Pat is great!!  Responsive, friendly, honest company.  We were on vacation and a friend was staying at our house.  Water starter presenting itself in the basement in a bathroom and utility room.  We needed a new injector pump.  Pat came out and replaced it.

My wife, infant son and I had just moved into a new construction single family home on a cold, snowy Friday afternoon.  And had family in town helping us with the move.  We noticed on Saturday morning that we couldn't get hot water, which obviously isn't a problem you expect to have when being the first residents of a newly constructed home.  We called the developer, who couldn't even get the plumber who installed all the plumbing in the house, or apparently any other plumber in the City of Chicago, to come out and figure out the problem.  So the construction manager for the developer came out to try and fix the hot water heater.  He wasn't having any luck, so he called the developer's plumber (who evidently was too busy snowmobiling to come out and fix the problem with the water heater he had just installed).  The plumber gave him instructions over the phone as to how to reset the motherboard.  These instructions didn't work, at all.  It's now around 6pm and still no hot water.  We took matters into our own hands and found Fast Plumbing 24-7 on Yelp.  Mac answered the phone right away -- and this was Saturday evening -- and after we explained the issue, he knew what the fix was right away.  He asked for the make and model of the water heater and, over the phone, calmly explained to me how to reset the motherboard and fire back up the pilot light.  It worked perfectly, and we finally had hot water.  Keep in mind that the plumber who actually installed the hot water heater was unable to help fix the issue over the phone, but Mac was able to do it with a 7 minute phone call without ever having seen the water heater.  Mac was a hero in my house that weekend.

Dex and Sam stopped by my condo a months or so ago and were excellent to work with. The company fielded our call and provided help same day. They were fast, professional, and fixed the issue. Thanks guys!

It's not easy finding a good plumber but super glad we had a good experience with Scotty. The gentlemen is knowledgeable, inquisitive, listens, and gets to work. He is able to anticipate the problem, explain it directly, and offer suggestions and tips for maintenance.

Rocket has saved me twice now. Once for an incorrectly installed dishwasher (not installed by Rocket!) and yesterday when my condo flooded due to a building plumbing issue that backed up into my unit. Yuck!  I called mid afternoon and they were able to send someone by 6pm.  Sam was able to come even sooner!  He was great - very thorough, left zero mess, and explained everything to me. I learned so much!  Sam even called the next morning to make sure everything was still ok. I'm so glad I trusted the yelp reviews and called Rocket!

David and his partner were very professional. They were able to explain what the problem was with our sewer and solve the problem. They were very reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again !

Jose was wonderful! He got me in as soon as he could and he was on time when it came time for the appointment.  He came and fixed the problem in 10 minutes! He was extremely friendly and great to work with. Definitely recommend him.

I kept getting a clogged kitchen drain that another local plumber would rod out. It was happening so frequently I was almost paranoid using the sink. I was using the drain filters, etc. well when it happened again only a few months later I took matters in my own hands and started using drain openers etc, only to notice a pipe leaking in my basement! I decided to go with Yelp recommendations and called Green Tech. They explained that my pipe had not been installed at an angle ( ok I'm using the wrong terminology) and it was not draining, causing an accumulation of gunk. That, as well as the old copper pipe material, were a recipe for disaster. They came out at a time convenient to both of us and replaced the pipe. They were neat, clean, and finished before the anticipated time. I would not hesitate to call them if I had a new problem in the future!

Great service, and really good people! They squeezed me in due to a heavy schedule and took amazing care in replacing my leaky faucet.

I had an initial good interaction with Captain Rooter (see first review, which also came with a discount). They replaced the pipes under a kitchen sink that they said were installed wrong. About a year later, the pipes they installed came apart at one of the seals, causing water damage. They came out and fixed their old work then routed the line. A few months later (and almost $1,000 in), the same seal has broken again, causing more water damage. I called Captain Rooter again, and they said they'd call back about getting it fixed. They never called back. After working with another plumber, they said that Captain Rooter had actually installed it wrong and that why it kept coming apart.

Darrell and his team did a fantastic job. They were able to come the very same day I contacted them, finished both projects timely, and kept everything very CLEAN. They even went out to buy a special part my toilet needed at a specialty plumbing store to make sure it was installed correctly and would last. I'll definitely be going to them again for any electric and plumbing needs.

Excellent plumbing company. We will use them again for all our plumbing needs. They diagnosed the problem quickly and cleared a clogged sewer line. Very professional and honest.

I had a really bad clog in my bathtub and contacted CJ Plumbing on a Monday evening. The next morning I spoke to Dmitry and within two hours Lenny came to the rescue.  Lenny knew exactly what to do and used everything in his toolbox to eventually clear the drain, it wasn't an easy one.  He was also very professional, friendly and was a good sport about my dogs barking at him.  I appreciated the very quick turnaround and while the cost was within budget, I wish I had gotten a rough estimate from Dmitry up-front. I should have known to ask ahead of time, but had forgotten.  
I will definitely call them again for any plumbing issues!
