Okay so I called Drain Eez to fix a pump issue.

They came 100% on time.
They went above and beyond.
They fixed everything perfectly with no complaints.
They left my home SPOTLESS.

STRESS FREE!!!

and even repaired a toilet they discovered was malfunctioning!!  ( they did not have to fix it, but they did, because they wanted everything to be working properly with our new pump.

They are nice and professional and amazing. Pat is a genius and is coming back next week to fix another problem that was caused by another plumbing company.

as far as other reviews here are concerned:

Sometimes things happen and a plumber is late because they never know what they are going to find behind a wall or under a sink..so they can be contending with flooding and all kinds of emergencies..so I always cut a break if they are late..

I am extremely happy with the job they did for us !  

they are going to come and fix my tub next week.. they may have to go into the wall.

 It's always good to have a General contractor to fix the cosmetic stuff because Plumbers cannot do drywall etc..

I highly recommend them and our condo association will be using them in the future.

Hot water heater pilot light went out and wouldn't stay lit on a cold February day. They responded quickly and made the repair quickly. It was a common problem and he had the part with him. In and out of our house in 15 minutes, and we had hot water in the shower the next morning. Highly recommend.

I saw that this company was highly rated so I called them when I had an overflowing toilet tank (the sensor controlling water flow had broken and it flooded) and clogged pipe under my kitchen sink. And leaking pipes under kitchen sink. Dex arrived, gave me an estimate and went to get parts. He returned with his equipment and a respectful young assistant. Dex himself was courteous and professional. He fixed all issues; he mentioned that in rodding the kitchen sink pipe, the clog was 25 to 30 feet behind the wall. I could see it was challenging work but Dex and his assistant made fairly quick work of it and now everything runs perfectly. Very satisfied and would definitely hire again.

They were respectful and did a great job fory Granny. I'll call you guys anytime.

We just had the most amazing experience with Scotty! He's super fast and efficient! (And I'm ADAMANT about efficiency!)

Very friendly, and was even good with our dog, who barked at first.

Brian (owner) call me after I posted the review below. Long story short he's making it right. He was very sincere and I appreciated it. It's rare to find a service industry vendor, especially a plumber, that really cares as much as he does.

I've referred Rocket Plumbing to lots of people. Was really happy with the service I got. So I was disappointed when I called on Tuesday morning of this week to get a question answered to be told that a plumber would call me back the next day or possibly that day. It was literally just a question to help determine whether a plumber needed to come out but whatever. I received no call back on Tuesday or Wednesday. I called this morning (Thursday) and was told that they'd try to call me today. I get that everyone is busy (they said no one could come out until the following week) but to not be able to call someone back in a reasonable amount of time is a little suspect. I'm going to give Scottish Plumber a try now.

Great experience all around. Quick response, easy to communicate with by text and phone. Showed up the next day, right on time, and got the job done. Highly recommend.

So happy I found a plumber I will call again. Wonderful all around!!! I had a party over the weekend which resulted in a toilet that would only flush if I manually lifted the lever. First thing Monday morning, I filled out a request quote and within minutes I had an email asking me some follow up questions and to send pictures if I could. I immediately responded and very quickly I had another email from Windy City plumbing which told me that my toilet needed to be replaced and they offered a recommendation for what kind to buy. I was also given a quote for what it would cost for Windy City Plumbing to install it. I went and bought a toilet from Home Depot and on the way called some other plumbers to get quotes- all the other quotes where far more than Windy City Plumbing. I contacted WCP and made an appointment. On the day of the appointment I was told they would be at my place between 12 and 1 PM. Right after 12:00, I got a call from Chris that they were at my building. The two guys were so great- nice an made me feel very comfortable. They brought the toilet I purchased up 3 floors to my condo and brought the old one down with no extra charge. They finished the job fast and did an amazing job. They also charged me the quoted price- nothing more. I'm so excited to have found this company and have already recommended them to family and friends in the area.

I can't speak to the quality of their work, but their customer service left a lot to be desired. I inquired about an issue I had and through messaging, they were dismissive and seemed uninterested in helping. The water heater is fairly new and when I explained that, I was told to call the manufacturer to order parts. Im in need of a technician/repair man because I don't know what is wrong with the water heater to begin with. How am I supposed to know what parts I need if I don't even know what is wrong? After I made that clear, I was ignored and did not receive any further response.

As an update, I was just contacted by the company this morning asking me to take down my review. They proceeded to be argumentative, condescending, and dismissive regarding the incident. I explained to them that I would not be taking down my review regarding their customer service and was disappointed in their lack of professionalism.

Very impressed with the high level of professionalism and the end product. Both Kevin and Moe were willing to work during the middle of the night to get the job done. Kevin also maintained an open line of communication with the flooring guy who also was sharing the work on the project. The cliché that its hard to find good help is notwithstanding with Sound Plumbing - my staff & I are delighted with the high quality and craftsmanship.

I called last minute during the weekend with a bad and difficult kitchen sink clogged problem, they sent a technician to my apartment in an hour and also found a broken pipe and replaced it.

Great service and communication during the whole process. I appreciate their service and will definitely use their service again in the future.

I've used Green Tech Plumbing for several projects, and I can't say enough good things. The owner Kevin is incredibly responsive and professional. All his plumbers are skilled and courteous. I trust them completely and highly recommend them.

I've used Midwest a few times and will use them more in the future. Mike and Danny are awesome -- professional, punctual, and very friendly. I am glad that they are just a call away when I experience my next plumbing scare.

Andrew was an amazing contractor. He took the time to hear our service request and look at what was really needed to meet our needs as a restaurant business. During his review of the job site, he stated required code requirements and provided other suggestive services options.  Andrew provided professional service with quality work.

We, World Wings, will definitely keep Captain Rooter in our back pocket of future service needs.

Enis did an amazing job, he was very professional, courteous and detailed. I will only use Sims and Sons for all of my electrical work from this point forward.

ABV plumbing did a great job. I needed a plumber they quoted a good price and Ivo came at the time that they said they would. He was very efficient and did a great job and was done in a timely manner. I will definitely use them again.

Great company!  Was nearly half the price of another company I had out. Dmitry is awesome and the plumber he sent was very nice and very efficient. Highly recommend!

I did the Yelp thing where they send out requests for quotes to a few vendors and Mike replied right away, and once I had a chance to call him he was able to get to my place about an hour later and fix my kitchen water pressure and connect the water line to my refrigerator. Mike was cool and personable and obviously good at what he does, and the price was fair and in line with a couple other guesstimates I had looked at. A good experience overall and I will call him first next time I need a plumber.

I have had Juan come out twice to look at 2 issues. He used his camera scope to diagnose a drain issue and also installed a new sump pump for me.

All around one of the best experiences I have had with a contractor. He was helpful in sharing his knowledge. He didn't take on work where he felt it was outside his expertise. When he did the sump pump install, it was very detailed and the price was very fair.

We called Noel this morning to inquire about installing the drains and faucet in our new sink.  He spoke with us about the project and gave us a time and cost estimate.  His price was reasonable and we asked when would be the soonest that he could come out. He understood our situation and offered to come the same day at 5PM.

He called when he was on his way and gave us an ETA. When he showed-up he assessed the scene and got right to work. He completed the work a little longer than he had planned but didn't change the price he quoted over the phone.

I'm no plumber but his work looks quality and we're happy with how well it looks. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. I'd hire him in a heartbeat again and think that everyone should too.
