If you want to get ripped off, then this company is for you!
Charged $ 305.00 to clean out a single sink and tub drain. Two guys worked for under 30 minutes.
On a very rainy day, they entered my home without removing their shoes or wearing shoe covers. On the way out, I noticed that both the hardwood floor and oriental rug had wet footprints, so I mentioned that maybe they should clean up the mess they left, with one guy acting like it was odd that I should say anything. He then agreed to wipe the floors, however after they were gone, I went into the room where they had been working and found wet footprints.
Stay away. I know I will.

Of course our sink valve started leaking in the middle of a pandemic. I wasn't thrilled about having someone come into our home during quarantine, but Pipeline sent someone the next morning (the leak wasn't super urgent), Chris was wearing a mask, gloves and boot covers which I greatly appreciated. He was clearly very knowledgeable and finished the job quickly. I didn't get any additional estimates, but the price seemed fair, and the scheduler was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you Pipeline!

Pipeline Plumbing is the best, and our go to for all things plumbing from now on. We had a main line clog which was causing no end of trouble.

They came out first thing Monday, ahead of schedule, and fixed the problem for much less than another company wanted to charge.

Punctual, professional, reasonably priced, and polite. It doesn't get better!

I had a great experience with Pipeline Plumbing. I called the office when I saw them working on a neighbor's house and they had someone come over to give me an estimate by lunch time. The work was excellent and completed on time and on budget. We will use them again without hesitation.

The management company for our complex sent Pipeline Plumbing out to take care of a toilet leak in our apartment. Drew & Dakota were very professional & friendly. They got the problem taken care of right away. Samantha, in dispatch, keeps you informed of the schedules so there is no waiting around. This company's customer service dedication is amazing. I would definitely recommend this company.

I have been using Pipeline for about five years. From a simple faucet replacement to running all new underground supply and sewer lines to moving may gas line for my new range. I have been so pleased with their service, professionalism, and commitment to the quality of their work and the profession.

These folks are my plumbing go to.  They're reasonably priced and communicate well, both important things to me.

A couple years ago we had a complete re-pipe all the way to the meter with an inside water turnoff.  Every piece of galvanized pipe was removed and replaced with Pex and wrapped. Great job. Great price. Worth it for the peace of mind for those winter freezes and no lead worries.

They've been out recently for a wax ring replace, master bath sink rooter and garbage disposal replace.  We only call Pipeline for our plumbing needs.

I asked Pipeline out to bid on re-piping our water supply lines since the old galvanized pipe was slowly falling apart. I also had other projects for them. The bid was very competitive. The team spent 8 work days installing all supply lines, installing a recirculating pump and return line, moving a toilet and adding a sink to the bathroom. We had hot and cold water in place by 4pm each day. They did a great job and cleaned up every day. Our water now tastes great, we have full water pressure and hot water in seconds.

Pleasant folks to deal with - highly recommended.

I'll start with the good. The guy that came out and did the work was nice, knowledgeable and did a pretty good job. The office coordinator (Samantha, I believe) was also very nice and generally helpful. These two are why they did not get a 1 star rating.

My water meter reader notified me I had a very slow leak near the water meter causing a small puddle to be present in the meter box itself. I contacted Pipeline to come and check it out. There technician showed up and went to take a look. After about 30 minutes he said he had found the leak. When I went out to look water was now gushing down the street! What started as a very slow leak was now a major leak. He agreed it was now much worse than before (the meter was really spinning now), but said sorry, but we can't come out until Monday to fix it. He then proceeded to hand me a $780 estimate and left. I was a bit appalled that they came out to give me an estimate and in the process created a huge problem and essentially told me I needed to give them $780 to fix it (a 1 foot section of PVC pipe, by the way). Obviously I proceeded to call every other plumber in the metro area, but being Friday afternoon I didn't get anyone who could come in the next week. I was stuck, they had me. No choice but to pay them an exorbitant fee to stop the now significant deluge that they had created.

I highly discourage anyone form using this company.

Very impressed with this company. I had a clogged sink, called in the late
morning and they were there by mid - afternoon. Very professional and friendly demeanor of the technician, Brent.  He worked quickly and he explained what he was doing as he fixed  the clog and helped me with another small problem in the bathroom with a faucet that was not running properly. I would recommend them to anybody and would have them back again for any kind of plumbing problem. Very reasonable prices. Gave me the senior discount without my asking about it. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. Called me when Brent was on his way to my house.

