Had an issue with my kitchen sink/dishwasher called on Saturday and had an appointment for first thing Monday.  Lou came out and fixed the issue with no problem, told me what he was doing every step of the way, and gave me tips on how to prevent it from happening again.  Would definitely recommend them again.

I have never had to hire a plumber before, and when I came home from a long weekend and found out my water heater was leaking, the task to find one seemed daunting, and I expected to get ripped off. I am so happy I found Mac!

I called around to get several quotes, and not only did he have the best price, the replacement heater he installed was top of the line. He arrived within two hours of calling him even though he was on the other side of the city. He could have easily ripped me off since this is my first experience with replacing a water heater, and I wasn't able to be the one home when it was being replaced, but he was very honest and explained everything to me.

I will not hesitate to call him again if I ever need a plumber, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for one!

Bob came out to my rental super fast super nice, was HONEST and up front that all we needed to do was reset the garbage disposal. I was thinking to remove the disposal and repipe it but he said it's working fine and done need to spend $500 to do that! We have a few rental properties and I just found my life long plumbers! I needed to replace a garbage disposal and a couple connecting pipes under my sink in the kitchen.  Great experience with Scott across the board:  high quality, careful and very quick service (e.g., took probably only an hour all-in because Scott was efficient), competitive pricing, great responsiveness and easy communication via texts, flexible scheduling, efficient and accurate estimate with a breakdown of input costs, proper safety precautions during the pandemic (e.g., mask, social distancing), cleanliness (cleaning during and after the project being done).  Scott was a good professional when discussing repair options (e.g., he shared his professional opinion but wasn't pushing a particular solution) and very detail oriented (e.g., Scott even installed the new pipes so that they consume less space under the sink than before).

This was the 2nd time we've used Rocket to fix plumbing issues at our rental property. The first time went smoothly, the tub drain was unclogged and the drain trap cleared (old technology - old building!), and a new expansion cap installed. The plumber was tidy, left our tenant's bathroom as clean as he found it & in good working order.
This week we had a clogged bathroom sink drain. Donny called when he was on his way (per my request because I don't occupy the rental; want to make sure I'm there when the plumber gets there) and called again when he arrived. He was friendly and even though it was dry out, put on protective booties over his shoes to  minimize any mess he brought into the unit.
He quickly & easily resolved the clogged sink drain and checked on 2 other minor issues. He didn't charge us a dime for coming out. He said It was no big deal, I didn't need any tools or machines. Just call us next time. I absolutely will use Rocket again and plan to request Donny. Thanks for the great service!

I set up an appointment with them and they never showed up or called. When I called them 2 hours later asking if they were still coming, they said that the plumber got caught up in another project and wouldn't be able to come until the next day. I had taken the day off work for this appointment and was very disappointed in their disrespect of my time.

I was referred to Windy City Plumbing by my building management company to have them come check out a possible leak in my unit, and I couldn't be happier with their services.

Jose and his team are professional, helpful, honest, kind, and courteous. They are all really nice guys, and were very respectful of our home and made sure not to leave any mess or boot prints or anything before they left.

As a first time homeowner and someone who doesn't know too much (or anything really) about plumbing, they were very patient and thorough in answering my questions and explaining everything to me about the situation.

These guys are amazing!  They ordered toilets for me and installed them just in time for a party I'm having!  They were on time and everything is working perfectly!

Kevin did a great job replacing some pipes in our basement. He was very cool and gave us a good price and I'll recommend him to anyone!

The city informed me that our water meter in our house was running continuously, which implies there's a leak, but my spouse and I couldn't find one one anywhere. I called Jesus at 9 am, and by 11 am he was at my house. He checked the meter, and then the first place we looked -- the basement toilet -- was the leaking culprit! Jesus turned off the water to the toilet, and the meter stopped spinning. I'm thankful for Jesus's quick and professional work, and he didn't charge us anything! He was very friendly and knows what he's doing. 5 stars, highly recommend!

Highly recommend Green Tech Plumbing.  Kevin spent time with me diagnosing and explaining the issue and his suggested resolution,  Green Tech Team showed up to do the work when they were supposed to be there.  They also stand behind their work.  Kevin was there after he was paid to follow-up with any questions or concerns that we had.    When they make a commitment they meet that commitment.  Sounds easy enough, but not all contractors do that.

Danny and team did a very good job. Mike the owner was very pleasant and nice They are very knowledgeable and skilled in this field. I had to get the rodding and hydro jetting service and they did an excellent job. I would definitely hire them again for all my plumbing needs. Thanks again Danny, Mike and Jose!

They are quick and efficient but not the best pricing in the market. My tenant said that the service man was rude and in her face about trying to replace a garbage disposer for which they charged me double the market rate.

I will add that the scheduling is amazing online and great follow up. That is why they have two stars instead of one for the behavior.

Darrell and team came to install a garage heater yesterday and they did a great job. They were on time, clean, professional, wore masks, and were competitively priced. Not to mention the fact that they're super nice guys. They cleaned up afterward and we are all set to go for a heated winter garage.

Highly recommend ABV. Had a toilet leaking at the floor & needed a new flange. Ivo came out next day & replaced it. The toilet looked like a new install when he finished & he cleaned up the workspace so that you wouldn't have known he was there. I was so impressed, I had him come back a few days later to change the old components inside two toilet tanks with new ones. He also replaced the kitchen faucet with a new one. I like that when I call, someone always answers the phone & that I can have a plumber at the house the next day who does good work.

We've used CJ Plumbing now for a hot water replacement, faucet replacement and addition of a pump for our hot water heater. Each time they have been easy to reach and schedule with. I appreciate that Dimitry is mindful to save trips and time by properly diagnosing the issue before starting the work. They've fixed our plumbing issues and will be our go-to in the future!

All the prior five stars reviews are correct. Juan and the gentleman that accompanied him did a fantastic job putting in a new toilet for me. Efficient, cleaned up everything afterwards, friendly, and most important...knowledgeable about plumbing. Extremely fair pricing. You get the sense he is a very honest individual and I sometimes get vibes from other professionals that they are trying to extract every dime they could from a job. I did not feel this at all with Juan. I didn't know anything about toilets and Juan spent time on the phone with me before I had even booked him for a job explaining details to look for that I wouldn't have known. Contacted him back once the toilet arrived and he promptly responded to my text with a day and time. Even took time after he finished the job to explain a separate issue I was having with one of my pipes regarding the washer (went down to the basement, etc.). I've stored his number in my phone and won't hesitate to call him back if any further plumbing issues should arise. He will be my go-to guy from here on out. 100% highly recommend.

Called Noel on Friday afternoon and he came out early Saturday morning.  Replaced a check valve that was leaking, repaired an outdoor drain that was the wrong height, and fixed a leaky toilet.....all in about an hour.
