James with Wedgeworth visited my home, on time, wearing a mask. He took utmost care... spent an hour looking for the issue and he found the trigger for the issue and verified there was no issue - problem solved, free of charge. Thank you!

Excellent service!! Very happy with his service, very professional... had been having issues with toilets and bathtubs backing up. Other plumbers would just temporarily fix the issue and it kept reoccurring... called Acosta plumbing at 11:00 Am, said he was busy couldn't get to me till the next day. To my surprise, he called me at 3 :00 pm saying he got a cancelation and was on his way! Not only did he fix the issue but after hearing what issues I was having he said and I quote now, I want to know why this keeps happening to you ! Got a cámara and sent it in the pipes, now I know what my issue is!! And he didn't charge me extra!! Because of that, I am working with him to go underground to fix the main issue... very happy with his service!!

He knew exactly what the issue was and the price was soo reasonable. He didnt try to husle us like the others that came by.  We will definitely call on him again for all our plumbing needs.

They were quick and got the job done. They were courteous enough, too. I was a little surprised at how expensive it was. We had a clog and it took about 20 minutes to get it cleared and cost close to $200. This may be standard for the industry, so I am not sure I can fault them without getting a comparable quote. But in the end we got everything cleared out quickly and got our sink back. 3 stars means A-Ok on yelp, and that seems about right.

Audits fixed 3-4 burst pipes in a single afternoon. Highly recommend. Arrived early to the property and is knowledgeable on plumbing.

I originally found Hector through Yelp and have used him on several jobs now. He has done fantastic work every time and goes above and beyond. He is honest, communicates well and is very professional. I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing needs.

I called Drain Control because my water meter is still spinning even after the main valve is shut off so I know that there's leak in my pipes. Kim squeezed me in for same day free inspection and showed up on time. He dug around a bit near my main, irrigation valve and around my meter to confirm there's no obvious leaks then he concluded that my leaks are probably between my meter and my main. Because of my landscape structure (with lots of concrete), he suggested that I contact trenchless companies for the job. He even wrote down a couple of companies that he knows are reliable and affordable. Other companies would try to push me to have the job done right away but Kim actually said that since the leak is very minimum, I should take my time to ask around for best quote before deciding. I appreciate his work ethic and would contact him again if I have any other plumbing issue.

Hugo was on time, knowledgeable and very neat.  Had a door that would not lock due to an older home on a crawl space, Hugo knew exactly what to do! He was quick and verbally told me everything he was going to do. This is a handyman that I will definitely keep the number of!  Can't go wrong with this guy!

Found these guys on Yelp and gave then a try.  Very pleasant on phone and in person.  Good at communicating and guy arrived on time.  Price was less than expected for my new garbage disposal.  I will definitely give them a call the next time I need a plumber!

We bought a new Refrigerator and when they tried to install it they found out that the our valve is broken so they told us to find a plumber. Most of the plumbing companies are closed and It was a blessing that City & Beyond Handyman and more is open 24/7. Thank you Mr. Geovanny for taking my call today and for fixing our valve. 4 visits, holes in 2 walls, and $895 to cap a leaking recirculating line (that we ultimately had to find for them). Late twice and no-showed once. I shudder to think what it would have cost to complete the bubble testing they wanted to do...on a line that would be re-routed anyways.... .

EPW did a stellar job installing my water ionizer/ water filter. Even though this is not a typical service offering they were able to accommodate my request. Jordan in the office took the time to watch the installation videos I sent which made me feel confident they understood what was in store. Will and Stephèn came on time and were very professional. They figured out best way to make the connection given the limitations of my faucet and even made a trip to Lowe's to get a needed part. They did a great job on the installation. Although the job took longer than expected they adhered to the original 'guesstimate' quote that Jordan gave me over the phone ahead of the job. I am satisfied with the job that was done by EPW and will use them in the future for other plumbing projects. AND I'm super excited to use my new water ionizer and eliminate the need to buy bottled water anymore! THANK YOU!!

My husband and I just bought a new house and while walking the dog, I noticed the outside faucet was leaking at a steady rate. We are new to the area and I found Alex and First Aid Plumbing through yelp. I called a bit panicked he was able to get here within a couple of hours. He was wearing a mask. He assessed the issue and briefed me on the plan. I also asked him to look at a couple of other things and give me a future estimate on work we were planning on doing in the near future. He gave me an estimate on the leak, which was the priority and the future items at the same time. I felt he He repaired the leak, showed me the rusted out old pipe and also the wall from outside to in, before he closed everything up and resealed and insulated the fixture. I was very impressed with his professionalism, as well as his respectful manner. I see why First Aid has a 5 star rating and I'm planning on using them again for all of our future projects.