It was time to replace my water heater, which was located in a small cubby hole under a kitchen counter - very difficult to get into. I had one plumber over who tried to tell me I would need to remodel my bathroom to get the old tank out. Another plumber pretty much laughed in my face and said good luck with that. It was so discouraging.
When Pipeline Plumbing took a look, the gentleman was unphased by the location, and said yeah we can do this. They were scheduling about a month out, but they were worth the wait. The cost of the install was very fair.
On the day of, the same guy and another guy from Pipeline arrived earlier than scheduled. After many curse words, and I don't know how we're gonna do this overheard, and lots of shimmying, they got the old tank out! They put in a new one in a better spot so it can be accessed more easily.
The guys were friendly, answered all my questions, and kindly cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Pipeline and will definitely contact them for plumbing needs in the future.

Pipeline is a terrific plumber! The office staff are very nice and super responsive. We have used Pipeline several times and always satisfied. Grant fixed a water leak in our wall this week and was super knowledgeable, patient as we identified the source of leak, and did high-quality work. Definitely recommend Pipeline!

I have mixed feelings about my Pipeline Plumbing (Lake Oswego, Oregon) experiences.  I started using them a few years ago on the recommendation of my neighbor.

On the plus side, The Pipeline scheduler is generally accommodating if you need service quickly.  Quickly for them being within 24-48 hours.  The Plumbers who have come by have generally been competent and have done a good or at least acceptable job.  No major complaints about the work.

However, several years ago, Pipeline came by to fix a leak in a drain pipe which required replacing a small section of PVC pipe and installing a new drain gasket.  Recently, the gasket started leaking and the Pipeline guy re-tightened the fitting which fixed the leak.

I'm not looking for free service and I realize that it costs Pipeline money to send out a guy with a truck.  But..... this problem was due to the first Pipeline guy not tightening down the gasket fitting properly so I expected some consideration on the re-repair cost.  $145!!!!!!  To tighten a fitting!  That their own guy didn't tighten properly!  Yikes!!!!

In addition, a month or so ago I had all three toilets rebuilt by Pipeline.  The chain on one of the new flapper valves is getting hung up and it doesn't seat properly causing the toilet to run constantly until you notice it and remove the lid to fix it.  Needless to say this isn't doing any wonders for my water bill!

I mentioned it the the Pipeline guy who came by to re-repair my drain gasket and he didn't have the part with him.  Told me to go to Home Depot and get one and install it myself.  Since I just paid $521 a couple of weeks ago to have these toilets fixed, I felt that this solution was BS.

I guess I'll have to find a new/better plumbing company, unfortunately.  I've used Morlan for 20+ years before going with Pipeline and only changed when Morlan decided to get out of the plumbing business and just sell and service water heaters.  In fact, Morlan was just out here to install a new water heater.  Pipeline's pricing for a new water heater just was not competitive.

It's really a shame since Pipeline could be an outstanding company if they put a little effort towards customer satisfaction, backing up their work and doing the right thing by their customers.  Greed and not very good customer service will likely cost them a customer.

If Pipeline plumbers didn't do an adequate job when they show up, I would have given Pipeline one star instead of two.

The only reason this company gets two stars is because of the lady that answers the phones, she was amazing and kept us from going crazy.  The plumber that they continued to send to our site would look for any reason to stop working for the day, making it so he had to come out 4 times for what should've been a simple job.  It began with not having the right overflow drain, even though we gave the model number and brand of tub, cut a large hole in our wall without any mention of patching it back up (we eventually got a panel door for the hole).  The final time came out to put the faucet on the tub and shower fixtures (I didn't want to do them myself, as I didn't want to be on the hook for the rest of his work).  One piece was wrong on the tub faucet and he just left, saying we would need to make another appointment, instead of doing the other three jobs, while we went to get a new faucet from home depot (5 minutes away), saying he didn't have time to wait, instead of doing the other jobs while we got the part.  Luckily the person in the office made him come back that afternoon, as we were already 2 weeks behind on our project because of the plumber.  The lack of communication was beyond frustrating.

UPDATE:
My wife spoke to the owner Adam and he took an hour of his time to go over the bill (which came and shocked me) and found common ground on the amount of time we thought was spent at our house and what they thought (closer to what we thought for sure) and the bill was reduced, not that he even had to do that.  I also must say now that I'm not frustrated, which I definitely was, I can step back and realize if it wasn't for a lack of communication I would've been happy with our plumber, he was very nice, just either shy or soft spoken (which believe it or not I am too).  Long story short the company reduced our bill a very large amount  at their expense and made it right. I would use them again if needed, which might come as a shock if you read above, but I think this is a company that is truly looking to make the customer happy, or at least very comfortable with their services.

