Had my laundry room redone and it is just perfect! I had never undergone a project like this before and they were so willing to answer all of my questions to make sure that I felt comfortable.  The gentlemen who came to perform the project were just wonderful and made sure everything was precisely to my liking.  And they made sure that everything was cleaner than when they go there.  Rudy and Kimberly were excellent to work with as well.  Will definitely have them back (hopefully the same crew) for future remodeling projects!

After a FLOOD I was in desperate need of a plumber to isolate and fix the problem, which the guys at Copperstate did in no time! Once my plumbing issue was solved, it was on to the next can of worms. I needed drywall work, electrical, and an entire kitchen! Vince from Copperstate sat down with me and addressed all my needs during the design process and when it was time to get everything repaired and installed Copperstate blew me away again and had my entire kitchen remodeled in an efficient and timely matter! Took these guys a week and they know what they are doing! The proof is in the pudding! I'll definitely be contacting them in the future!

We had a roof leak into a very small space behind our water heater. There was small water damage and a bit of mold. Other companies quoted us $1700-2700 because they wanted to remove the water heater. Elias was able to do it for a third of the price without removing the water heater! He was a great contractor to work with- let me know when he was on the way and was very understanding of our wanting to keep costs down. He did a great repair job and we plan to ask him to help us with other projects in the house. Thanks Elias!

"Champagne for the Price of Beer." I'll never forget the ad headline as my wife and I researched potential painters to refinish our new home prior to move-in. These folks were outstanding. Mr. McNeil offered very competitive pricing, but more importantly, he met the deadline, used quality interior paint, and went through an inspection prior to billing us. We had the work done in 2011, 7 years later, paint still looks great.

Another great experience with this company. I called them after another company took over 6 months and still hadn't completed my mom's bathroom. I wish I'd called them from the beginning! Always professional and pleasant to work with. Quality work!

Regal Bath and Kitchens recently finished some remodeling work in our manufactured home in Sun Lakes. Updates in the kitchen included refacing all the cabinets, installing a new tile backsplash, and installing a new faucet. Cabinets in the family room were also refaced at the same time as the kitchen cabinets.
We also had them install all new interior doors to replace the old original slab doors that had been painted over some years back.
This is the second time we have used Regal, and like the first time, we are delighted with the results. For the kitchen, we went with white Shaker doors with modern brushed nickel handles, and all the clunky old drawers were replaced with new soft close drawer boxes. The interior doors were replaced with 6-panel Masonite doors with modern brushed nickel privacy handles.
The transformation is amazing and the quality of work outstanding. The interior door installation was a challenge since nothing seemed to be perfectly square. Lots of patience and craftmanship went into the installation, with excellent results. The fit of the cabinet doors and drawers is top notch, and the backsplash looks amazing as well.

I reached out to First Leaf Construction to install drywall and reframe and rebuild a large bathroom cabinet interior after a water leak.  This was a joy after my recent horrible experience with unethical so called "restoration" companies who don't actually fix leaks or restore anything.

I found First Leaf is ethical, charges a fair price and does exactly what they say they will do.  They understand how to build trust: I can't say enough good things about Jason and Oscar's work, two experienced craftsmen assigned to the job.  They were first class.  It was a pleasure doing business with you.  I have some large projects in mind for the future and First Leaf will be my go-to choice.

After researching a few contractors, I chose Golden Bear contracting to do our 3 bathroom remodels. I could not have been happier with my choice. Mike did an outstanding job. He put in new countertops, sinks, faucets, flooring, mirrors, tile, reconfigured our shower, enclosed our tub, painted, etc. He was so easy to talk to, was always available to answer my many questions, such a hard worker, very responsible, and reliable. Mike and his team just completed a full renovation of our Master Bedroom and Bathroom.  Mike delivered on everything that we put in to our plan.  He gave guidance when we needed it and let us run with our ideas as well.  His team was consistent in when they showed up and we had no issues at all with the timing of the project.  We now have our dream Master Bath and a beautifully updated bedroom.  I would highly recommend George Construction for any of your remodeling needs.

Requested a full remodel for our studio with Rene at Sunny View Drywall, recommended by a friend. We are very satisfied with the price, quality, and professional installation. Rene remodeled the studio in the timeframe that he promised. I will definitely be contacting Sunny View Drywall for any other services in the future!
