When we decided to build a custom home, we interviewed over 10 potential builders and as soon as we met Jerry we knew he was the perfect fit for us. From our meeting with Jerry, we immediately felt like we could trust him.  Jerry and Yvonne were absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. We are a younger family and this was our first build, so we had a lot of unknowns. They were very supportive and we felt like they were our family supporting us throughout the whole build. They always gave us sound and honest advice and stayed mindful of our budget. Jerry's many years of experience were evident throughout the whole building process. From initial planning, going to pick out finishings, accounting, budgeting, staying on top of subcontractors, everything was absolutely amazing. Tony his team literally saved me from a nightmare.  I hired someone who was getting their company up and going to make my brick wall higher in my backyard.  It was originally only 5ft tall and everyone could see in my backyard. This new company completely botched the wall and was not unstained it correctly.  I had to fire them on the spot but they've already created such a mess.  I contacted Tony to come check out the horrible job to see if he could provide me a estimate. He came out the next day and let me know what all needed to be done to correct the issue and finish the job.  The estimate was a fairly priced for the work ahead.  I agreed and he came back the next day with his team.  They had my wall done within hours which included reinforcing and correcting the problem from the first company.  He was super professional,  cleaned up their mess ALONG with the previous company mess  and the communication was great. Ever since I moved into my condo in Sun City, during the heavy rains, water would seep under the patio door into the Arizona room. I had people tell me that it couldn't be repaired. But Joe and Jeff came out, took off the whole door, fixed the problem with the bottom plate not being sealed down properly, replaced the trim, and even put new trim around the two patio windows. The wall with the patio door was not even tightly fastened down, so it moved! They fixed all of those things, including several issues not in the initial quote, at no extra charge. I was also doing some remodeling in my bathroom but had gotten stuck. So, while they were here for the patio door, Joe also did some work in the bathroom, even though that was not why they had come out. They were wonderful! I highly recommend Joe and Efficient Home Pro.

These guys are awesome! They did a great job remodeling my office! I highly recommend them for everything!

We used them to replace our baseboards. Excellent job. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again. Very organized, cleaned up as they worked, and very easy to work with.

We couldn't be happier with our Media Wall just completed by Tom and his crew. They came everyday,provided dust control, cleaned up the worksite every day. and finished in a timely manner. The crew was geat and friendly. The guy in charge, Alvor was very knowledgeable, kept us updated as the job progressed, and answered all of  our questions. Tom came to the job site almost daily  and implemented all our small changes.
They are perfectionist when it comes to finishing off their project ,touch up, cleanup (they even cleaned and mopped the tile floor) and followup.
They took our ideas and created a "master piece"

I'm a retired builder, and I know good work and good service when I see it. For every step of the way in my water damage repair project, Qualizona's attention to detail and customer satisfaction/communications  were exceptional. Keep up the good work, guys!

We had a contract for bathroom remodel after Harvey of $9k of which we paid $4500 to start the job here in Houston. The Houston location filed bankruptcy and we were contacted by the sales rep of it. Can't remember his name but very helpful (5 stars on his part) and told us to call corporate. Been speaking with Liza Rizzo out of Arizona on the whole situation. Was promised it wasn't going to take long that they had others in our area that they were already working on. Fine I understand that. It was explained to me that they were only seeking the remaining balance of the contract to get the supplies and what not ordered. Understand that as well. Ok Ms Lisa, let's move on. Phones back and forth as to when things would get started kept pushing our time back. Hey no big problems, out bathroom is semi functional still. Now today I get a phone stating that they are seeking $7500 for the job to be started. What the heck happened to our verbal agreement of $4500 which was the remaining balance of the original contract? Tried to explain to Lisa what we had agreed upon and this lady wouldn't let me get a word in otherwise. This lady is something else.

This review has been a long time coming, but I honestly  have been avoiding having to relive the experience by writing it out.

This review is specifically for Patterson Landscaping, part of Patterson Homes. We bought a 2018 home on 1.2 acres and we needed to get it landscaped. After getting quotes from several companies, we decided to go with Patterson, who were not the cheapest but gave the impression of pure professionalism. We signed a contract March 2021 for them to extend the pavers on our driveway, create another walkway to the street and a walkway all the way to the back patio, which would be doubled in size with paver overlays. We also wanted some low maintenance plants, a few boulders and rock and a pergola cover over the back patio extension. A huge $40k project that was nothing to scoff at.

They had originally said they would start in 6-8 weeks. They didn't start the project for 16 weeks! They blamed it on being unable to find the correct pavers to match what we already had. When they finally said they found them and they were delivered, they were the wrong pavers! They have been looking for the wrong thing the entire time. The good news was they were able to find the right ones within a week and got started.

They ended up not having estimated enough rock, ordered more, poured it in the wrong place on the right side of the house and were going to leave it looking halfway done over there. We eventually got them to agree to either scrape it or fill the rest of the area in to correct the mistake.

All in all, the front yard project went relatively well and everything looked good. Then we got to the back. As we already had a concrete slab patio that they were going to be extending, they decided to use veneer pavers to overlay on top of the concrete and then extend over the dirt. I wish I had researched this before, but why should I have to? Apparently veneers do not do well over dirt and should ONLY be used on concrete. We realized why afterwards. Our back patio, with the numerous timing delays (for the pavers and for the pergola cover) is very uneven with large dips of single pavers or whole areas. In the areas where water comes off the roof, it has started eroding the quarter minus underneath and now pools. Mortar at the edges of the patio is already cracking. And they have refused to acknowledge or do anything. When we had to have ROC come out to look at it, Guyton promised to amend it any way possible so we would be happy. And then we never heard from him again.

Overall, from signed contracts to completion, it took 9 months (they said it would take 6-8 weeks to start and 2 weeks to complete). They then had to come out 3 months later to fix some broken mortar on the patio. It has since broken again (3 months later). This company is a nightmare of miscommunication and lack of communication. I would never recommend them to anyone.

ABA just completed two bathrooms in my home. The workmanship was quality but it took a long time to get some products. All workers that came to our home were pleasant and accommodating to our wishes. We recommend this company.
