Pat was the fastest to respond through my yelp quotes about needing a new garbage disposal.  I mentioned in my quote I lived in a high rise.  He said they do not service high rises but still called me.  He offered some advice saying the disposal may not be broken despite what my maintenance man said.  I also mentioned I was renting my unit out and he even volunteered to have my tenant call him to walk her through how to fix.  This deserves 6 stars.

Fastplumbing247 did an amazing job on my new toilet installation! They were super helpful when I called and described my problem. They had helpful recommendations on the specific toilet.

The literal next day, Mac came promptly and picked up a new toilet from Home Depot en route. He arrived wearing a mask and brought the new toilet inside, installed it, and removed the old one in literally 30 minutes. Everything was super efficient and done well. I'd definitely recommend Mac to anyone in search of a plumber!

I punctured my own water line. Smart, I know. I managed to clamp the puncture long enough to call the first google result for 24/7 plumber in Chicago. From the call at 10:00pm, it only took 25 minutes to get Dex to my condo. He had the job done in 5 minutes (maybe less), where he had cut around a metal stud to fix the problem.

He was kind, courteous, professional, and fast. I couldn't have asked for a better service to help me fix a dumb mistake at 10pm.

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. Definitely took the customer service to another level with that. Plus, the 10% coupon helped..

Highly recommend Scotty - he was very responsive to emails and it was easy to schedule an appointment, although I caught him during a busy period.  He was prompt to the appointment, even gave me a call when he was 30 mins away.  His plumbing work was good as was the pricing. While my issue was relatively minor in scope, I would trust him for any job.

Will be using him again and highly recommend his services, although I hope I don't have to anytime soon!  Knock on wood....

I will never use this company again. I was quoted a $25 fee to come out and find what the problem is but I later find out it end up costing $300 for them to come out and just leave. They call me the next day saying it's going to cost another 400 to do another check. And then they will go from there on what it would cost to fix it they are a total rip off at this business they had a good customer service but, I would not recommend them to anyone due to them being such a high price. They arrived 3 hours late! I took off the day of work and they called and told me they were running 30 minutes late when I actually it was an hour 2 hours. They still never fixed my problem its been 5 days now. He actually just looked left called back and said he was busy and he'll call me. They never did and I am honestly going to post them to the Better Business Bureau for false information about the price. Do not go here unless you want to spend a large amount of money for nothing!!!

Put simply, they were great. The tech didn't have the replacement parts on his truck. He kept me informed as to when he would be back. He was in constant communication with me. Overall, good experience.

windy city plumbing sucks i had them come out to give us a quote and then they told me they will email me with the price (I don't know how he didn't even have my email) or drop it off in my mail box. that was a month ago. have not heard anything yet

Kevin fix my clogged bathtub and was wonderful! He was flexible with my schedule, called to check in before he arrived and showed up right on time. I'm writing this as one of the many fine plumbers from Green Tech fixes an ancient hose spigot that literally broke off my house.  This is one of many, many jobs they have done on my 80 year old home, both repairs of old house problems and add on's of modern features.  Can't say enough about their consistent and friendly service and the confidence I have in their team.  I know they travel a bit far to service my house in Highland Park, but I am super grateful they are willing to make the trip!

Very pleased with Midwest Hydro Jetting and Sewers service. I had reached out to them due to my toliet backing up in my basement. Right off the bat I appreciated the cleanliness with wearing booties before even setting foot in my home which was very nice.Danny came in removed the entire toliet and rodded our line. After 2 hours of fighting with it he managed to pull a massive pile of feminine wipes! Informing my wife and I that no wipes or pads are toilet friendly.Overall I was very pleased with their service and definitely would recommend them again. 10/10

I had a leak under my kitchen sink and was in need of a new faucet. I was able to easily get in touch with Captain Rooter and they sent someone out the same day at exactly the requested time. They even came early. Adam was able to quickly install a new faucet and fix the leak. Highly recommend them if you need some quick work done!

Juan came out because one of the toilets in my home kept running. The water kept running. Juan replaced the fill valve, flapper and supply line. He even looked at the walk in tub/shower drain in the same bathroom. He told me he can fix it and it won't leak he gave me a price. He told me if he can't fix it he there would be no charge. He tried to fix it but he checked and it still leaked after he fixed what he fixed. That was no charge. The toilet he fixed it and I am very satisfied with the work Juan did and the price was very reasonable.

We called Five Plumbing for a leak in our home that had started to present itself on the lower level but turned out to be a very bad leak behind our cabinets in our kitchen. Noel was able to come the same day to inspect and identify the source of the leak. He then came back two more times to make sure everything was done correctly. It was a big messy job and Noel was great. He even helped to identify a problem in our neighbor's unit too! I highly recommend him.
