I have to start out by saying that our plumbing issue wasn't actually fixed or serviced by Drain-EEZ because they had a scheduling problem due to one of their plumbers being sick that day, so I had to call another company to come by.

When that company quoted me a very high number (after they had attempted to fix the issue but needed to bring another machine to our unit for the final resolution), I called Drain-EEZ back to get a second opinion.  The customer service rep, Katrina, was extremely helpful and had one of her plumbers, Pat, call me right back to talk through what was going on and give me a better idea of what services were required and how much I should be getting charged. He confirmed that the other plumbing company needed to perform the service they had quoted me, but he also confirmed that it seemed on the expensive side and talked me through how to navigate the conversation with the other company.  I will definitely be using Drain-EEZ for any plumbing issues we encounter in the future based on the honesty and top notch level of service I received today, even without spending a penny with them.  I'm confident that they would be fair, honest, and do a good job on any and every job.

Our pilot light on our water heater went out and we couldn't get back on. Mac walked us through it and we were able to relight it. We greatly appreciated his quick response, kindness and humor :) Thank you!

Highly recommend Pete and Noah. Our condo association has worked with them for some time now and you can always count on friendly, dependable service. We had a small leak in the basement that wasn't continuing, but we thought it best to have them come out and ensure we weren't ignoring the warning sign of a bigger problem. Pete and Noah did a thorough drain check for all three floors and concluded there was no leak, but rather it was likely a one-time issue of a tub overflowing / showering with the curtain not tucked in or something. Appreciate their professionalism!

One of the most honest guy's I've met. I had an issue with a plumbing situation.  He took a look at it, came up with several solutions and proceeded to help in solving the problem, without breaking the bank.  He's a lifesaver in the pipe laying world.

Found myself in a bit of a pickle with my business.  We have a great neighborhood bar, that's also a destination for people visiting Chicago from Wisconsin.  I got a call from a member of my support staff telling me that the main men's room urinal wasn't draining properly and actually overflowing onto the floor.  It was a busy Friday night, but we had no choice but to tape off the urinal for the rest of the evening.  When I came in to the bar early Saturday morning, I tested the urinal with a few flushes to see if I could replicate the problem.  Sure enough, as expected, the thing quickly filled up and would not drain.  I did a quick Yelp search and found Rocket Plumbing.  The positive reviews they had under their belt already, coupled with the fact that they were ultra close to us geographically, told me that I found a good company.  I called them and told them what was happening and I was told that there was an opening on their schedule at about 12:30, but if they finished the previous job early, they would stop by before that.  A couple guys showed up about an hour or so before they thought they would be able to originally, but when you are worried about your patrons not having the full service conveniences we normally have, you are extremely excited to see the expert plumbers arrive to rescue the business.  And that is exactly what they did!  These guys were great!  They assessed the issue, explained to me exactly what needed to be done, and fixed it!  I was sincerely impressed with every facet of this experience.  They came out on a rainy Saturday, quicker than I could have hoped for, fixed it completely, and left the space cleaner or as clean as it was when they arrived.  They also tested it several times to ensure it wasn't going to revert to not working after they left.  The clincher for me was that they also tested the sink AND the toilet (which seemed fine to me before hand) just to make sure EVERYTHING was working properly!  I would say they not only exceed all of my expectations, but they went above and beyond for us!  The awesome part that I didn't even mention yet was the reasonable price.  I had convinced myself in my mind that this was going to cost a small fortune given the fact that they came out on a Saturday for an emergency call at the last minute.  But much to my surprise, the bill was extremely reasonable and much cheaper than I imagined.  Ladies and gents, we have found our new plumber!!  Thank you Rocket Plumbing!!

I had a water leak from my basement drain standpipe. I called Chicago Sewer & Drain, and David and his crew responded. After making an assessment I was quoted a price that included televising and water jetting to clear the clog. Unfortunately, the waterjet pump failed. The same crew returned several days later to finish the job. The lads on the team were all professional in explaining the problem and fixing it. I had a flood control in the front yard that was where the clog started I was reminded that only toilet paper is to down the toilet and not all things that are flushable can get past the flood control device.

I had a great experience working with Windy City plumbing. They were quick, responsive, and helped address the issue with my shower. I would use them again for any plumbing needs.

