A damn joke. Called them bc my hot water heater igniter wouldn't stay lit. I've never had this issue. Tech comes out and says oh maybe we just need to clean the burner/igniter. He starts looking at it and notices the screws were already off (I did that, trying to get a better look as well as turned off the gas). He says oh that's not good at all! Screws the screws back on and says I'm going to try to see what it does messes with it and says it won't light at all. I tell him I turned the gas off... he turns it on and says ok it may take a few minutes to light... it never catches and then he starts talking about the electrical unit may need to be replaced and if that works, great. If not it could be the burner part of the unit. If we're going to do one, might as well do BOTH?!?! And there's always a chance there could be calcium build up in the tank?? Whatever that meant... He never pulled the burner off to clean it to see if that MIGHT work like he said. I don't know it just seemed sketchy... wasn't consistent, he didn't explain why or what his reasoning was, never did what he said he would do originally to trouble shoot the problem. Then called someone to start talked prices. Thumbs down, you will never gain my business like that.

Geronimo and Sons were very responsive, had availability at times that were convenient, diagnosed the issue remotely, communicated throughout the process and delivered a successful result! Will definitely use them again next time we have any issues.

I was caught in a jam when my remodeler said he couldn't redo the plumbing when we switched from 2-hole sink to a single hole sink. At that point we had been without a kitchen faucet for a week. I reached out to several companies, and Emilio personally reached out, had a discussion about the issue and was upfront about the cost. Scheduled me the next day and had the issue resolved with my faucet and RO working again! On the day, he agreed to quickly connect my new gas cooktop for a reasonable price. Will definitely first reach out to Everest for any plumbing issues in the future.

They were able to make room in their schedule for me very quickly and were even kind enough to call and see if I wanted them to come sooner (I did) when someone else cancelled. They quickly identified that the leak was actually a backed up drain pipe from me A/C. They cleared the pipe for me, helped me fix it so that it wouldn't happen again, kindly pointed out that I needed to clean out my dryer vent soon, and vacuumed out all the water that had accumulated. They were very punctual and professional. They're one of a very few businesses that I have saved into my phone to contact again in the future if I have problems. I highly recommend them!

A full 5 stars, a rarity from me but completely deserved. Not only have we had a long relationship with Honest AC while nursing our old tired units but earlier this year we pulled the bandaid off a purchased two new units from them. We couldn't be happier. From start to finish Honest AC were professionals all the way and Veteran friendly. James is a credit to their company and made us feel like he was genuinely concerned with our satisfaction. I called on a Friday afternoon about a kitchen faucet replacement. Sharon, the owner, connected me with Lloyd, their master plumber, to ensure the replacement faucet I had purchased would work. It wouldn't work, so Lloyd went online and sent me pics of a couple of options. I was able to get the new faucet shipped over the weekend, and Anthony was here first thing on Monday morning to replace the faucet. What great service!

I have just had a plumbing repair done at my home by PlumbSmart. This was the first time I've used them, and I intend to be a repeat customer! I don't think I have ever experienced such amazing Customer Service. Everyone I dealt with at PlumbSmart was skilled, caring, and professional. I highly recommend them! Their glowing reviews on Yelp are legitimate and well-deserved.
I reached out to them about my plumbing problem, and within minutes, Roger called me and let me know that a technician would be scheduled.  Joe was right on time. He was very knowledgeable -- diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. I didn't feel pressured to have additional diagnostics or additional work done. Joe was sympathetic and caring. And even though the problem was simple for Joe to fix, I was truly amazed that the cost was so low.

We are in the process of selling our house in Cedar Park and needed work done around the house before listing it. Al and Sean went way above and beyond! They came in on time, did all the work. In fact, they quoted us half the price of another vendor to fix our fence. In the end, we needed a new garage door seal, which was hard to find. They made sure they got one. I called on Tuesday afternoon, they came on Wednesday. After 1 minute, they diagnosed my plumbing issue (I'm NOT very handy! ), and fixed it on the spot, free of charge!

Very personable guy who knows his business.  I've been looking for a good plumber forever and I believe I have finally found one I can trust and who knows what he's doing.  His price to fix a major leak in my water line was very reasonable and the repair was completed in a timely manner.  Christian had to dig through a lot of rock and mud to get to the source of the leak but he did so in 95 degree heat with no complaints.  He cleaned up the entire work area before he left.  I couldn't be happier with the quality of his work.  I'll be using him from now on whenever the need arises for a plumber.

I want to thank Michael Osborn for not giving up! I had a water leak that was SO hard to find, but he just kept looking until he found it. So grateful for his persistence. And the price was so reasonable! I have absolutely no complaints about the quality of the service. And glad he practices safety and more a mask.

I can't give an accurate rating based on their services provided. I can only address their lack of response. I contacted them twice within several weeks, left voicemails with callback numbers each time and a small description of what the problem was and not once got a callback.

Incredibly pleased with Avery and the work he did.  He responded same day as my quote request and within a day we had the details worked out and he was scheduled to the end of the week.

He was easy to communicate with via  text and arrived promptly with a notification that was nice to see.  He got right to work did some additional review mad measurements then got supplies.  He was here all day and did fantastic work.

The entire time he wore a mask,  was virtually a church mouse with the noise (not sure how he used a hammer and a nail gun!!), courteous, and made sure he took his shoes off or wore booties when necessary.

Best of all the results were spot on with what I needed.  Trim work, cabinet work, garbage disposal replacement.  It all turned out great it was worth turning it over to someone else to get it done and timely.  I was also very pleased with the price I thought it was more than fair.

Kinda  an emergency, needed yard mowed quick.   Martinez Services call texted back in minutes on memorial day weekend.  He got over in a couple of hours on a saturday.  Due to appointment running late had to leave him money out.  He is very honest, did work.  Great job, stayed in contact, sent pictures.  Great guy, great lawn guy.  Top notch.  Hard worker.

These folks are great.  Logan listened well, asked some questions, and based on his knowledge and deep experience he solved the problem with our faucet.  The right solution at the right time.
