Pat and Jeff got it done!  They were early, efficient and fast.  And very pleasant! My slow drain is now back in action. Pat took the time to explain the kind of drain I have and how it works. He answered my questions and gave me pointers on ongoing maintenance. My prior plumber retired and I was reluctant but resigned to trying a new one.  Jackpot!  I will definitely use Drain-EEZ again next time I have a plumbing need.

I needed a new water heater and called multiple places to get quotes and timeframe for installation. Mac was the only one who offered excellent pricing and same-day service. I highly recommend. They were in and out of my place very quickly and did a great job! Other places were trying to charge me for emergency service or weekend service that was increasing my total bill by $200-$300. You won't get that from Mac. He is fair and does a terrific job explaining the issue to you as he is repairing - don't even waste your time going anywhere else.

Wow, to change the leaking wax ring seal on the toilet they wanted $799.  It was hello and good bye.
Fortunately I have experience, most home owners don't.   A simple job with a newer toilet that was not leaking but needed a new seal due to very heavy person twisting the  toilet base when getting up, it happens.  I am not a handyman, just in the know.

Scotty is still the best plumber in town!! He replaced the entire guts of both toilets in my condo. This included replacing both wax seals, bowl gaskets, tank bolts, and fill valve kits (contractor series since high rise condos require at least 80 PSI). He had to make two trips to a plumbing store and Home Depot since older toilets need a different size bowl gasket. Thankfully, he was able to find it in stock. In addition, he replaced both chrome p-trap kits under both bathroom sinks. Another great job by Scotty!

Well, I moved and needed major plumbing work in the new house. My only call was to Windy City. They had Chris at my house every day on time, and he worked his butt off. We had to have a gas leak repaired and used Captain rooter first the first time. Adam helped diagnose and fix the problem. He went out of his way to make sure everything was done correctly and answer all of our questions. He also made a few other recommendations and finished up the work quickly. Everything came with a warranty, which added additional comfort.

Great experience with this company. Our garbage disposal (we thought) created a clog somewhere, which we thought we had resolved until water started dripping through the basement ceiling. I wanted to get this fixed fast so we could use our kitchen sink and dishwasher again (also I was terrified of the leaking!). I called the first well reviewed company on Yelp.

I am so happy with that decision. Alex at C & J came out within an hour, investigated the issue and called back within an hour with pricing for fixes. He pointed out a problem with the piping between our dishwasher and disposal (previously  raised in our home inspection) and we agreed it should be fixed while working on the original issue. I expected we might see someone in a few days, but they had a guy out within another hour! He went to work methodically until he ran into an issue trying to unclog the pipes. The clog was trapped deep and they couldn't reach it. He talked me through what he was going to try - when that didn't work, he called Alex up (for a more experienced perspective, as I understood it) and Alex came back out to take a look. They talked me through the new plan, which involved cutting out some pieces of pipe. After it was done, they showed me the pipe - it was totally (disgustingly) clogged! They created a new access point for the pipe, so if it gets clogged again, it will be easier to clean.

In summary, C & J was super fast, polite, clear in their explanations and successful. I can't comment on prices bc I didn't call any others to compare, but I was comfortable with what I paid. And Alex even called up the next day to make sure everything was working. Knock on wood, everything looking great so far.

Mike is awesome! What started out as a simple kitchen drain rodding, turned into an angioplasty of about an 18 section of drain pipe due to excessive amount of grease build up. Then, in spite of the drain pressure build-up exploding sludge all over him, he held his composure and cleaned everything up. Very professional with a great work ethic. Mike is now my new go-to plumber.

I had an issue with leaking under my sink, and Juan reached out and fixed the issue within a day.