I was really impressed from my experience with Pipeline.  The first person I spoke with on the phone was friendly and after listening to my deadline dilemma she very proficiently got me scheduled during the same phone call for a same day appt.  We had a d/l to meet on inspection repairs and within two hours from my call to their office they had someone at my house to inspect and they ended up using the hydro jet to clear out the roots, and they also included a follow up sewer scope showing the pipes cleared out to the city connection. The individual they sent out was very professional, friendly and efficient, and knew what he was doing.  The price was very affordable, plus there was a coupon available from AL.  We had contacted another company and were waiting to hear whether they could get someone out by the end of the week and these guys had the job completed before I even heard back from the other.  We were very happy with their services and I would highly recommend them. Thank you Pipeline.

I highly recommend this company.  They have yet to disappoint me.  That is why I only call them now with my plumbing problems.  Adam and Lori have a fantastic team and it's probably because of their leadership and honesty.  The office staff is professional, friendly and courteous and their plumbers are highly skilled and dependable like Matt, Perry and Kayleb.

I am know I sound like a commercial, but if If you want more real details you are welcome to call me.(503)819-9440.
I know you wont be disappointed if you call them.

I had a bathtub leak.  It took only a small part that they had on time and it took only about 1/2 hour - and it cost $436!! They said they charge per job, not per hour, but it was excessive.

This was in every way a perfect contractor experience. Chris was very polite and professional, he quickly diagnosed the different issues with two of our toilets, and fixed them in under an hour. A previous plumber (highly rated on Yelp) had claimed both toilets would require entire tank rebuilds and tried to pressure us into buying new toilets instead (which they happened to have in the back of their truck), and gave a surreal explanation for why a $15 part from a hardware store suddenly became a $250 part when they installed it (apparently because they needed to pay their staff's salaries - which, what?). By contrast, Chris from Pipeline was able to fix both toilets with a few simple parts that cost in the tens of dollars rather than thousands. No upsell. Just quick, competent, professional work. He wore a mask, gloves, and shoe covers the entire time, and made contactless payment easy, which we also appreciated. We were very impressed!

I highly recommend Pipeline Plumbing. We had a complicated plumbing job at our office and I contacted several plumbers to get estimates. Several never got back to me, a couple came to look at the job and then I never heard back from them or I was told they were not interested. Perry at Pipeline was the only one who was willing to take the time to tackle this complicated job and help us find a solution. It turned out great and we are very happy with the results. We have used them several times since then at our house and office for other plumbing jobs.

I ALMOST GOT BURNED! The only good thing about Pipeline Plumbing (Lake Oswego) is that Darla (office assistant) was helpful in responding. She promptly dispatched an apprentice plumber (Grant) to fix our toilet, but his visit ($125 assessment fee) was truly a waste of money - talk about flushing money down the drain! He quoted $570 to fix the toilet's shutoff valve and fill valve and said that nothing is wrong with the flush handle (it was obviously loose). My wife quickly called George Morlan Pumbling Supply in Tigard to get an unbiased third party opinion about pricing. GMPS assured her that with such amount we could have paid for labor to install an entirely new toilet, and the material costs only about $25. Not wanting to lose my $125, I tried to negotiate the price, but was flatly refused. Thus I paid the $125 fee, cause I don't like to be blackmailed, by anyone, let alone a plumber.
Then I called another plumber (Greg from Premier Plumbing). Without much drama, he arrived within an hour, replaced the fill valve, fixed the flush handle, and inspected the shutoff valve (which worked just fine) for a much more reasonable price of $200. Judge for yourself.

I personally cannot recommend this company. This was my first time working with a plumber and they ended up charging me $230 to replace a toilet flapper.

I found out later that that's outrageous as toilet flappers are about $15 - doesn't feel good being ripped off...

They also never followed up on me with regards to a shower diverter - not that I would be using this service.

Polite, efficient, friendly, prompt, responsive. We had tried to replace a leaky kitchen sink pipe. Finally gave up. Pipeline plumbing returned our call promptly. The plumber was very understanding and non judgmental of our clumsy do it yourself attempts. Very knowledgeable, fixed it in a jiffy. Second time I've used them. They were great last time too.
