WOW... Gotta tell you guys that these guys are the greatest .. I was in a bind because I had a problem with my clean out stack as they called it and I called and got Pat and this guys was amazing because although he told me they weren't able to service the southside .. He walked me through what I could do to save my self some money - without me asking btw. He then told me that hey if I ran into any problems to call him and he'd walk me through the situation. You won't find many plumbers or people period nowadays like that .. If I ever were to sell my house and move north etc , I'd use this guy in a heart beat

I called Mac at 1pm on a Sunday afternoon and he was here within two hours to unclog our A/C condensate drain that was slowly leaking onto our utility room floor. When he arrived, he fixed the problem quickly and confidently. He ended up re-piping the drain, and explained to me in detail each step of the process. You can tell he is someone who really enjoys his work and is extremely easy to work with. When it's time for me to replace my water heater in a year or so, Mac is the one who will be receiving the business.

Called Rescue Plumbing for a house my girlfriend was catsitting. A guy named Dex came out.

To make a long story short: He was going to charge $800 for the replacement of a rubber hose that leaked, which was ultimately replaced for $300.

On top of that, he was disrespectful (only wanted to talk to the owners by phone, even though I was facilitating his access and acting as their representative).

The vibe here was a scam artist overcharging because he knew he was in an emergency situation, and he didn't like at all being asked any sort of questions or anyone getting in the way of his scam.

They were respectful and did a great job fory Granny. I'll call you guys anytime.

I had Jose here last week to fix my leaky toilet.  He was able to come within 24 hours of me calling him- and he fixed the toilet in less than a half hour.  Extremely nice- definitely can't go wrong with Jose!

First Chicago has worked on all of our properties for the past 5 years.  They are responsive, reliable and reasonable.  We manage over 40 units and he makes our job infinitely easier.  Couldn't do without them!

My daughter's washcloth went down the tub drain, no water was draining at all.  They came out the same day. Eric was very polite and worked quickly.  He even listened to my 3 year old daughter when she wanted to show him her Elf.  Kevin was very helpful on the phone and worked with my schedule. The price was great and service even better! I will be calling them for any plumbing issues in the future.

After contacting several other companies which either went ghost on us or gave insanely high quotes, Mike replied so quickly with a reasonable quote- much lower than any others in the area. He offered to send a professional to our home the next business day and they were right on time. Daniel was quick, informative and he fixed the problem immediately, and I ended up having to pay less than expected which was great. I will definitely be calling them again in the future should I have any other plumbing issues!

Toilet backed up on a Sunday and I needed it  fixed the same day. Adam from Captain Rooter called me soon after my inquiry and explained what he thinks the issue is and how it would be resolved.

He texted me when he was 5 minutes away and arrived at the time he said he would. He came in with another nice fellow and they got right to work.

They got the toilet working perfectly again, triple checked to make sure the issue was resolved, cleaned up after themselves and thanked me for the business. This is what great service looks like, huge thank you to Adam and team for turning my messy ordeal into a pleasant experience!

Sims and Sons was very flexible with their schedule. Enis showed up at the scheduled time and was able to fix my issue in 10-15 min. He also took time to explain the issue. If needed, will definitely use again.

Katy and Ivo were great to work with.  On time arrival for the job.  Fast and efficient work!  A leaking wax seal on the toilet was diagnosed and repaired, and the bathroom was cleaned and dried, in less than an hour.  We are very pleased to have found ABV Plumbing!

Toilet was leaking in my en suite and I wanted to take care of it ASAP before it caused damage downstairs. I reached out to CJ Plumbing and they got back to me within 10 minutes. We scheduled a date and the plumber whose name I didn't catch came in masked up and put shoe covers on which I really appreciated. He replaced the wax seal and I swear he left my bathroom cleaner then he found it. Everything looked so sparkly lol. Will definitely use this company again should I need the wax seal replaced in my other bathroom. Thank you!

Very quick (1-2 hr?) response to my request for assistance with my backed-up garbage disposal and kitchen drain. Juan gave me a very reasonable quote and was able to come by the next day with his son assisting him. It was a challenging clog but they kept at it and it finally cleared.

Very prompt, professional, and really nice. No salesy vibe, no upcharge, very honest and took the time to explain what he did and left my kitchen clean afterwards. Also appreciate the shoe covers and face masks!

Noel was recommended to me by a friend whose loved his work, and I'm glad she did. Noel's had to come over a few times in a pinch. He's quick and thorough.
