HISTORY

Established in 1985.
From our early days in 1985 to the present our goal has always been to take each client's needs to heart, to treat their home as if it were our own, and to provide a level of expert service that would give them peace of mind. All of our technicians are licensed and insured. They show up in lettered trucks. And they are background and drug tested so you can be assured that the person in your home and around your family is safe. We're grateful for the support we've received from customers, employees, and members of the north of Boston community over the last thirty years.

ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

Starting with one truck in 1985 I was determined to learn the secrets of the HVAC industry to serve the growing needs of families north of Boston. After years of hard work and study I acquired my master's degree and hired my first employee.
Incorporating in 1992, our small business has grown into a working company with 11 employees. Each of our employees shares the same work ethics and values of timely service and customer satisfaction that got us where we are today.
At Absolute Precision Plumbing, Heating & Cooling we have the experience, expertise, manpower, and knowledge to solve any plumbing problem as well as tackle a high efficiency heating or cooling installation or remodeling project.

I cannot say enough about our great experience with Ken and Absolute Precision. Ken is a pro in every way. They installed our HVAC mini split system after giving us a prompt and fair estimate. They completed the work efficiently and were incredibly respectful while in our home (especially during quarantine- wore masks at all times). They took great care in placing the units in a way that was as subtle as a split system can be. Ken and Brad were great at keeping us informed about the timing of the project and eventually showing us how it all worked. They left no trace of even being here other than a wonderfully air conditioned home! We are already loving having AC and can't wait to never worry about our window units again. Having received estimates from several others for this job before hiring Absolute Precision, I can say that the whole experience was head and shoulders above the competition. Absolute Prevision Plumbing repaired a hot water radiator in my home. They showed up on time, were professional, and cleaned up after they were finished. The process took shorter than they estimated. They also followed up with me later that evening and in the week to make sure the radiator was still working and to make sure I was happy with their work. I highly recommend their work.

We had our HVAC unit act up, and after reaching out to Absolute Precision, Ken got back to us right away. He sent someone out (Dane) and he was able to diagnose and fixed the problem on the spot. He was prompt, professional and you would have never known he was even there after cleaning up. This also could have cost a fortune to fix any damage done in the unit below if not addressed immediately. I was contacted after the job for feedback which of course was all good. We have put him at the top of our homeowners list of reliable, dependable, honest contractors and would recommend their services to anyone needing it. Thanks again!!
