I wish Drain-EEZ Plumbing serviced my part of town (located in south Chicago), but that didn't stop them from helping me tremendously.

My husband and I are in the process of purchasing a condo when a water leakage issue in the unit below us arose. Pat was willing to talk me through the potential causes of the water, estimated a range of possible repair costs, and helped me think through next steps for investigating and mitigating the issues. He said I could call back when I got more information, which I did, and he again helped answer the questions I needed to have answered before deciding whether to proceed with the deal or not. Fantastic help.

Got a quote from them to replace our 22 year old water heater. They were very attentive and provided a quote quickly. Where there might be some room for improvement is in being straightforward with the customer about the model number of the Rheem water heater they will use. Initially they seemed like they didn't want to tell me because maybe it was easy for me to find out the price in Home Depot, but after a couple of texts he told me the model and I still went with Fast247.

The installation went great (although I wasn't present but my wife was). Only issue I found is that when I came back from work I saw that they had separated the water heater too much from where it was before and it was now partially blocking where I change the air filter in my HVAC. I called them and sent them pictures and they immediately said no problem and they'd have the same guy come back to fix it. They came back about a week later and fixed the problem without issue. I even asked for a tutorial for using and maintaining the water heater and he gave me a great one.

Javier and Alejandro very much came to our rescue! While I was trying to install a new showerhead, I dropped a piece and it landed on my tub faucet, revealing the pipe inside was completely rusted.its crazy it was still working prior to that. They came just a couple hours before I called, and were quickly able to replace the pipe without needing to remove tile or drywall. They installed a new faucet, and helped with that new showerhead, all done a little over an hour! It is such a relief to have our tub/shower again! I highly recommend Javier and Alejandro, with Rescue Plumbing-- they very much so rescued our tub!

Thanks fellow Yelpers! This one is a keeper. I needed help quick to resolve a backflow problem in the basement. David, Dan and another guy ( sorry I didn't get his name) came right on time as scheduled and started up their magic to analyze and resolve the immediate problem and identified what will continue with the city. At least I know what's going on and feel educated enough from my crash course w/ these guys to talk to the city. They explained and answered all our questions. I'm happy now, lol.

Had a clogged kitchen drain and we needed a plumber. Although we had a recommendation for another plumber, came onto Yelp and saw the rave reviews for Windy City. Jose came a few days later and was fantastic. He and his assistant were early for the appointment, completed the job in an hour and cleaned up after the work was complete. I waited a few months to review the repair on our bath tub. We had the leak repaired 4 times by a few plumbers. It would not leak for a few months and start back up again. So far we have had zero water leaking. The repair cost was VERY reasonable which I can say with absolute confidence since we had 3 other plumbers come for estimates before choosing Eugene and crew. They were very curtious, cleaned up after themselves, and were on time. I would use this company again for my plumbing needs.

After many years of working with other plumbers these guys were able to diagnose and repair the issue.  AMAZING!  We have used them a few times now and they don't disappoint.  Its a family owned business.  The father came out the other day to look at a possible leak.  Luckily, no issue, and he didn't even charge us.  I have recommended them to our neighbors.

Very professional, Came on time,  explained what they were doing , good covid precautions with masks and shoe covers, and even came back to finish a job properly before charging us the final bill.  One less star only because it was a little hard coordinating the first visit with them, with 1-2 missed initial visits.

This is my second time using Captain Rooter, and the second experience lived up to the 5-star experience first time.

Adam and David came right out the following morning after calling in late at night.  They were professional and knowledgable.  Fixed my issue, and left the site in a better state than it started.

The plumber was on time, he was courteous and even covered his boots with booties so as not to track into our house. He took pictures of the work and showed it to me when the job was finished. The internet said the job would take a few hours, he was done in 40 minutes. He cleaned up nicely. You wouldn't even know he had been there.  
So far, the repair of our toilet has held up and I expect it will. Should we need a plumber again, ABV will be our first call.

We had a drain backup in the basement and needed help fast. Dmitri arrived on time, observed CoVid protocol, took off his shoes without having to be asked, and went right to work. He diagnosed the problem, worked hard to resolve the issue, and made some great suggestions to avoid future problems with tree roots in the pipes. He was polite, efficient, and thorough. I also spoke with the owner (also named Dmitri) and he was very easy to reach quickly, and quite helpful. I recommend this company!

I have a tenant in Rogers Park and needed someone who would be able to go to the tenant and take care of a clogged sink. (I do not live near enough to be able to head over on short notice myself.) Mike responded to my request almost immediately, we talked on the phone and I provided him with all the information I thought would be helpful. He gave me a very reasonable quote and was able to schedule an appointment with my tenant and handle everything that needed to be done. The job was not too small for him! So grateful that he was able to come out and handle this for me and quickly! My tenant said that Mike was an awesome dude and everything is now running smoothly. Juan and his colleague went above and beyond on a service call! I needed a toilet installed in my elderly parents bathroom. Juan assisted me through the purchasing process, advised me on how to measure for proper fitting, evaluated pictures I sent, and answered many questions. He was reasonably priced and offered to come out the next day.

Because we weren't sure if an elongated toilet would work in this small space, I purchased two. Juan installed the base of the elongated so my parents could actually see how it fit. We went with the round toilet and Juan also took the time to install safety rails on it and advised my parents not to use as a support bar to get in the shower.

Lastly, any business owner who actually takes the time to reply to his customer's reviews, shows how he cares about them. We'll have Juan back for another project for sure! As others mentioned, they came in mask ready and were incredibly polite, efficient, and cleaned up. Thank you!

We have used Noel at Five Plumbing multiple times and he always does a great job.  He is an excellent plumber and is very conscientious, reliable, and fair.  Noel just replaced our sump pumps and and did a great job.  He came out right away and we are very pleased with the work he did.  Highly recommend.