I (weirdly and accidentally!) got a  spray bottle stuck in my toilet pipes, and it was super clogged. First Chicago Plumbing was FANTASTIC! Raudel arrived exactly on time, and he was friendly and super resourceful -- had to try a whole bunch of different things to get that dang bottle out, and he was professional and communicative throughout. It was all reasonably priced too, considering he literally UNINSTALLED and REINSTALLED the toilet?! I absolutely recommend these guys (and Raudel specifically!). Lifesavers.

This outfit is amazing! I used them twice in the last week for some plumbing repairs and the removal of a stacked washer/gas dryer. Very responsive and super easy to schedule. I was able to text them photos before hand. Plumber was knowledgeable, worked clean, and did a great job. Really felt like he knew what he was doing and didn't waste any time doing it. Will definitely use them for any future plumbing issues.

Jesus is great! He communicates in a timely fashion, does a neat, thoughtful and thorough job, and is super polite and kind which is a nice plus having other experiences in the past. My unit he serviced is in a very old building (almost 100 years old) and the bathroom sink was clogged in the pipes beyond my control (I had already tried to do an amateur job cleaning my p trap myself). He was able to quickly rod my pipes, finding the blockage several feet down and also adjusted / used sealant to ensure my pipes were tight afterwards as I had leak issues. Given how old and worn the threads were he took his time to ensure each joint was not leaking and and made adjustments as needed. He also helped to adjust the sink stopper to actually move nicely which was beyond the ask of the original plumbing issue. Overall my sink which drained slow and never had a working stopper now works better than it did for the last 4 years. I also got extra quotes for other issues in the building and really appreciate that he took the time to look into extra things and provided me with free quotes. Thanks Jesus!

Not much to say here. These guys are honest, they know what they're doing, and they're reasonable. Don't hesitate to give them a call with whatever you need.

(1) I had a thermostatic valve go bad. They came out, took out the valve... and then shopped for a valve (on their time), and brought it back the same day to install. They didn't charge me for the second visit.

(2) had a steam shower go bad... they got it fixed. Went above and beyond -- called the manufacturer, made sure I'd be well taken care of, etc.

I no longer fear calling the plumber. 'Nuff said!

Danny is a true asset to this company. He was at our place for a good 3 hours cleaning our sewer line. He started with the most cost-efficient alternative of power rodding, which is also more conservative for older pipes.  This was sufficient in order to be able to scope the line and inspect for possible issues. He showed me on the spot that the line itself was unbroken, luckily! Because of this experience with MHJSS,  I am in the process of hiring them for another project, and will use them to inspect my next residence, hopefully soon. Thank you Mike and Danny!

I left a message on Yelp 4/12 re: a noise made after flushing my toilet and using my sink.  They came promptly on 4/13 and the tech was nice, friendly, prompt and stated that the pump needed replacing.  The amount of $320 was quoted.  Not sure if that was more than what I should pay but since I wanted the noise to stop, the tech was friendly, I went ahead with them.   Since then I have had no issues with job.  Will use them again.

Darrell was great, timely and reasonable. He helped repair electrical sockets on one occasion and also helped me install a dish washer on another. Thank you for your help.

I like i got a Quote on Yelp instead of being told they cant give a price without someone coming to the house and then you are potentially wasting days and then you get a too high quote but feel pressured to go with them, so when i got a quote from ABV and thought it fair i made a appointment and they came the next day.

Lenny came out and replaced my kitchen faucet, bathroom faucet, shower head, and toilet. He encountered some challenges during the installs but had a good solution for everything, and I was certainly satisfied with the service. I recommend CJ Plumbing.

Highly recommend Mike! He was great at communication, texted updates & arrived when he said he was going to. Wore a mask the entire time. We had a laundry list of issues - leaking faucet, replacement of shut off valves, wax ring replacement on one of our toilets, etc. He had a cancellation & was able to come back & take care of all our issues the same day. He also fixed minor things we didn't think to ask about (& he didn't charge extra for these fixes) - fixed water pressure, secured a wiggly knob on our sink, etc. He did the work quickly & left our place tidy & clean. So happy we found Mike!

We have used Noel at Five Plumbing multiple times and he always does a great job.  He is an excellent plumber and is very conscientious, reliable, and fair.  Noel just replaced our sump pumps and and did a great job.  He came out right away and we are very pleased with the work he did.  Highly recommend.