The galvanized pipes leading out of the wall, fittings, and supply lines to my water heater was heavily corroded and had a slow leak too.  Called Texas Best Plumbing and they showed up the next day.  Chris gave me a great price and had the work done in about an hour.  Excellent work done in a very timely manner and at a great price too!  I highly recommend Texas Best Plumbing for your plumbing needs.  Like their name says, Texas Best.

Water heater replacement. Showed up a little after the scheduled time and left a bit of debris but other than that they gave me a much better price than with others I had quoted and I had a new water heater under 3hrs.

We used their service twice and it was prompt and fair, no problems. When attempting to schedule another repair, I was told that they no longer service condominiums. I would recommend them if you have a house but if you live in a condo don't bother calling.

We had Alliance out multiple times this year and they've been great every time. I'm sad I can't remember the name of the guy who fixed our shower leak but I'm old so.... But Nick and Stephen were out today and were very professional despite me . They fixed our hot water heater leak and gave us a bid to repipe the house (because our house is old, too). They seem honest, trustworthy and nice so that's all good! We'll keep calling Alliance when we need plumbing help.

They contract with homserve. I tell them the stem is leaking and when I turn the kitchen faucet and bathtub faucet to hot water the pressure drops drastically. I walked Josue over to the bathroom and turned the faucet on in the tub. The stem leaked and when I turned it all the way to hot the pressure dropped. He says it's the interior plumbing that needs to be replaced because Houston has hard water and all of the minerals (which he started naming like magnesium and phosphorus) mixing with the hot water causes scaling. I have interior coverage with home serve and it is covered (scaling over time can cause a complete blockage)
per home serves interior coverage copied straight from their contract if you put in 77029 as the area code.

Like I said I turn the tub faucet on along with the bathroom sink on so he can see the dramatic difference. He says that the interior plumbing needs to be replaced. A lot of older homes have galvanized pipes and over time scaling happens. Josue says let me go out to my van and speak with homserve to try and get it covered.  Home serve calls me and says that the valve is a fixture, and it isn't covered. I'm like huh (the girl with home serve is named Nika and she had a very bad attitude) I said we didn't talk about him replacing the valve. I said the stem was leaking and he said the interior pipes needs to be replaced. She then states that he didn't say anything about the interior pipes. Josue is still sitting in his van. At this point I have an extra device and I am recording this entire conversation because I knew it was going to be some BS and if you are wondering Texas has a one-party law and I consented to being recorded, look it up!

I asked him did he tell her about the interior plumbing needing to be replaced. He said yeah I mentioned it but like I told you home serve won't cover it because you still have pretty good pressure. the only time I have seen them cover it is when there was a complete blockage. then Nika says that there has to be below 30psi in two or more fixtures open in order for it to be considered low water pressure. She said that my water pressure is measuring 50 psi with two or more fixtures open and that's why home serve is not covering.  I asked her how she knew it was 50 psi when he never gauged the water. I had to go outside an ask him to gauge the water.

I kid you not I am being told two different things from Josue who has totally changed his story and Nika the idiot with a bad attitude.   He never checks the pressure in my home. I tell him to come back inside and check the pressure. he says ok ill come back in and check the pressure. He never comes back in. I start recording him sitting in his freakin van. I go back outside cause home serve tries to call me again. I answer it but don't hear anything then they hang up and don't try to call again. Like I said I am recording. I go ask him what is he doing because he never came back in the house, and he never gauged the water pressure. he says yes, I did I have the pictures. I said show me. he placed a gauge on the outside valve infront of my home and says that it is registering 60 psi. When I checked my audio recording Nika said my psi was registering 50 now Josue says its 60.  I asked him why he didn't gauge the pressure in my actual home on one of the fixtures because that's what Nika said.

There is a character limit on this, but I have Nika and Josue on recording. Very unprofessional, bad business on home serve and Texas Quality Plumbing. This business can contact me if they want to listen to the audio. Josue didn't check any of the fixtures in the house. I turned the water on in the shower and the bathroom faucet. that's as far as his inspection went. I called homeserve to let them know they are sending out another plumber.  i dont think I can attach the audio but I would if I could. I took video of him sitting in his van which what he basically got paid to do but not sure if i can post that either

I am only giving a one-star review because I have had a couple of decent experiences in the far past with Abacus. Abacus Plumbing tried to price gouge me out of $380-$700 to repair a small bedroom faucet. They offered me no explanation of the estimate and the plumber, Jeremiah Wagner was exceptionally rude and a nightmare to communicate with, refusing to explain the estimate charges. He even told me why don't I just go to Home Depot and do it myself.  
In the end I had another plumber tell me that I should have been told that the entire faucet needed to be changed out, not a repair. Abacus tried to get me to fix a faucet that was beyond repair. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE, THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED.
