Great company!!! My garbage disposal wasn't working and I called and spoke to Pat to set up an appointment.  Rather than charging me to come out (over $100) he gave me a quick recommendation on how to fix it and I was able to handle it on my own!  THAT is service and integrity!  Definitely calling them for any of my other needs.

Mac was quick and responsive when we called on a Sunday, as well as very efficient and fair-priced. Would definitely use his services again.

Our kitchen sink backed up on New Year's Day evening. Rescue plumbing (not a call service) answered our call and arranged an appointment first thing in the morning. We worked with Ben and Sam, who were on time, courteous and professional. They fixed the issue quickly at a reasonable price, recommended preventative maintenance we can do for free, and cleared our slow running powder room sink. We have tried a lot of plumbers in this town (our old building has very sensitive pipes), and we would definitely work with Rescue Plumbing going forward.

They were respectful and did a great job fory Granny. I'll call you guys anytime.

This is my first time using Rocket and it won't be my last! I hired them to take care of a small rodding job and they were very responsive, addressed the problem within 24 hours of my first call, are fairly priced, and showed up on time. Its rare you find a tradesman who is reliable and follows through. I highly recommend Rocket!

Thomas and Dan were professional and responsive. We had a leak issue from our first floor to the basement and Dan had great availability. He came out and fixed our issue- was very thorough and helpful with other questions we had. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing issue. Thanks again Thomas and Dan!!

Chris and Julio were AWESOME. They were super courteous and friendly, which is not always a given these days. I called this company to investigate a leak at the base of our toilet -- typically an issue with the wax seal. However, almost instantly they figured out that the leak was from a shoddy renovation job a couple years ago (different contractor); they then fixed it on the spot. This basically saved us from potentially having water leak into the neighbors below us... and all for a very fair price. Highly recommended -- save yourself the time and hassle of shopping around and just give these guys a call.

We had a great experience with First Chicago Plumbing. They gave an estimate ahead of time based on a photo we sent them and arrived with everything needed to fix our 2 plumbing issues. The price was reasonable, and Eugene was very professional and efficient.

This is my 2nd time using Sound.  Water heater went out on Sunday. Noel was kind enough to call me on a Sunday night, and make time to come out the next day.  18 year old water heater - when we opened it up, there was a lot wrong with it (melted parts, etc); it was unsafe.  

They walked me through options, and in the end - it was just better/safer/cheaper to replace.  They were able to work around my schedule. Quality of work is fantastic; these guys are honest and fair. They came in under the estimate on cost.  

Wouldn't use anyone else.

Very fast response time. They came out and immediately started diagnosing the issues. They told me what was wrong and fixed the problem in a timely fashion. The team from Midwest Hydro Jetting showed up to my house fast to help clear the line to my basement. They were able to diagnose the issue quickly, and literally saved my basement from flooding. After the line was clear the team took the time to clean up standing water in my basement. The pricing was fair and the extra time the team took to show me what was happening and how to prevent it in the future was outstanding. It took me years to find a company I can trust in my home and I'll never call another.

Adam was great. Good at communicating his schedule. He found the issue (that a different company missed) and fixed it in an afternoon.

When trying to hire them for a job, I received a text stating they would schedule an appointment for an estimate, not to do the work. Days later, I received a text giving me a time slot, not asking me if it would work for me. Still, I accepted. Ultimately, no show, no text, call or email. Nothing. Good thing I didn't hire them, they probably wouldn't show up. Totally unreliable!

I can't say enough about the service I received from ABV!  My hot water heater went out - other plumbers were giving me dates a week or more away!  Not sure how we would have showered - it's 10° outside and I think our water was even colder!  Talked with them last night and they were out here by 8:30am!  Did great work and I am looking forward to a nice hot shower

My bathtub water wasn't going down as quickly as I'd hoped so after doing about 2 minutes of research, I decided to use a plastic drain snake I got off Amazon. I stuck about a ft in and when I tried pulling it out, it broke off inside. Turns out, you're not supposed to use those in tubs... ay yi yi.

I called CJ Plumbing and Dmitry sent someone out the next day. I thought they'd have to open up the wall because the thing was so deep but they managed to get it out in no time. These guys are my go-to plumbers because they're so quick and the work is good. Thank you again!

All the prior five stars reviews are correct. Juan and the gentleman that accompanied him did a fantastic job putting in a new toilet for me. Efficient, cleaned up everything afterwards, friendly, and most important...knowledgeable about plumbing. Extremely fair pricing. You get the sense he is a very honest individual and I sometimes get vibes from other professionals that they are trying to extract every dime they could from a job. I did not feel this at all with Juan. I didn't know anything about toilets and Juan spent time on the phone with me before I had even booked him for a job explaining details to look for that I wouldn't have known. Contacted him back once the toilet arrived and he promptly responded to my text with a day and time. Even took time after he finished the job to explain a separate issue I was having with one of my pipes regarding the washer (went down to the basement, etc.). I've stored his number in my phone and won't hesitate to call him back if any further plumbing issues should arise. He will be my go-to guy from here on out. 100% highly recommend.

This is the third time working with Noel and it is always great. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. Always such great service. He responds very quickly and always there to solve your plumbing problems quickly! Highly recommend!!
