We had a bathroom remodel that included new tile, new shower door, tearing down wall paper and repainting.  GPS was the only contractor who said they could do all of it.  Thier customer service was excellent.  Kimberly schedule the job to perfection.  She always called to let me know when a crew was on the way and most were right on time.  There were a couple of glitches but the team came back in and fixed all the problems with no issues.

These guys truly understand customer satisfaction and I couldn't recommend them more.

After a FLOOD I was in desperate need of a plumber to isolate and fix the problem, which the guys at Copperstate did in no time! Once my plumbing issue was solved, it was on to the next can of worms. I needed drywall work, electrical, and an entire kitchen! Vince from Copperstate sat down with me and addressed all my needs during the design process and when it was time to get everything repaired and installed Copperstate blew me away again and had my entire kitchen remodeled in an efficient and timely matter! Took these guys a week and they know what they are doing! The proof is in the pudding! I'll definitely be contacting them in the future!

We had a roof leak into a very small space behind our water heater. There was small water damage and a bit of mold. Other companies quoted us $1700-2700 because they wanted to remove the water heater. Elias was able to do it for a third of the price without removing the water heater! He was a great contractor to work with- let me know when he was on the way and was very understanding of our wanting to keep costs down. He did a great repair job and we plan to ask him to help us with other projects in the house. Thanks Elias!

"Champagne for the Price of Beer." I'll never forget the ad headline as my wife and I researched potential painters to refinish our new home prior to move-in. These folks were outstanding. Mr. McNeil offered very competitive pricing, but more importantly, he met the deadline, used quality interior paint, and went through an inspection prior to billing us. We had the work done in 2011, 7 years later, paint still looks great.

TJ from Palmer's came out over a month ago to show us samples and give us an estimate on new countertops.  He said he would get an estimate to us later that day or the next.  After waiting about 3-4 days and not getting the estimate, I emailed and called him.  He said he had been busy and would get to us within the week.  2 weeks later and still nothing.  I again sent him an email, TJ replied that he thought the estimate had been sent to us, and that he would make sure it got to us.  Well, it is over a month and a half later and I have still never gotten an estimate of any kind.

I feel like either TJ or the company thought that our project was not worth their time.  I understand that not every job is right for every company, but I would have appreciated them just being upfront about it and not keeping my husband and us hanging for weeks.  I was very disappointed in their professionalism.  I would not reccomend them.

This company was working on a job a couple of houses down from me. I asked my neighbor what he thought of the company so far, and he had a pretty good experience so I gave them a call. They ended up negotiating my claim with my insurance company and replaced my entire roof and both of my AC units at no cost to me. My insurance company was originally only repairing small sections of my roof after we had a massive hail storm in Glendale.I got to pick a new tile and new color, good bye green roof!! I am so thrilled with the service I received from this company that I decided to take a couple minutes to let you all know. If you have any damage to your home, I would seriously recomend this company.

I highly recommend Jacquie for all things remodeling and interior design. Exterior design too! I first enlisted her help when I was considering a major remodel. I wanted to combine 3 rooms into one large open space as a kitchen and dining area.

​Using an online 3D rendering tool, Jacquie modeled ideas for the layout and decor of the space. Seeing what it could look like, to scale, was absolutely necessary for me to make the decision to go for it.

​She worked tirelessly with me for months, advising me on every aspect of this project from selecting a GC to selecting flooring, paint, architectural tile, window placement, exterior changes related to window changes, granite, you name it she helped me with it! Making such large purchases would have been more stressful than fun, but with her expert guidance and the education she freely gave me along the way, I knew I would love the end result. That peace of mind was priceless.

She was also a joy to work with. Her positive energy was contagious, and her level-headed management was reassuring. She ever mindful of my budget and has the experience to know where spending more really matters and where it does not.

​One last thing that might surprise you! 90% of the time we spent together was done over video calls and text! Jacquie flew in during the final stage of work to work with the GC on final touches and to make sure everything was as it should be. Virtual consulting is wonderfully convenient and efficient!

If I could give them zero stars I would. Terrible people. Terrible service. I would definitely go with more experienced, professional contractors.  Guy says he's been doing this for 20 years, I doubt it. Save yourself the headache and go with someone else.

First Leaf/Jeremy was fantastic in responding to my need. I had a previous contractor leave me in a bad place, and Jeremy came in and made everything perfect. Thanks to both Jeremy and his lovely wife who kept me informed about what was happening, answered my questions and enabled me to complete the sale of a home! I definitely recommend Jeremy and his crew!

Golden Bear Contracting was a real life saver. Installed a sink in the kitchen that was otherwise not going to fit and I'd have to return. But I loved my new sink so I was determined to make it fit. He did a great job!

Victor and Mario were a pleasure to work with. While our job was a little smaller than they were probably used to, the experience was great. They helped us pick out the right flooring for our needs and followed us to our place to measure and provide their professional opinion. They worked with us on the schedule to finish before painting and the result was outstanding. I would highly recommend working with them on any flooring project.

Rick and Barry did a fantastic job on two bathroom remodels for us. We had some last minute additions to the scope of work and they accommodated without any issues at all. QUALITY! Great craftsmanship, efficiency and reliability. Mike George did a bid for us on a gut-and-rebuild of our master bathroom that was reasonable and gave us a start date that was met. The timeline and cost only shifted because we added to the project, but otherwise he was spot-on with the estimate. We were fortunate to have brothers Nick and Tim  working on our master bathroom in addition to Mike. We actually enjoyed having them in our house each day! They were so easy to work with and had great ideas and suggestions as the remodel progressed. We were able to purchase quite a few things online, in addition to the purchases made through the company, and they helped to make sure I got the specs right!  Kim was so helpful in comparing costs so that we would get the best price possible.  She also kept me (and our vendors) on track with our own purchases so that we would stay as close as possible to the timeline. The team was flexible and worked around any potential delays and the project finished within a reasonable time period. The sub-contractors (tile, shower door) were wonderful and reliable. Additionally payment to contractors can sometimes be an issue but not with George Construction. It was so easy to compare bid costs to the actual periodic bill we received and paying online was a snap. Invoices were clear and there were absolutely no surprises. And now that we are completed, can I say that our bathroom is absolutely beautiful! And the workmanship is guaranteed for a year.  I highly recommend George Construction for any remodeling job you may have.

Requested a full remodel for our studio with Rene at Sunny View Drywall, recommended by a friend. We are very satisfied with the price, quality, and professional installation. Rene remodeled the studio in the timeframe that he promised. I will definitely be contacting Sunny View Drywall for any other services in the future!
