For the past month, my dishwasher has been filling up with water, even when not in use.  I had an appliance repairman out twice who couldn't find the problem, so I called a plumber.  They came out twice as well and the problem continued.  I thought it must be the dishwasher, so had a new one delivered, and within hours, my NEW dishwasher was filling up with water.  I was desperate to find a plumber who knew what they were doing.  I started reading all the rave reviews on Drain-EEZ Plumbing, and even though they are way out of my area, I sent a request for a quote on a Sunday night at 8:00 p.m.  Within 15 minutes, Pat called me, had me send pictures of my plumbing, and called me back to troubleshoot, spending at least 15-20 minutes on the phone with me.  He assisted me with diagnosing the problem over the phone, and let me know exactly what a local plumber needs to do to fix my month long problem.  My only HUGE disappointment...Drain-EEZ doesn't come out to my neck of the woods!  Thank you for calling me back on a Sunday night, Pat!!!!

Mac answered my text within reasonable time. He asked about what was wrong and responded quickly. Although, I no longer needed him to come out, he was so cool and relatable and his quote was the best I've heard. If there comes a time I will need any kind of plumbing work, I will definitely call Fastplumbing247 first! Thank you

I recommend Rescue Plumbing! They were able to come that morning I called, and Javier was great at assessing the issue, explaining what needed to be done - all in a timely manner. Javier was a great help in an emergency situation.

Only con is that Rescue Plumbing was a bit pricey, but I also did collect many quotes due to the urgency of the issue.

They were respectful and did a great job fory Granny. I'll call you guys anytime.

Scotty is great! He's always arrived on time and is very communicative. I was making some updates to my kitchen and needed him to install a new sink. He even advised on the size of the sink (he was familiar with my kitchen from a previous visit) and suggested a company to purchase the sink from since I was having trouble finding what I wanted at Home Depot and Lowes.

Kitchen sink plumbing sprang a leak. Called Rocket on Saturday, got a speedy return call because my number had shown up on missed calls [hadn't left a message], made an appointment for Monday morning.  
Danny arrived promptly on schedule, diagnosed the problem, proposed a solution [new faucet, which he could provide right away], left to pick up the new faucet, returned & installed it lickety-split.  The price of the new faucet included installation.  Problem solved with as little fuss as possible--and at a very reasonable cost.  Rocket will be my new go-to plumber.

They responded to my message quickly. Once I was ready to make my appointment, it was easy and the time that I requested was available. There was an issue as far as meeting at the time that was selected but sometimes technology fails us and I wont fault them for that. Once the issue was brought to their attention, it was resolved right away. Dan came out and did a great job. He was thorough in his explanation of the issue as well as the solution and got it done it one visit. I would definitely recommend this company but would just suggest confirming your appointment time the day of.

My mainline was clogged up because of tree roots and needed it to get rodded out. I contacted several businesses and Windy City was the most affordable. Chris and Adan came out and did not disappoint. They didn't waste any time getting to work, explained what was going on and cleaned up everything afterward. Very professional service and very pleased with the work they did.

Saved the day! I know it's Chicago and naturally there's more in the industry but still. For a fast on demand fix that's done professionally and without judgment, A+ 100% 6 STARS! Customer service recurrently first to respond and communicate with me via easiest method email phone text etc. Billing was a snap! Fast secure and safe via check or Chase Quick Pay with Visa or Mastercard (wouldn't accept Amex no complaints here as most in the industry charge the consumer a 3 pct swipe fee or offer cash discount, no haggling here. Sure I could have attempted to fix this broken toilet myself but when you are entertaining there's no time for discrepancies. Eugene and Atanas are the two most courteous I've met. Believe me even I would have pause over this small job due to odd birthday costumes etc. Lol. I suggest they offer a area for later follow up review with gratuity. Granted this job wasn't huge but I do firmly believe in gratuity if a jobs done above and beyond expectations and earlier than promised! I literally pulled up when they arrived on time they were done an hour earlier! That's critical to me having dealt with runaround etc. Again, if you want diy or cheap then go do it. If you want a firm solid number that doesn't have surprises, this is IT! THEY SAVED THE DAY!

Sound Plumbing did a fantastic job replacing a toilet. They worked around my schedule. Mitch was fantastic and extremely professional. When I ordered the incorrect toilet he went back across town to get the correct one and didn't even charge me double for the extra delivery. Will be using Sound Plumbing for all future projects.

I can't recommend the plumbers from J Sewer & Drain more highly. I'm a board member for my condo association and we've used them multiple times for issues ranging from mysterious leaks in our garage to clogged pipes (and I know owners in our building have used them for single-unit work as well).

