EEZ exceeded my high expectations. Here's why.

I needed old, corroded pipes replaced under my kitchen sink and a new faucet installed(which I had already purchased). Previously, I had asked my friends for referrals of their plumbers. Friends' plumbers never followed through to call or return my calls. I also contacted a very good plumbing service I'd used in the past. Left messages and never received a return call. So by this time (approximately couple months), I'm frustrated. My corroded pipes have now morphed into cracks and dripping water under the sink soooooo, we used the old temporary standby-duct tape. Yep, sure did. It kept the water at bay for a short while. I became frustrated and desperate. I YELPED.

Found couple of highly recommended services. Sent messages requesting quote and Pat from EEZ responded same day. Called the office and spoke to very pleasant, friendly woman (I believe it was Katrina?)  Pat requested some pictures which I texted to him.(LOVED THIS CONVENIENCE of sending pictures to alleviate his making a trip to my home just to give me an estimate. It also gave Pat a peek at my duct-taped pipes AND now the gaping hole.) Hoped the pictures didn't scare him into quoting me an unreasonable estimate. It didn't.
Pat called me as soon as he received the pictures. He gave me a very fair estimate and we scheduled an appointment for a 12-2 pm window for Monday(yesterday)

Pat called me a little before 11am asking if I were at home because he wanted to come within 15 minutes. Hey, works for me. Pat and his assistant showed up within 10 minutes, replaced all the pipes under my sink, installed the faucet, cleaned up and were done in less than 90 minutes. I am so thrilled with the pipes and faucet. (Those corroded pipes were as old as Abe Lincoln so it required extra patience and muscle. Pat and his assistant handled it.)

Also, the electronic credit card payment process/invoice took less than 5 minutes to complete.

Oh yeah. Chain broke in our very OLD toilet tank and I asked Pat if he could replace it. He checked it out after completing kitchen job.  He was honest. (This guy has a great sense of humor.) Because of age of toilet, he said it would be hard/costly to find part. So he told me about an inexpensive do-it-yourself repair option. Like I said, HONEST AND FAIR.

ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY will call Pat again.

Fast Plumbing is literal in every sense. I called Mac and within the hour he was replacing the old water heater. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Price is very competitive. Highly recommend!

We recently had a water heater leak and had a great experience with Rescue Plumbing. They were very responsive and sent a professional at the same day. The plumber confirmed the call 10 mins before he arrived. He analyzed the root cause issue was the valve worn out and suggested to replaced a new brass valve.  He fixed it very quick and our water heater is no loner leaking. He is professional and helpful and also explain how to maintain it in he future. We will definitely use them again. Thank you!

Scotty is a true professional. Setting up an appointment was easy. Scotty called and confirmed two days prior to our scheduled appointment. He arrived promptly on the day of our appointment and got right to work. Scotty got the job done  in a timely manner and work he did wasn't easy. I will definitely be calling him again for any more plumbing issues I might have.

Well, after attempting to unclog my daughter's sink for half a day, I finally gave up. I called Rocket Plumbing, and explained my problem....and my frustration with trying to fix it myself.  As it wasn't early in the day, I didn't think they could come that day, but to my surprise, she checked and called me back. Yes, they could come out!  She couldn't give me a time, but soon afterwards, Marlon called to say he would be there in five minutes...and he really was.  He had another plumber with him, who would be working in DuPage County soon. If you are in DuPage County, by the way, Brandon is very nice and does a great job. What I liked is that Marlon listened to the issue and was able to give me a price for fixing it, as it was pretty cut and dried...not for me, but for them. They did a great job, solved the problem, cleaned up...excellent!  Kitchen in working order again.  Thanks for the prompt and pleasant service!

Dan was fantastic. He was able to come out the day after submitting the request and the next day to complete the work to clear my sewer drain line. Explained everything that would be needed and gave some recommendations for future maintenance. Will definitely be using them for any future sewer or drain needs!

