Nate and his father Eric completed a list of 12 items at one house, and five items at a second house. I left them alone to complete their work and it was all done correctly the first time. In addition, they brought their own toolsAnd purchased additional items that were needed. But what really blew me away was that they actually cleaned up after themselves! they completed everything from drywall repair to hanging curtain rods. They completed the work quickly and were very professional. One of them is coming back again this Saturday. I have worked with several handymen before, and you will hit the jackpot if you hire these people.

Axel is a knowledgeable,  takes no shortcuts, friendly and reliable contractor. He did our ceiling fan replacement today and we are so pleased . Will use Axel again for further jobs

Shawn was great. Really happy I read his reviews and he was available. As with all handymen nowadays, they're pretty busy. I will say if you start messaging with Shawn and he can't get to your project(s) for a couple of days due to being busy - it's worth the wait. If it's not time sensitive/an emergency, you'd be best served to just wait the extra day or two (or three) to have Shawn do the work for you. He showed up and got right to work - fixed a leaking tub faucet, replaced the tub train stopper and cleared the drains on two sinks in about an hour. Nice guy. Give him a call.

I needed several furniture items assembled.  John did a fantastic job .  He was on time and was very friendly and professional.  I recommend John 100%

Dan Erler is a great guy and an even better handyman.

Dan is dependable, honest, and punctual. His services are reasonably priced. And he is a highly competent and skilled craftsman. I've used him several times on various home improvement projects, and have always been very pleased with his work.

"Good enough" is never the goal for A Handyman Dan. Dan's goal is always to do the job right; he takes great pride in his work, and he always delivers a job well done. I wouldn't have anyone else work on my home.

BEWARE!!!    Hired Mark for a small job, stucco repair and replace back patio cover fascia.   The job was supposed to be completed last week Friday and he has yet to show up since last week Friday to complete the job.  I even extended the deadline twice and he promised it would be completed each time.  Now I am left hanging to try to find somebody else to fix this mess!!!    Now he won't return my calls/texts.    I found Mark on Nextdoor and he had positive reviews.   However, I have since checked other sources now and find that I am not the only one who has experienced this.

Can't say enough good things about this company.  The guy showed up on time, did all of the work in a hour and everything was fixed.  It's so hard to find a reliable handyman these days, will be using them for future projects.

I called their number to schedule an appointment to have my electrical outlets in the bathroom checked (not working).  He told me over the phone to go push the reset button and that might be all I need to do. I did that, he was right.  Now that's what I call integrity!!!!

We had to have the drain system in our home replaced due to breakage (it was cast iron). We understood from the onset that it would require ripping out our bathroom. We hired a plumbing company to jackhammer the slab and take care of it. But we still needed to have our bathroom put back. Enter Vlad. From the onset it was not a small job, as you can see from the photos. Vlad was undaunted and let us know exactly what he could do for us. He made suggestions and recommendations that helped us pick out our new materials. Older homes like ours can always pose challenges and that was definitely the case here. But Vlad worked diligently until everything was completed. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom! We would absolutely hire Vlad again for any of our contractor needs!

I had a client selling their home in Coolidge & needed a good, honest & trustworthy vendor to replace & repair tile in the home. BJ with these guys did an amazing job! The quality was fantastic & the costs were reasonable and their response time was very fast given how busy they are. I will utilize them again in the future when the opportunity presents itself!

JAG is THE BEST place to get your home worked on! Jaimes response time is great and he really understands my vision! My roof was leaking & came & looked at it & gave me a very reasonable price! No more leaks! He also gave me an estimate for some built ins I want in our living room. He has made my home renovation a breeze, I am so thankful to Jaime! If you have a problem with a Professional Handyman or any Trade that works for you don't slander them publicly just contact them directly like our fathers did. 99% of negative reviews are customers who "are" the problem themselves. "Honesty is my only excuse.."

This is a scam!
The owner Troy would come into your home, leave with a part not matching get cash from you to seemingly order the right part, keep texting with you for about a week or so so you don't complain while making excuses every day why he hasn't come back to finish the job. This guy opens a new account every few months, gets his family and friends to write perfect reviews and takes money and never finishes the job!
He took $40 and a part he probably sold after and never came back!

He left my bathroom shower part uninstalled and valve missing which he sold for parts and took my $40 too which was for him to order a new matching valve.

Gold star review alert!!! As you may/may not know, it's an honor to be a Yelp Elite reviewer. I get to help others, looking for services or restaurants or experiences, find a good one through my experiences. It's such a thrill (and relief) to find the perfect business.
I will admit that my eye tends to drift toward those businesses that have been around a long time and have lots of reviews. That's great and they've earned it. This time I added one that does not have a lot of reviews. Most of these businesses, are usually new, such as in this case.
We noticed a leak was coming out of the front lawn onto the driveway. While it looked small, it turned out to be a 1/4 gallon per minute leak (confirmed by Epcor). So, onto Yelp to find a plumber. I chose about 5. While many contacted us pretty quickly, others did not. Our first plumber came out and immediately quoted a replacement of the entire water main from meter to house. This would involve: busting up driveway, lots of backhoe work and then, new driveway section. How much? About $9000. Ouch.
Taylor came out afterwards and immediately offered a suggestion. For a nominal price, he could dig down to actually see the problem and offer a resolution. Brilliant!
We have the go ahead and he and his helper, found the leak. A small break in the pvc. He fixed it and it costs a fraction of what someone quoted without knowing what the problem was. Taylor is an honest, hardworking guy with an awesome assistant. It's hard enough to find competent plumbers out there. Even harder to find hardworking and honest ones.
I'm going overboard on this review because this was the difference between a huge quote, problem unseen, to something that requires some work to see the problem, diagnose and then fix it.
Give this guy a chance and you will also sing praises for his work. I found our plumber for life!!!

CJ was great. He is polite and kind. I had him go to an elderly clients home to check smoke alarms batteries.  He had the batteries needed on his truck. And he was patient and kind to her. Very reasonable and fair.  I think I will use him for my handyman needs

I have had Savage Home Improvement do nearly a dozen jobs for me since moving into our new home. Door replacement, appliance replacement, installing new flooring, landscape lighting, and so much more.
They are very skilled and great to work with overall.

Needed to have a faux shutter reassembled and reattached to my home after it blew off in a wind storm. Reached out to S&R and was called within 15 minutes to schedule an appointment and they came out the next day right on time. Took care of it extremely quick and very well done. Will definitely use again. Extremely satisfied.