They've come out on short notice, they're extremely  professional and fast to diagnose the root cause of an issue, and their prices are very fair. They're honest and give helpful advice for future maintenance upkeep. Our experiences have all been positive and I highly recommend them to others.

They literally saved Christmas this year. I had another sewer company out for a simple sewer rodding and they gave me bad news that the line had collapsed and it would be $6500 to fix. Gulp. Went on Yelp for a second estimate, saw all the great reviews of Green Tech and called them. They came out the next day and fixed the clog, NOT a break, for $260.  Can't recommend them enough. Professional, quick response, reasonable price, everything I could have wanted.

The team from Midwest Hydro Jetting showed up to my house fast to help clear the line to my basement. They were able to diagnose the issue quickly, and literally saved my basement from flooding. After the line was clear the team took the time to clean up standing water in my basement. The pricing was fair and the extra time the team took to show me what was happening and how to prevent it in the future was outstanding. It took me years to find a company I can trust in my home and I'll never call another.

They are quick and efficient but not the best pricing in the market. My tenant said that the service man was rude and in her face about trying to replace a garbage disposer for which they charged me double the market rate.

I will add that the scheduling is amazing online and great follow up. That is why they have two stars instead of one for the behavior.

Had a great experience with Sims and Sons. My power was out after a tree fell on the power line, and damaged part of the structure that secures the line to the house. Darrell replaced the weather head and talked to ComED for me to expedite getting the lines reconnected to the poles in the alley.

I recently purchase a new toilet. Although, I have installed dozens of toilets in my lifetime, I recently met my match, with this new purchase. It was heavier than most other models and the bolt holes are hidden from view.  I called ABV plumbing after several attempts at installing it myself. My level of frustration, prior to calling, was off the charts.

The gentlemen from ABV was able to come out within hours.  He took a look at the toilet and my current plumbing. He then immediately went to work. He was courteous and was vigilant about any covid concerns. He even donned protective shoe covers.

He needed to sweat some copper fittings and add a new valve. This was done in under 10 minutes. He then prepared the toilet for install. His associate came and together they lifted the 118 pound toilet onto the bolts in one shot. I would have been jealous if not for the fact that I was so relieved to see this done so swiftly.

The toilet and surrounding area were then wiped clean. I took 59 minutes from start to finish. This would be impressive for even the simplest toilet installs.

I found ABV by using Yelp. I seriously expected him to say the job was too difficult. I am very happy to say I am wrong.

ABV GETS NOTHING BUT HIGH MARKS FROM ME.

We were having ongoing sump pump issues and our neighbor recommended CJ Plumbing. Dmitry responded within minutes of my initial call and he came out the next day (on a Saturday) to check it out. He diagnosed the problem and explained it clearly so that I could understand. Within a day or two he quoted a few potential solutions with corresponding prices, we agreed to a plan, then his plumber arrived a few days after that. His plumber was friendly and considerate (shoes, mask etc.) and got right to work. The job was completed quickly and the work is much more solid and professional than other plumbers I have used in the past. Absolutely would use CJ Plumbing again in the future.

I had a rocky toilet that was supposedly fixed by Chicagoland Handyman in June of 2022, but five months later the rocking was back. I searched for a plumber to fix this unsteady toilet once and for all. I called Mike the Plumber. He was able to come out the next day and was able to to stabilize my toilet. Mike the Plumber was very nice as he explained what the problem was and what he was going to do to fix it. He said if the rocking comes back (which it won't) he will tend to it. I will definitely call Mike the Plumber for any future plumbing issues in my old building. Thank you Mike!

A&Y Plumbing did a great job repairing our water heater. They were highly responsive ( Sunday /same day response); on time for each of 2 appointments; professional, solving issues/ interacting with the manufacturer and reasonably priced. I am VERY satisfied! Thanks Juan!

We had a couple plumbing issues in our recently purchased townhome (kitchen sink began backing up and needed to replace faucet with a newly purchased one), so we reached out to Noel based on recommendations from our neighbors. He responded same day, asked for pictures to assess the situation, and was able to come out two days later.

Noel arrived on time in the morning and quickly diagnosed the sink problem, which was unfortunately a bit worse than we anticipated. The piping had originally been installed in a way that did not promote efficient flow and had resulted in near 100% blockage throughout the entire pipe from years of build-up (see pic, yikes!).

Noel clearly explained all of the mechanics and his recommended solution before proceeding to remove/cap the old pipes and install a new pipe configuration. It was certainly a larger job than we all anticipated, but he was efficient and still able to complete the job that day, in addition to installing the new faucet and replacing the garbage disposal which we also determined was well past its lifespan and had exposed electrical wiring.

Two weeks later, everything continues to flow perfectly. We are very happy with Noel's work and will definitely hire him again for any plumbing needs!