I have two properties in the city, one a rental, one our home and both are OLD.   I have had Jose and his team out for things like opening drains, to doing pretty extensive rebuilds of 80 year old clay pipe.  Their prices are good, and they do what they say are going to do without any hassle.  I've had some very bad experiences with other contractors, but these are good solid guys that work hard and give you a fair deal.  I can't give much better praise than that.

Great experience. Got a quote from yelp to replace a water heater in a rental unit. Eugene was easy to communicate with and provided a turnkey experience at a fair price. Would highly recommend them.

Kevin is a amazing.  He's helped us a few times with plumbing tragedies.  When we first called him to figure out why our washing machine wasn't draining he fixed the problem and rerouted the mess of pipes under our sink in a more efficient way.  He's done some other work for us, always friendly, and always reasonably priced.  He responds quickly and always tries to work us into his schedule whenever we have an emergency.  He's a great find.

I can't recommend the plumbers from J Sewer & Drain more highly. I'm a board member for my condo association and we've used them multiple times for issues ranging from mysterious leaks in our garage to clogged pipes (and I know owners in our building have used them for single-unit work as well).

They've come out on short notice, they're extremely  professional and fast to diagnose the root cause of an issue, and their prices are very fair. They're honest and give helpful advice for future maintenance upkeep. Our experiences have all been positive and I highly recommend them to others.

They fixed our water valve as it wasn't turning off our water. They did the work in a few hours and even helped diagnose/fix a leak in our shower. Another company wanted to tear open our walls to fix this leak when it just needed some silicone between the tub and wall.

I would definitely have them do all future pluming work again!

I gave Midwest Hydro Jetting and Sewer Service 5 stars because, although they were unable to assist me, Mike referred me to Windy City Plumbing who does install plumbing for a bathroom in the basement to the city sewer.  This was a first for me, usually I am told that they don't know anyone who can assist me,
If I need any plumbing repair I will be calling them because this is a reputable company. Kudos to Midwest for guiding potential customers to others who are capable of doing a job that is not part of their company's description.

My water heater stopped working on Sunday, and my landlord requested service from Adam the same day. He was able to come by 4 pm the next day and installed a new water heater for me. Though there were some delays he and his associate were very considerate of my time and made sure to get all the components working again. I appreciate their help with this very time sensitive matter.

Easy communication and scheduling, Anil provided excellent service. Very quick and efficient and gave options for solutions and was transparent about pricing differences.

Actually it was not a crack in our chimney as I told you repeatedly. It just had to be sealed where the water heater is attached to the ceiling. Green Tech Plumbing fixed it yesterday. If you don't know how to properly install a hot water heater, I suggest you learn. As far as ever contacting you again for services, don't worry.

Dmitry was quick to respond to our call Monday evening when our bathroom drain was clogged and my husband couldn't fix it with drano or a snake. He sent Lenny the next morning who wore a mask and put booties on so our floors wouldn't get dirty. Lenny was very professional and knew what he was doing! He was honest and gave my husband tips on other plumbing issues/questions. Great service overall and will definitely call them again and recommend them to family and friends!

Mike and his partner repaired the work done by two separate Angie's list plumbers (one sent to repair the errors of the first) who removed my outside faucet pipe through a wall behind a built-in television console, and then shoved it back through the bricks without any attachment, leaving leaking water inside my home.  The resulting water seepage into the cabinet was causing significant damage.  Mike responded to my urgent call, notified me he would have to cut inside the cabinet to fix the problem.  I agreed and he then made fine interior cuts that are not visible from outside the cabinet and are easily repairable inside.  In short order, he then replaced the pipe to perfection!  He also repaired the upstairs sink faucet the prior plumbers had left open pouring into the cabinet also!

I had Juan and his team to replace a kitchen sink for us. The team was the best. Juan and the team did an excellent job, and they were really fast and made everything look really nice. And they cleaned up everything after they finished. I would definitely recommend him if you need to hire someone for sink installation, the price was reasonable among all others that I requested. I would recommend him to my friends and families as well!

Our plumber was right on time. He had parts with him to avoid having to make a trip to the hardware store and, most importantly, he fixed my problem!
