We recently moved into our new Toll Brothers home and had a challenging time looking for a good contractor that will design my entertainment wall at a reasonable and fair price.  With the recent challenges we all face with contractors taking advantage of price "spikes", and long wait time for a project to begin, Canterra Construction beat the competitor's reliability and price!  Initially, I contracted for an entertainment wall design with them.  Cathy took it to a personal level in designing my wall and brought samples of stones and tiles.  She factored in my interior designs, colors, and furniture to select the best.  And wow, my husband and I are so amazed with the professionalism, reliability, designs, and the material used for our wall that it became one of the "wow" factors of my home!  Because of this company's professionalism and awesome work, I continued to contract them for my back and front yard.  Again, Cathy understood our goal.  She uniquely put together another great design at an affordable price.  Next contract is for accent walls and designs for all my rooms.  I am excited for this project. Cathy, and her crew  respect my property, are very friendly, professional and accommodating.  I like how Canterra Construction acknowledges my husband and I for being a Veteran.  Above all, Cathy is very responsive which is the pinnacle of a successful business.  Look no further, they do it all at an affordable budget.  Now, I can say that my Toll Brothers home added more beauty and value to it, thanks to the hard work of Canterra Construction crews!  Thank you so much,for turning my newly designed home into a dream come true!!

We needed some interior drywall repair work done and also utilized Arise Construction to help us finish installing our laminate flooring in our master bedroom.  THEY WERE FANTASTIC!  Marcos and all of the gentlemen we worked with at Arise Construction were amazing.  Communication was prompt and all phases of each portion of the job were completed in a timely manner at a fair price.  We are very pleased with the service provided.  We are looking forward to working with them again.

Marcus and Kyler are life savers!  My daughter and I were living in a disaster left by the previous contractor.  I was out of money, time, and patience.  The price was very reasonable, and they started the work immediately.  They worked very hard to get things done on schedule, but took the time necessary to do things right.  They went above and beyond in everything they did.  They are kind, trustworthy, and highly skilled.  I will be using them for phase two of my remodel, and refer them to anyone that will listen :)  I couldn't be more satisfied or appreciative of the work they have done here!

I called Aqua Therapy to get an estimate on a shower kit remodel.  I talked with Derek, and he was extremely professional and sent over an estimate pretty quickly.  After receiving the estimate, I called him to discuss what options would save money.  He quickly sent me a new estimate and we scheduled a date for him to come out.  The job came out perfect.  I can definitely say that Derek is a man of his word, his reliability and service were well above par.  His costs were in-line with what was quoted.  I am planning to hire him for my next shower remodel.

We hired VAM Construction and Remodeling to close in a drywall entertainment.  Their estimate was 42% lower than the highest bid.  The project included closing in the entertainment center, removing an old TV from a different wall, patching and painting that wall, installing an electric fireplace, and hanging a Frame TV.  VAM arrived as scheduled.  They began work on the Monday before Thanksgiving (11/21/22) and it was completed on Tuesday, 11/30/22.  VAM employees were friendly, competent, and asked questions to ensure the project met expectations. The wall looks better than I imagined. I'm so happy I chose VAM and will call them for our next project.  THANK YOU!

If you are looking for a company that will do a great job for you, you have found it. Vine was terrific and did everything he could to give us a great experience and truly a fantastic job.  Any concern we had during the job was taken care of. Vine's entire focus was to see that our granite turned out beautiful. We just love the look of it and the service could not have been better. Brian and his team previously did a major remodel of my master bath including removing soffits, installing new cabinetry, counter tops, plumbing, lighting, freestanding tub as well as expanding the shower,. They did an excellent job, showed up on time and worked daily on the project through completion.  Aside from their high quality work, they adhered to my budget and communicated regularly throughout the project.  
Brian and his team just finished a major redo of my laundry room, replaced all our can lights with LEDs throughout the house, added four can lights to our family room and master bedroom as well as replaced our water softener.  They did another phenomenal job.
I've recommended Brian to a number of my clients and colleagues who have all been pleased with his performance.

Paul Rene was the best choice for our floor-to-ceiling book shelf.  We had gotten a quote from a previous business and it was the basic shelves and cabinetry that one could find anywhere.  For practically the same price, we received a true work of art:  a one-of-a-kind, custom piece that we helped create.  Paul not only took in our own thoughts on the project, but kept the design of our home and styles in mind.  The book shelves (complete with ladder) is  a dream come true!  Definitely worth more than 5 stars!

Consider yourself lucky if you get the opportunity to work with Keith and Roger! From minute one you could tell the team was honest and only concerned with helping you achieve your goals. Keith our lead was knowledgable and happy to guide us, he gave me advice along the way that saved us a ton of money!

The bid was beyond reasonable given the current market - we were blown away - hands down best contractor experience I have ever had!

