Pat was great on the phone with scheduling, understanding my needs and giving me a quote. I'd compared to two other companies and the other companies either couldn't give me a quote over the phone (which would have meant scheduling more than one time to be available) or were higher in price. Lou came out to fix several small projects (replacing a faucet, replacing the valves under my sink, fixing a slow running toilet). He provided several helpful pointers that will not only benefit me in the future but also my whole condo building. I'd highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

We decided to upgrade to a tankless water heater last year and shopped around for good plumbers.  Mac was by far the most responsive and most reasonably priced.  He was very knowledgeable and professional, showed up on time, and he even came back 6 months later and showed me how to flush out the unit.  We highly recommend Mac!

I couldn't recommend Rescue Plumbing more! They were helpful, honest, and incredibly kind. This business is a gem.

Thomas and his crew cleared out our main line for a third of the cost that other plumbers were quoting. Instead of installing a new clean out like other plumbers suggested, he figured out how to clear roots using the catch basin.

Jose and crew were fast and clean. Great customer service. Came back to check a problem that was not of their doing.

I can only say wonderful things about Eugene and George!  Our hot water heater started leaking (with nothing to drain it) on Friday night.  I messaged Eugene through Yelp around 10pm and he responded an hour later that he could likely help me on Saturday.  Eugene and George were at our house on Saturday by 1pm to fix our unit and installed quickly.  They even suggested a tray and pvc tubing to drain the tank should we have leaking again.

I would suggest these guys to anyone!  I would also use them for any future plumbing needs.

Yelp was right again!!!  I read the reviews and really preferred someone in the hood.   I saw the positive reviews for Kevin and gave him a call.  When I called, he was driving.  He went out of his way to pull over to listen to my issue and make plans to come and look at my plumbing problem.  We planned for the next day as my issues was a slow leak and not an emergency.  He was great to talk with, did not make me feel rushed, listened to my issues and graciously offered to come and look at the problem.
He showed up on time and, in fact, he was here early.  He looked at the problem, identified the unique challenges of the tight space he had to work in.  Before he got deep into the repair, we discussed an estimated price, barring any majors issues.  He performed the work and actually went so far as to make an added enhancement. (My copper pipe was touching a galvanized metal air duct.  He fixed the leak and also rerouted the pipe about 2 inches so it would no longer touch the duct and potentially corrode the less noble metal.)  The repair went as planned and the cost was what he originally quoted, with no surprises.  He supplied the parts and did a very neat and clean job on the solder joints.  In fact, his work looks MUCH better than the original developer's work.  
Ultimately, the price was very fair and I cannot be more happy with the job Kevin performed.  I would HIGHLY recommend him to others looking for the right person for the job at a fair price.

Like tons of homes in the city during the deep freeze, I had a water pipe freeze and burst. Plumbers were backed up and I was on about 5 wait lists. One company was scheduled to come out & never even showed or returned my calls. Jesus, on the other hand, was very professional. We set a time, he was there and prompt. He communicated what happened, how to solve it, and the costs before starting any work - plus his prices were reasonable. What sucks about working with many tradesmen is they either have horrible customer service skills, aren't reliable, or they're trying to gouge your pockets. The flooding and insurance claim stress is enough on it's own, thank god I dodged all of that foolishness with Jesus. If I have any plumbing issues in the future, he'll definitely be my go-to.

Just had these guys out here to fix a gas pipe leak.  Called yesterday afternoon and they had availability this morning, which was fantastic because our gas had to be shut off and therefore we had no heat.

Couldn't be happier with the service and price, and our guy Rick was a pleasure to talk to, had decades of experience and knew what he was doing.  I will be using these guys for everything plumbing related going forward.

I had a clogged sump pump that needed attention. I called one highly rated company who told me that it could not be repaired but that I would instead need a new $2700 Zolar pump job. I'm glad that I called Captain for a second opinion. Andrew came out and quickly assessed the situation, fixed the problem and only charged me $250!!! He was honest and never up sold me. Many companies take advantage of single women but Andrew did not. I will forever be a loyal customer as a result. Thanks Andrew, you're awesome!!

Christian, Graham and Ramero did a great job on installing a new electrical line for induction stove. It was a complicated job that took the full day and they were terrific.  Professional and great workmanship. They explained everything to me.

We had CJ plumbing come out to add an additional hose bib and separate all other hose bibs on a designated line. We also had them install a vanity and toilet in our powder room. The work that was done was exceptional, and exactly what we asked for. They were very communicative throughout the whole process and worked with us to come out with a quote that was fair. I would definitely recommend them for any other projects and will be using them again for our plumbing needs. A+ company.

Spoke with Mike over the phone and he gave me some DIY advice on some of the trouble I had with my old faucet. Though, I didn't feel comfortable changing the faucet myself as the pipes I had were old, I decided to have him come over and do it. During the process, I was able to watch and he answered all the questions I had about what he was doing and he answered all the general plumbing questions I had. I would highly recommend him as he's very knowledgable and patient.

Juan was a pleasure to deal with!  Knew he was going be late for my appointment and called me 10 minutes ahead of time to apologize for the delay and make sure it was still ok for him to come out.  Then did the job quickly and explained what he had to do as he did it!  Then charged less then half of other quotes I received!  Would highly recommend Juan for all your plumbing needs!

Noel is excellent. You should hire him.

If you need more than that, fine. I called Noel on a Saturday because I had to get some pipes repaired on my gas stove top and I needed plumbing redone and a new faucet installed all due to new countertops being put in. I was moving in on Monday and needed this done ASAP. I fully expected Noel to tell me he could come out on Monday at the earliest.

No, not Noel. He came out that day. Within about 3 hours. He showed up, got both projects knocked out and was just a pleasant guy to hang with the whole time. He really took care of us and I hope I never need a plumber again, but I know I will. And when that happens, I'm calling Noel.

So in conclusion, Noel is excellent. You should hire him.
