plumber!

I needed a washer and dryer removed and set aside in my garage. They arrived on the dot when he said they would. They were fast, efficient, and were very friendly. I would definitely call again if needed.

Our secondary shower faucet broke and we couldn't stop the water from coming out in the tub. We called Proficient Plumbing Solutions and they came to our house right away and analyzed what was wrong and how to fix it. They provided a quick fix to our issue and let us know what to expect for the future in case it happens again. Excellent Service and Friendly!

The greatest compliment I can give to Adept Plumbing is to recommend him to friends, family, and acquaintances and I have done this regularly for 10 years.  

The owner, Christian, has managed plumbing issues in three of my homes, two of which I use as rentals.  He was referred to me 10 years ago after I'd had two other master plumbers at one of my homes and where neither were able to resolve the problem.

As a master plumber, Christian has solved problems in my homes related to water pressure, shower cracks, commode issues, leaky sinks, even an outside faucet.   If I have a plumbing problem that is outside of his realm of expertise, he lets me know right away.   If it's not something that can be discovered until he's onsite, he figures out who can repair it and makes sure you get connected to the contact.

Either way, you get the solution you need to get the plumbing problem fixed!

Side note:   It is best to schedule him during a *time period* versus a specific time.  Christian is a one-man operation and he sometimes runs late based on the issues he's solving for the appointment in front of yours.   If you can practice patience, he's worth the wait.   Plus, he never leaves a customer's house without making sure their problem is fixed.  Just know he'll do for you what he's doing for the customer ahead of you and that is to solve your plumbing problem before he leaves!

We are new to Bastrop, just moving into our new-to-us home.  I noticed that our kitchen faucet was dripping, so I looked up local plumbing companies and found Osborn.  Being such a small job, they could very easily have put me off a few days, but instead they were at my house in 15 minutes, and 10 minutes later had the problem fixed and were gone.  Very polite, very professional, and did a great job.  I will definitely be calling them again for any future problems, and recommend them highly.

Lewis is absolutely great.  Very professional.  Clear estimates and scope of work.  Quality workmanship.    Work included exterior wood replacement and reconstruction of a paneled awning over my patio.  I couldn't be more pleased.

Kinda  an emergency, needed yard mowed quick.   Martinez Services call texted back in minutes on memorial day weekend.  He got over in a couple of hours on a saturday.  Due to appointment running late had to leave him money out.  He is very honest, did work.  Great job, stayed in contact, sent pictures.  Great guy, great lawn guy.  Top notch.  Hard worker.

We had a water leak 12/7/22.  I called around for an emergency plumber.  At 11:30, Daniel's assured me they would send someone out by the afternoon,  I received a text and an email assuring me of the same.  Problem solved!
Nope...Around 3:30 I decided to call and see when the technician would be out, since the afternoon was just about over.  The representative said, Oh, that call is for tomorrow!  I told her about the first person I spoke to, the email, the text.  She said, Oh, OK.  Sorry about that.  We'll make sure to put you on for later today.  Around 4:00, I called back because the city has shut our water off.  Another representative told me there was no way anyone could come that day.  She apologized for the mix-up and told me she showed an appointment from 8-10 the following day.  What could I do at this point? It was too late to call anyone else...
At 7:47 today, I called and was assured a technician would be at my home from 8-12 (what happened to 10:00 ???) and I would receive a 30 minute call when they were on the way.  I waited until 11:30 and called AGAIN.  THIS representative told me dispatch would have to call me with an ETA.  (???) No phone call.  I called again at 12:00.  This time the representative transferred me to dispatch who then told me she showed it being an afternoon appointment and she would understand if I called someone else.  Thanks a lot!  Never, ever again...

Hi, this is Daniel's Plumbing and Air Conditioning.  The service technician assigned to go out there is stuck at his current job dealing with a main line issue and is unable to finish out the rest of his day.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.  We have availability for a technician to go out there Monday morning, and if sooner availabilty opens up for today or tomorrow we will notify you.

MONDAY?!?  I called Wednesday morning with an EMERGENCY.  This is the worst customer care I've ever experienced from any brand or service.  They give new meaning to unprofessional.