I see in reviews, a lady didn't get reference from Martin.  I have since told Martin he may give out my cell number by request.  I was 100% satisfied by the workmanship and courtesy of his team.  He is a busy business and communicates via text.  I am sure if you text him, you will get a reply back.  I am already saving my money for the next project for Martin at my house.

I just wrapped up my 3rd job with JM Contracting and we couldn't be happier!!! The first job Josh (owner) did for me was our back patio roof. We discussed a drainage issue and out of all of the other bids I obtained and telling them all the same issue, Josh was the ONLY one that suggested we get an architect/engineer to address the problem. He naturally got my bid! Josh got on top of the drainage issue and once the engineer/architect (Quincy) did his calculations, pictures, etc. we came up with a solution. Josh was able to do the entire job, also addressing an issue with my sagging roof that was putting all its weight on my french door lintels which required shoring it up and stabilizing it, he stayed just outside of our original budget.
We have had NO problems with drainage since and that has saved my master bedroom floor!

Josh remodeled my master bathroom and my father's bathroom within the past 4 months as well. The outcome is stellar!!! Our bathrooms now look like they came right off of HGTV! No kidding! I highly recommend JM Contracting for all your contracting jobs. Josh is great to work with, his team (including his subs) are spot on too. Josh oversees everything and he is a total prefectionist...a keen eye for detail and making sure it looks 110% perfect!  Thanks Josh for such great work! We will be using him for our next remodel of our kitchen and our pool decking too!

This is the second time using Apache tile on one of my rentals.  Quote was not the cheapest but I didnt need to baby sit the project.  Had to call the installer a couple times to make sure they are on track.  Happy with the overall process.

We searched high and low for the right remodel contractor for our home. Danny with Dream Now was one of the bunch and we chose Dream Now because we were confident in Danny and felt good knowing that he would remain our point of contact. We were right! Danny is VERY responsive and provided suggestions and guidance at every step. His team is EXTREMELY detail-oriented and if there were ever any minor things that we noticed later (and I mean minor), they quickly took care of it. Our home went from drab to fresh!!!!!!! JUST LOOK!!!!! WOW!!!

My home warranty company sent me a plumber from Laszlos and I was beyond disbelief on the level of unprofessionalism and rudeness I received from the owner at Laszlos. He tried up charging me a ridiculous amount for a water heater my warranty company covered. When I asked the owner the model and brand of the water heater his company would be installing he said "You don't need to know that, the only thing you need to know is the extras I am charging you and what you are paying out of pocket" excuse me sir, this is my home and of course I need to know what is being installed in my home. I ended up going with someone else and paying out of pocket just so I didn't give him the business. Also the plumber the owner sent was also pretty rude as well. As consumers we should not allow companies to treat us poorly and still give them business just to save money. If you look through my reviews you will see the plumber I ended up using and I ended up giving 5 stars to. Avoid yourself some headache and if your warranty company wants to send Laszlos tell them to send someone else.

David Dickinson owns this business as well as Demo Done Right. I had my old kitchen torn out. Cabinets were replaced by C & F Cabinets (good company other than referring me to David Dickinson). He refused to fill in some of the holes in the wall caused during the demo. The patching of the ceiling drywall was not matched to my old pattern. Was told that if I painted it enough, the paint would cause it to smooth out (seriously?). He oversaw the countertops through another company. When the company told me they did not need a template to cut the countertops, and I insisted that they did, David told me they didn't, and now the countertop was not cut properly as we had discussed and looks unprofessional (~$4000 job). I'm still left with drywall spots all over the floor and walls. I was told it would wash up easily, so why didn't they wash it up? I  accidentally found out that David charged me $65 each for 3 LED lights that I found at Home Depot for ~$8 each (a 7x markup). This makes me wonder how much he might have marked up other parts of the job. When confronted, he said I insulted his integrity and refunded me almost half of the LED costs. Would not recommend either of his companies.

I contacted Red Ram about some major exterior remodeling work I'm having done. It includes building a large attached patio cover, re-siding my house, and installing a new roof.

Daniel came out to see the project space. He mentioned some alternative siding options I hadn't considered. I appreciated this because I believe the contractor is the materials expert, can make good recommendations, and it's important to me to find someone experienced in using/installing the products I ultimately decide to go with. He left me with a very positive impression. He said it would take a week or so to get me an estimate for the work and some estimates for the different siding options so I can make an informed cost/value determination on which product to go with.

It's been 3 weeks now and I haven't heard anything from Daniel or Red Ram. I tried calling to follow up but there was no answer and no call-back response to my voicemail. I understand this ultimately means he probably doesn't want my business but ghosting is inherently rude and ultimately unprofessional. A simple message saying this isn't a project we want to take on would be sufficient. This seems to be a common issue in the contracting world. To each her/his own, but based on my experience, I feel this company lacks integrity.
